Obama and American Christians Now Say There Are Many Paths To Salvation

The leftist mantra that “all paths lead to salvation” is an insidious tool that the Secular Left and the Socialists are using as a wedge to separate Americans from their liberty, and Christians from their faith. That separation is necessary in order to conquer a once free people.

The “Judge-Not, See-No-Evil” feel-good doctrine dominating Churchianity in America has manifested itself from grassroots Socialism in the pews to the political platform of Presidential contender Barrack Hussein Obama, who on March 26 at a campaign stump in North Carolina suggested that Jesus Christ is not the only path to heaven.

What is shocking is not that Obama suggested this heresy, but that many so-called Christians in America agree with him.   I suppose this zeitgeist permeating the lukewarm biblically watered-down and politically-charged Churchianity that masquerades as a legitimate religious faith in America is to be expected.  After all, many mainline churches now approve of everything from abortion to Homosexual Marriage in their council rulings and positions.  The Secular Left has seized on this opportunity to create a new Christian faith that is fused with a Socialist ideology and a hard Left political identity.

The fact American Churchianity will not eschew or identify sin explains not only how biblically illiterate American Christians are with the bible, but how void of understanding what Jesus Himself said about what it would mean to be a Disciple.

Americans are notorious inventors and it is clear that a crowning achievement of the American Left is the invention of a whole new Jesus to fit within a Marxist worldview.

Americans: My Faith Isn’t the Only Way

I am shocked and appalled over a newly published survey by the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life. It finds most Americans believe there are many ways to salvation besides their own faith. Most shocking of all is the majority of self-identified evangelical Christians who believe this.

Apparently they must think Jesus was a liar, or mistaken, when he said, “I am the way, the truth and the life; no man comes to the Father but by me.” Look it up.

This is a product of several things. It is surely a product of biblical illiteracy by people who don’t read, or selectively read Scripture. It is also fallout from the political correctness vice that says you are intolerant if you believe anything to be true, because people who have another truth – or no truth – might feel bad and experience rejection.

If they feel rejection now, wait until they hear, “Away from me, I never knew you.”

If there are many paths to heaven, Jesus suffered and died for nothing. He could have stayed in heaven, sent down a book of sayings and avoided crucifixion.  There is only one path to heaven and it is through him and him alone.

Obama Interview About His View of Christianity

Cathleen Falsani, the author of The God Factor: Inside the Spiritual Lives of Public People, interviewed Barack Obama about his faith March 27, 2004, a few days after he clinched the Democratic nomination for the U.S. Senate seat that he eventually won.

Because of the intense interest in Obama’s faith, she has made the entire interview available uncut and in its entirety.

What emerges is a man who is not comfortable discussing spiritual matters, and is a spiritually confused theological eclectic. He is clearly not a Christian by any biblical, historic measure. He repeatedly affirms then denies Christ, says he believes but is filled with doubt.

Obama’s faith reflects the Universalistic beliefs of his grandparents. The fact that he felt comfortable in Trinity United Church of Christ, one of the most radical churches in one of the most liberal denominations, is entirely understandable.

When Falsini asks, “What do you believe?” Obama effectively calls himself a Buddhist, agnostic, Muslim, Jewish, Christian. If you read the whole interview you will see a person who seems to be trying very hard to not take a stand on the Christian faith, yet at the same time tries to identify as a Christian.

The fact that Obamanation sees many paths to salvation should not shock anyone over the news that Obama is also a devotee to the Hindu God of luck; Lord Hanuman.

Obama to Receive Lord Hanuman Idol

NEW DELHI: With Democrat senator BarackObama busy in the run-up to the US presidential polls, a group of well-wishers in the capital have decided to send him a symbol of his lucky charm, Lord Hanuman, to help him emerge victorious.

Obama’s representative Carolyn Sauvage-Mar on Tuesday received a gold-plated two-feet-high idol which she will pass it on to the Obama after it is sanctified.

The idol is being presented to Obama as he is reported to be a Lord Hanuman devotee and carries with him a locket of the monkey god along with other good luck charms.

An hour-long prayer meeting to sanctify the idol was earlier organised at Sankat Mochan Dham and by Congress leader Brijmohan Bhama, Balmiki Samaj and the temple’s priests.

“Obama has deep faith in Lord Hanuman and that is why we are presenting an idol of Hanuman to him,” said Bhama.

Accepting the souvenir, Sauvage-Mar, who is chairperson of Democrats Abroad-India, said, “Obama has extended his thanks for the support.”

However, questions on Obama’s religious beliefs elicited just a smile from Sauvage-Mar, apparently to avoid controversy back home where the Democrat senator is pitted against the Republican Party’s John McCain in the Presidential polls

The idol will be kept at the temple for 11 more days and then sent to US.

“We will perform the prayers for 11 days and then hand the idol to Carolyn who will send it to Obama,” said the temple priest.

Isn’t it amazing how many foreigners from Castro to Chavez to Ahmadinejad and beyond are pulling for Barrack Hussein Obama to become President?  The All Things To All People Everywhere Messiah?
