If you dare to take a hike with your son, even it’s a rural backwater of some kind – you better be helpless and disarmed if there be any law enforcement nearby. For you will be stopped, questioned who, what, why,where, and when of yourself – and if you dare assert your rights – well, bad things will happen to you and you can kiss your guns goodbye. Just as it did Army Master Sergeant. C. J. Grisham recently experienced himself.
“We’re exempt from the law” is not a phrase you want to hear from law enforcement in a constitutional republic as they manhandle you to the ground because they simply deem you a threat. Nor do you want to hear a supposed police officer tell you that the law ‘doesn’t apply in this day and age as they handcuff you and assert that having a weapon is an automatic illegality unless otherwise ‘demonstrated’ suggesting that anyone owning a gun makes you dangerous. And of course, when asked what laws you are being arrested for breaking – the police will not answer you and simply make one up when they process you.
It’s a sad day when an American hero, a combat vet states what is now the obvious truth: “If you comply, you’re giving up your rights; if you don’t, you’ll be punished.”
I just got off the phone with Army Master Sergeant. C. J. Grisham, a serving American soldier and veteran of the the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, who recently was illegally disarmed by the Temple Police Department while out for a walk with his son.
“We live out in the country in Texas, near Temple,” he told me. “My son and I were on a ten-mile hike so that he could earn his hiking merit badge – it’s the last badge he needs to become an Eagle Scout.” But half way into the hike, Grisham said, “a police officer pulled up.” Initially, he was “cordial” and he “asked what we were doing.” Grisham told him. “Then he looked at my rifle. I carry a rifle any time I walk around because there are feral hogs and cougars and things like that.”
From here, things took a turn for the worse.
“‘Where you going with that rifle?’ he asked me. I said, ‘does it matter? Am I breaking any laws?’” Then, he says, the officer “grabbed the rifle without telling me – but it was attached to me. My immediate reaction as a combat veteran was to grab it back and then take a step back. I asked him what he was doing. So he pulled his gun on me. Then I thought about my son, so I put my hands off my gun and he told me to move over to the car. Luckily my son had the video camera to document the hike for his merit badge. I told him to turn it on.”
The video of the incident is below. I’d recommend you watch the whole thing. Note the officers’ ignorance of the rules they are there to uphold, the suggestion that the law doesn’t apply in this “day and age,” and the persistent claim that American citzens are presumed to have their weapons illegally unless otherwise demonstrated. Note the officer’s claim that merely owning a gun makes someone dangerous. Note the conflation of a soldier in a war zone with a citizen in rural Texas. Note the presistent refusal to explain what law Grisham has broken.
Particularly chilling is the officer’s telling Grisham that a police officer is “allowed to” carry a weapon, but that Grisham is not — despite Grisham’s having a permit. “We’re exempt from the law” is not a phrase you want to hear from law enforcement in a constitutional republic.
In an interview today, I asked Grisham why he thought the officer behaved in this way. “I don’t know,” he said “It’s not the law. You can’t go around taking guns without probable cause or a reasonable suspicion that someone is about to commit a crime. A lot of what the officers said is illegal, against Texas law, against national precedent, against Supreme Court decisions. I was legally exercising a right, especially in Texas where we have a right to carry weapons openly, and I have a concealed-carry permit. I wasn’t looking to make an issue out of it. I go up to Austin for Second Amendment rallies with my AR [rifle] all the time. But here in the country? Ultimately, it happened because I stood up to a police officer. I support the police. I’m on the public safety committee. But I also know that when I’m stopped by a police officer, I don’t have to say anything unless I’m accused of committing a crime. I’m not being a prick. I don’t think it was the gun initially, I think it was that my reaction hurt his ego.”
I suggest that this creates a Catch-22: If you comply, you’re giving up your rights; if you don’t, you’ll be punished. He agrees.
I ask what ”rudely displaying a firearm” means. ”There’s no such wording,” Grisham tells me. “I couldn’t find the word ‘rude’ in the penal code at all. You can openly carry a rifle as long as it’s not threatening. If it’s slung across your shoulder, it’s not threatening. When you point a gun at somebody then you’re breaking the law. But just walking around with a gun strapped in front of you is not threatening in any manner.”
What happens next? “I still don’t have my guns back and they took my concealed-carry license. I’m not accused of a gun crime, so there’s no reason for them to have my guns right now and the problem is that, what’s happened in the past with other soldiers is that the prosecutors will try and get the soldiers to agree to the police dropping the charges if they confiscate the gun — to have the charges dropped at the expense of their gun. This is a workaround loophole for gun confiscation.”
Does this happen to soldiers a lot? I ask. ”Yes, this has happened several times in this area. To Staff Sergeant Nate Samson, for example. He had to fight these guys for ten months. The charges were dropped, but he has no justice. He doesn’t have a lot of money to fight them. I have a pretrial hearing on May 29. The police are dragging their feet, not releasing the video. They’re waiting as long as they can — playing hard to get. . . . The reason I’m aggressive on this is that, in the military, if this happens, they initiate a flag that halts your career. You can’t take leave, you can’t be promoted, can’t receive awards or decorations. I am supposed to move to new base in July. I can’t do that. I’ve been on active duty for 18 and a half years and it’s got my career on a hold.”
I ask about his son. “I’ve tried to tell my son that this isn’t normal; that police officers don’t walk around doing this. He’s developed an unrealistic fear of police officers. We were bowling yesterday and he freaked out when a police officer walked in. He’s traumatized by the incident — seeing a gun pulled on his dad. I’m proud of him for his reaction. He’s doing well . . . we sit down and talk to our kids about the Constitution and guns and safety. My son can use every single weapon I have in the house from the AK-47 to .38 special.”
Is it particularly bad at the moment? ”I think so, yes. All the attention that the media and the politicians are giving to ‘assault weapons’ — I insist that none of my guns are ‘assault’ anything – is causing people to call and complain about seeing one. And instead of saying, ‘hey there’s nothing to be afraid of,’ they go out and hassle legal gun owners. Law enforcement have a duty to recognize that if someone is lawfully carrying a weapon then you should leave them alone. Who cares what somebody complains about?”
Obama and his media use the parents of murdered children as puppets to push for infringements on America’s Second Amendment.
While shameless is now synonymous with the name Obama, each day it seems there is yet a new low established. This week during the Presidential Radio Address, Obama trots outFrancine Wheeler to push for Obama’s gun control agenda – playing on the heart strings of a compassionate people in order to get them to accept surrendering an essential freedom for a utopian dream of safety.
Karl Denninger gives an incredible rant about this today – and while his language is terse and pointed, he perfectly illustrates the real rage every American should have for the exploitation of that tragedy and the parents to fulfill Obama’s war on liberty.
I rarely go after private citizens in my column. Today I’m going to make an exception and the reason is that this person inserted themselves, on their own volition, into an attempt to violate every man, woman and child’s fundamental right to life. By doing so they have turned themselves into public figures and as such lose any such pretense of “privacy” in their opinion nor do they have a legitimate shield from the equally-public response by those who they offend.
I speak of Francine Wheeler, specifically, who Obama trotted out this morning like a puppet to try to press for more “gun control.”
“I feel Ben’s presence filling me with courage for what I have to do – for him and all the others taken from us so violently and too soon,” Wheeler said in the address, which was broadcast on radio stations and streamed on the Internet.

“But that’s only the start,” Wheeler said. “They haven’t yet passed any bills that will help keep guns out of the hands of dangerous people. And a lot of people are fighting to make sure they never do.”
Listen up, you incompetent and defective sack of meat – your son is dead because you are unfit to be parents.
You sat silently by while your state and our nation erected signs telling people who are criminally insane where they can find the maximum number of defenseless people to murder.
….You, Mrs. Wheeler, having willingly and intentionally refused to take responsibility for your acts of omission and commission that led to your son being murdered by a madman now have the audacity to stand in front of the nation and demand that everyone else give up their children to murderous goons as well.
…It is now manifestly clear from the evidence that the murderous bastard who took those lives in Newtown methodically studied mass killings over an extended period of time and sought to get the “high score”, much like I seek to do so in a game of pinball.
But his game was killing innocent people.
This murderous bastard began his killing by murdering his mother, and then literally over her dead body removed her firearms to be used in his shooting spree. This occurred, we know from the official record, after he was turned down to buy his own guns because he didn’t want to wait two weeks to commit his horrific crime.
He wanted to murder now.
If these simple facts are not all you need to know about so-called “gun control” then you’re severely mentally challenged and are manifestly unfit to be a parent or even a citizen of this nation. A person who is willing to murder their own mother doesn’t give a damn about any law you can pass, no matter what it is. There is no law and no regulation that will stop such a person from committing their hideous crime. You can only hang a man once, and thus once the option to murder has been elected no law bars any aspect of his conduct.
This is simple logic and that it has escaped you labels you as either incompetent or worse, someone who is willing to literally sacrifice your own offspring for political purpose.
Each and every person who has supported so-called “gun control” measures that disarm peaceable citizens with the simple desire to be left alone and who are willing to defend themselves and those who are smaller, less-powerful and younger than the thugs who would take their lives have made a mistake.
Those who do so now, in the light of day of the facts, are willful co-conspirators with the evil bastards that we produce in our society. And yes, we make these Frankensteins and we must live with that.
….These monsters go into schools, theaters and shopping malls precisely because we emblazon them with signs telling these murderous bastards that nobody inside is capable of defending themselves. The MarxoFascist Juggernaut of disarming gun owners in America reaches the next level with Senate Bill 374
The Truth About Guns has details of a bill being shoved through by Chuck Schmuck Schumer (Marxist-NY) that joins the avalanche of federal and state efforts to disarm the American people.
We’ve finally gotten a look at Chuck Shumer’s proposed mandatory background check bill, and the truth is that this thing is ridiculous. The bill is overly broad, has some crazy penalties, and cracks the door WIDE open for government abuse. The full text of the bill is here, and since it’s in that terrible bill-speak legalese, I’ll try to summarize it for you . . .
The main provision of the bill is that any transfer of a firearm, no matter how fleeting, needs to go through an FFL and the transferee needs to have a background check performed through the NICS system. There are some exceptions, but they aren’t very good ones. Page 11 starts off the meat and potatoes for those following along at home.
In order to qualify for an exception to the rule of all transfers going through an FFL, the following requirements must be met:
The temporary transfer takes place at the owner’s house
The gun can’t be moved from the property
The transfer must last less than 7 days
There’s also a poorly worded exception for hunting and “sporting purposes,” as well as gifts to family members. What that means is if you go on a trip for more than 7 days and leave your guns at home unattended with a roommate, its now a felony under this law. And if I’m reading this right, this applies if you leave your guns with your spouse, but don’t transfer them as a gift.
There’s also no exception for lending guns to friends for the afternoonon the range. I regularly loan out my older competition guns to friends who want to compete in local matches, as the guns can be expensive and its easier to figure out if competition shooting is right for you if you can give it a try. Under this new bill, that would be illegal.
It also appears that it would be illegal to hand a firearm to someone other than the owner, effectively killing range trips with friends.
I quote from the bill the definition of “transfer” includes:
shall include a sale, gift, loan, return from pawn or consignment, or other disposition
Broad much? The only exception appears to be handing a gun to a potential buyer to evaluate and lending guns at a shooting range but ONLY IF:
at a shooting range located in or on premises owned or occupied by a duly incorporated organization organized for conservation purposes or to foster proficiency in firearms and the firearm is, at all times, kept within the premises of the shooting range;
So, only facilities where the stated purpose in the incorporation documents is conservation (hunting) or firearms proficiency. And if you’re shooting on your own private property, or on BLM land, ANY lending of guns EVEN IN THE PRESENCE OF THE OWNER for recreational shooting would be illegal.
As one of the provisions designed to “alleviate the fears” of the gun-owning public, it looks like there’s a provision in here that permanently sets the price of all FFL transfer fees to the same amount. That number will be set by the Attorney General, which these days is still Eric Holder. The current speculation is that this FFL fee will be used to do what the NFA tax was originally designed to do — make buying or transferring a gun so expensive that almost no one can do it.
In addition to the transfer requirements, it also makes it a federal felony to fail to report a lost or stolen firearm. If the gun isn’t reported to the authorities within 24 hours, that’s a 5-year stretch in a federal pokey you just earned yourself.
The bill also specifically removes the ability for people with state permits to skip the NICS check. Currently in Texas, those with a concealed handgun license can purchase a gun without a NICS check as they’ve already passed a more stringent background check than NICS provides. This puts more strain on the FFL as well as the NICS system.
As written, this bill is a trainwreck. It creates felons out of people who may not have been aware that their roommate (on their month long trip through Asia) even owned a firearm, much less that there was one in the house. It allows the government to regulate the price of background checks, enacting a mandatory fee (read tax) to be paid every time you want to exercise a right guaranteed by the Second Amendment, and lets the government set the fee at whatever level they choose with no recourse. It also creates de facto registration through the NICS checks as well as the paperwork preservation requirements already in place.
You don’t have to pay a fee to vote, as the supreme court ruled that unconstitutional. But for Chuck Shumer, its okay to charge a fee to exercise your Second Amendment right. And he’ll tell you how much to pay.
The Department of Homeland Security becomes militarized at nearly the same time Obama asserts right to use drones to kill whom they deem a ‘threat’ to national security.
“First of all, if the government were to come to disarm you, you would not be able to use an automatic weapon to defend yourself. Let’s be serious. We’re in a world of drones now so the Second Amendment would not help you in that area. It is absurd to try to cite that.”
In plain language, what Sharpton said (which is the Obama Regime’s opinion) – is that when Obama and the Congressional Politburo orders the American people to be forcibly disarmed – our arms will not be able to save us – because Obama has armed military drones at his disposal – and he can kill you with a simple word from 17,000 feet up, without you even knowing it was coming.
THAT’S what he meant.
This of course was the same press manifesto where it was asserted that “American’s do not have the right to unregulated rights”
One has to wonder due the quip about using drones if Sharpton has an inside line to His Heinous – Barrack The First considering the recent connect-the-dots news about using drones to “legally” kill American citizens in the event this regime deems them “an imminent threat of violent attack against the United States.”
In July of 2008, presidential candidate Barack Hussein Obama stated that Americans could no longer “…continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.” (1)
It was 4 months before the election yet no one in the “mainstream” media seemed interested in asking a presidential candidate about his promise to create a “civilian security force” with a $440 billion annual budget! What, exactly, would it do? Who would be in charge? Where would a force the size of the U.S. Military be housed? Would its members—like their military counterparts—be armed? How much authority would such a force exercise over the American people? From whom would it be derived? In his speech, Mr. Obama made it sound as though most of the members would be volunteers. If so, why would a near half trillion dollar budget be necessary?
In the almost 5 years since Obama’s frightening pledge to put a powerful, unidentified force in charge of “national security,” the American public has discovered that:
though Obama has never again repeated the terms “civilian national security force,” it is obvious that the Department of Homeland Security is filling that role in the Obama Regime.
DHS and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have purchased more than 450 million rounds of .40 cal, hollow point ammunition. Hollow points are expensive and wholly unnecessary for range use. It seems members of the DHS are to be armed—well armed. At the same time, Mr. Obama is working to see to it that the American people are NOT. (2)
the immigration services and enforcement budgets at DHS were nearly $20 billion in 2010. Yet the Mexican-U.S. border was guarded by a “virtual fence” which leaked illegal aliens like a sieve. Some 4-5.5 million foreigners have overstayed their Visa’s in the US, yet just 8,100 arrests have been made by the DHS! (3)
Then, in October of 2012, Barack Obama signed an Executive Order creating the “White House Homeland Security Partnership Council,” its ostensible purpose to “…advance the federal government’s use of local partnerships to address homeland-security challenges.” But the DHS was ALREADY working with local governments across the nation. Why would Obama intercede in this way? (4)
Because “he [wanted] to be able to dictate who gets to participate in these local partnerships – and they don’t have to be local law enforcement or local government officials to do so. These partnerships will be with ‘the private sector, nongovernmental organizations, foundations and community-based organizations.’ All of whom will be handpicked by Obama and those federal bureaucrats he appoints.” (4)
The National Defense Authorization Act empowers Obama ON HIS OWN to determine who represents a threat to the United States and to have that individual detained and imprisoned. And the Executive Order he signed allows the president to select like-thinking “deputies” nationwide, authorized to act on Obama’s behalf. These men will have little or no concern for the security of the United States. Rather, they will be working exclusively to increase the power of the president by threatening and intimidating his political enemies.
Barack Obama is at last building his Civilian National Security Force. It consists of a thoroughly corrupt organization of the far left, employed by the DHS and empowered by the president himself to ignore the Constitution and the laws of the United States. Representing the 3rd largest department in the federal government, these DHS forces of a Constitutionally ineligible president are working to implement a police state—a dictatorship in which all “rights” will derive from the sole authority of Barack Obama.
Make no mistake–Barack Obama has every intention of imposing his will on the American public by creating a Marxist dictatorship during his second term. It is for that reason the assault has begun on American gun owners, as an armed public can fight back and defeat such would-be tyrants.
It’s difficult to conceive of an American president deliberately arming a federal force for the purpose of killing and enslaving the American people. But we will see it happen.
The White House rescued the lame attempt of his media minions to manipulate a fraudulent image and clothe the naked emperor , by releasing an ‘official photo’ of NerObama firing a shotgun. But in classic Tyrant fashion, his advisor David Plouffe sent a tweet daring people to mock the image.
Of course to prove Obama does not understand Americans at all – creative patriots took the challenge to create some ingenious manipulations almost as legitimate as the one the New Republic attempted.
My favorite is the cover photo on this entry. It perfectly illustrates the idiocy of the Obama regime. Remember what DHS lectured last week in response to those suggesting using against a gunman in a mass shooting situation was best:
“If you are caught out in the open and cannot conceal yourself or take cover, you might consider trying to overpower the shooter with whatever means are available,” says the narrator in the video, which shows an office worker pulling scissors out of a desk drawer.

Several weeks ago, I read an editorial posted at NC Renegade’s site from a veteran who sees this nation at the brink of impending war within itself. The startling truth of what the vet had stated so calmly, without malice but with determination – left me unsettled since I read it. It is a sober truth, one that few are willing to acknowledge. I was reticent about linking to it, and even for me – the truth about what he posted was something I was unwilling to admit to myself. The Normalcy Bias still has a grip on me in these evil days despite my own pessimism of our near future.
As I read that editorial, it evoked immediate sadness and a heart wrenching over a truth I did not want to accept: America has reached the breaking point and it’s people are now hopelessly divided. Divided to the point of resigning themselves to the formerly unthinkable in order to preserve what they cherish, in the face of those who are advocating the dismantling of our institutions and foundations that they see standing in their way. I knew he spoke truth, and I recognize some people with wisdom, understand what time we have arrived at as a nation. Written calmly, with regret and resignation – he and many, many like him – are preparing to do what must be done when that last mistake by tyrants is made.
In the weeks that have passed since I first read it, statements, writings, suggestions and visceral vocal hatreds made by those on the Progressive/Left against Christian Conservatives, the Constitution and liberty-minded Americans, have made that editorial’s recognition of reality self-evident. I did not really want to believe the civil society had broken down to the point of separation or war. The White House petitions for secession and the vitriol in response, were merely the first real outward signs that the body politic is no longer willing to abide one another. Indeed, there are those advocating we forcibly strip away or ignore the very bulwarks of the civil society in favor of what Obama and the Progressive/MarxoFascists will impose upon us.
It is those rantings of the “progressives’ and Marxofascists against those in opposition to the Left’s actions in the last several weeks, that confirms what the Veteran already understood; the time to water the tree of liberty may be near at hand. Like someone who was diagnosed with a terminal disease, I have passed the points of disbelief, denial, and anger – into acceptance of where I did not wish to believe this nation stood.
Obama and the ‘Progressive’ Left in America lecture that there are Two America’s – coined from a speech given in 2004 by disgraced Democrat Adulterer John Edwards. Those Two Americas he outlined were The Haves and the Have Nots. Right thinking Americans understand those Two Americas to be the Makers and the Takers. The Left sees them as the Evil Rich of White Privilege, and the Disenfranchised Minorities.
Given this rhetoric of late from the Obama media and Leftist talking heads, I now believe we are past the point of peaceably co-existing alongside the Progressive/Liberal/Left ideology in America. They are going to force their ideology upon us at the end of a government gun – or we are going to resist with our own guns. There is seemingly no other outcome at this point.
Such rhetoric from the Obama Progressive Left – as I’ve linked to – establishes the hard fact of what I just stated. They publish and broadcast such vileness with impunity, inciting their comrades to support government tyranny upon those they are opposed. Imagine the insane uproar and calls for arrests and imprisonment if Limbaugh or Beck or some Conservative pundit suggested Democrat politicians be dragged across parking lots until they change their views or that liberal citizens should be summarily executed in their homes. But the Left continues to spew such hate and make suggestive Brownshirt-level thuggeries and intimidations – with nary a harsh rebuttal.
We must understand: MarxoFascists are hell-bent in their woeful ignorance and malice, upon plundering, punishing and subjugating the America and Americans they loathe and hate.
We cannot exist peaceably alongside such ideologues, these self-proclaimed ‘Progressives’ because they will not live and let live or leave well enough alone. They do not trust their neighbors with liberty or freedom or possession. They see the Constitution as the cause of our national problems and those who revere it as ‘cultists‘. They only trust themselves, and the government they empower to redistribute what they deem to be fair. Dare to question them, their hypocrisy and their agenda – they will have their minions rough you up:
But it is much worse than just an ideology whose pig-Latin Motto is “Gibsmedat!” To read and hear them now, is nothing short of the kinds of rhetoric an obsessed party has for a Socialist dictator ranting against his political enemies. The willingness of so many to empower government into a tyranny in order to subjugate their countrymen and neighbors to accept ideals anathema to our national and religious foundations is no longer in doubt. In fact, the longer Americans are willing to allow the Progressives and Leftists in America to continue to war upon our foundations without stopping them cold, the more certain liberty as we have known it – will be eliminated. Of course, that is their goal.
I have read of these moments before in history, when it becomes pointless to appeal to common sense and reason from such ideologues. They are entrenched upon imposing their ideology inasmuch as Conservative Constitutionalists are resolved to resist them. When one side refuses to relent it’s imposition, and the other side – if it compromises any further – surrenders itself to subjugation, an impasse exists that ultimately leads to conflict. A moment arrives where there is but two choices left a people: submission to tyranny and slavery, or resisting by force of arms to the death.
We are very near to that last moment if it is not already upon us.
Winston Churchill noted, there is but a window of time to stop madness before the cost in blood is more than a people can bear. A people unwilling to fight when the cost is minimal will cost them everything later on. Should that window of time pass without effort to rectify evil when it is easily defeated, there comes a time when a feeble resistance to preserve one’s own life or to live in subjugation, is all that is left a people. And then, even that becomes futility.
We are now in that window of time.
There is no possibility of co-existing alongside the Progressive Left in America today. They do not seek to co-exist. They seek to shame and ridicule. They seek to dominate and subjugate. They seek to intimidate – which is why the MarxoFascists tell us that disarming us is a ‘fait accompli’ because they possess and control drones that can kill us from 20,000 feet up without risk to themselves. A declaration of tyranny in itself to assert we are powerless against them. That subtle suggestion should rock every American to their core that such people would so casually advocate military air power be used on citizens. To the Leftist, such is merely the means to an end, and perfectly justifiable since they see the Conservative Right and their bitter clinging ways as a danger to them.
It should not surprise us, for that is the nature of the ‘Progressive’ ideology. Same as it is for the nature of sin itself. As the Apostle Paul wrote – “a little leaven leavens the whole lump” (Galatians 5:9) – Sin is never content to sit alongside righteousness. It will ALWAYS work to eradicate and subjugate morality and redefine it in order to justify sin’s dominance. Likewise the nature of Progressive/Liberal/MarxoFascists will never be content to sit alongside the America they despise. They are working to eradicate and subjugate it, redefining morality to justify their dominance, and using newspeak to get the low information person to go along with great-sounding platitudes of their Big Lies. All in the name of the Children, or Safety, or common sense, or intellect. Genocides begin under such societies.
White, “Christian” and Treasonous: Who Will They Kill?
A bunch of far right white mostly southern paranoid extremists are preparing for armed revolution and apocalypse. They speak treason: literally….Let’s talk about racism and white Southern males who can’t get with the program. Let’s talk about what’s really going on with “gun rights,” which has nothing to do with hunting or home protection or even the Second Amendment, but has everything to do with the delusional paranoia of people who really believe the world is out to get them because it’s changing from white to brown, from homophobic to tolerant, from exclusionary to inclusionary, from anti-woman to pro-woman.
With the evidence of those positions made manifest, how then can anyone think that those of us whom they declared enemies, continue to co-exist alongside such people? What do we have in common any longer? It is clear we do not define liberty or freedom in the same way.
“The founders may have disagreed on many things, but they agreed on the meaning of liberty: the right to live as an individual, without centralized planning infringing basic property rights, economic opportunities, and religious freedoms. Obama’s fundamental redefinition of liberty to include communitarianism is not merely wrong, it spells the end of the political commonality that has held the fabric of the nation together. If we define liberty differently, then there is nothing to talk about: my liberty is your tyranny, and vice versa. Our goals can never be shared. That gap can never be bridged.“
I think a large number of those whom signed petitions for Secession understand this fact. Only one side is going to prevail in this fight: tyrannical Leftist/Socialist government and secular hedonists – or individual Constitutionalists, biblical Christians and Libertarians. The latter already defined by this government as being domestic terrorists and a danger to the nation. Clearly this regime in power and it’s supporters see us as a larger danger to their power and safety than from Jihadists.
Since that is the obvious case, there is no point in remaining a united nation. No point in pretending we are all Americans with a shared sense of core values. No point in accommodating and affording time, space or opportunity for the Progressive Left’s viewpoints in our realms of ownership and influence. No point in maintaining friendships or communication with those who see us as terrorists and would happily see us rounded up, imprisoned and eliminated. It is time to separate, defy and ignore those who would impose themselves upon us and the edicts and decrees they make.
Can a sheep in this age really think it can lie down with the lion and not end up in the belly of the beast?
Some Americans already understand where we have arrived. They see no need to serve or assist Progressive Leftists in their own destruction. Some are firing employees who support the regime. Ending friendships, partnerships, business and correspondence with those who support the liberal/Left/Marxist ideology. They no longer wish to read, hear or see what the Progressive Leftists/Statists have to say about anything any longer. While the Left continues to ridicule, demonize and castigate the Constitutional Right, Conservatives are becoming quiet, receding from engagement and going ‘Galt’. An unsettled calm is emerging, the ‘deep breath before the plunge’ mimicking shades of what I have read existed in early 1860-61. Meanwhile the Left thinks they have won and now dominate the public square in discourse with increasing disdain and overreach – while Conservatives are furiously but quietly preparing for a much feared outcome.
The stark truth of understanding where we have arrived is what the veteran was resigning himself to knowing; there is no further possibility of peaceably co-existing with the Progressive Left. To do so, leavens the entire lump. The time for talk is over. There can be no peace with such people and their ideology if God is our Sovereign and liberty our unalienable gift. Our only choice is going to be submission to slavery and eventual eradication – or resisting by every and all manners, up to and including deadly force – to the death. Patrick Henry understood that also and gave an impassioned sermon at the House of Burgesses over nearly the same exact issues, one that should echo in our minds and hearts.
What our forbears understood when faced with the same situation some 238 years ago – was that submission to the “Legal” authority being forced upon them was breaking the First Commandment of the Lord, by allowing a king and his government to legislate and replace God as their sovereign. Galatians 5:1 became the rallying scripture for Independence, and likewise now for our generation – Americans who cherish the liberty enshrined for us by Almighty God will have a duty to resist and throw off those who would become our evil masters once they make their last mistake.
In fact, this duty is the actionable clause in the Declaration of Independence which states:
when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
As the veteran has steeled himself to prepare for the inevitable, I too have resigned myself to accept that the Progressive/MarxoFascist Left will make that last mistake – and it will then become our duty to act as the Declaration states. As Jefferson wrote and I paraphrase for this generation:
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our liberal Progressive Countrymen. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by the legislatures to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of our Constitutional Rights and historical heritage. We have appealed to their sense of logic, justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common nationality to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our union. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
The editorial from the Vet is essentially saying the same, exact thing Jefferson, Adams and Franklin wrote above. It comes down to the fact that a free people can no longer abide those who are working to fundamentally transform their nation, and in the process – rob them of their unalienable rights, their wealth and eventually their freedom and their lives.
All that is left is to defend ourselves against them, and for many in America – they are preparing for that need, not IF – but WHEN. You might see this essay as nonsense and pooh-pooh the conclusions, but Americans are not breaking records buying guns and ammo to hunt rabbits and squirrels. They KNOW the Obama regime and it’s Alphabets are also stocking up on hollow point ammunition in the BILLIONS of rounds and arming their police and alphabet agencies. I fear a bloodbath in the model of the French is in our very near future. But the choice is either to live as slaves and be eliminated by the MarxoFascists and the State – or to resist them.

I am a soldier. I know what war looks like, what it sounds like, smells like, what it feels like in my soul.
I stand today in the twilight of my nation’s grace, looking into the darkness of impending war.
My sleep is troubled, knowing what awaits, yet the ignorant and the ‘true believers’ sleep easily in their delusions, and I am saddened by it.
Daily, I see the Blackhawk and Apache helicopters flying over my city, the military vehicles which appear so frequently now on our roads, often with ‘guns up’ in violation of Posse Comitatus, and I know why they prepare, that it is not far off.
Nightly I hear the report of gunfire near my home, the noise angry men make as they prepare to boil over. These are not soldiers – they are but angry men. And though I share their well-justified anger, I am cautious with them, for they are not disciplined, and they know not the face of war, nor the burdens it imposes upon mind, body, and soul. Because of this, they are dangerous, and I am saddened by this – that dangerous men should roam the streets near my home, full of anger and the lust for vengeance.
All about me are the ceaseless murmurs of soulless politicians and media propagandists, who wear their agendas on their sleeves as a badge of superiority, and the boundless echoes of their contrived ‘message’ assaults me from all sides, even repeated from the mouths of dear friends, and I am saddened by it.
I bear witness to the fact that throughout my lifetime, the lifeblood of my republic has been drained away by greedy and self-serving men, from high to low, who contrive nought but deception against their neighbors and countrymen, and who fail to consider that their children and mine shall share the same fate, the same future, and I am saddened by it.
But I am a soldier, and I know what must be done; and so I shall put away my sadness and I shall harness up the bitter steed of war, and gird myself up for the battle; and I shall ride out to meet the enemies of Liberty; not in rage, not for anger sake or the hope of vengeance; but because I swore an oath before God, to jealously guard our Republic and its Constitution against all enemies; Him I shall not disappoint, for He is my Hope and my Trust.
Therefore, as much as my soul laments against the harsh truth before me, I make this declaration to my enemies who press me into this battle, that none shall be able to afterwards say “I did not know, you did not warn me”;
I do not care why you took that job with the government, or why you continue to hold it. I only know that you have become Judas and sold yourself to an oppressive state - your government office buildings and vehicles are part of the battlefield, and as a soldier I shall act accordingly.
I do not care why, as a journalist, you choose to spin and corrupt the news, rather than report the plain truth and let the people judge for themselves. I only know that you have violated the public trust in the most vile and seditious manner, and thus your homes, offices, studios, vehicles, and any other place you may find yourself are part of the battlefield, and as a soldier I shall act accordingly.
I do not care why you signed that union card. I only know that you pay dues to a communist organization which conducts treasonous works against my Republic daily – and so your union hall and your work-sites are part of the battlefield, and as a soldier I shall act accordingly.
I do not care that you only voted for the traitor because you are elderly/disabled or otherwise dependent upon government largess. Are you so ignorant and/or disinterested that you could not see through their propaganda, to the fact that your sustenance was assured either way? What have you gained now that the public housing areas you live in, and the public facilities you depend on are part of the battlefield? Though I am a soldier, I can afford you little protection, for you have placed yourselves on the battlefield.
I know that all of these places andall of these people are part of the battlefield ,not just because I am a soldier, and have experienced a few battlefields in my day; but also because our President declares that even our own homes are on the battlefield, whether we wish them to be or not, and I have no choice but to believe him; it’s not just that the NDAA passed – a battlefield is not defined by law; it’s the profound build-up of martial power and resources across my once-great nation which tells me a battle is being prepared here. Over two billion rounds of ammunition procured by DHS and its sub-agencies in the past 18 months, plus machine guns in the tens of thousands, armored vehicles, combat aircraft, drones, and other implements of war being staged throughout our nation, our home – how do you explain that except as the preparation for battle?
I will fight not because I desire it, but because I cannot justify any other course of action – when the enemy attacks, you must fight – you must kill or you will die.
I smell you, my enemy; I can feel the ambush you have laid for me and my true countrymen, all about like a sticky spider’s web, yet we will not back down, and though you will kill some of us, you will not get us all before we have finished with you.
I stand here, ready, on the eve of battle, and I ask God why I have been brough to the threshold of this battlefield, about to be thrust in, when I though my soldiering days were through; and I am reminded that there is by His decree, a Time to Kill, as well as a Time to Die… who am I to question why?
Saddle up, boys, it’s time to ride out and meet them.
If there is one element missing from today’s liberty fight, it is the lack of participation from America’s pastors. By and large they are MIA. How many pastors today are warning their congregations of the threat against their Second Amendment liberties? Every pastor in America, regardless of denomination, should have already started proclaiming “the spirit of resistance” (Thomas Jefferson) to their church congregations; they should already be extolling the Biblical mandate to resist tyranny; they should already be warning their congregations of Barack Obama and Dianne Feinstein’s plan to disarm them.
Let me ask my church-going readers: has your pastor said one word from the pulpit regarding the impending gun ban now being drafted? Has your pastor explained the Biblical principles of lawful resistance? Has your pastor exhorted his church congregation to not surrender their firearms and to do everything in their power to demand that your senators and legislators hold the line for the Second Amendment? And my next question is if your pastor has not done any of this, why are you still attending that church?
Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.), speaking on “MSNBC Live” on Jan. 16 said that “some of the southern areas have cultures that we have to overcome” when it comes to gun control.
Now the South is becoming isolated again. Every demographic and political trend that helped to reëlect Barack Obama runs counter to the region’s self-definition….The Solid South speaks less and less for America and more and more for itself alone…Southern political passions have always been rooted in sometimes extreme ideas of morality, which has meant, in recent years, abortion and school prayer…As its political power declines, the South might occupy a place like Scotland’s in the United Kingdom, as a cultural draw for the rest of the country, with a hint of the theme park.
I asked, “Well what is going to happen to those people that we can’t re-educate, that are diehard capitalists?” And the reply was that they’d have to be eliminated; and when I pursued this further they estimated that they would have to eliminate twenty-five million people in these re-education centers — and when I say “eliminate,” I mean kill; twenty-five million people…. And they were dead serious.
And due the above – it appears I am not the only one making a similar acknowledgment today:
The moment is at hand. We will either stand up and be reckoned with as free men – or we will sit down forever and accept any degradation, any humiliation. And in that case, we shall have proved worthy of such treatment. Future generations will look upon us with the same mixture of incomprehension and contempt that our generation looked upon those who meekly lined up naked in queue for their turn at the edge of the pit. Because it will come to that, in time.
Pravda sees America as turning into a Bolshevik State, and warns about the rise of Obama’s neo-KGB/NKVD
It’s disconcerting at best, that in the age of Obama an American cannot trust truth from the mainstream Obama media, and has to cite Pravda as a source of news. It has however come to this in Obama’s Amerika. It is evident that former enemies and propagandists for the Soviet State need to be cited, because they see a dire history being repeated here in America that they had lived and suffered in not that long ago. And in their humanity – wish Americans to avoid becoming enslaved and terrorized by a government and state being erected atop of them that freakishly resembles the tyrannical Soviets.
What is concerning, is that Pravda and residents of the former Soviet Union see what is happening here, and Americans by and large; clueless to the noose being put around their necks.
America suffers an acute case of Normalcy Bias, and as such – it does not believe that such things as this piece warns, can happen here.
Not only can it happen, it IS happening – right in front of our faces – and STILL the vast majority immediately tune out and ignore the warnings of government informants, re-education camps and other tyrannical apparatuses being constructed for use against those who will not embrace Obama’s utopian Hope & Change.
In his recent presidential directives President Obama has added something that most publications have been silent about; forcing doctors, and other health care providers to ask questions regarding gun ownership of patients. Ostensibly this is to ‘find crazy people before they do something’ but it reeks of the same system of informants the KGB used in an era before people happily posted all their private thoughts on the Internet. Is this truly an effort to keep people safer, or a sign of things to come?
Anyone who’s read Solzhenitsyn knows how the KGB employed informants and quotas to counter anti-revolutionary measures. The American government is already preparing itself for revolution, with CDC concentration camps and the ability to create martial law, and removing constitutional laws enabling the American people to change their form of government if they so choose. This new network of required informants is yet another step in the direction of repressive regimes reminiscent of the former Soviet Union. Given the pretense of spotting people before a crime is committed, this is probably only the start. If health care providers are required to ask invasive questions, other federal employees in different spheres certainly will be asked to. The federal government may even try to coerce more states to involve more departments. How far is America from asking students about their parents activities at home?
The debate on Gay Marriage has been going on for decades, but there’s one aspect that few are considering. The federal government is becoming more and more involved with what the Church can and cannot due. It has already been suggested by senators that the federal government should pass laws forcing any clergy who want to maintain their ability to perform marriages (note: in America clergy are able to legally create marriages unlike other countries where legal marriage and religious marriage are two separate events) that they must accept any homosexual couples interested in being married. The federal government has also insisted that Churches may not take a stand against political candidates who’s policies would hurt the Church if they wish to keep their tax free status. Using the same two components, requirements for clergy to remain licensed to perform marriage, and Churches to maintain their tax free status, the Obama administration could quite easily begin requiring clergy to report to the authorities anyone mentioning guns during confession to report to the authorities.
How far is America from the Bolshevik State? The administration is already forcing health care providers to report on the activities of other citizens. How soon will American children be reporting ‘revolutionary activities’ to their teachers? How soon will American priests essentially compose a secret informant network? How soon will neighbors begin calling in about one another in hopes of avoiding being sent ‘somewhere’ themselves? If Obama, who associated with militant communists like Bill Ayers, and the Weather Underground during his college days, pretty soon, and he shows no signs of letting the American congress have a say.
Gun violence in the USA is a hallmark of Democrats and Leftists. From the Fort Hood Jihadist to the Colorado shooter – the ideology that uses guns for mass murder are from Obama’s worldview.
Facts are stubborn things if one is not willing to ignore or lie and spin them to serve a political agenda. The murder rate and shootings are epidemic in the urban ghettos of Democrat strongholds who worship Obama. As the MarxoFascist Left works furiously to disarm Americans for easier subjugation by their political messiahs, the startling facts for anyone still left with the ability to use logic and not emotional propaganda and Leftist talking points – is that America does not have a gun violence problem, Obama’s America does.

Ft Hood: Registered Democrat/Muslim.
Columbine: Too young to vote; both families were registered Democrats and progressive liberals.
Virginia Tech: Wrote hate mail to President Bush and to his staff.
Colorado Theater: Registered Democrat; staff worker on the Obama campaign; Occupy Wall Street participant; progressive liberal.
Connecticut School Shooter: Registered Democrat; hated Christians.

Forget Wal-Mart and skip your local gun show. The murderers of tomorrow will not be found wearing orange vests at your local sporting goods store. They won’t have NRA memberships or trophies on their walls.
You won’t find them in America. Look for them in Obamerica.
67% of firearm murders took place in the country’s 50 largest metro areas. The 62 cities in those metro areas have a firearm murder rate of 9.7, more than twice the national average. Among teenagers the firearm murder rate is 14.6 or almost three times the national average. Those numbers are from six years ago. They have grown worse since.
Those are the crowded cities of Obamerica. The places with the most restrictive gun control laws and the highest crime rates. These are the places where the family is broken, money comes from the government and immigrants crowd in from some of the most violent parts of the world bringing with them their own organized crime. These are also the places that have run by Democrats and their political machines for almost as long as they have been broken.
Obama won every major city in the election, except for Jacksonville and Salt Lake City. And the higher the death rate, the bigger his victory. He won New Orleans by 80 to 17 where the murder rate is ten times higher than the national average. He won Detroit, where the murder rate of 53 per 100,000 people is the second highest in the country and twice as high as any country in the world, including the Congo and South Africa. He won it 73 to 26. And then he celebrated his victory in Chicago where the murder rate is three times the statewide average.
These places aren’t America. They’re Obamerica.
In 2006, the 54% of the population living in those 50 metro areas was responsible for 67% of armed killings nationwide. Those are disproportionate numbers especially when you consider that for the people living in most of those cities walking into a store and legally buying a gun is all but impossible.
Mayors of Obamerican cities blame guns because it’s easier than blaming people and now the President of Obamerica has turned to the same shameless tactic. The NRA counters that people kill people, but that’s exactly why Obamerican leaders would rather talk about the guns.
Chicago, the capital of Obamerica, is a city run by gangs and politicians. It has 68,000 gang members, four times the number of police officers. Chicago politicians solicit the support of gang members in their campaigns, accepting laundered contributions from them, hiring their members and tipping them off about upcoming police raids. And their biggest favor to the gang bosses is doing nothing about the epidemic of gang violence.
80% of Chicago’s murders are gang-related. But in 1999 when a bill came up in the Illinois State Senate to try anyone carrying out a firearm attack on school property as an adult, a law that would have affected gang members who often bring weapons to school, the future leader of Obamerica voted present. Had he not voted present, it is doubtful that he would have been reelected in an area where gang leaders wield a great deal of influence.
The majority of murders in the cities with the worst homicide rates are gang-related. And while it isn’t always possible to be certain whether a killing was gang-related, the majority of homicide victims in city after city have been found to have criminal records.
In 2010, there were 11,078 firearm homicides in the United States and over 2,000 known gang-related killings, over 90% of which are carried out with firearms. Since 1981, Los Angeles alone has had 16,000 gang related homicides. That’s more than twice the number of Americans killed in Iraq and Afghanistan and it’s more than the number of Americans who died in the Mexican-American War.
This is what Obamerica looks like. It’s a place where life is cheap and illegal guns are as available as illegal drugs. It’s a series of war zones whose problem is not the supply of guns, but their own social dysfunction. It’s the war that we aren’t talking about, because it’s easier to talk about the inanimate objects being used to fight that war.
Reformers in the twenties blamed the plight of the slums on the availability of liquor. They rammed through Prohibition for the entire country to fix the cities. The liquor went on flowing and the slums went on being slums. Gun control has been just as successful in healing the slums as whiskey control was. And like the dry reformers, gun control advocates insist on trying to apply their solution on a national level, when the problem is not nationwide.
There are, as John Edwards said, two Americas. America is a country that runs pretty well on its own. Gun sales in America do not lead to bursts of homicide. If the power goes out for an hour, there is no epidemic of looting. The new year isn’t rung in at the morgue. Social dysfunction exists but it never affects the majority or even a sizable minority of the population.
And then there’s Obamerica. Not all of Obamerica is broken, but a lot of it is. Obamerica has a big gap between the rich and the poor. Its middle class is always on the run. Its upper class retreats to fortresses. Its lower class is broken and constantly growing as its political machines feed off human misery and exploit social dysfunction to gain votes.
America does not have a gun violence problem. Obamerica does. And Obamerica has a gun violence problem for the same reason that it has a drug problem and a broken family problem. These social ills cannot be solved by banning something. The War on Guns is not going to fix the inner city just as the War on Drugs didn’t. Rigid law enforcement can keep the numbers down, but does not deal with the causes of the violence.
Obamerica is a bad place. It has great restaurants and night clubs. It has a lot of noise and a lot of light. The next big thing in music will probably come out of there. It’s where your kids probably dream of moving to when they’re teenagers. But for all that it’s fundamentally broken.
Democratic leaders and machines, combined with liberal social workers and justice crusaders have run Obamerica into the ground. Obamerican cities used to be the homes of industry and progress. Now they’re places where young Black and Hispanic men kill each other in growing numbers.
In America, guns are used for target practice and for hunting, and on rare occasions for self-defense, but in Obamerica guns have only one purpose, as so many liberals have pointed out, like so many of the young men who walk the streets of Obamerica, they exist only to kill. The guns get blamed and the killers rotate through the revolving doors of an overburdened justice system. And then the politicians who sit around the table with gang leaders announce that they have a new initiative to get guns off the streets.
America does not need gun control. It is a mostly law-abiding place. And gun control cannot help Obamerica. Not when its murder rate is driven by gangs who have no trouble obtaining anything; whether it’s legal in the United States or not.
What can help is talking about Obamerica. AIDS prevention was sabotaged by the claim that the disease was a general problem spreading through the population. It wasn’t. Neither is gun violence. Despite the occasional exception created by high profile suburban shooting sprees, this is not an American problem. It’s an Obamerican problem.
Adam Lanza is as much of a plausible poster boy for gun violence, as Ryan White was for AIDS. A better poster boy for gun violence might be Jay-Z, who boasts of having been a drug dealer and claims to have shot his brother at the age of 12. The drug dealer to millionaire rapper is the Horatio Alger story of Obamerica. And Jay-Z can be seen partying with Obama, the political king of Obamerica touching base with its cultural king.
If Obama really wants to get serious about gun violence, then all he has to do is turn to the man standing next to him. But Obama, like every Chicago politician before him, don’t want to end the violence. The death toll is profitable, not just for rappers writing bad poetry about dealing drugs and shooting rivals, but for the politicians atop that heap who score money and gain power by using the problems of Obamerica as some sort of call to conscience for the rest of the country.
That’s what Obama is doing now. Hiding behind Newtown and adorable little kids is the grim specter of Obamerica’s death toll. It’s buried inside the gruesome figures of how many Americans are shot each year issued as an indictment against the entire country in general and gun owners in particular. But those numbers are not an indictment of America. They are an indictment of Democratic mayors and Liberal social policy. They are an indictment of Obamerica. They are an indictment of Obama.
This country does not need to have a conversation about how many bullets should go in a clip. It does need to have a conversation about how many parents should go in a family. It needs to talk about the ghettos of Obamerica and have a serious conversation about broken families and generational dependency. It needs to have a conversation about funneling new immigrants from broken parts of the world into areas already suffering from high levels of unemployment and street violence.
Most of all this country needs to have a conversation about the direction it’s headed in. We need to set aside the same old tired social justice rhetoric that has done nothing except train .001 percent of the young men and women of Obamerica to be community organizers and race card wielders and have a serious conversation about what is wrong with New Orleans, Detroit and Chicago.
Obama has become a role model to millions of people in the Black community. You can see posters and photos of him in every barbershop. If anyone can address these problems, it’s him. But instead of trying to solve the problems of Obamerica, instead of doing something about the high levels of unemployment, the broken families and the glamorization of drug dealing and violent crime, he wimped out and picked a fight with the rural Americans that he derided as gun-clingers.
In the same hollow tradition of macho posturing common among the men responsible for much of the violence in Obamerica, he chose to show his power in a fight for dominance with a perceived rival, rather than give back to his community. Rather than looking to the hearts and minds of his followers, he went after the guns of those he sees as his enemies. That is what distinguishes a thug from a leader. Leaders uplift their people. Thugs use them up as cannon fodder in their own private power struggles.
The legacy of Martin Luther King reminds us that a leader speaks difficult truths even to his own people. There are such leaders in the Black community today. Obama is not one of them.
The guns of America, by and large, are not a threat to the innocent. The guns of Obamerica are. And the conversation that we need to have is about what can be done, not about the guns of Obamerica, but about its hearts and minds.

History is replete of what happens when Socialist/Marxist regimes very similar to Obama’s ideology are in the process of consolidating power. From Robspierre’s revolution; Stalin’s purges; Hitlers genocide and Mao’s cultural revolutionary slaughter – Satan’s fingerprints are very evident that he sticks to what works when evil men rise to rule a people.

During the 1970′s the military junta in the nation of Argentina kidnapped thousands of citizens and killed upwards of 30,000 according to some estimates ,who dared to voice opposition to the government and how they were abusing the rights of the people. The program was sanctioned by the government as part of a secret “dirty war” which was in essence a civil war against not just the former Peronists and their supporters, but revolutionaries including Marxists, union members, and ordinary citizens. The military government justified these actions to prevent terrorism and preserve the peace for the civilian population. At this point in time I must ask my reader, does any of this start to sound hauntingly familiar to modern day America?
The so-called “war on terror” was proclaimed to extinguish Islamic radicalism and its threat to the American homeland. As a result, handicapped grandmothers, disabled veterans, minors under the age of ten, and average citizens face groping and molestation at airports throughout the U.S. and soon at bus and train stations, border crossings into the states, and within a short period of time, perhaps this year, at shopping centers. All of this drastic police state action and violations of the Bill of Rights yet in reality it does nothing to prevent acts of terror from occurring unlike the regular police work and counter intelligence systems implemented against foreign enemies operating within our country. The theory is apparently that we, as a nation, can not selectively target likely individuals who are the primary suspects involved in terrorism thus the government must remove the freedoms of all citizens. The new Department of Homeland Security data collection center in Utah is but one more symptom of a larger problem where the police state is evolving into something far worse than what Argentina endured and the citizens of the old Soviet bloc.
Senator John McCain, Republican from Arizona, recently engaged in a heated argument with Senator Rand Paul from Kentucky and sadly for the Constitution, McCain won the day. From the Daily Caller article on December 19, 2012 by W. James Antle III, Rand Paul, John McCain spar over NDAA ‘indefinite detention’ language:
Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul quickly blamed his party’s 2008 presidential nominee, blasting a “McCain-led NDAA conference committee” for the omission.
“The decision by the NDAA conference committee, led by Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) to strip the National Defense Authorization Act of the amendment that protects American citizens against indefinite detention now renders the entire NDAA unconstitutional,” Sen. Paul said in a statement.
“When the government can arrest suspects without a warrant, hold them without trial, deny them access to counsel or admission of bail, we have shorn the Bill of Rights of its sanctity,” the senator continued, noting that he voted against NDAA last year but supported the current version because of the Feinstein-Lee amendment.
Why is this so important? The government has already elected to bypass and ignore the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 10th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution by claiming the actions were necessary for preserving the peace and the “greater good” of the nation as a whole. The war on the Second Amendment currently underway is triggering calls of “1776″ and revolution in some corners yet there is a misunderstanding of how modern conflicts are implemented and engaged from those willing to sacrifice your life for their cause. The moment that some fool decides to scream “Wolverines” and attack the police or a Federal government outpost of some sort, the silent civil war, a “dirty war” will begin in full. The NDAA now provides an out for the President and the Congress to engage and pass legislation which voids all rights for American citizen within the United States and its territoriesand detain citizens indefinitely at work camps or worse, just like East Germany or Argentina did in the past.
The modern American dirty war on those who ardently object will extend far beyond the scope and comprehension of most individuals who only monitor the capabilities of modern technology as a passing fancy or those who still have faith that our military will dutifully engage in and obey all aspects of our Constitution. The terrifying part of the recent years of paramilitary training by the Department of Homeland Security and creation of private military units, including air forces by the State Department using mercenaries (aka “private contractors”) should have been a screaming red flag for those who only casually pay attention. Unfortunately for that minority, the three percent or so, the government propaganda campaign has so thoroughly convinced the masses that it is necessary, that there is little chance of organized political or physical opposition having any meaning or possibility of success on a wide scale.
This is the year that all of the new toys are deployed and activated my friends. If one objects or opposes the actions of this regime and elects to go dark by engaging in illegal activities, the authorities can and will bypass obtaining a warrant and the black bag will be the last bit of freedom that individual sees before detention occurs. If the individual or group avoids breaking the law, that is of no matter because under the NDAA and within the powers of the administration the perception of a threat is sufficient cause for action against offending parties. The characterization that this is a new program defies American history as Lincoln, Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and other U.S. Presidents ignored the Constitution while detaining U.S. citizens without due process or cause. Why should this regime be any different?
Unfortunately there is one consideration that makes this situation unique to our history. There is no viable foreign military threat to the entire country thus the actions, the concentration of forces have been designed to be directed inwards, towards the citizenry. The current regime believes that there has been upwards of one hundred years of actions by its enemies and those who do not subscribe to their beliefs and the evolution underway during their reign should be punished or eliminated. The concept of re-education camps is nothing new as throughout human history concentration camps have held this label high to cover rampant abuse but the mantra of “it can’t happen here” rings hollow as it has before and it would appear this country is on that path once again.
But don’t worry, the wealthy and powerful can flee or even my readers who might attract the attention of the regime can escape to another country, right?

The idea that the U.S. military and by extension, DHS, has the ability to blanket individual buildings with an EMP burst to fry the electronics should be terrifying enough. The capacity to kill or assassinate enemies of the state exists far beyond the speculation which started around Andrew Breitbart’s untimely death alleging he and later on his coroner were poisoned. I shall leave the speculation on whether or not it was a deliberate assassination to the conspiracy websites but I shall remind everyone that just like the technology highlighted above, the ability to poison someone by putting drops of a substance on a door handle or car door, to launch a MAV (Micro Aerial Vehicle) loaded with VX in a syringe (or other lethal substance) to penetrate a target’s skin and terminate them, or simply black bagging an individual and shipping them off are all well within the capabilities both technically and morally of our current government.
Many in the proverbial “mainstream” might dismiss this is as conspiracy theory woo-woo talk or just the ravings of a paranoid mad man. Remember that in 1975 Buenos Aires the citizenry there lived under the delusion that the economy could never completely collapse and that they were safe from a police state designed to protect them from threats both foreign and domestic.
Then some of them dared to speak out during the “war on terror.”

“The President is going to act” says Vice Dictator Joe “Bite-Me” Biden in regards to impending infringement on Americans’ God-ordained Right to arms. Calling the movement to ban, abolish and even confiscate firearms from American citizens a “moral issue” in the wake of the Sandy Hook school massacre, Biden heads an Obama-appointed ‘task force’ that will recommend sweeping gun control measures on all Americans. He met with ‘victim groups’ and outlined Obama’s plans to act on his own should Congress fail to do as Obama demands in regards to his effort to establish a federal gun grab.
“There are executives orders, there’s executive action that can be taken. We haven’t decided what that is yet. But we’re compiling it all with the help of the attorney general and the rest of the cabinet members as well as legislative action that we believe is required. It’s critically important that we act.
“As the president said, if you’re actions result in only saving one life, they’re worth taking. But I’m convinced we can affect the well-being of millions of Americans and take thousands of people out of harm’s way if we act responsibly.”
Notable in attendance at the meeting is Eric Holder, the man behind Operation Fast & Furious – Obama’s first failed attempt to initiate public support for sweeping gun control. He’s the guy who 17 years ago stated that the government should ‘shame’gunowners and ‘brainwash’ Americans into rethinking their stance on gun ownership – the same way they ‘changed’ national views on smoking.
So it’s no secret what the MarxoFascist tyranny now ruling us seeks to accomplish. All tyrannies with revolution, change and genocide on their minds, always disarm their people before subjugating and exterminating them.
The fuse may be about to be lit on an almost certain conflagration of resistance when they make this last mistake. A mistake that this author believes is intentional, given the historical need of Marxist despots to initiate a bloodbath in order to exterminate political opposition and establish iron -fisted tyranny that the people will demand and beg for, in order to ‘return to normal’.

I know that all of these places andall of these people are part of the battlefield ,not just because I am a soldier, and have experienced a few battlefields in my day; but also because our President declares that even our own homes are on the battlefield, whether we wish them to be or not, and I have no choice but to believe him; it’s not just that the NDAA passed – a battlefield is not defined by law; it’s the profound build-up of martial power and resources across my once-great nation which tells me a battle is being prepared here. Over two billion rounds of ammunition procured by DHS and its sub-agencies in the past 18 months, plus machine guns in the tens of thousands, armored vehicles, combat aircraft, drones, and other implements of war being staged throughout our nation, our home – how do you explain that except as the preparation for battle?
I will fight not because I desire it, but because I cannot justify any other course of action – when the enemy attacks, you must fight – you must kill or you will die.
