DHS Training Video: White Gun Owners Portrayed As Terrorists

DHS Website contains ‘training video’ for deputized agencies.  Appears to be ‘conditioning’ for upcoming gun confiscation/demonization of white gun owners.

Very disturbing video straight from DHS website – they use it to help train all of the deputized agencies during a crisis, even hospital administrators, media faces, everything and everyone that would be involved in such an event.

The date of the video is unknown, but the video description links to the DHS website featuring documents that were uploaded in 2009 and 2012.

The DHS has long been suspected of gearing up to fight Americans. The agency has released documents describing conservatives, libertarians, people who distrust the federal government, people who oppose illegal immigration, who oppose the Federal Reserve and who support gun rights, among other things, as potential terrorists and “domestic extremists.”

The agency has further stoked fears by purchasing nearly 2 billion rounds of mostly hollow point ammunition, 7,000 fully automatic assault rifles, nearly 3,000 mine-resistant MRAP vehicles and$2 million worth of paper targets depicting Americans, including women and children.

Last month, Arkansas State Fusion Center Director Richard Davis admitted that the DHS spies on “anti-government” Americans.

Today Breitbart reports that the GAO (Governemnt Accounting Office) is investigating the reasons WHY the DHS has ordered more hollow-point ammunition than our military, holding more than 260 million rounds in stock for roughly 70,000 government agents authorized to use such arms:

Investigating The DHS Ammo Purchases

Republican Rep. Jason Chaffetz, who chairs one of the House oversight subcommittees, held a hearing to find out why the Department of Homeland Security has been ordering so much ammunition. 

“It is entirely … inexplicable why the Department of Homeland Security needs so much ammunition,” Chaffetz said at the hearing.

He revealed that the department currently has more than 260 million rounds in stock.

He said the department bought more than 103 million rounds in 2012 and used 116 million that same year — among roughly 70,000 agents.

Comparing that with the small-arms purchases procured by the U.S. Army, he said the DHS is churning through between 1,300 and 1,600 rounds per officer, while the U.S. Army goes through roughly 350 rounds per soldier… He noted that is “roughly 1,000 rounds more per person.”

Now, according to US News Washington Whispers, the GAO is looking into the ammo purchases.

The congressional investigative agency is jumping into the fray just as legislation was introduced in both the Senate and the House to restrict the purchase of ammo by some government agencies (except the Department of Defense). The AMMO Act, introduced Friday, would prevent agencies from buying more ammunition if “stockpiles” are greater than what they were in previous administrations.

Napalitano Says She and Obama Can Choose Which Laws To Enforce & Which Laws To Ignore

Napolitano declares political officials at the top of this administration have the authority to decide which laws to enforce, and which ones to ignore.

Admitting the violation of her oath of office, will any of these traitors in the Obama regime ever be held to account?  If not – we officially have a dictatorship that America has willfully accepted to rule us all.

BIG SIS: OBAMA ADMIN CAN PICK WHICH LAWS TO ENFORCE

During her testimony on the “Gang of Eight” immigration bill before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano declared that she, President Barack Obama and other political officials at the top of this administration have the authority to decide which laws to enforce, and which ones to ignore.

Napolitano made the declaration in an exchange with Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) when he was questioning her on how Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have alleged that political officials in the Obama administration, including her, have blocked them from enforcing the law.

Sessions noted that ICE agents’ union president Chris Crane had testified on Monday “that agents are prohibited from enforcing the law and, indeed, the ICE officers have filed a lawsuit [to that effect].”

“I started out as a federal prosecutor in the Department of Justice in 1975,” Sessions said. “I have never heard of a situation in which a group of law officers sued their supervisor and you for blocking them from following the law. They weren’t complaining about pay, benefits, working conditions. They were saying their very oath they took, to enforce the law, is being blocked by rules and regulations and policies established from on high and that this is undermining their ability to do what they’re sworn to do.”

In her response to those remarks from Sessions, Napolitano said she believes she and other political officials have the authority to tell law enforcement agents which laws to enforce and which ones to ignore.

“There are tensions with union leadership, unfortunately, but here’s what I expect as a former federal prosecutor and attorney general, and that is that law enforcement agents will enforce the law in accord with the guidance they’re given from their superiors,” Napolitano said. “That’s what we ask of ICE, that’s what we ask of Border Patrol, that’s what we ask throughout the Department and I believe that would be consistent with all law enforcement. Agents don’t set the enforcement priorities. Those are set by their superiors and they are asked then to obey that guidance in accord with the law.”

Sessions was not pleased with Napolitano’s response, so he followed up by asking: ““Well, what Mr. Crane testified to was that there are law provisions that say an agent shall do this, that and the other, and that the policies set by their political supervisors refuse to allow them to do what the law plainly requires. You are not entitled to set policies, are you, that violate the mandates of congressional law?”

Napolitano answered that question by saying she “disagree[s] with almost everything” Sessions has said, “but we’ll just have to respectfully disagree with each other.”

“But, I think it does point to why this bill needs to be passed, because what we want our officers doing is focusing on narco-traffickers and human smugglers and money launderers and others who misuse our border and our immigration system,” Napolitano said. “By having a process by which those in the country illegally can pay a fine, pay fees, register so we know who they are, by dealing with the employer demand for illegal labor, by opening up the visa system, that will have the effect, basically, of confirming the focus of resources where they need to be.”

Despite Napolitano’s and the administration’s belief that they can tell law enforcement agents which laws to enforce and which ones to ignore, the “Gang of Eight” immigration bill cedes even more authority away from Congress and gives it to the administration.

Saudi National Bombing Suspect – Visited Obama At White House Several Times

The Saudi National, on a terror watch list and let go by DHS after a deportation order rescinded – visited the Obama’s at the White House on several occasions.  Michelle Obama visits him in hospital.

Obama has certainly shown us all that he stands with the Muslims, even to the detriment of America, Christians and innocents.  He supported the Muslim Brotherhood takeover of Egypt, the Islamist overthrow in Libya and has been busy arming Al Qaeda-backed rebels in Syria.  His regime refuses to this day to classify the Fort Hood Jihadist attack as a terror attack, instead insisting it was ‘work place violence’.  He was initially negligent to state that Boston bombing was a terror attack when he first commented.

The initial suspect, a Saudi National on a student Visa with burned hands who was tackled running from the scene of the Boston bombing, and declared a ‘person of interest’ was suddenly and without justification – cleared of the investigation and set to be deported after Obama had a meeting with the Saudi Ambassador.

Then his deportation orders were altered after Janet Napalitano was questioned about the suspect by Congressman Jeff Duncan.  She vehemently denied having any deportation order for any Saudi national, then admitted later  Al-Harbi, the Saudi national was indeed placed on a terror-wartch list when evidence was discovered that those records were altered.

Who ordered those records altered? Why was Al-Harbi’s placement on the terror-watch list suddenly removed?  Why was Al-Harbi suddenly declared ‘not a person of interest’?  Why has the Obama regime, the DHS, ICE and every other alphabet agency refused to note the fact that Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi’s clan and relatives are spouters and members of Al Qaeda?

A path to answering those questions may lay in the fact that White House records show that Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi visited the White House and the Obamas SEVERAL times since 2009.

Then we learn Michelle Obama even visited him in his hospital room after the Boston bombing.  That was flatly denied by the White House – but Al-Harbi was kind enough to post pictures of her visit on his Facebook page – proving yet again that the Obama regime is not only lying, but somehow involved in a massive cover-up and complicity in all this chicanery.

Glenn Beck blew the lid and cover off this story that is being deliberately ignored and muffled by the mainstream media and ridiculed by the Obama government.

But like everything else from Boston to Benghazi – the Obama Regime is never held to answer questions of it’s incompetence, malfeasance  or treason.

SAUDI NATIONAL’S DEPORTATION RECORD ALTERED

The Saudi National questioned after the Boston Marathon Bombing had his deportation order records altered, rescinding his deportation order.

The alteration occurred the night before Secretary Napolitano vehemently denied the existence of any deportation order in testimony before the House of Representatives. Sources with knowledge of these matters says the change occurred subsequent to Secretary John Kerry’s closed door meeting on Tuesday with the Saudi Minister and around the time of the meeting between the Saudi Minister and Obama later on Wednesday evening.

…Thursday, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano was questioned by Congressman Jeff Duncan about the alleged deportation in a House hearing. Napolitano responded “I am unaware of anyone who is being deported for national security concerns at all related to Boston. I don’t know where that rumor came from.”

Congressman Duncan pushed Napolitano and she retorted:

“I am not going to answer that question, it is so full of misstatements and misapprehensions, that it is just not worthy of an answer….

INFORMATION ON SAUDI NATIONAL ONCE CONSIDERED A PERSON OF INTEREST

• A Saudi national originally identified as a “person of interest” in the Boston Marathon bombing was set to be deported under section 212 3B — “Security and related grounds” — “Terrorist activities” after the bombing
• As the story gained traction, TheBlaze’s Chief Content Officer Joel Cheatwood received word that the government may not deport the Saudi national, originally identified as Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi
• Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano refused to answer questions on the subject when confronted by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) on Capitol Hill.
• An ICE official said a different Saudi national is in custody, but is “in no way” connected to the bombings.
• A congressional source, however, says that the file on Alharbi was created, that he was “linked” in some way to the Boston bombings (though it is unclear how), and that documents showing all this have been sent to Congress.
• Key congressmen of the Committee on Homeland Security request a classified briefing with Napolitano
• Fox News’ Todd Starnes reports that Alharbi was allegedly flagged on a terrorist watch list and granted a student visa without being properly vetted.  Sources close to the investigation also told him the Saudi is still set for deportation.
• Alharbi’s file was altered early Wednesday evening to disassociate him from the initial charges
• Sources say the Saudi’s student visa specifically allows him to go to school in Findlay, Ohio, though he appears to have an apartment in Boston, Massachusetts
• Alharbi was put on a terror watchlist after the bombing, andNapolitano confirmed on April 23 that he was briefly on a “watchlist”
• Sources tell us this will most likely now be kicked from the DHS to the DOJ and labeled an ongoing investigation that can no longer be discussed.

“Innocent” Saudi has ties to several Al-Qaeda Terrorists

After the bombings, a Saudi by the name of Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi was hospitalized and became a ‘suspect’, then a ‘person of interest’. His apartment was searched by federal and local authorities. No confirmation has been given so far to his involvement. The Media were quick to claim his innocence, of course.

This brings us to the Boston marathon bombings. Foreign Policy is reporting that he’s ‘no longer a person of interest’, which means he’s “innocent”, right?

Perhaps a quick look at the Arabic sources should raise the eyebrows of every American relative to the extent of the problem at hand. Many from Al-Harbi’s clan are steeped in terrorism and are members of Al-Qaeda. Out of a list of 85 terrorists listed by the Saudi government shows several of Al-Harbi clan to have been active fighters in Al-Qaeda.

Media: White-Gun-Owning-Patriots Are A Terror-Threat

Using the SPLC slander against White, Constitution-minded Americans as a springboard, the L.A. Times warns the government to watch and act against American Conservative patriots.

In every account of the history of genocidal and Socialist despotic regimes follows a similar pattern of actions.  They are directed at the groups and peoples the rising regime targets as opposition, and they do so to groom the population and prepare their citizens to accept the eradication of undesirable people and groups from their utopian societies.

In every instance of genocide perpetrated against a nation’s own people by its government – a common pattern is followed.   It begins with the demonization of the peoples and groups the government wants to eliminate.  They are often classified as threats to the people and the security of the state. In the history of both the Nazi and Soviet oppression – the peoples and groups those regimes exterminated and killed were referred to by political officers and their propaganda media machines as ‘extremists’, lower than human, Neanderthals, and threats to the security of everyone else.  They were blamed for economic woes and suffering the rest of the population was suffering.

Events transpire that are blamed on those groups to further the cause of actions the government enacts against them.  Rights are then limited and stripped from these targeted groups by the force of new laws. Criminalization follows, including disarmament of said peoples and groups. Then, the rounding up – arrests and disappearances of peoples begins.  Recent history is filled with the mass graves of people killed by their own government that grew into a tyranny with the full applause of the people led to hate the targets of the government.

All of it legal.  All of it in full view of the citizenry who either disregard or applaud it.

Genocides are made possible by the acceptance and promotion of the demonization of the peoples the government has declared to be a security threat to the state.

And every single day, the Left in America – engages in the same tactics as the genocidal regimes of the past. They leave the familiar Satanic fingerprints that lead to the criminalization and exterminations of countless peoples the government declared an enemy because of their political or religious ideology.  Last week, it was the L.A. Times who jumped on the bandwagon to help promote the fear and loathing of Conservative patriotic gun-owning Americans to the low-information crowd.

There are, in increasingly frightening numbers, cells of angry men in the United States preparing for combat with the U.S. government. They are usually heavily armed, blinded by an intractable hatred, often motivated by religious zeal.

They’re not jihadists. They are white, right-wing Americans, nearly all with an obsessive attachment to guns, who may represent a greater danger to the lives of American civilians than international terrorists.

…most patriot activity consists of venting steam by meeting with like-minded Neanderthals and firing off blog posts threatening civil war. Yet such blather tends to get under the skin of the Timothy McVeighs of the world. These groups should be closely monitored, with resources adequate to the task, even if it means shifting some homeland security money from the hunt for foreign terrorists.

Liberty’s Absent Warriors

Where the heck is the Christian Church while America is being turned into a Godless totalitarian society??

America is being transformed into a Godless MarxoFascist Police State right in front of our eyes – and outside of some radio talk-show hosts ranting about it every weekday – the country is largely silent about where Obama is taking the nation while our liberties and rights are being systematically stripped away from us.  Where is the Christian church?  With the exception of some high-profile examples of companies like Chick Fillet and Hobby Lobby standing against the infringement of their right to the exercise of faith in how they run their businesses, church leadership is dead silent as evil is being declared good, and righteousness is being legislated into an evil.

God is speaking with warnings to His Servants who are attempting to wake up a lukewarm church to impending judgement.  They appear to be voices shouting from the wilderness as the larger extent of Christians in America continue to ignore or shut their ears to the warnings.

Chuck Baldwin and Dave Daubenmire today share sentiments that match mine, nearly verbatim.  Sadly to answer the question “Where is the church?” – appears most Christians only want to hear smooth and easy things.  The happy-happy, joy-joy theology from the mega-church memes of Joel Osteen and Rick Warren, is what the vast majority prefer to hear rather than the sound biblical principles that once forged our nation’s society.  Pastors do not want to rock the offering plates and tithes, or raise the ire of the government and potentially risk their 501C-3 status.

Liberty was first fought for from the pulpits in the Colonies.  It has to be defended in like manner.  If the church refuses to stand on biblical principles against tyranny – then this people have no hope of ever retaining what liberty they have left.

A people who refuse to be governed by God and who stand to defend that right at all costs, will be ruled by the tyranny of men, and subjugated by the same.

Christians, Please wake up!  America is in the throes of a burgeoning Police State

What is it going to take for pastors and churches to wake up and realize that America is in the throes of a burgeoning police state? Ladies and gentlemen, the long-standing veneration for law and order does not include blind submission to governmental abuse of power. Yet, it seems that very few Christian conservatives are even paying attention to what is happening before their very eyes.

For example, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has purchased over 2 billion rounds of hollow-point ammunition (enough to wage a 30-year war); the DHS has purchased over 7,000 AR-15s. The DHS calls them Personal Defense Weapons (PDW). These are the same semi-automatic rifles with high capacity magazines that when you and I buy them are called “assault rifles.” Plus, the DHS has purchased over 2,700 armored vehicles, the same kind that the US military uses in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Department of Defense (DOD) calls them MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected). They carry .50 caliber weapons that fire from inside the vehicle. The vehicle itself is impervious to mines and small-arms fire. They are the vehicle of choice for our combat troops in the Middle East.

Pray tell, why does the DHS need that kind of firepower? And who do they anticipate using all of this firepower on?

If all of that isn’t disconcerting enough, we have now learned that the DHS has spent 2 million dollars on producing shooting targets of American gun owners. These are called “non-traditional threat” targets. They include pregnant women, elderly citizens, mothers in playgrounds, and even little children. These targets are produced by a company called Law Enforcement Targets, Inc. The company calls these targets “No More Hesitation” targets.

What is the DHS planning to do? Turn the entire continental United States into one big giant Waco?

Can one imagine the reaction by the DHS if a company was producing shooting targets depicting law enforcement officers?

I guess another question I have is who are the people whose faces appear on these targets? Did they know they were being photographed to be used on a shooting target? Or were their images photoshopped? Whose mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, daughter, son, and child are being used for these targets? I wonder how many Americans whose loved ones appear on these targets know that the photographs of their family members are being used as targets for DHS agents to shoot at. And how would any of you like it if those targets bore the photographs of YOUR loved ones?

This is bizarre! If this wasn’t so very, very real, one would think that it was one big practical joke. But it is no joke!

While our own domestic federal police department (a blatantly unconstitutional entity, by the way) is arming itself to the teeth, our President and Vice President are in a full-court press trying to disarm the American citizenry of their most effective and efficient self-defense tool: the semi-automatic rifle. Are we supposed to believe that all of this is mere coincidence? It is true that I was born in the morning, but it was not yesterday morning!

Adding to our cause for concern is the way our veterans are being treated (or should I say mistreated) by the federal government. As far back as 2009, returning Iraq and Afghan War veterans have been labeled as potentially “dangerous extremists” by the DHS (along with people who are pro-life; people who support Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and yours truly; people who believe the US should get out of the UN; people who are opposed to the “New World Order;” people who believe in the Second Coming of Jesus Christ; etc.). Today, more and more veterans are being labeled with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), and other such names, and being told that they are not fit to possess a firearm.

In addition, under President Obama’s recent Executive Order, physicians, both military and civilian, are quizzing their patients regarding firearms and have the potential authority to write a derogatory diagnosis about a patient that could be used as an excuse for the government to deny his or her right to keep and bear arms. (If you have a physician that asks you any questions regarding firearms, my advice is to find another doctor immediately!)

My friends, our country is being transformed into an Orwellian society right before our eyes! All the while, most pastors and churches seem to be completely oblivious to it. And, of course, most of the reporters and journalists in the mainstream media are nothing more than compliant propagandists for anything Big-Government. The same is true for most educators in our major colleges and universities.

But it is the apathy, indifference, and blindness of our pastors and churches that is the most disconcerting. The most influential group of leaders in America is still the pastors–the trend away from traditional churches notwithstanding. There are over 300,000 evangelical churches in the United States. Can one imagine what would happen in this country if half of these pastors would get up in their pulpits this Sunday and sound the clarion call to stand up and fight these insidious encroachments against our liberties? What if 25% would? What would happen if only 10% would rise up and take a stand?

Dear Christian friend, how can you stay in a church where the pastor will not take a stand for your liberties? How can you give such a church your tithes and offerings? Do you not realize that any pastor and church that refuses to fight and protect your liberties is helping to put the shackles of tyranny and oppression around the necks of your families?

Regardless of how sound you believe your pastor to be doctrinally, or how educated he is, or how much Hebrew and Greek he knows, or how warm and caring he is, or how much you personally like him, if he is not willing to take a public stand for your liberties, he is a willing accomplice to the demise of our republic and the rise of totalitarianism in this land–as surely as the pastors of Germany were accomplices to the rise of Hitler’s Third Reich!

Christian, please wake up! A police state is being constructed before your very eyes. Your liberties are being systematically expunged. While you are waving your hands and praising Jesus, the enemies of liberty are laying the nets and traps around your homes and communities that are going to be used to enslave you. While you are fixated on your pastor and church staying doctrinally pure, the barbed-wire fences are being built around the camps in which your children and grandchildren will be incarcerated. While you sit comfortably on the padded pews in your heated and air conditioned church sanctuary and listen to an inspiring sermon that makes you feel warm and fuzzy all over, the sacred principles that protect your right to freely worship, and speak, and defend your family are disappearing.

Beyond that, not only are many thousands of pastors not resisting this emerging police state; they are actively and enthusiastically joining with the big-government toadies in helping to eviscerate our freedoms. Is your pastor one of these? If so, you might as well be listening to sermons written by Joseph Goebbels.

Big-Government propagandists love to couch submission to oppression under the guise of patriotic duty to law and order. But submission to oppression is not patriotic; it is imbecilic! And make no mistake about it: the attempt to outlaw, ban, and confiscate our firearms, especially our semi-automatic rifles, has nothing to do with law and order; it has everything to do with overt oppression. To such an egregious encroachment against our liberty there can be no submission, only determined, resolute resistance.

And a similar cry from Coach Dave Daubenmire today also.  Where I differ from him in understanding, is that his optimism of ‘rebuilding a nation’ after we are rendered to dust is not biblical.  We SHOULD NOT attempt to rebuild that which God Himself allows to be torn down.  This is as true of a nation as it was for the Temple system in Jerusalem.

OUR SILENCE IS DESTROYING THIS NATION!

We knew better. We knew that the road to hell was paved with good intentions, yet we permitted the god-haters to lead us down the yellow-brick road only to discover that OZ was only a figment of someone’s imagination.

We didn’t hand-off to our children what had been handed off to us and as a result we wake-up daily to a nation that we no longer recognize.

We love to blame the government, or the Congress. We point our fingers at the senators, or the courts. We blame the Devil, or the Devil’s spawn in the Whitehouse. We blame TV, and the media. We throw our stones at “rock music” or violent video games. We blame guns and drugs, divorce and debauchery, or race and religion.

But we never blame ourselves. We never look deep in the eyes of the man in the mirror, and trace the wrinkles carved on the surface of our skin to the self-inflicted wounding of turning from Biblical principles as the cause for the deep scars in America’s soul.

We did it. You and I. We spent so much time looking the other way that we can no longer find our way. We have watched our children walk the well-intentioned path for so long that it is almost impossible to rescue them as this nation slides into hell.

The stock market is soaring as the nation sinks. Economic prosperity is an illusion. We produce nothing in America any longer except for porn and debt. The market will tank. It happened before and it will happen again. Yet you remain in the market. You think things will get better because the government tells you it will. You are deluded.

Education expenses are skyrocketing in America. The more we spend on education, the more sheep-like our children become. We teach them that debt is the path to the American dream. Schools teach our children foolishness and we continue to pay for it…the higher the education the lower the wisdom. Professing ourselves to be wise we have children who have become fools.

The dollar is being destroyed before our very eyes. Folks find nothing strange about believing in the security of the stock market or the American dollar, yet laugh at the accumulation of silver and gold, the only real money in the world.

Lunch is always free…at least for awhile. Eventually someone has to pick up the tab. Nearly half of Americans are eating lunch for free yet we don’t understand the consequences of the bill coming due. We live off of credit in our personal lives, so government borrowing is no big deal.

Drones are now flying over America. They tell us that the drones will never be used against American citizens. The government is purchasing so many rounds of ammo that the shelves in our local gun shops are empty. If guns are so bad, why does the government have so many? Tanks? The DHS is purchasing freakin tanks!! Thousands of them…wonder why?

The wrath of God is being revealed.

Dorothy’s emerald shoes have rusted. Instead of “there’s no place like home” we find ourselves chanting ‘there’s no place at home.” What do you do when home sweet home is no longer so sweet?

Those of you who read my writings regularly know that I am a glass-half-full kinda guy. I trust in the faithfulness of the Lord and His promise to never leave us or forsake us.

But we have forsaken Him. We have forgotten God. Singing “God Bless America” will not make it so. He has blessed us…more than any nation in history…but we have spent the inheritance.

We have done it to ourselves. We are complicit in the suicide of a super-power.

So, what do we do now?

Calamity is certainly in our future. How it will play out I really don’t know. But are you going to prepare to make it to the other side?

The other side of what, you may ask. The other side of whatever is coming. Is it possible the calamity comes before Jesus returns? What will it look like? Are you prepared?

I have come to the conclusion that we cannot stop whatever is coming. Only the chastening of the Lord will return us to our senses. Because he loves us, he must discipline us. God’s love will hurt.

But there will be an “other side” of this whole mess. We will not be the first nation to have gone through such chastening. It will be time to rebuild. I pray I, and you, are up to the challenge.

Prepare now. Prepare your hearts. Read while you still can…especially the Word. Find and connect with like-minded believers. Hundreds may be depending on your person preparedness.

When the dust settles…if it ever does…folks will be looking for those that they can trust. Those with a plan…those with an answer…those who can lead with righteous judgment…those people will be more important than bullets, beans, or money.

Something horrible is coming. You can feel it…we know something is amiss…the wrath of God is soon to be revealed. We traded our children’s future for a pot of stew…

Obama Sets Stage For Government To Kill Political Enemies

The militarization of DHS, mine-resistant tanks, enough ammunition to wage 24 Iraq wars and a memo that justifies killing Americans on American soil leads to an inescapable conclusion.

While this article may sound as though it pushes into the realm of the tin-foiled fantastic, the conclusions drawn from observing all the actions of the Obama regime ought to scare the living daylights out of you.  I hesitate to reference only due the references to Alex Jones’ Infowars, whom have little to no credibility with this author.  However, the analysis provided outside of that source is one in which all Americans who cherish liberty should consider, and be afraid.  Very afraid.

The brilliant filibuster by Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) yesterday, brought the very real specter of our own government killing Americans on American soil without due process of law, with Obama having secured for himself and his Executive, the sole discretion and power to use drones to kill anyone they deem a national security threat – anytime – anywhere.

When pressured by Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder dodged any kind of direct answer to the question of whether killing American citizens on American soil without due process of law was unConstitutional.  Holder refused to answer that very simple question with a ‘yes’ or ‘no’, until Ted Cruz illustrated with clarity that the Obama regime considers that they have a right to do so ‘when appropriate’.

Billions of rounds of ammunition, drones and tanks arming up the DHS – while at the same time the government demands to disarm the American people who have ‘assault weapons’.  An inescapable conclusion arises.

It’s now clear: Obama intends to use drone strikes to kill American journalists and political enemies

(NaturalNews) President Obama plans to use military drones in the skies over the United States to assassinate journalists, patriots and critics of his administration. That’s the inescapable conclusion from the emerging pattern of evidence now publicly available — keep reading for details.

Front and center in this pattern of evidence is the 16-page memo that was just released by Obama’s lawyers in the Department of Justice. This memo puts forth a “legal justification” for the President to order the drone assassination of any American citizen he names — anytime, anywhere, for any reason. This new power claimed by the President has no basis in federal law or the Constitution. It is an invented power of absolute tyranny that puts the power to decide who lives and who dies in the hands of one man. This document essentially legalizes the President acting as a serial murderer.

It is claimed that the purpose of this new power to simply name any American the President doesn’t like and immediately have them struck by a Hellfire missile launched from a drone is designed to “protect America.” Yet the 16-page memo that claims to justify all this was intentionally written to include Americans on U.S. soil as potential targets.

As Judge Andrew Napolitano explained just a few days ago on Fox News:

“This 16-page white paper is written so vaguely that the logic from it could… permit the President to kill Americans here in the United States.”

That’s the whole point, actually. If Americans on U.S. soil were to be excluded from such drone assassinations, such language would have been made readily apparent in the memo. But no such language is found in the memo. In fact, the tone of the document quite clearly states that the President has the authority to order drone killings of U.S. citizens anywhere in the world, under any circumstances.

This legal manipulation even has U.S. Senators worried. Democrat Senator Patrick J Leahy and Senator Charles Grassley sent a letter to Obama on Friday, stating, “The deliberate killing of a United States citizen pursuant to a targeted operation authorized or aided by our government raises significant constitutional and legal concerns.”

That’s the understatement of the year.

U.S. Senators are trying to create an “oversight committee” so that a few of them are part of the illegal, unconstitutional decision process of which Americans the U.S. government should murder next. As Kurt Nimmo reports with InfoWars.com:

Feinstein has proposed “legislation to ensure that drone strikes are carried out in a manner consistent with our values, and the proposal to create an analogue of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to review the conduct of such strikes,” in other words a secret tribunal that will hand down kill orders for Americans the government believes are “suspected militants.”

If drones are to be unleashed under the values of Feinstein — an outright traitor to the nation and a serial violator of the U.S. Constitution — then God help us all. Remember, Feinstein is the Senator who has already said she wants all Americans to turn all their guns in. She literally wants the entire U.S. civilian population disarmed so that government has all the weapons, including drones which Feinstein wants flying over U.S. cities, ready to strike named American citizens at any moment.

The American “battlefield” doctrine and the NDAA

In defending the drone assassination powers of the President, you might hear language used that says drones will “only be used on the battlefield.” That seems to imply they will only be used in the Middle East, right?

Wrong. The USA has been legally defined as the new “battlefield” by the NDAA. That’s the National Defense Authorization Act which also allows for the arrest and indefinite detention of American citizens without trial, without legal representation and even without them ever being charged.

The USA is the new “battlefield,” and when you combine the NDAA and the DOJ’s new drone killing justification memo, you now have the claimed legal framework for any American on U.S. soil to be arrested, detained, tortured or blown to bits without warning and without even a single shred of evidence being presented against him.

Yes, this is America today. Right now. You are living under a military dictatorship and most of you don’t even realize it yet. Even liberals and progressives are starting to wake up to Obama’s tyranny, by the way. On Democracy Now, Daniel Ellsberg recently described Obama’s actions as a “systematic assault on the Constitution.”

Who are the terrorists?

Of course, anyone who raises these points will be immediately dismissed with the claim that all this new power in the hands of the President will only be used “against terrorists.”

Okay, then who are the terrorists, exactly? It turns out they are YOU!

As Judge Napolitano recently explained:

The [Janet Napolitano DHS] memorandum said that people who are pro-life, people who believe in the right to keep and bear arms, returning veterans, people who think the government is too big and the IRS is too powerful, could be characterized as domestic terrorists. That could characterize two-thirds of the country. (Click here to see related video.)

Another DHS report named as terrorists anyone who opposes illegal immigration, abortion or federal taxes.

The pieces of the puzzle

So now it all becomes clear:

1) The NDAA legalized the federal government arresting, detaining and torturing American citizens if they were classified as “terrorists.”

2) The DOJ drone-killing memo legalized the President murdering anyone he names by simply claiming they might be associated with “terrorists.”

3) The DHS announces that anyone who isn’t an absolutely Big Government boot-licker and Obama worshipper IS A TERRORIST.

And there you have it: The full circle of justification to use military drone strikes against U.S. citizens on U.S. soil. Simply call them terrorists, and the rest of the legal framework backs you up.

I repeat: All that is necessary to justify the murder of American citizens without trial is labeling them “terrorists” even with no evidence to support such a claim. The drone killings require no evidence. They only require the signature of one man.

Who is likely on the drone strike target list in the USA

So who is most likely to be assassinated by President Obama once drone strikes are fully unleashed in the USA?

• Journalists.
• Political opponents.
• Anti-government protesters. (One Hellfire missile takes ‘em all out.)
• Online activists.
• Veterans.
• Gun owners and gun shops.
• Constitutionalists and libertarians.

Drone strikes are completely silent because the Hellfire missiles arrive faster than the speed of sound. You don’t even hear the missile until after the explosion. The blast radius of a Hellfire missile is 15 – 20 meters, and everything inside that radius is completely obliterated. This is more than enough to destroy entire homes, apartments and office buildings, not to mention vehicles and even light bunkers.

Drones are weapons of tyranny

In the history of America, rifles are the weapons of liberty, and in any war limited to just rifles and similar weapons, the People will always achieve victory over tyranny.

But tyrannies tend to rise up when specialized, highly-complex weapons come onto the scene, creating an imbalance of military power that suppresses the People. Drones are that new weapon: There is virtually no citizen defense against drones, and drones can strike targets anyone in the country with zero warning. You do not get called to appear in court, you do not get arrested, and you do not receive a warning. You’re simply murdered by the U.S. President without warning and without a trial. That’s the new America.

The cover story: Drone strikes that actually take out the homes of Obama’s political enemies can even be explained away as “bombings” using conventional explosives. A convenient cover story can keep drones out of the news, even while drone strikes are taking out journalists, activists and critics of the criminal Obama regime.

You might wonder, then, what is the strategy for defending against drones? It all comes down to men with rifles raiding drone airfields and taking them over. Once again, rifles become the single most important tool of resistance in the face of tyranny, which is exactly why the government is right now desperately seeking to register and confiscate all rifles in the hands of U.S. citizens. The MQ-1C Warrior drone has an operational range of 675 miles, meaning that drone airfields must be relatively close to intended targets. The airfields are the weak link, and this is what Americans must take back if drone mass murder is unleashed against American citizens (by any president, now or in the future).

There are also some high-tech defenses against drones. Iran appears to have hacked a drone by feeding it false GPS signals, guiding it to land on an Iranian runway where it was then taken into custody by the government there. This sort of GPS hacking appears to be relatively simple to accomplish, but the technique has never been proven in an actual military conflict.

Another defense against drones is to stay on the move. Don’t hole up in fixed locations for long periods of time. Drone strikes are only effective if the intended target’s location is known with certainty. In a resistance war against a tyrannical government, resistance forces will of course remain very mobile and unpredictable in their locations and movements. This will cause the government to waste lots of Hellfire missiles blowing up empty houses and likely killing the wrong people.

Every drone strike against U.S. targets will, of course, enrage the population even further, resulting in yet another mass wave of recruitment into the resistance. The more Americans Obama (or another president) kills with drones, the more powerful the resistance becomes. This spiral continues until there is either a violent armed overthrow of the government or the entire resistance movement is mass murdered by the government itself. In the case of the latter, that’s how we end up with Hitler, Stalin, Mao and other dictatorial tyrants who assume power in the aftermath of blood running in the streets.

Stop being so naive — this is happening NOW!

If you think any of this seems outlandish, you aren’t paying attention. The 16-page drone assassination memo has already been published. The NDAA is federal law. The DHS memos are real. All of us who question government, who own firearms, and who believe in the Bill of Rights have already been named terrorists.

The stage is being set to wage an all-out war with the American people. That’s the reason DHS has purchased 1.6 billion rounds of ammo. It’s the reason DHS is buying 7,000 full-auto assault rifles. All these weapons and ammo are for exclusive use inside the United States of America, on U.S. soil.

This is why thousands of bulletproof roadside checkpoints have been purchased by DHS. It’s why steel cable dividers are being installed on highways, so that you can’t turn around when approaching a TSA checkpoint. This is why talk of shooting gun owners is openly tolerated and even encouraged in the mainstream media and on social networks.

We are witnessing a full-on ramping up toward total war with the American people. This war will be caused (false-flagged) by the government itself, and it will be waged on U.S. soil, using drone assassinations, nationwide gun confiscation, FEMA camps and of course a declaration of Martial Law to justify it all.

The end game is a complete takeover of America by socialist / communist / fascist forces and the outright abolition of liberties and firearms in the hands of citizens. America is scheduled for termination, and people like Obama have been placed in power precisely because he can fool enough people for a sufficient amount of time to get this plan underway without popular resistance. Obama is seductive and hypnotic, so his followers will think he’s helping America even while he’s actually destroying it by design.

Drones are terminators in the sky, controlled by one man — a tyrant who sits in the Oval Office and respects no boundaries of either the Constitution or federal law. He makes law up as he goes along, betraying his oath of office and violating the very tenants of justice upon which this country was founded.

Obama is a traitor to America and a danger to us all. For the sake of America’s future, he must be impeached, thrown out of office and replaced with a President who actually upholds the Constitution and respects the laws of the land.

DHS Has Guns, Bullets, Drones & Tanks – Now Comes A Call For ‘Crackdown’ On Anti-Government Groups

Obama Government Advisory Group Calls For Crackdown On “Anti-Government Patriot Groups”

If you have not connected the dots of what is happening in America, I’ll assume like most – either  American Idol and Comedy Central are your main focus of stimulation, or that all the talk about the Obama regime preparing to impose tyranny by force and eradicate those his regime considers enemies of the state – is too ridiculous a notion to even consider a possibility.

If your mind is solidly slammed shut to the possibility of the lessons of history being repeated here on American soil – then I advise you stop reading right now, because no amount of evidence or facts will ever convince you of what is happening right in front of your face.  There is a possibility your brain might wake up to a brutal reality being erected around us – but by the time it does,  it will be too late for you and yours.

For those interested in watching, let’s consider a few of the ‘dots’ – or facts – of what this “Federal Government” of Obama has confirmed to have been doing since he was crowned defacto king by the media and his sycophants in 2009:

• In April of 2009, the Obama government and DHS declared anti-abortion Christians, bible believers, returning veterans and Conservatives; ‘Right Wing Extremists” and suggested they are to be considered domestic terrorists.

• DHS is stockpiling nearly 2 billion rounds of hollow-point ammunition for domestic use.  Enough ammo to wage 24 Iraq wars with ammo left over.

• Obama and Congress rammed through the NDAA, which essentially gives the government legal right to declare anyone a domestic terrorist and imprison citizens indefinitely without charges.

• A top Pentagon source says that Obama is purging top military leaders who will not affirm to follow orders and kill American citizens when ordered.

• Congress and Obama are engaged in a furious effort to criminalize, ban, confiscate and restrict citizens from possessing semi-automatic weapons and magazines.

• DHS and the federal government are deploying a program to put 30,000 drones over American soil.

• DHS documents reveal the newly deployed domestic Drone ‘Predator B’ fleet is designed to identify anyone carrying a gun and to track cell phone signals.

• Gruppenfuhrer Eric Holder says that Obama has the right to kill Americans on US soil with drones.

• DHS and the Alphabets are acquiring nearly 3000 mine-resistant MRAP tanks for domestic use.

So on the heels of these ‘dots’ that ought to raise the hair of any American who jealously guards their liberty, an Obama Advisory group: The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), is warning the Obama regime that the rise of ‘patriot groups’ opposed to Obama’s Federal tyranny is a harbinger of domestic terrorism within the next few months – and that they should immediately create a ‘task force’ to crack down on them.

“The number of conspiracy-minded antigovernment ‘Patriot’ groups on the American radical right reached an all-time high in 2012, the fourth consecutive year of powerful growth by a movement that is becoming increasingly militant as President Obama enters his second term and Congress debates gun control measures,” the SPLC said in a press release today.

They start their letter to Attorney General Eric Holder and DHS leader Napolitano by stating that they warned Janet Reno six months before the 1995 Oklahoma City federal building bombing, and set the stage in the rest of the letter to identify ‘pro-gun, anti-government hate-groups’ and ideologies they subtly suggest will instigate terrorism against the government.

As in the period before the Oklahoma City bombing, we now also are seeing ominous threats from those who believe the government is poised to take their guns…

…A recent study sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security, it should be noted, found that criminal violence was associated with a significant percentage of far-right hate groups

They then go on to suggest the Obama regime is not being aggressive enough  in dealing with “domestic hate and radical antigovernment groups”, and suggest that Holder and Napolitano establish a ‘task force’ to ‘respond to the threat’:

…The resources devoted to countering domestic hate and radical antigovernment groups and those they may inspire do not appear commensurate with the threat….

…Because of the looming dangers, we urge you to establish an interagency task force to assess the adequacy of the resources devoted to responding to the growing threat of non-Islamic domestic terrorism.  

So what we have here, is a lobbying group that has assisted the Obama regime in the past, with urging them to crack down on American citizens they have decreed are domestic far-right hate extremists.  This includes anyone who believes the government is planning to take their guns.

This is not an accident or coincidence.  This is setting the stage for what they plan to follow.

After all, who are all those domestic appropriated hollow-point bullets, drones and tanks for, if not for those this regime already considers and are being told are a ‘threat’ by Leftist ideologues?

History teaches that genocidal maniacs always demonize and apportion threats to the security of the people first, then via opportunity or Reichstag-fire type events, criminalize their political opposition before legally imprisoning and exterminating them.

The connected dots make the picture clear to anyone with a brain.  The Obama government and it’s sycophant Leftists in this country – are preparing to war upon the American people they are declaring an enemy and a threat.  That would be ‘non-Islamic terrorists’ who believe the government is planning to disarm them and who are Conservative and identify with the Constitution.  Those are domestic ‘threats’ to Obama according to the Brownshirts at the SPLC.

UPDATE: MSNBC’s unhinged crackpot Chrissy “Thrill-up-my-leg” Matthews – just did a segment on this ‘report’ from the SPLC.  He went on to rant that Rand Paul and Ted Cruz were the heroes of ‘anti-government hate groups. Considering that Conservative Christian Americans and TEA Party members are ‘domestic hate groups’ according the SPLC and the Obama regime they advise, can criminalizing the TEA Party and politicians they represent as ‘hate group/domestic terrorists’ be far behind?

Before a government exterminates a segment of their population – they demonize them first, then criminalize them.

We are well on the way towards history repeating here.

“Progressives” On The Path To Slaughter and Genocide.

A people no longer governed by God are ruled by the tyranny of men.  Harbingers of oppression are already evident as the regime in power arms itself against the American people.

We are told in scripture not to be ignorant of the Devil’s devices (II Corinthians 2:11).  I believe, as our Founders did – this includes being aware of the designs and intents of evil men in power doing Satan’s bidding, and preparing oneself spiritually and physically for such devices being employed.

I often say that history is an excellent teacher, and the fruits of every single Socialist/Marxist/Communist leader and regime totally unhinged from scripture and the rule of law – results in such regimes engaging in the wholesale slaughter and genocide of their own people whom they consider to be enemies of their ideology of the supremacy of the state – the collective.  They are anti-God, anti-Biblical and always redefine morality to fit their twisted utopian views, which they always sell to the gullible as ‘justice’.

History teaches that madmen that become part of genocidal regimes always reveal their intentions to do such slaughter in the years and decades before they achieve power.  If Europe had read and understood Hitler’s Mein Kampf, the Holocaust may never have happened.  But people often think that such assumptions of attributed evil are nonsense in the days before a holocaust is initiated.  Such genocides always occur within the spectrum of misery, a collapsed economy, near-starvation and woe among their populations.

Often such misery is created by the very people who use it to transform a society into a despotic one.  A desperate people will sell their birthrights for a bowl of soup.  Handouts from the state and the promise of bread are powerful capitulators to tyrants.  This is dangerous when such handouts are being promoted by people with plans to kill their opposition.  The cabal whom groomed and anointed Obama to power have a history of encouraging mass killing.   William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn were terrorists who were engaged in open warfare upon America.  The professors at Columbia and Occidental where Obama said he attended college whom were part of Obama’s grooming actually planned to exterminate tens of millions of Americans as far back as the 1980s.

Then we have the state arming itself in the name of security while at the same time – working furiously to disarm the American people.  Connecting-the-dots of where this all may lead does not take a college graduate, only someone who knows a little history and can discern the hints within the language of the ‘progressive’/MarxoFascist movement of the American Left.

Obama’s recent angered invectives and demagoguery of his political opponents over the budget ‘sequester’ that he, himself created – are fruits of a man and regime about to unleash hell upon the American people and their perceived enemies.  Obama’s defacto Presidente Valerie Jarrett said the following:

 

“Hell to pay”.  Perhaps in the form of hollow-point bullets being and armed drone strikes used against American citizens?

Sound preposterous?  Not if one knows the history of the ideology that is the religion of the “Progressives” and their political messiah in Obama and his regime now in power.

There is a good blog assessment based on all the evidence, statements, speeches, papers and actions of the Obama regime and it’s cabal now in power, and we would do well to heed the admonition and warning.  It restates the plain truth of what should become a mantra among those Americans who wish to remain free, and unmolested by the state.

Woodrow Wilson didn’t do it, because there was that pesky Constitution, that back then, people actually believed in. (Trust me. It’s the only reason he didn’t.) He DID put people in prison for speaking out against the war or his government. Because he could.

Franklin Roosevelt didn’t do it. But he did put thousands of Americans into concentration camps. Because he could.

Barack Øbama’s just starting slow. He’s picking off individual fellow-citizens in other countries. (And, of course, anyone else who happens to get caught in the line of fire.) Because he can.

Can he? Are we really going to allow that? Are we really going to permit this?

It’s a law of nature.
It’s the logical conclusion of their way of thinking.

In the beginning a progressive will lie, cheat, steal, destroy, smear, ruin, in order to force his vision of “utopia” down the throats of people who don’t want it. Because he believes he knows better than they.

A progressive will continue to use the same tactics throughout his life. What others want or prefer means nothing to him. He has decided what’s best for others and will move the world to make sure it is imposed upon them.

As his power increases, his tactics become more overt, aggressive and violent.

And of course, any threat to his power is a threat to the “good of the collective” and the Utopian dream. And it must be mercilessly snuffed out for the good of all.

In order to impose his will on everyone else, it is necessary to rule them all with a iron fist. And ultimately the only way to do that is to use extreme violence.

And there will always be some troublesome people who are just ruining it for everybody else. Who just won’t go along. Who are dissenters and disrupters. Enemies of the peace. Enemies of the people. Enemies of the collective and their dreams of Utopia.

And for the dream to survive and come to fruition, such people must be eliminated.

It’s the law of the nature of Progressives.

It’s evident in their ready impulse to silence voices that disagree with them. An example is their enthusiasm for a Talk-Radio “Fairness Doctrine”. The fact that there is one place in the culture that actually has the audacity to speak full-throated Conservatism/Libertarianism is utterly unacceptable to them.

That Academia, the entire Media, all of Entertainment, and the Music industry (with the exception of some country singers) are in lockstep with their Progressive propaganda is not good enough. No one must be allowed to dissent. There must be NO voices questioning their message. All other voices must be silenced. All enemies must be neutralized.

It’s evident in their PC charges of “racism” “homophobia”, designed for no other reason than to shut opposition down. To shut you up.

That’s all Political Correctness is: Progressives’ attempt to silence voices and ban ideas they don’t like  and don’t want anybody to hear.

And those behaviors, friends, are the first steps of the eventual Stalinian mass-murderer.

Yes. That’s extreme. But it’s also true.

Every progressive is an incipient mass murderer. Most just don’t have the opportunity to mature into their full potential.

Progressives use whatever nasty bits of power and corruption they can accumulate. If it’s a little, they smear you. If it’s a lot, they kill you.

What Gun Confiscation Looks Like In Obama’s Amerika

How the regime creates a climate of fear as they selectively target Americans for raids that strip them of their arms and possessions.

There was a time long ago in America when citizens were to be automatically presumed innocent until PROVEN guilty in a court of law.

That no longer exists in the United States of Obama’s Amerika.  Any defense lawyer who has a shred of honesty will tell you,  the moment an arrest or raid is conducted, those arrested for any reason automatically confers guilt in the eyes of law enforcement and the general public.  Practical reality is that one must prove their innocence in the courts of law and media generated narratives that generate public opinion where odds are horrifically stacked against the individual charged.

Armed SWAT raids by DHS the ATF and other government alphabets create a climate of fear and nearly automatically render those raided with contempt from their neighbors who – without even knowing who, what or why – assume that the person/family that was raided, are guilty of some heinous crime and deserve what happened to them.  Trust me when I tell you that all the entities of power in this nation understand this fact, and they will use it to their advantage in establishing Obama’s MarxoFascist tyranny.

While it was disconcerting to witness an entire state’s law enforcement panic and open fire on innocent citizens in the desperate search for Chris Dorner, it is the law-abiding citizen that are easy and frequent targets of political  examples to be made.

Given what I have read of the Obama regime arming up the federal behemoth and agencies like the Weather Service getting hollow-point ammunition for unspecified reasons – and the fact that implementing much of Obama’s agenda has enforcement mechanism in the DHS, ATF, FBI & IRS – I discern that FFL gun dealers and Amish milk farmers will not be the only people to be targeted in such raids in the near future.

Many people pooh-pooh the worry over orders to confiscate guns or impose federal mandates to the non-compliant.  As history teaches – it does not require raids and inspections of every home and citizen in the nation to achieve the desired subjugation of a people to oppressive rulers.   It requires only a few high-profile examples that the regime and it’s agents mean business, and that you and your family can be detained, stripped, pillaged, terrorized and even killed without so much as a hesitation – to get the rest of society to comply and even help aid the regime in power to achieve it’s ends.  Fear of what the government can do to you is a powerful motivating agent.  It is why most of us file our taxes before the midnight deadline April 15th.  It is why most will eventually comply with any gun restrictions and confiscation orders that the rulership is busy introducing in various state legislatures.

I want us to know and understand how such raids are conducted and what happens to you once the government targets you for whatever reason.  You most likely will have no idea exactly why it is you are stopped and have guns placed at your head and those of your family while your home and property is ransacked and items confiscated.  Then you discover you have no real recourse and your property now belongs to the government unless you have thousands upon thousands of dollars to attempt a futile legal case to regain all that you have lost.  Your reputation forever marred and unrecoverable.

Welcome to tyranny.  This is what it looks like from a first-person perspective.

While I do not know the merits of this individual case – I will take the word of a citizen over the word over anyone in government or law enforcement given the rotten fruits of lies, distortions, cover ups and wrongful deaths that they continue to rack up in this society and absolve themselves from.  This person is lucky he did not have a dog, as they most likely would have killed it on the spot.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is How the DHS Seizes Your Guns

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recently raided one of our readers: a kitchen table FFL dealer who does everything—everything—by the book. He has, however, consistently criticized the ATF for its unconstitutional regulations and long history of extra-legal activities. This is his story.
Update to follow, after he consults with his lawyer . . .

First of all, forget about them coming to the door. They’ll intercept you on your way home from the Doctor’s office (for example), then one vehicle will come up behind you and two will block your way in front and turn on the flashing lights. They then jump out with ‘real’ assault rifles, point them at you and order your hands up, and exit the vehicle.  You, being a law abiding citizen, comply. At gunpoint, they order you to assume the position against your car, handcuffs you and frisk you, and you’re directed to get into the back seat. Then the lead agent gets into the driver seat and drives your car to your driveway. You sit there with cuffed hands behind you – bleeding.

As multiple vehicles close off the street and announce over a loudspeaker for all your neighbors to remain indoors (and are prohibited from leaving), the lead agent calls your house and directs your wife to come out of the house – and sit in the front seat. She does. Then the Homeland Security Special Tactical Unit, and the county sheriff Swat Team arrive, and drive two armored cars over the curb onto the lawn, as the “Jack Booted Thugs” with machine guns, helmets, boots, camo, etc. enter and search your house.

You see a Homeland Security Helocopter circling overhead. You are asked if you have any explosives (well, several cans of black powder….) and are there any booby traps in the house. They offer to let you read the search warrant, but your hands are cuffed behind your back. The agent in your car reads it very quickly.

After the Jack Booted Thugs are through, teams arrive to search and ransack the house. After about an hour, you are released and NO CHARGES are filed. You are required to stay beyond the perimeter as they set up tables in your yard and begin to paw through and process your worldly possessions.

You finally realize that they’re going to keep an eye on you, but you go to a neighbor to make phone calls – and find a good lawyer, who arrives on site, but is kept out by the agents. The agents search one of your cars and release it to you. Hours later, knowing there is nothing you can do on site, you leave and arrange a motel for the night.

Later, about 9PM (12 hours later), you phone your house and an agent answers, then advises you they’re about to leave. You drive to your house to see four Feds in your front yard, ready to leave. They tell you they don’t know where the house key is (which you gave them), nor where your cat is. They hand you a copy of the search warrant, but fail to provide a copy of the inventory (which they give you two days later).

You examine your house. Your computers are gone along with every extra & old hard drive, all data cds, floppies, thumb drives, compact flash drives, and other SD drives for your camera. But most shocking, is that your entire gun collection, which you spent a lifetime building, is gone.

Antique guns, airguns, non-guns. Virtually everything. One antique shotgun lies broken on the floor. Papers are strewn everywhere. Once they looked at it, and didn’t want it, they just tossed it aside. Piles of paper. The house is trashed – every room. Your clothing has been ransacked. Your wife’s clothing and underwear. You don’t even know what is missing. You look around, feel sick, lock up the house and go to the motel.

You return the next day to try to start to get things back in order, but realize it will take weeks.

Later, you find out that the affidavit which justified the search warrant is sealed – and you can’t even find out why they searched and seized. A few days later, the sworn affidavit is unsealed, and you find out that the agent lied repeatedly, told half-truths, speculated about possible violations, and related his ‘suspicions’ with no basis in fact – and that the search warrant is nothing more than a gigantic fishing expedition to see what they could find . . .

Any Federal “Gun Buyback Program” = Mandatory Gun Confiscation

A Justice Department memo illustrates the fact this regime plans to implement national gun registration, followed by mandatory confiscation of firearms.

They just keep pushing and poking with their stick – hoping Americans will finally bite back and give them a justification to put all those billions of rounds of ammunition and drones to use against a people this regime wants to eliminate.  A white paper prepared by NIJ deputy directory Greg Ridgeway is titled “Summary of Select Firearm Violence Prevention Strategies” and essentially states that any assault weapons ban ‘unlikely to have an impact on gun violence’ UNLESS the federal ban is coupled with a “gun buyback and no exemptions then it could be effective.”  What that means in plain English and not ObamaSpeak – is that gun owners will be REQUIRED to turn in their guns where they will get money, probably a paltry sum – and therefore this will NOT be called ‘confiscation’ even though ‘selling your gun to the government’ will be MANDATORY. NO EXEMPTIONS.

Nearly all gun control legislation now pending is calling for bans on magazines that hold more than 10 rounds and a ‘registry’ that coincides with a new “background check” where gun information will be kept in a federal database where it’s use is not being specified.  It appears this ‘white paper’ by the Department that handled Fast & Furious arming of Mexican drug cartels, is having it’s recommendations added to nearly all the legislation being introduced out there.

This white paper, written by the research arm of Obama’s Justice Department is the blueprint for the agenda against gun ownership this regime and it’s puppet-media clowns are harping on every single day.

The NRA was given this paper in the lead-up to Obama’s gun control agenda.  They outline what this means for gun owners in this ad:

If there is one thing to know from history it is this: gun registration – no matter what “common sense” legislation the MarxoFascists try to call it – gun registration always leads to confiscation (regardless if they call it a buyback program) – which always leads to extermination (which the MarxoFascists will call ‘putting down the domestic terrorists’).

Do not believe anything the Obama regime tells you about their agenda on gun control. Remember this is the regime that promised us that with ObamaCare you would get to keep your current insurance plan and keep your doctor and save tons of money, and we are finding out what overt lies those were.  Obama’s efforts are specifically designed to set the stage for total forced disarmament in our very near future.

As history teaches, every population that was disarmed was shortly exterminated thereafter.
