To The Feds: We Will Not Comply

 

As with the tyranny imposed by King George III on the Colonists  - we have the duty and obligation to tell the tyrants in the Federal Government who are ruling us:

GET LOST

WE WILL NOT COMPLY

We must now as a Free People REFUSE to comply with the dictates of tyranny.

After the SCOTUS rulings this week in Arizona and now ObamaCare, the amount of power this Dictator has amassed for himself and this government to run roughshod over liberty,  makes it clear that our government has become an enemy of the people.  We should have no trust whatsoever in any branch of the Federal Government to either uphold the Constitution or safeguard our God-given inalienable Rights.

This government has made itself God over us, mandating what we can and cannot do with our own property and wealth.  It has punished success and stigmatized independent wealth.  It has grown in malevolence and power to ascribe itself the mandate of telling us who lives and who dies;  Who gets medical care and who does not get medical care;  What one must buy and what one cannot buy; what one can eat and what one is prohibited from eating.  It lifts up sinful abominations with the power of law as good and punishes the people of God who stand for righteousness.  This government has become akin to the biblical Beast in Revelation, having the power to mandate we receive it’s Mark, or we will be deprived of being able to buy or sell – much less live. We must think and act according to the way this government demands – or they will punish us.

It is my contention that complying with this Federal evil in Washington, is abandoning our faith and breaking the First Commandment, for it is clear that this government intends to make itself god over us.

Therefore it is beholden upon us to implement the wisdom as prescribed by the Declaration of Independence:

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

The worry is that this people are grown so accustomed to tyranny and accustomed to Socialism and Marxism that Americans are going to walk themselves into the gas chamber than risk what our forbears did.  Yet our Establishing Document cites the prescription this people must take now if we wish to die free and not slaves of the State:

all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

There isn’t a Republic in history that did not first commit suicide – and ObamaCare and everything this government has done in the last two decades ensures the death of liberty which will give this government absolute power over our lives.

Our course of action is now clear.  We have one last opportunity in November to use the ballot box – but I am become convinced that too is corrupted by this government to reflect the honest will of the people.  We shall see, but I will not be surprised of the outcome, for beastly tyrannies of men will not go quietly once it has amassed this kind of power for itself.

We have a course and model of action  that our Founders left us that Providence and the Almighty had blessed:  Galatians 5:1.  We must now as a Free People REFUSE to comply with the dictates of tyranny.  Our forebears risked death and the loss of everything to establish the liberty God has gifted to us.  Lives, fortunes and honor were placed on the altar of freedom, with few expecting that the cost would not be great in their stand to restore The Sovereign over the tyranny of men.

We must do likewise.  We must not comply.  We must resist.  We must defy this evil government now ruling us.

Given the history and nature of tyranny when a people refuse to bow down to it’s dictates and decrees – it will attempt to do so by force.  When the Colonists refused to buy the tea or pay the taxes demanded of it by the king – he sent the military to force Colonial compliance and subjugate the people.

And this tyranny in government will do likewise.  Such is the nature of men in power.

But let them come and make that last mistake.  They will have made their evil intents of subjugation and worse, known at that point and we shall have the Cause before us to resist with every means available to us.

Live Free or Die.  

It is now our turn to uphold that pledge.

The question becomes, are there enough of us who will risk doing so?

 

 

Obama Gives The Rule of Law The Finger After Arizona Ruling

 

In the aftermath of the SCOTUS ruling on Arizona’s immigration law, Obama gives state sovereignty the finger and decrees that the Federal Government will no longer cooperate with Arizona law enforcement and instructs federal agents to ignore requests for processing of illegals caught in the state.  Then Obama’s regime advertised a hotline number that illegals can call when they “spot” abuse by AZ law enforcement to the inJustice Department.

This was an in-our-face giant finger from Obama – who clearly has crowned himself emperor to decide what laws he will recognize and ignore, while imposing his own laws outside of the bounds of the Constitution. Obama has just signaled to the world that Arizona is an open free-for all without any chance of charges being brought to bear on foreign nationals who break the law in that state.

The SCOTUS ruling was insanity itself.  The majority ruled in essence (and Scalia noted in his dissent), that state’s cannot infringe upon Federal  laws in their state and Obama has made it clear that he will not enforce such laws.  The ruling says Arizona MUST defer to the federal government to arrest, detain and prosecute.  However, they wrote that Arizona can continue it’s stop and check provisions of the state law.

So this ruling and Obama’s decree – essentially nullifies state law and state sovereignty.  Arizona can continue to follow their law to stop and check for identification, but nothing can be done about any illegals they find or upon those illegals caught commiting crimes, because Obama just decreed that DHS, ICE and the feds are to ignore any calls from Arizona.

So last week Obama declares blanket Amnesty for illegals along with stating that they will continue to impose ObamaCare even if SCOTUS rules against it or major provisions of it.

Methinks SCOTUS has a leaker to the White House and all of this is pre-emptive for what the Regime has said it will do in the face of the ObamaCare decision.

We have a dictator for president with a nasty temper and zeal for revenge, and a SCOTUS who are nothing more than political hacks for the regime rather than upholders of the Constitution as intended by the Founders.

Homeland Security suspends immigration agreements with Arizona police

The Obama administration said Monday it is suspending existing agreements with Arizona police over enforcement of federal immigration laws, and said it has issued a directive telling federal authorities to decline many of the calls reporting illegal immigrants that the Homeland Security Department may get from Arizona police.

Administration officials, speaking on condition they not be named, told reporters they expect to see an increase in the number of calls they get from Arizona police — but that won’t change President Obama’s decision to limit whom the government actually tries to detain and deport.

“We will not be issuing detainers on individuals unless they clearly meet our defined priorities,” one official said in a telephone briefing.

The official said that despite the increased number of calls, which presumably means more illegal immigrants being reported, theHomeland Security Department is unlikely to detain a significantly higher number of people and won’t be boosting personnel to handle the new calls.

“We do not plan on putting additional staff on the ground in Arizona,” the official said.

The Supreme Court ruled Monday that Arizona may not impose its own penalties for immigration violations, but it said state and local police could check the legal status of those they have reasonable suspicion to believe are in the country illegally.

That means police statewide can immediately begin calling to check immigration status — but federal officials are likely to reject most of those calls.

Federal officials said they’ll still perform the checks as required by law but will respond only when someone has a felony conviction on his or her record. Absent that, ICE will tell the local police to release the person.

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer said the court’s decision frees police up to perform immigration checks. In anticipation of the ruling, she issued an executive order calling for guidance to be issued to every police department on how to fairly carry out the law.

“We will move forward, instructing law enforcement to begin practicing what the United States Supreme Court has upheld,” she said.

But the Obama administration is under pressure from immigrant-rights groups to cut down on the number of people it is deporting and has taken a number of steps to try to limit deportations of rank-and-file illegal immigrants and focus instead on those with criminal records or repeated immigration violations.

Last week, Mr. Obama said he would halt deportations for most illegal immigrants under 30 who were brought here as children.

On Monday the administration officials also said they are ending the seven 287(g) task force agreements with Arizona law enforcement officials, which proactively had granted some local police the powers to enforce immigration laws.

So after the Supreme Court upholds the key element of Arizona’s anti-illegal immigration law SB1070 the president attacked Arizona sovereignty again. Obama has told DHS to ignore requests from Arizona law enforcement on immigration status requests. Isn’t this exactly what many Arizonans have been talking about, that our federal government isn’t enforcing immigration law. So basically the federal government is telling the State of Arizona to drop dead and ignore us. Brewer should give him another letter, this one saying that if the federal government is going to ignore immigration law than so are we.  At some point you have to stand up to the bully, make your stand and fight for what you believe in. I now go to the founders for what may be necessary if our federal government continues down this path

EPA Being Used to Destroy Oil, Gas and Coal Industry

Obama’s EPA demands oil refiners use an additive that does not even exist, and then fines them for not complying.

First they came for BP and Big Oil, but no one spoke out because the public has been led to hate oil companies by the Leftist media.  Then they came for electricity, but no one spoke out against the absurdity of Obama making electric bills skyrocket by bankrupting power plants.  Then they came for the coal industry, but no one spoke out because coal is ‘dirty’ according to Obama and solar power is the choice the government wants used.

Then they came for the gasoline in my car by bankrupting oil refiners with demands to use an additive that does not even exist.

But when gas reaches over $10 a gallon, no one will be left to speak out against Obama using the EPA to destroy the energy industry in America.

With apologies to Niemoller, the latest insanity from the current tyrannical regime in power lives up to the prophetic statement from Ayn Rand about making everything about America that made us a superpower, to be a crime – a reality.

The latest news is that the EPA is penalizing refineries for not adding cellulosic ethanol, a substance that does not even exist.  But that does not matter when the goal is to bankrupt and destroy America’s energy industry and replace it with a failed ‘green’ energy industry that Obama and his cronies own and run with taxpayer money to the tune of BILLIONS (anyone recall Solyndra?).

EPA blasted for requiring oil refiners to add type of fuel that’s merely hypothetical

Federal regulations can be maddening, but none more so than a current one that demands oil refiners use millions of gallons of a substance, cellulosic ethanol, that does not exist.

“As ludicrous as that sounds, it’s fact,” says Charles Drevna, who represents refiners. “If it weren’t so frustrating and infuriating, it would be comical.”

And Tom Pyle of the Institute of Energy Research says, “the cellulosic biofuel program is the embodiment of government gone wild.”

Refiners are at their wit’s end because the government set out requirements to blend cellulosic ethanol back in 2005, assuming that someone would make it. Seven years later, no one has.

“None, not one drop of cellulosic ethanol has been produced commercially. It’s a phantom fuel,” says Pyle. “It doesn’t exist in the market place.”

And Charles Drevna adds, “forcing us to use a product that doesn’t exist, they might as well tell us to use unicorns.”

And yet, they still have to pay what amounts to fines:

“Why would they ask them to blend any at all if it doesn’t exist?” Pyle said. “Because they know that they can squeeze some extra dollars out of them.”

Forums and blogs are betting amongst themselves how long the video will remain before it’s pulled down with whatever excuses Youtube offers for helping Obama scrub the evidence from the net.

Adding then ATF director Ken Melson’s remarks from the ATF.gov website.  While Gunwalker is mentioned by name, Fast and Furious is not, however, the ‘tracing’ initiative that became Fast & Furious was laid out in detail.  In the months after Obama’s inauguration in 2009, there were repeated ‘stories’ cited by Obama in April 2009 about U.S. guns going to Mexico because of gun show loopholes that Obama wanted ‘closed’.  This along with Holder’s remarks about brainwashing Americans into giving up their views on the Second Amendment, all play into the insidious plot that this scandal is or the numbers of dead people, including American border patrol agent Brian Terry who was killed with one of these gun walked weapons handed to the drug cartels by this regime and it’s alphabets.

On the day His Heinous has exerted Royal Privelege, er – ‘Executive Privelege’ to hide the documents Attorney General Eric Holder has refused to turn over to Rep. Daryl Issa’s Congressional Oversight committee’s subpoena, I am marveling at the Useful Idiots in Congress and the Media’s attempts to cover for Obama’s cover-up of White House sanctioned murder in order to infringe upon the Second Amendment of the Constitution.

To me, this asked-for Executive Privilege is admission that Obama himself was involved directly in the Gunwalker scandal.   If not, Obama has just involved himself personally, in order to provide cover and keep secret the documents that implicate and lead the Gunwalker scandal to the doors of the highest offices in the land, and the nefarious attempts by Holder to lie and deceive the Congressional Committee investigating the insidious plot.

It is not lost on those of us watching this scandal unfold that Eric Holder is a firewall to any justice being brought to bear on the Obama regime’s usurpations of power and treason committed since 2009, so Obama will indeed protect Holder no matter what.

Enforcing the law is now up against a criminal regime that says to the GOP and Issa; “How many Divisions does this Congressional Committee have at it’s disposal?”  Obama has tossed down a gauntlet to the GOP in Congress saying in essence: “Come get me if you dare”.  Given the spinelessness that exemplifies the GOP leadership of Boehner and McConnell, the split second the hint of the charge ‘racism’ is in the air, look for the GOP leadership to shut down Issa and order it’s party to ‘lighten up on Obama’ after a contempt vote is held.

The documents may show the Obama regime’s scheme and designs to walk guns to Mexican drug cartels in the hopes of killing Americans in order to change public opposition to Obama’s gun ban plans.  Eric Holder, the top ‘law enforcement officer in the country’ has perjured himself on multiple occasions during the 8 months of hearings the Obama media has buried from public view.

The Regime and the MarxoFascist Democrats have declared the hearings nothing more than “political theater”, and have gone on the offensive to decry these proceedings as ‘political’.  The lead up has been to charge the GOP with ‘coming down too hard’ on Eric Holder.  The narrative today by the drones for the Dictatorial Regime is that “Fast & Furious” was all BUSH’S FAULT.  They say it was a Bush operation and Obama’s regime knew nothing of it when they took office.   Of course, this is nothing but a contemptible lie, easily proven via video testimony from Holder himself.  But to an emoting populace, hating Bush is still a tactic the regime hopes is an effective deterrent in tossing muddy water on who is actually responsible for the deaths of Mexicans and Americans such as Border patrol officer Brian Terry.  Unlike Watergate, there are many dead people as a result of this ‘operation’, but the Regime and it’s sycophants will continue to insist this Constitutional crisis is merely a GOP political ploy that nearly everyone wants to pretend does not exist.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

However, if the heat of public scorn continues and is not deflected from the Regime, if Holder looks to suffer further actions after contempt charges, let me be one of the first to print that the Useful MarxoFascist idiots and their media apparatus WILL employ the race card. Obama himself may parrot such talking points and suggest race and politics is the issue being used to ‘attack’ his regime.   The skids are already being greased for this anyway by race pimps such as Al Sharpton who in the act of supporting the regime, are already claiming the only reason Holder is being targeted is because “he’s black”.   This will become the narrative if  ”Blame Bush” does not fool the majority of people who get their news from Comedy Central and diminish the crisis in the public eye.

“Because he’s black” is the trump card to absolve the Regime from responsibility and culpability.  It’s the welfare victim mindset played out now to perfection after decades of excusing criminal behavior and aberrant culture rotting American society.  ”Because they’re black” is how and why Eric Holder was allowed to get away with not following the law to prosecute the Black Panthers intimidating voters at the polls in 2008.  ”Because he’s black” is how the criminality of this regime and it’s supporters in the Congressional Black Caucus is excused and ignored.

The race card works and gets the emoting black welfare populace of “Holder’s People” all ‘wee-weed up’.  It’s reliable political TNT to ensure silence and capitulation to the Left and their messiah, Obama.  It is already demonstrated that the GOP leadership are cowards and will run away from their duties of upholding their oaths and justice, holding their privates in fear.  Sharpton already lit the fuse for this coming narrative:

The Marxofascists figure that even in the face of proven criminality of this regime, the racism charge negates and abolishes justice and the rule of law.   Mob rule and injustice is part and parcel of Obama’s ‘Hope and Change’, taking a Representative Republic into a Marxist Tyranny.

UPDATE: The Congressional Committee has voted to hold the Attorney General in Contempt, the vote of course along party lines.

Many of the Democrats in the hearing using the occasion to bash gun rights and excuse Holder from his lies and obfuscation.  Rep. Connolly talked about Kangaroo courts and said we need more gun control and an assault rifle ban instead of a contempt vote while Rep. Speier said that gun walking still exists because anyone in American can buy guns “they do not need” like AK 47′s.

I guess to tyrants in positions of governmental power like Speier, getting such guns out of the hands of American citizens and putting such weapons into the hands of Mexican drug cartels for use ON Americans, is perfectly acceptable.

UPDATE II: The Obama Media Propagandists are so predictable.  Within 8 hours of this blog post, Chris Matthews – unhinged as he is decides to lead the establishment of this narrative that the contempt charge against Holder is based on racism:
