If you are Christian and Conservative, expect your health care to be denied.  The MarxoFascist at the center of the IRS Scandal is promoted to head ObamaCare eligibility at the IRS.

I cannot keep up with all the scandals breaking in the past week, and I have been cautious to wonder how they would play out.  While any one of them would have brought impeachment charges against any Republican President sitting in office, I firmly believe now NONE of this is going to damage Obama or anyone in a Cabinet leadership position.  This is full-blown tyranny at this point, and the Obama regime considers itself invincible.

Do not be deceived into thinking the media has turned on Obama – this was a calculated release of scandal, perhaps related to getting Benghazi out of people’s minds, or so overwhelm them with scandalous news that the average American simply stops paying attention because of the overload (an Alinsky tactic).  The media will benefit from this past week’s ‘outrage’ over Obama’s misuse of the DOJ, DHS and FBI to acquire phone numbers and logs of reporters – because now they will tell us that they did their job investigating Obama, and are not biased in his favor.

What we are experiencing is what all Banana Republic dictatorships in the third world experience.  In fact during this past week’s Capitol Hill testimony, Rep. Kevin Brady (R-TX)  asked Acting IRS Commissioner Steve Miller, “Is this still America?  The question was one of incredulity in the face of the fact that the Obama government is so drunk on power, that it has turned its full force, its full might to harass and intimidate and threaten average Americans “who only wants her voice and their voices heard”.

This is what tyranny looks like folks.  Yet Obama just last week said to our kids that they should reject the voices of those warning about HIS tyranny.

Obama is saying that America needs to reject anyone pointing out government tyranny, yet tyranny is exactly what he is engaging in against the American people.

Here is a woman we will need to learn much more about in the coming weeks. Sarah Hall Ingram is a highly valued employee at the IRS. In the last three years she has received $103,390 in bonuses for her excellent work. She was the Commissioner of the Tax-Exempt and Government Entitles Division. Under her leadership, groups that expressed a fear of large, out-of-control government were systematically crushed by her branch of our large, out-of-control government. They were specifically singled out for harassment for political reasons. Secret information about the conservative applicants was leaked to leftist opposition groups to facilitate further harassment.

This was an organized political operation using State power to silence opposition voices. It is part of every tyrant’s playbook. It tells you everything you need to know about the current state of our country to see that those who favor a limited government, the explicit goal of our founding documents, are now considered enemies of the State.

In a 2009 speech, Ms. Ingram explained her approach:

As a practical matter, we cannot subject every application for tax-exempt status to a painstaking, leave-no-rock-unturned review. Nor can we audit every organization’s 990 every year. Nor would you want us to do so, right? To govern is to choose, and we must choose appropriately which applications or 990s to focus most attention on.

It is clear now that by “choose appropriately”, she meant to harass the limited-government groups endlessly and let liberal and Islamic groups sail right through the approval process.

The good news is that this woman is no longer in charge of that department. The bad news is that she has been promoted and is now the head of the IRS’ Affordable Care Act office. She and her comrades could have access to all your medical records. They will “choose appropriately” who has trouble with the state-controlled medical system and who sails right through. They will decide if it is appropriate to share your medical history with others.

But don’t worry. I heard the outgoing IRS Commissioner say in Friday’s congressional hearings that he has reviewed the situation and found that there was “no partisanship” in the years-long practice of singling out conservative groups for IRS harassment. None at all. There is just no reason to think that specifically targeting one side of the political spectrum had anything to do with politics.

And when Commissioner Steven Miller was asked why conservative groups were targeted for prolonged scrutiny, he said that it just happened because people were trying to be efficient. Sure. Months and months of delays with endless demands for more paperwork is the efficient way to go.

Miller was forced to admit that secret information gathered from certain conservative groups was passed along by the IRS to their leftwing political opposition. So the IRS illegally gathered information and illegally passed it along for political reasons. Mr. Miller said that these actions were “inadvertent”.

There is more evidence of direct lies from IRS officials in Kevin Williamson’s column, “The Nine Lies of Lois Lerner“. One thing we learn from Williamson’s article is that the current campaign by some officials to act surprised and disappointed by the news of IRS criminality is just a scam to deflect their own culpability. Everyone knew the Inspector General’s report on the IRS was about to be released. The IRS needed to jump ahead of the report and act concerned. They were not concerned for years prior to being caught.

 

Obama’s Praetorian Media:  Silence on Benghazi Cover-up as the MarxoFascist Democrats attack and discredit the ‘Whistleblowers’

As I feared, after watching the Benghazi testimony from Issa’s committee hearings on the slaughter of Americans on 9-11-2012 and the cover-up by the Obama regime – not only is nothing going to come as a result of these hearings, the media is ensuring that Obama’s Amerika doesn’t give a damn about what happened there.  They are either totally silent and ignoring the testimony altogether, or slandering the entire investigation as a ‘GOP’ attack on Obama.

Along with Hillary Clinton’s “What difference does it make?!” answer to why did they leave 4 Americans to die and blame the Jihad attack on a youtube video:

I would bet that this talking point the MarxoFascist Democrats are rallying around does not apply to events like Sandy Hook, Aurora Colorado, Boston Marathon bombing, etc.  Imagine if some Conservative said “What difference does it make what kind of gun was used, death is a part of life!”  Not so with the Obama Leftists.  Their treason and dereliction of duty is met with ridicule and lecture while they absolve themselves.

Then of course, the Propaganda media/Obama’s Praetorian are doing all they can to marginalize, slander and then ignore any damaging testimony that makes Obama or his regime look bad or incompetent.

Media Calls Benghazi Testimony as nothing but political “GOP Hearings”

Fox News is the ONLY news outlet actually covering the hearings aside from the internet and C-Span.  The entirety of the rest of Obama’s Media either totally ignores the testimony, or simply follows the talking points to declare the hearings a ‘political witch hunt against Obama’ (because he’s black).

But for those of us who are Americans – and want to know the truth of the blood-soaked hands of Obama’s regime:

What we learned today about the Benghazi attacks

If anyone suggests that nothing new was said in today’s Benghazi hearing — it’s just not true. It doesn’t take a smoking gun to solve a murder case, and the absence of a smoking gun here doesn’t take away from the fact that huge doubt was cast both on the Obama administration’s diligence with respect to its mission in Libya and its sincerity in explaining what had happened after the fact.

There were several important revelations in today’s testimony. They come from sources that are not mere partisan hacks, but civil servants who experienced the Benghazi attacks up close and have since, in some cases, suffered retaliation from the Obama administration for daring to step forward.

Here are a few of the lessons from today, just the quick and dirty version:

(1) As the consulate in Benghazi was swarmed by at least five dozen armed men and later shelled with precisely aimed mortars, Diplomats on the ground knew right away that they were under attack by terrorists, and even by which ones — they were al Qaeda linked. Ambassador Chris Stevens, in his phone conversation with U.S. diplomats in Tripoli, did not suggest at any point that there was a demonstration going on outside the facility there.

(2) They knew the anti-Islamic YouTube video, made a Copt and later blamed by U.S. politicians, was a “non-event” that had not entered the public consciousness in Libya.

(3) Gregory Hicks, the Libya Deputy Mission Chief, believes that the falsehoods told by administration officials about said video (including Obama himself, Secretary Clinton, Susan Rice and others) harmed relations with Libyan leaders (the Libyan president stated early on that it was a terrorist attack) and contributed to the three-week delay in getting the FBI into the crime scene.

(4) Hicks received orders from on high not to speak with visiting members of Congress without an administration-appointed chaperone/babysitter present at all times.

(5) When he did so anyway (his appointed babysitter lacked the security clearance to be present in the conversation he had), Hillary’s Chief of Staff and Clinton era counsel Cheryl Mills personally called to chew him out afterward.

(6) Hicks — who had previously been praised for his work — was suddenly criticized, blamed and demoted after he came forward and questioned these falsehoods about the YouTube video.

(7) The security situation in both Benghazi and Tripoli evinced negligence by the State Department. Neither facility met the State Department’s own security standards, despite known security risks in Libya, and this situation was only allowed to exist with permission of the Secretary of State herself.

As to the question of whether substantial military help could have been ordered and arrived in a timely fashion, I don’t believe the testimony tells us much. We at least know for sure that no effort was made — not even a request to use the airspace. That doesn’t mean the decision not to send help was not justified by the circumstances.

His Heinous Obama again disparages the American people on foreign soil and blames them for what he, himself has helped to orchestrate by arming drug cartels with guns so as to force more gun control.

I cannot post any commentary about this news because the only words that form in my mind are accompanied by four-letter expletives.

It’s self-infuriating all by it’s lonesome.

Obama: Americans ‘Are Root Cause of Violence That’s Been Happening Here in Mexico’

(CNSNews.com) – President Barack Obama, speaking in Mexico City on Friday, said the United States is responsible for much of the crime and violence in Mexico because of the demand for drugs and the illegal smuggling of guns across the southern border.

He told the crowd, “We understand that the root cause of violence that’s been happening here in Mexico for which so many Mexicans have suffered is the demand for illegal drugs in the United States.” He later added, “We also recognize that most of the guns used to commit violence here in Mexico come from the United States.”

Obama acknowledged the illegal smuggling of guns into Mexico by American criminals, but did not mention the Justice Department’s Operation Fast and Furious that allowed the flow of about 2,000 U.S. guns to Mexican drug trafficking organizations. Fast and Furious began in the fall of 2009 and was halted in December 2010 after two of the weapons from the DOJ gun walking program were found at the murder scene of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.

“In the United States, we understand our responsibilities. We understand that the root cause of violence that’s been happening here in Mexico for which so many Mexicans have suffered is the demand for illegal drugs in the United States,” Obama said. “So we’ve got to continue to make progress on that front.”

Obama opposes legalizing drugs, but wants to approach the matter beyond just law enforcement.

“I’ve been asked, and I honestly do not believe that legalizing drugs is the answer,” the president said. “But I do believe that a comprehensive approach, not just law enforcement, but education and prevention and treatment, that’s what we have to do. We’re going to have to stay at it, because of the lives of our children and the futures of our nations depend on it.”

He went on to talk about America’s role in fueling gun violence in Mexico and pledged to the Mexican people to push harder for gun control in his own country, referencing the Second Amendment.

“We also recognize that most of the guns used to commit violence here in Mexico come from the United States,” Obama said. “I think many of you know that in America, the Constitution guarantees our individual right to bear arms. As president, I swore an oath to uphold that right, and I always will.

“But at the same time, as I’ve said in the United States, I will continue to do everything in my power to pass common sense reforms to keep guns out of the hands of criminals and dangerous people that can save lives here in Mexico and back home in the United States. It’s the right thing to do,” he said.

“We’ll keep increasing the pressure on gun traffickers who bring illegal guns into Mexico. We’ll keep putting these criminals where they belong, behind bars,” the president added.

Last month, an Obama-backed gun control measure for stricter background checks failed to pass the democratically controlled Senate.

The violence from guns being put into the hands of Mexican Drug Cartels was because the Obama regime ORDERED guns to be ‘walked’ into Mexico.  CBS News interviewed an ATF agent who testified on the record, that he and his agency was ORDERED to let guns go into Mexico.  Orders that came from Eric Holder’s Justice Department – probably on orders from Obama himself.  Watch for yourself:

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder says any state law that defends the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution and  ’overrides’ any Federal Gun Law is null and void and ‘unconstitutional’.

Remember when we learned last week that the Obama regime will decide what laws to enforce and which to ignore?  Well, it seems that if any state DARES to try and protect the Bill of Rights and the Constitution from Federal edicts that abolish the Constitution by default, the Obama regime will spring immediately into action (even though they are still dragging their feet on Benghazi) – and prepare to take immediate action against any state daring to defy His Heinous and the MarxoFascist agenda.

Kansas overwhelmingly voted for and enacted SB102 - The Second Amendment Preservation Act, declaring that the federal government has no power to regulate guns manufactured, sold and kept only in Kansas.  The legislation signed Tuesday also applies to ammunition made, sold and kept in the state. The new law took effect at the end of last week and makes it a felony for a federal agent to enforce any law, regulation, order or treaty regulating such items.

The Obama regime however will have none of this.  In record time – Eric Holder fired off an angry letter to Governor Brownback asserting that it is “UnConstitutional” for the State of Kansas to interfere with any Federal “Law” that violates the Constitution.

The stage is being set for an eventual confrontation and Constitutional crisis.  I have said repeatedly that in any Marxist takeover of a society – there must be violence and bloodshed blamed on the opposition of the new regime – so that the iron fist of tyranny can be ‘legally’ imposed and the political opposition eliminated – by force most often.

Given the statements of Obama officials and policy makers towards Christians and ‘Red states’ – we are already in the midst of a cold civil war in this country.  The question becomes, who has the willpower to act against what they see as a threat?  The Obama MarxoFascist Regime, or Constitutional Christian Conservatives Obama and his Ruling Class have labeled ‘domestic terrorists’ and ‘monsters’.

Holder Threatens Kansas Over New Gun Law

Kansas Governor Sam Brownback received a letter today from Attorney General Eric Holder threatening action against the state should it enforce SB102, the pro 2nd Amendment law Brownback signed into law last month.

The new law declares that the federal government has no power to regulate guns manufactured, sold and kept only in Kansas.

Any act, law, treaty, order, rule or regulation of the government of the United States which violates the second amendment to the constitution of the United States is null, void and unenforceable in the state of Kansas.The legislation made it a felony for a federal agent to enforce any law, regulation, order or treaty regulating  ammunition made, sold and kept in the state because the federal government does not “interstate commerce” authority over such items.

The law became effective only a week ago, but already Holder has leapt into action, firing off a letter to the governor of Kansas threatening to take “all appropriate action including litigation if necessary” to prevent the state of Kansas from protecting the 2nd Amendment. (Amazing for a guy who didn’t even know about his own department’s gun-running operation, Fast and Furious until months after a border patrol agent was killed by one of its guns.) But when a state passes a law he doesn’t like - this Attorney General is FAST!

“In purporting to override federal law and to criminalize the official acts of federal officers, SB102 directly conflicts with federal law and is therefore unconstitutional.”

“Under the Supremacy Clause…Kansas may not prevent federal employees and officials from carrying out their official responsibilities.  And a state certainly may not criminalize the exercise of federal responsibilities.  Because SB102 conflicts with federal firearms laws and regulations, federal law supercedes this new statute; all provisions of federal laws and their implementing regulations therefore continue to apply.”

Michael Boldin, founder of the Tenth Amendment Center, pointed out the flaws in Holder’s reasoning at Right Side News:

1. Kansas is NOT purporting to criminalize the exercise of constitutional federal responsibilities.  On the contrary, the bill criminalizes what the state has determined is unconstitutional.   It is the position that such federal acts are indeed a violation of the Constitution.  No matter how much Eric might believe it to be otherwise, his view is obviously not universal – especially in Kansas.

2. The Supremacy Clause.  Holder takes the position that all tyrants do – that everything they do is authorized, anything to the contrary – worthless.  But Holder is wrong.  The Supremacy Clause doesn’t say that “any law in conflict with federal law” is void.  It says that only those laws “in pursuance” of the constitution are supreme.  The new Kansas legislation, again, takes the position that such federal acts are not constitutional, and therefore not supreme.

3. Historical Precedent.  The 1850 Fugitive Slave Act was a federal law that basically required all states in the north to act as slave catchers for black people claimed as property in the South.  It’s one of the most disgusting acts in American history.  A number of northern states passed laws similar to the new Kansas law, criminalizing federal agents for attempting to kidnap people in their states.    Although the feds still claimed the same kind of authority that Eric Holder has claimed today, they didn’t have the manpower to enforce.  Read more about that here.    As an aside, if Holder would like to take the position that such resistance to federal slave laws was wrong, he’s welcome to publicly state that.

There is also a precedent to fighting federal gun control laws and winning.

After the Brady bill was signed into law in the nineties,  Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack sued the Clinton administration claiming the federal government had overstepped its bounds. The case found its way to the U.S. Supreme Court, and Sheriff Mack won.

“There’s still hope and local sovereignty, state sovereignty, state’s rights is the solution. We’ve got to have local officials that tell the federal government there’s just a few things you’re not going to do here,” Mack said at a gun rights event at an American Legion in Lima, Ohio, last February.

“If we have local officials, sheriffs and state representatives and governors nullifying what the federal government is doing it’s all proper, it’s all constitutional, and it is completely in line with state sovereignty and the 10th Amendment.”

“The 10th Amendment guarantees this process that we’re about today. Acting on the powers of the states we can keep this movement peaceful and effective and put the federal government back where they belong,” Mack concluded.

KANSAS TO PROSECUTE FEDERAL AGENTS WHO ATTEMPT TO ENFORCE FEDERAL GUN CONTROL LAWS

Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback just signed into law a statute that “bars the federal government from regulating guns and ammunition manufactured and stored within Kansas state lines.”

Moreover, the new law makes it a felony for federal authorities to attempt to enforce federal gun control laws, treaties, or rules related to firearms within Kansas state lines. Federal agents would not be arrested but will be prosecuted on “a complaint-and-summons basis.”

Naturally, U.S. Attorney general Eric Holder is furious. Already he has sent a letter to Brownback promising, “The United States will take all appropriate action, including litigation if necessary, to prevent the State of Kansas from interfering with the activities of federal officials enforcing the law.”

Holder cites the Constitution’s Supremacy Clause, which gives supremacy to federal laws over state laws.

Kansas, however, is citing the Interstate Commerce Clause, “contending that Washington has no right to regulate guns that were made in Kansas and never cross state lines.”

The play Kansas is making is to keep its gun business within the state, which they believe nullifies the federal government’s legal right to regulate. Guns and ammunition would be manufactured, stored, and sold only in Kansas.

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach, a former constitutional law professor, helped to write the law and says that the bill is not symbolic; it was written carefully and with the purpose of surviving a court challenge.

Using cherry-picked suspect polls, Democrats and their media have now entered month six of a relentless, self-defeating campaign. So bitter and humiliated are they over the Senate loss of Toomey-Manchin, they have forgotten that the gun debate is always a plus for Republicans and a loser for Democrats.

For proof of how badly the political right wants to keep the gun control issue alive, look no further than the law the state of Kansas just passed to intentionally provoke this fight. Furthermore, look at the flurry of similar bills currently being proposed in 28 states.

Sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ in the military is stated to be “treason,” an act of “spiritual rape” and that Christians are “enemies of the Constitution” according to new guidelines being established in Obama’s military.

The road to persecution and eradication of Christians in what once was America is being set before our eyes.  Empowering the State to persecute Christians for their faith is about to take it’s first step to becoming policy in the military, where Obama is Commander-In-Chief.   I refer you to the entry from last week that reported that Obama’s military has declared Christianity a ‘Hate Group’.  That declaration was not an accident, typo or misunderstanding.  It was the justification for the criminalization and punishment of Christians within the military.

Under Obama, the Homosexuals were led out of the closet and celebrated, and now Christians are being forced into the closet and threatened to don’t ask, don’t tell, don’t mention or hint at their faith .

As most Americans rolled their eyes and ignore these patterns of hostility to patriotic American Christians, Obama’s regime is now quietly implementing the machinations to criminalize the Christian faith from inside the military.  Interestingly, Islam is not under the same auspices of consideration – even after the Jihad attack on Fort Hood.   However, Christians are specifically labelled and declared in official documents to be everything from ‘domestic terrorists’; ‘extremists’ and a ‘hate group’.  This is no surprise to those of us whom have been warning about where this would go since it was discovered in April of 2009 that the DHS had officially listed Right Wing Christians as ‘extremists’ without any mention of Jihadist Islam or Muslims in their report to Law Enforcement.

Today, Breitbart reports that Obama’s Pentagon has confirmed IT WILL  develop court-martial procedures to punish Christians in the military who express or share their faith.

Understand this now – the military will PROSECUTE any Christian in the military who even expresses or shares their faith in Christ.  The penalty for a court martial could be imprisonment and/or expulsion with dishonor from service.

As I said before, Obama’s transformation of our society is one that is a harbinger of horror as other Godless Leftist regimes of the last century illustrate.  A military unmoored from biblical morality and it’s soldiers of the Judeo-Christian principles and ethics, is a military that will be used to commit horrors at the request of an evil leadership without remorse from it’s soldiers.  Such a military could be used against American citizens without any shred of compassion to further the aims of a perverted leadership.

PENTAGON CONFIRMS IT MAY COURT MARTIAL SOLDIERS WHO SHARE CHRISTIAN FAITH

The Pentagon has released a statement confirming that soldiers could be prosecuted for promoting their faith: “Religious proselytization is not permitted within the Department of Defense…Court martials and non-judicial punishments are decided on a case-by-case basis…”. 

The statement, released to Fox News, follows a Breitbart News report on Obama administration Pentagon appointees meeting with anti-Christian extremist Mikey Weinstein to develop court-martial procedures to punish Christians in the military who express or share their faith.

(From our earlier report: Weinstein is the head of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, and says Christians–including chaplains–sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ in the military are guilty of “treason,” and of committing an act of “spiritual rape” as serious a crime as “sexual assault.” He also asserted that Christians sharing their faith in the military are “enemies of the Constitution.”)

Being convicted in a court martial means that a soldier has committed a crime under federal military law. Punishment for a court martial can include imprisonment and being dishonorably discharged from the military.

So President Barack Obama’s civilian appointees who lead the Pentagon are confirming that the military will make it a crime–possibly resulting in imprisonment–for those in uniform to share their faith. This would include chaplains—military officers who are ordained clergymen of their faith (mostly Christian pastors or priests, or Jewish rabbis)–whose duty since the founding of the U.S. military under George Washington is to teach their faith and minister to the spiritual needs of troops who come to them for counsel, instruction, or comfort.

This regulation would severely limit expressions of faith in the military, even on a one-to-one basis between close friends. It could also effectively abolish the position of chaplain in the military, as it would not allow chaplains (or any service members, for that matter), to say anything about their faith that others say led them to think they were being encouraged to make faith part of their life. It’s difficult to imagine how a member of the clergy could give spiritual counseling without saying anything that might be perceived in that fashion.

In response to the Pentagon’s plans, retired Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin, who is now executive vice president of the Family Research Council (FRC), said on Fox & Friends Wednesday morning:

It’s a matter of what do they mean by “proselytizing.” …I think they’ve got their defintions a little confused. If you’re talking about coercion that’s one thing, but if you’re talking about the free exercise of our faith as individual soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines, especially for the chaplains, they I think the worst thing we can do is stop the ability for a soldier to be able to exercise his faith.”

FRC has launched a petition here which has already collected over 30,000 signatures, calling on Secretary Hagel is stop working with Weinstein and his anti-Christian organization to develop military policy regarding religious faith.

I almost expected His Heinous Obama to declare a national holiday as the zeitgeist of the minority Gay Agenda continues to force itself upon us all and turn the civil and religious society in America inside out and upside down.

But spoiling the faggotry celebration of the Left on parade, was ESPN commentator Chris Broussard – dared to share the fact that his faith views homosexuality as a sin – but doesn’t use his faith to demean or attack those who are.  He noted that simply disagreeing with a lifestyle earns contempt, ridicule and declarations of bigotry and intolerance.

That was enough to send the Marxofascist Left and their media universe allies into a full meltdown – and the heat so intense for the network to punish Broussard – that he is having to ‘walk back’ his statements while the network goes full throttle to apologize that Broussard’s Christianity is not to be tolerated.

ESPN APOLOGIZES FOR COMMENTATOR’S CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW ON HOMOSEXUALITY

While the left lectures Americans about the historic breakthrough made by NBA free agent Jason Collins in announcing his sexuality and calls for well-deserved tolerance, they are on full-out attack against ESPN commentator Chris Broussard for expressing his Christian views. And now ESPN has been forced to apologize.

It all started when Broussard appeared on Outside the Lines to talk about Collins. Appearing with ESPN senior writer LZ Granderson, who is openly gay, Broussard was asked by the host, “How ready is the NBA and the locker rooms for having an openly gay teammate?”

Broussard answered, “The climate in society is very set for this thing to happen …. A lot of people feel like if you come out and say you don’t agree with homosexuality, you are viewed as a bigot, you are viewed as intolerant. So I think the climate is right for somebody to come out and say they are gay. I’ve been texting with players, GMs, coaches, agents throughout the day … and it’s been overwhelmingly supportive of Jason, from former teammates to guys who have played against him.” Broussard acknowledged that a few players said they might be uncomfortable with a gay player in the showers, but that “I don’t think you’ll see somebody come out and be against this, whether because of their true feelings or because of political correctness.”

Later in the conversation, Granderson said, “If we really want to move toward progress and toward full acceptance, we have to have this conversation and this process. Broussard then seconded that motion, and gave an example of that conversation and how it could be productive:

I’d like to second what LZ said. “I’m a Christian. I don’t agree with homosexuality. I think it’s a sin, as I think all sex outside of marriage between a man and a woman is. [ESPN's] L.Z. [Granderson] knows that. He and I have played on basketball teams together for several years. We’ve gone out, had lunch together, we’ve had good conversations, good laughs together. He knows where I stand and I know where he stands. I don’t criticize him, he doesn’t criticize me, and call me a bigot, call me ignorant, call me intolerant.

In talking to some people around the league, there’s a lot Christians in the NBA and just because they disagree with that lifestyle, they don’t want to be called bigoted and intolerant and things like that. That’s what LZ was getting at. Just like I may tolerate someone whose lifestyle I disagree with, he can tolerate my beliefs. He disagrees with my beliefs and my lifestyle but true tolerance and acceptance is being able to handle that as mature adults and not criticize each other and call each other names…

Personally, I don’t believe that you can live an openly homosexual lifestyle or an openly premarital sex between heterosexuals, if you’re openly living that type of lifestyle, then the Bible says you know them by their fruits, it says that’s a sin. If you’re openly living in unrepentant sin, whatever it may be, not just homosexuality, adultery, fornication, premarital sex between heterosexuals, whatever it may be, I believe that’s walking in open rebellion to God and to Jesus Christ. I would not characterize that person as a Christian because I do not think the Bible would characterize them as a Christian.

This has been the traditional Biblical view for thousands of years. Still, traditionally religious people in the United States, like Broussard, have reached an understanding and tolerance for those with whom they disagree. Mutual tolerance between the traditionally religious and proponents of the morality of homosexuality is what the conversation between Granderson and Broussard was all about. As Granderson said, “Chris and I have had those uncomfortable conversations, the NBA now needs to have those uncomfortable conversations.” Tolerance is the goal. And tolerance requires tolerance on both sides.

But instead of having those uncomfortable conversations, and coming to mutual respect for one another’s positions, the left went after Broussard hammer and tongs. The hashtag #firechrisbroussard quickly skyrocketed on Twitter. The same left that praised Bob Costas to the skies for randomly sounding off on Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher and gun control now decided that Broussard was way out of line. The LA Timesran an online poll asking, “Should Broussard have said what he said on TV?”

Kelly Dwyer of Yahoo! Sports wrote, “The last thing [gay youths] need is to see someone like Chris Broussard, who ESPN (and by extension, the NBA) trusts as both its voice both at games and in-studio, to be referring to them as sinners who are in ‘open rebellion to God.’” Deadspin’s John Koblin said that it was “unclear why [Broussard’s opinion was] necessary or even relevant at this hour.” Variety subtly suggested, “In December, ESPN suspended commentator Rob Parker for questionable comments on the race of NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III, then chose not to renew his contract after it expired at year’s end.”

In response to all this leftist tolerance, ESPN dutifully released a statement apologizing for Broussard’s comments: “We regret that a respectful discussion of personal viewpoints became a distraction from today’s news. ESPN is fully committed to diversity and welcomes Jason Collins’ announcement.” Naturally, Buzzfeed’s Kate Arthur ripped ESPN anyway for not sufficiently falling into line: “So no apology from Broussard …. ESPN got itself into this ridiculous, impossible situation here by relying on one of its employee’s religious beliefs to inform a discussion about the huge Collins news …. What I would like to know, therefore, is why they put Broussard on the air to discuss his personal feelings about Collins, homosexuality, and Christianity, rather than his area of professional expertise — basketball — in the first place.” Arthur went on a rampage, calling Broussard “punitive, unforgiving,” and lamenting that “Collins’ beautiful announcement” had been tarnished by ESPN’s “outdated, homophobic pit of its own making.”

Broussard’s opinion was verboten according to the left. Granderson’s was not. The right was happy to air both opinions. Yet the left thinks that Broussard was way out of bounds. That’s because the goal of the left in overplaying the Jason Collins coming out party – a presidential call? Really? – is to portray those who disagree on homosexuality as bigots and homophobes who want to deny people like Collins happiness. Broussard never even remotely suggested that Collins should not have come out. He repeatedly stated that the time was ripe for Collins to come out. Virtually everyone on the right agrees with that general perspective. But Broussard violated the most taboo of all standards: he suggested that he had a different moral view than that of the left. And so now his job may be in jeopardy.

When it comes to tyranny and tolerance, the case of Chris Broussard is far more telling than that of Jason Collins. It is the left that wants tyranny of expression. Tolerance only extends to those deemed worthy by the left.

The growing trend of Pastors, Politicians and Parishoners converting to, or compromising the Muslim faith with the God of The Bible.

Let’s face it, Christianity has lost it’s salt in the West.  It is become a lukewarm limp noodle that will not stand for the God of the Bible, Jesus Christ, The Gospel, The Commandments or against sin.  Instead, the wet tissue paper of today’s Christian church stands for ‘tolerance’, ‘diversity’, ‘acceptance’ and ‘love’ while adhering to a Satanic deception that Christians should not judge sin, or right from wrong.  The number of American Christians I have heard that say proselytizing or preaching the Gospel is ‘offensive’ to non-Christians and should not be done, is epidemic.  They buy the media’s argument that trying to convert others to Christianity is a sin, while nary a word about the conversion of Christians in the West to Islam and Hinduism.  II Timothy 3:5  is what the Christian church in America is become, and how we have arrived at the point that embracing homosexuality and even perverting the God-ordained institution of marriage IN the church is growing in acceptance.

Greater Christianity in America no longer even stands for itself.  It has become a lip-service faith.  A  hybrid of the secular materialistic society that dominates our culture.  Gone is the focus of doing Matthew 28: 19-20.  Missionary funding and support for preaching the gospel takes a back seat to bigger monuments to self;  ’great works of the Lord’ focused on getting more bodies into pews and offerings into plates than transforming lives with the Gospel.    Giant mega buildings with coffee shops and ATM’s in the lobby designed to draw thousands that sit empty and unused most of the week.  Televangelists and false preachers beg their members for money for personal lavish royal lifestyles.  Convenience, programs and perks make church more a social club than a place to sharpen iron for the task of a way of life we have been called to.  Instead the people want to hear smooth and easy things for itching ears.

So too has arisen the political Left church – whose doctrines are a melding of Marxist philosophy with the Beatittudes of the Sermon on the Mount that champion what they say is Christian Socialism.   Those that do say they adhere to the bible, are more intent it seems to tear other Christians apart, hide themselves from the world and fight or eschew others in the faith over matters of doctrine, catechism and understanding, rather than standing against sin.

Divorce, adultery, addictions, abortion, homosexuality are as practiced in the church in America as it is in the collapsing society at large.

So is it any wonder, that now we hear American pastors, preachers and televangelists equating Islam as equal to or superior to Christianity?  Should we be surprised that a new heresy of Chrislam is being pushed and promoted by the leadership of large Christian churches and denominations?  Does it alarm any in the faith that former American Christians find no power in Christianity, and are flocking to Islam and converting to a faith that stands for the purpose of conquering and to conquer with the bow and the sword?

I continue to be amazed at how God moves His true servants with a message that He wants a remnant to hear.  A pastor friend of mine wrote an observation last week about this very subject – and his essay was followed by one story after another that illustrated his point to an alarming perfection.  A pattern is emerging as America and the West are continually given over to strong delusion to believe a lie, and the desire to follow those lies with eagerness because Christians are too busy following men, and not Scripture.

Becoming Muslim

While passing through a line at an airport security check I witnessed an animated conversation between a male and female pair of security guards. Both were Americans, formerly Christians and he was questioning her decision to convert to Islam. She, at a loss to find a convincing answer threw up her hands and exclaimed, “It’s something you wouldn’t understand.”

You may be as perplexed as I am that any American, born in a country where freedom and justice have been highly valued, would choose to embrace Islam. You may be shocked to know that a wave of tens of thousands of people in the Western Culture have converted to Islam. Even more appalling is that 75 percent of those multiple thousands are women.

If the trend could be worse, it is. Most of these women gravitate to the more misogynistic groups where women have no rights. Yet they insist all the while that they feel liberated and free.

Abigail Esman, an award-winning author, has written a new book called Radical State: How Jihad is Winning Over Democracy in the West. Ms. Esman has studied many such women.

She writes that “most of these young women display little self-confidence or ability to define their own values and behavior-qualities that make them easily influenced by others, and susceptible especially to those who offer up a lifestyle option that relinquishes them from responsibility for their actions, that gives them a code of behavior and the ease of attributing what they do or wear or eat to God and not to self.”

Because the profiles of the converts are very similar, “recruiting by radical Muslims is made so easy-and is-performed virtually programmatically.”

BBC reports that, “Muslim women are targeted by extremist recruiters for jihad precisely for their willingness to follow the advice of more ‘knowledgeable’ Muslims and the commands and demands of Muslim men.”

Why are such women so valuable to Muslim extremists? The answer was given by Zubeidat Tsarnaev, mother of the Boston marathon bombing suspect in a CNN interview. She said, “If they are going to kill him. I don’t care. My oldest son is killed, so I don’t care. I don’t care if my youngest son is going to be killed today. I want the world to hear this. And, I don’t care if I am going to get killed too. And I will say Allahu Akbar!”

Muslim extremists are looking for women so lacking in values and so easily influenced by others that they will raise a child to be sacrificed on the altar of Muslim jihad. And they are finding them in the Western Culture.

When the Apostle Paul preached to Gentiles in Galatia many were converted to the rational faith of Christianity. Some of those who had been enslaved to pagan gods found freedom in Christianity. But freedom is hard to maintain. It requires taking responsibility for self. So some of the new Christians sought out new masters to whom they could become enslaved again. Paul admonished them when he wrote, “O foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you, that you should not obey the truth…”

Paul was shocked that free people would volunteer to become slaves again. No rational person would give up obedience to truth to become enslaved to a man unless he was mesmerized or hypnotized.

So we are as shocked in the 21st Century as Paul was in the 1st. There are beings among us with the body of a human but lacking the spirit of freedom. They seek bridles and chains to be led by unscrupulous tyrants. They have gained a foothold; may they never gain dominance in the land of the free.

Well Jim, my friend, when the leadership of the largest congregations and denominations in America start preaching that Allah and The Father of the Bible are one and the same – is it any wonder that this people would sell themselves into the slavery of Islam?

Pastor Rick Warren Says Allah and God Are One in the Same

Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California is the eighth largest church in the United States with an average attendance of 20,000 or more.  Rick Warren is the founder and senior pastor of this mega church.  He is also known for his popular book and program of church growth known as The Purpose Driven Church.

He has built his temple of thousands on a platform of liberal theology.  His preaching is more emotionally based than spiritually based which is how, according to Rick Warren, you build a big church.  The bottom line of his philosophy is that it is more important to build a big church than teach sound biblical theology.

In his typical liberal fashion, Pastor Rick Warren has joined a movement known as King’s Way.  The movement’s goal is to bring Christians and Muslims together without either group trying to proselytize or convert the other.

As part of this effort, Warren announced that he wants to create a set of principles that both evangelical Christians and Muslims could agree to in the effort to bring churches and mosques closer together.  One of those principles is that we both worship the same God.  In other words, God and Allah are one in the same deity.

Sorry Pastor Rick Warren but you couldn’t be more wrong.  If you really believe this, it demonstrates just how far from the Bible you have strayed.

Yes, I know that Muslims trace their history back to the Ishmael, the son of Abraham and Jews and Christians trace their history back to Isaac, also the son of Abraham.  Warren used this common history as the basis of making his statement on God and Allah being one and the same.

However, the Muslim view of Allah and is not the same as the Christian view of God.  Here are some major differences:

• Allah is one in substance and person where God is one in substance yet three persons in the Godhead.
• One of the persons in the Christian Godhead is Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
• In Islam, Jesus was all human who was a prophet whose message has become corrupted.
• Christianity is based upon Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection.  Islam believes that Jesus did not die on the cross but did bodily ascend into heaven (it was one of his disciples).

There are many other differences, but I listed these as they are critical to the Christian faith.  Christianity is based upon the fact that Jesus was God incarnate who died on the cross, was resurrected from the dead and ascended to the right hand of the throne of God.  Islam does not recognize Jesus’ deity, death and resurrection.

So who exactly does Rick Warren worship?  Does he worship God and Jesus Christ or does he worship Allah who denies the deity of Christ?  If he worships God, then he cannot believe that God and Allah are one and same.  If he worships Allah, then he is not a Christian.  You can’t have it both ways.

Man Shouts Allah Akbar and Tries to Cut Rabbi’s Throat: Police Say Motive Unclear

It’s another one of those baffling mysteries. Muslims attack non-Muslims while shouting Allah Akbar and no one can figure out a motive.

Agnes Thibault-Lecuivre, a spokeswoman for the Paris prosecutor’s office, said the two victims had been wearing Jewish skullcaps, and the attacker was detained after a chase through the synagogue. The Simon Wiesenthal Center, which monitors anti-Semitic incidents worldwide, said in a statement that the assailant screamed “Allah-u-Akbar” — or “God is great” — during the attack.

The rabbi, who is in his late 40s, was recovering from surgery for a neck injury and his 18-year-old son sustained lesser injuries in the attack. The assailant was of Iranian origin, and an official investigation was underway to determine a possible motive.

Neck injury is the Washington Post’s delicate way of saying that he tried to cut Rabbi Baruch d’Epinay’s throat.

The motive is incomprehensible. The one thing we can be sure of is that Islam has nothing to do with it. The media is emphasizing the loony angle because the Muslim attacker was a patient, but a Muslim attacking a Rabbi is not a mental breakdown, it’s conventional enough behavior. There have been plenty of Muslim attacks on Jews in Europe. Major Muslim leaders have called for doing far worse than slashing two men with a boxcutter.

But once we’ve dismissed the Islamic motive and focused on the loony issue,why was the Muslim slasher committed to a psychiatric hospital in the first place?

“He was detained on 28 March after being arrested for” the damage committed on the astronomical clock of the cathedral of Lyon, “said another source.

So it’s a real interfaith issue.

What was his entirely secular reason for attacking the church clock? He complained that the clock was interfering with his prayers.

He was the man to whom Wall Street journalist Danny Pearl was on his way to meet in Lahore, Pakistan on January 22, 2002, hunting for al Qaeda connections, when he was abducted and slaughtered by an Islamic extremist.

MOA has nearly three-dozen villages, camps and Islamic compounds scattered around the United States, all of varying sizes and population, in Texas, Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, California and Tennessee. But this camp in Hancock, which also serves as their headquarters, is the first to be so brazen to set up its own Islamic government. And the one thing they all have in common: This is where everyone–-men, women and children–-prepare for Jihad against America. So, please join me in taking a moment to thank those millions of ass holes that voted for an administration that will NO DOUBT welcome more and more Towns of Islambergs and Islamvilles all over the country with open arms.

Want to know just a wee bit more (you can get more detail from the link provided below) about the MOA thinks and preaches about Jews? Just a snippet: “Jews are an example of human Satans. In the U.S. there are now thousands of temples where Satan is worshipped.”

How ‘bout a small sampling of what they think of Christians? “By having put their god on a crucifix as opposed to executing Satan, they not only have blasphemed against the Wisdom and Judgment of God Almighty, but reduced Him to a role of subservience to Satan.”

America? “America is no longer the home of the free and the land of the brave. The constitution and the Bill of Rights are just pieces of paper that don’t mean a damn thing anymore, unless you are white and an anti-Muslim hatemonger of course.”

Violence? “We must put a stop to the violence and aggression against our peoples by force if necessary. We must work with each other and collectively refuse to accept the injustice and aggression of the West and its protégé, Israel.”

Naive American citizens of all faiths, government officials and of course our media obviously embrace this crap. I guess the desire to be known as a bridge-builder is more important than confronting extremism, and the fear of being called Islamaphobic is more important than protecting our culture and national security.

Here’s what the course of action should be:

First, how ‘bout we freeze their assets, and take their property. We then have our military empty these camps and towns and peacefully escort them all out of this country and back to their 7th century cave dwelling lifestyles, and then put the names of every man, woman and child on a no-fly list.

Second, if they refuse to leave peacefully, we air-strike first and then bulldoze their compounds.

This is America. We are Americans. We cannot allow this to continue on American soil. People who come here, who live here, must do so because they want to be American. We cannot co-exist in America with people who do not want to be American.

Osama bin Laden went through so much trouble, time, training and expense to bomb and terrorize, America into submission. And little did he know that all he had to do was buy property in America and start forming his own Islamic government. Apparently, it’s as simple as that. Very disturbing video straight from DHS website – they use it to help train all of the deputized agencies during a crisis, even hospital administrators, media faces, everything and everyone that would be involved in such an event.

The DHS has long been suspected of gearing up to fight Americans. The agency has released documents describing conservatives, libertarians, people who distrust the federal government, people who oppose illegal immigration, who oppose the Federal Reserve and who support gun rights, among other things, as potential terrorists and “domestic extremists.”

The agency has further stoked fears by purchasing nearly 2 billion rounds of mostly hollow point ammunition, 7,000 fully automatic assault rifles, nearly 3,000 mine-resistant MRAP vehicles and$2 million worth of paper targets depicting Americans, including women and children.

Last month, Arkansas State Fusion Center Director Richard Davis admitted that the DHS spies on “anti-government” Americans.

Today Breitbart reports that the GAO (Governemnt Accounting Office) is investigating the reasons WHY the DHS has ordered more hollow-point ammunition than our military, holding more than 260 million rounds in stock for roughly 70,000 government agents authorized to use such arms:

You’re Not Tolerant Or Humanitarian. You’re Just A Partisan Hack Defending Slander.

Isaac Chotiner explains that the expressed desire/hope/prediction of many liberals that the Boston bombers turn out to be white non-Muslims was based on a “reasoned reactions to a society that is still full of racism and bigotry” and that “in times of national emergency or stress, double standards—one form of that dreaded disease called political correctness—serve very useful purposes.” He writes that if the bomber had turned out to be white, then the bombing would have been treated as an isolated incident and that if the bombers were “militia-men type extremists”, then you wouldn’t have seen racial profiling and such. It is almost convincing but…

Did you notice that when liberals were talking about white terrorists, they didn’t mean just any old white terrorists?  Liberals were predicting (hoping for) “militia-men” who were “on the right” and inspired by Tax Day.  Whites, like most large groups of people, are a varied bunch. So are white terrorists. Most of the Occupy movement-inspired bombing conspirators in Cleveland were white. Kathy Boudin, Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn were all white.  Somehow I don’t think that Isaac Chotiner’s liberal friends were hoping that the Boston bombers were deranged fans of the Occupy movement.

If liberals really were hoping that the Boston bombing would be a one-off, then they, in all their deep commitment to tolerance, would have hoped that the bombers were left-wing extremists. Remember how, after the Gabby Gifford’s shooting, we were all told by the president to tone down our rhetoric and how a New York Timesentertainer suggested that Sarah Palin had contributed to the climate that led to the shooting?  The guy who shot Giffords was just a loon whose obsessions had nothing to do with partisan politics, but that did not stop liberals in the media from suggesting that the shooter was tied to the Tea Party. That was a collective smear against millions of innocent people, but these things happen.  Now do you remember the lunatic who tried to shoot up the Family Research Council? He actually wasinspired by a liberal group’s description of the Family Research Council as a “hate group.”  That wasn’t such a big deal was it? Just an isolated event. The guy only represented himself. No reason to curtail robust public debate. Certainly it wasn’t a moment for liberals to rethink the virulence of their rhetoric.

So if liberals really hope that the next terrorist event will be treated as an isolated incident, they should, in the immediate aftermath, say something like “We really hope these are left-wing terrorists who were inspired by the ability of the Weather Underground bombers to leverage their terrorist activities into employment in academia.” Because liberal journalists, activists, politicians and entertainers are saying they believe and “hope” that that it is a right-wing terrorist, aren’t hoping that the terrorism will just be treated as an isolated event. They are hoping it is a chance to smear their peaceful and democratic political opponents. They should be despised first for their approach to democratic debate, and second for their hypocrisy.

Obama’s Military engaged in campaign to expunge Christianity from practice in it’s ranks, declaring it a Domestic Hate Group and blocking Christian web sites it says “contain hostile content”.

The patterns are becoming more prevalent, more openly hostile and deliberate in the ostracization, demonization and eventual eradication of Christianity from not only the public square in America – but now also from our military.  In the last few months, stories have emerged of a deliberate effort by Obama officials and the Pentagon to classify Christians as domestic terrorists, extremists “Like Al Qaeda” and a direct threat to the security of the country.  The military has been instructed to restrict or remove Christian exercise from within it’s authority, while pandering to Islamic sensibilities.

A military no longer anchored in a biblical construct and by those religious principles, is a military unanchored from morality. A military unanchored from morality is a military that can be used as a weapon for evil against the very servants of God.

Institutionalized persecution is already being practiced at large in America and being set as policy.  But most Americans refuse to believe it is happening, and assume the kinds of criminalization and persecution of Christians elsewhere in the world endure, cannot happen here.

Well I have news for such misguided brethren;  you hold to a lie, for Jesus told us in Matthew 24 what Christians would suffer for His Name’s sake.  Our Hedge of protection is coming down.  And no wonder – a nation whose Believers sat on their hands while The Lord was driven from society and both infanticide and homosexual aberration was asserted to be preferential, is not a nation God will continue to protect.

Pentagon Blocks Access to Southern Baptist Website

The U.S. Military has blocked access to the Southern Baptist Convention’s website on an unknown number of military bases because it contains “hostile content” — just weeks after an Army briefing labeled Evangelical Christians and Roman Catholics as examples of religious extremism, Fox News has learned.

The AFA sent out an action alert urging its members to contact the Pentagon and ask them to “stop the military’s alarming trend of hostility towards faith and religious freedom in our military.”

“Most disturbing to him (the Army officer) was the fact that the military labeled his personal religious faith as ‘hostile’ to the U.S. Army,” AFA spokesman Randy Sharp told Fox News.

Ron Crews, executive director of the Chaplain Alliance for Religious Liberty, told Fox News that Southern Baptist chaplains on military bases around the nation have been unable to access the website.

“It’s a concern for the Dept. of Defense to block the website of one of the major evangelical denominations in the country,” Crews told Fox News. “The Southern Baptist Convention has the largest number of chaplains in the military representing Southern Baptist soldiers and churches. Those chaplains need access to their denomination’s website.”

An Army Reservist contacted Fox News and said he tried to log onto the site and an “Access Denied” message appeared on the screen.

“You request was categorized by Blue Coat Web Filter as ‘Religion,’” the message read.

Richard Land, president of the SBC’s Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission denounced the censorship and demanded that Southern Baptist soldiers be provided access to the site.

“This is outrageous,” Land told Fox News. “Southern Baptists make up a higher percentage of the all-volunteer military than in the general population. It’s outrageous that our website would be blocked for Southern Baptists serving in the military and defending the freedom to access websites.”

Land said the military censorship was part of a “disturbing trend.”

Despite the denials of censorship, the military of late, following directives from the Obama regime, has become increasingly hostile to Christianity, regarding Christians as ‘hostile’ and a domestic threat to security.  In the last two months – not only has the Army listed Christians and many Americans as ‘Domestic Hate Groups’, but has engaged in restricting Christian exercise and removal of Christian and Jewish crosses and menorahs from Army worship areas.

Has U.S. Army Declared War On Christianity?

The Army removes crosses from an Army chapel in Afghanistan that offends Muslims, a training instructor lists evangelical Christianity and Catholicism as examples of religious extremism.

We are also told a cross on a chapel at an Army base is offensive to Muslims.

Tolerance, it seems, is a one-way street.

The Army does require chapels to be religiously neutral, but some suspect this is not why the crosses and steeple were removed. “My personal feeling is that it is a direct attack against Christianity and Judaism,” one soldier told Fox News. “When you look at the regulation and you notice the four items directly quoted are crosses, crucifixes, the Star of David and the menorah.”

Another incident here at home, reported by Fox News Radio’s Todd Starnes, raises the question of whether the Army and the Pentagon are being neutral toward religion or increasingly hostile to it.

Earlier this month, it was discovered that the military leadership has listed Evangelical Christians as a “Domestic Hate Group” and the number one threat to the security of the country.  NOT Al Qaeda, not Jihadists – but Evangelical Christians as THE number ONE threat.  The following a a slide from a presentation given to U.S.military troops on the threat of ‘religious extremism:

Christians Are Extremists Like al-Qaeda, U.S. Army Taught Troops

The latest scandal to hit the Obama administration and its handling of the military surrounds a so-called “Equal Opportunity” training course presented to U.S. Army Reserve forces in Pennsylvania. During the presentation, troops were subjected to a slideshow that included a segment on what was dubbed “religious extremism.” At the top of the list — the very first item — was “evangelical Christianity” in the United States. Also included were “ultra-Orthodox” Jews, Catholicism, fundamentalist Mormons, and “Islamophobia.”

Between evangelical Christians and orthodox Jews was the Muslim Brotherhood, a radical Islamo-socialist group ruling over Egypt that Obama is supplying with advanced military weaponry including fighter jets and tanks — not to mention billions more in aid. Along with the Brotherhood, al-Qaeda, the Nation of Islam, a Filipino Islamist group, and Hamas were listed, along with Sunni Muslims in general. The U.S. government claims to be at war with some of the Islamist groups, while others are openly receivingAmerican taxpayer dollars, weapons, and training from the administration.

The following is an email written by a lieutenant colonel at Fort Campbell in Kentucky — advising three dozen subordinates to be on the lookout for soldiers who might be members of “domestic hate groups.”

Many events have been taking place across the country – just want to ensure everyone is somewhat educated on some of the groups out there that do not share our Army Values.

When we see behaviors that are inconsistent with Army Values – don’t just walk by – do the right thing and address the concern before it becomes a problem.

(U) Domestic “Hate Groups”

(U) Anti-Gay, Anti-Immigrant, Anti-Muslim, Black Separatist, Christian Identity, Ku Klux Klan, Neo-Confederate, Neo-Nazi, Patriot Movement, Racist Skinhead, Sovereign Citizens Movement, and White Nationalist.

(U) Opposition to equal rights for gays and lesbians has been a central theme of Christian Right organizing and fundraising for the past three decades ? a period that parallels the fundamentalist movement’s rise to political power.

(U) For Christian Right leaders, the gay rights movement and its so-called “homosexual agenda” are the prime culprits in the destruction of American society and culture. In the words of Focus on the Family founder James Dobson; the battle against gay rights is essentially a “second civil war” to put control of the U.S. government in the right hands, meaning those who reject gay rights.

(U) The religious right in America has employed a variety of strategies in its efforts to beat back the increasingly confident gay rights movement. One of those has been defamation. Many of its leaders have engaged in the crudest type of name-calling, describing LGBT people as “perverts” with “filthy habits” who seek to snatch the children of straight parents and “convert” them to gay sex. They have disseminated disparaging “facts” about gays that are simply untrue ? assertions that are remarkably reminiscent of the way white intellectuals and scientists once wrote about the “bestial” black man and his supposedly threatening sexuality.

(U) Anti-Immigrant:

(U) Anti-immigrant hate groups are the most extreme of the hundreds of nativist and vigilante groups that have proliferated since the late 1990s, when anti-immigration xenophobia began to rise to levels not seen in the United States since the 1920s.

(U) Anti-Muslim:

(U) Anti-Muslim hate groups are a relatively new phenomenon in the United States, most of them appearing in the aftermath of the World Trade Center terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. Earlier anti-Muslim groups tended to be religious in orientation and disputed Islam’s status as a respectable religion.

(U) These groups also typically hold conspiratorial views regarding the inherent danger to America posed by its Muslim-American community. Muslims are depicted as a fifth column intent on undermining and eventually replacing American democracy and Western civilization with Islamic despotism. Anti-Muslim hate groups allege that Muslims are trying to subvert the rule of law by imposing on Americans their own Islamic legal system, Shariah law.

(U) The antigovernment Patriot movement has experienced resurgence, growing quickly since 2008, when President Obama was elected to office. Factors fueling the antigovernment movement in recent years include changing demographics driven by immigration, the struggling economy and the election of the first African-American president.

(U) In 2012, the Southern Poverty Law Center identified 1,274 anti-government ?Patriot? groups that were active the prior year. Of these groups, 334 were militias and the remainder includes ?common-law? courts, publishers, ministries and citizens? groups.

All Over America Evangelical Christians Are Being Labeled As “Extremists” And “Hate Groups”

Are evangelical Christians rapidly becoming one of the most hated minorities in America?  Once upon a time such a notion would have been unthinkable, but these days things are changing dramatically.  All over the United States, evangelical Christians are being called “extremists” and evangelical Christian organizations are being labeled as “hate groups”.  In fact, as I will detail later on in this article, a U.S. Army Reserve training presentation recently specifically identified evangelical Christians as “religious extremists”.  This should be extremely chilling for all evangelical Christians out there, because as history has shown us over and over again, when you want to persecute a particular group of people the first step is always to demonize them.  And that is exactly what is being done to evangelical Christians today.
