The Liberty Amendments – Restoring The American Republic

A bold and probably last-ditch effort to preserve what is left of our Rights and restore the Republic

Note up front; this blog makes no money from any of the orgs and other sites listed in the Blogroll and in the right column.  No essay I write or news item I comment makes any monetary profit.  They are simply an extension of the groups and people in whom represent my own personal views, and I am one who likes to share the commonality of purpose these groups and authors have to share.  This entry falls into that category: I’m sharing what I believe is a commonality of purpose that we desperately need right now.

I am an admirer of Mark Levin, the Talk Radio firebrand that served in Ronald Reagan’s Justice Department.  He has a vast wealth of experience as a litigator and student of our Constitution and our Foundational history.  But most of all, he is a warrior who understands that the time for soft talk and half-measures is over, and calls things what they are without apology.  As someone who identifies with that character trait; often despised by those who do not like my tone  – (albeit I’m probably more ‘extreme’ than Mr. Levin), I believe it is well-past the time to call the evil, the idiocy and the subterfuge of Washington D.C. for what it is.

Many of us feel completely helpless in the face of what I call a MarxoFascist tyranny under the Obama regime and the Ruling Class GOP Oligarchs (Mr. Levin calls them Statists), and as divided as Conservatives seem to be over so many issues, it is disconcerting it seems we can do nothing short of a bloodbath to stem the tide of tyranny coming from the Federal Government.

So Mr. Levin lays out a plan of action in his new book “The Liberty Amendments – Restoring the American Republic” .  It is the first REAL plan that would appear to have any viability in this age of deceit and despair.

Mr. Levin details a provision the Founding Fathers actually left for We The People in the Constitution to deal with the kind of tyranny from government we are suffering.  Utilizing a specific provision in the Second Provision of Article V of the Constitution of the United States, Mr. Levin boldly lays out a course of action that can halt and stem the tide of tyranny this Republic is withering from, making the case for the kind of true liberty that the Founders intended for us – not the free-for-all anarchy that exists as ‘freedom’ today.

While none of us have been able to read the details of these Amendments that Mark Levin suggests can end the Ruling Class stranglehold on power, it is thusfar the ONLY potentially viable course and cause out there right now.    The GOP are worse than eunuchs.  The daily evidence shows that the Leadership of the Republican Party are in reality, nothing more than Political Judenrats for the MarxoFascists by assisting their purge of Conservatives from political relevance.  Any talk of putting Obama or tyranny in-check by Republicans is just empty rhetoric to keep a dissolving base in tow.

But let me stress the word CAUSE.

Our Founders  were united in a single cause on a common foundation.  Sadly – we no longer have that foundation today – and I’m speaking of the Foundation John Adams himself referred in terms of the only foundation that our Constitution was able to govern.  The Liberty Amendments may be a cause in which to rally and focus – and I suggest to those of faith – that the Liberty Amendments Mr. Levin proposes MUST – I repeat MUST be framed and discussed within the moral bulwark of biblical religion and faith, otherwise Mr. Levin’s suggested Amendments will fare no better than the first Ten, and possibly never see fulfillment.  Liberty and the Gospel go hand-in-hand.  We must be a moral people in whom God is the Sovereign, from whom our rights are derived, for only then is our cause justified.

My chief concern is knowing the enemy.  When one understands history, when one is honest with facts, such a prospect is not going to materialize without sacrifice.   The fact is that the MarxoFascist/Statist/Ruling Class regime in power,  ruling us like subjects – is NEVER going to allow an effort to depose them of their power, succeed.  They are going to fight it by every and all means possible.  They will instigate a bloodbath if needs be, and they will be willing to render the entire nation to ashes rather than lose their grip on power.  Such is the nature of the kind of people now in power in Washington.  Unmoored from religion and biblical morality.  Unmoored from scripture.  Unmoored from the civil society.  Such men in power are nothing but Beasts, and that nature will be revealed in-full when their feasting on our wealth, liberty and lifeblood is threatened.

The bible tells us that in such endeavors, we need to count the cost.  This is one issue that Mark Levin may not have addressed yet, except in perhaps glancing terms.

These Amendments may be our salvation from tyranny if we return to God as a whole people and providence blesses their application.  At bare minimum, they are a gift – a gift of having a COMMON CAUSE to rally behind.  To give what may become a long, arduous, and even excruciating struggle – a reason to continue to fight.

Because up until now – Conservatives are divided.  Americans can barely even agree on what the definition of what liberty itself is.  Is it a right to do what one pleases in his own eyes?  Or was it’s purpose to serve something higher than self? To enshrine a civil society whereby providence could lead each person to the calling and purpose they may choose to follow?  History is full of regimes and governments of men that interfere and even arbitrate what can be followed and worshipped, most often making the State the object of worship itself.

Jefferson said, our Liberties are a gift from God – and too many have already had that conviction removed from their minds.   If we believe they are a gift from heaven, will we not fight for that gift?  Or will we surrender them to convenience and the temporary promise from tyrants and appeasers that they will spare us evil?

I imagine Mr. Levin would  be as John Adams was during the First Continental Congress – and no Dickenson is going to dissuade Mr Levin’s efforts, for this is truly the last stop before powder and artillery become the surest and most effective conciliatory measures we can adopt against tyranny.

…The nation has entered an age of post-constitutional soft tyranny. As French thinker and philosopher Alexis de Tocqueville explained presciently, “It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd.”

….Today Congress operates not as the Framers intended, but in the shadows, where it dreams up its most notorious and oppres- sive laws, coming into the light only to trumpet the genius and earnestness of its goings-on and to enable members to cast their votes. The people are left lamebrained and dumbfounded about their “representatives’ ” supposed good deeds, which usually take the form of omnibus bills numbering in hundreds if not thousands of pages, and utterly clueless about the effects these laws have on their lives. Of course, that is the point. The public is not to be informed but indoctrinated, manipulated, and misled.

Unlike the modern Statist, who defies, ignores, or rewrites the Constitution for the purpose of evasion, I propose that we, the people, take a closer look at the Constitution for our preservation. The Constitution itself provides the means for restoring self- government and averting societal catastrophe (or, in the case of societal collapse, resurrecting the civil society) in Article V.

Before anyone gets into a panic and tizzy over the thought of a Con-con, what Mr. Levin looks to propose is LIMITED to the specifics the Framers intended and it cannot become the free-for-all nightmare many envision a Constitutional Convention would become in this day and age.  Provided we are able to educate and steer the public to understanding.  It is without question, a cause and blueprint for a very long and hard war that WE MUST FIGHT.

I hold no allusions about what the Marxofascists and their allied Judenrats in the GOP/Ruling Class and government will attempt to do to thwart and otherwise demean and diminish this effort.  In fact, The Obama regime and those in Federal power have already prepared for what they call “the counter revolution” to their glorious ‘people’s revolution’ (Hope & Change).  The evidence exists that this government is prepared for war on it’s own citizens.  In fact it is manifest if anyone is honest with the facts.  What are 1.6 BILLION rounds of hollow-point ammunition, APCs, tanks for DHS for???  Certainly not Islamic Jihadists.  The April 2009 DHS Terror Assessment does not list Muslims or Jihadists – but rather Conservatives, Christians and patriots as the true and real threat to the country.

Should this effort of the Liberty Amendments gain in popularity and effect, those in power will make the cost for anyone attempting to implement these provisions – more than most right now are probably willing to bear.

Ultimately, given history – what they are going to cost each and every one of us who still cherishes liberty, is the cost of our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

The Obama Dictatorship: Governing By Decree – Bypassing Congress

Obama says he will rule by Executive power, asks staff to find ways to impose agenda without Congress

With a complicit Republican leadership bowing to Obama’s every real and implied threat – America remains willfully oblivious to the fact we have been ‘transformed’ from a representative republic into a MarxoFascist Dictatorship.

But don’t let Conservative analysis be the only proof we need to recognize this fact.  Obama’s own words and reports from Staff reveal that the Obama regime has no intention of governing within the bounds of the Constitution – but rather to rule by decree. In April Obama vowed he would push gun control by himself “without Congress”.  Obama declared in an April interview on 60 Minutes “What I’m not gonna do is wait for Congress,” 

Those are not slips of tongue, or misspeaks – that is the revelation of what Obama’s strategy for ruling us would be.   The “Progressive Media’s” Politico even gleefully reports the savvy in which Obama has decided to rule, even going so far as to ask staff to find ways for their agenda to be imposed without any legislation from Congress.

“Guys, I don’t want politics to be a limit of what you recommend to me,” Obama told senior aides David Plouffe, Lew, Dan Pfeiffer and Pete Rouse a couple of weeks after his reelection, according to a White House aide with direct knowledge of the meeting.

“Let’s come up with an agenda, then let’s figure it out from there as best we can,” he said, prodding them to adopt a more muscular approach to the use of executive power. “We can’t let the driving force of what we pass be Congress.”

Given the complete surrender of Republicans to nearly every Obama Agenda item by the Judenrat GOP leadership of John Boehner and Mitch McConnell, Obama can act like a dictator without any fear of being held in check by the Constitutional provisions that were supposed to prevent this exact situation from existing.   Obama now dictates with impunity.  Republicans “surrender” before they even put up a fight.  If there’s even a hint of possibility of resistance by the Republicans to Obama’s agenda – threats and intimidations send McConnell and Boehner cowering in fear and capitulating to whatever Obama and his MarxoFascists want.  Consider their total surrender and ring-kissing over the threat of Harry Reid changing the Senate filibuster rules over Obama’s radical Leftist appointments to high office.

The truth is, the GOP leadership WANTS what Obama wants – POWER.  They want their seat at his Dictatorial Table, to dine on the scraps and thus enjoy all the trappings of unlimited power over the subjects they rule.

I’m no big fan of the author of this essay.  To state that the Taliban are legitimate and Bush/Cheney were not – is more than ridiculous – but it fits his Ron Paulite Blame-America-First viewpoint.  However in this opinion piece – he is mostly correct in the observation of what has occurred to us, and he makes observations that we must acknowledge, or the camps are going to be filled with a people who did not resist a genocidal tyranny when they had the chance.

Coup d’etat

The executive branch coup against America has succeeded. The American people have suffered a coup d’etat, but they are hesitant to acknowledge it. The regime ruling in Washington today lacks constitutional and legal legitimacy. Americans are ruled by usurpers who claim that the executive branch is above the law and that the US Constitution is a mere “scrap of paper.”

An unconstitutional government is an illegitimate government. The oath of allegiance requires defense of the Constitution “against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” As the Founding Fathers made clear, the main enemy of the Constitution is the government itself. Power does not like to be bound and tied down and constantly works to free itself from constraints.

The basis of the regime in Washington is nothing but usurped power. The Obama Regime, like the Bush/Cheney Regime, has no legitimacy. Americans are oppressed by an illegitimate government ruling, not by law and the Constitution, but by lies and naked force. Those in government see the US Constitution as a “chain that binds our hands.”

…The only constitutional protection that the Bush/Obama regime has left standing is the Second Amendment, a meaningless amendment considering the disparity in arms between Washington and what is permitted to the citizenry. No citizen standing with a rifle can protect himself and his family from one of the Department of Homeland Security’s 2,700 tanks, or from a drone, or from a heavily armed SWAT force in body armor.

Like serfs in the dark ages, American citizens can be picked up on the authority of some unknown person in the executive branch and thrown in a dungeon, subject to torture, without any evidence ever being presented to a court or any information to the person’s relatives of his/her whereabouts. Or they can be placed on a list without explanation that curtails their right to travel by air. Every communication of every American, except face-to-face conversation in non-bugged environments, is intercepted and recorded by the National Stasi Agency from which phrases can be strung together to produce a “domestic extremist.”

If throwing an American citizen in a dungeon is too much trouble, the citizen can simply be blown up with a hellfire missile launched from a drone. No explanation is necessary. For the Obama tyrant, the exterminated human being was just a name on a list.

The president of the united states has declared that he possesses these constitutionally forbidden rights, and his regime has used them to oppress and murder US citizens. The president’s claim that his will is higher than law and the Constitution is public knowledge. Yet, there is no demand for the usurper’s impeachment. Congress is supine. The serfs are obedient.

The people who helped transform a democratically accountable president into a Caesar include John Yoo, who was rewarded for his treason by being accepted as a law professor at the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt school of law. Yoo’s colleague in treason, Jay Scott Bybee was rewarded by being appointed a federal judge on the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. We now have a Berkeley law professor teaching, and a federal circuit judge ruling, that the executive branch is above the law.

The executive branch coup against America has succeeded. The question is: will it stand? Today, the executive branch consists of liars, criminals, and traitors. The evil on earth seems concentrated in Washington.

Washington’s response to Edward Snowden’s evidence that Washington, in total contravention of law both domestic and international, is spying on the entire world has demonstrated to every country that Washington places the pleasure of revenge above law and human rights.

…On July 12 Snowden met in the Moscow airport with human rights organizations from around the world. He stated that the illegal exercise of power by Washington prevents him from traveling to any of the three Latin American countries who have offered him asylum. Therefore, Snowden said that he accepted Russian President Putin’s conditions and requested asylum in Russia.

Insouciant americans and the young unaware of the past don’t know what this means. During my professional life it was Soviet Russia that persecuted truth tellers, while America gave them asylum and tried to protect them. Today it is Washington that persecutes those who speak the truth, and it is Russia that protects them.

…It is the criminal elements in the US government that have pulled off a coup against democracy, the Constitution, and the American people who are damaged. It is the criminals who have seized power, not the American people, who are demanding Snowden’s scalp.

…Under the Obama tyranny, it is not merely Snowden who is targeted for extermination, but every truth-telling American in the country. It was Department of Homeland Security boss Janet Napolitano, recently rewarded for her service to tyranny by being appointed Chancellor of the of the University of California system, who said that Homeland Security had shifted its focus from Muslim terrorists to “domestic extremists,” an elastic and undefined term that easily includes truth-tellers like Bradley Manning and Edward Snowden who embarrass the government by revealing its crimes. The criminals who have seized illegitimate power in Washington cannot survive unless truth can be suppressed or redefined as treason.

If Americans acquiesce to the coup d’etat, they will have placed themselves firmly in the grip of tyranny.

Obama Signs Executive Order, Sends Half A Billion Dollars To Arm Islamic Terrorists (AGAIN)

Citing “national security interests,” Obama once again sidesteps Congress by signing an executive order which now sends $500 million to fund Muslim terrorists in the West Bank.

On the heels of Obama publicly stating that Genocidal Communist madman, Ho Chi-Minh was ‘a good guy’ and was ‘inspired by ‘America’s Founding fathers’ in his genocidal dictatorship of Vietnam, His Heinous quietly signed an executive order late Friday sending half a billion dollars that we do not have, to genocidal Islamic terrorists in the West Bank of Israel.  Apparently this is Obama’s Ramadan gift to his Muslim Jihadist pals who want to wipe Israel off the map.

He did this before in April of 2012, with a quarter of the amount he’s sending now, and Congress did nothing while he violated the law.

Obama, acting as a dictator – has decreed that he will IGNORE THE LAW that forbids sending funds to Hamas  and instead waive that law in the name of ‘national security interests of the United States’ in order to send funds the Palestinian Authority whom is run by Hamas. Last week, Congress reluctantly gave Obama authority to arm Al Qaeda-backed Syrian Jihadists.

His Heinous stated publicly last year that he was going to ‘act with or without Congress’ in order to get what he wants, and he continues to do so without being held to account for high crimes, misdemeanors and TREASON against the People of the United States and the Constitution.

Obama’s acts are consistent with his aiding, abetting and arming Al Qaeda-backed  Jihadists in Egypt, Syria and Libya and comforting every enemy America has or had, throughout the world.

We are officially in a dictatorship, one where Emperor Obama makes decrees, arms avowed enemies of the United States in the NAME of National Security –  while Congress and the GOP quickly run to lick his behind and justify his acts and/or ignore them completely if the ‘optics’ are bad.  Doesn’t anyone see Obama giving America a big fat middle finger while orchestrating our complete ruin and destruction?

I guess not.  2 Thessalonians 2:11-12 seems to have been fulfilled in America today.

Obama Signs Executive Order, Sends $500 Million To Terrorists

Citing “national security interests,” President Obama effectively sidestepped Congress by signing an executive order which enables him to send $500 million to fund Muslim terrorists in the West Bank.

The executive order, addressed to Secretary of State John Kerry, was quietly signed Friday afternoon, as the media’s full attention was focused upon a royal birth.

In the order, President Obama writes, “I hereby certify that it is important to the national security interests of the United States to waive the provisions of section 7040(a) of the Act as carried forward by the CR, in order to provide funds appropriated to carry out chapter 4 of part II of the Foreign Assistance Act, as amended, to the Palestinian Authority.”

The move comes on the heels of a 2012 executive order in which Obama waived a congressional ban on funding the Palestinian Authority and sent the Hamas terror led organization $147 million American taxpayer dollars. He also removed all spending restrictions on that money, restrictions which dictate what the funds can and cannot be used for, ie. humanitarian assistance, education, betterment of society, etc.  Thus enabling the money to be used for military equipment.

Ed Brown, a DC watchdog writes, “When the next Palestinian/Israeli conflict erupts because Hamas led Palestine is lobbing rockets over the fence into Israel —– don’t forget who paid for those rockets: you did, Mr. & Mrs. American taxpayer.”

Brown’s assertion is backed by those made by political commentator Dean Garrison.  Garrison says, “I am not sure why we even have a legislative branch in 2013, because it’s obvious that Obama and company are going to do what they want anyway.”

“Whether this money eventually finds its way into the hands of terrorists, or not, is not entirely the point. Americans are sick of hearing how we need to make cuts, tighten our belts and sacrifice while our government keeps sending money elsewhere.”

Deceiving The Elect: Archbishop Says He’d Rather Go To Hell Than Worship A “Homophobic God”.

Retired Archbishop says he refuses to go to a “Homophobic heaven” and declared the fight against gay prejudice is akin to the anti-apartheid struggle.  

No point for me to comment other than what the Apostle Paul told the Roman congregation.  This applies to so-called Christians discarding their faith for the Religion of Political Wickedness.

I imagine given his statement, that people like Tutu will be the ones that wail and gnash their teeth at Christ the Messiah and His Father at the Judgment.

In the meantime, recall how the wicked men of Sodom surrounded Lot’s house and attempted to sexually force themselves upon the angels that visited Lot and his family.  Not even offering his daughters to the mob would sate them.  Such is the vileness of this abomination that has ensnared so many and will destroy the entirety of them.

For even though they (once) knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man …

Retired archbishop Desmond Tutu would rather go to hell than worship a homophobic God

“I would refuse to go to a homophobic heaven. No, I would say sorry, I mean I would much rather go to the other place,” the retired archbishop said at the launch of a United Nations gay equality campaign in Cape Town yesterday.

“I would not worship a God who is homophobic and that is how deeply I feel about this,” he said, condemning the use of religious justification for anti-gay prejudice.

Launched by the UN Human Rights Office, the public education campaign “Free and Equal” aims to raise awareness of anti-gay violence and discrimination.

Tutu, a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, compared the project to the fight South Africans waged to end the former white racist minority rule, a struggle in which he played a pivotal role.

“I am as passionate about this campaign as I ever was about apartheid. For me, it is at the same level,” the 81-year-old said.

UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay said same-sex relationships are illegal in more than a third of countries around the world and punishable by death in five.

Even in countries where gay rights are upheld challenges remain, she said, noting that South Africa has “some of the worst cases of homophobic violence” despite having some of the world’s best legal protections.

Obama’s HUD Policy: Dismantle Suburbs By Forcing Minorities Into ‘Prosperous’ Neighborhoods

Prosperous Suburbs are now ‘racist’ and in the name of Diversity – Obama plans on identifying every neighborhood in America by race-population and ‘rectifying’  “geospatial discrimination’.

Think you own your property and have private rights?  Think again.

If you live in a predominantly White and /or prosperous suburb – the Obama regime says you are racist and discriminating against inner city blacks.  Obama plans on addressing “geospatial discrimination’ of minorities by ‘mapping’ every neighborhood in America in regards to it’s racial make-up and financial strength.  Then, HUD will impose new rules that will go out to suburbs that are not racially diverse and demand “affirmatively further fair housing” in the suburbs for minorities. Grantees who fail to comply will be denied federal funding.

The Kelo decision on Eminent Domain gives the government the precedent to seize your house and property as they see fit for such social experimentation if taxation can be shown to be an economic benefit.   The notorious 2005 ruling in Kelo v. City of New London, upheld the use of eminent domain to transfer property from one private owner to another for the sake of economic development.  What that means, is that using the precedent set by SCOTUS, Obama can use Eminent Domain to transfer your property to his inner city constituents for the sake of ‘economic development’.

Then there is the massive amount of foreclosed properties that the Federal Government has jurisdiction over with Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae.  Some astute folks in Real Estate have warned us of this portent.  The foreclosure market of those properties off the books or ones that are not being foreclosed, belong to the Feds.   It will take nothing but an order from Obama to have his welfare cretins move into the foreclosed home next to yours. Even in rural areas.   Imagine thousands of inner city ghetto scum of a bankrupt area moving on in next door to you.  A bigger redistribution than Section 8 ever hoped to be.

Its coming and they have the will and the legal means to do it. Freddy and Fannie own over 73% of all defaulted loans in the Nation.  This statement by Donovan merely announces this soon-to-be reality.

He outlined the Obama Plan at a speech at the NAACP convention last weekend.

Donovan vowed to help urban blacks relocate to suburban neighborhoods, where they can have access to “good schools, safe streets, jobs, grocery stores,” among other things. He claimed suburban realtors and landlords still discriminate against blacks.

“African-Americans,” Donovan said, “are being denied their freedom of choice.” 

He said the HUD database will detail by neighborhood what “access African-American families have to community assets — including jobs, schools and transit,” which he added “is something the NAACP has long called for.”

Once the data are collected, his diversity police will use it as a “tool” to ensure that “every American has the opportunity to live in the community of their choice without facing discrimination.”

Marxists are known for forced relocation of populations to serve the needs of the dictatorial state.  In fact, Karl Marx made such ‘redistribution of property’ one of the bulwarks of his Communist Manifesto.  Sadly, America still is fast asleep, having no clue whatsoever, what is about to happen to most of them.

HUD Launches Scheme To Racially Diversify Suburbs

Now even ZIP codes are racist, and according to this race-obsessed administration, you’re racist for living in a suburban area with little public housing. And it plans to change that.

In what may be the most ambitious social-engineering project undertaken by the federal government, the administration is mapping every neighborhood in America by race. The stated purpose is to use the data to compel local officials to loosen zoning laws and build more public housing, thereby offering more poor inner-city minorities better opportunities for housing and education.

But the unstated purpose is forced racial integration. The suburbs are just too white for Obama and his race-mongering social engineers. They think they “geospatially discriminate” against minorities, never mind that more and more middle-class blacks are flocking to them on their own.

The ham-handed government project is led by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Last week it proposed new rules requiring counties and other entities receiving federal grant dollars to “affirmatively further fair housing” in the suburbs for minorities. Grantees who fail to comply will be denied federal funding.

At the same time, HUD is pressuring suburban landlords to accept Section 8 housing vouchers.

The proposed regulation was issued just days after HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan addressed the NAACP at its annual convention in Florida, near the Orlando suburb where a neighborhood crime-watch captain fatally shot a black teen visiting the complex.

In his speech, Donovan vowed to help urban blacks relocate to suburban neighborhoods, where they can have access to “good schools, safe streets, jobs, grocery stores,” among other things. He claimed suburban realtors and landlords still discriminate against blacks.

“African-Americans,” Donovan said, “are being denied their freedom of choice.”

He said the HUD database will detail by neighborhood what “access African-American families have to community assets — including jobs, schools and transit,” which he added “is something the NAACP has long called for.”

Once the data are collected, his diversity police will use it as a “tool” to ensure that “every American has the opportunity to live in the community of their choice without facing discrimination.”

Earlier this year, HUD broadened the authority of two anti-discrimination laws — the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act — making illegal any housing or credit policy that results in disproportionately fewer blacks or Latinos receiving housing or home loans than whites, even if those policies are race-neutral and evenly applied across all groups.

Meanwhile, HUD is working with an army of new diversity cops at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to map the credit histories of every American by race to ensure credit reports and scores are racially balanced as well.

If there are racial disparities in housing or credit, there can’t be any business reason for them. Personal habits are never a factor. To this administration, racism is the one and only explanation. Anywhere gaps exist. All the time.

Donovan promised the NAACP he’ll “put an end to these disparities.” His scheme to map “racist” suburbs for targeting by diversity cops is just the first step toward mass relocation of inner-city poverty and crime to the suburbs, a key tenet of radical icon and Barack Obama mentor Saul Alinsky organizing under the banner of ending “spatial segregation” and “suburban apartheid.”

This project could degrade the lifestyles of tens of millions of Americans — including hard-working middle-class minorities — who moved to the suburbs to get away from crime and bad schools.

It’s time Republican leaders in Congress train their sights on the race-mongering zealots running amok at HUD.

HUD’s New ‘Fair Housing’ Rule Establishes Diversity Data for Every Neighborhood in U.S.

(CNSNews.com) – To ensure that “every American is able to choose to live in a community they feel proud of,” HUD has published a new fair-housing regulation intended to give people access to better neighborhoods than the ones they currently live in.

The goal is to help communities understand “fair housing barriers” and “establish clear goals” for “improving integrated living patterns and overcoming historic patterns of segregation.”

“This proposed rule represents a 21st century approach to fair housing, a step forward to ensuring that every American is able to choose to live in a community they feel proud of – where they have a fair shot at reaching their full potential in life,” said HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan.

“For the first time ever,” Donovan added, “HUD will provide data for every neighborhood in the country, detailing the access African American, Latino, Asian, and other communities have to local assets, including schools, jobs, transportation, and other important neighborhood resources that can play a role in helping people move into the middle class.”

 

What It Means To Be White In Obama’s Amerika

The Obama Regime says they want a ‘discussion’ about race in the aftermath of the Zimmerman verdict.  What they really demand is to lecture America about how rotten and evil Whites are.

It doesn’t matter what America has done for the black race in America.  It doesn’t matter than half a million white people DIED in a struggle to give them liberty.  It doesn’t matter that there was a rectification in the culture in regards to inequality and caste treatment.  In the wake of the Civil Rights movement, White Guilt was established by politicians, poverty pimps and the Left media.  LBJ’s Great Society created a caste and plantation culture for blacks in America that we are now reaping the harvest of today.  How many hand-outs, preferences, privileges, affirmative actions and gifts did the rest of the country hand to them based only on their skin color?  What are the results?

An entitlement mindset.  A zeitgeist among the black welfare mob of loathing and hatred of anyone not of their skin color and culture.  The Democrat party and the Liberal Left has enslaved them to a welfare class in which they believe they don’t have to do anything for themselves, are entitled to everything that can be pilfered and grabbed from those they have been taught to loathe and hate.

What productive Whites in America see of a majority of the urban black race today, is a culture that blames them for everything they suffer, while gleefully hoping their  presidential messiah punishes them to the point that blacks will be able to enslave whites.

On top of that, Eric Holder – who had called America ‘cowards’ for not discussing race on his terms, again bloviated his abject cynical rhetoric on race by suggesting again that America needs to have an ‘honest discussion about race’.

Well, Bob Lonsberry took him at his word, and decided to write an essay about this ‘honest discussion’ about race that the entire Obama regime, the media and most of the Left in the country will not give a moment’s ear to listening to.  But what Bob writes, is what many of us think upon careful reflection of the facts and conditions that ‘Holder’s People’ have created in Obama’s Americka.

The truth is, Leftist Blacks in America that use race as a political weapon – are not interested in an ‘honest discussion’ about race.  They think Obama gives them the right to impose slavery upon Whites as some kind of sick retribution to their ‘stuff’.

What we hear the black community screeching at the nation, is that Whites are evil and racist.  Even going so far as to declare their God and religion Racist.

Since the regime is not interested in an ‘honest discussion’ outside of lecturing us on what it means to be black in this country – perhaps it is simply best to let them all know what most of White America now thinks it means to be White in Obama’s Amerika.

What It Means To Be White In America

The president told us on Friday what it’s like to be black in America.

A couple of days before that, his attorney general said that America needs to be honest about race. Since then, any number of prominent black people have said we need to have a national discussion about race.

So let’s.

Let’s have a discussion about race.

Not a one-sided harangue, but a two-way discussion. Let’s move beyond the politically correct “Whites are racists, blacks are victims” and actually talk things out.

You do that by hearing both sides.

Toward that end, in the spirit of the president’s remarks, I’d like to discuss what it’s like to be a white man in America. And I’d like to be held to the same standard as the president. His remarks were personal impressions based on generalizations, traditions, culture and folklore.

He was called brave.

I’ll be called racist.That’s because our system is based on a double standard. Black criticisms of white society are insightful; white criticisms of black society are bigotry.

White people know that if they say anything that doesn’t exactly toe the line of political correctness, they run the risk of losing their jobs and their public reputations. We live in a society where the accusation of racism is evidence enough; to be accused is to be guilty.

That’s what we white people think.

We also think that we pay the bills. We think that we disproportionately pay the taxes and that black people disproportionately collect the welfare. We feel like we are being ripped off and that this uneven shouldering of the burden will eventually bankrupt and kill our country.

I work in a building that houses a Social Security office. One elevator serves that office specifically. It is stunning to note the demographic difference between the elevators. Overwhelmingly, white people go up one set of elevators to work, and black people go up the other set of elevators to apply for SSI.

Young, healthy people.

All day long.

The culture of many white Americans is one of hard work and self-reliance. Our heritage teaches us that work is ennobling, and our religion teaches us that by the sweat of our brow we should eat our bread.

And we feel like we are being robbed by a socially dysfunctional urban black America where out-of-wedlock birth, educational failure, criminal conduct and other irresponsibility perversely entitle people to money we earned to support our families.We believe that races are equal, but cultures are not, and that a woefully failed black urban culture is cancerously destroying lives and communities. And we feel like we have to both foot the bill to support it and fight it, and watch out for spillover that might threaten us.

White people also believe black America has a predatory crime problem that creates a real danger for all of us.

We believe that because it happens to be an undeniable truth. Blacks are disproportionately involved in crime, and while some blacks believe that’s because of a racist criminal justice system, most whites believe it’s because blacks are more likely to commit crime.

We all pretend not to notice the race of the mug shots on the evening news, but we’re only pretending. We notice, and we don’t forget. We don’t believe the criminal justice system is victimizing inmates, we believe the criminal justice system is protecting us from inmates. We believe people in prison deserve to be there – they did the crime, they do the time.

Black violence – much of it directed against other blacks – has over the years since 9-11 racked up a higher body count than the war on terrorism.

White people think that is a big deal.

If black people are complaining about Stand Your Ground laws of self-defense, white people are saying that you don’t have to worry about it if you don’t attack anybody. The cry against Stand Your Ground is a cry in defense of people who are violently assaulting other people. Black people are disproportionately injured in all types of self-defense situations because black people are disproportionately involved in attacking other people, and pushing those people into self-defense. That’s not a problem with the law, that’s a problem with people’s conduct.

White people also believe that we are disadvantaged in the workplace. We believe that quotas and diversity programs discriminate against us in hiring and promotion. This is truest in the government and corporate workplaces.

It’s true for the white male hoping to get hired on the police or fire department, and it’s true for the mid-career white person passed over for less-qualified minority employees.

Many white people are bothered by the social conduct of some black people. Often there is a loud, obnoxious and profane behavior, and a crude sexual harassment of women in public settings.

Black apologists often speak of “culture” and of the need for whites to understand and respect black culture. The president on Friday said we needed sensitivity training. Many whites would like that to be a two-way street. We’d like a little courtesy extended to our sensitivities, too.

White people believe that black people have a chip on their shoulder about race. And a persecution complex. And an inability sometimes to talk or think about anything else.

We also think that black people get pulled over by the police for the same reasons anyone does – for breaking the traffic law – and that the cry of racism anytime anyone has contact with the police is a bunch of crud.

These are some of the things white people think.

Of course, my account is just as full of generalizations as the president’s. He made assumptions about the thinking of the very diverse group of Americans who happen to be black, and he made assumptions about the thinking of the very diverse group of Americans who happen to be white. I have done the same. He was undoubtedly part right and part wrong. I am also undoubtedly part right and part wrong.

Do you think some of my observations were hurtful and overbroad? What of the president’s implicit assertions that white women on elevators are racists, and that cops on patrol are racists, and that store employees are racists? Are his claims different or more justified?

The president, to the extent that he understands the subject, told us what it’s like to be a black man in America.

But what he had was not a conversation, it was a condemnation. And two can play that game.

With all this clamoring in recent days for a conversation, it is understood that what activists and politicians really want is one more denunciation of white America. The conversation is about how racist America is and how unfair it is to blacks.

And that’s simply not true.

And if this is truly a conversation, then I am free to say that.

But I’m not.

And that’s what it means to be white in America.

The Black Poverty Pimps continue to lecture Whites that we must understand and ‘respect’ the black culture, – try reading this essay about what it is like to try and TEACH blacks in public school in the midst of ‘their culture, and it becomes self evident there is NOTHING there to respect, only condemn and loathe.  And White guilt keeps that Marxist Plantation of black slavery operating.  How pathetically sad.

 

Judge Rules Detroit’s Bankruptcy Filing ‘Unconstitutional’ – Says It “Dishonors Obama”

No it’s not satire, Ingham County Circuit judge ordered Friday that Detroit’s federal bankruptcy filing be withdrawn because it does not honor Obama.

Detroit’s Liberal Socialists spent Detroit into bankruptcy – which the city filed for this week.  Then a nitwit Judge without standing strikes the bankruptcy filing down and orders it withdrawn citing an erroneous state Constitutional provision.  What the judge asserts is that all of the taxpayers of Michigan (and even possibly the rest of the country)  should be forced to bail out Detroit, so the Union Lackeys of the MarxoFascists can get their pensions while Obama pilfers, raids and empties everyone else’s.

“It’s cheating, sir, and it’s cheating good people who work,” the judge told assistant Attorney General Brian Devlin. “It’s also not honoring the (United States) president, who took (Detroit’s auto companies) out of bankruptcy.”

Aquilina said she would make sure President Obama got a copy of her order.

“I know he’s watching this,” she said, predicting the president ultimately will have to take action to make sure existing pension commitments are honored.

“Watching this”?  Like he’s a god, watching over his minions.  Hmmm, and I thought Mao was dead.

Obama Doubles Down On Inciting Race War

“Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago.” Says Obama, “If a white male teen was involved in the same kind of scenario, both the outcome and the aftermath might have been different.”

His Heinous today tried to give himself some distance and plausible deniability in what appeared to be a rambling stupor about the Trayvon Martin case the weekend before Black Poverty Pimps and Race Baiters like the Black Panthers attempt to stoke violence across the country this weekend.

In the consistent efforts Obama continually succeeds in accomplishing,  he creates the illusion he is not responsible for anything perceived as a negative, while signaling to his hordes of his real intents and agenda.  They then carry out his wishes and agenda while Obama plays to the camera and deceives the people into believing he is not to be held accountable for the existing conditions.

Obama is the one who single-handedly stoked the passions and decided to make Trayvon Martin  his cassus belli for race chaos last year.

Of course the media whitewash of the gang thug and thief Trayvon actually was,  helped fan the flames of hatred.  They edited the audio tape of Zimmerman talking with police dispatch and made it appear that Zimmerman was following Martin because ‘he was black’.  Obama’s InJustice Department then sent their people down to help protest and demand an arrest.  They engineered the firing of the local Police Chief for refusing to file charges.  Then the Obama media and the Poverty pimps insist Zimmerman is white, rather than hispanic.  Obama’s comments about his son looking like Trayvon is what launched the case from a local one to a national political case.  The only resemblance that actually exists is the contempt that both Trayvon and Obama have for whites and the rule of law.

Today The Won gets up in front of the cameras to create a barrier between himself and what may happen this weekend if the efforts of his troops to start violence over the verdict succeed.  Obama sends go-signals to the same while duping the casual listener into believing that he respects the ‘system.  His Heinous has now publicly voiced the same position that Sharpton, Jackson, the Black Panthers et. al have  in the aftermath of the verdict.

Given he has sicced Eric Holder and the entire InJustice Department on Zimmerman, to file civil rights charges and get Zimmerman in jail for ANYTHING – Obama reveals his hand in stoking a racial conflict.  His subtleties are waning as he gets more brazen with power.  Obama  creates the illusion he is a lamb, while speaking as a dragon (Revelation 13:11).

Black Panthers Offer $10,000 Bounty For George Zimmerman

The New Black Panthers are offering a $10,000 reward for killing George Zimmerman, even though he was acquitted of all charges after shooting black teen Trayvon Martin.

Yes, you read that correctly.

On camera, a New Black Panthers spokesperson said they are going to give $10,000 “for the capture of George Zimmerman. We’re going to force our government to do their job properly, and if they don’t we will.”

“We’re saying to President Obama, you gotta do your job on this one buddy… So white America, we have given you 400 years to get it right and you still have failed black people. We’re not even citizens in this country. We’re still third class citizens. Today as black men, we must stand up. We must say to white America, ‘Your time is up.’”

Offering a $10,000 reward for a law-abiding, free citizen is not only wrong, it is a felony in most states. It is also a disgusting hate crime with ethnic motivation. With so much evidence, here on video, this should be a slam dunk for any prosecutor.

But where are the protestors now, demanding “justice?” Where are the Sanford politicians and prosecutors who were demanding George Zimmerman’s arrest and prosecution? Where is Eric Holder? Where is Obama.

Nowhere to be found.

Pouring Gasoline On A Smoldering Race War: “More White Kids Must Die Before We Understand Racism”

The Race War Commeth, is inaccurate.  A Race War is here – even if many are not willing to call it that.  Black Marxists and Reverse Racists obviously WANT a war.  They consider themselves in a state of war.  They WANT white kids to die.  Justice is what THEY say it is – not what a jury or facts or the law says.   They want retribution and death be meted out because they did not get what they demanded of an orchestrated flash point by the Obama regime and his media.

The lawless mob screams to the cheerleading by the Obama regime and it’s goose-stepping Leftist stooges.  Damn the Constitution!  Damn the Second and Fifth Amendments!  They demand Justice for Trayvon!  That means the jury failed to vote the way the mob demanded.  Despite the kangaroo court proceedings, the judge failed to reject the verdict and tell the jury to go back and keep deliberating until they reached a guilty verdict.  So the mob demands the government charge Zimmerman with civil rights violations, and the Obama regime rewards it’s loyal brownshirts by helping to fan the flames of race war.

In the aftermath of the Zimmerman verdict, Eric Holder forms a posse and asks the public for ‘tips’ so they can persecute George Zimmerman AFTER his acquittal.  This is of course after it is discovered that Holder and Obama’s InJustice Department orchestrated and sent down instigators to drum up protests to push for bogus charges against Zimmerman last year in the first place.

Meanwhile the feral inner city mobs “march” and riot.  They scream “Justice for Trayvon!”   “Kill Whitey!” and then beat the crap out of any hapless white person that finds itself in their path.

Sound fantastic?  Sound ridiculous and conspiratorial?

If you think so, you are not paying attention to what Obama’s black ghetto army and his Poverty Pimp sycophants are saying and doing, and what it means to the illiterate gang-infested masses of whom Obama is messiah.

The fuse for a race war was set by Obama, Holder and their MarxoFascist stooges when they got involved in making this case national.  That was done for political reasons; to empower the Obama State with more dictatorial power to enact it’s agenda that they can not get passed lawfully.  Now that the verdict is in, the fuse is lit because the verdict is not what the mob demands – so Obama and Holder are on the dias, in soft tones of seeming conciliation, while tossing gasoline all around the sizzling fuse to the powder of chaos and upheaval.  They do this because it serves the purpose of their ‘transformational revolution’.

That agenda and purpose of this race-war was made today when our inalienable right to self-defense and state laws to protect that right, were blamed for the death of Martin by no less than the Attorney General of the United States!   He asserted today that we do not have a right to self defense, instead we have a DUTY TO RETREAT from black inner city thug gangstas beating the piss out of you.  That redefinition of our inalienable right to self defense, is horrifying when you consider how far that precedent will be used to eradicate resistance to tyranny under the color of law.

Eric Holder calls for a repeal of our natural right to self-defense by redefining that right to “a duty to retreat“:

“We must examine laws that take this further by eliminating the common sense and age-old requirement that people who feel threatened have a duty to retreat, outside their home, if they can do so safely,” Holder said. “By allowing — and perhaps encouraging — violent situations to escalate in public, such laws undermine public safety.” 

That gets to the crux of it – individuals who exercise self defense UNDERMINE public safety in the eyes of Obama’s MarxoFascist regime.  Everything must come from the god of the Obama’s State.  Even your defense.

While Holder blames our God-granted right to self-defense for the death of Trayvon Martin – Obama himself  focuses on getting his draconian gun control disarmament plan passed and the drones and brownshirts for the Left, are firing up the calls to take their temper-tantrum over not getting their way – to the levels of violence and bloodshed, while screaming racism and justifying criminality as an expression of their ‘rage’.

MSNBC Contributor: More White Kids Must Die Before We Understand Racism

In light of a jury finding George Zimmerman not guilty of murder or manslaughter over the weekend, the folks over at MSNBC are becoming even more unhinged than usual. Monday during a panel on NOW with Alex Wagner, MSNBC contributor, fill-in host and Georgetown Professor Michael Eric Dyson suggested America won’t understand racism until more white children are killed. So now we get more approximate to the truth of what race is in this country. As for Eric Holder, look: the reality is you gotta act now. The president, you won the second term. You’re in office. You are ensconced. Do something courageous, bold, and helpful. Not only to African American people but to America. Because unless we do this, white Americans and others will feel that this was a justifiable verdict, this is how things happen. Not until, and unless, the number of white kids die that approximate the numbers of black and other kids who die, will America see. It’s beyond logic. It’s about rationality. It’s about let’s get something done. I think the attorney general will look at this and I think it’s time for him to act.”

See, when they do not get their way – they demand the entire weight and resources of the Obama federal government be used to DESTROY a single individual or group that they hate, even calling for the deaths of white kids, in order to set into motion, a climate of fear.

God ‘a white racist god’ after Zimmerman verdict

In light of a Florida jury verdict finding George Zimmerman not guilty, a professor at an Ivy League university has now concluded that God is “a white racist god with a problem” who “is carrying a gun and stalking young black men.”

“God ain’t good all of the time. In fact, sometimes, God is not for us. As a black woman in an nation that has taken too many pains to remind me that I am not a white man, and am not capable of taking care of my reproductive rights, or my voting rights, I know that this American god ain’t my god. As a matter of fact, I think he’s a white racist god with a problem. More importantly, he is carrying a gun and stalking young black men.

“Whatever makes them protected, safe, and secure, is worth it at the expense of the black and brown people they fear,” she rages. “

Their god is the god that wants to erase race, make everyone act “properly” and respect, as the president said, “a nation of laws”; laws that they made to crush those they consider inferior.”

A fire is burning, and the race and poverty pimps are ready with gasoline to throw on the flames, waiting for their signal from the Obama regime and it’s stormtroopers on the Left to do what all Marxists desperately need in order to put down an iron fist to “restore order”.
