It amazes me that as the days grow darker and dangerous, when Jihad Websites announce with great glee the threat of another attack on this upcoming 9-11, when Jihad propaganda arms are hailing a “New video” of Osama Bin Laden to address Jihadists around the world, that our runaway tyrannical secular Courts are again demanding that any symbols or references to Christianity, be removed from public view.
Today the 9th Circus in San Francisco said the U.S. government cannot trade a parcel of land to private hands in order to allow a Christian cross to remain in the middle of a vast federal preserve.
I have repeatedly said, and as people like former Judge Roy Moore of Alabama have warned – once the removal and banning of Christianity in public is complete – they will ban and outlaw Christian exercise and practice in private. This ruling is a step in that direction.
For if they think they can prevent the sale of public land to private interests in the effort to preserve Christian heritage and symbols, for the sole purpose of their forced removal, it will not be long before they seek to extend such power to private properties. Mark my words.
As America removes God and Christianity from itself by judicial fiat and with little effort by the faithful to fight for our First Amendment Right of Free Exercise, how long will God protect and preserve this nation from the barbarians seeking our annihilation??
God removed His Hedge of Protection from us for just a few hours time six years ago.
Can a nation that allows the leaders and the courts in this country to spit in the eyes of the Creator That Blessed Us with this Nation, expect that He will not also cast us out as we are casting Him out of our public and private squares?
Paraphrasing Jefferson, I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just: that his justice cannot sleep forever. For truly we have to ask ourselves, can we call ourselves free and call our liberties secure when we have been removing their only foundation, that it is understood by the People that our liberties are of the gift of God and that they are not to be violated? Have we forgotten the admonition that if we do violate those gifts or surrender them, America will incur His wrath?
Court bans Christian cross on private land in public park
SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) – The U.S. government cannot trade a parcel of land to private hands to allow a Christian cross to remain in the middle of a vast federal preserve, a U.S. appeals court ruled on Thursday.
At issue is the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution, which bars the government from favoring any one religion, as it applies to a lone white metal Latin cross in the Mojave National Preserve in southern California between Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
In 2004, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that a cross on a prominent rock on public land was unconstitutional, prompting Congress to pass a law allowing a trade so its immediate area would become private land.
People have been putting crosses in the spot since the 1930s, most recently with one man drilling a metal cross into the rock a decade ago without permission. In 1999, a man requested and was denied permission to build a Buddhist shrine there, setting the stage for a tangled legal fight.
“A grave constitutional injury already exists,” Judge Margaret McKeown wrote for a three-judge panel that upheld a lower court ruling. “The permitting display of the Sunrise Rock cross in the Preserve is an impermissible governmental endorsement of religion.
“The government’s long-standing efforts to preserve and maintain the cross atop Sunrise Rock lead us to the undeniable conclusion that the government’s purpose in this case is to evade the injunction and keep the cross in place,” the judge said. “Carving out a tiny parcel of property in the midst of this vast Preserve – like a donut hole with the cross atop it – will do nothing to minimize the impermissible governmental endorsement.
Jihadists are willing to kill themselves and their children for their twisted religion.
Christians it seems are unwilling to stand against the abolishment of theirs.
As they lose their right to worship by the Secularists, all will end up subjugated to Islam, or lose their lives.
