Sickening Citgo Commercial: Joe Kennedy Propagandizes For Dictator Hugo Chavez

This is a disgusting display of being used like a puppet by a communist dictator and exploiting the American people. Did you ever imagine the day when a third world communist dictator would be presented as a savior to American poor and elderly?

It’s obvious that national pride and sovereignty mean nothing to fellow Socialists. Birds of a feather like the Democrats and Hugo Chavez are more than willing to flock together to put the world under the claws of Socialism.

This commercial is one of the most sickening pieces of Socialist propaganda I’ve seen. Hugo Chavez should be proud of his puppet accomplices in the Democrat party.

It made me sick to watch it too.

Of course , there’s nothing questionable about ol’ Socialist Hugo. He wants to be Dictator for life.

How nice to portray himself as savior of people.

But that’s what false messiah’s always do…deceive the people into thinking they are gods.

  3. Oh, and so i suppose you think we should look to scumbags like George bush to help needy people, huh? Get youre gas at ChevronTexaco? Where do you think they have their biggest oilfields? ExxonMobil? Yeah, their biggest oilfields are in venezuela, too. You want to talk about puppets, Bush and his oil buddies are pulling your strings but you’re all too ignorant to realize it. You toe the party line and listen to the drivel from selfish, fascist pigs that only care about lining their pockets. Name me one bad thing that Chavez is doing. Can you? I didn’t think so. helping the poor makes him a tyrant? Being freely elected in clear, transparant elections (unlike your boy Bush) by the majority of his people, I think, makes it clear who the Venezuelan people still love and support. You don’t like Chavez, fine, don’t ever go to venezuela, you are NOT welcome. And no one cares about your fascist views. You people just can’t stand that he sits on the world’s largest oil reserve, and he’s making you pay a fair price for it, instead of letting rich corporations come in and steal it, like they had done for years. It’s about time someone stood up to the imperial bastards in washington.

No Mike, Americans traditionally do not look to government for any kind of salvation…only Socialist slaves incapable of taking care of themselves do that. It is why dictators like your hero Chavez are always at the helm of Socialist regimes.

Real Americans look to themselves and the private free capitalist market to pursue their life, liberty and happiness.

We do not care that he sits on oil reserves – we have plenty of our own if we can stop the Environazis from prohibiting our drilling for it.

We do not like Chavez, because he’s a Communist dictator, threatening America, calling our president Satan and throwing his lot with our Iranian enemies who have threatened to destroy us to fulfill Islamic Prophecy. Your boy has all but declared war on America, speaking the same garbage rhetoric of our destruction as his Iranian masters do.

Your pal Chavez is a modern-day Mussolini.

If so many of your countrymen love your dictator why do thousands of your countrymen march to demand he stop his jackbooted takeover of your country? I think he just lost his bid to become dictator for life in your last election.

But history proves, men like Chavez will not let polls or the will of their own people stop him from declaring himself king for life.

You live under a burgeoning tyrant, same as America will one day if we do not discard the shackles of socialism.

And no, I have no plans to ever go to Venezuela.

Socialism sucks, and is incompatible with liberty.

  5. Just like the US media, you pick and choose and let this government lead you along like dogs. Not only WASN’T Chavez trying to be dictator for life, he is not a communist dictator, either. Do you even know the definition of communism? I doubt it, because if you did, you would not try and label Chavez as such. His referendum simply put forth the option of eliminating term limits (something Bill Clinton proposed himself, yet no one batted an eyebrow then, huh?), and enabling candidates and presidents to run for additional terms. he would HAVE TO BE ELECTED AGAIN by the Venezuelan people. If they did not want him, someone else would be elected. It’s as simple as that. But, as usual, you latch only onto things that you want to in order to further demonize the man, including slandering and misinterpreting the referendums put before the people. And I don’t see Chavez starting any illegal wars with the sole aim of enriching himself, at the expense of hundreds of thousands of lives.
Not everyone, including many of our wounded veterans, are able to take care of themselves. Our elderly, our mentally handicapped. So, of course there are people who need help from the government. Government should not be a blind antagonist closing all doors to its people, especially if some of those people have fought and bled for it. But your boy Bush has cut and continues to cut benefits to our veterans. A coward, who can’t even give the people who actually fulfill the definition of bravery the care that they deserve. This is the man you defend? When the U.S. invaded Cuba, where was Fidel? Hiding in some presidential retreat, while the youth died on the shores? No, he was on the beach, a rifle in one hand, a radio in the other. Now, I ask you, who is more worthy of being followed? Someone who will risk his neck right next to you, or some coward who will do everything he can to run from any and all opportunities to prove himself valiant? Any monkey can make laws.
Socialism, my friend, is NOT incompatible with liberty. Socialism is about compassion, and caring about your fellow man. Only the selfish and sadistic and self-serving capitalist dog disagrees with socialism, in whose world no other order can be permitted to exist, especially if they are forced to pay fair price for the resources of such socialist government.
But it’s all going to be over very soon, anyway, so there is no need for you to worry. The way your dollar and your economy is going, the rest of the world willl soon be free of the imperialist scum in washington. Always remember, it has taken your boy Bush a mere 7 years to destroy america.

Not only WASN’T Chavez trying to be dictator for life, he is not a communist dictator, either.

Are you the propaganda minister for Chavez’ regime? You obviously have great love of this wannabe dictator of yours. He has repeatedly referred to making Venezuela a “21st Century Socialist State”, and has glowing admiration of Fidel Castro’s Communist regime in Cuba.

We can read the news here, we’re not stupid.

“Chavez narrowly lost a constitutional referendum Sunday that would have enabled him to remain in power for life and drive changes throughout Venezuelan society.”

“I want you all to know I’m not withdrawing a single comma of this proposal, I will continue making this proposal to the Venezuelan people. The proposal is still alive.”

Dictators never stop until they get what they want.

His referendum simply put forth the option of eliminating term limits

That’s a nice Socialist spin on reality. Why eliminate term limits if he is not interested in staying in power? Socialists ALWAYS advance dictatorships of one form or party, that’s historical fact. Socialism and freedom are incompatible.

Not everyone, including many of our wounded veterans, are able to take care of themselves.

“Our wounded veterans”??? Are you a Venezuelan national or simply an American traitor?

If you are so concerned about our wounded vets – have YOU gone to visit with them, send them gifts and aid like we have??

Our elderly, our mentally handicapped. So, of course there are people who need help from the government.

Sorry – Socialism and government is not the answer to charity. It is anethema to liberty, period – end of sentence. Robbing from one to force charity being given by the government is tyranny – plain and simple.

Bush has cut and continues to cut benefits to our veterans.

Your understanding of how our government works is pathetic. Congress controls the purse strings. The President cannot cut anything – he can only sign or veto budgets that the Congress passes.

Socialism, my friend, is NOT incompatible with liberty. Socialism is about compassion, and caring about your fellow man.

You are not my friend, and you speak a Satanic lie.

Socialism is tyranny – plain and simple. it is anethema to our Republic, and anethema to Christianity.

You might want to give this a listen and consider what Ron Dart has to say about Socialism in the Christian context:

    [audio src="http://www.borntowin.net/radioprograms/christian_socialism.mp3" /]

But it’s all going to be over very soon, anyway, so there is no need for you to worry. The way your dollar and your economy is going, the rest of the world willl soon be free of the imperialist scum in washington.

Is that a threat? Has your Dictatorial messiah Chavez procured himself an Iranian nuke perhaps? Or just wishful thinking on your part?

I said it before, your pal Chavez has all but declared war on America. It’s interesting you champion the dude. So as I said – you either are a foreign national, an infiltrating spy or a traitor. Which is it?

It’s funny how you Socialist tyrants view the world in your efforts to enslave it to the power of the state.

  7. MIKE

like I said, you listen to corporate media and pick and choose what parts of chavez’s story you want to poke holes in, even though none of it is true.
You want to talk christianity? You are nothing but hypocrites, which is why religion is a bunch of BS anyway. I think the phrase “what would Jesus do” when speaking about needy people basically can be answered by a resounding “He would NOT turn his back on them,” which is basically what you preach.
But you know what? Anyone who chooses to believe that there is an invisible man in the sky and talking snakes and frogs falling from the sky, well, I think that pretty much sums up their intelligence, so this conversation has become a moot point now.

  8. invar

    Mike, A Socialist Atheist – who’d a thunk??

    How typical.

So instead of worshipping God, you elevate the State to God. No wonder your understanding of freedom is so warped.
(stereotypes exist because there is truth to them).

You also found it convenient NOT to answer my questions, which I think says a lot.

like I said, you listen to corporate media and pick and choose what parts of chavez’s story you want to poke holes in

Don’t even go there. His own words and statements reveal what he is and what he stands for. His actions follow.

Or is it our imaginations he took over all your radio and TV stations, nationalized your oil industry and so forth?

You want to talk christianity? You are nothing but hypocrites, which is why religion is a bunch of BS anyway. I think the phrase “what would Jesus do” when speaking about needy people basically can be answered by a resounding “He would NOT turn his back on them,” which is basically what you preach.

Being obviously ignorant in the maximum about Christianity explains the complete bogus assertion you have about what Jesus said.

Jesus’ commands were for INDIVIDUALS to feed and care for the poor – NOT to create a giant federal bureaucracy or empower the government to care for the poor by robbing your productive countrymen of THEIR substance so you can feel good about yourself.

YOU are to care for the needy and poor – YOURSELF, as a Christian. You do not please God by leaving that responsibility up to the government – which is wholesale ineptness in it’s charity.

Having helped with the Katrina cleanup – I’ve seen what the churches accomplished versus what the government did – and there is NO comparison. Government FAILED in charity and care where the churches shined.

But your faith is in dictators and Socialists, which explains a lot.

  9. Steven

The part that bothers me most about this commercial is when he says something like, “this heating oil is brought to you by the people of Venezuala”. How many of the people of Venezuala are benefiting from oil sales? What is the poverty rate in this oil rich nation?

  10. Ed

Mike should be exiled to North Korea.

I don’t call Venezuela or Cuba socialism. I call it dictatorship. The way Fidel and Chavez handle things has nothing to do with socialism! Read the communist manifesto by Karl Marx. It was a beautiful idea but is been proven it does not work. We will always have someone who will take advantage of the people like Fidel Castro and Chavez. Yes there is a million things wrong with the government of the United States but at list we can pick our presidents and say what we think. I was once a citizen of Cuba with no future and a hole in my shoes and now a proud citizen of the United States in college and happy. If you like tu be guided by a dictator you should move to the country they rule. Good luck with that.
