The Marxists in the Politburo says Republicans cannot use the term “Government Run Health Care” when describing Government Run Health Care and block the mailing because they say it is “misleading”.
So much for freedom of speech and the press, even if you are a U.S. Representative if you oppose Obama’s agenda.. America is becoming more Soviet and Dictatorial as each day passes.
Democrats are preventing Republican House Members from sending their constituents a mailing that is critical of the majority’s health care reform plan, blocking the mailing by alleging that it is inaccurate.
House Republicans are crying foul and claiming that the Democrats are using their majority to prevent GOP Members from communicating with their constituents.
The dispute centers on a chart created by Rep. Kevin Brady (R-Texas) and Republican staff of the Joint Economic Committee to illustrate the organization of the Democratic health care plan.
At first glance, Brady’s chart resembles a board game: a colorful collection of shapes and images with a web of lines connecting them.
But a closer look at the image reveals a complicated menagerie of government offices and programs that Republicans say will be created if the leading Democratic health care plan becomes law.
In a memo sent Monday to Republicans on the House franking commission, Democrats argue that sending the chart to constituents as official mail would violate House rules because the information is misleading.
Oh really? If the GOP had a backbone, they would use this “precedent” to block every single piece of lying propaganda that the Marxist Democrats try to mail out to their Socialist zombies. Perhaps the GOP should note all the “misleading” lies and bullcrap in DNC communications, and do to them what the Despots are doing to those trying to get the truth out to their constituents about why they oppose this Marxist takeover of health care.
But they won’t. Too few are willing to risk themselves for truth and liberty.
Which is demoralizing when you consider the frightening implications of this precedent to censor information the marxists do not like being an institutionalized House Rule.

GOP Charges Dems With Censorship Over Sign
Some Republican lawmakers suggested Thursday that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi may have prevented them from sending a chart to their constituents even though it is in the official record of the House Ways and Means Committee.
House Republicans suggested Thursday that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is standing in the way of Republicans who want to send constituents a chart that is in the official record of the House Ways and Means Committee.
The chart, recently submitted for the record during a Ways and Means hearing on the Democrats’ health care reform bill, shows the Republican interpretation of the Democrats’ proposed legislation. The Franking Commission, which is responsible for determining which mailings can be paid for with the congressional frank, or stamp, deemed the mailing unacceptable.
Republican members are scratching their heads at the ruling.
The chart is “part of the official record and now we’re told it can’t be communicated,” said Republican Rep. Dan Lungren of California.
He suggested that the decision to prevent the publication of the chart came from someone higher than the House mail office, perhaps even as high as the speaker’s office.
“I’ve been told it was above the Franking Commission and our committee. This is not accidental,” Lungren said.
A spokesman for the House Administration Committee, which has oversight of the House Franking Commission, did not respond to the accusation against Pelosi, but said, “There are ongoing discussions to try and resolve the issue in good faith.”
The author of the chart, Rep. Kevin Brady of Texas, alleged that Democrats are afraid of the purported visual representation of their reform plan.
“This is the most outrageous example of censorship I have seen in Congress,” he said.
