Ron Paul Supporters Join Moveon.org Anti-war Rallies

This is just another bit of evidence in a long volume of reasons to support my strong contention that Ron Paul IS NOT a guy I want ANYWHERE NEAR the Oval Office.

If you are known by the company you keep, then Ron Paul will be known as an anti-war NeoLeft/hate America/Jews are evil Conspiracist.

Ron Paul Supporters Urged to Attend MoveOn.org anti-America rally

As a member of moveon.org, I received today an invitation to create an anti-war rally on August 28th. They will be doing rallies all across the nation on that day. We should invade this event. During the rally, bring anti-war stickers, signs, and flags — and also Ron Paul signs. Introduce moveon members to Ron Paul, the REAL anti-war candidate!

This simply confirms what I’ve been seeing for weeks while perusing the cesspool of Stalinist web threads like the Daily Kos, the Democrat Underground, it is no surprise to read that many of these moveon.org Leftists are supporting Ron Paul for the sole purpose of creating a ‘spoiler’ for the GOP on the level of Ross Perot.

They think that if they create enough support for RP, that if he does not get the nomination – he will bolt from the GOP and run for prez as a Libertarian (which he is, and has been) – thus ensuring a Hillary win.

Many Democrat policy-wonks are driving the push for a Ron Paul spoiler for the GOP due his stance on the Iraq war – and nothing else. Even the recent ABC C-Span debate had former Clinton Strategist George Stephanopolous asking Ron Paul questions pertaining to the war and nothing regarding domestic issues.

What is also interesting, is that on many of the boards I read – there is little difference in the rhetoric and verbage of the anti-war Left and that of Ron Paul, and his supporters, who have openly admitted that the prime reason they like him, is because of his ‘Get out of Iraq and A’stan Now!’ stance.

I think I heard Ron Paul use the term ‘neocon’ more often in the debate a few weeks ago than Michael Moore did in the junket for his “Sicko” movie.

Ron Paul appeals to the masses of those who are disaffected by D.C. and government in general – this includes Social Conservatives, Socialists and Anarchists who each have their own reasons for disliking the government. His broader appeal is to those who hate big corporations, Capitalism and the zany conspiracist zeitgeists of those who think American corporations are evil or trying to create a one world government that they control – hence ‘neocons’. On that level, Paul has garnered the ears and tongues of the rabid Socialsists, Marxists and other kook nutjobs that now dominate the internet blogosphere.

There is not one conspiracy nutcase I’ve encountered that isn’t supporting either the Demcorats/Socialists or Ron Paul. The fact there is no coverage whatsoever of his domestic positions in regards to big government is galvanizing even ardent big government Communists to support him.

The truth is, this is not Ron Paul’s first attempt to get elected to the presidency. He desires power as much as any other politician – and he also knows that none of his policies have any chance of clearing the Congress, to which he will be treated as a hostile by both parties. He will have to govern as a dictator by E.O. Notwithstanding his completely ignorant and juvenile take and stance on global Jihadists and how Isolationism and Appeasement is the answer to any threat.

While Mr. Paul’s domestic positions and the Constitution are admirable and supportable – his position on this assymetric religious enemy at war with us and the world is what condemns his campaign in the eyes of Conservatives, and endears him to the Stalinist Left – who would fight him tooth and nail were he to implement any of his domestic ideas.

Leftist Media Hate Spew Not Concerned With Facts

When it comes to slamming and insulting Christians, no one does it better than the mainstream media. Castigating the Christian faith and people of principle as the biggest liars and greatest danger to the world – Bill Moyers may have just trumped Bill Maher in their race to become the Heidrich Himmler of instigating a Christian purge from America.

Last week Moyers went on a ridiculous rant insulting not only retiring White House Chief of Staff Karl Rove, but the entirety of biblical Christianity. Moyers charged that Rove was an Agnostic and was only playing Christians for suckers and votes to get Bush elected.

In response Karl Rove on Chris Wallaces’ Fox News Sunday last week stated: “Mr. Moyers ought to do a little bit better research before he does another drive-by slander.”

That of course sent the Himmler Wannabe Elitist Moyers into a tirade that anyone would dare question his methods, and he shot back a convoluted angry letter to Chris Wallace that he also posted on his own blog.

“Obviously Rove wanted to blow smoke because his version of reality is undermined by his own previous statements and by the reporting and analysis of journalists who have done their homework and don’t take his every word as gospel – no pun intended.”

Today, Chris Wallace shot back – and he nails how facts do not concern the mainstream media when they have an agenda to smear and destroy:

If you want to find out about someone’s religious beliefs, a good first step might be to ask him. If you had talked to Rove as I did, you would have found out he reads a devotional every day and the biggest charitable contribution he ever made was to his church. Of course, you never called Rove. That’s reporting 101, but it would have gotten in the way of a tasty story line about a non-believer flimflamming the Christian right. I guess, Bill, reporting is easier when you don’t worry about the facts.

Of course the fact these kinds of things are being called on the carpet is WHY the old lapdog media elites and the political elites are working hard to get the Fairness Doctrine re-instated to eliminate talk radio and the blogosphere.

Unholy Alliances of Intimidation for Jihadists

If you have followed any of the news regarding CAIR and those Flying Imams who were suing the crew and the passengers of a US Airways flight after alleging discrimination after they were removed from a Minneapolis to Phoenix flight last November, then you might be aware of the deliberate campaign of intimidation being waged in America by militant Islamists.

What you may not know, is that the plot is not limited to just Hamas sympathisers in the U.S., but Palestinian, Iranian, Syrian, Al Qaeda and all manners of militant Islam to utilize CAIR and Leftist/Democrat orgs to attack and denounce anyone who scrutinizes questionable activity or outrageous conduct by Muslim radicals.

What could the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the National Iranian American Council (NIAC) possibly have in common?

CAIR founders had close ties to Hamas, Palestinian Sunni Islamic extremists. NIAC and its main spokesman, Trita Parsi, have become apologists for the regime in Tehran, which exports a rival Shiite brand of Islamic extremism.

Sunnis and Shias. We all know the story. They hate each other worse than Irish Catholics and Irish Protestants. Right?

Well, no. As I pointed out in Countdown to Crisis: the Coming Nuclear Showdown with Iran, Sunnis and Shias get along just fine when it comes to killing Americans and killing Jews.

Similarly, CAIR and NIAC get along just fine when it comes to opposing the Bush administration policies in Iraq, Iran, and the greater Middle East.

But they share much more than just an ideological affinity. They also share publicists in the redoubtable David Fenton.

Fenton Communications has repped the likes of Cindy Sheehan, moveon.org, and CAIR. And now, they have added NIAC to their client list, as this recent NIAC press release shows.

(One wonders how much of the grant monies NIAC boasts it has received from the National Endowment for Democracy, the Open Society Institute, the Kenbe Foundation, and the PARSA Community Foundation have gone to paying publicists, Congressional lobbyists, and fund-raisers).

And that’s not where the similarity between CAIR and NIAC stops. The two groups have also launched energetic campaigns to intimidate their critics and the organizations that help those critics air their views. More at LINK
