If you are Christian and Conservative, expect your health care to be denied.  The MarxoFascist at the center of the IRS Scandal is promoted to head ObamaCare eligibility at the IRS.

I cannot keep up with all the scandals breaking in the past week, and I have been cautious to wonder how they would play out.  While any one of them would have brought impeachment charges against any Republican President sitting in office, I firmly believe now NONE of this is going to damage Obama or anyone in a Cabinet leadership position.  This is full-blown tyranny at this point, and the Obama regime considers itself invincible.

Do not be deceived into thinking the media has turned on Obama – this was a calculated release of scandal, perhaps related to getting Benghazi out of people’s minds, or so overwhelm them with scandalous news that the average American simply stops paying attention because of the overload (an Alinsky tactic).  The media will benefit from this past week’s ‘outrage’ over Obama’s misuse of the DOJ, DHS and FBI to acquire phone numbers and logs of reporters – because now they will tell us that they did their job investigating Obama, and are not biased in his favor.

What we are experiencing is what all Banana Republic dictatorships in the third world experience.  In fact during this past week’s Capitol Hill testimony, Rep. Kevin Brady (R-TX)  asked Acting IRS Commissioner Steve Miller, “Is this still America?  The question was one of incredulity in the face of the fact that the Obama government is so drunk on power, that it has turned its full force, its full might to harass and intimidate and threaten average Americans “who only wants her voice and their voices heard”.

This is what tyranny looks like folks.  Yet Obama just last week said to our kids that they should reject the voices of those warning about HIS tyranny.

Obama is saying that America needs to reject anyone pointing out government tyranny, yet tyranny is exactly what he is engaging in against the American people.

This Is What Tyranny Looks Like

Here is a woman we will need to learn much more about in the coming weeks. Sarah Hall Ingram is a highly valued employee at the IRS. In the last three years she has received $103,390 in bonuses for her excellent work. She was the Commissioner of the Tax-Exempt and Government Entitles Division. Under her leadership, groups that expressed a fear of large, out-of-control government were systematically crushed by her branch of our large, out-of-control government. They were specifically singled out for harassment for political reasons. Secret information about the conservative applicants was leaked to leftist opposition groups to facilitate further harassment.

This was an organized political operation using State power to silence opposition voices. It is part of every tyrant’s playbook. It tells you everything you need to know about the current state of our country to see that those who favor a limited government, the explicit goal of our founding documents, are now considered enemies of the State.

In a 2009 speech, Ms. Ingram explained her approach:

As a practical matter, we cannot subject every application for tax-exempt status to a painstaking, leave-no-rock-unturned review. Nor can we audit every organization’s 990 every year. Nor would you want us to do so, right? To govern is to choose, and we must choose appropriately which applications or 990s to focus most attention on.

It is clear now that by “choose appropriately”, she meant to harass the limited-government groups endlessly and let liberal and Islamic groups sail right through the approval process.

The good news is that this woman is no longer in charge of that department. The bad news is that she has been promoted and is now the head of the IRS’ Affordable Care Act office. She and her comrades could have access to all your medical records. They will “choose appropriately” who has trouble with the state-controlled medical system and who sails right through. They will decide if it is appropriate to share your medical history with others.

But don’t worry. I heard the outgoing IRS Commissioner say in Friday’s congressional hearings that he has reviewed the situation and found that there was “no partisanship” in the years-long practice of singling out conservative groups for IRS harassment. None at all. There is just no reason to think that specifically targeting one side of the political spectrum had anything to do with politics.

And when Commissioner Steven Miller was asked why conservative groups were targeted for prolonged scrutiny, he said that it just happened because people were trying to be efficient. Sure. Months and months of delays with endless demands for more paperwork is the efficient way to go.

Miller was forced to admit that secret information gathered from certain conservative groups was passed along by the IRS to their leftwing political opposition. So the IRS illegally gathered information and illegally passed it along for political reasons. Mr. Miller said that these actions were “inadvertent”.

There is more evidence of direct lies from IRS officials in Kevin Williamson’s column, “The Nine Lies of Lois Lerner“. One thing we learn from Williamson’s article is that the current campaign by some officials to act surprised and disappointed by the news of IRS criminality is just a scam to deflect their own culpability. Everyone knew the Inspector General’s report on the IRS was about to be released. The IRS needed to jump ahead of the report and act concerned. They were not concerned for years prior to being caught.

Supreme Court Snubs Citizens Whose Social Security Will Be Confiscated If They Refuse Government Health Care

(Snip)…Despite having paid thousands of dollars each in Social Security and Medicare taxes during their working lives—for which they never sought reimbursement—the five plaintiffs were told by officials at the Social Security Administration and Department of Health and Human Services that they had to forfeit all of their Social Security benefits if they wished to withdraw from (or not enroll in) Medicare.

At this point, one might ask why someone would want to give up Medicare. The answer is that some people would prefer to keep their existing (private) health insurance, but that for various regulatory and economic reasons insurance companies are wary of insuring people already covered by Medicare. Talk about the prototypical case of government programs crowding out the private sector!

In any event, the troubling reality of the Supreme Court’s non-ruling is twofold: First, the government now has full authority to force citizens to participate in a financially troubled program (Medicare) that was originally intended to be—and operated for almost three decades as—a wholly voluntary program. If they refuse, SSA and HHS can deny them their Social Security benefits. If they seek to withdraw from Medicare, SSA and HHS can not only deny them future benefits, but force them to repay all benefits received from both programs. Second, the Supreme Court’s unwillingness to address the issue raised here allows federal agencies to bypass Congress with impunity when drafting and implementing their own rules.

Apparently the wishes on one Mr. Mayor Bloomberg, a supporter of socialist Fascism in his own right, had his delusional fantasy shot to hell when the terrorist was arrested on board the plane while it was taxiing down the tarmac at JFK early this morning. Much to the dismay of the Mayor, it was not a fertilizer bomb making delusional redneck from Boondocks, West Virginia, but instead a naturalized American citizen with delusions of being with the 73 virgins who look like Rosie O’Donnell and smell like the Hudson River. This clown is exactly what America needs:

I’m not talking about the suspect, Shahad Faisal, of whom if they could they would declare his intent was to create a Miracle Gro bomb in the name of the Taliban Tea Party to retaliate against Viacom for their anti-Christian television programming on MTV and its other networks. That there are more American intelligence agents or moles, plus FBI infiltrators and informers, plus other law enforcement agents acting against or working undercover in the 9-12 movement, the Tea Parties, Christian churches, patriot groups and/or message boards, and Constitutional militias than they have inserted in Russia, Communist China, Venezuela, Iran, Al Queda, Hezbollah, the Taliban, radicalized Saudi Mosques in the U.S., ELF, Black Panthers, or Revolutionary Communist Party U.S.A. COMBINED.

That very fact should give every red blooded American a pause for one moment. This is not a right-left discussion, liberal-conservative debate, or even a conflict between Demopublicans and Republicrats. This is about a debate for which Americans are just now starting to discover and wake up to and are sadly, ill prepared to deal with. This is a debate about groups who wish to destroy the functional aspects of our society and encourage just enough anarchy to enable an extremist agenda to be inserted via extra-Constitutional means. This is not to be ignored and must be taken seriously. Yet few will wake up in time to stop what is already in motion. The people who love debate, freedom and our history are now the villains and alleged terrorists; while those who believe in Marxism and act against freedom are now the heroes. I’ve seen this movie before and it ended in tears for the world.

And just what is the wake up call I referred to earlier in the article? Perhaps a look at this picture should be a brief reminder as to why the wolves who claim to protect your freedoms might be something else entirely:

Obama Reveals His True Dictatorial Desire and Nature

America is in the hands of a dangerous pathological narcissist who is letting the veneer of statesman slip to reveal his true nature; that of a dictator.

 

Obama’s first State of the Union speech revealed that Obama was not going to waver from his Left-tilt bent into Marxism even after the trouncing Democrats have received in the last several elections culminating in Scott Brown’s election to the seat held for decades by Ted Kennedy.  Obama proved that he truly is a pathological narcissist that is angered over his loss of popularity in the polls.  What we saw on Wednesday night was an angry petulant child lashing out at his perceived enemies while touting himself as savior by his non-achievements.  His bold-faced lies began nearly the moment he started speaking and did not let up until he got to his Mussolini-esque defiance at “I don’t quit!”.

What stood out in the speech, were two things that revealed his dictatorial nature:  his slam of the Supreme Court;  and his decree that he will issue an executive order to seat a debt commission that the Senate voted him down on.

He has spent the last year actively pitting one group of Americans against another.  After the failed Jihadist terror attack on Christmas day, he pitted one federal agency against the other to absolve himself of blame.  Last night he began to pit each branch of government against the other.

Despots do this, not presidents.

Obama’s demagoguery of the Supreme Court was unprecedented.   He first lied and misconstrued the facts of the case, which given the fact he was supposedly a Constitutional lawyer, cannot be simply chalked up to ignorance.  Obama claimed during his speech that the Supreme Court decision in Citizens United v. FEC,

“opened the floodgates for special interests — including foreign corporations — to spend without limit in our elections”.

He then raised the demagoguery by stating:

“Well I don’t think American elections should be bankrolled by America’s most powerful interests, or worse, by foreign entities.”

The president’s statement is patently false and deliberately misleading. 

The Court held that 2 U.S.C. Section 441a, which prohibits all corporate political spending, is unconstitutional. Period.

And rightfully so.

Foreign nationals, specifically defined to include foreign corporations, are prohibiting from making “a contribution or donation of money or other thing of value, or to make an express or implied promise to make a contribution or donation, in connection with a Federal, State or local election” under 2 U.S.C. Section 441e, which was not at issue in the case. 

Foreign corporations are expressly prohibited, under 2 U.S.C. 441e, from making any contribution or donation to any committee of any political party, and they prohibited from making any “expenditure, independent expenditure, or disbursement for an electioneering communication.” 

Of course it is now major news that Justice Samuel Alito dared to defy the wannabe-king by mouthing the words ‘That’s not true” while shaking his head.  

In true Pravda fashion, the State-run  sycophantic media lapdogs of Obama – instead of checking into WHY Justice Alito would be shaking his head at Obama’s remarks, attacked Justice Alito for daring to disagree with Der Fuhrer.  Shaking your head, yelling “You lie!” or refusing to stand and applaud Obama is grounds for complaint from both the White House and his media.  In nations that have already gone down the path Obama is taking us – such insolence is met with a gunshot to the head, followed by burial in a mass grave.

The bashing of this decision by SCOTUS demonstrates either blithering ignorance or willful loathing of the law.  I’m going to assume the latter given Obama’s tenure as a Constitutional lawyer.  He then went on and directed Congress to circumvent the Court’s decision in the Citizens United vs Federal Election Commision decision and “right that wrong”.

Such is hubris of a kind not seen in the Oval Office.

But Obama did not stop there in revealing his true self.

He then chided the U.S. Senate for blocking his proposal to create a ‘debt reduction commission’.  Because of their blocking, Obama will simply create the commission by decree.

“Yesterday, the Senate blocked a bill that would have created this commission. So I will issue an executive order that will allow us to go forward, because I refuse to pass this problem on to another generation of Americans” 

Because HE refuses.  The Monarch refuses to allow the pesky Separation of Powers and the Constitution to get in his way of destroying the country.  With such open and deliberate defiance, one has to wonder that if his Health Care Takeover plan meets a similar fate in the Senate – will he will do the same thing – and simply enact his desires by decree?

This is what tinpot Marxist dictators like Hugo Chavez do.

We are in mortal danger here as Obama lets the veil slip – and we see the dragon’s skin underneath his thin veneer of coolness.

Red Letter Christian Socialist Jim Wallis Concurs With Obama’s Attack on Banks

The High Priest of Obamanation and Socialism urges changing the free market for the “common good”.

One of the greatest dangers besides the Marxist in the White House that our culture faces is the Christian Socialist Movement.  Combining Leftist (Progressive) politics with selected parts of the New Testament, Red Letter Christian Sojourners seek to equate Christianity with Socialism – and therefore Christian duty.

Along with attacking Biblical Christian stands against Homosexuality and Abortion, this week Jim Wallis decided to give religious weight to Obama’s plan to nationalize the banks by regulating their size and activities. I’m still trying to find the scriptures where Jesus said Christians should empower the government to order businesses to give charity and to regulate their business to ensure ‘righteousness’.

I’m going to comment on this backwards religious Marxism as prompted by the article.

Liberal Evangelical Christian Jim Wallis Rips Banks; Calls Bonuses ‘Sins of Biblical Proportions’ 

When you breach the sacrosanct wall between church and state, and use religion to promote policy, bad things happen. At least, that’s what the left has been telling us for years.

But Rev. Jim Wallis, editor-in-chief of Sojourners magazine and author of “Rediscovering Values: On Wall Street, Main Street and Your Street,” sees it differently. Wallis used his interpretation of religion, particularly the Bible, to play the populist card and categorize portions of the American private sector as greedy on MSNBC’s Jan. 21 “Morning Joe.”

“These bank bonuses, I would say, are a sin of Biblical proportions,” Wallis said. “But to pick on the banks alone misses the point. It’s a symptom, I think of a real erosion of societal values because new maxims have taken us over – ‘greed is good,’ ‘it’s all about me and I want it now.’”

Yes, this is true.  Especially if you are a Marxist like Obama or a Christian Socialist like Wallis, who see no problems with being greedy with YOUR business, YOUR property, YOUR money.  It’s all about THEM and they want to tell you what to do with your money NOW.  Greed is good if you can disguise it as government charity.

Wallis suggested our society adopt a values system that sounded more like socialism than the rugged individualism that has made American great. He proposed using the economic downturn to implement these “values.”

Wallis is a known Socialist who has been busy creating “The Christian Left“, an amalgamation of Socialism and Community Leftist Activism coupled with their insistence that Jesus was a Socialist due the red letters He spoke.   They use the Sermon on the Mount as a proof text to justify their assertion that being a good Christian means being a good Socialist. 

“To those, I want to propose some old virtues like ‘enough is enough,’ ‘we’re in this together,’ and I love the Native American notion that you value decisions today by their impact on the seventh generation out,” Wallis said.

Yes, he’s proposing pagan virtues not found in scripture.  I do not find any translation of either the Hebrew, Greek or Chaldee that says “enough is enough” or “We’re in this together and therefore the government should nationalize your business”

“Now that would change things. So, I think we need to use a crisis to recalibrate and to think, if we miss the opportunity, all pain, suffering – my hometown of the Detroit, I was just there to launch a book, launching a book in the worst city in the country but it was the right place before going to New York. We don’t do this, we won’t redeem this crisis. So, let’s use the chance to rethink our values here.”

Hmmmm, “use a crisis to recalibrate what we think”?   Who was it that said “Never let a crisis go to waste”?  Oh yes, Obama’s very own Rahm Emmanuel.  It’s interesting that Wallis is of the mind we should use this crisis to ‘rethink our values’.  Didn’t Obama suggest something similar in his crusade to “change the foundations of the country”?  If you do some digging on their website, you’ll discover what those ‘progressive’ values actually are.  They are not biblical.  They are massaged to appear biblical.

But I’m curious there Mr. Wallis, in the spirit of ‘rethinking our values’ – the profits you are making from this book of yours – I assume you are sending them to Haiti or to someone who needs to keep his house in Detroit being foreclosed on?

From a policy standpoint, Wallis suggested America use these reassessed values to create this so-called “new economy.”

“Well, wealth doesn’t trickle down,” Wallis said. “We’ve learned that. But bad behavior does. And so, I think underneath this economic crisis there is really a values crisis. And how we get a moral compass for a new economy and I’m hearing this from business people, from unemployed workers.”

I do not find Jesus asking His disciples to use their values to create a ‘new economy’.  Make disciples, baptize – yes.  Make a Socialist economy?  No.  In Wallis’ estimation, Capitalism is of the Devil, Socialism is of God.  In his mind, Capitalism and the Free Market are the ‘values crisis’ that needs to be changed.  Socialism is the new ‘moral compass’ in his liturgy.

Wallis related a story about a protest in which he participated in Dec. 2009.

“I was standing on the steps of the Treasury Building with people that were being foreclosed upon and they talked about what happened,” Wallis said. “And they began to cry and I get up as the religious leader and I just got mad. I said, you know, we extended grace to these big banks because we are afraid after meltdown. They’re extending no grace to the people who need it – small businesses need help to do jobs. That’s right.”

I thought Grace was the province of God?  I was not aware that grace is about extending money to people who owe on mortgages they could not afford in the first place.  All Wallis advocates here is irresponsibility and the religious virtue of helping people be irresponsible.

As for the Wall Street bonuses, which banks are contractually obligated to pay and some employees rely upon in lieu of a regular salary – Wallis said to send them to Haiti.

“And these $150 billion, these bonuses, this could erase the budget gap in 50 states. this could provide health insurance for 30 million people. A quarter of it could prevent and postpone foreclosures until 2012. This is a lot of money. I say send the bonuses to Haiti or something like that.”

So, a “Christian virtue” is to have others dictate and tell you what you should do with your own money?  Matthew 20 more than counters this envious and tyrannical mindset, for Jesus Himself says in His parable of those who want to tell the Estate owner what he should do with his money “Am I not permitted to do what I choose with what is mine? Or do you begrudge my generosity? Is your eye evil because I am good?” Matthew 20:15

Wallis channeled his inner-Ellsworth Toohey to bash the market system and called for the change for “the common good.”

Yeah.  Marx, Engels, Stalin, Mussolini, Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot and Obama all said the same thing.

“We lost, Mike [Barnicle], the notion of the common good,” Wallis said. “The invisible hand of the market let go of the common good. How do you restore a sense of community again? That’s I think the issue before us.”

“Morning Joe” panelist and CNBC “Closing Bell” anchor Maria Bartiromo asked Wallis if the American dream was still achievable.

“The chances of that are less than ever because of how the debt is stacked from the top,” Wallis said. “That kind of opportunity is what we need.”

The “common good” Mr. Wallis?  James 1:27 defines what pure and undefiled religion is.  What you mean by ‘common good’, is not the same thing James or Jesus advocated.

‘Common good” to you is “Communism”.

9-11 Is No Longer Patriot Day. Obama Has Made It A National Socialist Day

His first act as president was to sit down for an interview with Al-Aribiya.

He has repeatedly stated that America is not, nor ever will be at war with Islam.

He orders the closing of Gitmo and the transfer of Jihadist prisoners to American soil where they will have access to America’s legal system.

He gives a major speech “To the Muslim world” in Cairo.

Obama orders release of  Jihadi prisoners and enemy combatants who killed US troops in Afghanistan.

He orders the War on Terror ended and demands that it is no longer referred to as a war.

He sends a video message to muslims worldwide to honor Ramadan.

He then orders his attorney general to begin investigating CIA officials who were involved in intelligence gathering from Jihadists.

I could go on and on about the efforts Obama has made to coddle dictators, Jihad terrorists and Communists of the world, while tearing down this country and blaming it at every opportunity.

But why restate the obvious?

But in the midst of this pattern, with all the hoopla over bank, auto bailouts and the health care nationalization – something slipped on by the majority of our notice back in April.

Obama and the Democrats last April, passed and signed a protocol to scrap 9-11 remembrances and memorials, and instead turn the focus of 9-11 from remembering the worst terror attack in our history, into a Day of Socialist Activism.  

9-11 is no longer Patriot Day.  Obama designated 9-11 as a “National Day of Service”, and it was hidden inside the abominable H.R. 1388 “Give Act“.

That’s right, 9-11 in the eyes of Dear Leader, is no longer a day to remember the sacrifices of Americans to the horrors of Jihadists – but a day to celebrate Leftist propaganda.

The Obama White House is behind a cynical, coldly calculated political effort to erase the meaning of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks from the American psyche and convert Sept. 11 into a day of leftist celebration and statist idolatry.

…The president signed into law a measure in April that designated Sept. 11 as a National Day of Service, but it’s not likely many lawmakers thought this meant that day was going to be turned into a celebration of ethanol, carbon emission controls, and radical community organizing.

The administration’s plans were outlined in an Aug. 11 White House-sponsored teleconference call run by Obama ally Lennox Yearwood, president of the Hip Hop Caucus, and Liv Havstad, the group’s senior vice president of strategic partnerships and programs.

…On the Aug. 11 call, Yearwood and other leaders kept saying repeatedly that they wanted 9/11 to be used for something “positive,” “forward-leaning,” and “productive,” said a source with knowledge of the teleconference.

The plan is to turn a “day of fear” that helps Republicans into a day of activism called the National Day of Service that helps the left. In other words, nihilistic liberals are planning to drain 9/11 of all meaning.

A coalition including the unsavory left-wing pressure group Color of Change and about 60 far-left, environmentalist, labor, and corporate shakedown groups participated in the call. Groups on the call included: ACORN, AFL-CIO, Apollo Alliance, Community Action Partnership, Deep South Center for Environmental Justice, 80 Million Strong for Young American Jobs, Friends of the Earth, Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, Mobilize.org, National Black Police Association, National Coalition on Black Civic Participation, National Council of Negro Women, National Wildlife Federation, RainbowPUSH Coalition, Urban League, and Young Democrats of America.

…They view Sept. 11 as a “Republican” day because it focuses the public on supposedly “Republican” issues like patriotism, national security, and terrorism. According to liberals, 9/11 was long ago hijacked by Republicans and their enablers and unfairly used to bludgeon helpless Democrats at election time.

…On Aug. 4, the White House offered a glimpse into its plans to desecrate 9/11 for political advantage. Jones appeared in a largely ignored 33-minute video posted on the official blog of the White House to discuss the administration’s plan to flush 9/11 down the memory hole just as it has tried to do by rechristening the Global War on Terror the “Overseas Contingency Operations.”

Of this National Day of Service, Jones says little except that it will be a great opportunity “for people to connect, to find other people in your peer group who are also passionate about repowering America but also greening up America and cleaning up America.”

...the National Day of Service will be “the first milestone” of a larger effort called Green the Block that is attempting to convince Americans that the utopian fantasy of a so-called green economy is possible without turning the U.S. into a Third World country.

…At no time does anyone explain why this National Day of Service has to be held — of all the 365 days in a year — on Sept. 11.

Of course the contempt Obama has for patriotism, America and the principles that we hold dear is no secret. 

His contempt for those Americans lost on 9-11 was self-evident at last year’s memorial service at Ground Zero where Dear Leader irreverently tossed a rose in a display of cavalier indifference.

Of course Obama had a penchant for politicizing even 9-11 to fit his idea of Marxist change.

It should be no surprise then, that Obama and his lackeys, have decided to CHANGE the meaning of 9-11, into a day of Leftist Activism.
