It’s Official: It’s The Obama Dictatorship

Defying the Constitutional Separation of Powers, Obama declares he will act without Congress by Executive Order if we do not give him what he demands.

We tried warning you America, back in 2007 and 2008 what a dangerous dictatorial wannabe the Marxist Barrack Hussein Obama would be.  This week, fresh from a 4 million dollar taxpayer-funded holiday in Hawaii, Obama’s real despotic face comes out to play.

And America will cheer it’s first dictator.

Putting all pretenses aside, Hussein Obama II, declares himself first dictator of Amerika by not only appointing Richard Cordray to head the consumer finance agency as a recess appointment – WHEN CONGRESS WAS NOT IN RECESS.  Apparently for the purpose of setting a precedent so he can do the same thing in appointing a crony to the FHFA so he can announce that he will give away free mortgages to “his people”.    Obama then defiantly told a cheering crowd of brainwashed public high schoolers that when Congress does not act the way he wants them to, he will act on his own.  A defiant declaration of a true imperial presidency,  Obama publicly decrees his intents making himself defacto king, emperor and dictator of this newfound Marxist State of Amerika:

Many are focusing on Obama’s blatant in-our-face move to appoint Cordray as a ‘recess appointment’ when Congress was actually in session.  A lawless act to be certain, but one being given cover by the media and the Obama Red House legal whores who prostitute the law to make the Constitution say what it does not and abolish what it plainly says.  They are already stating defiantly that Obama has authority to make appointments whenever he wants to – without Congressional approval as the Constitution prescribes.

What I keyed into more than the act itself, is Obama’s defiant statement he will act without Congress, and the subsequent clarifications by his regime that Obama is “No longer constrained by Washington” – which, when taking what Obama truly intends to do to this country at face value – means that in Obama’s estimation – he is no longer constrained by the limits and bounds of the Constitution.  He is ABOVE the Constitution in his mind; above the law.  Which of course is nothing new with Obama, since he already revealed in 2001 that he viewed the Constitution as a charter of ‘negative liberties’ that prohibited what the government can do to you or for you to create ‘social justice’.

Here, review what he said yourself:

Now that was back in 2001, and those of us warning the American people what Obama was, and what he intended to do was roundly ignored – so it is no surprise to those of us who know what kind of creature Obama is – that his Marxist gloves are finally coming off, and like all Dictators establishing their permanent rule over their people, Obama will assert he is acting on behalf of the people for their benefit.

Let me note a few pertinent quotes and expound on what is going on here.

…Barack Obama enters his fourth year in office having calculated that he no longer needs Congress to promote his agenda.

There you go, despite the what the Constitution itself says about the Separation of Powers and the Executive’s inability to make laws and pass taxes by decree – Obama says he doesn’t need Congress (our representatives) to pass his agenda.

 …the White House says, Obama’s political fate will no longer be tied to Washington.

Which actually means Obama’s political fate will no longer be tied to the rule of law.  He will make his own fate, by making his own rules and passing out money and gifts as he sees fit.  From each according to their ability TO EACH according to their need as Obama sees fit.

“Now that he’s sort of free from having to put out these fires, the president will have a larger playing field. If that includes Congress, all the better,” said Josh Earnest,White House deputy press secretary. But, he added, “that’s no longer a requirement.”

There’s the admission again, which again ties into his statements to WBEZ in 2001.  Obama is no longer bound by Constitutional requirements.  He no longer considers himself constrained by the Rule of Law or by Congress.  We have the man himself, and his regime TELLING US, that Hussein Obama is in fact, from this moment forward, our Dictator.

Aides say the president will not turn his back on Congress completely in the new year. He is expected to once again push lawmakers to pass elements of his jobs bill that were blocked by Republicans last fall.

Oh how mighty White of His Heinous!  In other words, Obama will not ignore Congress entirely, he will again PUSH Congress to give him what he wants, but if they don’t – he will just do it himself.  We the People, can just go to hell.

If those efforts fail, the White House says, Obama’s re-election year will focus almost exclusively on executive action.

Translation – if Obama does not get what he wants, he will rule by decree and be a law unto himself.  Does the word Sedition have no meaning any longer unless applied to anyone defying Obama or the Ruling Class?

Earnest said Obama will come out with at least two or three directives per week, continuing the “We Can’t Wait” campaign the administration began this fall, and try to define Republicans in Congress as gridlocked and dysfunctional.

And this guy says that Obama will make two or three decrees per week, imposing his will by decree, just like a king would on his subjects.

Will ANYONE stand up against this seditious tyranny?   Or is it too late for us and liberty in this nation?  Already the Media is fawning over themselves, marveling at Obama’s display of ‘executive power’ (that he does not have).

But I have more ominous concerns tied to Obama’s actions than just a defacto decree of dictatorship. That Obama is a wannabe tyrant is no secret here.  There is something worse and more sinister to all of this.

Recall the NDAA Act – Obama signed into law in the last hours of 2011.  Recall that Obama himself ordered Democrats to strip language that would exempt American citizens from the indefinite detention clauses in the act.  Every dictator coming to power requires he eliminate his opposition, and he will do so via either brute force or under the color of legality which is upheld by brute force.

Then in the next breath Obama announces drastic cuts in our military forces (nearly in half) while Iran threatens war, and China prepares to extend her power as she builds aircraft carriers and new warships.  While some suggest Obama is playing to his anti-war Code Pink base, that Obama has on his own authority – decided to abolish the doctrine that America be ready and able to fight two wars on two theaters at once is obsolete – is beyond simple ignorance.

Then couple that news today with Obama’s statement when he signed the NDAA act regarding our nuclear weapons:

Obama to share nuclear missile secrets with Russia –   Of course the moment that happens, you can be sure they will then sell it to China, who may then gift it to her ally North Korea, and then perhaps into the hands of the Iranians also an ally of both Russia and China.

I assume Treason no longer has any meaning except for those the regime has targeted for elimination.

What I find ominous, is not a usual power-mad dictatorial intent in Obama.  Power for oneself, even permanently usually involves ensuring the nation exists to serve the despot.  What Obama is doing, would indicate someone who wants power for oneself, not for the purpose of perpetual rule for himself – but to preside over the destruction of that which he hates.

I am beginning to wonder aloud if indeed the Shia and Sunny prophecy from Islamic hadiths of a “Tall black man in the West” comes to power and presides over the destruction of the infidel nations, does not apply to Obama.

Which is why this blog has routinely referred to His Heinous as NerObama.  About the closest dictatorial despot one can find in history to what Obama will become infamous for.
