Obama in 1995: ” ‘The Entire History of America Is Towards Concentration of Power and Oppression’

Obama talks about government Collectivist decisions as ‘it has to be Democracy with a ‘small d’.

1995 video depicts Barack Obama calling for a society based on collectivism and “common good” as being the way “forward” – which is his 2012 campaign slogan.

I would challenge a reading of American history that would say the entire history of America is towards concentration of power and oppression. I think that American history moves in waves and cycles. I think that recapturing the spirit that existed not just in the civil rights movement but in the union organizing movement, in the populist movement….make democracy work in the way that it should be worked.” – Barrack Hussein Obama, August 1995

UPDATE: MEDIA BURIES OBAMA VIDEO, TRUMPETS ROMNEY VIDEO

Obama media spends 3 days raving about hidden Romney video and declare his candidacy ‘dead’.  Same media ignores or barely mentions the video posted above.

  1. If he is talking about his time in office, I would say he is right.

“…the entire history of my administration has been towards concentration of power and oppression.”

“I would challenge a reading of American history that would say the entire history of America is towards concentration of power and oppression.” is way different than “the entire history of America is towards concentration of power and oppression.” The first statement means that he would disagree with any article on American history that is towards concentration of power and oppression. Where do you people come up with this load of crap trying to pull at strings to make the guy look bad? You’re just taking things out of context so badly here. It’s insane.

Obama’s writings in his two ‘autobiographies’, speeches he made about America being ‘arrogant’ – reflect the fact his views are indeed that this country’s entire history is one of power and oppression. He sat in a church in Chicago for 20 years that preached that very message. So don’t go trying to peddle Obama talking points here. I’ll rip them to shreds on my blog.
