Hard as this to believe, I’m no longer going to pound my head on an exposed nail in the wall and preach to the insane that the world is about to end. In fact, I have no intention of any longer telling the foolish that the world is about implode. I’ve warned. I’ve preached. I’ve provided the warning signs. The financial system is irrevocably broken and the idiots in charge continue to preach that all is well, keep moving. Why should I or anyone else continue to say that it will fail? Michael Panzer in his book Financial Armageddon attempted to spell out the obvious and what did that get him? A great selling book yes, but deliberate, calculated mockery on CNBC and other financial networks designed to impugn his work, yet never actually denying the reality of his facts or statements.
Select a politician, radio host, religious figure, or economist who doesn’t toe the line. Senator McCarthy of Wisconsin was painted as a raving lunatic only to be proven correct by the records of the collapsed Soviet Union some 50 years later. Senator Barry Goldwater was depicted as a warmongering fatalist who wanted the end of the world yet all he advocated were the same policies that were proven prudent and correct by Ronald Reagan just over a decade later. Glenn Beck is being labeled an insane nut job by the “establishment” with a record of alleged racism and Alex Jones like conspiracy radio and television which cost him his job at Fox News, while continuously putting pressure on Clear Channel and the talk radio traditionalists who warn him that he continues to make too many waves. God forbid a pastor, a preacher, or even a choir boy even dare to question the national leadership’s view on religious issues that cross the line with the liberal establishment now as their tax free protections and Constitutional shield will be ripped away to destroy their ability to pray, preach, and save the souls that come to them because they dare to speak their beliefs.
Sadly, the most abandoned group of souls is not the previous list of honorees, but in fact those men who claim to be of science, the art of economics. While numerous individuals dare to debate the merits of the alleged science of economics, the idea of studying human behavior with historical and scientific relevance has been destroyed since the universal adoption of quasi-Marxism and the ideals of Keynes became the “mainstream” of the elites within the institutions of learning worldwide. The ideas of open learning were abandoned after World War I because in the academia the belief was that diversity of information created the foundation for the “Great War” because it opened nations and peoples to ideals that were too difficult for the average citizen or politician to comprehend. Thus by permeating the myth started within the early era of Marx and expanded with the theories of Keynes that economics was too complicate, the realm of the Dark Ages was restored with the Illuminati or elitists having the ability to comprehend the science much like the early Roman Catholic Church obtained the monopoly of the Bible and Christian religion for centuries.
As Austrian economic theory was often viewed as the Kabbalah of economics by those of the centralized planning and Keynesian view, the minority has survived thanks to the cyclical errors and blunders created by the central banks of the world and misinformed or evil political class. After American abandoned the gold standard which the Constitution demanded, the world perceived that the U.S. was about to move into a more globalist, accommodating stance to depreciate the currency and allow American wealth to be redistributed worldwide thanks to political ineptitude and the inflation tax. For those skeptical readers who doubt the depreciation of the dollar, without illustrating the dramatic 90% plus drop from 1913, here is the graph which indicates just how powerful the inflation tax on consumers has been since 1970:
The last recession with the vivid demonstration of the power of “deflation” or the opposite of everything Bernanke and Company tried to prevent is the only major pause in the inflationary railroad to infinity where the American public is asked to finance the U.S. government and mercantilism to create a demand for a global solution. This demand for a “global” solution should give pause to a sane person but tonight the average North American, European, or Asian citizen is more focused on the antics of Hollywood idiots instead of how the new order is planning to cull the masses. The “truth” is that economics, just like the science of global warming, has been hijacked to fulfill a political agenda for profit and power rather than to inform, study, and educate the systemic flow of capital and emotional behavior as was originally envisioned over a century ago.
It is time for the average person to stop the idea of saving their neighbor, preserving the system by voting for RomneyMcCainBush or ObamaClintonCarter, or believing that the “United Nations” is the ultimate solution to the world’s problems. It is no longer about “let’s create teams” or develop “Tea Parties” to save the Republic or pray for solutions. The reality is that we passed the point of no return in 2008 when Americans actually believed that the screeching of an evil soul who was directing first a globalist bank and then the U.S. Treasury was the truth and salvation of our nation. As that darkness fell in the autumn of that year, our nation fell into the abyss yet most citizens failed to recognize the significance of that event as I did (seeBroken Glass, September 24, 2008).
It is too late to save your neighbor.
It is too late to save your friend.
It is too late to save a family member who will not listen or believes in the power of a global solution.
It is too late to plan for a world of freedom and individualism.
Atlas is shrugging, yet nobody cares.
The power of the people is now the rule of law.

I continue to be impressed with this fine lady, Ann Barnhardt and her ability to explain her thoughts as cogently and succinctly as she does. As a broker, her words here should be a klaxon alarm that sounds about the death knell of the Capitalist trading system, that Obama’s own crony, triggered to the collapse you are about to see unfold before your eyes in the coming weeks and months.
The world is at a frightening crossroads, and each direction is a promise of acute pain unlike anything we have endured in our lifetimes. One direction will lead to mass unrest, violence and bloodshed. The other, mass death and slavery.
There is no turning back.

BCM Has Ceased Operations, the first casualty of a soon coming systemic domino collapse.

Dear Clients, Industry Colleagues and Friends of Barnhardt Capital Management,
It is with regret and unflinching moral certainty that I announce that Barnhardt Capital Management has ceased operations. After six years of operating as an independent introducing brokerage, and eight years of employment as a broker before that, I found myself, this morning, for the first time since I was 20 years old, watching the futures and options markets open not as a participant, but as a mere spectator.
The reason for my decision to pull the plug was excruciatingly simple: I could no longer tell my clients that their monies and positions were safe in the futures and options markets – because they are not. And this goes not just for my clients, but for every futures and options account in the United States. The entire system has been utterly destroyed by the MF Global collapse.
Given this sad reality, I could not in good conscience take one more step as a commodity broker, soliciting trades that I knew were unsafe or holding funds that I knew to be in jeopardy.
The futures markets are very highly-leveraged and thus require an exceptionally firm base upon which to function. That base was the sacrosanct segregation of customer funds from clearing firm capital, with additional emergency financial backing provided by the exchanges themselves.
Up until a few weeks ago, that base existed, and had worked flawlessly. Firms came and went, with some imploding in spectacular fashion. Whenever a firm failure happened, the customer funds were intact and the exchanges would step in to backstop everything and keep customers 100% liquid – even as their clearing firm collapsed and was quickly replaced by another firm within the system.
Everything changed just a few short weeks ago. A firm, led by a crony of the Obama regime, stole all of the non-margined cash held by customers of his firm. Let’s not sugar-coat this or make this crime seem “complex” and “abstract” by drowning ourselves in six-dollar words and uber-technical jargon. Jon Corzine STOLE the customer cash at MF Global.
Knowing Jon Corzine, and knowing the abject lawlessness and contempt for humanity of the Marxist Obama regime and its cronies, this is not really a surprise. What was a surprise was the reaction of the exchanges and regulators. Their reaction has been to take a bad situation and make it orders of magnitude worse. Specifically, they froze customers out of their accounts WHILE THE MARKETS CONTINUED TO TRADE, refusing to even allow them to liquidate. This is unfathomable. The risk exposure precedent that has been set is completely intolerable and has destroyed the entire industry paradigm.
No informed person can continue to engage these markets, and no moral person can continue to broker or facilitate customer engagement in what is now a massive game of Russian Roulette.
I have learned over the last week that MF Global is almost certainly the mere tip of the iceberg. There is massive industry-wide exposure to European sovereign junk debt. While other firms may not be as heavily leveraged as Corzine had MFG leveraged, and it is now thought that MFG’s leverage may have been in excess of 100:1, they are still suicidally leveraged and will likely stand massive, unmeetable collateral calls in the coming days and weeks as Europe inevitably collapses.
I now suspect that the reason the Chicago Mercantile Exchange did not immediately step in to backstop the MFG implosion was because they knew and know that if they backstopped MFG, they would then be expected to backstop all of the other firms in the system when the failures began to cascade – and there simply isn’t that much money in the entire system. In short, the problem is a SYSTEMIC problem, not merely isolated to one firm.
Perhaps the most ominous dynamic that I have yet heard of in regards to this mess is that of the risk of potential CLAWBACK actions. For those who do not know, “clawback” is the process by which a bankruptcy trustee is legally permitted to re-seize assets that left a bankrupt entity in the time period immediately preceding the entity’s collapse.
So, using the MF Global customers as an example, any funds that were withdrawn from MFG accounts in the run-up to the collapse, either because of suspicions the customer may have had about MFG from, say, watching the company’s bond yields rise sharply, or from purely organic day-to-day withdrawls, the bankruptcy trustee COULD initiate action to “clawback” those funds.
As a hedge broker, this makes my blood run cold. Generally, as the markets move in favor of a hedge position and equity builds in a client’s account, that excess equity is sent back to the customer who then uses that equity to offset cash market transactions OR to pay down a revolving line of credit. Even the possibility that a customer could be penalized and additionally raped AGAIN via a clawback action after already having their customer funds stolen is simply villainous. While there has been no open indication of clawback actions being initiated by the MF Global trustee, I have been told that it is a possibility.
And so, to the very unpleasant crux of the matter. The futures and options markets are no longer viable. It is my recommendation that ALL customers withdraw from all of the markets as soon as possible so that they have the best chance of protecting themselves and their equity. The system is no longer functioning with integrity and is suicidally risk-laden. The rule of law is non-existent, instead replaced with godless, criminal political cronyism.
Remember, derivatives contracts are NOT NECESSARY in the commodities markets. The cash commodity itself is the underlying reality and is not dependent on the futures or options markets. Many people seem to have gotten that backwards over the past decades. From Abel the animal husbandman up until the year 1964, there were no cattle futures contracts at all, and no options contracts until 1984, and yet the cash cattle markets got along just fine.
Finally, I will not, under any circumstance, consider reforming and re-opening Barnhardt Capital Management, or any other iteration of a brokerage business, until Barack Obama has been removed from office AND the government of the United States has been sufficiently reformed and repopulated so as to engender my total and complete confidence in the government, its adherence to and enforcement of the rule of law, and in its competent and just regulatory oversight of any commodities markets that may reform. So long as the government remains criminal, it would serve no purpose whatsoever to attempt to rebuild the futures industry or my firm, because in a lawless environment, the same thievery and fraud would simply happen again, and the criminals would go unpunished, sheltered by the criminal oligarchy.
To my clients, who literally TO THE MAN agreed with my assessment of the situation, and were relieved to be exiting the markets, and many whom I now suspect stayed in the markets as long as they did only out of personal loyalty to me, I can only say thank you for the honor and pleasure of serving you over these last years, with some of my clients having been with me for over twelve years. I will continue to blog at Barnhardt.biz, which will be subtly re-skinned soon, and will continue my cattle marketing consultation business. I will still be here in the office, answering my phones, with the same phone numbers.
Alas, my retirement came a few years earlier than I had anticipated, but there was no possible way to continue given the inevitability of the collapse of the global financial markets, the overthrow of our government, and the resulting collapse in the rule of law.
As for me, I can only echo the words of David:
“This is the Lord’s doing; and it is wonderful in our eyes.”
Growing fuel instead of food is stupid – unless starving the people into government submission is a goal.

I normally don’t blog on economics, leaving that expertise to my friend John Galt FL over at Shenendoah, who has plenty to say about our collapsing economy.
However, if you’ve gone grocery shopping recently, the shock of your bill might leave you in need of medical attention as food prices are skyrocketing. The high cost of food has it’s roots in political mandate and bureaucracy and I want to address that in light of a potential famine our own government will be responsible for.
The price of vegetables is near ridiculous. The price of corn and cereals made from corn is absolutely absurd. Peanuts and peanut butter prices are insane. Massive crop failures from an overwet and stormy Spring were outdone by a record-breaking massive drought in Texas and Oklahoma. But crop failures from bad weather are not the sole cause of food hyperinflation.
Government is.
You heard me right. The Federal government of the United States is engaged in crop policy that will be remembered as either short-sighted idiocy, or horrifying insidiousness. I’m going with the latter. Our own Federal behemoth of a government, is responsible for the skyrocketing balloon of food prices, either by sheer stupidity or by design.
How can I say that?
Simple, this government is mandating nearly half of our corn crop must be used to produce Ethanol to meet federal government fuel standards. No thinking person assumes growing fuel in a depression is a wise decision unless the consequences of doing so are a desired effect.
We’re growing fuel instead of food by government mandate and incentive. As a result of the exploding corn prices, livestock producers and dairy farmers are going out of business and those that remain, are saying that already-inflated prices must rise another 20% just for farmers just to break even.
Since it’s now policy for government to swing in to ‘bail out’ whomever is screaming about hurting – is it too much of a stretch to say that a giant public outcry over food prices would open the door for the Obama regime to collectivize farms? I mean, Stalin did that in the Ukraine in the 1920′s to supposedly ease the burden of food prices in the Soviet Union. He ended up starving over 20 million people to death.
The Obama/Democrat playbook is no secret: create as much misery and pain so as the people cry out for something to be done – and then the government takes over the target of blame.
Even the NY Post is reporting on the pain at the food store.
…Corn is nearly twice as expensive now as it was last summer — even though US farmers planted the second-largest crop since World War II.
Why? Well, 40 percent of the crop goes to produce 12.6 billion gallons of ethanol to meet the government’s renewable fuel standards. In other words, much crop land is being used to produce ethanol, not to produce food.
Isn’t that special? Our own government is engineering a famine in our own land. Stupidity, or something else?
Historically – tyrannical regimes use food as a weapon to starve their people into submission. From a political point-of-view, the Democrat/Socialist model in America is to increase the dependents on government welfare in order to grow the power of the State.
More people on welfare and dependency, means more votes for Obama and the Marxists. Human nature and scripture tell us that a man will sell his own birthright for a bowl of soup when he is hungry. A fact of life not lost on those working to fundamentally transform the nation. In fact, they are counting on it when their push comes to shove.
Between now and that point however, we get to be put on a forced fast, because as our dollar shrinks in value and prices skyrocket – the price of everything will climb into the stratosphere.
Something this blog has noted has been a goal of the current regime sitting on the throne of power.
The key tactic in every Marxist/Socialist revolution towards the establishment of totalitarian regimes and dictatorships, is to capitalize on or create economic misery and desperation among their constituencies in order to use them as a weapon against their political opposition. When the pain becomes prevalent and demagoguery has sufficiently painted the targets of blame they want their constituencies to attack – they will instigate violence and upheaval by proxy against those they want eliminated.
Mussolini had his Blackshirts, Hitler used his Brownshirts and Mao had his devoted Red Guard as the tools used to stoke street violence. They were devoted groups that incited larger mob actions that opportunists were all-too-happy to join in to inflict death and damage upon the targets these tools directed their rage. Bloodshed and violence then becomes the catalyst for enough of the populace to surrender what little liberty they have left for an iron-fisted political savior to brutally put down the chaos and restore “normalcy”.
This is the template that is taught and always followed by Marxists and the Fabian Socialists who are working tirelessly to ‘transform the world’ into their twisted utopian dream. This blueprint is never deviated from – only enhanced and modified to bring about more subtle approaches so as to deceive the masses of where the Left intends to take them. For example, they no longer have to wait for the perfect conditions to arise, for an opportune moment to establish totalitarian rule as in times past. Today, they can create the actual conditions that are causing the economic collapse that they will capitalize on.
Cause the problem. Spread the misery. Blame your targets for the misery. Incite chaos and violence. Brutally put down those they have blamed for the chaos, criminalize them, execute them. Establish absolute power from within. It’s that simple. It’s that devious. Satan is not too original, he sticks to what works.
Usually by the time the majority wake up to recognize what has been done to them, it is too late to stop the tyrants from achieving their goals upon the people they seek to destroy. Eventually the useful idiots themselves are dispatched in the same manner by the regime they put into power once total control has been accomplished.
Force Marched Into Tyranny
Given the lessons of history, it is clear to this author that America is being forced marched into a Marxist tyranny by the Obama regime and his party. The key aspect of it’s insidiousness has now arisen exactly as I just outlined from the historical record; the demonization of their political enemies so as to incite violence against the white, middle class/rich that Obama and his Democrat Socialists, race and poverty pimps have declared the “enemy”.
Recall that one of the tenets of the political church Obama attended in Chicago for 20 years, was to eschew ‘white middle classness‘ in favor of Black Liberation theology. That the race and poverty pimps Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson stoke this same racial/class boilerplate does not need citation.
Indeed the entirety of the ruling class holds the white, conservative middle class constituency in contempt – and would work to see it subjugated or annihilated by economic, political and/or police action. That they seek to deny liberty to anyone but themselves is self-evident, for they now actively work to silence their opposition.
As economic misery spreads and this regime and it’s sycophants continue to castigate ‘the rich’, ‘the TEA Party’, Conservatives and the rest of Former America as a domestic terror enemy, the Obama faithful understands whom this regime has targeted as an evil needing to be ‘gotten even with’. No, the Ruling Class is not simply expressing frustration by those ‘terrorist’ declarations. Those declarations are deliberate. They seek to sow the ground for the conflagration they hope to ignite. Make no mistake, they hate Conservative America with an ideological passion unrivaled in this country and they seek for the rest of the country to adopt their loathing hatred so they will move against them or turn a blind eye when institutionalized pograms and persecution are set upon them.
London Riots Are Our Faraday Cage
The entitlement, dependency & welfare mindset is easily manipulated into fear and loathing of anyone said to be withholding their wealth from redistribution or threatening the welfare class of their taxpayer-funded hand outs with demands for fiscal responsibility by our bankrupt government. The Ruling Class has gone so far as to suggest that anyone wanting to keep more of their own money is ‘indecent’ or an “American Jihadist“. This manipulation easily incites all out assaults on our civil society via Riots – Flash Mobs – Wholesale Lootings and assaults on White Conservatives.
The recent riots in Britain are the Faraday cage of what is about to happen here on a larger scale, especially given the efforts the Ruling Class has made in the past few weeks to declare their political opposition ‘terrorists’. The outrageous attacks made upon those refusing to raise the debt ceiling was not just political theater – but an investment for future use. The Ruling Class is employing the Cloward-Piven strategy of collapsing our system on itself . In the mayhem and misery that ensues, they are sowing the seeds for the annihilation of the very white middle class that make up the large percentage of Christian Conservatives in this country. They have already been blamed in advance for the horrific consequences of what this regime and government have sown in the minds of the Welfare Class and the useful idiots who want total government.
It is a deadly combination being spewed from the regime itself and it’s sycophants in the State Propaganda Media. They give legitimacy to the poverty pimps using the economic misery they help perpetrate as a crowbar to incite violence. They are stoking a feral population of entitlement class without ties to the nuclear family being told they are ‘owed’ whatever they want. And if they don’t get what they want, they can just take it – or blame white middle class conservatives for denying them what they want and think is theirs.
Incidents of raw class and race war are already exploding across the fruited plain. And these are not random incidents. The pattern has a familial aspect that can be found in the street violence in Britain.
From London to Wisconsin – “Punish the rich!’
The London violence was made possible by their Welfare State and the brainwashed entitlement mindset it instilled in their youth. Coupled with this, is the spark that is the Marxist hatred of the “rich” and businesses and business owners that easily ignite the discontented entitlement class like a pool of gasoline. That’s why these mob participants summed the reason for their rampage as “Showing the rich we do what we want“.
It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that after nearly 40 years of class warfare with increasing attacks on ‘the rich’ and ‘corporations’ for ‘not paying their fair share’ (when the Welfare Class pays nothing), coupled with a generous splash of anti-white racism that America under Obama and his Marxist ilk have soaked the nation with, they and their proxies stand with the torches of rage already lit, ready to be thrown.
Already in solidarity with the riots in London, a group using Facebook is instituting ’US Day of Rage” and stoking the anti-business/anti-rich/anti-Capitalist sentiment with targets including ‘occupying Wall Street” on September 17 and ‘Occupying DC” in October. These are far-Left wing ideologues like ACT Up! staging this. One has to wonder if they would get the same treatment that the TEA party got when they tried to “occupy” the steps of the Capitol to protest ObamaCare? Methinks not. These are Obama’s Brownshirts – and like the New Black Panthers, they can do what they like, with impunity. All in the name perhaps of “Social Justice”.

“We Need An American Spring, Like the Arabs…”
Of incredible insanity is the language the Left is using: Al Gore calls for an “American Spring” against the TEA Party ala the Islamic revolts in the Middle East. Not only does a former Vice President and Presidential contender encourage the imagery of the Islamic revolts in Egypt coming to America, he actually spells out the enemy of their intended ‘revolution’: “Not the, you know, not in the Tea Party style…that movement was funded with seed money from right-wing billionaires…”. The issue with such rhetoric is that the Brownshirts of the Left understand exactly what is meant and intended by such statements: attack the rich and the white conservatives. It’s open season on their declared enemies and they have been given a moral justification to do so because the Left would like the useful idiots to think of Conservative Americans as no different than a Hosni Mubarak or a Muammar Qadaffi; tyrants deserving a bloody overthrow.
That signal is clearly understood by the radical Left. In fact this regime has given many signals to it’s supporters and sycophants that whatever violence, criminality or mob action it engages in, they are immune from the law because their cause of ‘getting even’ is morally justified under the monker of “Social Justice”. Beat up or intimidate white Americans? You have the cover of Obama’s Injustice department to get away with it.
Marxist Thugs Are Protected By The Leading Law Enforcement Official In America
The New Purple Brownshirts of Obama’s ‘Civilian Security Force’ via the Unions in the SEIU, the New Black Panthers or whatever tool of street thuggery can be brought to bear on behalf of the Marxist Revolution – will be protected by the Obama regime itself inasmuch as it protects Obama himself.
While this Minister King Samir Shabazz actually advocates the killing of white people and says “I’m about the total destruction of white people. I’m about the total liberation of black people. I hate white people. I hate my enemy. …” – it is Obama’s regime, that officially classifies Right Wing Conservatives as the terror threat, not the New Black Panthers. And while at the same time it not only ignores groups like the New Black Panthers – but openly pardons them because of their race, and absolves them of charges when they were clearly in violation of the law. Why the Hypocrisy? The Obama Justice Department has a moratorium on prosecuting any black on white crime. It’s get-even with whitey time according to this regime. Attorney General Eric Holder himself said that the charges against the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation, “Demeans my people.” Translation: If you are black – and you commit crimes against whites, due the injustices of the past; you get a free pass.
And that signal was heard loud and clear by both the Marxist revolutionaries, and the Black Welfare Class. It was the “Go signal” that it was ‘get even time’.
Race & Class War Begun?

Class wars and revolutions are ugly affairs of horrific bloodshed. The French and Russian Revolutions are prime examples of this when opposition to monarchy and royalty delves into vehement hatred for anyone thought to have wealth among a populace of disaffected people. Blood flows, few escape and accusation alone is a death warrant.
Race wars are even uglier. They become full blown slaughters. Places like Rhodesia, and the Sudan come to mind. Anyone not of the correct ethnicity becomes a target for death regardless of their own personal beliefs and affiliations.
Combine the two – and you get full blown genocide, often started for the purpose of exterminating those blamed for the conditions the people are suffering by the hands of the Ruling Class.
I see both class war and race war being stoked and breaking out as the economy is deliberately dismantled by the regime in Washington.
In the London riots, the complicit media largely left the class war aspect of the mob rampages unmentioned in favor of pushing a template about police violence. In Wisconsin, mobs of rampaging blacks attacked whites in and around the State Fair before setting upon neighborhoods to attack whites in their cars or in their own homes.
The Marxist Mainstream Media is of course complicit in covering up the fruits of what the Liberal/Socialist/Marxist ‘Fundamental change’ is actually producing. But once they can no longer cover up and fool the people about the make-up and frequency of these attacks, they will epitomize these mobs of animals as ‘victims’ of the economy and the misery that ‘rich white people’ have caused them. Then they will ask what will happen if ‘white folks’ begin to defend themselves?, and then go on to warn about gun violence and racism.
Thus, the stage is now perfectly set by Obama’s propagandists and cultural Marxists in the media that the moment any White, Conservative, or Rich American defends themselves from what amounts to the NeoBrownshirts of Obama’s “Civilian Army” – the full power and fury of the Marxist State will descend to crush those they have already deemed to be “terrorists”.
And don’t look for protection or justice from the courts. We no longer have a justice system. We have a legal system, and under Obama’s InJustice Department at the stewardship of Eric Holder, we have seen where justice is selectively applied and where it is denied. It is a foregone conclusion that the DA will crucify anyone defending themselves against the Mobshirts of Obama’s army. The jury will be hand picked by Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, and the Judge will bow to the media-created national outrage by the race and poverty pimps about all the “Tea Party Terrorism” and “Rich, White racists”.
I cannot help but consider the curses in Deuteronomy 28 in regards to this people becoming ‘the tail’. The zeitgeist is out there – and the signal is clearly understood by the Obama faithful: show the whites, show the rich, show the conservatives that they can do what they want, even if it means killing you.
And this is the template the Marxists are employing to stoke a class and race war to finalize their revolution, exactly as history warns us.

Today – we saw the specter of an angry, petulant narcissistic madman, The President of the United States – totally dismiss reality in a disjointed rant that he was nearly an hour late for. His anger was apparent as was his total disconnection with reality – as he seeks to construct his own, by actually stating that the S&P Credit downgrade was not legitimate. He cited Warren Buffet, who himself was downgraded by S&P – as saying that “he would give the US a AAAA credit rating”. So in the hubris mind of NerObama – HE, like all emperors can decide on his own authority – what kind of credit rating to give the country. And – he will make up a new rating – and call it Quadruple A – and say that is the rating we deserve.
His Heinous Obama put an exclamation point on his dismissal of S&P’s authority or legitimacy to downgrade the USA’s rating by stating:
“No matter what some agency may say, we’ve always been and always will be a triple A country”.
So no matter what a Credit agency says – it is what His Heinous Obama says – that matters – according to his own words. No wonder the stock market plummeted over 500 points following his rant this afternoon.
“We didn’t need a rating agency to tell us that the gridlock in Washington over the last several months has not been constructive, to say the least. We knew from the outset that a prolonged debate over the debt ceiling, a debate where the threat of default was used as a bargaining chip, could do enormous damage to our economy and the world.”
Interesting projection from His Heinous, considering it was HIS WHITE HOUSE THAT SET THE DATE OF DEFAULT. He was the one using the threat of default as a ‘bargaining chip’ – but like all the Marxist tyrants before him, the practice is to blame your political enemies for what he, himself is doing.

Then His Heinous suggested what the economy really needs is “Tax reform”.

Tax increases anyone? That’s what this means. His NerOship wants to tax what is left of the wealthy – so he can give it to his cronies to buy his reelection.

As the misery for what this regime has done to the American economy and it’s people begins to really hurt – the template is to blame Obama’s political opposition for what he, and his party have done to the country.
In the face of warnings over a SECOND credit rating downgrade, from the White House Talking points reporting Bureau – radical Leftists in the media are furiously going to work to pin the credit downgrade on the TEA party and Conservative Republicans.
Tell a lie big enough and often enough – they hope this too – along with declaring Conservatives “terrorists” will be accepted as the truth.

“In downgrading the U.S.’s credit rating, S&P points out what has long been obvious: Washington’s inability to come to an agreement on how to close the large fiscal gaps that have emerged since the recession began is troubling. Recent events have sapped the agency’s confidence that the government can and will do what is necessary to align revenues with spending commitments. And it’s difficult to escape the conclusion that America’s credit rating was intentionally sabotaged by Congressional Republicans.”
…Since the Democrats took over Congress in 2007, spending has increased by $1.1 trillion or 41 percent.

White House adviser David Axelrod on CBS’ Face The Nation – pinned responsibility for the U.S. economic downgrade on the Tea Party movement, arguing that the group’s political “brinksmanship” during debt ceiling negotiations “brought us to the brink of a default” — and that, subsequently, “this is essentially a Tea Party downgrade.”
This is a White House directed effort now – from the media to advisors for Obama (Don’t think for a second Axelrod is not heading Obama’s reelection efforts from Chicago) – the template is set: blame the TEA Party for everything, and paint them to be terrorists, extremists, credit defaulters, and a danger to the state.
Here’s Axelrod’s appearance and exchange with Bob Schieffer this morning:
“Wasserman Schultz noted in a tweet Monday that she agreed with Kerry, calling the Tea Party “tyrants” who blocked a more comprehensive bargain on the debt ceiling.”

I absolutely have to turn your attentions to as succinct and to-the-point blog essay by Truman North over at Ace of Spades, of this Debt Ceiling charade being played and the lies the Ruling Class Elites, including Boehner are trying to play us all for saps.
As I’m analyzing this insane argumentative game the Ruling Class is playing – they are posturing this whole deal to either grant NerObama Dictatorial power, or make it look like the GOP fought for the best deal it could and we get Obama’s plan via Harry Reid that will be entitled the “Boehner Plan”. The first option of granting a dictatorship comes from McConnell’s original plan to grant Obama a blank check to raise the debt ceiling himself, this has been followed by recent catcalls from Obama’s stooges calling for him to invoke the 14th Amendment and raise the debt ceiling on his own authority anyway. The second analysis is simply the shell game the Ruling Class likes to play while they lie their arses off to us while showcasing great theater.
The TEA Party members of the Freshmen class need to dig in and hold the line. Ditch any plan unless it CUTS more than 10 TRILLION in spending. Truman North explains why – pay attention:
The current Boehner (2.0) deal is less than meaningless. It’s an insult to you. Boehner is grabbing your daughter, spitting in her mouth, and then burning your house down. All the while talking about how he’s all about doing the right thing.
Let me reiterate, as I have been for the last day or so on each of these threads:
The CBO does some stupid things. Like assuming an approximate 7% increase in federal spending year over year as normal, even without any new programs or departments. Like making 10-year budgets, when only one year really matters, because it’s impossible for one Congress to bind another.
Let me give you some small idea of how screwed up Washington math is, and how much it favors those who are in power over those of us who foot the bill with our blood and treasure:
If we JUST CAPPED SPENDING– spent the same amount next FY as we did this FY,
the CBO would score that as a $9.5 trillion dollar cut.
So before anyone can claim we’re “cutting” anything, the number they are talking about has to exceed $9.5 trillion.
The Boehner plan, with all its actuarial tomfoolery, claims to cut something in the neighborhood of $850 billion.
And only $20 billion of that is this year.
So John Boehner is saying to you that spending $20 billion less thanObama’s opening offer is worth giving him a blank check for a trillion and more.
As long as we’re going to go on playing for the “long game” it’s meaningless to even try to put together a plan. Just let the Democrats do what they want to, since the difference between what they’re going to do and Republicans’ counteroffer is less than a rounding error.
My point is, either we fight for this, or we die like dogs. What the House is doing is not fighting.
The elite Washington Republican insiders have a very tough tightrope to walk: They have to make you believe that they’re fighting for your interests, while making damn sure that they’re not fighting for your interests. Because your interests are directly opposed to their interests.Money is power. The power to tax is the power to rule. Not represent, butrule.
And now we’re seeing just how representative our government is. The conservative movement achieved a nationwide landslide for the GOP. And what did we get for it? $352M in allocated spending de-allocated during the asinine CR (and don’t get me started on those filthy bipartisan statist backslappers passing a continuing resolution rather than stating their priorities in a budget document), and $20 billion unspent in exchange for an extra trillion borrowed. Unless, you know, Harry Reid says we get less and we like it.
Pretty awesome work for eight months in office, TEA movement Representatives! You just saved us… about 54 hours of government borrowing. Not spending, just the borrowing we do in 54 hours.
How much time and money did you spend getting these schmucks elected? Hours? Thousands? However much it was, that’s time and money you could have spent with your family that you will never get back. And our kids and grandkids are not only still slaves, but the Congress is forging new links on their chains as we speak.
Mr. Speaker, the only rational position for a reasonable man acting prudently to take is to honor those who made his rule possible and not raise the debt ceiling. It is politically rational because the House hasalready given the Senate and the President a choice: Do it like Americans want you to do it, or leave the debt limit where it is. Not only is it politically rational, it is the only choice that obeys the laws of economics: There. Is. No. More. Money. Somebody already spent it.
Meanwhile, Harry Reid is crafting his own plan – (which is unConstitutional as all revenue bills must originate in the House), by probably gutting Boehner’s bill and rewriting the entire thing bill to match what NerObama wants: credit limit debt ceiling raise through the elections.
Methinks the good Colonel Allen West was incredibly correct to call this creature from Florida masquerading as a Representative what he did in his e-mail.

No plan except for Paul Ryan’s plan even mentions 62 TRILLION in unfunded liabilities and mandated entitlements. Then of course you have the clever baseline budgeting trick the Ruling Class in Washington plays in regards to anything having to do with it’s spending. Where automatic increases in spending of nearly all entitlement and budget items that are suggested to be frozen are called ‘cuts’ when no money has been cut at all, only the rate of growth in the spending. Harry Reid’s plan is worse – and targeted at the military.
So as Americans and TEA Party hold the GOP’s feet to the fire of “NO MORE SPENDING” – the Ruling Class despots are bringing to bear, two of their most anticipated efforts of complete and absolute rule: Giving Obama dictatorial power, and silencing Conservative views.
As has been telegraphed for weeks now, the Marxist Democrats have demanded that Obama simply act as a dictator to raise the debt ceiling on his own authority and use the 14th Amendment to justify a dictatorial and unConstitutional decree. Even former President Bill Clinton suggested to Obama “force the courts to stop me”.
“He should sign an executive order invoking the 14th Amendment to this issue.” Clyburn said. The Associated Press reported that he was applauded when he suggested the idea at a caucus meeting earlier in the day.
And while Conservatives would rightly shout in outrage and opposition to such a blatant usurpation of the Constitution for a dictatorial power grab, the NY Times Columnist has said that Conservatives and the TEA Party are a “Cult” and that it is time that the news media should censor all Conservative views.
Newsbusters Noel Sheppard reports that Krugman on Tuesday said it was a “moral issue” for the press to censor conservative views about the debt ceiling.
Krugman: “What all this means is that there is no penalty for extremism; no way for most voters, who get their information on the fly rather than doing careful study of the issues, to understand what’s really going on…And yes, I think this is a moral issue”.
I agree with Sheppard’s analysis that, in Krugman’s view, this has become a “moral issue” for the news media to only report the side he agrees with. To solve this, he is advocating the press censor reports attempting to present the view from the right.
And he works for one of the largest newspapers in the country.
History repeats itself folks. And we have plenty of history to glean what happens to a society when a Ruling Class decides to do these things to a selected group of targeted political opponents.
His royal heinous made some incredible decrees this morning, including a whopper of a lie he is building his entire case to the people upon: that 80% of us in this country WANT higher taxes (revenues as he put it) so he can RAISE the debt ceiling to SPEND more money NONE of us have.
“You have 80% of the American people who support a balanced approach. 80% of the American people support an approach that includes revenues and includes cuts. So the notion that somehow the American people aren’t sold is not the problem. The problem is members of Congress are dug in ideologically.”

Not only a vain attempt to try and coerce the GOP into surrendering to his demands by stating a ridiculous fact that 80% of the country WANTS higher taxes so they can raise the debt ceiling, but the PROJECTION he lays on Republicans in Congress as being ‘dug in ideologically’ is the height of insult. NerObama is describing himself, his fellow Marxists and sycophantic Democrat Socialists in Congress. But this is what devils always do – blame others for what they themselves are, and what they, themselves are doing.
