Ron Paul: Bought and Paid For By Anti-War Socialists at MoveOn.org

ronpaulmoveonorg.jpg

There is a reason I have been trumpeting the warnings about the supporters Ron Paul attracts. From anti-semetic NeoNazis at Stormfront and Secular Anarchists to Whorehouse moguls and rabid anti-war Leftists, the Mob Zombies of Ron Paul are growing in numbers and awash with cash, thanks in measure to the front groups MoveOn.org, Code Pink, Iraqcampaign.org of International Socialist Powerbroker George Soros, who both covertly and openly – is helping to fund and aid the Ron Paul campaign.

Of course, the Mob Zombies say they welcome anyone wanting to join their throngs for ‘freedom’. What these dupes don’t understand is that they are being used as pawns for a larger play by the Democrat Left, who as I have stated before – WANT Ron Paul opposite their candidate for the General 2008 Election because getting the war OFF the table of discussion opens the door for the Left to scare the crap out of the Welfare Society they have created about the rest of Ron Paul’s agenda.

When a candidate – who says he stands for the Constitution and garners the aid and support of rabid Socialists hellbent on rewriting it into a newfound Soviet Manifesto – I am suspect and dubious of that kind of alliance, unwitting or not.

Ron Paul has already drawn a huge bunch of unpleasant freaks that think nothing of spamming forum boards and threatening violence and death on those who oppose their candidate. Even Radio Talk Show host Glenn Beck had death threats made against him by the Ron Paul Mob Zombies for his comments about their messiah not long ago.

Ron Paul pretends and says he knows nothing about support from such violent and threatening people, or the KINDS of people he has on his bandwagon of misfits. I imagine he’ll be equally ignorant of the fact that MoveOn.org helped him make campaign commercials and has covert ops INSIDE his campaign. Obviously thinking that one must not have intelligence agents monitoring our international enemies so as not to provoke them, one understands how easy the Ron Paul campaign can be exploited by those seeking to sabotage it from within. That should serve as a lesson about what kind of sabotage America might enjoy under a Ron Paul Administration.

Kevin Mcullough at Townhall.com chronicles the MoveOn.org support of Ron Paul.

Desperate to take support from wherever he can get it.

Some – well more like all of two readers have gotten a little cross-eyed over the fact that I dared to imply that George Soros/MoveOn forces were working covertly to assist the most Soros-like candidate on the GOP ticket.

The truth is some of the support has been covert, some of it rather obvious…

For instance one MoveOn group assisted in the funding and production of this television ad (running on Youtube).

The MoveOn covert ops have also been infiltrating Ron Paul groups for meet-ups, sometimes not meeting with the most cordial of greetings once discovered.

To see for yourself check the MoveOn.org meet-up site that lists the MoveOn events not to be missed… the next meeting in Michigan for example is December 31st.

The truth is Ron Paul’s denial of the Global War against Islamo-fascist Terrorists runs in concert with Soros’ “Hate America First” brigades. Plenty of opportunity on many levels to join forces and root for America’s failure against our foes.

Paul even opposed Reagan on Grenada… (But praised him when Reagan ran home with our troops after our Marines were bombed and killed by Hezbollah in 1983 Beirut without any retribution whatsoever.)

Yup! He’s Soros’ man, MoveOn’s kind of “GOP”, and someone who will take the support from wherever it will come to him from – be it white supremacists, Holocaust deniers, 911 Truthers… or the covert operatives of George Soros or MoveOn.org…

Just view the commercial they made for him…

  1. What you failed to mention is that Reagan and Paul were good friends and in fact by googling “what Reagan said about Paul” you’ll see just how much respect Reagan had for Paul who has the same issues as Jefferson himself and an even better record.
Libertarians and Constitutionalists (which are basically Libertarians who are Christians)were the ones who fought the revolutionary war and gave you the Articles and Constitution. Ron Paul in 08! So that even ignorant airheads like yourself can be free to express themselves!

  2. Jared

Check Ron Paul’s voting record. He is receiving support of fiscal conservatives and libertarians. If the anti-war people want to join in that is their perogative. But to think up a conspiracy such as the one I just read is a little over the top. Ron Pauls website is open for business just like any other one. He has no control over who donates money to him and he is not going to spend the time to return any donations or sift through donors and their background records. It goes against everything that he stands for. Isn’t it funny how the republican party used to stand for no nation building, a humble foreign policy, smaller government etc? That’s how George Bush was elected. The difference is you will see that Ron Paul actually believes and does not sway from his convictions. He will cut spending. He will not nation build. He will cut taxes. He will reform social security. He is humble. The Republicans that are not doing these things will be rejected cause that’s what the people want. Not what Hannity and O’Reilly have been spewing. Go to FEC.gov and dig deeper into where the other candidates get their support. Then you will have a complete picture.

  3. This is the most ridiculous and un-informed assessment of the rEVOLution I’ve seen yet! Just listen to the man. If socialists and other lefties want to send him money, that just means there is less money for them to promote their idiotic collectivist ideas, and more money for Ron Paul to promote freedom. The global war on Islamo-Fascist Terrorists? What a joke. It’s the war on your freedom and you’re too ignorant to see it for what it is.

  4. Al Doyle

This has to be the most amateurish and clumsy attempt to smear Ron Paul I’ve ever seen. No one raises over $18 million in 2 1/2 months and $26.4 million since April because of a few lefties.

The median contribution to Dr. Paul is $50. The money comes from ordinary people like myself who appreciate Ron Paul’s proven integrity and strict adherence to the Constitution.

Why don’t you try a little honesty? Just admit you like crossdressing, pro-abortion, gun-grabbing Rudy Julie-Annie, Metrosexual Mitt or double-talking hypocrite Huckabee.

what a pathetic piece. which i guess explains why my cat’s blog gets more comments.

    H.R. 1955 / s 1959 – Thought Crimes Law in U.S.

    Illegal Executive Orders

    Napolitano – Unconstitutional Patriot Act

It’s all fun and games until the laws get turned against you.
It’s great when Bush gets to use these illegal laws.
How will you feel when Hillary can use them against you.
Maybe we should not be trusting government with this kind of unconstitutional power.
Maybe we should elect Ron Paul to restore the Constitution.

How in the world do you get Socialism from a Small Government Freedom and Liberty Message???

    Just Amazing!!!

I have never read a more twisted article then posted on this site. The owner of this site has lied behond compare.
Moveone.org give me a break. Our Ron Paul meetins have over 72% GOP members and the rest are from other parties.

  9. Britton

The people supporting Ron Paul’s campaign are true American Patriots. That’s all you need to know.

  10. Desert Rat

Do you have the foggiest idea on how ridiculous you sound? somebody should kick the crap out of you, but they wouldn’t know what to do with your cloths. What a loser.

What you failed to mention is that Reagan and Paul were good friends and in fact by googling “what Reagan said about Paul” you’ll see just how much respect Reagan had for Paul

That doesn’t mean jack. Bush refers to Ted Kennedy and Dick Durbin – “freinds” when referencing them in speeches, yet they trash him in open session at every opportunity.

Your historical recollections of Ron Paul being a Reagan Conservative are as fuzzy as recalling morality in the Clinton White House.

Paul claims to be the standard-bearer of a truer, more authentic conservatism. In debates he spins an odd historical interpretation in which the GOP has always succeeded when championing either withdrawal from foreign conflicts (Korea, Vietnam) or non-interventionism. Most analysts, on the other hand, will tell you the GOP’s advocacy of a strong defense has been a strength.

Still, Paul claims that withdrawal not only from the U.N. (yippee!) but also from NATO, the WTO, NAFTA, and every “entangling alliance” (read: support for Israel, mutual-defense agreements, etc.) is the truly conservative position. When the Republican presidential candidates debated in South Carolina, he invoked Robert Taft’s opposition to NATO. Left out of Paul’s tale: Taft supported the Truman Doctrine and the Marshall Plan, promised “100 percent support for the Chinese National government on Formosa,” advocated “occasional extensions . . . into Europe, Asia, and Africa,” and favored keeping six divisions in Europe, at least until the Europeans could defend themselves.

In the 1980s, as Reagan supported rollback, Paul favored roll-up. He wanted the U.S. to leave NATO and abandon Japan. On Grenada he was more nuanced, but he aimed his fire at Reagan’s decision not to seek a declaration of war from Congress (a frequent safe harbor from which Paul criticizes nearly every military engagement). In the foreword to A Foreign Policy of Freedom, a collection of Paul’s foreign-policy floor speeches, Llewellyn H. Rockwell Jr. calls the Cold War and the War on Terror all part of the same “farce”; both were ruses to justify large government.

Ron Paul is a Pacifist and Isolationist – PERIOD, how he and his mob choose to spin his foreign policy ideas simply makes him more suspect.

Wow. That’s almost word-for-word the excuse the Clinton Administration gave when it was learned the Communist Chinese were funding the 1996 campaign with laundered money in order to influence policy.

So Ron Paul has no control and will not return or check on WHOM ar WHAT is donating to his campaign eh?

Probably the same excuse he made about the Stormfront donations and the death threats and promises of violence his mob makes on others exercising their free political speech.

I guess all the talk about being “beholden to people who give you money” (in reference to Israel) is just another selective application of the principle, yes?

Ron Paul is a politician, like any other – and he will be beholden to the mob that pushes and funds him – just as the DNC is now run by and directed by the MoveOn.org brigade.

  13. invar

…somebody should kick the crap out of you…

Speaking of threats and violence from Ron Paul Mob Zombies that I am sure Dr. Paul will say he has absolutely no control over.

Like I said – the Mob has a funny way of steering politicians and getting nuts and madmen into high office.

    The Brownshirts come to mind.

  14. invar

The people supporting Ron Paul’s campaign are true American Patriots. That’s all you need to know.

Oh yes…yes, EVEN foreign Socialist powerbrokers like George Soros – a true American patriot…yes?

How typically Leftist – “Don’t you worry about what kind of people are supporting us – they are real patriots – that is all you need to know”.

When Ron Paul banners and placcards grace a moveOn.org/Code Pink anti-war rally where Communists and Anarchists are handing out leaflets and brochures – I know that you telling me your mob are real American patriots, is dubious at best.

This has to be the most amateurish and clumsy attempt to smear Ron Paul I’ve ever seen.

The statements and links Kevin McCullough provides hardly denote a clumsy smear. Try wallowing in the mire at the Democrat Underground or the Daily Kos for awhile and discover for yourself what kind of kudos and support is being drummed up for your messiah there.

Care to explain MoveOn.org’s Americans Against Escalation In Iraq’s support of Ron Paul? Or the commercial they made for him?

No one raises over $18 million in 2 1/2 months and $26.4 million since April because of a few lefties.

A few? I think it’s more than a ‘few’. 18 mil is a drop in the bucket for power broker Soros.

I’d bet the vast majority of the Ron Paul Mob Zombies are riding along soley for his anti-war message – they can care less about the rest of his platform, because getting us out of the world is more important to them than the miniscule threat Paul poses in dismantling the welfare state

Why don’t you try a little honesty? Just admit you like crossdressing, pro-abortion, gun-grabbing Rudy Julie-Annie, Metrosexual Mitt or double-talking hypocrite Huckabee.

I don’t like any of those candidates, and none of them will be getting my vote or support.

Sums up the average disposition and mentality of a Ron Paul Mob Zombie.

How praytell do you suppose he is going to do this with a Congress and Judiciary dead-set against him?

    Executive Orders?

You’ll pine for a messiah candidate who will have to do exactly what you accuse Bush and the GOP with doing: become a defacto king and rule by Executive Orders in order to do ANYTHING he says he is going to do. Except for retreating all military forces home. That is the only thing he can do without the approval of Congress or the Judiciary.

And that is why he has the support of MoveOn.org.

Ron Paul vs. The Philosophically Bankrupt

After reading the name-calling and other non sequiturs from the anti-Ron Paul crowd, I am of the view that their hostility arises less from his opposition to war, or the direction American foreign policy has taken for decades, or any of the other specific programs he has criticized. What troubles them the most is that Paul has a philosophically-principled integrity in what he advocates and that, to challenge him, one must be prepared to deal with him at that higher level.

But modern political discourse long ago gave up on principles, in favor of the pursuit of power as a sufficient end. There is an intellectual bankruptcy exhibited by writers and speakers on the political “left,” “right,” or “middle.” Competing ideas and values that once engaged the minds of thoughtful men and women have given way to little more than pronouncements on behalf of narrowly-defined political programs; the validity of a proposition no longer depends upon reasoned analysis, but upon the outcome of public opinion polls.

Ron Paul’s campaign interjects an energized, principled inquiry into the political realm, an undertaking for which men and women with no philosophic center or rigorous minds find themselves woefully ill-prepared.

Looks like you’re running the plays directly from the “The Official Media Guide to Attacking Ron Paul”

You would be dead wrong. Ron Paul’s own essays and statements have been challenged on their merits, and found both wanting and absurd.

It’s not surprising therefore that you people have created your own scriptures in which to debunk and castigate any challenges to your messiah.

You Ron Paul Mob Zombies spam like locusts any forum or board where your candidate is either challenged or questioned. You threaten people with violence and even death for daring to oppose your messiah – even hosts like Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity have received such threats from your unruly mob.

When your Deliverer is called on his Libertarian (NOT Conservative) positions, you run screaming “Liar!””Liar!” and attempt to forcefully redefine what a conservative actually is – whether it be permissive of drug use, pacifism in the face of Jihadists or homosexual marriage – you people dictate in great swaths of ridiculous pontifications that “live and let live” is the standard of what it is to be a Conservative.

    Well, it’s not.

Ron Paul’s foreign policy ideas are in line with the MoveOn.org/Dennis Kuccinich Left or the Libertarian pacifist view which is why they support Ron Paul in the primary.

He is no Conservative in that department, and hardly a Republican with his views.

  21. Seems to me Jesus got along really well with the sinners and publicans too.

    Liberty brings people together.

As long as white-pride people respect the fundamental rights of individuals, regardless of their race, I’d rather Ron Paul had their money then them so let them give him more money. Works for me.

  22. Congratulations. This blog has achieved the surreal.

George Soros and Moveon.org backing Paul?

    Yeah that’s it.

    How wonderfully nonsensical.

Have we fallen down the rabbit hole?

If it is true that Soros and MoveOn.org are supporting Ron Paul, the only reason is that he is THE ONLY TRUE ANTI-WAR CANDIDATE! All three of the top Democrats running have said that there is no way they could or would pull the troops out of Iraq until their second term in 2013. That is insane…

It is not only Iraq though. Paul wants to pull troops out across the world.

The U.S. population is only 1/25 of the world’s population, yet we spend 80% of the entire world’s military budget.

We have troops in 130 different countries!

We operate over 700 bases WORLDWIDE! THEY ARE BUILDING A NEW EMBASSY IN IRAQ THAT IS BIGGER THEN THE VATICAN!

We still have 50,000 troops in Japan! 40,000 troops in Korea! 30,000 + in Germany! This is insanity and it is bankrupting America!

If George Soros and MoveOn.Org are supporting Ron Paul then I say ‘THANK YOU FOR COMING AROUND’!

    Down with the military-industrial complex!

    Go Ron Paul!

    Champion of the Constitution!

At least Paul does not take money and fully support war for Israel, nor have photo ops with Drug smugglers and call “them” friends, Like the Clintonistas do! Paul is an honest man, and anyone who wants to help continue the criminal enterprise of the US will embark on smear campaigns. I don’t think it will work this time. America is more free thinking now than ever before, and the mass media that is owned by members of the CFR are loosing the grip on information control. So, spin-doctors are now put into play. A little too late I would guess.

  27. Rick Day

Long ago I figured out this drivel is merely used to drive up a bloggers traffic, for commercial reasons.

And what is wrong with Soros, anyway?

Libs want Paul because, as part of the status-quo, they do not take Dr. Paul as a serious candidate.

Keep thinking that, all the way up to Nov., 2008. *nods*

Off to donate a little more money to Dr. Paul, a pledge I made to the campaign whereby as the wheezy rhetoric escalates, so do my contributions.

The Ron Paul rEVOlution thanks you for your motivating words.

“You shall know a man by the company he keeps”.

Neo-nazi website proprietors, troofers, antebellum South nostalgics, looney leftists, antisemites, … all love L. Ron Paul.

If he really does not “stand” for such things, he’s doing a pee-poor job of keeping such trash away. Attracting the wrong kind of people by being misunderstood is a bad mark for an academic thinker — for a practicing politician it’s a cardinal sin.

    L. Ron Paul vs. Barney the Dinosaur? I’d vote Barney!

  32. Bob

I knew Ron Paul’s supporters were largely anti- war. But the surprise is that they are socialists too!! If all the Ron Paul support money is coming from these socialists they will soon run the country. They are quite numerous, thousands of them with their little $10. contributions. And that Ron Paul posing as a libertarian too!!! We should have known! If he’s being supported by socialists he must want more government, not less. He’s been voting against taxes for 30 years to fool us!

  33. Maxfield Cardon

If we are to believe you in saying that if someone is ‘Anti-War’ than they must be ‘Socialist’ than can it be safe to assume that you are pro war and through your own dialectic ‘Fascist’?

The common man by nature is a peaceful being he does not want war. It is the Aristocrats who down through the ages pull us into wars, which they do not fight themselves let me assure you.

Our founding fathers were for the most part Anti-War so I suppose that they were a bunch of ‘Socialists’ as you put it….

‘My first wish is to see this plague upon humanity War banished from the earth’ – George Washington.

‘I’ve seen enough of one war to wish that I never see another’ – Thomas Jefferson.

*The quotes are from my memory but they should be close enough.

  34. invar

If we are to believe you in saying that if someone is ‘Anti-War’ than they must be ‘Socialist’ than can it be safe to assume that you are pro war and through your own dialectic ‘Fascist’?

Like when you Mob Zombies fling the term “Neocon” at anyone who understands and supports either the GOP, President Bush or the war against Jihadists?

Pacifism in the face of a beast intent to kill you is the height of cowardice and misapplied morality. I frankly do not care if they are overt Socialists or Libertarians like Ron Paul, the stench of appeasement is feasted on by those with an apocalyptic vision of global conquest.

The fact remains, the vast majority of the vocal anti-war movement are Socialists and Leftists with a bunch of Anarchists and Communists tossed in the same salad.

The common man by nature is a peaceful being he does not want war.

Mankind’s written history disagrees with you, as does the conduct of various neighbors I know.

Our founding fathers were for the most part Anti-War so I suppose that they were a bunch of ‘Socialists’ as you put it….

No, you would be wrong. They were not Anti-war, they understood war with the lawful and legal Authority of the Crown as a last resort after all other avenues were attempted.

Jefferson, whom you quoted – was not shy in warring on the Mohammedans for their barbarous acts off the Libyan coast. Given the mentality of Ron Paul and his supporters – you people would be blaming America for having merchant ships in their backyard – therefore “provoking” them to attack us.

Run away…far away home! is the mantra I hear from both the Socialist Left, and the Ron Paul campaign.

War is a terrible thing. But not the most terrible thing. We should not be comfortable with war – but we should not shrink from that duty when our enemies are clearly at war with us.

Something far worse than war, is watching fellow countrymen slaughtered by an enemy that could have been stopped long before they had the means and strength to slaughter us.

But for you, peace at any and all costs is more important, even if it needlessly results in our eventual deaths.

This is being passed around the net as a good example of vitriolic trollery. So at least you will be getting some of the attention you so crave, though I sure wouldn’t want to be famous for such a transparent and clumsy attempt at a smear.

  38. invar

Listen toots, Kevin McCullugh from Townhall.com cited the source info about Soros money funding your Blame America First anti-war candidate Uncle Paul, so the source is no “smear”. What is noteworthy is that your Uncle Paul is so consumed with being in any kind of political office he will run for TWO seats just to make sure he’s in office somewhere. Be happy, he held onto his Congressonal seat, so that maybe in 2012 if he’s still breathing and not in a Home from old age, he will run for messiah again.

What’s totally predictable, is that the huge numbers of MoveOn.org people who were supporting Ron Paul – are now as predicted, supporting their prime candidate: Obama for the general in November. Now that they and the DNC have chosen the Democrat GOP candidate for everyone in the Primaries, they will slug it out for who is the larger marxist for the post of General Secretary and Politcal Messiah for 2008.
