Congress Made Irrelevant: UN To Implement US Foreign Policy

Within moments after signing the Iran Nuke Deal, Obama’s regime rushed to the UN to have the “agreement” voted on and approved, nullifying any rejection of the deal by Congress. The UN votes Monday Morning.

I’m not going to spend the time pointing out how horrifyingly insane, dangerous, outrageous and ridiculous Obama’s gift of nukes to Iran’s Mullahs is – you can read that info all over the net.

I want to focus on the fact that Obama has just circumvented the US Congress in totality, and will make US foreign policy a purview of the UN.  Obama has now set as a precedent –  the bypassing of Congress altogether in matters of foreign and domestic policy.

We had warned that the Senate and The House had surrendered their Constitutional authority to Obama in the TPA by near unanimous vote back in May – and the fruits of this appeasement of the first US Dictator will bear bitter fruit.  The bitterness of which will be the deaths of tens or hundreds of millions in the near future.  As Mark Levin noted – Obama has planted the seeds of World War III – and this Congress and this current GOP leadership will bear the responsibility of the blood of all those dead on their hands and heads.  I make the statement that the entire GOP Republican leadership and all but one man in the Senate are GUILTY of treason and the suicide they have sentenced this nation to in their appeasement and surrender of their Authority to Obama.

Now they are completely powerless, impotent and totally irrelevant in being the check on tyranny that the Founders of this nation intended.

This appeasement in the TPA enables His Heinous to go ahead and bypass Congress when it comes to any foreign policy decisions and removes them completely from the hands of Americans and places them square in the hands of the UN.

The ink from Kerry’s pen was not even dry before agents for His Heinous rushed to the UN to ask for a vote on the agreement even though the TPA ‘supposedly’ provides a 60-day review of ‘agreements’ and ‘treaties’ Obama makes on his lonesome.  His Heinous already stated he will veto any attempts to reject the deal, and the Bob Corker amendment to the TPA makes it IMPOSSIBLE for Congress to override Obama’s veto.

But just-in-case enough of the details of this horrifying aid and comfort to Tehran sway Congress to actually override Obama’s promised veto – Obama took the deal to the UN in order for them to cement it into place.

The regime has essentially stated that this action at the UN is a form of ‘insurance’ to secure the deal from any rejection.  Obama has already said that Congressional rejection of this deal is “effectively vetoing the judgement of 99% of the international community,” laying the insurance policy down like a gauntlet of intimidation.  As if a consensus of global morons seig-heiling madmen at a global Nuremberg-esque rally with Tehran makes a moral difference whether or not we should oppose the seeds of our own annihilation.

The gargantuan fool Senator Bob (Jar-Jar Binks) Corker (R- TN) – even admits that there is nothing that Congress can do to stop this pathway for Iranian nuclear weapons, no wonders there since he was the marionette imbecile that actually handed Obama his dictatorship.   It’s interesting how fools are so easily beguiled into handing genocidal despots their dictatorships.

The genesis for the deaths of millions or billions of people has been planted and sown by Obama who was given aid and comfort to do this via the Republicans in Congress.   Let us never forget who bears the responsibility and blame for the treason that has been committed here.  Obama was not able to become a defacto dictator on his own.

UN Security Council to Vote Monday Morning on Iran Deal

The U.N. Security Council scheduled a vote for first thing Monday morning on a resolution endorsing the Iran nuclear deal.

The resolution was circulated to council members Wednesday by the United States. Members were also briefed by both Iran and the other countries that negotiated the landmark agreement to curb Iran’s nuclear program.

With all five veto-wielding permanent members of the Security Council involved in the marathon Iran negotiations, the resolution’s adoption Monday was almost certain.

The resolution implements an intricate deal that places restrictions on Iran’s nuclear program while allowing relief from sanctions that the country’s leaders say have hurt its economy.

Monday’s vote came despite calls from some U.S. lawmakers to delay Security Council approval until Congress reviews the deal.

The chairman of the Senate’s foreign relations committee, Bob Corker, on Thursday wrote a letter to President Barack Obama saying, “We urge you to postpone the vote at the United Nationsuntil after Congress considers this agreement.”

But the chief U.S. negotiator in the Iran talks, Wendy Sherman, rejected that idea Thursday.

She told reporters: “It would have been a little difficult when all of the (countries negotiating with Iran) wanted to go to the United Nations to get an endorsement of this, since it is a product of the United Nations process, for us to say, ‘Well, excuse me, the world, you should wait for the United States Congress.'”

Sherman said the council resolution allows the “time and space” for a congressional review before the measure actually takes effect.

Obama: ISIS Has “Legitimate Grievances” Biden: “Christians Commit Violence In The Name Of The Bible” Obama: “Islam Not Responsible For Terrorism”

Obama says terrorists need jobs and opportunities; America must “Lift up the voice of tolerance” adding “Muslims are unfairly targeted with suspicion”

The Trojan Horse Traitor in the White House doubled-down on his regime’s appeasement and support of Jihad terrorists including ISIS.  Obama once again turned all admonitions into his communist manifesto asserting that “violent extremists” (Jihad terrorists) need jobs and “opportunities” because “resentments fester” and “extremism grows when millions are impoverished”.   So in one speech Obama justifies ISIS and atrocities committed in the name of Islamic jihadists by saying they have ‘legitimate grievances’ while out of the other side of his mouth – says Islam has nothing to do with terrorism.

Obama insisted that ISIS is NOT ISLAMIC while at this very same event at the White House the day before, Joe Biden declared that “Extremists commit violence in the name of the bible”.

Obama warned that Muslims are unfairly regarded with suspicion, insisting “we must raise the voice of tolerance” in the US and beyond.  A dichotomy of the absurd since Obama himself equated the mass beheadings of Christians by ISIS with the Crusades , lecturing us that atrocities are committed in the Name of Christ at the National Prayer Breakfast two weeks ago.  Isn’t it interesting that Obama will easily state that violence is committed in the name of Jesus but will never utter the truth that terrorism is being committed in the name of Mohammed?  That is because Obama himself is aiding and abetting the rise of the two emerging Islamic Caliphates, whereupon all this insanity, appeasement and misdirection is intended to abolish any resolve to stand against the Islamic State’s march on the world.

So the official position of the United States is that Jihadists need jobs and economic opportunity or muslims will join a jihad.  In other words, we cannot judge what ISIS is doing with the beheadings and mass murder as evil because these jihadists have “legitimate grievances”.

As insane as that sounds, that is exactly what Obama meant, along with the subtle references that Christians and the Bible are the world’s REAL terrorists.

Obama’s ridiculous “White House Countering Violent Extremism Summit” circus, is simply a venue to publicly appease Jihadist Islam while bashing Christians and “Right Wing militias”.  At his “summit” Obama invited known Islamic Terrorists and supporters of Jihad to attend with group representatives having links to ISIS.  On this platform Obama loudly insisted that we will never be at war with Islam saying “These terrorists are desperate for legitimacy and all us have a responsibility to refute the notion that groups like ISIL somehow represent Islam”.  Except that ISIS itself is called “The ISLAMIC STATE” and is conquering territory for the EXPRESS PURPOSE of establishing an Islamic State that will wage jihad across the globe and impose Islam on the world at the edge of the sword.

It is becoming self-evident that Obama is an Apologist for Jihadists and given his words and actions, is potentially an agent for the Caliphate himself.

 

Obama says world should address ‘grievances’ that terrorists exploit

Obama defended his administration’s approach to the terror threat at a White House summit Wednesday, standing by claims that groups like the Islamic State do not represent Islam — as well as assertions that job creation could help combat extremism.

Obama, addressing the Washington audience on the second day of the summit, said the international community needs to address “grievances” that terrorists exploit, including economic and political issues.

…“We do have to address the grievances that terrorists exploit including economic grievances,” he said.

He also said no single religion was responsible for violence and terrorism, adding he wants to lift up the voice of tolerance in the United States and beyond.

…Obama also called on Muslim leaders to “do more to discredit the notion that our nations are determined to suppress Islam, that there is an inherent clash in civilizations.”

Obama acknowledged that some Muslim-Americans have concerns about working with the government, particularly law enforcement, and that their reluctance “is rooted in the objection to certain practices where Muslim-Americans feel they’ve been unfairly targeted.”

He said it was important it make sure that abuses stop and are not repeated and that “we do not stigmatize entire communities.” He also said it was vital that “no one is profiled or put under a cloud of suspicion simply because of their faith.”

Unless of course you are Christian.  Then this regime will slander the entire faith, and declare Christians to be extremists and terrorists.

 

 

 

Appeasing Islam

While this fella is a self-described Atheist, and he and I would vehemently disagree about our fundamental beliefs, what he has to say about Islam here is quite true.

Not only of the cowardly multicultural appeasers in Europe, but also here in America.

It is both serious, and seriously funny.

Unintended Consequences: Tolerance Turns Moderate Muslims Militant

You might recall the troublemaker in your school in days gone by. He was the fella who seemed to get away with starting fights, causing trouble, inciting mayhem and as long as he was placated and tolerated by both teachers and students – he got away with even more outlandish behavior.

Bullies and troublemakers when put into their place, and resisted – either abandon their attempts to intimidate and threaten, or change their ways. Those that have their behavior excused and apologised for, become even more radical, encouraging even average kids who would not get into trouble on their own, into trying on the mantle of the troublemaker.

Tolerance and appeasement of evil is to compromise with it, and the unintended consequences of doing so has turned moderate Muslims, into radical militants.

Britain’s Daily Mail, Jan. 29, 2007, reported in the article “Multiculturalism drives young Muslims to shun British values”:

Multiculturalism has alienated an entire generation of young Muslims and made them increasingly radical, a report has found. In stark contrast with their parents, growing numbers sympathize with extreme teachings of Islam, with almost four in 10 wanting to live under Sharia law in Britain. The study identifies significant support for wearing the veil in public … and even punishment by death for Muslims who convert to another religion. Most alarmingly, 13 percent of young Muslims said they “admired” organizations such as al-Qaida which are prepared to “fight the West.”
Germany’s Spiegel, Dec. 20, 2007, reported in the article “Interior Ministry warns of radicalization of Muslims”:

A new study released by Germany’s Interior Ministry has added new fuel to the debate about integration of Muslims in Germany, with the report warning about the danger of radicalization of Muslims. According to the study … 40 percent of Muslims surveyed had a “fundamentalist orientation” … 6 percent of those surveyed were classified as having “violent tendencies,” while 14 percent of respondents had “anti-democratic” tendencies. … The report also concluded that religious beliefs are becoming increasingly important for young people.
Europe is wondering why fundamental Islam is not assimilating; history may reveal the reason.

The word “Islam” means submission to the will of Allah, and a “Muslim” is someone who has submitted. A “dhimmi” is an inferior non-Muslim coerced to submit.

Muhammad divided the world into two parts: those who have submitted and those yet to submit. He called these two parts the House of Islam and the House of War, pronounced in Arabic “dar al-Islam” and “dar al-harb.”

Within 100 years of Muhammad’s death in A.D. 632, fundamental Islamic caliphs, with cavalry armed with scimitar swords, subjugated vast areas of the world: Arabia, Persia, the Holy Land, North Africa, Spain, Southern France, Sicily, Central Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia.

Egypt was conquered by Muslim Gen. Amr ibn al-As. Gen. Khalid ibn al-Walid was called the “Drawn Sword of Allah” for being undefeated in nearly 100 battles.

In the next 1,000 years, Sultans subdued Indonesia, Java, Borneo, Sumatra, the Byzantine Empire, the Balkans, Armenia, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Wallachia, Moldova, Serbia and regions of China, Tibet, Bengal, Mongolia, India, Russia, Hungary and Poland.

In 1529 and 1683, over 100,000 Turkish Muslims attack Vienna, Austria.

Whereas “world peace” in the West means peaceful coexistence, “world peace” in Islam means the world submitting to the will of Allah.

Since there is no one theological body governing all of Islam, faithful Muslims have developed differing views.

Moderate Muslims think the remaining area of the world will submit to Allah in the distant future, maybe at the Hour of Judgment. Therefore, since it is so far off, it is acceptable to get along with non-Muslims in the present.

Fundamental violent Muslims think the rest of the world is submitting to Allah now and feel it is Islam’s “manifest destiny” to make it happen. They would just as soon fight moderate Muslims, considering them backslidden from following the example of Muhammad and the caliphs.

Moderate Muslims are hesitant to speak out against fundamental violent Muslims, as occasionally one does and they are threatened, intimidated, forced to change their names for protection, have fatwas put on them and even killed.

So there could, in a sense, be three groups of Muslims: a minority of fundamental violent ones; a majority of moderate ones who are afraid of the fundamental violent ones; and the courageous dead ones who were not afraid of the fundamental violent ones.

The West may be inadvertently fueling the problem by not understanding that fundamental Muslims interpret their “politeness” as weakness or submission.

Saudi Arabia was pressured to revise its fundamental textbooks supplied to Muslim schools around the world, including the U.S., because they contained intolerance.

The Washington Post, May 21, 2006, published excerpts of these textbooks in an article “This is a Saudi textbook (after the intolerance was removed)”:

4TH GRADE: “True belief means … that you hate the polytheists and infidels.”

5TH GRADE: “It is forbidden for a Muslim to be a loyal friend to someone who does not believe in Allah and His Prophet.”

8TH GRADE: “The apes are Jews, the people of the Sabbath; while the swine are the Christians, the infidels of the communion of Jesus.”

9TH GRADE: “It is part of Allah’s wisdom that the struggle between the Muslim and the Jews should continue until the Hour [of Judgment].”

11TH GRADE: “Do not yield to Christians and Jews on a narrow road out of honor and respect.”

One may have to read that last line again:

“DO NOT YIELD to Christians and Jews on a narrow road out of honor and respect.”

In other words, when a Christian or Jew thinks they are being polite by letting a Muslim go first, the fundamental student is taught that they are simply acknowledging Islam’s superiority.

Thus the dilemma:

If the West naively promotes tolerance of a belief system that does not promote tolerance, it is effectively promoting intolerance.

If the West refuses to promote an intolerant belief system, it is accused of being intolerant.

Muslims still sees the West, and particularly America, as a predominately Judeo-Christian.

Newsweek Magazine (September 2005) reported America as 85 percent Christian (58 percent Protestant, 22 percent Catholic, 5 percent other Christian); 2 percent Jewish; 1 percent atheist; 0.5 percent Buddhist; 0.5 percent Hindu; 10 percent other/non-reporting; and 1 percent Muslim.

So the question is: What goes through the mind of a moderate Muslim, who thinks the world will submit to Allah in the distant future, when he sees this predominately Judeo-Christian nation going to great lengths to tolerate Islam now?

Let’s look at the history of Islam’s influence in the United States:

1991 – Imam Siraj Wahhaj was the first Muslim to offer prayer in the U.S. House of Representatives.

1992 – Imam Warith Deen Muhammad was the first Muslim to offer prayer in the U.S. Senate.

1993 – Abdul Rasheed Muhammad became the first Muslim U.S. Army chaplin (imam), spiritually instructing about 5,000 Muslim soldiers.

1996 – Monje Malak Abd Al-Muta”Ali ibn Noel Jr. became the First Muslim U.S. Naval chaplain (imam).

1996 – First lady Hillary Clinton hosted a White House reception for Muslims on Id al-Fitr, the end of Ramadan.

1999 – New York City Police Department appointed its first Muslim chaplain, Imam Izak-El M. Pasha.

1999 – U.S. Postal Service published its first stamp honoring a Muslim leader, Malcolm X.

2001, Aug. 1 – U.S. Postal Service issued the Islamic postage stamp, “Eid Mubarak.”

2001, Sept. 11 – Fundamental Muslim terrorist attacks.

2001, Nov. 16 – Muslim chaplain of Georgetown University prayed in the U.S. House of Representatives, followed by a dinner hosted by President Bush to honor the occasion.

2001, Nov. 19 – President Bush was the first president to invite 50 ambassadors from Islamic countries to celebrate Ramadan, where, for the first time in the White House, Muslims knelt and touched the floor with their foreheads in a formal ceremony.

2002, Dec. 5 – President Bush was the first president to take off his shoes to visit an Islamic Center.

2005, Jan. 20 – President Bush was the first president to mention the Quran in an Inaugural Address.

2007, Jan. 4 – Nancy Pelosi stood next to Keith Ellison as he swore upon a Quran to become the first Muslim U.S. congressman.

2007, April 5 – Highest member of the U.S. Congress, speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, went to Syria and submitted to Islamic law by covering her head with a Muslim Hijab (veil).

2007, April 17 – President Bush was the first president to appoint a Muslim U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, Zalmay Khalilzad.

2007, June – First Muslim prayer meeting began in the U.S. Capitol building, bowing toward Mecca.

2008, Jan. 9 – President Bush was the first president to call for fulfilling the Muslim dream of pressuring Israel to give up sole sovereignty of Jerusalem.

2008 – Barak Hussein Obama, the first presidential candidate whose middle name is that of Muhammad’s grandson, told the French magazine Paris Match, Jan. 31, 2008: “Once I’m elected, I want to organize a summit in the Muslim world.”

So the question again is: What goes through the mind of a moderate Muslim, who thinks the world will submit to Allah in the distant future, when they see this predominately Judeo-Christian nation going to great lengths to tolerate Islam now?

Though America’s actions are done in hopes that tolerance of Islam will result in Muslims being more tolerant of non-Muslims, an unintended consequence is emerging, namely, that these actions are actually radicalizing some moderate Muslims by providing proof that the world is submitting to Allah – not in the distant future – but right now before their eyes!

They become persuaded that that their long-awaited desire of the non-Muslim world “dar al-harb” (House of War) becoming “dar al-Islam” (House of Islam) is imminent.

The excitement many Muslims feel is akin to what Christians and Jews felt in 1948.

For centuries, Old Testament verses about Israel being gathered from the nations to their homeland (i.e., Ezekiel 36:24, Isaiah 66:8) were taken figuratively or thought to occur in the distant future. When Israel suddenly became a nation again in 1948, there was great excitement in Jewish and Christian circles at the possibility these Old Testament scriptures were literally being fulfilled.

Islamic excitement can be understood in the context of honor or pride.

In a football analogy, if a team is dishonored by many seasons of poor performance, fans are humiliated, embarrassed and become passive. But if the team suddenly has a winning streak and is headed toward the playoffs, fans are filled with pride. They come out of the woodwork, put on the team’s jerseys, fill stadiums, paint their bodies, mascots are lifted high, and when the opposing team fumbles, the cheering mob roars with enthusiasm. They become radicalized.

In nature, when a fleeing antelope becomes exhausted, the pursing lion charges harder.

This is similar to a presidential candidate no one takes seriously suddenly winning a few primaries. The increased media coverage energizes supporters to work harder, thus catapulting the candidate to be a front-runner.

Islam’s rapid growth is exhilarating to fundamental Muslims. The Pew Forum on Religion & Public Life (October 2005) reported:

Islam is already the fastest-growing religion in Europe. Driven by immigration and high birthrates, the number of Muslims on the continent has tripled in the last 30 years. Most demographers forecast a similar or even higher rate of growth in the coming decades.
Could it be the more the West exhibits hyper-tolerance, the more it turns some moderate Muslims, who believe the world will submit to Allah in the distant future, into fundamental violent Muslims, who view this tolerance as evidence the world is submitting to Allah now?

“Personal” tolerance in the West is rooted in Judeo-Christian concepts like “love your enemies” and “turn the other cheek,” but Franklin D. Roosevelt warned regarding “national” tolerance in a Fireside Chat, Dec. 29, 1940:

“No man can tame a tiger into a kitten by stroking it.”

Surrendering To Islam In The Name of Multiculturalism and Political Correctness

The LORD will send on you curses, confusion and rebuke in everything you put your hand to, until you are destroyed and come to sudden ruin because of the evil you have done in forsaking him…The LORD will afflict you with madness, blindness and confusion of mind…The LORD will drive you and the king you set over you to a nation unknown to you or your fathers. There you will worship other gods…You will become a thing of horror and an object of scorn and ridicule to all the nations where the LORD will drive you….The alien who lives among you will rise above you higher and higher, but you will sink lower and lower. He will lend to you, but you will not lend to him. He will be the head, but you will be the tail.

All these curses will come upon you. They will pursue you and overtake you until you are destroyed, because you did not obey the LORD your God and observe the commands and decrees he gave you.

I cannot help but read the news of late and think of those verses in Deuteronomy when reading about the abject surrender to Islam taking place across the West, a surrender wholeheartedly given in the name of “tolerance”, “diversity”, “multiculturalism” and all things that make the West loathe it’s own flesh and culture while ceding ground to Sharia Islam’s dominance.

This is truly amazing and momentous to watch unfold with breakneck speed in comparison to the normal historical course of rot that crumbles civilizations. Instead of a century or two, Modern Western Civilization might be gone in less than a decade or two. The surrender of the West to barbarians may end up beating France’s record of surrendering to the Nazis in WWII with perhaps nary a shot fired.

Many in America slumber in oblivion to Islam’s relentless march to conquer the world for Islam and the strides it has made in Europe to turn a once vibrant culture of Christendom into the satellite states of a new Islamic Eurabia. Americans erroneously look at the spectre of Jihadist Islam as a result of President Bushs’ war in Iraq and Afghanistan, seeming to have willfully forgotten about an event six years ago that announced the Beast in our own backyards. Instead of facing up to this reality that has been growing under our noses, Americans seek solace in blaming Jihadism on American and Western “blowback” to interventionism in Muslim nations. As radical Islam asserts itself boldly, few are willing to consider the fact that as Christianity has been discarded in Europe, the vaccuum is being filled by militant Islam, and a people who no longer hold to foundational prinicples are ill-equipped to defend what is left of their culture or civilization from a beast that is hungry for global domination.

America had better wake up and quick, for that same poison that infects a dying culture in Europe – is coursing through our own veins even faster here. Our own capitulation to Mexican nationals enclaving in our own nation and the pandering made by lobbyists and politicians themselves to appease their demands are but a microcosym of Europe’s dalliance in appeasing Muslim Immigrants. The idea of demanding assimilation to the host culture is now seen as ‘racism’ and as we are experiencing, it only takes a few cowards in high places to grant a victory – whether percevied or real, to Jihadists.

No doubt by now, many of you have read the remarks by The Archbishop of Canterbury Dr. Rowan Williams state that the adoption of certain aspects of Sharia law in the UK “seems unavoidable” and that the public had to “face up to the fact that some of its citizens do not relate to the British legal system”. A declaration of defeat could not be any louder outside of the populace waving white flags outside of every Muslim Mosque in Britain. Unfortunately, Dr. Rowan has done that on their behalf and Jihadists smell victory in conquering not only the softer appeasement nations in Europe – but England herself.

Daniel Pipes notes the dire threat in his essay with these thooughts:

the British population is engaged in a momentous encounter with Islam…exemplify changes now underway. Home Secretary Jacqui Smith describes terrorism as “anti-Islamic.”

First, the UK government has decided that terrorism by Muslims in the name of Islam is actually unrelated to Islam, or even anti-Islamic. This notion took root in 2006 when the Foreign Office, afraid that the term “war on terror” would inflame British Muslims, sought language that upholds “shared values as a means to counter terrorists.” By early 2007, the European Union issued a classified handbook that banned jihad, Islamic, and fundamentalist in reference to terrorism, offering instead some “non-offensive” phrases. Last summer, Prime Minister Gordon Brown prohibited his ministers from using the word Muslim in connection with terrorism. In January, Home Secretary Jacqui Smith went further, actually describing terrorism as “anti-Islamic.” And last week the Home Office completed the obfuscation by issuing a counter-terrorism phrasebook that instructs civil servants to refer only to violent extremism and criminal murderers, not Islamist extremism and jihadi-fundamentalists.

…Although widely denounced (and in danger of losing his job), Williams may be right about the Shari‘a being unavoidable, for it is already getting entrenched in the West.

It only takes one or two clueless leaders to signal our ruin by attempting to sound “reasonable” by entreating the unreasonable. This is not unlike how America surrenders it’s law and it’s courts to Illegal Mexicans. Indeed, America herself is about the task of calling for the closing the Guantanamo Bay Detention facility in Cuba to put Jihadists into the protection of the U.S. Legal system – with all rights and privileges betstowed upon them normally reserved for American citizens. Presidential candidates McCain, Clinton and Obama all share that view and would implement the closing of Gitmo almost immediately upon their ascendency to the Presidency. The Second Court of Appeals of the State of Texas has rendered a ruling on the enforceability of shari’a judgments rendered by imams. According to the Texas appeals court, it’s all good.

You’ve heard of the Texas Courts. Ladies and gentlemen, make way for the Texas Islamic Courts!!!

The parties will ask the courts to refer the cases for arbitration to Texas Islamic court within “Seven Days” from the establishment of the Texas Islamic Court panel of Arbitrators. The assignment must include ALL cases, including those filed against or on behalf of other family members related to the parties. Each party will notify the other party, Texas Islamic Court, and their respective attorneys, in writing of the assignment of all the above Cause Numbers from the above appropriate District Court to Texas Islamic Court.
In general, private arbitration agreements are enforceable by government courts. Shari’a arbitration agreements are one type of private arbitration agreement. Without a theory as to why shari’a arbitration agreements shouldn’t be enforced by the courts, I’m not sure what else the appeals court could have done in this case. Still, this is not a welcome development.

The poison of Liberal-Left ideologies critical of Christian culture has made huge overtures towards the embracement of Islamic extremism, becoming defacto apologists for Jihadists out of both fear of any more war and terrorism and also out of loathing Western culture itself. The applause and celebration of anything and everything that counters or is anethema to Christian civilization is embraced and promoted by the Secular and Religious Left in a decaying and declining English-speaking dominated West. Archbishop Rowan is a huge example of the insanity and wasting away of common sense the push for multicultural ideology wreaks on a nation and why people of sense and morality must eschew it if our civilization is to survive.

All of this boils down to the fact that a Multicultural Leftist Society is completely ignorant of how Islamists are using our emoting sensibilities against us from within.

…Islamists simply love the western concept of multiculturalism. It suits them perfectly to press on with their agenda of Islamization of western societies, by using the concepts of western democracy, freedom of expression, secularism, and respect for diverse culture, religion, language, and tradition. The Islamists cleverly use these noble ideals and good intentions to defeat the western policy makers in their own game.

We must comprehend that the Islamists have a totally different idea of multiculturalism. The foundation of Islamic Multiculturalism is solidly based on the supremacy of Islam, primacy of the Arabs, and the global Islamic Ummah. They find the western concept of multiculturalism too easy to use to their advantage.

For example, when Australia organizes ‘interfaith dialogue,’ the Islamists find in it an unparallel opportunity to espouse the ‘beauty’ of Islam. Mainly funded by the infidel tax payers, the ‘interfaith dialogue’ has become the best platform to advance Islam in the west. Thanks to those Westerners who are ignorant about Islam and are gullible useful idiots, the Islamists are laughing all the way to the mosques, knowing full well that Islam is totally safe in the hands of western politicians. The Islamists have nothing to worry about in terms of their agenda to eventually impose Islam on the infidel lands. The politicians of the infidel territories are doing the job for them (i.e., promoting Islam). These politicians even appoint the Islamists as advisors or consultative group in tackling Islamic terrorism.

…The Qur’an makes it very clear that Allah is the owner of infidel lands. This is non-negotiable. Here are a few sample verses:

Allah gradually reduces the land controlled by the unbelievers… 21.44

This means the victory of Islam by expropriating and usurping the land of unbelievers. Ibn Kathir, the eminent exegete of the Qur’an, simply confirms this. Jalalyn, another formidable Islamic scholar, accentuates ibn Kathir by saying that Allah diminishes the land of the unbelievers by granting Muhammad (read Muslims) victory through conquest. One of the earliest Islamic scholars, ibn Abbas (Muhammad’s cousin), also writes that Allah seizes the land of the unbelievers by conquering it for Muhammad.

Allah gradually reduces the land under the control of the unbelievers from its outlying borders…13:41

Ibn Kathir writes that this verse refers to Muslims gaining the upper hand over idolaters. If we though that Allah is merciful to the Christians and the Jews, we are wrong. The Qur’an treats the Jews and the Christians as idolaters.

Islamic freedom of expression means the right to call the infidels dogs and beasts.

Those who reject faith (non Muslims) are like panting dogs; preaching to them is a waste of time…7:176

Those who reject the Qur’an, wrong themselves; they are evils (their example is that of a dog—ibn Abbas)…7:177

The unbelievers are the worst beasts (or worst animals) in the eyes of Allah…8:55

On the explanation of these verses, Ibn Kathir writes that the unbelievers who do not embrace Islam and break treaties are the worst moving creatures on earth; Muslims should punish them harshly and inflict heavy casualties to them.

Muslims are the legitimate owners and rulers of all infidel lands.

When the Islamists migrate to an infidel land, they do not enter a foreign land. They are actually occupying a land which Allah has reserved for them. Any Islamist will tell that the entire earth belongs to Allah. Therefore, every Muslim has the inalienable right to move to an infidel land and occupy it for the sake of Allah.

…From Canada, to Britain, to Australia, the USA, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, and in virtually every infidel land, Islamists are pursuing their agenda doggedly. What they might not achieve through Islamic terrorism, they will accomplish through political lobbying. This is far more dangerous than Islamic terrorism.

it has been said many times that Political Correctness will be the death of us all. With Sharia Islam, that is in fact, a certainty.

Lest I wind up standing back-to-back with actor Will Smith tomorrow morning defending myself against flying produce (Smith is taller, so I might not fare too badly), I’ll insert the disclaimer here: My personal, moral and religious values preclude a belief that any ethnic group is inherently superior or inferior to any other.

That being said, periodically I find it necessary and useful to state that such values do not preclude a belief that a particular culture might be inherently superior or inferior to another, and this is precisely the comparison I am making as regards Western culture versus the retrograde Indo-Arabic culture that spawns the mentality and social convention we glimpse in radical Islam.

True, the West and Western-influenced cultures do produce our share of sick freaks, however one cannot compare the body counts generated by one Jeffrey Dahmer, Jim Jones or even Aum Shinrikyo to that of radical Islamists worldwide or the primal, inhuman barbarity that is the hallmark of so many of their atrocities. Islamic extremists around the globe are currently averaging one People’s Temple-sized massacre each month, according to a cross section of media outlets, both reputable and questionable.

Benazir Bhutto, like many heads of state, particularly in the Third World, was no saint. Though definitely a cut far above her craven killers, this wasn’t Gandhi getting gunned down. In addition to the charges of corruption that plagued Bhutto during her tenure, the former Pakistani prime Minister was party to the repression of religious minorities in Pakistan. As is the case with many foreign politicos America has supported (and perhaps should not have), being an open advocate of cooperation with the West was Bhutto’s chief appeal. It was widely expected that her pro-Western stance would result in a government more cooperative and less duplicitous than that of the Pervez Musharraf regime.

This brings us to the likely course that might have been taken by the Bush administration and whichever administration follows. Was the hope that Bhutto would have immediately allowed NATO forces into northern Pakistan to wipe out Taliban and Al-Qaeda operatives – as opposed to sucking another $10 billion in American taxpayers’ money out of the invertebrates in high office as did Musharraf? The scenario is indeed reminiscent of that in Egypt, where a “cooperative” Sadat replaced the anti-West, anti-Israel Gamal Abdel Nasser, with Bhutto being an avatar of the former. As long as the U.S. aid dollars kept flowing, Sadat was willing to come to the table with Israeli leaders. It bears mentioning that he too was gunned down for his political coziness with the West.

America cannot bribe the whole world into “playing nice,” although many Western politicians and globalists think we can. If this sort of foreign policy strikes the reader as profoundly stupid, that’s because it is. For some reason, the West has a habit of employing such doctrines (profoundly stupid ones) in order to forestall clashes which seem inevitable to the lay observer, and which result in protracted global conflagrations (as opposed to transitory hostilities) as a result of inaction (or indecisive action) on the part of the West.

In the case of radical Islam, the establishment media conveniently skirts the magnitude of the Islamofascist problem. In the Sudan, 2.2 million people, mostly Christians, are dying slowly in concentration camps at the hands of Islamic militias who to date have killed tens of thousands of Sudanese. Al-Qaeda has even made inroads into Africa. Civil unrest, promoted by radical Muslims and allowed to fester into a full-scale and intractable insurgence in the southern Philippines and southeast Asia was apparent since the late 1990s, although it began long before then. Among the thousands of kidnapping, rape and murder victims of these thugs who claim Allah was an American missionary couple and most notably of late included the slaughter of Buddhist monks at Myanmar in Burma. I could easily go on…

Another key point that has been poorly analyzed by the press: “Radical Islam” is not monolithic. As evidenced in Iraq, sects not considered to be part of the global jihad have no compunction toward killing and persecuting one another. This is the way it has been in the Islamic world for centuries, and what we in America have to look forward to if we deny that elements of this religion are fundamentally incompatible with our culture, and therefore inassimilable.

The aforementioned lack of decisiveness on the part of the West that has served to embolden these cultural ubermenschen has its roots in one place: The political Left. A cursory study of history is all that is required to confirm the rot which began with Karl Marx and spread to putrefy first Russia, then much of Europe and parts of Asia, Africa and South America. In the United States, the “struggle” to bring about a socialist or communist model of government has been ongoing since the days of the Bolsheviks and Jack Reed. The degradation of America’s cultural fiber, the advent of moral relativism and the Orwellian representations of the press and far-Left politicians have been initiated by design in order to further this end.

As a result, Europe and the Americas have become overrun with intellectually pathetic milquetoasts, lambs for the slaughter by elitist secular-socialist gangsters in government.

It’s ironic that a nation – ours – which used to be unashamedly Christian also used to be intelligent enough to take prudent action against its enemies, even when that meant the regrettable tragedies associated with collateral damage. Now, a U.S. soldier on active duty overseas cannot accidentally bump into a civilian at the bazaar without it appearing on the front page of The New York Times; we legitimize manifestly criminal organizations like The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), and are admonished by dull-normal entertainers to tolerate or even embrace our enemies’ point of view – regardless of the fact that our enemies have sworn to utterly destroy us and our way of life no matter what we say or do. The employment of this relativism in putting backward cultures on a par with America’s is ironic, an intellectually dishonest conceit and a dangerous example of false humility.

Cavemen emerged from the caverns in which they had dwelt since the seventh century, and the culture shock melted their brains. Are we expected to abide and endure their unformed primitive social paradigms and their antisocial reactions to the world that passed them by?

I think not.

All of which begs the proverbial question: If we abandon all restraint and show our enemy no quarter, are we not then in danger of perceiving him as the subhuman creature he perceives us to be, and “becoming what we behold?”

The answer: Only if we have hatred and bigotry rather than prudence in our hearts. If we objectively examine the extremes of our enemy’s philosophy, it simply comes down to an issue of self-preservation. The homeowner ought not be expected to pause and examine the motives of an armed home invader when he or she has the means to defend themselves, nor should the camper consider the legal ramifications of taking down the bear that’s about to rake his ribcage open with one swipe if he or she happens to have a rifle at the ready.

The individual who believes America is not entitled to that – at least – is a damn fool.

America The Evil…

Bob Parks hits one out of the park with this observation, of which I wholeheartedly concur. In today’s hyper-sensitive cultural backwardness, common sense has taken a vacation with wisdom it seems, and Mr. Parks here illustrates why the Left and the anti-war brigades are bankrupting our morale and consigning us to surrender.

America The Evil

America is an evil nation with evil people. That is, except for our leftists, right?

Whether it be another lawsuit alleging the mistreatment of enemy combatants, who wear no official uniform, or any number of documentaries produced that make America the mother of all evil empires, I’m beyond tired of seeing the ungrateful protected by our government, the very government they gleefully excoriate daily.

In this war on terror, I’ve given up hope that just once someone on the left would publicly show as much disdain for those who strap bombs on themselves to blow up civilians, and those who kidnap civilians and cut their heads off with knives, as they vilify their own soldiers whom they claim to care so much about.

“Blackwater is not the only private U.S. corporation facing lawsuits for alleged abuses in Iraq, on Monday hundreds of Iraqis held at Abu Ghraib prison filed a lawsuit against the private military contractor CACI.

“The suit alleges the Iraqis were repeatedly sodomized, threatened with rape, kept naked in their cells, subjected to electric shock, attacked by unmuzzled dogs and subjected to serious pain inflicted on sensitive body parts while being held at Abu Ghraib.”

Tell you what.

If I was an enemy combatant detained today in an American jail, I’d being saying that I was repeatedly sodomized, threatened with rape, kept naked in my cell, subjected to electric shock, attacked by unmuzzled dogs, and subjected to serious pain inflicted on sensitive body parts if I knew some bleeding heart American lawyer would believe me and vigorously defend me.

Despite the fact that coercion (and warrantless wiretaps) was used to extract information that’s thwarted many a terrorist plot to kill civilians all around the world, America is continually being declared the enemy by citizens of our own country.

And when a bomb goes off somewhere in the world, in a crowded marketplace or discothèque, our same liberals never decry the senseless violence perpetrated by ideological sadists. They’re occupied looking for another American serviceman to charge with atrocities.

Of course while chanting they support the troops, the lawsuits alleging torture and murder puts a bulls eye on every man and woman serving overseas, as well as the millions of civilians around the world who are targeted by an enemy that seeks our domination and has said as much numerous times.

Documentaries that point the finger of guilt at us achieves that same goal, while ignoring altogether those who cut of fingers, rape, stone women to death, and whose writings describe death to infidels in ways that would make Abu Ghraib look like Romper Room. I believe these atrocities and death wishes are ignored because our liberals are justifiably afraid of our enemy, and going after the “evil” United States is the cowardly, but easy way out.

One of these days, we will not extract all the necessary information needed to avert a mass terror attack. It may happen in the United States, and it may happen in any number of nations around the world. But I hope those who protect and serve our enemy will wake up in hell, knowing that their intentional, partisan attempts to vilify the one nation in the world, so evil, that millions are standing their place to immigrate to, have worked.

The blood of the hundreds, if not thousands or millions, of dead will not be on our hands. They’ll be on theirs, and the problem is they’re too narcissistic to see that what they’re doing is putting the world at risk.

All in the name of people who would cut their big heads off in a heartbeat.
