Serious Warning To Consider From An Old Soviet

AmeriSoviet Flag

Pravda sees America as turning into a Bolshevik State, and warns about the rise of Obama’s neo-KGB/NKVD

It’s disconcerting at best, that in the age of Obama an American cannot trust truth from the mainstream Obama media, and has to cite Pravda as a source of news.  It has however come to this in Obama’s Amerika. It is evident that former enemies and propagandists for the Soviet State need to be cited, because they see a dire history being repeated here in America that they had lived and suffered in not that long ago.  And in their humanity – wish Americans to avoid becoming enslaved and terrorized by a government and state being erected atop of them that freakishly resembles the tyrannical Soviets.

What is concerning, is that Pravda and residents of the former Soviet Union see what is happening here, and Americans by and large; clueless to the noose being put around their necks.

America suffers an acute case of Normalcy Bias, and as such – it does not believe that such things as this piece warns, can happen here.

Not only can it happen, it IS happening – right in front of our faces – and STILL the vast majority immediately tune out and ignore the warnings of government informants, re-education camps and other tyrannical apparatuses being constructed for use against those who will not embrace Obama’s utopian Hope & Change.

The rise of Bolshevik America?

In his recent presidential directives President Obama has added something that most publications have been silent about; forcing doctors, and other health care providers to ask questions regarding gun ownership of patients. Ostensibly this is to ‘find crazy people before they do something’ but it reeks of the same system of informants the KGB used in an era before people happily posted all their private thoughts on the Internet. Is this truly an effort to keep people safer, or a sign of things to come?

Anyone who’s read Solzhenitsyn knows how the KGB employed informants and quotas to counter anti-revolutionary measures. The American government is already preparing itself for revolution, with CDC concentration camps and the ability to create martial law, and removing constitutional laws enabling the American people to change their form of government if they so choose. This new network of required informants is yet another step in the direction of repressive regimes reminiscent of the former Soviet Union. Given the pretense of spotting people before a crime is committed, this is probably only the start. If health care providers are required to ask invasive questions, other federal employees in different spheres certainly will be asked to. The federal government may even try to coerce more states to involve more departments. How far is America from asking students about their parents activities at home?

The debate on Gay Marriage has been going on for decades, but there’s one aspect that few are considering. The federal government is becoming more and more involved with what the Church can and cannot due. It has already been suggested by senators that the federal government should pass laws forcing any clergy who want to maintain their ability to perform marriages (note: in America clergy are able to legally create marriages unlike other countries where legal marriage and religious marriage are two separate events) that they must accept any homosexual couples interested in being married. The federal government has also insisted that Churches may not take a stand against political candidates who’s policies would hurt the Church if they wish to keep their tax free status. Using the same two components, requirements for clergy to remain licensed to perform marriage, and Churches to maintain their tax free status, the Obama administration could quite easily begin requiring clergy to report to the authorities anyone mentioning guns during confession to report to the authorities.

How far is America from the Bolshevik State? The administration is already forcing health care providers to report on the activities of other citizens. How soon will American children be reporting ‘revolutionary activities’ to their teachers? How soon will American priests essentially compose a secret informant network? How soon will neighbors begin calling in about one another in hopes of avoiding being sent ‘somewhere’ themselves? If Obama, who associated with militant communists like Bill Ayers, and the Weather Underground during his college days, pretty soon, and he shows no signs of letting the American congress have a say.

The Revolution Is At Our Door

ODuce-War

As the American experiment with liberty collapses into tyranny, a very real bloodbath stands in wait

The American War of Independence and the French Revolution.  Two revolutions against state authority and tyranny.  Two completely different outcomes.

Why?

In attempting to answer the question of where his native nation of France went wrong, Alexis DeToqueville summed up in Democracy in America, that America’s greatness could be found in our churches, and that the day America ceased to be good (and moral), she would cease to be great.  He was stating what John Adams himself had declared when he wrote: “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people.  It is wholly inadequate for the governance of any other (people)”.

It is not lost on any right-thinking American that our nation has ceased to be a moral or religious nation and has ceased to be good.  MarxoFascists and Leftists have been busy redefining morality and what is good for the better part of five decades, and their cultural revolution has paved the way for their hoped-for Marxist revolution against Capitalism and individual liberty.  Running on the induced self-loathing of America that has been soaked into the minds of public school and college students since the 1960′s, the culture war has been lost to Leftists.  Coupled with a complete brainwashing of Communist/Socialist propaganda by Leftist Teachers and their Communist Unions being taught as the only true morality and fairness, Obama’s army of disgruntled welfare class dependents and media stooges, are openly calling for the deaths of Americans they hate.

At the other end of the spectrum, lovers of our liberty and Constitution see this as a direct threat to freedom.  The actions of the Obama regime and Democrat MarxoFascists in Congress; the impending nullification of the Second Amendment is spurning the exponentially accelerated talk of revolution against the counter-revolutionaries of the Obama-Left.

War it appears, is on our doorstep.

Revolution may sound romantic – but it is anything but.  It often descends into a bloodbath of horrors and terror that end up being waged by those not grounded in religious principles.  It would do us all well to read the following essay by Daniel Greenfield and contemplate what is being stoked among us, and is standing upon our doorsteps.

And This Is Revolution

Daniel Greenfield @ the Sultan Knish blog

There are a few things worth knowing about revolutions. Most people don’t participate in them, even if the history books often make it seem otherwise. Revolutions are thought up by small groups of people who then make it everyone’s business. Or alternately they don’t. And those are the revolutions that never happen.

Most people, at any given time and place, are dissatisfied with the government and believe, rightly, that whoever is in charge is guilty of stealing from them, oppressing them and making it impossible for them to live their lives in peace. And they also believe that things are not likely to get any better. Hope is a vanishing emotion that dissipates easily in the drudgery of ordinary everyday work. It may be taken out for a spin on historical occasions, but then it goes back into the barn where it sits for a while gathering dust until it is needed again.

There are however some known crossroads of revolution. A successful revolution usually doesn’t happen among the thoroughly repressed. Those people tend to lack the motivation and skills to face down a modern army. When the peasants revolt, they can often be tricked into going home with some false promises and free beer. It worked more often with the serfs in European history than you would think. It’s the middle class that you really have to watch out for.

People are not at their most dangerous when they’re eating bread crusts and hoping that they won’t die tomorrow. By then they’re often broken, perhaps not individually, but as a society. It wasn’t the people on the collective farms who challenged Soviet tanks in Moscow. Nor was it the Chinese farmers, now being bulldozed off their land, sometimes literally, who stood up to the tanks in Tienanmen Square.

The most dangerous people are the ones who have tasted enough freedom and prosperity to want to keep it. They don’t think their leaders are godlike and they have enough education and competence to think the heretical thought that just about anybody could do the same job as the king, the emperor, the czar or the president. They have experience enough upward mobility to understand that a man’s place in the world isn’t fixed. It can and should be changed. And that is what distinguishes them from the serf. That is what makes them so dangerous.

Authority works best when it isn’t challenged. Ceremony, whether it is that of an emperor or any lesser rank, invests authority with mystical force. Peer pressure and social conformity employ horizontal pressures to keep everyone in their place. Secret police and ranks of informers allow the regime to project an illusion of omnipotent force that seems to be everywhere at once. Reigns of terror create examples to intimidate anyone who might think of challenging the regime.

Revolutions strip away these illusions. The secret police run for cover or comically march out with clubs and guns against mobs, and get beaten to a pulp. The neighbor who rats on everyone sits home and stews in front of the television. And then the regime has no choice but to call on the army and hope that it still retains enough control over the officers and that the officers still have enough control over their men to do the bloody work of winning a civil war.

The army test is the acid test of a regime because it exposes the actual level of power of the regime, which relies entirely on its officer corps and its grunts to be willing to shoot people in the street. In Russia, the army proved unwilling to kill a bunch of civilians to protect a coup by their own superiors leading to the end of the Soviet Union and the fall of Communism.

After generations of worldwide terror, the great red beast was reduced to relying on the willingness of a handful of Russian kids in tanks to run over protesters. The kids, who had grown up on Western rock and roll, listening to old men preach about a coming revolution that was already older than the oldest man they had ever seen, while the echoes of capitalist dreams leaked through the Iron Curtain, chose to sit this one out. And Communism died in the streets of Moscow.

But where the Soviet Union fell, the Chinese Communist Party succeeded because they had men who were willing to run over other men with tanks. After all the great debates and posturing, the fate of hundreds of millions of people came down to the same things that all revolutions come down to, not cogent arguments or complex theories, but the willingness of some men to kill other men for a cause.

Communism also died in China. It had to. But the leadership class remained in power and their princes made it into a hereditary dynasty. In Iran, protests were pitted against the guns of the Revolutionary Guard. The regime won, but at the cost of shifting power to the Revolutionary Guard. In Syria, each side escalated, found foreign backers and is fighting a war in which the most ruthless bastards are winning. That is how the Communists ended up winning in Russia, but not after a long bout of murderous warfare in which all sides did horrible things and painted the land red. Any Russian naval officers with a sense of history watching the whole thing happen from a portside cafe are probably remembering how the same thing went down in the land of red snow.

It’s the aspiring middle class that begins revolutions, but when they turn bloody enough, then they usually aren’t the ones who inherit them. An ascending middle class begins revolutions to protect its privileges, only to see those revolutions hijacked by the fanatics, who to be fair, often began them, the lawyers who want to be executioners, the demagogues who fail at everything but street corner tirades and the psychopaths who drift in and then take over.

The American Revolution avoided being overtaken by these types of lunatics, though at times it was a closer thing than anyone realizes. If history had gone a little differently, Aaron Burr could very well have been our Robespierre. And General Lafayette could have been France’s George Washington. Instead the American Revolution stayed in the hands of the people who wanted peace and prosperity, rather than radical social change, and France descended into blood and chaos at the hands of those who thought that revolution was worthless unless it allowed them to completely transform society.

The other kind of revolution, the Bastille kind, has managed to catch up with us. A vast territory and technological revolutions held it at bay for the longest time, but it was the aspiring middle class that eventually allowed itself to be seduced into mortgaging its political power, national integrity and economic freedom to gain an illusory peace and security in the form of a powerful government. And if there to be another revolution against it, it will once again come from the ranks of the middle class.

The American middle class can feel itself sinking. Its prosperity has been stagnating and the jobs are drying up. The educational revolution isn’t doing what it was supposed to, for most, instead it saddled much of the country with even more debt. Debt is the watchword of the present, as it was of France before the Revolution. Everything is in debt and mortgaged to the hilt for everything else. International financial systems have made it possible to spread the pain and bury it in complicated financial transactions and speculation, but that just means the debt is bigger and badder than ever.

The pre-revolutionary middle class can choose between two sets of villains, big government and big business. Both are big, and thus meet the criteria for being worth revolting against, but the choice of villains often comes down to a choice of professions.

The college student who owes insane amounts of money to a complex network of financial institutions for a degree of dubious worth and a credit card whose interest rates are more complicated than the subject she was studying, is likely to sympathize with Occupy Wall Street’s bank baiting. The small businessman who feels like he spends all day filling out forms in order to get other forms to fill out, while seeking his profits being sucked up by the government and its institutions, feels a tug toward the Tea Party.

It’s the anarchist who is closest to the mark when he notes that there really isn’t that much of a distinction between the two. The government bails out the banks with bad money and the banks bail out the government with fake money. Governments and corporations, are run by the same people with the same phony mantra of social justice, that really means showy philanthropy and profitable regs. But then the cynics usually tend to be closer to the mark because faults are easy to find.

The American middle class is caught between two rebellions. One by an urban middle class elite that would like a more closed and regulated society and another by a rural middle class that would like a more open and less regulated society, with the suburbs split in the middle.

Having the cities is not absolutely mandatory for a revolution. The modern American city is a drain that produces very little except bureaucracy and culture. And while the power of those two should not be underestimated, if every major American city were to vanish tomorrow, some of the sciences would be hard hit and the bureaucracy would become decentralized, but most other things would continue on as before.

During the American Revolution holding on to the cities proved next to impossible, because of British naval power and the large concentrations of Loyalists. Even during the Civil War, most Northern cities leaned rather close to the anti-war side. Urban Democrats may lionize Lincoln now, but many of them thought of him, the way that their descendants thought of George W. Bush, as a war criminal with the brain of a monkey who was obsessed with oppressing the common man. Even some liberal Republicans thought of him that way.

But underestimating culture is dangerous. The sort of culture that we have is mostly worthless, but that doesn’t make it any less effective. There is a great distance between Beethoven’s Eroica and Katy Perry singing for Obama, but unlike Beethoven, few modern liberal writers and artists would have the integrity to rip up the title page on learning that their messiah had feet of muck. The Soviet Union fell in part because it lost that sense of cultural momentum, clinging to the Western Canon, while being overwhelmed by the pop trash that now rules Russia. And though it may be trash, cultural innovation creates a sense that we are moving forward. Those on the side of the newest trend seem like they have the answers to the future. Those who aren’t, end up looking like Brezhnev.

Revolutions can be won without that cultural momentum, but it’s harder than ever because culture carries with it that tang of prosperity, that sense that the good times are out there for those who want them. And revolutions tend to fall on the side of prosperity, on the side of an aspiring middle class looking to the future. Culture can be beaten, but it is best beaten with culture. Successful revolutions make their ideas compelling and appealing, not just in words, but in attitudes, in music, in literature and in art. France had Marat and America had the Death of Jane McCrea,

A revolution is part anger and outrage. It is that sense that you are being unfairly treated and that the life you had or could have had is slipping away from you. It is that breath of freedom that you once took and the belief that life on the other side of the wall must be better. It is a narrative, a story that rejects the authority of those in power on moral grounds and on practical ones.

Revolution works best when the authorities are weakened by a transition period, when they were once oppressive, but have been liberalizing, or where they are asserting a new level of authority that the people are not used to. It is in these transition points that revolutions are most effective because the authorities are not ready to cope with them and the people are made bold and desperate by the uncertainty.

Revolutions are not easy, until they begin rolling, and then it seems in retrospect as if they were always inevitable, the way that big things are. It is that explosion of kinetic energy born out of the potential energy of large numbers of people discovering their strength that fills the air with energy. That ionization is what most people associate with freedom, with the inevitable collapse of an old order and the rise of a new order.

At first a few people begin to push against the wall, and then more and more, their numbers growing as wall-pushing suddenly becomes the thing to do, and suddenly the sober men and women who never held with it, who put their faith in protests and petitions, join in. The wall shakes and then it falls.

This is revolution.

We, The Whipped

This essay was so good, and so right on, my readers deserve to hear this lady’s iron-willed thoughts.

Thoughts I wholeheartedly concur with.

Liberty is a risk.  Our Founders risked it all for us, and by God’s Grace – we were blessed to enjoy the consequences of the risk they took with their lives.

H/T to Freepers for the reference.

We The Whipped

By Ann Barnhardt

I continue to be amazed at how many people in this culture, and most especially those on the “right”, seem to have completely and totally psychologically surrendered to the government. These are the phrases I keep hearing:

“The government makes us pay for abortions. We can’t be held responsible for something we are forced to do.”
“I can’t imagine what life will be like if they make us accept Sharia law.”
“ObamaCare is going to force me out of business.”
“I live in Chicago. They won’t let us have guns here.”
“If I want to keep my job, I have to go along with the diversity training crap.”
“I have to keep paying taxes. It’s all tied directly into my bank account. I have no choice.”

I think that people in this culture actually ENJOY being whipped by the government, because it allows them to delude themselves into believing that they bear no responsibility for anything beyond not burning the toast and making certain that the TiVo is set to record the big game. Given this truly effeminate and childish psychological orientation, it is little wonder that the following sentence – seven little words – strikes fear in the hearts of men and causes them to lash out in hatred and eventually violence:

The government can’t make you do anything.

Oh, the implications. The horrific, horrific implications. Actually, it’s even worse than that. NO ONE can make you do anything. Your employer can’t make you do anything. You can either attend the pro-homosexual, pro-musloid diversity seminar or QUIT YOUR JOB. Your wife can’t make you do anything. Your children can’t make you do anything. You could abandon them tomorrow if you so chose, which is exactly what 90+ percent of black men in the inner-cities have freely chosen to do.

And finally, the ultimate terror. While God COULD force you to do something, because He loves you, He will never, ever force you to do ANYTHING.

As much as you don’t want to believe it, as much as you want to fight it, deny it, and reject it, the inescapable truth of the matter is that you, along with every other human being, are a FREE, SOVEREIGN INDIVIDUAL.

Do I have to pay taxes? Of course not. What are the alternatives? Government confiscation of my assets would be the first alternative. Well, this would simply put me in solidarity with the MF Global customers who have also had their assets confiscated. So be it. The next step would be imprisonment. Fine. So be it. I acknowledge in truth that this is, in fact, the alternative. I do not lie to myself and tell myself that there is NO alternative. You people out there keep saying to yourself that there is NO CHOICE between the government and God because having your assets confiscated or going to prison is “impossible”, and therefore no choice exists. This is a lie. There IS a choice, and we are all being called to make that choice, here, now, in this moment.

Some people have said, “I have children. What do you expect me to do?” Well, I suppose I expect you to do exactly what Thomas Jefferson did. Jefferson wrote and signed the Declaration of Independence in 1776 when he was 33 years old. Writing and signing the Declaration made Jefferson, along with all of the signers, traitors and seditionists against King George III and the British Empire. This was a capital offense and pushed Jefferson and the rest of the Founding Fathers into the corner of either winning independence or dying at the end of a rope as a war trophy. At the time, his daughter Patsy was three years old. Not only did Jefferson sign the Declaration, he threw himself into the Revolutionary War and became Governor of Virginia. And while all of this was going on, Jefferson had five more children. Jane was born in 1774. A son was born and died within hours in 1777. Mary was born in 1778. Lucy was born in 1780 and died soon thereafter. Lucy Elizabeth was born in 1782. Jefferson’s home, Monticello, was a target of the British, and was in fact captured in 1781 by Cornwallis. Jefferson and his family managed to escape with only minutes to spare after being warned by a young Virginia militiaman. The British then destroyed everything except the main house. All of the crops, livestock and outbuildings were burned or seized.

Questions? The decadent freedom that you enjoy and are getting ready to piss away was largely made possible by a young man who was already financially established and the father of young children, pushing it all in and putting an enormous target on his own back. Heaven forbid that we should LEARN ANYTHING from history or FOLLOW THE EXAMPLE of those that came before us.

Jefferson, and the rest of the Founders, knew that they had a choice laid out before them. They could either revolt against tyranny or surrender to it. We are facing exactly the same choice right now, except that the tyranny that we are now facing is far, far worse than anything Jefferson and the Founders were facing. King George never tried to tax the Colonists on their mere existence, as ObamaCare does. King George never tried to force the Colonists to embrace and celebrate sexual perversion. King George never tried to force the Colonists to pay for and even participate in abortion. King George never attempted to import and establish the satanic scourge of islam in the Colonies.

We are so far past and beyond the “long train of abuses and usurpations” that the Colonists and Founders experienced and which necessitated the Revolutionary War that they aren’t even visible in the rear-view mirror. I dare say that being a Colonist in 1775 did not, by definition, break eight of the Ten Commandments or put a person is a probable state of mortal sin.

And so back to the core premise: the government can’t make you do anything. There is always an alternative, and at a certain point, the alternative of non-compliance is not only available, it is REQUIRED. Read the Declaration:

“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

It is our right and our DUTY to throw off this government. It is not legitimate and does not possess the consent of the governed, and thus has NO AUTHORITY. This is not to say that this government does not have power – yes it still does have power, but it has NO AUTHORITY. At this point, the only way it can continue to operate is by means of violent coercion, namely property confiscation, imprisonment and execution. This is YOUR country: thieving, murdering criminals running utterly amok, holding their power only through violent coercion and the threat of violent coercion. And it could all be brought to a screeching halt tomorrow if We The People would just turn that intellectual corner and realize that the unjust laws of an illegitimate government need not and should not be followed. They have no power over us. We have power over them, because they derive their JUST powers from the consent of the governed. Withdraw the consent, and the power is gone. Anything remaining is therefore, by definition, UNJUST, and thus must be“abolished” and “thrown off”, to use Jefferson’s words.

Of course you can own and carry a gun. You have the God-given right to your life, and the right to protect yourself, your family and your property. No one can ever, ever take that right away from you except YOU. The state can pass as many laws as it wants banning gun ownership and bearing, but every single one of those laws is illegitimate, and thus should not be followed.

How can the government force you to accept Sharia law, or any evil satanic system? Only YOU decide what you do or do not accept. Obama could write an Executive Order tomorrow declaring that the musloid screech to prayer be blasted from loudspeakers in every city and town five times per day, and the only true use or value that Executive Order would have is as toilet paper. Obama can’t make you accept Sharia law any more than he can make you fly like Superman.

ObamaCare can only force you out of business if you COMPLY with it. The government can only force you into mortal sin if you COMPLY and CONSENT. Obama can mandate that we all buy health insurance, and that all insurance policies cover abortion and contraception. And we can all laugh in his face. His fat wife can further mandate that we all eat celery sticks and tofu on Mondays and Thursdays, and we can likewise laugh in her painted-up-thicker-than-a-tranny face. These people have no power over us. They are slack-jawed, carney-trash gutter filth, and nothing more. Any power they have over us is power that we must specifically consent to give to them. I withdraw my consent. You got a problem with that, Barry? Molon labe.

Finally, back to the theological aspect of all of this, because that’s how I roll up in here. Look at a Crucifix. What you are seeing in a Crucifix is the stark horror of your own freedom and personal sovereignty. You are free to choose, as is every single being made in the image of God. We are so free that God consents to allowing us to choose to torture and kill Him. Oh, yes, we always, always have a choice. And now, because we have allowed it, the choice now stands as this: Either choose to spare yourself the wrath of an evil, illegitimate government or choose to scourge and crucify Christ. Pick up the flagellum and lean into Him. Skin Him. Make Him bleed and shake in pain. Then pick up that hammer and those nails and drive them in. Feel the bones in His feet and ankles crunch as you pound that nail in. And as you’re doing this, look Him in the eye with a big sh**-eating grin on your face. Tell Him how you have no choice, because it’s either this, or you might lose your job, or your 4000 square foot house. And that’s not even a contest, right? I mean, who WOULDN’T torture and kill their best friend, brother, father, spouse, creator and savior in order to stay in the good graces of the IRS and keep a job or a pension income?

The choice is yours. It always has been and always will be. This life will only last for a few more decades at most. What comes after that is eternal. Choose wisely.

Of course Jefferson answered Ann’s rhetorical questions in the Declaration itself:

All experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

If our current situation is any indicator,  Americans have become accustomed to tyranny.

Occupy Wall Street – Lighting The Fuse To Begin A Bloodbath

Marxists promise an “American Fall”, goading useful idiots into what may become the violent end-game of their revolution.

INVAR

This blog has been warning since 2008, that the regime being put into power at the White House was going to wage a Marxist revolution.  Since Obama took office, the patterns and efforts of this regime were an amalgamation of the programs and efforts by last century’s most notorious madmen and despots with a twist; instead of capitalizing on woe and misery to pit one group against another in order to achieve power – this time, they would create the misery first by collapsing our system, while stoking hatred for their political adversaries to foment the REAL CHANGE they seek to impose.

The contempt the Ruling Class have for Conservative America is no shock.  What is surprising, is how quickly the demonization and castigation of the political enemies of this regime, has led to overt calls for violence and bloodshed by the useful idiots who support this regime, and by those with the shared targets of contempt, whether it be those with wealth, banks, corporations, Jews or Republicans.  In response, there are increasing calls for violence from the Libertarian/anarchist movement, and the boiling rage of Conservative TEA Party Americans who are being pushed into a corner by both the Left, and by misguided supporters of Ron Paul, has turned America into a powder keg.

And too many Americans are eager for that keg to blow.

This author has warned against violence, and how any ignition of it is going to be used against what is left of a representative Republic and the Conservative Christian Right in this country.  The Arizona shootings by lunatic Jared Laughner more than illustrates how desperately the regime and it’s sycophants wanted to pin violence on the Conservatives in America.  They have to.  You have to criminalize the targeted groups in the minds of the populace before you can empower government to act against them.  That is what all the propaganda of calling TEA Party supporters ‘terrorists’ was intended for.  I have contended that if the Marxist/Left cannot frame Conservatives with violence, they will either goad violence or start violence themselves.

And that is what this “Day of Rage – Occupy Wall Street” movement is all about; lighting the fuse to a bloodbath.

You see, there is no cohesive or single-issue driving the Day of Rage movement.  It’s a cornucopia of fringe lunatics armed with Communist agitprop and pet issues overwhelmingly against Capitalism and wealth.  Some of them want Obama to become dictatorial, some of them want to abolish the Federal Reserve, and some of them want to hate the Jews and Bankers, like this Jeremiah Wright Jr. wannabe:

There’s even more anti-semitic garbage from these twits to view if you have the stomach for it.

While Marxists pine for their glorious ‘people’s revolution’ against Capitalism, Jews and wealth in America, Conservative/Libertarians romance the ideals of the War of Independence for their cause against what they see as a totalitarian federal government.  But neither of them realize or want to see the truth of what will come:  A Bloodbath Revolution that is going to make the French, blush in horror once it gets going.  Blaming the rich, blaming bankers, blaming ‘neocons’, blaming whites, blaming Jews, blaming opponents of Obama are all ingredients being stirred up to boil.

When it boils over, it’s not going to be an easy demarcation of North versus South – it’s going to be a bloody mess and everything from skin color, to sex is going to bust the divisions of a civil society wide open, right where you stand.  Neighbor versus neighbor, and in some cases, kids versus their own parents.  The heat is being turned up for that boil over to happen, and when it does – the calls for killing will only escalate. In fact, they have already begun.

Idiot Roseanne Barr capitalized on the zeitgeist of  the last week by stating on Russia Today that we should: “Behead the rich”.  Robspierre would be so proud.  What is frightening is how eager average Americans who would otherwise consider themselves patriots, jump on the jealous rage bandwagon to denounce corporations, banks, businesses and personal wealth and property of others.

Human nature in itself loathes people that have more than oneself.  It’s called jealousy, or in the biblical sense,; coveting.  Biblical and Christian morality at one time put that trait in restraint – Jesus spoke against such jealousy in His parable in Matthew 20.  But today – “Social Justice” engineers would have called for the head of Christ for being “selfish” and “unfair”, and history is replete with examples of bloodshed begun under such auspices.

The fact is, Marxists NEED bloodshed in order to establish the iron fist, and they do so by creating violence so the people will beg for the government to ‘stop it’, so life can ‘go back to normal’.  History of course shows us that life NEVER goes back to what it was before such regimes achieve total power, and it’s the ignorance of the people and their easily manipulated hatred of those that have, that give such tyranny an eventual boot on their necks.

As blogger MarkAmerica so excellently notes in his expose of this movement:

This is their goal. They wish to push the American people to make that appeal to government. If violence begins in earnest, the calls for the federal government to step in will escalate. This is the excuse for which Obama now waits.

He makes many excellent points, and you should read his entire essay to get the full picture and warning that both of us are exclaiming.

The Radical Left Moves Against America

…What they’re attempting now is to complete the revolution, and with each passing day, the situation grows more dangerous.

And of course the danger is by design.  Van Jones, self-admitted Marxist and one-time Green Jobs Czar of Obama, promised an escalation and copy of the violence seen in the Middle East this Spring.  A desire to ‘topple’ the current system in America, noting the enemy to be marked and confronted.

As MarkAmerica notes:

…When the real violence begins, those who led them will slip out of the way, and avoid culpability and consequence leaving their dirty work to the mindless mob that believes in the tyranny of the mob.  This has been the great object of everything Barack Obama has undertaken as President, and his economic policy is designed to create this environment. In order to become the greater tyrant he intends to become, he is waiting for a signal, and it’s already starting: “Make it stop.”

Van Jones is not the only Communist force behind the current protest movement.  There are legions of Leftists involved in this, and this movement is not a spontaneous and grassroots protest as they would have you believe – but a stoked and planned recreation of similar Days of Rage that Weather Underground terrorist William Ayers and Bernadine Dorhn organized in the 1960′s.  What should alarm the reader is the fact that what they are doing now, is right in our face.

There is a REASON Van Jones says that these new Days of Rage/Occupy Wall Street will be like the Arab Spring that toppled regimes in the Middle East.  That is because the violent overthrow of Egypt, Tunisia and Libya’s autocratic dictatorships WAS ORCHESTRATED by Weather Underground Terrorist William Ayers and Bernadine Dorhn.  Both of them attempting to do the same thing here in the USA. That is why Van Jones says these ‘Days of Rage’ will be an “American Fall”, just like the “Arab Spring”.

But understand this – it’s the wealthy/property-owning Conservative Christians in America that this movement will target for overthrow/beheading and whatever other forms of death their sycophantic mobs like Roseanne Barr will demand.  And as Jihadists and the Muslim Brotherhood replaced secular dictatorships in the Arab world, one does not have to wonder what the Marxists will replace our Republic with when the people scream for Obama to stop the violence.

In fact, we already have a preview of what this mob of Marxists will demand.

• Rebooting the system and rewriting the Constitution: push for a new, “progressive” U.S. Constitution.

• Imposing a “Robin Hood tax” on all financial transactions worldwide: with the goal of taking from the “rich” to give to the “poor.”

Who’s really behind Wall Street protests?

Radicals foment agitation in New York, while hinting at American ‘Arab Spring.

The mob being stoked to protest are simply the fuse the Marxist Left has lit to ignite a wave of violence and bloodshed against perceived ‘wrongs’ in the American system.  Violence achieves many things for a Marxist.  Violence provides a major excuse to suspend elections next year. Given the fact Obama looks to lose in a landslide, taking most of the Democrats with him, suspending them might be his only prayer to stay in power.   Suspending elections in 2012 has already been suggested for the sake of the economy.  Think how much easier it will be for the Marxists to do so in an atmosphere of violence.

Violence can disrupt everything from traffic to the food on the shelves at your store.  If the Unions can be beguiled into joining this miasma of Marxism – pain can be imposed on all Americans across the nation, and it is at that point that those being blamed for the violence (recall the 2009 DHS terror assessment) will soon find the entire apparatus of government being empowered by a frightened, weary and exhausted people to surrender what they have left.

The purpose being to get the whole people to beg for Obama to end the violence and return things to ‘normal’.

And you can bet he will oblige.

Then, game over.  Now we know what it was like to be in Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia during the rise of of their despotic leaders and regimes.  The mob demands it, and the people go along with it for the promises made by those who fashion themselves into gods.

Teacher Calls For Open Communist Revolution in America

Mexican teacher in L.A. calls for a war against “Frail, Racist White People”, Capitalism and Imperialism.

Same bunch demanding Amnesty, demanding armed revolution against Capitalism and Imperialist America start in America.

And this seditious creep, praising mass-murdering Che Guavera and Communist Hugo Chavez is a public school teacher, indoctrinating the kids in L.A.

But of course according to the regime in Washington and the media, it’s the TEA Party activists that are the real danger of revolt and violence.  LaRaza calls for revolution and refers to America as it’s “norther front” in a war that they say has 40 million “Revolutionaries… in the belly of the beast”.

Meanwhile, 9 Americans from Michigan remain jailed on spurious and flimsy charges of sedition against the government, entrapped into talking smack with an undercover agent on the internet after the regime in power passed ObamaCare.  But this Mexican creep – calls for war, calls for open revolution – is inciting a crowd to violence, and there is silence from DHS.

America’s Marxist Revolution

JOIN THE REVOLUTION! Now!!!!

by John Galt

August 25, 2009

Ah the good old days. I remember growing up with communists on the college campus, communists ready to nuke us, communist spies recruiting on campus, and the constant battle between the good old U.S.A. and the U.S.S.R. From the pictures above, it seems like the communist movement is resurgent except that the only difference is the only picture from that era is the last one encouraging Soviet citizens to volunteer to work on Saturdays for the good of the party; coming here soon, I’m sure. The communist party fist in the second is still a popular symbol for the Marxist infestation in our nation and many others yet you really only see it in major cities and now out in the sticks with all of us primitive redneck types the media hates.

So why an anti-communist threat when the threat is not there? Because it is there, it is as strong as ever and the American people are gullible enough to submit to such a system if marketed properly. Don’t believe me?

In my paranoid right-wing capitalist pig opinion, their is an undercurrent of teaching that conforming to the ideas of Marx is actually a patriotic American duty and will serve all of the people far more beneficially than a system where “capitalists” and other selfish individualists create markets that support themselves and is not politically desirable for the “people” as a whole. This warning is to tell you that you are being conditioned. You are being trained like a dog. When the whistle blows you will seek out that reward in exchange for your labor; trained to understand that to be fed, treated by a doctor, allowed to drive or purchase a car or other goods, and most of all provided security and protected by the state is a benefit of working for the state and causes of the state. Thus your trades of freedom for food, submission for protection, and financial security for sharing your labor are to be indoctrinated not as a vice but as a symbol of sacrifice and the new definition of patriotic freedom. Corporations will willingly propagate this idea in exchange for a piece of the action, creating an almost Fascist style oligarchy that works within the framework of a Chinese Communist style system.

And to them you are just the cog, a tool, a part of it, like a rail tie that the trains of history run over until worn out, replaced then discarded.

This is the subtle messages being transmitted to the people via channels of advertising and government programs. Think I’m crazy? Yes, probably so.

But the “Join the Revolution” picture was from this pamphlet:

That’s right, the ad was for the “NetSpend” preloaded credit cards. The symbolism is purely communist in nature if you look at it closely. I picked the pamphlet up at a Murphy USA service station while filling up for gas. If you think the message will not be sent, stay tuned, as you will soon be told not to speak out against the leaders of the nation and the party.

Just like the Soviets did in this poster:

Comrades, I hope you are ready for this; some of us will resist this to the bitter end.

Say Goodbye To America

Say Goodbye to America

No matter who wins Tuesday, America is going to be a different country.

When the sun rises on November 5, regardless of who the president-elect is, a more un-United States than has existed since the Civil War will wake to dispute the results of the disgusting campaign that has mercifully come to an end.

Whoever the losers, they will believe they were cheated, and will point fingers at those they believe responsible. Almost half the nation will view the winner as illegitimate, and will do everything in their power to undermine his authority as long as he’s in the White House.

With this animosity will come a new level of hatred between those of differing political persuasions like nothing our country has experienced in the modern era.

Putting it bluntly, and without sounding too much like Rev. Jeremiah “G-d Damn America” Wright, there will be no such thing as Americans anymore.

Instead, there’ll be Democrats and Republicans, Liberals and Conservatives, and encounters between the members of these groups will for years nay decades be at best unfriendly, and at worst quite hostile if not downright violent.

Think this an overstatement? Consider first what Wednesday will look like if John McCain pulls off the upset.

To begin with, let’s be very clear about one thing: Democrats believe that if they lose an election it’s because their opponent cheated. It’s never their fault. It’s never because they ran a poor campaign. It’s never because their opponent ran a better one.

Heck no!

It’s always about voter fraud, disenfranchisement, not enough ballots, faulty machinery, hanging chads, negative advertising, intimidation tactics, campaign finance abuses, you name it.

Such is the legacy of Al Sore Loser Gore: regardless of how many news outlets went to Florida in January 2001 and found that if the counting had continued Bush still would have won, the overwhelming majority of Democrats think that election was stolen.

To make clear the level of victimhood and paranoia, here’s what author Erica Jong wrote Friday:

I puzzled for a long time about why the Democrats were not publicizing defective voting machines nor discussing the stolen elections of 2000 and 2004…I fear we are going to have a Tuesday bloody Tuesday. Be prepared — that’s the boy scouts’ marching song — as Tom Lehrer wrote.

Honestly, this woman should write a new book called “Fear of Thinking.” But I digress, for you probably can’t imagine what’s going to happen on Wednesday as Democrats in highly-populated, poor districts around the country complain about voting irregularities and disenfranchisement. But Jong can:

If Obama loses it will spark the second American Civil War. Blood will run in the streets, believe me. And it’s not a coincidence that President Bush recalled soldiers from Iraq for Dick Cheney to lead against American citizens in the streets.

Don’t dismiss this offhand as the ravings of a lunatic, for lunatics are often right about matters related to lunacy.

To make my point, I offer the now overly-discussed Bradley effect and how it relates to exit polls: How many people as they leave the voting booth Tuesday will lie to pollsters about who they voted for?

Before you answer, try to imagine the pressures many people are going to feel in certain districts around the country to answer “Obama” rather than “McCain” irrespective of the truth. Also consider the possibility that many McCain supporters will just refuse to answer the question thereby skewing the results.

Although Democrat strategist Donna Brazile has talked for months about racism being the elephant in the room this campaign, here’s an elephant Donna and her ilk are afraid to address: in some districts in this country, it will be VERY difficult for pollsters to find folks willing to admit they voted for McCain.

With the election as tight as it is, just a few percent of such embarrassed-to-look-like-racists will give the appearance that Obama has won key battleground states.

Here’s another elephant: it is almost a metaphysical certitude the exit polls in at least one state will conflict with the actual results thereby opening the door for the perpetually sore losing Democrats to cry foul.

Now that’s a big elephant.

Can you imagine the Rodney King-style rioting that might occur as a result, especially when folks like Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Chuck Schumer, and the usual suspects get in front of television cameras blaming Republicans and John McCain for stealing another election, this time from a black man?

They’ll be on all the morning shows Wednesday doing what they do best: fomenting hate, and pointing fingers.

Lest we not forget how quickly Louis Farrakhan, Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton will be on planes heading to that state (or states!) with their teeming hordes of NAACP and ACLU lawyers.

Can you imagine the chaos?

But that’s just the beginning, for the Obama-loving media are also going to feel scorned, and will spend all day Wednesday airing hideously biased segment after hideously biased segment demonstrating to viewers how Republicans prevented people from voting in largely black districts in the state(s) in question. Op-eds and editorials in newspapers across the fruited plain will do the same.

Rest assured if folks aren’t mad enough about the election’s outcome, you can count on angry press representatives to stoke the fires of discontent until riots start somewhere, for nothing would please sycophants like Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann, and Jack Cafferty more than rioting across the country if McCain wins.

Of course, they’ll refer to it as civil disobedience regardless of how uncivil it gets.

And don’t expect the Messiah to do anything to quell the hostilities. Being gracious in defeat isn’t a Democrat virtue.

Much like Gore and Kerry before him — readers should recall Kerry not conceding election evening 2004, and, instead waiting for numbers to be verified in Ohio Wednesday where Democrats still believe the election was stolen! — Obama will likely withhold his concession speech while his lawyers do his bidding.

In fact, they’re already preparing for such an eventuality. The Baltimore Sun reported Saturday, “Thousands of lawyers are descending on Florida and Ohio to monitor precincts and spot any irregularities.”

You betcha!

On the flipside, although an Obama victory will likely not result in immediate acts of violence, Republicans already feel cheated by this campaign for a number of reasons, and understand full well that they literally have the most to lose in this election; the Messiah, contrary to all his lies on the stump, clearly intends to redistribute wealth, and it sure isn’t Republicans that are going to be on the receiving end of the junior senator from Illinois’ charity.

But before we get there, let’s be perfectly frank: Obama should never have been a presidential candidate in the first place, and, at the very least, should have been quickly discarded by Hillary in either Iowa or New Hampshire.

With the nation involved in two wars, and the economy in trouble, there’s no way a freshman senator with so little experience and no significant pieces of legislation under his belt would ever have raised enough money to mount a presidential campaign, and certainly not a successful one.

However, the media gave Obama Messiah-like status the moment he threw his hat into the ring — thereby making it easy for him to find benefactors! — and pushed him passed the once-inevitable Hillary. Even worse, they aided and abetted Obama and his minions to dismiss any attacks by the Clinton campaign as racist while diminishing her with sexist and misogynistic barbs disingenuously ignored by a normally feminist press corps.

Once Hillary was tossed aside like so much garbage, media ignored each and every issue that could possibly undermine Obama’s ascendancy while savagely attacking Sarah Palin as well as an Ohio plumber that had the unmitigated audacity to actually ask the Messiah a decent question.

Don’t even get me started on how the so-called impartial press overlooked every gaffe and misstatement made by Joe Biden while giving the Messiah a pass for going back on his promise to accept public campaign funds instead opting to raise and spend more money on his presidential aspirations than anybody ever believed possible.

As CNN.com reported October 24:

[A]ccording to advertising figures provided by Campaign Media Analysis Group, CNN’s consultant on ad spending, Barack Obama’s campaign has spent more money selling its candidate on television than most major brand name companies do selling their products.

The Illinois senator’s campaign is projected to have spent $250 million on ads in the last four months – a number that is equivalent to $750 million in a full year. Only AT&T, with a yearly advertising budget of about $1.3 billion, and Verizon, which shells out $950 million a year on ads, spends more than the Democratic presidential nominee.

But most major companies spend far less than Obama, including McDonald’s ($588 million), Sprint PCS ($482 million), T-Mobile ($404 million), Target ($388 million), and Wal-Mart ($335 million). [...]

“If Obama wins it is clear that the days of being on public financing are over and anyone thinking of running for president in four years will have to ask themselves one question before jumping in – Can I raise $600 million?” said [CMAG's Evan] Tracey.

Just imagine the kind of press McCain would have gotten if he had refused public financing, and spent the kind of ad dollars Obama has. Americans likely would have been told virtually 24 hours a day, seven days a week that rich Republicans were trying to buy the election.

However, because this is the Messiah, such talk was practically verboten.

Without a doubt, the media playing field this campaign season was as un-level as most Americans have probably ever experienced, or, for that matter ever imagined, and if Obama wins, this is going to leave a bad taste in the mouths of Republicans for many years to come.

Such negative sentiments will quickly be magnified when the Messiah, like Bill Clinton before him, goes back on his campaign promise to cut taxes on 95 percent of Americans, and instead announces — possibly in less than a month — that taxes will have to be raised for the majority of wage earners.

What will be the catalyst for this decision? The exploding budget deficit, of course.

After all, the fiscal 2009 budget projects unified revenues (including Social Security and Medicare) of $2.7 trillion, and unified expenditures of $3.1 trillion. However, these numbers assume a 2.2 percent growth in the Gross Domestic Product and 5.6 percent unemployment.

Hello? McFly?

We’re currently at 6.1 percent unemployment, which will certainly go much higher in the coming months, likely stopping in the eights if we’re lucky. And, as the recession has certainly started, 2.2 percent growth in FY ’09 seems highly-doubtful. As such, $2.7 trillion in tax receipts might be a very aggressive forecast.

Maybe more important, $3.1 trillion in projected expenditures doesn’t include the $700 billion (and counting!) allocated to bailing out failed financial institutions. This means that for the first time since World War II, America will spend 40 percent more than it collects creating a budget deficit almost guaranteed to be in excess of $1 trillion…and everybody in Washington knows it.

With this in mind, the talk coming from Democrats like House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank that tax cuts may have to be postponed next year due to the recession is a lot of pre-election hooey. These folks want higher taxes, and with the Messiah in command, they’re gonna get ‘em.

Yet, Obama has promised low income voters who don’t currently pay federal taxes that they’re going to get checks to offset their property and state taxes…and that’s a promise this socialist is gonna keep.

You betcha!

As a result, most Americans, in a slowing economy that’s making them fearful for their jobs and their futures, will see their income taxes rise as Obama supporters receive checks largely funded by McCain supporters. And that’s likely when things will really begin getting ugly, for the class warfare that Obama-Biden have been playing during this campaign will cease being only figurative.

To paraphrase Guido the Killer Pimp from the film “Risky Business,” in a sluggish economy, never, ever mess with a man’s livelihood.

But that’s what the Messiah is going to do, and as a result a lot of normally non-violent folks who “cling to guns or religion” are going to really be feeling “antipathy to people who aren’t like them,” just not for the reasons Obama believes.

And therein lies the real tragedy, for November 4, 2008, could have been a shining moment in American history. After all, a black man is running for president, and might actually win. This should have united the country like never before, and come close to ending the racism that has been one of our nation’s banes since its inception.

However, because Obama used race to get himself to this point, while also pitting folks of differing incomes against each other for his own political benefit, it seems far more likely that tomorrow will divide our country like it hasn’t been in over a century ushering back in hatred that will make Martin Luther King Jr. roll over in his grave.

As a result, Tuesday has all the makings of a day that will live in infamy, for what “The One” has wrought will leave behind an America that resembles nothing like what we’ve asked in song for years be blessed.

Ironically, it seems the Messiah’s reverend will get his wish after all.

Ron Paul Lunatic Mob Zombies Threaten Yet Again

Ron Paul Lunatics

I suppose since there’s enough Ron Paul supporters that are made up of angry 9-11 Truthers, anti-war Democrats, free-drug Libertarians and Stormfront Neo-nazis, that it explains why the Ron Paul crowd acts more like Nazi Brownshirts than the grassroots campaign that brought Ronald Reagan to the White House.

Mobs are dangerous, and the Ron Paul bunch keeps illustrating why it is that Conservatives in the GOP are justified in their dismissal of their campaign and candidate.

While I can understand expressing anger and disatisfaction with what they perceive to be fraud – the way they vent those frustrations, and the manner in which they swarm and intimidate are not in any way the kinds of action grown ups and mature persons with a supposed zeal for a message of civility and peace they say their candidate stands for. Instead it reveals nothing but an unhinged mob of anarchists who are happy and eager to get in your face, and make threats and incite violence, even when it is obvious that the uncounted votes would not make a hair’s worth of difference to the outcome.

Some have said on other boards that ‘threats’ of death and violence by Ron Paul supporters are akin to the kind of “patriotism” our Founders had. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Founders never called for the heads of fellow countrymen and attempt to incite violence against other Colonists because they did not agree with them on going to war against the Crown. But dare disagree with Ron Paul’s ideas on foreign policy and watch yourself beset upon wailing and gnashing of teeth. Not only are these mob zombies eager to make threats on fellow countrymen who disagree with certain aspects of their candidate’s absurd political positions, some of them are eager to take their “RevolUTION” to the level of actual insurrection and violence.

Apparently these people refuse to understand that their entire movement is being tarnished by these kinds of actions and are being seen by many as nothing more than the fringe and out-of-control mob people like me are warning that they are.

What few grown-ups might remain in the Ron Paul campign better find a way to take control of this wayward bunch, or they will simply continue to fit a definition that their movement is nothing more than a bunch of unhinged Conspiratorial-Anti-war Left-Neo-Nazi Brownshirts.

Paul supporters ‘freak out’ town clerk
Vote-counting flub draws ire, threats

By RAY DUCKLER
Monitor staff
January 12. 2008 12:20AM

Jennifer Call’s eyes searched the office for nothing in particular. Her arms waved and her fear spilled out.

“This is where I grew up,” Sutton’s town clerk said yesterday. “This is my hometown, this is where my family is, and all of sudden, my name is being splashed across the internet as this horrible person. And the frightening part is, I don’t know these people and they don’t know me.”

Call wants the nationwide army of boisterous Ron Paul supporters, believers in more conspiracy theories than Oliver Stone, to know that she’s committed no crime.

Not treason, as the dozens of phone callers screamed. Not fraud, as the dozens of e-mails charged. Nothing.

Human error, by someone unknown, caused Call’s office to claim Paul received zero votes from the town during Tuesday’s first-in-the-nation primary.

Paul actually got a whopping 31 votes.

Out of 920 cast.

Launch an investigation. Alert the media.

The mistake was corrected early the next morning, but that hardly mattered. The Paul machine, upon reading the number in print, quickly went into counteroffensive mode.

This is luck at its worst. Screw up Rudy Giuliani’s vote total. Or John McCain’s. Or John Edwards’s. Or Bill Richardson’s.

But never, ever get anything wrong when it comes to Paul and his voting tally. If you do, fans who shouted from the rooftops through the primary season will track you down and chew you out.

“Most of the these people are not rational,” Call said.

Call, 35, arrived at the Pillsbury Memorial Hall Tuesday morning at 7 for the start of a marathon day. About a dozen or so staffers coordinated the effort, guiding voters, counting votes, rechecking totals.

Paul’s 31 votes got lost in the shuffle, lost in translation between moderator Greg Hill’s voice and Call’s pen.

The slot next to Paul’s name on the original return sheet said 31, but a space on Call’s return, next to Paul’s name, remained blank.

“He’s (Gill) reading off his results, I’m writing them down on the return,” Call said. “I don’t know why it was blank. I don’t know if he skipped over it or if someone interrupted him to repeat the last name and it got skipped, or maybe I missed it. It was that simple.”

No it wasn’t.

Call was met by town officials the next morning at 9:30. They told her the mistake had been rectified. Call, her jacket still on, was confused.

“What are you talking about?” she asked.

She was told someone had come in and said he’d voted for Paul. The voter noticed the “0″ in the local newspaper and wanted an explanation. When he got it, he left, satisfied.

Call phoned the Secretary of State’s office and re-faxed the form, the one with a circled “31″ next to Paul’s name. Just to make sure.

Then it hit, like one of those snowstorms last month. Call got a call from someone named Bob. No last name. She remembers the man identifying himself as a reporter for the Associated Press, looking for the story on voter fraud.

She said she’d fetch the details, then call him back, thinking the media would need a strict timeline and every tidbit available.

“I’m thinking he’s legitimate,” Call said. “I call Bob back and it’s a fax machine. I called AP and asked for Bob. They told me a reporter would have given a last name.”

Others in the office received calls and e-mails. But Call was the name out front, the town clerk as well as the tax collector. She was labeled the brains behind the plot. She had the biggest target on her back.

The assault picked up after lunch. Paul supporters phoning Call claimed to be from the media. Others just yelled, saying she had committed treason, fraud. One person said she should be shot. She received as many as 40 calls that day.

“One person said he was on a nationally syndicated radio station,” Call said, “and he has given out my phone number and they need to call the town of Sutton to find out why there’s voter fraud.”

The voices came from everywhere. California. Ohio. Florida. Michigan. Very few were from New Hampshire.

A man from Texas e-mailed that he was “contacting, by certified mail, the Attorney General of New Hampshire . . . and requesting a complete investigation and prosecution of any and all parties involved.”

A police dispatcher in New London said yesterday she’d received inquiries about the clerk’s office phone.

Call got a handful of calls that night at home, refusing to pick up whenever an out-of-state number appeared on her screen.

She got about five more the next day in her office. She tried to get work done. She called the Massachusetts company that makes the licenses for dog owners in her area. The guy had heard of her.

“Wow,” the man said. “This is the second time this week I’ve seen your name.”

“Where?” Call asked.

“I’ve gotten a dozen e-mails about how you’ve destroyed the New Hampshire primary.”

“Why?”

“We make voting machines.”

“The problem is,” Call said yesterday, “we don’t use voting machines.”

She went home and locked her doors. She called her mother in North Carolina. She cried. The calls kept coming. She unhooked her answering machine and requested an unlisted number.

“I was drained emotionally and physically,” Call said. “That’s when I really started to freak out. Thursday it hit me, that most of these people are not rational. That’s when I became scared.”

It’s calmer now. The calls and e-mails had stopped as of yesterday afternoon. Call had the day off, but she went into her office to retrieve some paperwork.

She’s hurt and nervous, but she’s got a job.

“I’ve got a school board meeting Saturday,” Call said. “I’ve got to be ready.”

These kinds of things are the actions of Brownshirts, not patriots.

Ron Paul’s Revolution and Tea Party

ronpaultea.jpg

This made me grin bigger than a Cheshire Cat. Ron Paul Mob Zombies have combined the quaint notion of reliving the Boston Tea Party with rhetoric better suited for a Jihadist terrorism site. Apparently the Anarchist’s Cookbook is required reading for this bunch who daydream for real revolutionary upheaval and lace their rhetoric with the tools of war and terror to bolster their cause to get their messiah hoisted to the top spot.

I had to laugh out loud as this bunch romanticizes itself as revolutionistas in the mantle of our Founders. They think that by lacing their campaign with terroristic threatening and using keywords like “bombs”, they will attract more supporters and media attention. What they may end up with is lots of attention from Law Enforcement and national security people.

More than half of Ron Paul’s zombie mob simply support his anti-war Isolationism views and do not speak of the other issues they do not support him on (like demolishing the welfare state). There’s a faction within that mob that should raise the eyebrows, as the Anarchists and neo-Nazis at Stormfront gravitate to the Libertarian candidate running in GOP clothing for the apparent sole desire to get an actual bloodletting revolution started.

Considering the threats I, myself have received from this bunch – it’s not too much of a stretch to understand why those who want violence and blooshed are drawn like flies to the Ron Paul campaign, considering the incendiary rhetoric this bunch spews.

Ron Paul’s campaign is hardly the kind of stalwart resistance to the Intolerable Acts of King George III, having more in common with The Mad Hatter’s Tea party in Wonderland than the one the Colonists in Boston had over two centuries ago.

But they are good for a laugh – or a cry, or wonder why they riddle non-interventionism is not Isolationism when Isolationism is non-Interventionsim. Aw hell, it’s easier to figure out why a raven is like a writing desk with that bunch.

Have some more tea as this political campaign is definitely beyond the Looking Glass.

“ka-BOOOOMMM!!!”
Ron Paul Supporters’ “Campaign Terrorism”
Set to EXPLODE On December 16th in Boston!

Like shouting “Fire!” in a crowded theater, or saying “Bomb!” on an airplane, incendiary keywords amplify media attention to history-making Ron Paul fund raising event.

Pssst! Let’s talk about bomb-making!

Here’s the plan: The mother of all money bombs is preparing to go off on December 16th, the anniversary of the Boston Tea Party! Hurry, it’s not too late to get on board with this history-making, explosive event! Conspire with all the other revolutionaries! Sign up today at TeaParty07.com! Spread the word! Let’s blow this campaign wide open!

Don’t let history leave you behind! Let’s mine this opportunity for all it’s worth, and nuke all the other candidates! We’ll have a blast watching the campaign go ballistic! Let’s end the confusion about who’s the leading Republican candidate, and give the media some fireworks to enjoy!

Don’t miss your chance to participate in a scene like this one, many years from now….

“Grandpaw, what was the Boston Tea Party of ’07 like, really, huh? Please tell us again, Grandpaw!”

“By cracky, great-grandchildren, I was there when the Ron Paul money bomb was dropped! Why, I helped build it! I told all my brothers and sisters, all my neighbors, the people at church, everyone at the office! The Ron Paul Blimp was flying overhead, bands were playing, why in fact, it was that very day that I got up the courage to ask Grandmaw to marry me!”

“Did you ever meet Dr. Paul? What about Paul Revere? Was Sam Adams there? Did you watch them all on TV?”… and so on and so forth….

If you want to have such fond remembrances in days to come, get out and do your part, every day for the rest of this week, in preparation for the upcoming Tea Party! :)

Of course, right about now, the anti-terrorism task force computers at the NSA, CIA, FBI, and elsewhere are probably going into overdrive trying to make sense of all the inflammatory keywords in this column! I’ll probably be getting a visit from Homeland Security in short order! Now won’t THAT make a story for the grandkids! :)

Danger From The South: Inciting A Socialist Revolution In America

amerorevolution.jpg

To compound the problems America is already beset with our faltering economy and the war on Jihadists – comes word that Venezuela, having allied itself with Iran, is sponsoring forums to promote a militant Socialist Revolution in America.

Given the Socialist slide America is already on, and the precarious situation in Mexico, Communists like Chavez think America is ripe for chaos, revolution and takeover, from both invasion from the South, and from revolution within.

Venezuela forum debates prospects for revolution in U.S.

CARACAS, Venezuela—A five-day rolling panel discussion on “United States: A possible revolution” was the central event at the third Venezuela International Book Fair, which took place here November 9-18.

The 22 panelists, four or five of whom spoke each day, included political activists and writers from the United States expressing diverse political views, as well as a number of U.S. citizens living in Venezuela. Hundreds of Venezuelans and others took part in one or more sessions, with dozens raising questions and making comments from the floor. The forum was covered by Venezuelan television, radio, and newspapers. The issues debated on the character of the working class and prospects for revolution in the United States sparked a political discussion that permeated the book fair. An article on the fair itself will appear in next week’s Militant.

The forum kicked off November 10 with presentations by Mary-Alice Waters, a member of the Socialist Workers Party National Committee and president of Pathfinder Press; Eva Golinger, a Venezuelan-American lawyer and author of The Chávez Code; Chris Carlson, a contributor to the venezuelanalysis.com website; and Tufara Waller, cultural program coordinator of the Highlander Center in Tennessee. The issues joined at that first session remained at the center of the debate the following four days. (See “Venezuela book fair theme: ‘U.S., a possible revolution’” in last week’s Militant.)

In addition to the forum panelists mentioned below, others included Bernardo álvarez, Venezuela’s ambassador to the United States; former University of Colorado professor Ward Churchill; August Nimtz, a University of Minnesota political science professor; William Blum, an author who has written a number of books opposing U.S. foreign policy; ex-Maryknoll priest Charles Hardy; and Dada Maheshvarananda, yoga instructor and founder of the Prout Institute.

Debate over immigrant workers The political perspectives most sharply debated over the five days were, first, the impact and importance of millions of Latin American immigrant workers in the United States, and, second, the history of revolutionary struggles of working people in the United States and the lessons of those struggles for revolutionary prospects. In a striking way, the discussion registered that those living and engaged in the class struggle in the United States generally expressed greater confidence in the revolutionary capacities of working people there than did those—both U.S. citizens and many Latin American participants—living outside the United States.

Several panelists are active in work to expand rights for immigrants in the United States. These included Diógenes Abreu, a Dominican-born community organizer who currently lives in New York; Luis Rodríguez, a Chicano activist in California’s San Fernando Valley; and Gustavo Torres, an organizer for the immigrant rights group Casa de Maryland. Several of them gave a vivid and accurate picture of conditions of life for immigrant workers in the United States and the growing resistance and confidence manifested in strikes and ongoing street mobilizations against raids and deportations.

Both Torres and Antonio González, president of the Southwest Voter Education and Registration Project, said the road to “empowerment” is organizing Latinos to vote. “What does a revolutionary do in the U.S. today?” asked González. “Take power wherever you can” by electing Latinos to city, state, and federal offices. His PowerPoint presentation highlighted the growing number of Latino voters.

During the discussion periods day after day, a number of participants from Venezuela and elsewhere in Latin America took exception to the evidence that immigrant workers resisting the superexploitation they face in the United States are an important force in the working-class vanguard that is emerging there. In various ways, several said that Latin Americans living and working in the United States are simply there to get “a piece of the pie.”

“They are only there to get passports,” said one participant. “Once they get them they’ll stop marching.” Many characterized immigrant workers as sellouts who have bought into the “American dream” at the expense of fighting for political, economic, and social change in Latin America.

In the discussion, Carlos Samaniego, a packinghouse worker from Minnesota, countered this view. He described the vanguard role that immigrant workers are playing in struggles in the United States—from coal mines in the West to union struggles in Midwest slaughterhouses.

America’s revolutionary heritage The other hotly debated question was the revolutionary history of toilers in the United States and, by extension, prospects for a Third American Revolution, a socialist revolution.

“America was created by revolution,” said panelist Lee Sustar, labor editor of the Socialist Worker newspaper, which reflects the views of the International Socialist Organization. Speaking at the November 13 session, he referred to the U.S. Civil War as “the completion of the bourgeois democratic revolution” that had won independence for the 13 British colonies some 80 years earlier.

“There has never been a revolution in the United States, and anyone who thinks there has been is ignorant of their own history,” responded panelist Richard Gott, a British author and journalist. Gott said the American Revolution, which defeated British colonial rule, could not be considered a revolution. Rather, it was a war to take land from Native American tribes, whose territory, he said, was being protected by the British royal army.

“No, a revolution is not possible in the United States,” said Gott. “It is conservative and reactionary. The only hope is Latin America.”

“I want to express my total agreement,” interjected Haiman El Troudi, the moderator of the panel that day. “There never has been a revolution in the United States and never will be!” El Troudi has held several offices in the Chávez government and written books including Being Capitalist is Bad Business and History of the Bolivarian Revolution.

“It is impossible for a revolution to begin in the United States,” said a Venezuelan participant from the floor. He pointed to what he considered U.S. workers’ complicity with Washington’s wars against Iraq and Afghanistan as proof that working people there are desensitized to injustice.

But in remarks during the November 11 panel, ex-Marine and founder of Iraq Veterans Against the War Jimmy Massey described his evolution from a prowar patriot to a staunch opponent of the war in Iraq. He walked through day-to-day experiences in Iraq that led him to oppose U.S. policies in the Middle East and to organize fellow soldiers to do the same.

Another idea frequently expressed by speakers from the floor and by a few panelists was that “change has to come from the South,” referring to Latin America. Many said the only hope was to wait until enough countries in Latin America close their doors to imperialist penetration so as to cause a collapse in the U.S. economy. The fact that nowhere in Latin America but Cuba have working people yet successfully carried through to victory the kind of revolutionary struggle necessary to end imperialist domination received scant attention.

Some participants argued that U.S. capitalism would be thrown into crisis if enough leftist governments were elected in Latin America and refused to sign bilateral “free-trade” agreements with Washington or join the U.S.-initiated Free Trade Area of the Americas. Others pointed to popular struggles in Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, and Nicaragua as being the key to educating working people in the United States. Despite different arguments and emphases, the point of agreement was that no initiative could be expected from working people inside the imperialist bastion.

A contrasting point of view was presented by Héctor Pesquera, a leader of the Hostosiano Independence Movement of Puerto Rico. “The Puerto Rican struggle is connected to the North American revolution,” he said. Pesquera summarized the worsening conditions facing both working people in Puerto Rico and Puerto Ricans living in New York. Pointing to the movement that forced Washington to withdraw its naval bases from the Puerto Rican island of Vieques, Pesquera noted that this blow to the U.S. rulers had strengthened social movements in the United States.

“I’m going to take issue with what every one of you has said,” stated Amiri Baraka, a poet from Newark, New Jersey, speaking from the audience. Baraka, a panelist on the closing day of the event, has been active in Black nationalist, Maoist, and Democratic Party politics since the 1960s. Attacking Sustar for not identifying himself as a “Trotskyite,” and falsely accusing fellow panelist George Katsiaficas of introducing himself as a former member of the Black Panthers, Baraka’s intervention was the first time in four days of sharp debate that the tone of civil discourse was breached.

Final session “When I first heard the theme of this forum, I thought it was a joke,” said Steve Brouwer, an American living in Venezuela and writing a book on peasant cooperatives. Brouwer was a panelist at the final session. “But the more I thought about what is happening in the world, the more I listened to my Latino brothers here, the more I became convinced that revolutionary change in the U.S. is possible.”

Brouwer said that working-class complacency in the United States in the 1920s had given way to labor battles in the 1930s that shaped U.S. politics for 45 years. He cited a “mildly progressive” Democratic Party, influenced by these developments in the labor movement, as key to what he called a progressive course that ended with the election of Ronald Reagan in 1980.

Amiri Baraka and Amina Baraka were also panelists at the final session.

Amina Baraka, introducing herself as “a Black woman who is a communist who uses the cultural arena,” spoke about her work and read a poem.

Amiri Baraka came back to the previous day’s discussion, disagreeing with Gott and others who denied the two great revolutions in U.S. history. He also disagreed with Sustar’s characterization of the Civil War as the completion of the bourgeois democratic revolution.

“That revolution has never been completed,” Baraka said. “There is still no democracy for Blacks.” He proposed that Blacks and Latinos, including the “progressive” Black bourgeoisie, unite around a program to abolish the electoral college; establish a unicameral parliamentary system; ban “private money” from election campaigns; make voting compulsory; and restore voting rights to felons. Such constitutional reforms, he said, would shift power towards “people’s democracy” in the United States. Revolutionary goals could then be put on the agenda.

What has derailed all previous revolutionary struggles in the United States, Baraka argued, is “white privilege.” He citied the defeat of Radical Reconstruction following the Civil War, the failure of the 1930s labor upsurge to go further, and the decline of the mass movement that brought down Jim Crow segregation as three examples. Moreover, “white privilege” and the failure of the “white left” to fight it remain the primary obstacle to struggles today.

Baraka also renewed his attack on Katsiaficas, who had spoken about Asian student struggles on the panel the previous day. Baraka accused him of being an agent trying to stir up support in Venezuela for student marches against the government of Hugo Chávez.

Baraka concluded by reading his poem, “Somebody Blew Up America,” a Spanish translation of which was distributed to participants. Written after September 11, 2001, the poem presents a long list of historical atrocities, interlacing anti-imperialist and anticapitalist rhetoric with conspiracy theories of history and anti-Semitism. “Who decide Jesus get crucified,” the poem asks. “Who knew the World Trade Center was gonna get bombed / Who told 4000 Israeli workers at the Twin Tower / To stay home that day / Why did Sharon stay away?”

During the opening day of the panel, a participant from Panama had said during the discussion that Jews are the main problem facing working people in the world today because “they have all the money” and control everything. Norton Sandler, a member of the Socialist Workers Party in the United States, spoke from the floor the next day and pointed to the danger of scapegoating and Jew-hatred for the working-class movement.

After Baraka’s remarks the final day, Mary-Alice Waters took the floor to thank the organizers of the book fair “for bringing together diverse forces for such a broad variety of views for the discussion that took place here.” She stressed the importance of civil debate, noting that “the poison of agent- and race-baiting should be rejected by all.”

Some prominent speakers invited to take part in the central forum were unable to make it during that event, but joined the discussion in the following days.

A November 17 program on “Liberation, Imagination, Black Panthers” featuring Kathleen Cleaver, former national spokesperson for the Black Panther Party, was one of the larger events of the fair outside the central forum. A video interview with Noam Chomsky, the well-known author, anarchist, and a linguistics professor, was played after the conclusion of the forum, and a booklet containing a translation of his comments was distributed for free.

Ramón Medero, president of Venezuela’s National Book Center, the sponsor of the fair, expressed his appreciation to all the panelists whose efforts had contributed to the success of the event, and satisfaction that the fair served to open a much-needed political discussion.
