Christ Ignored For The Religion of the Left: Google Favors A Marxist Over Jesus on Easter, Obama Decrees Today Is Cesar Chavez Day

Obama and the major media proves that the real religion of Democrats and ‘Progressives” is Leftism; Marx-ism, Social-ism, Maos-im, Commun-ism.  They worship their ideology – not the Lord – whether they admit it or not.

This was holy week for those who revere the scriptures (Passover, Unleavened bread, Good Friday, Easter) – the State Media illustrates their disdain for any faith from the bible.  While by itself this slight can be discounted as a sign of anti-Chrisian/Jewish bias, but collectively over the last decade or so – today’s omission of acknowledging Whom most are celebrating today, and replaced with a Leftist icon reveals the fact that the religion of Democrats and Liberals is their political religion of the Left in all it’s doctrines.  They worship the State and their ideology above all else.

So on Easter Sunday – Obama issues Presidential Decree that today is Cesar Chavez Day, and Google ignores Jesus for Chavez.

While this author keeps the biblical feasts, I am disgusted what Google has done today.  It’s boycott time.

Just when one thinks that our nation’s corporations can not suck up enough to the Alinsky-Obama radical leftists, here comes Google on Easter Sunday:

Cesar Chavez, a learned disciple of Saul Alinksy and his tactics is Google’s choice on Easter Sunday upholding the Imperial Leader Obama’s edict that March 31st from here on out be known as “Cesar Chavez Day” in a proclamation issued last Friday:

Every year, Americans all across our country pause on March 31 to remember a man who made justice his life’s calling. Growing up the son of migrant farm workers who lost everything in the Great Depression, Cesar Chavez knew hard work and hardship from an early age. He labored long hours for little pay, taking odd jobs to help his family get by and forgoing a formal education to follow the crop cycles. But where others might have given up or given in, Cesar Chavez never lost hope in the power of opportunity. He lived each day by a belief as old as America itself — the idea that with courage and determination, any of us can reach beyond our circumstances and leave our children something better.

 

More than anything, we remember Cesar Chavez for lending voice to the voiceless. When no one seemed to care about the invisible farm workers who picked our Nation’s food, beset by poverty and cheated by growers, a courageous man dedicated to dignity stood up and spoke out. Alongside Dolores Huerta and fellow organizers, he rallied a generation of workers around “La Causa,” marching and fasting and boycotting for fair pay and protections on the job. They fought through decades of setbacks and fierce resistance. But through every trial, Cesar Chavez refused to curb his ambitions or scale back his hope. Step by step, march by march, he helped lead a community of farm workers to make the change they sought.

 

Cesar Chavez’s legacy lives on at Nuestra Señora Reina de la Paz, his home and workplace, which I was proud to designate a National Monument last October. It also lives on in those who remember his central teaching: that when workers are treated fairly and humanely, our country grows more just, opportunity becomes more equal, and all of us do better. Because even with the strides we have made, we know there is more left to do when working men and women toil in poverty without adequate protections or simple respect. We know there is more to do when our broken immigration system forces workers into a shadow economy where companies can ignore labor laws and undermine businesses following the rules. Fixing those problems means securing what Cesar Chavez fought for at La Paz. It means taking on injustice, making sure hard work is rewarded, and bringing more Americans into a rising middle class.

 

In 1966, when Cesar Chavez was struggling to bring attention to his cause, he received a telegram from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. “As brothers in the fight for equality, I extend the hand of fellowship and goodwill,” he wrote. “We are with you in spirit and in determination that our dreams for a better tomorrow will be realized.” It is a story that reminds us how here in America, we are bound together not by the colors of our skin or the languages we speak, but by the values we share and the brighter future we seek for our children. So today, as we honor a man who risked everything to stand up for what he believed in, let us reflect on our common cause and recommit to moving forward together — as one Nation and one people.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim March 31, 2013, as Cesar Chavez Day. But does Google know or care about Chavez’s affiliations or how the United Farm Worker’s union has developed close relations to extremist unions like the SEIU? Probably not and it is doubtful they have reviewed the history of his associations especially with one Saul Alinksy:

Cesar Chavez I know, but who is Saul Alinsky? I asked the same question 10 years ago after attending a Teatro Campesino production in Orange County. The theater company was inspired by Chavez and Dolores Huerta in the 1960s, and after the show, UFW activists led a series of call-and-response cheers: “Que viva Cesar Chavez! Que viva! Que viva Dolores Huerta! Que viva!”

Paeans to other Chicano icons followed. Then came a less-familiar blast: “Que viva Saul Alinsky!” The crowd roared its answer, but I was stumped. Alinsky wasn’t a surname I had heard during my Chicano upbringing. Saul, yes. But not Alinsky! As a history professor at Cypress College, I was too embarrassed to ask anyone in the crowd that day.

Later, I learned that Alinsky founded the Chicago-based Industrial Areas Foundation, which sent battle-tested organizers to train and develop local leaders on issues related to voting, discrimination and police brutality. In his classic treatise, “Rules for Radicals: A Practical Primer for Realistic Radicals,” Alinsky showed how working-class blacks and white ethnics could work together to end employer discrimination and municipal neglect.

For example, to influence elites holding power to make concessions, “Rules for Radicals” proposed the tactic of threatening to have community activists purchase 100 seats for a symphony performance in Rochester, N.Y. Beforehand, the attendees would enjoy bowls of baked beans with subsequent “obvious consequences” as they sat in their concert seats.

To persuade an upscale department store to change its discriminatory hiring practices, Alinsky suggested that protesters order all items in sight, have them shipped C.O.D., and then refuse delivery later. These two tactics signaled that long-standing privileges would be threatened if a community withheld basic rights from its most disadvantaged residents.

One of Alinsky’s disciples, Fred Ross, founded Community Service Organization chapters throughout California after World War II. In Los Angeles, the CSO worked with Chicano activists to promote English and citizenship classes, voter-registration drives, and get-out-the vote campaigns. To aid Edward R. Roybal’s election to the Los Angeles City Council in 1949, the CSO registered 12,000 new voters. Roybal became the first Mexican-American to sit on the City Council since the 1880s, and he later represented Los Angeles in Congress for 30 years.

One of Ross’ protégés was Cesar Chavez. Like his mentor, Chavez traveled the state developing CSO chapters and leaders. After asking community members to invite neighbors, co-workers and family to a house meeting, Chavez listened to their problems and organized them to demand redresses to their grievances. His success led Alinsky and Ralph Helstein, president of the United Packinghouse Workers of America, to summon Ross and Chavez to San Francisco in 1958 to discuss the creation of a CSO chapter in Ventura County. Helstein believed that a CSO there could buttress the UPWA’s efforts to combat the citrus industry’s exploitation of bracero guest worker

In other words, the ties that bind, the historical connection of radicals, especially pro-Marxists like Dolores Huerta who would if empowered to do so force Google to share all of their operating profits with the poor and to become a unionized shop to support their ilk are still strong yet so-called capitalist corporations like Google could care less. Why? Let’s go to the United Farm Worker’s home page and see what kind of affiliations they support:

Besides the SEIU, the other groups highlighted all have a history of association with extremist left wing groups which are anti-business and in many cases anti-American or against our Constitution in their actions and proclamations. Interestingly enough, the “Change to Win” Hoffa founded splinter group allegedly has strong ties to George Soros’ groups and their causes and of course SEIU’s Andrew Stern.

It’s a good thing that I believe in the 1st Amendment and every corporation’s right to speak and act freely with their money, no matter how destructive to our freedom they might be. In response, for now, we the people have that same freedom and I might suggest an alternative search engine to voice one’s displeasure over Google’s choice to honor a radical over Jesus.

Obama’s National Socialists: “Tomorrow Belongs To Me”

Sometimes art has an interesting ability to better describe a dynamic or a situation than hours of conversation.  After all, if a picture is worth a thousand words – then perhaps a movie clip encapsulates an ugly reality few in America will allow themselves to believe is actually occuring.

My thoughts arose on this Thanksgiving Day – a day when America formerly used to give thanks to Our Lord and God for His Blessings, notably our liberty to worship Him and live a life unmolested by the State- by TWO Obama State-run media hit-pieces.   I deduce they were sent out to Obama’s storm trooping drones from Obama’s White House, for the purpose of starting fights at the Thanksgiving dinner table with Conservative family members. One appears at Salon.com, one at CBS News and the other, at MSNBC put out by – MSNBC Staff – the very lying sacks that say with a straight face that they ARE NOT the voice of Barack Obama.  Yet these talking points being put out by two different so-called media outlets – say the same thing, with slightly different verbiage.  They got their marching orders from Obama.  The same man who uses his middle finger to ‘itch’ his face when he is in the presence of persons, making comments or asked questions he does not like.

Take note of the use of derogatory referencing ‘old white Americans’ whom these ‘talking points’ say are designed to ‘shut them up’.

Every family’s got one, at least. That hardcore conservative who makes every Thanksgiving get-together a nightmare by sounding off, unprompted, on how liberals are ruining this country with their taxing and their spending and their gay-marrying, and how back in my day blah blah blah.

…But this year’s going to be different. Why? Because here at MSNBC, we’ve anticipated crazy Uncle Gary’s top talking points, and provided you with the concise, factual, snappy rebuttals you need to finally shut him up once and for all.

History is a great teacher, because often it is repeated by a people who are ignorant and forget it’s lessons.  These two snarky propaganda hit pieces that come from the MarxoFascists out of the White House prompted a memory of a conversation I had with my sister’s husband’s father – who served (as was mandatory) in the Hitler Youth when he was 9 years old during the rise of the Nazis in the 1930s.  These very same kinds of tactics were being fostered by the National Socialist Workers party.  Opa told me just last Thanksgiving ,that their first duty was to shame and intimidate any family members, especially parents and grandparents with the ‘truth’ of Nazism.  They were told to intimidate, even use physical violence to shame them for believing ‘lies’ about the Nazis if they refused their support.  I was stunned at his tale, that children would actually turn on their parents and family – even to the point of violence to push the Nazi ideology.

But today – I see it is now become practice right here in the former USA, to use the same exact kinds of tactics used by the Stormtroopers and Hitler Youth brigades to intimidate and shame a populace into submitting themselves to genocidal tyrants. Reading these talking points from Obama’s media – sent for the purpose of sowing even more discord and division among families on Thanksgiving – I thought of this scene from the movie ‘Cabaret’ – which I think, depicts exactly what is currently going on right now, in this former Republic.

The only difference – is the symbol that these drones have allegiance to.

America’s Acceptance of It’s Own Decline and Demise

I know a man who served as a pastor in Rhodesia back in the late 1970′s-early 80′s who gave a startling seminar I attended in 2002. He gave a presentation that began with a slideshow of Queen Elizabeth’s coronation in 1953 that showcased a massive coronation parade – all the nations of it’s empire were presented in a majestic show of both grandeur and power. It was clear to see by how many peoples and nations represented the British Empire how it was said that the sun never set on it.

In a little over seven years from the coronation – Britain was HALF of what it was at the Queen’s coronation and had clearly fallen into decline. It’s world reserve currency was replaced by the Dollar and Britain took a back seat to world politics.

But it was an easy decline for the British people, because America picked up the slack and there was no harm put upon Britain herself. She was suddenly free to pursue the social experiments that consigned her to permanent satellite status and irrelevance.

This pastor explained how her colonies suffered a very different fate – and told of the horrors of Rhodesia’s upheaval, revolution, misery and genocide to the point of where it is today as Zimbabwe.

Then this pastor gave a warning, about how rapid America’s decline into ruin could occur. Even more rapidly than Britain’s collapse if our own people, like the British, accepted the shrinking of our super power status. The difference being, we will not have another Anglo/Western power to cushion our collapse and settle us down into Socialism easy.

We will have a violent replacement of our position by something entirely hostile to our very existence.

Amazingly – I read this piece by Mark Steyn today – and while it is lengthy, he makes the same case – with similar examples, and does a great job of highlighting the danger of being seduced into accepting our decline. 

THE SEDUCTIONS OF DECLINE

In a more dangerous world, American decline will be steeper, faster and more devastating than Britain’s – and something far closer to Rome’s.

Serious consideration should be given to where we find ourselves and what our near-future may end up becoming.

We’re At War Folks, let’s start acting like it.

I’ve given a lot of thought to where we have arrived, and the cognitive dissonance that exists among Americans that refuse to allow themselves to accept a serious reality; that we are at war. 

We are at war for our very survival as a culture. A war that will determine if we live as destitute and dependent slaves of a Marxist oligarchy, or fight to retain what is left of our liberties for a little season longer.

It’s not a shooting war – yet. But the machinations set into motion most assuredly guarantee misery and death at the hands of the state and by the consequences of what the state is doing.

What I find disconcerting is the refusal of Americans to accept this reality. We constantly hear by those who think themselves leaders about the need to ‘compromise’; the need to be ‘civil’; the need to be ‘Christian’; the need to be moderate’. What that says to me is that the leaders of the nation are telling us to bend over, take it and enjoy it – because that is what ‘civil’ people do. That is what ‘Christians’ should do.

Of course if you don’t submit to such admonitions, you are called a hypocrite, and extremist and so forth – applying Rule No. 4 under Tactics of Saul Alinsky’s Rules For Radicals: 4. “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules”. Of course that is done so that they can destroy you and your opposition to what they plan to do to you. It’s called using your own morality against you. They make you fight according to the rules they say you should adhere to – while they move outside those rules to wage the war while forbiding you to defend yourself by misapplication of your rules.

What they essentially want is for us to be carpets and allow tyranny to walk all over you – because as some would say: that is what Jesus would do.

Well that’s nonsense. Biblically speaking all one has to do is read the bible’s accounts of what happens when Jesus returns in Zechariah 14 and in Revelation to understand he’s not coming back as a lamb – but as a warrior seated on a white horse with a sword – to wage war on those who come against Him at His coming. Once again illustrating the true adage that peace comes through the other side of war.

But still we’re told by among our own numbers that we need to stop being confrontational, to be generous to our enemies while they prepare to rape us.

Meanwhile the Marxist juggernaut plows onward, ripping up our solid foundations and imposing with little to no opposition – tyranny of a sort never seen on these shores.

Americans are willfully oblivious to what is happening to them. They refuse to recognize the war that the Left have waged upon their liberties for decades. 

It’s not too dissimilar from the indifference we and our leaders held towards radical Islam in the 80′s and 90′s, even though the leaders of Jihadist Islam declared war on America and the West in both word, thought and deed. We slept in the face of a clear and present danger – and ultimately thousands lost their lives by their hands and we awoke one bright September morning to horror that bewildered the majority of the nation that never saw it coming.

Likewise the Marxists in this nation have declared war on We The People, Our Constitution, our Rights and Liberty itself. They have done so in word, thought and deed, and we would understand what they are doing if only we paid attention to what they were actually doing via stealth and double-speak. They have achieved via deceit, the highest positions of power in the land, and thus having control of our education system, the media and government – have gone from subtle sabateurs – to in-your-face warfare.

They are bold in their declared war of “hope and Change” against the foundations of America. They have gone to war against God and Christian Principles and values in our society. They have lofted up government above God and made the people dependent upon them for their sustenance. They protect sin and abomination by law – and are about the task of criminalizing our faith and our very thoughts.

All under our very noses, while we watch them do it.

And yet we are told to be civil. To compromise. To engage in dialogue, so that we might somehow persuade those that support tyrants to our way of thinking.

Such is madness!

It’s a tool of the enemy to divide and conquer us from within. Men with no loyalty except to their power and ideology preying upon those who always want to see the better angels of mankind; who pervert the scriptures and preach to the biblically ignorant that Jesus was a Socialist – and to be a good Christian means we must adopt the Marxist plank – to eschew war but to wage it on those who refuse to convert to the new religion of ‘compassion’.

We have lost the language, and allow the enemy to define it for us – whereby we play by their ever-changing rules. Then we have those among us who tell us it’s all rotten and wrong unless we follow them and their “truths”. They assail those who stand up to tyranny because they do not follow specific ‘chosen’ leaders, so the opposition to a clear enemy becomes muddied and lost as we battle among ourselves and afford the Marxists the achievement of their goals without hardly any opposition.

Anarchy is being bred, along with the portents of a bloodbath that will make the French blush in astonishment.

One day, a majority are going to wake up to an absolute horror that their lives are in, and they will suddenly ask themselves “how could this happen?”. I fear by the time that happens, it will be too late to stop the things that will be visited upon us – things our minds cannot wrap themselves around. 

For now a majority refuse to recognize reality, because they assume their lives will somehow return to what they were – as if that was the way the world resides normally. They have no clue that our very short 70 year stint of prosperity and world leader is an anomaly in world history. Those that are aware – are perhaps planning to go grey, sit on the fence and let the tyrants march on through so they can remain unnoticed and untouched – but eventually they too, will be left to beg for whatever bread crumbs they can obtain from the Oligarch’s table.

If we are to avoid that fate – we must be at war.

Before that war turns hot, or before we are being loaded into camps or prisons – the war has to be fought here and now on the battlefield of ideas and discourse. If we do not fight it now, then into bloodshed, camps and prisons we will go. That is the fate the Marxists have envisioned for those of us beholden to liberty, who openly defy them.

We cannot pussyfoot around with playing nice with Marxists and their supporters. We cannot pretend this is a civil society where we can all agree to disagree about the trunk of the tree. The trunk of the tree of liberty is what sustains and keeps us, and we cannot entertain those that say we need to cut it down and replant it – or waste time arguing with those who pretend to be of us – while preaching that the fruit you freely choose to eat from the tree is rotten and to eat the fruit of their tree instead.

They need to be opposed and fought. We need to reject the calls for compromise with those who work to undermine our liberties and refuse to engage fools in debate when their clear motive is to ridicule and sow discord among us. Ideas and agendas anathema to liberty need to be cut down, stomped on and rendered irrelevant.

We do not need to answer fools according to their folly, we simply need to kill their foolishness and not permit it to remain or give it any legitimacy. Marxist thoughts, ideas and plans need to be shown what they are and burned in a fury of outrage and contempt. No quarter must be given to the enemy and his ideas, for assuredly – they will give yours no quarter. They are actively engaged in demonizing you. They will demonize and criminalize you regardless of how reasonable you sound, no matter whether you remain silent or not. They wage war on us – whether we want it or not.

They want us to lie down and compromise and capitulate. They want us to surrender by sitting down and shutting up while they move to tighten the noose around your neck. 

If you struggle and oppose these efforts – they may charge you with hate crimes, hating the poor, being racists and Nazis. The truth is they are projecting what they themselves are. So call them on it. They hate us anyway – so why pretend otherwise? They are at war with us – let’s start acting like it!

We can choose not to fight and be at war – but that makes little difference to the Marxists and the Politburo in power, because THEY are assuredly at war with you and liberty in this nation.

It’s time to fight this war.

Sharpen your swords and cut down the nonsense when you read it. Train your guns on the enemy’s ideology and show it no mercy.

Ronald Reagan Warned Us About Obama-Care

This speech, given by Ronald Reagan in 1961, is worth re-listening to given the final push to institute a Marxist-Socialist health plan on the nation by Obama and his Politburo cronies in the Congress.  The demonization of doctors, nurses and insurance companies by these tyrants – is no different than the kinds of demonization that Communists have been known for before they take over an industry and enslave a people.

“Back in 1927 an American socialist, Norman Thomas, six times candidate for president on the Socialist Party ticket, said the American people would never vote for socialism. But he said under the name of liberalism the American people would adopt every fragment of the socialist program. There are many ways in which our government has invaded the free precincts of private citizens, method of earning a living; our government is in business to the extent of owning more than 19,000 businesses covering 47 different lines of activity. This amounts to 1/5th of the total industrial capacity of the United States.

But at the moment I would like to talk about another one because this threat is with us, and at the moment, more imminent.

One of the traditional methods of imposing statism or socialism on a people has been by way of medicine. It’s very easy to disguise a medical program as a humanitarian project, most people are a little reluctant to oppose anything that suggests medical care for people who possibly can’t afford it. Now, the American people, if you put it to them about socialized medicine and gave them a chance to choose, would unhesitatingly vote against it. We have an example of this. Under the Truman administration it was proposed that we have a compulsory health insurance program for all people in the United States, and, of course, the American people unhesitatingly rejected this.

So with the American people on record as not wanting socialized medicine, Congressman Ferrand introduced the Ferrand bill. This was the idea that all people of social security age, should be brought under a program of compulsory health insurance. This would not only be our senior citizens, this would be the dependents and those that are disabled, this would be young people if they are dependents of someone eligible for social security.”   - Ronald Reagan, 1961

Sound familiar?  Listen to the entire speech in detail to understand that America was given a prophetic and dire warning by no less than one of our greatest modern statesmen way back in 1961 about the very issue and acts this Politburo Congress and Marxist-In-Chief are imposing on the entire nation as I post this.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind is more disposed to suffer tyranny, while tyranny is sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they have become enslaved. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Such has been the patient sufferance of Conservative Americans; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter and abolish the federal Systems of Socialism in Government.

The history of this present Administration, Congress and the Judiciary and to extents, the previous twelve Administrations, Congresses and Courts, is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States and the people in them. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world:

They have violated our Constitutionally-protected rights of free exercise of religion and worship by abolishing Christian exercise and presence in public via courts pushing a secular religion.

They have violated our Constitutionally-protected right of speech by passing laws that criminalize belief and opinion; by laws written to impact and restrict citizen support in elective campaigns of representatives; by requiring licenses, fees, tickets and other assorted sundry demands to peaceably assemble; by demonizing citizens petitioning for a redress of grievances and shutting constituents from meetings to discuss pending legislation by stacking the halls with bussed-in supporters; by creating a climate of hatred, fear and loathing for those opposed to this government’s actions.

They seek to violate our Constitutionally-protected right of press and political speech by use of clever locality, diversity and content applications designed to restrict opinions and punish mass communication providers that do not comply with government-mandated rules designed to suppress dissent.

They have violated our Constitutionally-protected right to bear arms in outright infringement and by nefarious tax schemes intended to bar the right of the citizen to arms and possessions of arms to carry on his person or own in his own home.

They have bankrupted the entire nation in unfathomable and unrecoverable debt in behemoth government social programs robbing the treasury of the People by welfare ponzi schemes that have created mass entitlements designed to keep the people dependent on government assistance.

They have bankrupted the social security and medical aid programs that take by fiat, a portion of every income to support continued abuse and misappropriations by government bureaucrats.

They have bankrupted private industry by mandating regulations designed for cronyism and dependence of constituents to politicians for reelection.

They pass into law, thousands of pages of legislation, written by unknown persons and lobbyists without reading the bills or knowing what they contain.

They pass into law by inserting hidden ‘riders’ and ‘pork’, programs, taxes, regulations and tyranny into bills having nothing to do with the purpose of the proposed legislation.

They hamstring industry vital to national infrastructure by myriad regulations beholden to environmentalists that lobby Congress with money and advisement that ensure our national dependence on foreign energy supplies.

They have robbed wholesale the taxpaying public by nationalizing the private business and industry of mortgage banking and auto manufacturers, misappropriating billions of funds to bail out unspecified recipients and impoverishing the people and future generations of Americans in the process.

They are in the process of unconstitutionally mandating all citizens purchase government health insurance or face penalty.

They have designed bureaucratic panels to rule on matters of life and death in health care that they devise to take over.

They pass laws on the citizenry that they exempt themselves from.

They have continually violated the law of the land and diminished the rights of American citizens by allowing foreign illegal immigrants entry and rein into the country without
consequence at the expense of the citizenry for the purpose of expanding a political party with dependents.

They have provided aid and comfort to an Islamic enemy at war with the people of the nation, and afforded non-citizen enemy combatants with rights that are the sole province of American citizens.

The Courts have routinely legislated from the bench without any authority in cases brought before them.

The Courts have stated their decisions to rule according to foreign laws, personal life experiences and biases and not by the rule of the Constitution of the United States.

The Courts have overturned the express will of the people who have petitioned and passed legislation to alleviate their burdens by personal political biases that are ruled unconstitutional based on wrongful precedents.

The Executive has unlawfully nationalized private business with taxpayer money, without our consent.

The Executive has engaged in treason by denouncing his country and his countrymen on foreign soil.

The Executive has pursued a goal of redistributing wealth and private property by demonizing private citizens and enacting policies designed to in his words “return the nation’s wealth to their rightful owners”.

The Executive is engaged in creating a standing civilian political army answerable only to him, that is “just as strong, just as large and just as well funded as the military”.

The Executive is engaged in a preemptive and constant program of demagoguery and derision of political opponents to the point of using federal agencies to declare opponents “domestic terrorists” and to turn the citizenry against specific individuals and professions in order to enact takeovers of those properties.

The Executive has established a government snitch program by requiring citizens report opponents of the President’s policies to a White House website that collected the information of ’protestors’ for further use in violation of the Constitution and law.

The Executive has unlawfully and unconstitutionally breached the Separation of Powers and duties specifically assigned to Congress by running the 2010 Census out of the Oval Office with a host of invasive questions for the purpose of redistricting the nation to ensure permanent political office for their party.

The Executive has engaged in routine deception of his policies, plans and statements, even concealing his eligibility for the High Office that he holds by refusing to reveal and release information that would qualify his tenure.

The Executive has erected a multitude of New Czars, unaccountable, unreviewable and untenable to oversight or the recall of the people who will make law and policy outside of legislation to send swarms of Officers to harass our people, eat out of their substance and impoversh classes of Americans.

The Executive has combined with others to subject us to an ideology and jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts without Legislation.

For protecting Jihad terrorists and Black Panther poll intimidators, by immunity from investigation or punishment for any lawbreaking which they should commit on the citizens of these States:

For penalizing our industries in deference to third world nations: For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent: For depriving us of our liberties:

For abolishing the Free Market System, establishing therein a Marxist government, and enlarging its power so as to render it at once as an absolute oligarchy of power in this country.

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the foundation and principles of the nation:

He has declared us “an unjust nation” and is waging War against us. He has plundered our wealth, ravaged our liberty, impoverished our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time recruiting large armies of political Mercenaries to complete the works of redistribution, enslavement, death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Oppression and Enslavement paralleled in brutal Marxist regimes, and totally unworthy to hold the office of a civilized nation.

He has encouraged our fellow Citizens taken captive by decades of indoctrination, to bear false witness and eventually Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our nation, merciless Socialism and despotism whose history is one of destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.
A government, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define tyranny, is unfit to govern of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our government-supporting brethren. We have warned them of attempts by their government to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us all. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our liberty and the facts in our Constitution here. We have appealed to our commonality of citizenry and love of liberty to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably enslave us all.

They too seem deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the free individuals and Conservative people of the united States of America, in General Agreement, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of God Almighty and our fellow citizens, solemnly publish and declare, That we sovereign citizens of America are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent from the authoritarian arm of the federal government, that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the federal government, and that all political connection between them and the federal government in Washington D.C., is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent Sovereign Citizens, have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things that our Founder’s intended within the boundaries of the Constitution of the United States of America which was our bulwark against an oppressive and intrusive government.

On Obama and the Joker From ‘The Dark Knight’

A lot of flak has erupted in recent weeks over the Joker “Socialism” posters that were being printed and put up in California and other areas of the country.

The media went beserk, classifying the posters as an unspoken threat against Obama and an affront to decency and free speech and ‘racist’.  The media and even some police departments went into hunt mode to try and find the original artist who Photoshopped the image of Obama with the likeness of the late Heath Ledger’s Joker from the movie “The Dark Knight”, and in their zeal they were sure it was some kind of white, Right Wing bible-thumping Militia member who they would suggest charges be filed for such a perversion of their political messiah’s visage.

Of course yesterday we learned that the identity of the artist and it is not some Southern Angry White Male – but rather a Palestinian student from Chicago.  And crickets are heard in the mainstream media who not a week ago were trumpeting the dangers of such posters being created and now are dead silent that their framed caricature of the ‘offender’ is blown.

But beyond the image itself – there is something to consider between the character of the Joker from Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight and Barrack Obama.

In Christopher Nolan’s film, the Joker is an unknown with no record, who begins his climb to controlling Gotham by robbing from the Mob’s established banks.  He has no fingerprints or any records the police can examine.  The Mob itself is being diminished by Batman and the course of Justice being laid down by Jim Gordon and the GCPD.  The Joker adds to the desperation of the Mob with his thefts from their banks and shows up to offer his assistance in fixing their problem – by killing Batman and D.A. Harvey Dent.  The Joker warns the Mob that if they do not take his ‘offer’ seriously – they will suffer further setbacks.  When the weight of justice by Batman and Dent begins to weigh on Marconi and the Mob – they employ the Joker to ‘fix’ their problem and effectively assumes control of the Mob itself.  Joker begins by targeting specific officials and killing them, creating a climate of fear and panic.  Soon it becomes evident that the Joker is not interested at all in helping the Mob as much as controlling it himself.  He used the Mob to gain control of them and in the process gained control over all of Gotham himself.  He then begins to wage an assymetric war on the city to secure his power.  Joker tells Harvey Dent that he is an agent of “Chaos”, or “change”.  Joker’s doctrine is to “Upset the established order”, turn the foundations on their heads by showing them to be “pathetic” and ultimately he turns the citizens on Gotham against one another with the threat that if they do not do his dirty work – he will destroy them all.

The analogy to Obama is quite adroit in it’s application.  Obama had little to no record when he began his climb to political power.  He has no birth certificate or collegiate records the pubic can examine.  He began by working with Union Groups like ACORN and other political “mobs” to stir up trouble and establish himself.  Due the excesses of greed, credit and government mandates to political constituencies, The Mob (Big banks, Big Auto, Credit and Housing) were being diminished by the weight of free market justice catching up to them and they began to collapse as the economy took a downturn.  Obama and Democrats in government show up to offer assistance in “fixing” the problems they themselves contributed to, by killing the free market.  They warn that if these “mobs” do not get “bailed out” by government – they will suffer further setbacks.  When the economy and the fear created by these warnings weigh on the banks and Auto industry, they accept  Obama’s “Bailouts” and “Stimulus” packages that are effective takeovers of their enterprises.  Obama then begins to target specific classes and groups of people for destruction; (CEOs; Bankers, Investors, Automakers, Private Jet companies; Auto Executives; Doctors, Insurance Companies etc.) and creates a climate of fear and loathing.  Soon it becomes evident that Obama is not interested much in helping these industries get on their feet as much is he is interested in controlling them himself.  Obama used these stepping stones to control, and thereby is gaining control of the entire U.S. Production and service economy.

As the last few weeks have demonstrated, Obama is waging an assymetric war on American Capitalism and the American people themselves in order to secure himself in power.  Obama sold himself as an agent of “change” and has created chaos.  Obama’s doctrine is that of Marxist Saul Alinsky, to upset the established order, turn the foundations of the nation upside down while ridiculing our past principles and morality as “evil” or “pathetic” in speeches to the whole world.   What Obama is currently engaged in now, along with the rest of the Union and political mobs that he now has working for him, is to turn Americans against one another with the threat that if we do not sit down, shut up and do as we are told, that we will be diminished or destroyed.

In The Dark Knight, Batman has to have faith the the people of Gotham, who were so eager to demand Batman step down and turn himself in out of fear of reprisal from the Joker, will not ultimately give themselves over into playing the game the Joker wants them to play; one group against another.   The Joker is convinced that civilized people will ‘eat each another’ when the chips are down, and they will kill out of fear that they must do it to one group before the other group does it to them, thus engaging in chaos and anarchy themselves.  Ultimately, Batman’s faith paid off and the people of Gotham did not sink to the level of a genocidal maniac.

In America today, do we have the faith that the people of the nation, who were so eager to demand “Change” out of fear put forth by the political jokers and the mainstream media, not give themselves over into playing the game of demagoguery Obama plays?   Will they choose to allow themselves to be stoked into a rage of eating one another in jealous and envious rage and fear that one group must destroy another group of citizens by empowering the government to “punish” them?  Will we allow ourselves to descend into chaos and anarchy as the swath of destruction laid down by Obama’s policies make us desperate and fearful?  Can we have faith in the American people that the nation will not sink to the level of a wannabe genocidal maniac that has snitch programs, death panels and a citizen army of Brownshirt thugs intimidating those who dare stand up and against these efforts?

Can one categorize Obama as being akin to the Joker?  Well, if I had to paraphrase Alfred from the movie I would say - “Some men aren’t looking for anything logical, they can’t be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with.  Some men, just want to watch the country burn”.

You Are All Pieces of Crap

And so am I.

You and I are nothing but fleshy fertilizer for the machine of a failing empire struggling to maintain relevance in a world where their own lies, deceit and energies are being applied against them and against their will. We witnessed the attempt to create a new order for the world in their own image but the intents of these clowns was to do nothing more than create a peace of their design using the ground bits of bones of our grandfathers, fathers, brothers and friends left on battlefields and oilfields around the world. While they beg you to subscribe to their dying cries of “save the nation”, they really want nothing more than to create a final desperate moment where their hands of evil can move away from your wallets and grasp deeper into your heart and soul.

The weaklings will beg for help and mercy and proclaim that the greatness of community is more important than God given freedoms and rights. They will tell you that you are weak, and that God has failed you. They will cry on your television shows demanding you to subscribe to a new nationalism to replace the traditional American values with a stronger and greater calling, a new system under the flag of that new nationalism: 

Internationalism. 

You will be told if you do not surrender that you will be evil and cause the starvation of children. That you are a piece of crap causing grandmothers to be put out on to the street suffering from your avarice and that your selfishness will eventually kill your neighbor. That you are acting out on primitive racist ideals planted to usurp the real intent of our Founding Fathers, that of a nation unified for the cause of all people worldwide, not for just this land we once called the home of the brave and the land of the free.

You are to be stepped on, wiped off on a the curb or in the grass and discarded in a plastic baggie in a dumpster or left to fade away as a smeared memory in a summer rain into the sewer drains of history. You can accept this fate but I suggest you prepare for the absolute worst case scenario or plan to help the grass grow from the root side of life. You are no longer important to this new machine, you and your children, your parents, your relatives are nothing more than collateral for a foreign government to loan them the support to maintain an impossibly perverted hybrid system of socialism, corporatism and oligarchy. Thus the plan to strip your freedoms and rights of families and beliefs and leave you as nothing more than a modern day version of THX 1138, where you take the purple pill for when you belch, Ambien to help put you down to sleep, Viagra to help you get up for your marriage and God knows what next for that funny twinge you feel in your elbow every third week or full moon.

They want you to be a creature of their creation, a slave to the new system of mind numbed “patriotism” where individual ideas are dismissed as dangerous and the actual history of our nation is meant to be something you are supposed to be ashamed of. You piece of crap, you had best snap to and obey, this is for your retirement pay, your survival, your welfare check, your new subscription at Blockbuster for the latest Wii game.

Do as they say or do without.

As so many who do not understand, do not want, or refuse to submit to doing. They wish to be more than a cog, they would rather be irrelevant than fertilizer, desperate instead of dependent. Yet in their desperation they have opened themselves to be the most exploited class of them all, waiting for the kindness of others, the almighty benefactor of government. While nations like India attempt to withdraw from a caste system, we are degenerating into a modern day thugocratic oligarchy where caste is all that matters and creative initiative is to be stolen and exploited. Guard against the extraction of your freedoms and ideals, protect your individualism, do not surrender your ideas without the motivation of profit or an expansion of liberty as our nation’s founders envisioned.

The sacrifices you will be asked to make will not be polite requests. Your sacrifice will be for your neighbors, your church, your community you will be told. Balance the truth and do what you must butsurvive. This is not the time, place or reason for lone wolves, or wild speculation in meetings or where others will attempt to steer you into their traps. But get ready for the clock is running out of seconds. And America is on borrowed time. Remember what you have learned and learn what you must remember. There are no second chances.

The time is upon us now to prepare to hold the line. It is short. It is succinct. It will happen with great shock and fury. And when you awaken from this nightmare, should you be one who does, every aspect of your life will have changed until the day you die. Fear not for that day, fear for the day you are too weak to resist.

What The Obama House HealthCare Bill Actually Says

This is just an analysis of the HOUSE bill. No one has seen the Senate Bill yet. But we can assume that the same death panels that constructed this one, also were involved in constructing the Senate version.

The Health Care Bill: What HR 3200, ‘‘America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009,” Says

What does the bill, HR 3200, short-titled ‘‘America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009,” actually say about major health care issues? I here pose a few questions in no particular order, citing relevant passages and offering a brief evaluation after each set of passages.

This bill is 1017 pages long. It is knee-deep in legalese and references to other federal regulations and laws. I have only touched pieces of the bill here. For instance, I have not considered the establishment of (1) “Health Choices Commissio0ner” (Section 141); (2) a “Health Insurance Exchange,” (Section 201), basically a government run insurance scheme to coordinate all insurance activity; (3) a Public Health Insurance Option (Section 221); and similar provisions. 

This is the evaluation of someone who is neither a physician nor a legal professional. I am citizen, concerned about this bill’s effects on my freedom as an American. I would rather have used my time in other ways—but this is too important to ignore.

We may answer one question up front: How will the government will pay for all this? Higher taxes, more borrowing, printing money, cutting payments, or rationing services—there are no other options. We will all pay for this, enrolled in the government “option” or not.

(All bold type within the text of the bill is added for emphasis.)

1. 1. WILL THE PLAN RATION MEDICAL CARE?

This is what the bill says, pages 284-288, SEC. 1151. REDUCING POTENTIALLY PREVENTABLE HOSPITAL READMISSIONS:

‘(ii) EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN READMISSIONS.—For purposes of clause (i), with respect to a hospital, excess readmissions shall not include readmissions for an applicable condition for which there are fewer than a minimum number (as determined by the Secretary) of discharges for such applicable condition for the applicable period and such hospital.

and, under “Definitions”:

‘‘(A) APPLICABLE CONDITION.—The term ‘applicable condition’ means, subject to subparagraph (B), a condition or procedure selected by the Secretary . . .

and:

‘‘(E) READMISSION.—The term ‘readmission’ means, in the case of an individual who is discharged from an applicable hospital, the admission of the individual to the same or another applicable hospitalwithin a time period specified by the Secretary from the date of such discharge.

and:

‘‘(6) LIMITATIONS ON REVIEW.—There shall be no administrative or judicial review under section 1869, section 1878, or otherwise of— . . .
‘‘(C) the measures of readmissions . . .

EVALUATION OF THE PASSAGES:

1. This section amends the Social Security Act
2. The government has the power to determine what constitutes an “applicable [medical] condition.”
3. The government has the power to determine who is allowed readmission into a hospital.
4. This determination will be made by statistics: when enough people have been discharged for the same condition, an individual may be readmitted.
5. This is government rationing, pure, simple, and straight up.
6. There can be no judicial review of decisions made here. The Secretary is above the courts.
7. The plan also allows the government to prohibit hospitals from expanding without federal permission: page 317-318.

2. WILL THE PLAN PUNISH AMERICANS WHO TRY TO OPT OUT?

What the bill says, pages 167-168, section 401, TAX ON INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT ACCEPTABLE HEALTH CARE COVERAGE:

‘‘(a) TAX IMPOSED.—In the case of any individual who does not meet the requirements of subsection (d) at any time during the taxable year, there is hereby imposed a tax equal to 2.5 percent of the excess of—
(1) the taxpayer’s modified adjusted gross income for the taxable year, over
(2) the amount of gross income specified in section 6012(a)(1) with respect to the taxpayer. . . .”

EVALUATION OF THE PASSAGE:

1. This section amends the Internal Revenue Code.
2. Anyone caught without acceptable coverage and not in the government plan will pay a special tax.
3. The IRS will be a major enforcement mechanism for the plan.

3. WHAT CONSTITUTES “ACCEPTABLE” COVERAGE?

Here is what the bill says, pages 26-30, SEC. 122, ESSENTIAL BENEFITS PACKAGE DEFINED:

(a) IN GENERAL.—In this division, the term ‘‘essential benefits package’’ means health benefits coverage, consistent with standards adopted under section 124 to ensure the provision of quality health care and financial security . . .

(b) MINIMUM SERVICES TO BE COVERED.—The items and services described in this subsection are the following:
(1) Hospitalization.
(2) Outpatient hospital and outpatient clinic services . . .
(3) Professional services of physicians and other health professionals.
(4) Such services, equipment, and supplies incident to the services of a physician’s or a health professional’s delivery of care . . .
(5) Prescription drugs.
(6) Rehabilitative and habilitative services.
(7) Mental health and substance use disorder services.
( Preventive services . . .
(9) Maternity care.
(10) Well baby and well child care . . .

(c) REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO COST-SHARING AND MINIMUM ACTUARIAL VALUE . . .

(3) MINIMUM ACTUARIAL VALUE.—
(A) IN GENERAL.—The cost-sharing under the essential benefits package shall be designed to provide a level of coverage that is designed to provide benefits that are actuarially equivalent to approximately 70 percent of the full actuarial value of the benefits provided under the reference benefits package described in subparagraph (B).

EVALUATION OF THE PASSAGES:

1. The bill defines “acceptable coverage” and leaves no room for choice in this regard.
2. By setting a minimum 70% actuarial value of benefits, the bill makes health plans in which individuals pay for routine services, but carry insurance only for catastrophic events, (such as Health Savings Accounts) illegal.

4. WILL THE PLAN DESTROY PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE?

Here is what it requires, for businesses with payrolls greater than $400,000 per year. (The bill uses “contribution” to refer to mandatory payments to the government plan.) Pages 149-150, SEC. 313, EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS IN LIEU OF COVERAGE

(a) IN GENERAL.—A contribution is made in accordance with this section with respect to an employee if such contribution is equal to an amount equal to 8 percent of the average wages paid by the employer during the period of enrollment (determined by taking into account all employees of the employer and in such manner as the Commissioner provides, including rules providing for the appropriate aggregation of related employers). Any such contribution—

(1) shall be paid to the Health Choices Commissioner for deposit into the Health Insurance Exchange Trust Fund, and
(2) shall not be applied against the premium of the employee under the Exchange-participating health benefits plan in which the employee is enrolled.

(The bill then includes a sliding scale of payments for business with less than $400,000 in annual payroll.)

The Bill also reserves, for the government, the power to determine an acceptable benefits plan: page 24, SEC. 115. ENSURING ADEQUACY OF PROVIDER NETWORKS.

5 (a) IN GENERAL.—A qualified health benefits plan that uses a provider network for items and services shall meet such standards respecting provider networks as the Commissioner may establish to assure the adequacy of such networks in ensuring enrollee access to such items and services and transparency in the cost-sharing differentials between in-network coverage and out-of-network coverage.

EVALUATION OF THE PASSAGES:

1. The bill does not prohibit a person from buying private insurance.
2. Small businesses—with say 8-10 employees—will either have to provide insurance to federal standards, or pay an 8% payroll tax. Business costs for health care are higher than this, especially considering administrative costs. Any competitive business that tries to stay with a private plan will face a payroll disadvantage against competitors who go with the government “option.”
3. The pressure for business owners to terminate the private plans will be enormous.
4. With employers ending plans, millions of Americans will lose their private coverage, and fewer companies will offer it.
5. The Commissioner (meaning, always, the bureaucrats) will determine whether a particular network of physicians, hospitals and insurance is acceptable.
6. With private insurance starved, many people enrolled in the government “option” will have no place else to go.

5. DOES THE PLAN TAX SUCCESSFUL AMERICANS MORE THAN OTHERS?

Here is what the bill says, pages 197-198, SEC. 441. SURCHARGE ON HIGH INCOME INDIVIDUALS

‘‘SEC. 59C. SURCHARGE ON HIGH INCOME INDIVIDUALS.
‘‘(a) GENERAL RULE.—In the case of a taxpayer other than a corporation, there is hereby imposed (in addition to any other tax imposed by this subtitle) a tax equal to—
‘‘(1) 1 percent of so much of the modified adjusted gross income of the taxpayer as exceeds $350,000 but does not exceed $500,000,
‘‘(2) 1.5 percent of so much of the modified adjusted gross income of the taxpayer as exceeds $500,000 but does not exceed $1,000,000, and
‘‘(3) 5.4 percent of so much of the modified adjusted gross income of the taxpayer as exceeds $1,000,000.

EVALUATION OF THE PASSAGE:

1. This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code.
2. Tax surcharges are levied on those with the highest incomes.
3. The plan manipulates the tax code to redistribute their wealth.
4. Successful business owners will bear the highest cost of this plan.

6. DOES THE PLAN ALLOW THE GOVERNMENT TO SET FEES FOR SERVICES?

What it says, page 124, Sec. 223, PAYMENT RATES FOR ITEMS AND SERVICES:

(d) CONSTRUCTION.—Nothing in this subtitle shall be construed as limiting the Secretary’s authority to correct for payments that are excessive or deficient, taking into account the provisions of section 221(a) and the amounts paid for similar health care providers and services under other Exchange-participating health benefits plans.

(e) CONSTRUCTION.—Nothing in this subtitle shall be construed as affecting the authority of the Secretary to establish payment rates, including payments to provide for the more efficient delivery of services, such as the initiatives provided for under section 224.

EVALUATION OF THE PASSAGES:

The government’s authority to set payments is basically unlimited.
The official will decide what constitutes “excessive,” “deficient,” and “efficient” payments and services.

7. WILL THE PLAN INCREASE THE POWER OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS TO SCRUTINIZE OUR PRIVATE AFFAIRS?

What it says, pages 195-196, SEC. 431. DISCLOSURES TO CARRY OUT HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE SUBSIDIES.

‘‘(A) IN GENERAL.—The Secretary, upon written request from the Health Choices Commissioner or the head of a State-based health insurance exchange approved for operation under section 208 of the America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009, shall disclose to officers and employees of the Health Choices Administration or such State-based health insurance exchange, as the case may be, return information of any taxpayer whose income is relevant in determining any affordability credit described in subtitle C of title II of the America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009. Such return information shall be limited to—
‘‘(i) taxpayer identity information with respect to such taxpayer,
‘‘(ii) the filing status of such taxpayer,
‘‘(iii) the modified adjusted gross income of such taxpayer (as defined in section 59B(e)(5)),
‘‘(iv) the number of dependents of the taxpayer,
‘‘(v) such other information as is prescribed by the Secretary by regulation as might indicate whether the taxpayer is eligible for such affordability credits (and the amount thereof), and
‘‘(vi) the taxable year with respect to which the preceding information relates or, if applicable, the fact that such information is not available.

And, page 145, section 312, EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS EMPLOYEE AND DEPENDENT COVERAGE:

(3) PROVISION OF INFORMATION.—The employer provides the Health Choices Commissioner, the Secretary of Labor, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and the Secretary of the Treasury, as applicable, with such information as the Commissioner may require to ascertain compliance with the requirements of this section.

EVALUATION OF THE PASSAGE:

1. This section amends the Internal Revenue Code
2. The bill opens up income tax return information to federal officials.
3. Any stated “limits” to such information are circumvented by item (v), which allows federal officials to decide what information is needed.
4. Employers are required to report whatever information the government says it needs to enforce the plan.

8. DOES THE PLAN AUTOMATICALLY ENROLL AMERICANS IN THE GOVERNMENT PLAN?

What it says, page 102, Section 205, OUTREACH AND ENROLLMENT OF EXCHANGE-ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS AND EMPLOYERS IN EXCHANGE-PARTICIPATING HEALTH BENEFITS PLAN:

(3) AUTOMATIC ENROLLMENT OF MEDICAID ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS INTO MEDICAID.—The Commissioner shall provide for a process under which an individual who is described in section 202(d)(3) and has not elected to enroll in an Exchange-participating health benefits plan is automatically enrolled under Medicaid.

And, page 145, section 312:

(4) AUTOENROLLMENT OF EMPLOYEES.—The employer provides for autoenrollment of the employee in accordance with subsection (c).

EVALUATION OF THE PASSAGES:

1. Do nothing and you are in.
2. Employers are responsible for automatically enrolling people who still work.

9. DOES THE PLAN EXEMPT FEDERAL OFFICIALS FROM COURT REVIEW?

What it says, page 124, Section 223, PAYMENT RATES FOR ITEMS AND SERVICES:

(f) LIMITATIONS ON REVIEW.—There shall be no administrative or judicial review of a payment rate or methodology established under this section or under section 224.

And, page 256, SEC. 1123. PAYMENTS FOR EFFICIENT AREAS.

‘‘(C) LIMITATION ON REVIEW.—There shall be no administrative or judicial review under section 1869, 1878, or otherwise, respecting—
‘‘(i) the identification of a county or other area under subparagraph (A); or
‘‘(ii) the assignment of a postal ZIP Code to a county or other area under subparagraph (B).

EVALUATION OF THE PASSAGES:

1. Sec. 1123 amends the Social Security Act, to allow the Secretary to identify areas of the country that underutilize the government’s plan “based on per capita spending.”
2. Parts of the plan are set above the review of the courts.

Blame Wisconsin

I wish to begin this editorial with special thanks to Glenn Beck for re-stimulating my interest in this era of American history. I have always found the period from the 1907 Panic through the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank to be instructive as well as fascinating as the ideals expressed in that time period created the foundation for this era, and problems we now are encountering in our society. The theories about evolutionary law, not Darwinism mind you, economic Progressive thought, and the revision of the traditional ideals of our Constitution via the adoption of the 16th and 17th Amendments all should give one pause to reflect. Thanks to Mr. Beck, I have done so again and found another culprit which aided and abetted the destruction of our traditional American values and system, intentional or unintentional as it may have been.

Thus I say, “Blame Wisconsin” and in this somewhat wordy historical opinion piece, I shall attempt to tie together the idealism of the Progressives with the current era of what I call “PSD” or ‘Progressive Socialist Disorder’, which infests our nation’s major political parties and has created a nightmare scenario for our future.

Progressive Socialist Disorder 

America’s evolution from a balanced form of republican representative government into a dominant state subscribing to the ideals of Federalism or a strong centralized national government did not occur overnight. The end of the Civil War created the time line of change which has extended to our current period where the sponge known as centralized government absorbed more and more power and economic dominance because that system of managing our nation’s affairs and of the people was determined by an unelected elite to be the most practical solution.

“Unelected” might seem puzzling to the reader as many of us and our fellow citizens vote every two years in Senatorial, Congressional, Presidential, and statewide elections yet thanks to the Progressive idealists in Wisconsin and the Socialists of our past, the true concentration of power was removed from the electorate in many cases and delegated to the appointed and recruited technocracy known as American bureaucracy. For example the link to the speech from Theodore Roosevelt at the top of this piece could have come from this location, at www.theodoreroosevelt.combut in fact I elected to demonstrate the desires of our bureaucratic origins; the link at the top of the page comes from our own Social Security Administration which not only highlights the Progressive agendas of Theodore but of course his fifth cousin, Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Ah the apple does not fall far from the tree when it comes to destroying Constitutional principles. 

The historical references and data with this government sponsored bureaucratic nightmare are worthy of taking your time to read and review at your leisure as it demonstrates the glorification of clerical unity and bureaucratic power when you read the SSA website.

So what is “Progressive Socialist Disorder” (PSD) and why is it an affliction that could quite possibly destroy not just the United States Constitution, but the concept of America itself?

First we have to transport our frame of reference to the era where the debate began. Shortly after the Civil War concluded in the United States a book was printed in Germany in 1867 that created a shudder throughout the modern industrialists mindset titled Das Kapital by Karl Marx. While the notions presented in this book were dismissed out of hand by most Americans and many within the traditional business community worldwide, the idea that wealth was not a creation of the individual or business endeavor but the result of labor, the group effort or one portion of the industrial process became popular among those within the trade unionist movements and the leaders of the lesser, or lower economic stratus in societies worldwide.

The consequences of the Marxist movement throughout history from that day forward can not be dismissed nor ignored by capitalists as the Progressive movement has served the purpose of the ‘useful idiot’ which has enabled many of the programs which Marx and Engels advocated and now are considered a “necessary” part of modern American society. I shall reflect further on in this piece as to the acquiescence of these useful idiots and their purpose which has the current generation of our nation and quite possibly the next two generations unless drastic changes occur immediately; a highly unlikely prospect considering the mindset of our citizenry.

The Marxist movement created a conflict within American society where socialism was viewed with disdain by many and un-American in its concepts and origins, a sort of European societal aberration of which its principles were not just foreign but objectionable to the emerging Progressive movement of the late 1880’s. Professor Richard Ely, PhD, the Associate Professor of Political Economy at John Hopkins University, wrote a book in 1889 titled An Introduction to Political Economy where he outlined not only the traditional views of American society but also added his views of the Socialist movement and why it will not succeed within the American system. In Chapter V. titled ‘Socialism’ on page 245 he correctly identifies the most glaring weakness of the Socialist idealism:

“The danger to freedom appears to be a very real one. It is frankly admitted that up to a certain point there is a tendency on the part of government to improve as its functions increase. But would this hold with the indefinite extension of the sphere of government? Let us admit that s our livelihood would depend on the efficiency of government all the force and energy which now go into private services would be turned into public channels. But what would happen if, in spite of all precautions, some unscrupulous combination should secure the control of government?”

This analysis of the glaring flaw which shines above all else in the Socialist movement was confounded though a few paragraphs further where he warned of the dangers of Mercantilism, which he viewed equally as dangerous. It is wise to keep this conflict in mind as we review the impact of Professor Ely on the state of Wisconsin and by extension the early Progressive movements which emerged within the Republican and Democratic Parties at the turn of the century, which I will discuss within the era of Van Hise, Roosevelt and Wilson.

The impact of this debate created a conflict where Progressives emerged with the kinder, softer Americanized democratic (not the party) version of Euro-Socialism without the hard core Marxist tinge. As American society emerged from the turn of the century, the romanticism was spread about that era by the very education system designed by the Progressive movement and by default, the glorification of their actions at that time. The American citizen has no reason to doubt that conservationism, clean water and pure food were programs which were meritorious in their achievements, as I also have no desire to have a worm pop out of my burger and say “howaydoin” while munching on my Vidalia onion topping. Yet the benefits of that era are somewhat outweighed by their negative accomplishments which have been twisted into positive outcomes as witnessed by Hillary Clinton’s declaration that she was an active Progressive much like those politicians of that era as she stated during the 2007 portion of the Democratic Party debate series.

Now without revealing the thrust of this article at this time, let us say that Hillary and Obama are the poster children for PSD. During the turn of the twentieth century, nothing would offend a supporter of President Roosevelt or the Progressive movement more than accusing them of engaging in stealth socialism. Fast forward to the current administration and once again, if you wish to raise the ire of the “Progressives” point out the activities and outlines of the policies and politics they engage in as “Socialist” or “Marxist” and you win the “right wing extremist” tag and a free phone tap from the Department of Homeland Security should you dare to visit a gun show or send money to Ron Paul.

The reality is that this disdain for the use of proper terminology when applied to the activities the Progressives support and engage in, which are the same positions of Socialists and Marxists alike is the root of PSD or Progressive Socialist Disorder. They wish to engage in the activities of the Socialist ideal but refuse to acknowledge the roots of their activities as such. The self-delusion of their propositions and protestations makes one wonder if they are genuine but the mindset introduced with Roosevelt, Wilson and the Professors behind Progressivism always believed the ends justified the means. Thus you must understand that PSD is not a myth; it is a propagandist proposition to mask the reality of their actions under the flowery ‘Patriotic’ activities of two over-glorified Presidents in the early 1900’s. Thus you now have the understanding that these activities and the individuals who engage in them suffer not from a delusion, but wish to impose that delusion on the citizens of this nation, to create a fog of war which will allow them to complete the task initiated some one hundred and twenty years ago.

The Wisconsin Idea 

“The people must be given full power to make their action effective, and at the same time the educational institutions of the commonwealth must be built up in such shape as to give the people the opportunity to learn how to use their power wisely. Nor must political reform stand by itself. it must accompany economic reform; and economic reform must have a twofold object; first to increase general prosperity, because unless there is such general prosperity no one will be well off; and, second, to secure a fair distribution of this prosperity, so that the man of the people shall share in it.”   - Theodore Roosevelt, Introduction pages ix and x to The Wisconsin Idea by Charles McCarthy, The Macmillan Company, 1912

….The Constitutionalists are now considered dinosaurs to be mocked and despised for their primitive idealism and their voices to be silenced using whatever methods are necessary. 

After all the greater good and the public interest are far more important than an advocate of the positions of Washington or Jefferson that are inconvenient to the current political class. Regulatory expansion is far more important to assure job creation for the allies who adore the cause or can contribute to the expansion of Progressive Socialism. The concepts I have outlined are not outrageous. If you reflect on the original Communist Manifesto, much of what Marx and Engels sought to spread throughout the world’s capitalist economies have been implemented in Europe and the United States while some of the same proposals are being deconstructed in Communist China.

Go figure.

America is at a crossroads and that intersection is wrought with danger. The capitalist must decide if he can tolerate a one and a half party system where the choices for political office will assure the continued destruction of his or her rights and freedoms as well as imposing crushing tariffs on his labors. The other alternative is to retire, or cease to produce for the state, leaving the complicated problem of survival in a country that was once admired by all men and women the world over, yet now has raised doubts about the dedication to the very magnet which brought millions to our shores. The choice is what I call the Great Restoration but it will not be easy and doubtfully be completed in our lifetimes. The trials we are to endure as the absorption of America into the great World-Euro Socialist model appears to be successful and will continue unabated.

The major corporations have chosen their alliances and lot in life and thus that of their employees in this conflict. The new found acquisitions of private corporations or shares of their companies by the Federal government lays the basis for a statutory envelopment of those companies that the administration deems necessary for not just our future, but that of the world movement. This is balanced by a need for the citizenry to have a basic existence and to sell the diminished standard of living to the populace as a necessary evil for the greater good. This will be attempted via the process of economic blackmail, security of the future for retirees, and the perpetual crisis, a concept enjoyed by Fascist governments throughout history to alleviate the pain as new restrictions on freedom are declared. America’s trials are just beginning, even though the elite would have you believe they began in the 1890’s with the banking crisis of that era and since.

Sadly, this crisis as all of the others since 1907 would be long over and resolved had the government stepped aside. Alas, it was not meant to be nor would it appear a celebration of 250 years of our nation as it was envisioned by the Founders.
