This truth is not lost on anyone noting Obama’s radical record and the efforts his regime have made in the last 7 years restricting and harming inalienable rights.
The reason there is such fear among so many Americans over the sudden death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, is the very real threat that we now face under the color of law upon what remains of our liberties.
His pro-gun leadership on the Court will be sorely missed.
But we are now in the fight for our lives, as President Obama will try to nominate a replacement to change the balance of the Court.
When ABC’s George Stephanopoulos quizzed Texas Sen. Ted Cruz over Scalia’s replacement, the Senator suggested that our Second Amendment rights are “hanging in the balance.”
Cruz is right.
No one should fail to understand what is at stake in Barack Obama’s scramble to appoint the “swing vote” on the Supreme Court.
If Obama appoints a replacement for Justice Antonin Scalia, the reconstituted court will declare the Second Amendment dead.
Period.
Those of us who are constitutionalists know that Obama and the Court can’t really obliterate the 2nd Amendment. The Constitution trumps any unlawful action to the contrary.
But a change in the Court — with the anti-gun decisions that follow — will give the “green light” for all kinds of gun registration and gun bans, resulting in a chilling effect on the exercise of our gun rights.
Heller, the 5-4 decision which recognized the Second Amendment as an individual right, will be reversed.
McDonald, the 5-4 decision which recognized that the Second Amendment applies to the states, will be reversed.
Even sooner, the court will recognize Obama’s illegal efforts to grant amnesty to 5+ million anti-gun voters.
And the consequence will be that the entire U.S. government will soon be the same gun-hating “utopia” which California’s government became as a result of a 1986 amnesty bill.
The Leftist media has already begun their White House-coordinated campaign to bludgeon Senate Republicans into approving Obama’s efforts to pack the Supreme Court with a “jurist” who will repeal the Second Amendment — and achieve Obama’s life-long dream.
But all of their arguments are, transparently, lies and false propaganda.
FIRST: Everyone knows that the Obama appointment would result in the reversal of Heller — and the effective repeal of the Second Amendment — at least, as recognized by a corrupt court system.
SECOND: Obama’s ultimate nominee will lie.
He or she will say that they have no opinion on the Second Amendment. And they will talk about legal doctrines like stare decisis — which supposedly gives a presumption to retaining “settled law.”
Justice Sonia Sotomayor also swore, under oath, that she had no preconceived opinions on the Second Amendment. But as soon as she got her lifetime appointment, she couldn’t move fast enough to call for the Second Amendment’s repeal.
If there is one thing we have learned from Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and the gaggle of Obama lower court appointees, it is this: They will say whatever needs to be said to get on the Court, but they will run fast and hard to the Far Left once they are confirmed.
THIRD: There is no constitutional principle which requires the Senate to approve a lawless nominee.
Besides, Obama has had no problem using the Constitution and the laws as toilet paper.
So he is the last one to lecture others on their “constitutional obligations” — particularly when the goal is to confirm lawless jurists who would rubber-stamp Obama’s unconstitutional and lawless actions…

I would note that is EXACTLY the reason Obama appointed Elena Kagan to SCOTUS – to ensure ObamaCare was protected and for the express and sole purpose of imposing Obama’s agenda while on the High Court.
That Obama will appoint another Communist/Maoist/Socialist to the Bench is as certain as the sun coming up tomorrow. When the Senate gives into Obama as they have on every occasion, they will rule that your right to self defense and arms is a government privilege that can be restricted, banned, regulated and abolished. Obama & Hillary Clinton’s recent references to Australian-style gun confiscation reveals the next step in the fundamental transformation of America into a totalitarian state.
I blogged on this last week, and the rumbling meme from Mordor On The Potomac and their Orc-media acolytes that continues ought to make us aware and mindful that the attempt to ban, register and then confiscate our arms is indeed a policy that is now being fast-tracked through the media.
That Obama denies he is going to confiscate and Hillary laughs as the concerns, nails the truth that is indeed exactly what they are in the process of doing.
A main propaganda arm of the White House and the Democrat Marxists reveals this plan and laments the existence of the Second Amendment and acknowledge the cost of confiscation:

While it is argued that the media is just engaging in wishful-thinking, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke tells us that this plan for gun confiscation IS POLICY and it is being advocated and war-gamed throughout law enforcement groups by the efforts of Obama’s White House.
I was extremely disappointed when I heard that my fellow law enforcement executive colleagues had gotten into bed with Obama and his gun confiscation mission. That’s really what it’s about. It’s not about reducing violence, it’s not about reducing mass murder or suicides. The real intent of Obama and these gun groups is gun confiscation and they know they are going to have to do it step by step. They’re not going to be able to go after that today, as there would be fierce blowback. So they are doing it in stealth ways and this IACP meeting is one of those ways.
The Daily Beast theoretically agreed that “confiscation on a massive scale” may be “the only way to solve American gun violence,” but they pointed out that it was not realistic and suggested Hillary risks causing irreparable divisions by talking about confiscation then mocking gun owners as conspiracy theorists waiting for “black helicopters” to come take their guns away.
Obama’s speech about ISIS Jihadists last night was pathetic. Meanwhile the Government ratchets up a potential crackdown on Obama’s political opponents.
John hits another out of the park on analysis of Obama’s pathetic speech in light of what has been going on for the last few weeks in our government and has some words of warning to consider.
Tonight, on the eve of another anniversary for 9-11, the current President of the United States will be giving a speech about the threat of ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria or IS for short) where a new American strategy for dealing with this terrorist army will be outlined after he stated several days ago that he didn’t have one. Several months ago in fact, the President called ISIS the “JV team” in one of his numerous infamous quotes and since that time they have carved out what amounts to a small nation in Eastern Syria and Western Iraq.
The issue of ISIS however, is not the key point to the speech tonight. If ISIS were truly a serious threat to US interests, aka, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, then our “allies” in the region would request that the United States position more troops into Kuwait and Jordan to protect those kingdoms and to cut off any advance towards the House of Saud. Meanwhile, many questions about this speech and American policy towards ISIS will not be answered by this administration nor our “allies” in the region:
1. If the United States is aware that ISIS is now in possession of approximately 30 M1 Abrams tanks, why have we not destroyed them with an air strike by now? Theoretically one would hope that the U.S. would install a “kill switch” such as those used by American rental car companies just in case a vehicle is stolen, or at least some type of GPS tracking at a minimum once the weapons were left for the Iraqi military.
3. There is demonstrable evidence that Turkey, a NATO member nation, has also been arming and training ISIS forces yet the silence from Brussels, London, and Washington has been deafening. Will President Obama announce an initiative to cut off the supply of arms and soldiers migrating from Turkish territory into Iraq and Syria tonight? I seriously doubt it.
Thus one has to wonder if the real purpose of President Obama’s speech tonight is to provide the usual distraction and scare tactics to spook the American people with another CIA trained terrorism force. The headline on the Drudge Report this afternoon provides a most interesting insight into DHS’s mindset before Obama speaks tonight:
Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said his department will be issuing new guidance to retailers this week giving them pointers on how to spot potential terrorists among their customers by looking at what they’re buying.
While saying the government cannot prohibit sales of some everyday materials, Mr. Johnson said retailers should be trained to look for anyone who buys a lot from what he described as a “long list of materials that could be used as explosive precursors.”
He said it was an extension of the “If you see something, say something” campaign launched by his predecessor, former Secretary Janet Napolitano, which tries to enlist average Americans to be aware of their immediate environment.
“We can’t and we shouldn’t prohibit the sale of a pressure cooker. We can sensitize retail businesses to be on guard for suspicious behavior by those who buy this kind of stuff,” Mr. Johnson said during a question-and-answer session after a speech at the Council on Foreign Relations.
In other words, if one buys gunpowder for use in black powder hunting or reloading of ammunition, ammunition in quantity of any caliber, or household chemicals which some individuals buy in bulk to save money for their home and businesses (multi-location use), odds are one might just find themselves on any number of Obama’s DHS “watch lists” as a possible domestic terrorist threat.
The article above from the Times in fact supports a story published by the Washington Free Beaconon August 29, 2014 (see: FBI National Domestic Threat Assessment Omits Islamist Terrorism ) where the alarming revelation of the omission of Islamist terror appears to be more insidious when this portion of Bill Gertz’s story is taken into consideration with the excerpt published above:
Instead, the internal FBI intelligence report concluded in its 2013 assessment published this month that the threat to U.S. internal security from extremists is limited to attacks and activities by eight types of domestic extremist movements—none motivated by radical Islam.
They include anti-government militia groups and white supremacy extremists, along with “sovereign citizen” nationalists, and anarchists. Other domestic threat groups outlined by the FBI assessment include violent animal rights and environmentalist extremists, black separatists, anti- and pro-abortion activists, and Puerto Rican nationalists.
“Domestic extremist violence continues to be unpredictable and, at times, severe,” the report states.
This appears to validate that the government might indeed be secretly concerned about ISIS and Islamist terrorism but the temptation to secretly allow a terror attack to occur, committed by radical Muslim militants falsely tied to the Patriot Movement, Tea Party, or other pro-Constitutional groups is no longer the realm of conspiracy theorists or websites.
One must take into consideration the long standing hostility of this regime towards its own citizens and the potential that tonight’s speech has nothing to do with ISIS or their actions overseas; instead it would appear a scare tactic to justify a brutal crackdown on all Americans who do not share the views of the predominate political parties and their elites, all in the name of protecting the people.
Beware my friends, as we now live in one of the most dangerous periods of our history where liberty’s light can be extinguished by the fictional assignment of guilt and national hysteria, much like other dictatorships and oligarchs have used to crush their citizens throughout history.
The U.S. Government is now a Beast, promoting evil, punishing the righteous it hates and declaring war on the people. Do we sit idle and allow ourselves to be subjugated?
The seething rage of Christian and liberty-minded Americans is now boiling. The outrageous testimony of John Koskinen, director of the IRS last week sealed it for me. He essentially declared that the laws they impose on the people, the government is exempt from following. You have an admission that the government can punish those it chooses with impunity. His testimony – ( and the entire IRS scandal) is as pure and raw a declaration of tyranny as any ever uttered by a public official upon those this regime has publicly declared are their enemies.
The evidence of what is being prepared against us is overwhelming. – What more proof do we need to understand that something MUST be done?

If the above applies to you, turn off the television — those patent medicines won’t do a damn thing for you and you know it — and address this most important question with me:
What the hell are we going to do about it?
I’ve been perched at the edge of outrage for some time, but then, I’m a freedom weenie, and a hard-core one at that: the sort that believes passionately in individuals’ God-given rights to their lives, liberty, and honestly acquired property; that believes that the Constitution means exactly what it says, with neither “penumbras” nor “emanations” nor bits written in invisible ink; that believes that for a federal official to defy the Constitution is an act of treason punishable by death. Some of Liberty’s Torch’s devotees are similarly inclined, but not all. Why, my vast and frighteningly efficient intelligence apparatus tells me that there are even one or two liberals who read this rag…probably for the humor pieces, though they might disagree about which ones those are.
But left, right, or center, pacifically inclined or maximally belligerent, if you’ve been keeping up with the news anddon’t feel as if it’s time to lock and load, check your pulse: you may have died and not noticed.
War has been declared against us.
Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor changed a lot of thinking about modern warfare. One of the agreements implicit in the Westphalian system of nation-states was that wars would be conducted by sovereignties against other sovereignties, and with prior notice: open, formal declarations of war conveyed from one to the other through diplomatic channels. The unheralded attack on America’s naval base was shocking not merely for its devastation, but because every significant military conflict for more than two hundred years had been preceded by a prior declaration of war.
Contemporary thought on such matters downplays the formal declaration of war, by reason of the importance of the first strike in a time of intercontinental ballistic missiles equipped with nuclear warheads. The whole development is massively unfortunate, and not merely because weapons of mass destruction make it likely that a major war will rack up a Biblical body count. A formal declaration of war makes explicit who will be fighting with whom; therefore, any parties not named are omitted from the festivities, and — in theory at least — can sit back and pass the popcorn. In the absence of such a declaration, no one can relax; once the lead starts to fly, every nation on Earth, and all of Mankind, are potentially at risk.
The best we can do today, if we’d like some assurance that our carcasses won’t be among the ones dragged away by the bulldozers, is to assess the available data continuously, as carefully and critically as possible. So let’s have a look at some of the most recent developments in that light.
In broad daylight, with no fear of being seen, a group of Honduran girls — some as young as 14 — cross illegally into the United States.”Because I want to see my parents in Austin,” one tells CNN.
Moments later, another group of Hondurans admits crossing the Rio Grande to get here, McAllen station, a border crossing into the United States. “Thank God nothing happened,” they say of the perilous journey.
This group quickly grows to 22. Most are children who traveled without any adults.
Unlike other stories of illegal immigration across a porous border, these immigrants aren’t sneaking in. They’re showing up and announcing themselves.
“We are seeing hundreds turning themselves in daily. And I mean hundreds at a time,” said Chris Cabrera, a leader of the local chapter of the National Border Patrol Council, a labor union representing U.S. Border Patrol agents.
Many of the immigrants use rafts to cross the Rio Grande, equipped with instructions to follow the river until reaching the Border Patrol site to surrender.
“They know that once they get to the station, we are going to give them paperwork and we are going to set them free into the United States,” Cabrera says.
U.S. law prohibits the Department of Homeland Security from immediately deporting the children if they are not from Canada or Mexico. Instead, the children are turned over to Department Health and Human Services supervision “within 72 hours of DHS taking them into custody,” an official said.
“Most of the time, they’re getting released to relatives in the U.S.,” Cabrera said. “There’s nowhere to put them, so they’re released on their own recognizance and have a pending court date. I’d say between 95 and 97% of adults or youths don’t show up for court.”
The numbers are staggering. He estimates that more than 60,000 unaccompanied juveniles will cross in 2014 and that the numbers will rise from there.
This is the direct, easily foreseen consequence of the Obama Administration’s non-enforcement of our border, coupled to its refusal to deport illegal aliens who are minors under our standards. But note that these children are predominantly not Mexican; they’re from Central American countries south of Mexico, and therefore crossed the entire length of that nation to reach the United States. How?
There is only one plausible answer: their travel here was facilitated by persons with the necessary means, confident that when they’d finally crossed into the U.S., they would be permitted to stay. More, it’s impossible that the Administration is unaware of this. Resourceless minors do not traverse a thousand miles of hostile territory on their own initiative, nor without experiencing tragedy.
Surely none of this is surprising to you. If there’s any surprise to be had from it, it’s that the popular reaction against it has been so muted. But the salient point is this: Given the Administration’s openness about the relevant policies, the consequences were easy to foresee. Therefore we must conclude that those consequences, and their devastating effects upon the border states where Obama is so unpopular, were what the Administration wanted.

I cannot remember an exchange between an appointed Cabinet official and an elected federal legislator that’s remotely comparable to these. Commissioner Koskinen’s arrogance and defiance are unprecedented. He appears unconcerned with what might follow his open refusal to cooperate with the investigation, the most important such since Teapot Dome. No appointee concerned with his tenure in his position would exhibit such an attitude except after having secured assurance of protection against any significant penalty. Such protection could only issue from higher up in the Administration: specifically, from the White House.
The politicization of the Internal Revenue Service, which has extraordinary powers over American citizens, is a far graver matter than corruption of specific individuals. It sets the most feared and fearsome agency of the federal government at war with the citizenry. Indeed, given its routine guilty-until-proven-innocent practices, under which it may seize a citizen’s assets on arbitrary charges, thus denying him the resources required to defend himself against them, even members of Congress must feel a tremor or two at the thought of openly going up against the IRS. That’s why the charge in the bill of particulars against Richard Nixon that data from the IRS was provided to the White House to be used against Nixon’s enemies was so serious.
Despite the implications for the further use of the IRS as a weapon against anyone it chooses to target, the Administration is just fine with it. They want us to know…and to fear.
Gun retailers say the Obama administration is trying to put them out of business with regulations and investigations that bypass Congress and choke off their lines of credit, freeze their assets and prohibit online sales.Since 2011, regulators have increased scrutiny on banks’ customers. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in 2011 urged banks to better manage the risks of their merchant customers who employ payment processors, such as PayPal, for credit card transactions. The FDIC listed gun retailers as “high risk” along with porn stores and drug paraphernalia shops.
Meanwhile, the Justice Department has launched Operation Choke Point, a credit card fraud probe focusing on banks and payment processors. The threat of enforcement has prompted some banks to cut ties with online gun retailers, even if those companies have valid licenses and good credit histories.
“This administration has very clearly told the banking industry which customers they feel represent ‘reputational risk’ to do business with,” said Peter Weinstock, a lawyer at Hunton & Williams LLP. “So financial institutions are reacting to this extraordinary enforcement arsenal by being ultra-conservative in who they do business with: Any companies that engage in any margin of risk as defined by this administration are being dropped.”…
“We’re being threatened with a regulatory regime that attempts to foist on us the obligation to monitor all types of transactions,” Richard Riese, a senior vice president at the American Bankers Association, said in the April 28 issue of American Banker. “All of this is predicated on a notion that the banks are a choke point for all businesses.”
In an interview with The Times, Mr. Riese said the cost of doing business with gun retailers outweighs the benefits for some banks, given that regulators deem the industry as “risky,” state laws vary on the sale of guns and ammunition, and the Justice Department’s enforcement.
A regulatory process is being used, without statutory authority and outside all possibility of correction by judicial action, against institutions disfavored by the Obamunist regime. FDIC’s authority to audit and scrutinize financial institutions chartered under its auspices is largely noncontroversial. The desirability of the FDIC’s insurance provisions being as high as it is, few (if any) American banks exist outside that orbit. Thus, the weight of regulatory scrutiny can inhibit banks from making credit available to any business the regime wants to discourage: a perfect weapon to use against gun rights, which have been increasingly successful in the federal courts.
A military strategist will tell you: your first strike should always be aimed at the enemy’s weaponry. Once you have denied him the power to harm you, your plan of conquest can proceed in confidence.
Is there any other way to interpret the above strikes on the American firearms industry — at this time, one of the few unabashedly profitable and growing sectors of American enterprise?
War has been declared against us, the American people. The declarer is the federal government. Indeed, many state governments are its tacit allies. Several declarations are presented above; there are many more of subtler impact.
So whatcha gonna do about it, tough guy? Not one damned thing, that’s what. The entire rotten edifice of American government is rife with this sort of thing. Opportunities for amoral corruption is what government is; it’s what it does. Government is little more than a jobs program for incompetent, greedy bums who could never survive in a competitive, free-market environment…which is just one of many reasons to keep it small, under close supervision and tight restriction.What we have now is very nearly the precise opposite of what the Founders envisioned. This is but a small representation of that essential, inescapable truth.
The war has been declared. The battle lines are sharp and bright. No American can call himself a noncombatant; no American can be confident that he’s off the battlefield. And there’s absolutely nowhere to flee.
Will we surrender meekly, or will we stand and fight?
So what do we do? March on Washington armed to show them we mean business?
STUPID. Don’t even think about that. It would be a slaughter and it would give the justification for what this regime already intends to do to us. We do NOT give them the justification.
So do we just bend over and take it? Throw up our arms and submit to The Beast?
Many will.
But for those of us who understand history, who have a faith in the scriptures and Jesus Christ – we already have an answer.
FIRST: THE LAW OF GOD IS SUPREME. God Is Sovereign, above the laws of men – and His Commandments and Laws are our first loyalty as Believers. Our Liberties come from this truth. Our freedoms are rooted in the fact our government was established ONLY for the purpose of protecting our right to follow God as He leads us.
SECOND: Civil magistrates and government is only empowered to rule in the fear and admonition of the Lord.
THREE: Once civil government contravenes the Word of God, or becomes destructive to the civil society and laws laid down to UPHOLD liberty – then the government ceases to have any legitimacy. Indeed our own Declaration of Independence makes this truth plain:
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security…
…A (government) whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
So what do we do?
The model that God blessed is already before us in our own history.
FIRST – we repent of our own sins, shortcoming and lukewarm attitude about our faith. Keeping God in a box at church that we only open once a week is nothing less than a dereliction of your calling as a Christian.
SECOND – We recognize that this federal government no longer has any legitimate authority over us. It is ILLEGITIMATE. It has abandoned any pretense of justice and righteousness. It is become nothing but a Beast who demands we put it’s ‘mark’ in our thoughts and actions. It contravenes the laws of God and is rewriting morality to make God’s Laws an evil – while declaring abominations – good.
THIRD – We refuse, we defy and we RESIST complying with it. It has no authority over us. All it has is the end of a gun to force us to submit.
For when a righteous people who have God as their Sovereign REFUSING to comply with a tyranny – the tyrant always yanks off the mask of it’s legitimacy and right to rule. It will use terror and force in order to press compliance – and in doing so – reveals itself to be the evil and tyranny that a Christian people MAY NOT SUBMIT TO. For in accords with our Founders – submitting to tyranny is BREAKING the First Commandment. For a tyranny will not suffer any rival of allegiance and such tyrannies of men are deemed to be gods over men.
Do not take the mark of this beast. Refuse. Defy. And when they come to force themselves upon you, to punish and destroy you – you will not have any doubts as to what you should do.

Former Supreme Court Justice advocates changing Six Amendments in the Bill of Rights – including the Second Amendment in new book.
As with all MarxoFascists (i.e.: liberals, progressives, Democrats et al.) there is consensus among their arguments that the Constitution is flawed because it restricts government’s power over the people and the states, and focuses too much on individual rather than ‘collective’ rights. In other words, it’s not Communist enough for them.
While we would normally laugh off the insanity coming from screwball MarxoFascists like you would find on MSNBC – the reality is that such ideologues hold the highest positions of power in our nation. As such – the advancement of their total transformation agenda of a Republic into a Communist State is the only focus and goal.
One such Amendment he advocates changing is the Second Amendment. His proposed treason is to change the text of the Second Amendment so that it reads: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms when serving in the militia shall not be infringed.”
Essentially what Stevens is advocating is that ONLY those serving in the military should have a right to arms. Notwithstanding the history of every single genocidal regime ever come to power in mankind’s history, limits weapons to be in the hands of the military, loyal to it’s leader. That is a history Stevens and his MarxoFascist traitors never seem to note.
The Constitution explicitly states “the right of the people”, to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. It says NOTHING about WHEN they are ‘allowed’ to keep and bear arms as Stevens’ proposal demands.
But even in regards to the MarxoFascist argument that only the militia should have arms, let us look at who the Founding Fathers considered the militia. George Mason, called the ‘Father’ of the Constitution, wrote this:
“I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for a few public officials.” — George Mason, in Debates in Virginia Convention on Ratification of the Constitution
But in the world of the MarxoFascists and the tyrants they seek to empower – ‘the militia’ is the National Guard or the military – under the direct authority of the President to command.
A people stripped of arms are much easier to subjugate and eradicate by a tyrannical regime such as the one in power right now. Our arms are the only thing that is preventing what is going on in Venezuela fro happening here.
Former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens has released a new book focused, in part, on “improving” the Constitution through amending the Second Amendment–by making the rights protected therein applicable only to a militia instead of the citizenry at large.
As written, the text of the Second Amendment is: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.”
According to Bloomberg Businessweek, Stevens believes recent court decisions–notablyDistrict of Columbia v Heller (2008) and McDonald v Chicago (2010)–placed too much emphasis on individual rights, rather than on what he believes was the Founding Fathers’ primary goal: namely, to answer “the threat that a national standing army posed to the sovereignty of the states.”
His solution is to amend the text of the Second Amendment so that it reads: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms when serving in the militia shall not be infringed.”
In other words, the protection of the right becomes collective and is only protected for those serving in the militia.
Among the many problems with Stevens’ idea is the often overlooked fact that the Second Amendment did not create a right when it was ratified in 1791. Rather, the Founding Fathers created the Second Amendment to protect a portion of the “certain unalienable Rights” with which man was “endowed by [his] Creator.”
The rights protected by the Second Amendment are individual rights, as are the rights that are protected, but not created, by the First, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments, among others.
Consider this as passionate a warning to the American people as ever has been made by polished politicians. We are being sold into subjugation, called out by a man who sees history repeating itself right here.
Last April, a Cuban immigrant bravely stood up and lectured his government and his fellow citizens about the direction the Stalinists in government were taking the country. It received no media attention and was almost buried, a deliberate attempt by the media to make his words disappear. Thankfully Conservative outlets saved the exchange and kept the passionate truth alive which I have just seen for the first time.
Manuel Martinez, who narrowly escaped Cuba in 1962 after being imprisoned for opposing Fidel Castro, passionately defends the Second Amendment in front of Oregon’s Senate Judiciary Committee.
Martinez passionately compared the state lawmakers’ attempts to pass gun control to what he witnessed and experienced in Castro’s Communist revolution in Cuba, and he chastised the judiciary committee while warning his fellow citizens what is happening to them under the guise of safety and security.
“You say you want to protect the people. You’re not going to protect nobody… A very powerful man tried to sell me this 50 years ago. I didn’t buy it… This is Marxism, plain and clear. Come on, tell me I’m wrong, I’ve been there when you were learning how to walk… A very powerful man put me in chains… You sell THIS to the people who do not have self respect, self-determination. And they are weak. And they love to be subjugated. And be dependent on the government. You don’t sell that to me sir. This is TREASON. This is an ASSAULT on the dream of the founding fathers. They didn’t die for THIS. I come here, for years, talking about what happened, while you people, sink to this.”

Gun Control does not protect anybody. It doesn’t protect the citizens, it doesn’t protect the People. The only reason for gun control is for the Government to be protected from the Citizens. In that way the Government can manipulate the People and subjugate them. That’s what’s happened in Cuba for 52 years … 54.
I came here for freedom. At the time I came here it was different. This country opened their arms for me … I couldn’t get it in Cuba. And they opened their arms for me, I probably wouldn’t get it here today. I hope that I get clear with you, and you understand my point of view. I think that concludes my testimony.
Christians have bought a horrible lie, and as a result of the misapplication of Matthew 7:1-2, we have lost the culture and losing our liberty.
The tyranny we now suffer is a direct result of Christian Americans turning away from their responsibilities as American Citizens, weakening their own franchise and the structure of the American “composite republic” that would not have existed without a vibrant – in-your-face Christianity nor maintained without a sufficient Christian moral base. What church leaders in America are preaching, is that we have no need to confront those with an agenda who come against the faith. They say that instead we need to show them love and compassion. Evil sees that as surrender and a validation of their wickedness. Those who think they can ignore, compromise or be ‘equal’ with sin – will be conquered by it. Sin is not content to co-exist alongside righteousness. It will attempt to subjugate and eradicate the righteous so as to avoid any sense of shame for wrongdoing.
Contrary to what some preachers teach about God fighting all our battles for us supernaturally – scripture makes it clear that a People of God were required to actually stand and resist those who came against them:
“Then Amalek came and fought against Israel at Rephidim. So Moses said to Joshua, “Choose men for us and go out, fight against Amalek. Tomorrow I will station myself on the top of the hill with the staff of God in my hand.” Joshua did as Moses told him, and fought against Amalek; and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. So it came about when Moses held his hand up, that Israel prevailed, and when he let his hand down, Amalek prevailed. But Moses’ hands were heavy. Then they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it; and Aaron and Hur supported his hands, one on one side and one on the other. Thus his hands were steady until the sun set. So Joshua overwhelmed Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.”
That sounds like combat to me. I don’t read that God did all the fighting for them. He may have given them the victory – but it required actual physical effort to combat those who came against them. Something the church and Christians are now refusing to do in this culture.
Christian Apologetics is being lost – it is being surrendered to Muslim apologetics.
Pastor Chuck Baldwin makes an excellent argument of noting where the real threat to our Rights and liberties is coming from; not from those who we know are enemies of Constitutional Republicanism – but rather those who claim to be on our side, those who claim to be our leaders – who betray us all .
There is a prophetic verse of Scripture that records the conquering Messiah as being asked about the wounds that are in his hands. He responds, “Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.” (Zechariah 13:6 KJV) Indeed. It wasn’t the Romans that were fixated with killing Christ; it was the Lord’s own brethren. “He came unto his own, and his own received him not.” (John 1:11 KJV) In like manner, our nation is quickly losing its liberties and Natural rights, not because of our enemies, but because of our so-called friends and brothers.
Edmund Burke summarized it beautifully: “All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.” And, for the most part, that is what good men are doing today: nothing!
As regular readers of this column know, I am passionate in my defense of the Natural right of self-defense. I firmly believe that the only thing standing between us and tyranny is the right of the people to keep and bear arms. The freedom of speech, the right to assemble and redress government, the right to be secure in our own homes, the right to a trial by jury, the freedom of worship, etc., all depend on the right of the people to keep and bear arms. When the people of America surrender this right, all of the other rights will quickly disappear.
Furthermore, Daniel Webster was absolutely right when he said, “Hold on, my friends, to the Constitution and to the Republic for which it stands. Miracles do not cluster, and what has happened once in 6,000 years, may not happen again. Hold on to the Constitution, for if the American Constitution should fail, there will be anarchy throughout the world.” Amen!
Not only does the Second Amendment protect the liberties of the people of the United States, the Second Amendment protects the free peoples of the world. Without the armed citizenry of the people of America, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, France, and the rest of the free world would plummet into abject tyranny and oppression. Look at how socialistic and enslaved people in these countries already are. Can one imagine how quickly they would plunge into the Dark Ages without the power and influence of the last bulwark of liberty: a free and armed United States of America?
Daniel Webster uttered another profound truth: “There is no nation on earth powerful enough to accomplish our overthrow. Our destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter: from the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government, from their carelessness and negligence. I must confess that I do apprehend some danger. I fear that they may place too implicit a confidence in their public servants and fail properly to scrutinize their conduct; that in this way they may be made the dupes of designing men and become the instruments of their own undoing.”
Ladies and gentlemen, that is exactly what many of our so-called friends and brothers have become: “instruments of their own undoing.” It is not the liberals, socialists, amoralists, elitists, globalists, etc., who are killing us; it is the pastors, Christians, conservatives, Republicans, etc., who sit back and do nothing that are killing us.
Let me say it plainly: neocon Republicans do far more damage to the cause of liberty than do liberal Democrats. Do-nothing pastors and Christians do far more damage to the cause of liberty than do atheists and agnostics. Compromising conservatives do far more damage to the cause of liberty than do liberals.
Come on, folks! Think about it: who endangered the cause of independence more: King George III or Benedict Arnold? A known enemy is far less dangerous than an enemy who pretends to be your friend.
All over America, our “friends” are selling out the cause of liberty. Every pastor who refuses to publicly repudiate the forces that are attacking our freedom is selling out the cause of liberty. Every Republican who refuses to stand firm against the forces that are attacking our freedom is selling out the cause of liberty. Every conservative who refuses to resist the forces that are attacking our freedom is selling out the cause of liberty.
There is nothing new about big-government zealots. They have been with us ever since the Tower of Babel. They were with us in 1775 and 1776. Freedom does not depend upon the absence of would-be tyrants; it depends upon the presence of those who are willing to resist would-be tyrants. And that is what seems to be vanishing.
Folks, this is an absolute truism: not all Christians are friends of liberty; not all pastors are friends of liberty; not all conservatives are friends of liberty; not all Republicans are friends of liberty; not all military personnel are friends of liberty; not all policemen are friends of liberty; not all attorneys are friends of liberty; not all physicians are friends of liberty; not all teachers and professors are friends of liberty; and not all gun owners are friends of liberty. Anyone who refuses to resist the forces of evil that attack our Constitution, Declaration, and Bill of Rights is no friend of liberty.
For example, I have been a long-time subscriber to a couple of gun magazines: Guns and Ammo and Handguns. Both of these magazines are published by the same parent company. When President Obama and Senator Feinstein attempted to ban semi-automatic rifles and full-size rifle and pistol magazines earlier this year, I kept waiting for the editors and writers of these two magazines to sound the clarion call of resistance. I waited and waited and waited. Nothing. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Throughout the entire debate, there was not one peep of protest to these egregious gun control laws proposed by Obama and Feinstein in these magazines. This in spite of the fact that practically every page of both magazines is filled with the very arms that would have been banned to the general public had Obama and Feinstein gotten their way. Had the gun-grabbing tyrants been victorious, I suppose Guns and Ammo magazine would simply have re-invented itself in order to fit into the new Amerika in much the same way that so many companies did in Nazi Germany. I guess they would simply have changed the name of the magazine to Military and Police Guns and Ammo.
I wrote the publisher of the two magazines mentioned above and explained why, after so many years as a faithful subscriber, I was not renewing my subscription. Of course, I received no reply. And now I know why.
Writing for Breitbart.com, AWR Hawkins filed this report: “In the December issue of Guns & Ammo magazine, editor Dick Metcalf uses his ‘Backstop’ column to argue that all constitutional rights need regulation, including the 2nd Amendment.
“TheTruthAboutGuns.com has scanned and posted a copy of the column online. In it, Metcalf explains why he chose to address the regulation of constitutional rights: ‘I bring this up because way too many gun owners still believe that any regulation of the right to keep and bear arms is an infringement. The fact is that all Constitutional rights are regulated, always have been, and need to be.’
“Metcalf says he receives ‘bags of mail every year’ from people complaining of the myriad regulations related to concealed carry permits. He says these readers ‘typically argue’ that the 2nd Amendment ‘is all the authority they need’ to keep and bear arms, to carry a gun with them where they go.
“In response, Metcalf writes: ‘I [wonder] whether those same people believe that just anybody should be able to buy a vehicle and take it out on public roadways without any kind of driver’s training, test, or license.’
“Metcalf misses the point. The 2nd Amendment protects a natural right; that’s why it is not to be infringed. Owning and operating a vehicle is not a natural right, so comparing it to gun ownership is like comparing the ability to own and operate an airplane with the rights to freedom of speech and religion.
“This is an important point because our Founders’ central reason for creating the Bill of Rights was to hedge in a body of natural rights as off-limits to government regulation and interference.
“The 2nd Amendment says, ‘A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.’ Metcalf has seized on the words ‘well regulated,’ taking them out of context to the detriment of ‘shall not be infringed.’”
Hooray for Mr. Hawkins! He has a grasp of Natural Law. That is something that Dick Metcalf obviously doesn’t possess. The sad thing is Mr. Metcalf occupies a very trusted and influential position that should be utilized to protect the Second Amendment. Instead, he is using his position to help destroy the Second Amendment. Like I said, not all gun owners are the friends of liberty.
But as long as Guns and Ammo magazine is rolling in the dough, don’t expect any change. I, for one, am not going to help pay a gun magazine editor’s salary that is using the money I send him to use the pages of the magazine to facilitate the destruction of the liberties that keep my children and grandchildren free. That means I have kissed my subscription to Guns and Ammo and Handguns magazines goodbye.
By the same token, how long are Christians today who say they believe in the Second Amendment (and the rest of the Bill of Rights) going to keep sending their tithes and offerings to these churches where the pastors refuse to publicly resist these draconian gun control bills such as were recently introduced by Obama and Feinstein? How long are they going to keep filling the pews of these do-nothing churches? As long as these say-nothing pastors see their pews and offering plates full, don’t expect anything to change.
I will say it plainly: if you attend a church and didn’t hear your pastor oppose the Obama/Feinstein gun control bills from the pulpit earlier this year, YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF THAT CHURCH. The only thing holding this republic together is the people’s right to keep and bear arms–especially semi-automatic rifles with large-capacity magazines. By refusing to resist evil, your pastor has become an enemy of liberty.
Wittingly or not, he is helping to put the chains of slavery around the necks of your children and grandchildren. Why would you stay and support such a pastor and church?
As Christ was betrayed and rejected by His “friends,” so, too, the liberties and freedoms of our country are being betrayed and rejected by its “friends.”
The DOJ, IRS and the FBI are not the only Federal agencies being used to spy on, attack, intimidate and destroy Obama’s opposition. The EPA, DHS and the ATF are on deck preparing to take tyranny to a higher level.
Benghazi, IRS, DOJ, AP, Fast & Furious, Fox, self-investigation, voter suppression, a dump truck full lies, obfuscation and treason from the Obama regime in just the last few weeks alone. Simply evidence of what many of us have been warning and documenting about this MarxoFascist coup under Obama since 2008. These scandals are just the tip of the iceberg if we were able ever to know the full truth of what this regime has been engaged in doing against the American people, ALL IN THE NAME OF ‘fairness’, ‘equality’, ‘common sense’ and safety’.
However, don’t get your hopes up that any of the current known scandals are going to result in justice being done upon this regime. None of this matters. Obama’s Praetorian media will not permit him to be in any danger of real harm. I contend Obama could shoot a toddler in the head on live television and the Apologists for this regime would excuse him and no one in Congress, especially under Boehner would dare act against the “Historic first black man president”. He will be justified for whatever he does by his goose-stepping drones of Gibmedats.
Besides, some of these scandals were leaked by the Obama regime itself, a political ruse for political purposes. Some of these scandals were known by the media for over a year who sat on them so no harm would come to their messiah and their religion. Letting these scandals hit the public mindset now, takes the spotlight heat off the Benghazi treason and dereliction and it gets all this out in the open so it doesn’t have any effect on the 2014 elections where Obama “wins back” Congress for a single-party dictatorship under his rule.
The IRS targeting of Conservative, TEA Party and Christian groups is evidence of the fact Obama is waging war against his political enemies. His agents acting for the IRS even demanded to know the content of Christian prayers for groups and people they ended up harassing and intimidating into silence.

If you think these scandals are contained in themselves, you better think again. Not Jihadists from the Middle East, but Middle Class Americans from right here at home. The reason? Well, the DHS says that the clear and present danger to the United States are domestic Right Wing Extremists, not Islamic Jihadists actually engaged in killing Americans.
Therefore this regime has been using federal agencies and Alphabets to obtain private information on nearly every American to be stored in massive databases, for unspecified ‘future use’. Think that sounds conspiratorial?Well, it has been admitted that Obama’s IN-Justice Department was engaged in confiscating private e-mails and phone numbers of AP reporters. I submit that AP is NOT the only journalist organization that has had private information confiscated. I’m pretty sure ANYONE, including bloggers and average folks from their homes who report on this regime, have had every shred of private information collected from them.
It’s what Marxist/Leftist regimes in the world always do to their citizens they see as a threat to their power. It’s a precursor to the elimination of political opponents. It enables them to “use” that information later as a pretext and justification for arresting, detaining, and silencing those ‘threats’. While much of Conservative America has been warning about all the tyranny their groups are enduring under Obama, His Heinous decided to fire a warning shot across the bow of the media – not to cross him or his agenda with any unkind words.
The DOJ having the authority to do warrantless wiretaps without presenting justification to a judge is alarming. The DOJ having the authority to do such wiretapping against reporters in the media, who provide the fourth estate to protect -and check- the balance of power, is well beyond alarming.
Again, this is what Marxist/Leftist regimes in the world always do to their citizens and institutions they see as a threat to their power. Obtaining all that data enables them to “use” that information later as justification for charging their political enemies with crimes, arresting and detaining them, and in so doing -silencing those ‘threats’. The Justice Department seized phone records and emails sent to a private account of Fox News’ chief Washington correspondent, James Rosen, in an investigation into a 2009 story about U.N. sanctions and North Korea’s nuclear program.
He rejects the government’s effort to “criminalize the pursuit of investigative journalism and falsely characterize a Fox News reporter to a Federal judge as a ‘co-conspirator’ in a crime.”
“The administration’s attempt to intimidate Fox News and its employees will not succeed and their excuses will stand neither the test of law, the test of decency, nor the test of time. We will not allow a climate of press intimidation, unseen since the McCarthy era, to frighten any of us away from the truth.”
This assault on the Press is nothing new for Obama. His regime has been engaged in attacking and charging those whom support Republicans and Conservatives with all sorts of crimes and offenses designed to PUNISH and DESTROY. Case-in-point is what Obama’s regime did to Gibson Guitar, while ignoring their competitors who were Democrat supporters. This is the same technique used by the IRS to intimidate and silence any activism for Republican candidates. It may explain why the GOP had 4 million votes less than in 2008. Note the extortion the Obama regime exacted out of Gibson Guitars in order for them to remain in business.

Since we have established as FACT in the above links that the Obama regime is engaged in obtaining and seizing personal information in order to intimidate, punish and destroy political enemies – a little-seen news story from over a month ago, should scare the living crap out of you. If Obama’s regime is using the Department of Justice and every Federal alphabet agency to collect data on Americans in order to criminalize and silence them, what do you think is going to happen to gun owners with this regime’s “massive database” of personal info on all Americans?
A recent solicitation from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) reveals that the agency is seeking a “massive” online database capable of pulling up individuals’ personal information, connections and associates.
On March 28, ATF posted the notice on FedBizOpps.gov, entitled “Investigative System.” The solicitation was updated on April 5 with a few minor changes.
The document says that the system will be utilized by staff “to provide rapid searches on various entities for example; names, telephone numbers, utility data and reverse phone look-ups, as a means to assist with investigations, and background research on people, assets and businesses.”
The system is described as a “massive online data repository system that contains a wide variety of data sources both historically and current that can be utilized in support of investigations and backgrounds.”
The IRS, DOJ and now the ATF and DHS creating massive databases of YOUR personal information – YOUR friends and acquaintances, YOUR assets and YOUR businesses. Obviously this regime considers you to be a greater danger than Al Qaeda, since this regime also has made collecting such data on Islamic extremists verboten and has removed any reference of terrorism with Islam. Instead, YOU are considered to be the terrorist by the Obama regime (see again the April 2009 DHS terror assessment report).
What will Obama’s ATF do with such a “massive database” of your personal information? The same thing every despotic regime does with any information it can use or twist to justify making you bow to their tyrants – or justify eliminating you from existence.
Don’t laugh this warning off. History teaches us what Leftist egomaniacs and narcissists do to their own people once they achieve the level of power and control over their people that Obama has.

Nor do you want to hear a supposed police officer tell you that the law ‘doesn’t apply in this day and age as they handcuff you and assert that having a weapon is an automatic illegality unless otherwise ‘demonstrated’ suggesting that anyone owning a gun makes you dangerous. And of course, when asked what laws you are being arrested for breaking – the police will not answer you and simply make one up when they process you.
It’s a sad day when an American hero, a combat vet states what is now the obvious truth: “If you comply, you’re giving up your rights; if you don’t, you’ll be punished.”
I just got off the phone with Army Master Sergeant. C. J. Grisham, a serving American soldier and veteran of the the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, who recently was illegally disarmed by the Temple Police Department while out for a walk with his son.
“We live out in the country in Texas, near Temple,” he told me. “My son and I were on a ten-mile hike so that he could earn his hiking merit badge – it’s the last badge he needs to become an Eagle Scout.” But half way into the hike, Grisham said, “a police officer pulled up.” Initially, he was “cordial” and he “asked what we were doing.” Grisham told him. “Then he looked at my rifle. I carry a rifle any time I walk around because there are feral hogs and cougars and things like that.”
From here, things took a turn for the worse.
“‘Where you going with that rifle?’ he asked me. I said, ‘does it matter? Am I breaking any laws?’” Then, he says, the officer “grabbed the rifle without telling me – but it was attached to me. My immediate reaction as a combat veteran was to grab it back and then take a step back. I asked him what he was doing. So he pulled his gun on me. Then I thought about my son, so I put my hands off my gun and he told me to move over to the car. Luckily my son had the video camera to document the hike for his merit badge. I told him to turn it on.”

Note the officers’ ignorance of the rules they are there to uphold, the suggestion that the law doesn’t apply in this “day and age,” and the persistent claim that American citzens are presumed to have their weapons illegally unless otherwise demonstrated. Note the officer’s claim that merely owning a gun makes someone dangerous. Note the conflation of a soldier in a war zone with a citizen in rural Texas. Note the presistent refusal to explain what law Grisham has broken.
Particularly chilling is the officer’s telling Grisham that a police officer is “allowed to” carry a weapon, but that Grisham is not — despite Grisham’s having a permit. “We’re exempt from the law” is not a phrase you want to hear from law enforcement in a constitutional republic.
In an interview today, I asked Grisham why he thought the officer behaved in this way. “I don’t know,” he said “It’s not the law. You can’t go around taking guns without probable cause or a reasonable suspicion that someone is about to commit a crime. A lot of what the officers said is illegal, against Texas law, against national precedent, against Supreme Court decisions. I was legally exercising a right, especially in Texas where we have a right to carry weapons openly, and I have a concealed-carry permit. I wasn’t looking to make an issue out of it. I go up to Austin for Second Amendment rallies with my AR [rifle] all the time. But here in the country? Ultimately, it happened because I stood up to a police officer. I support the police. I’m on the public safety committee. But I also know that when I’m stopped by a police officer, I don’t have to say anything unless I’m accused of committing a crime. I’m not being a prick. I don’t think it was the gun initially, I think it was that my reaction hurt his ego.”
I suggest that this creates a Catch-22: If you comply, you’re giving up your rights; if you don’t, you’ll be punished. He agrees.
I ask what ”rudely displaying a firearm” means. ”There’s no such wording,” Grisham tells me. “I couldn’t find the word ‘rude’ in the penal code at all. You can openly carry a rifle as long as it’s not threatening. If it’s slung across your shoulder, it’s not threatening. When you point a gun at somebody then you’re breaking the law. But just walking around with a gun strapped in front of you is not threatening in any manner.”
What happens next? “I still don’t have my guns back and they took my concealed-carry license. I’m not accused of a gun crime, so there’s no reason for them to have my guns right now and the problem is that, what’s happened in the past with other soldiers is that the prosecutors will try and get the soldiers to agree to the police dropping the charges if they confiscate the gun — to have the charges dropped at the expense of their gun. This is a workaround loophole for gun confiscation.”
Does this happen to soldiers a lot? I ask. ”Yes, this has happened several times in this area. To Staff Sergeant Nate Samson, for example. He had to fight these guys for ten months. The charges were dropped, but he has no justice. He doesn’t have a lot of money to fight them. I have a pretrial hearing on May 29. The police are dragging their feet, not releasing the video. They’re waiting as long as they can — playing hard to get. . . . The reason I’m aggressive on this is that, in the military, if this happens, they initiate a flag that halts your career. You can’t take leave, you can’t be promoted, can’t receive awards or decorations. I am supposed to move to new base in July. I can’t do that. I’ve been on active duty for 18 and a half years and it’s got my career on a hold.”
I ask about his son. “I’ve tried to tell my son that this isn’t normal; that police officers don’t walk around doing this. He’s developed an unrealistic fear of police officers. We were bowling yesterday and he freaked out when a police officer walked in. He’s traumatized by the incident — seeing a gun pulled on his dad. I’m proud of him for his reaction. He’s doing well . . . we sit down and talk to our kids about the Constitution and guns and safety. My son can use every single weapon I have in the house from the AK-47 to .38 special.”
Is it particularly bad at the moment? ”I think so, yes. All the attention that the media and the politicians are giving to ‘assault weapons’ — I insist that none of my guns are ‘assault’ anything – is causing people to call and complain about seeing one. And instead of saying, ‘hey there’s nothing to be afraid of,’ they go out and hassle legal gun owners. Law enforcement have a duty to recognize that if someone is lawfully carrying a weapon then you should leave them alone. Who cares what somebody complains about?”
Obama and his media use the parents of murdered children as puppets to push for infringements on America’s Second Amendment.
While shameless is now synonymous with the name Obama, each day it seems there is yet a new low established. This week during the Presidential Radio Address, Obama trots outFrancine Wheeler to push for Obama’s gun control agenda – playing on the heart strings of a compassionate people in order to get them to accept surrendering an essential freedom for a utopian dream of safety.
Karl Denninger gives an incredible rant about this today – and while his language is terse and pointed, he perfectly illustrates the real rage every American should have for the exploitation of that tragedy and the parents to fulfill Obama’s war on liberty.
I rarely go after private citizens in my column. Today I’m going to make an exception and the reason is that this person inserted themselves, on their own volition, into an attempt to violate every man, woman and child’s fundamental right to life. By doing so they have turned themselves into public figures and as such lose any such pretense of “privacy” in their opinion nor do they have a legitimate shield from the equally-public response by those who they offend.
I speak of Francine Wheeler, specifically, who Obama trotted out this morning like a puppet to try to press for more “gun control.”
“I feel Ben’s presence filling me with courage for what I have to do – for him and all the others taken from us so violently and too soon,” Wheeler said in the address, which was broadcast on radio stations and streamed on the Internet.

“But that’s only the start,” Wheeler said. “They haven’t yet passed any bills that will help keep guns out of the hands of dangerous people. And a lot of people are fighting to make sure they never do.”
Listen up, you incompetent and defective sack of meat — your son is dead because you are unfit to be parents.
You sat silently by while your state and our nation erected signs telling people who are criminally insane where they can find the maximum number of defenseless people to murder.
….You, Mrs. Wheeler, having willingly and intentionally refused to take responsibility for your acts of omission and commission that led to your son being murdered by a madman now have the audacity to stand in front of the nation and demand that everyone else give up their children to murderous goons as well.
…It is now manifestly clear from the evidence that the murderous bastard who took those lives in Newtown methodically studied mass killings over an extended period of time and sought to get the “high score”, much like I seek to do so in a game of pinball.
But his game was killing innocent people.
This murderous bastard began his killing by murdering his mother, and then literally over her dead body removed her firearms to be used in his shooting spree. This occurred, we know from the official record, after he was turned down to buy his own guns because he didn’t want to wait two weeks to commit his horrific crime.
He wanted to murder now.
If these simple facts are not all you need to know about so-called “gun control” then you’re severely mentally challenged and are manifestly unfit to be a parent or even a citizen of this nation. A person who is willing to murder their own mother doesn’t give a damn about any law you can pass, no matter what it is. There is no law and no regulation that will stop such a person from committing their hideous crime. You can only hang a man once, and thus once the option to murder has been elected no law bars any aspect of his conduct.
This is simple logic and that it has escaped you labels you as either incompetent or worse, someone who is willing to literally sacrifice your own offspring for political purpose.
Each and every person who has supported so-called “gun control” measures that disarm peaceable citizens with the simple desire to be left alone and who are willing to defend themselves and those who are smaller, less-powerful and younger than the thugs who would take their lives have made a mistake.
Those who do so now, in the light of day of the facts, are willful co-conspirators with the evil bastards that we produce in our society. And yes, we make these Frankensteins and we must live with that.
….These monsters go into schools, theaters and shopping malls precisely because we emblazon them with signs telling these murderous bastards that nobody inside is capable of defending themselves. We state in bright lights and bold text that we the “law-abiding citizens” have intentionally forfeited the ability to put down the murderous thug that seeks to take our life and those in our charge.
You, Mr. and Mrs. Wheeler, are directly responsible for this as are any of the rest of we the people who have allowed this crap go on and cheered on the erection of those signs and the passage of those laws.
And now, to make matters worse, you are exploiting the blood of your dead son to expand those prohibitions rather than end them, to expand the places and times where a murderous bastard can take life without being effectively and immediate deterred by a peaceable citizen who willing to defend him or herself and others, including those who are too small or weak to do so on their own.
…Recently MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry claimed that “children do not belong to their parents.” Well now there’s everything I need to know about why we’ve lost our individual set of balls when it comes to parenting and the responsibility that arises with it!
