A day after it was learned the ATF already ‘banned’ the ammunition – then said it was a ‘printing error’ – today says they are “shelving” the ban. Shelving it for now, to impose it later.
While some will say we can now breathe a sigh of relief, I advise against sighing at all. They WILL BAN THIS AMMUNITION – and most likely overnight without any of us knowing it has been banned. Note the clever usage of words in their statement below that they will not “seek to issue final guidelines AT THIS TIME”.
“AT THIS TIME”.
They will ban it later – but NOT AT THIS TIME.
Why? Public and congressional outrage has to be diminished and then they will act in an instant once they think they have worn us out and can get away with it.
Of importance to remember is that White House Volksaufklärung und Propaganda Josh Earnest, stated last Monday that Obama is investigating new ways to enact further gun control by decree to his alphabet agencies.

So “the process is valuable for that reason alone”. What ‘process’ is that? Why the ‘process’ of Obama using Alphabet agencies under the Executive Branch to impose his will by decree outside of Congressional or public interference. They find using that ‘process’ “valuable” – and are looking at ‘additional ways’ to do so.
See, this ban is a ‘done deal’ – a ‘cake already baked’. What Obama wants, he gets by subterfuge, threats or imposition. It is the hallmark of a dictator, and he showcases that fact every single day.
The fact the ATF has ‘shelved’ this ban “at this time” is IRRELEVANT because I doubt you will be able to go to your gun shop or sporting goods store and purchase .223 green tipped ammunition now, or any time in the near future for that matter. The supplies are already bought up and what might be out there is available only in the secondary market at inflated prices. See, the government has gotten good at creating a shortage by simply making statements that cause a run over fears of it’s future unavailability.
We can only hope that the House and Senate use this time to create an offensive and pre-emptive effort to stop any attempt by the Alphabets to impose gun bans and control via execrative actions and decrees. But do not hold your breath – the GOP Leadership in both houses has demonstrated they will never stand up against Obama’s unConstitutional lawlessness when push comes to shove.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is shelving a controversial proposal to ban a popular type of bullet, amid opposition from hundreds of congressional lawmakers.
The ATF said in a statement on Tuesday it would not seek to issue the final guidelines “at this time.” The proposal pertained to M855 “green tip” ammunition, used in the AR-15 rifle; regulators looked at banning it because can pierce police body armor.

“ATF will not at this time seek to issue a final framework,” the agency said Tuesday. “The issues raised (so far) in the comments ATF has received to date will require further consideration, and fully processing all of the comments will take time. Given the overwhelming interest in this issue, and the issues raised in the comments received so far, ATF will not at this time issue a final framework.”
Reclassifying ammunition in order for Obama’s Alphabets to ban production and sale to the public was only step one in further actions planned “to ‘protect the Second Amendment’ and keep police safe”.

First up – Obama’s ATF/BATFE has directed the banning of .223/ 556 mm ammunition, the most popular round for the most popular rifle owned by Americans by RECLASSIFYING the round as ‘armor piercing’. Note that this is THE SAME EXACT TECHNIQUE Obama has used to get the Federal Government to take over the internet today: by reclassifying the target so it falls under their jurisdiction and regulating it by implementing regulatory rules the public has absolutely no influence over. So Obama will do to ammunition what he just did to the internet: reclassify it – regulate and ban it.
.223 is up first to be regulated and banned for retail sale by the ATF. Manufacturers will no longer be permitted to sell their inventories to anyone except the government. This will almost immediately eliminate what supplies are available to the public in the country, and we are already seeing this caliber flying off shelves and skyrocketing in price. Once this decree by Obama to the BATFE is implemented -mark my words here – they WILL use this precedent to to go after other calibers and rounds – so that even if there are successful court challenges – the stocks of ammunition available to John Q. Public will be scarce to non-existent. That is the intent.
Once retail sales to the public are banned, you can rest assured that somewhere in the not-too-distant future – possession will also be banned, and at that point nearly every American with an AR-15 or similar rifle will be an automatic federal felon. The first step with the camel’s nose under the tent is what Obama’s ATF is doing now. The camel can only go forward until it is completely inside the tent taking up everything. Once Obama and his Alphabets get away with this – they will be able to get away with whatever it is they seek to do to disarm you.
So now that this tyrannical evil regime in Washington has taken over the internet with power to control communication and information – now it apparently time to disarm the American people. Given the absolute silence and lack of any pushback against every imposition of tyranny being erected upon us – I fear for what is soon to come upon us all, at the hand of the very government solidifying and entrenching it’s power.

As promised, President Obama is using executive actions to impose gun control on the nation, targeting the top-selling rifle in the country, the AR-15 style semi-automatic, with a ban on one of the most-used AR bullets by sportsmen and target shooters.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives this month revealed that it is proposing to put the ban on 5.56mm ammo on a fast track, immediately driving up the price of the bullets and prompting retailers, including the huge outdoors company Cabela’s, to urge sportsmen to urge Congress to stop the president.
Wednesday night, Rep. Bob Goodlatte, the Republican chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, stepped in with a critical letter to the bureau demanding it explain the surprise and abrupt bullet ban. The letter is shown below.
The National Rifle Association, which is working with Goodlatte to gather co-signers, told Secrets that 30 House members have already co-signed the letter and Goodlatte and the NRA are hoping to get a total of 100 fast.
“The Obama administration was unable to ban America’s most popular sporting rifle through the legislative process, so now it’s trying to ban commonly owned and used ammunition through regulation,” said Chris W. Cox, executive director of the NRA-ILA, the group’s policy and lobby shop. “The NRA and our tens of millions of supporters across the country will fight to stop President Obama’s latest attack on our Second Amendment freedoms.”
At issue is so-called “armor-piercing” ammunition, an exemption for those bullets mostly used for sport by AR-15 owners, and the recent popularity of pistol-style ARs that use the ammo.
The inexpensive 5.56 M885 ammo, commonly called green tips, have been exempt for years, as have higher caliber ammunition that also easily pierces the type of soft armor worn by police, because it’s mostly used by target shooters, not criminals.
But now BATFE says that since the bullets can be used in semi-automatic handguns they pose a threat to police and must be banned from production, sale and use. But, as Goodlatte noted, offered no proof. Federal agencies will still be allowed to buy the ammo.
“This round is amongst the most commonly used in the most popular rifle design in America, the AR-15. Millions upon millions of M855 rounds have been sold and used in the U.S., yet ATF has not even alleged — much less offered evidence — that even one such round has ever been fired from a handgun at a police officer,” said Goodlatte’s letter.
Even some police don’t buy the administration’s claim. “Criminals aren’t going to go out and buy a $1,000 AR pistol,” Brent Ball, owner of 417 Guns in Springfield, Mo., and a 17-year veteran police officer told the Springfield News-Leader. “As a police officer I’m not worried about AR pistols because you can see them. It’s the small gun in a guy’s hand you can’t see that kills you.”
Many see the bullet ban as an assault on the AR-15 and Obama’s back-door bid to end production and sale.
“We are concerned,” said Justin Anderson with Hyatt Gun Shop in Charlotte, N.C., one of the nation’s top sellers of AR-15 style rifles. “Frankly, we’re always concerned when the government uses back-door methods to impose quasi-gun control.”
Groups like the National Shooting Sports Foundation suggest that under BATFE’s new rule, other calibers like popular deer hunting .308 bullets could be banned because they also are used in AR-15s, some of which can be turned into pistol-style guns. “This will have a detrimental effect on hunting nationwide,” said the group.
Federal agencies looking to employ a pincer move designed to ban just about all ammunition from public sale, because if they cannot ban the guns, they opt instead to ban the ammunition that feeds them.

As it wanes, the Obama administration grows bold, and even reckless, on matters that send a thrill up the leg of its most leftward supporters. Its new attack on so-called armor-piercing ammunition — which is, in reality, a very broad attack on ammunition across the board — is a dangerous and destructive example of the administration’s late-days slide into rule-by-decree.
…In 1986, Congress revised the Gun Control Act, inserting prohibitions against the manufacture and import of “armor-piercing ammunition.” Armor-piercing ammunition does not mean ammunition designed to defeat body armor — that would be too simple. It means, most broadly, ammunition that could defeat the soft body armor of the sort that was cutting edge in the 1980s. But banning all such ammunition as “armor-piercing” would have meant a ban on practically all hunting rifles…
…So, “armor-piercing” came to mean ammunition made of certain materials (tungsten alloys, steel, etc.) that could defeat certain kinds of body armor and that could be fired from a handgun. …It’s almost as though the agency is reasoning toward some specific, predetermined goal, isn’t it?
…The upshot of all this maneuvering is that the ATF intends to revoke the sporting exemption for certain popular kinds of .223 ammunition, allowing it to be reclassified as armor-piercing and therefore banned, even though it is not designed as armor-piecing ammunition and has no special armor-piercing characteristics. …But the fact that there is a multi-shot handgun commercially available for those non-lead .223 rounds means that such ammunition can be banned as armor-piercing, even though it is not armor-piercing ammunition, by use or by design.
So, everybody goes back to lead, right?
Wrong. Environmental groups have been pressuring the EPA to begin regulating — or to ban outright — lead ammunition under the Toxic Substances Control Act. They lost their most recent round when the D.C. Court of Appeals ruled that the EPA lacks statutory authority to regulate lead ammunition, but when has statutory authority stopped the Obama administration? The FCC has no statutory authority to enact net-neutrality rules — that’s why it has reached back to a 1930s, New Deal–era law for justification. You can be sure that the campaign to use the EPA or other federal agencies to ban lead ammunition is far from over. The U.S. Humane Society already is petitioning the Interior Department to ban lead ammunition on public lands.
What gun-rights advocates fear — not without reason — is that this is the beginning of a pincer movement, with the ATF banning non-lead ammunition as a threat to armor-wearing police officers and the EPA banning lead ammunition as a toxin.
…In a sense, the gun-grabbers were telling the truth when they said that they had no designs on our sporting rifles. But the ammunition for those rifles is another story.
In an ‘already done deal’, Obama’s ATF imposes back door gun control by banning the most popular caliber round for rifles in America by reclassifying .223 ball ammunition as ‘armor piercing’.
As we are seeing with Obama using his pen and his phone to issue decrees and order his alphabet agencies to take over the internet via the FCC and FEC – the ATF must have received a note and a call from Obama because over the weekend the ATF announced it will issue a federal ban on M855 Ball Ammunition which is the most common caliber round for rifles in the USA. The “ban”circumvents Congress altogether and as with the FCC and FEC Internet takeover – the “cake is baked” and the ban is already a ‘done deal’ and will be implemented next month.
Once this became public over the weekend, .223 caliber AR-15 ammunition has flown off shelves and the cost has skyrocketed at many retail outlets carrying the round.
The goose-stepping stooges at various Leftist forums and blogs are doing backflips of glee over this, calling the dictatorial move “brilliant back door gun control”.
Obama is moving quickly to impose his Communist tyranny and as history teaches, the moment a civilian populace is disarmed by a Socialist government, in short order they find themselves being exterminated.
A notice from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) shows the agency is considering a ban on the popular M855 AR-15 round — by re-categorizing the round as “armor piercing.”
Once categorized as “armor piercing,” sales of the M855 rounds can be restricted or banned altogether under language in the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA), which describes marketable ammunition as that which is “primarily intended to be used for sporting purposes.”
The ammunition guidelines set forth in the GCA are intended for handguns, but are also being applied to ammunition used in AR-15 rifles because AR-15 pistols fire the same ammunition.
On Friday, the NRA-ILA responded to ATF’s pending ammunition ban, describing it as “a move clearly intended by the Obama administration to repress the acquisition, ownership, and use of AR-15s and other .223 caliber general purpose rifles.” The NRA-ILA made it clear that this is but a “continuation of Obama’s use of his executive authority to impose gun control restrictions and bypass Congress.”
The ATF’s notice makes clear the agency will be accepting “comments for 30 days” prior to finalizing ban.
Who among us is stupid enough to think that the ATF and Obama would be moved to reverse their decision by an overwhelming majority of negative “comments” about this intended ban? If anything it is more likely to get your name on a list for a future raid at their discretion.
The popularity of the AR-15 is the reason it is a target of the Obama regime. That the ATF unexpectedly announced on Friday night, the 13th that it intends to ban commonplace M855 ball ammunition as “armor piercing ammunition.” is more of the same M.O. of this tyrannical Imperial dictatorship. It simply makes decrees and enacts “policy” via ‘executive actions’ or “rules changes’. Instead of going through the legislative process as intended, Obama is using executive authority he does not have, to once again impose gun control measures. But as the Leftists are correct in saying – if Obama can get away with his dictatorship and no one will stop his lawlessness, then he has broken no ‘laws’ and instead has made ‘new law’ to supplant an old and ‘ineffective’ Constitution.

The DOJ, IRS and the FBI are not the only Federal agencies being used to spy on, attack, intimidate and destroy Obama’s opposition. The EPA, DHS and the ATF are on deck preparing to take tyranny to a higher level.

A recent solicitation from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) reveals that the agency is seeking a “massive” online database capable of pulling up individuals’ personal information, connections and associates.
On March 28, ATF posted the notice on FedBizOpps.gov, entitled “Investigative System.” The solicitation was updated on April 5 with a few minor changes.
The document says that the system will be utilized by staff “to provide rapid searches on various entities for example; names, telephone numbers, utility data and reverse phone look-ups, as a means to assist with investigations, and background research on people, assets and businesses.”
The system is described as a “massive online data repository system that contains a wide variety of data sources both historically and current that can be utilized in support of investigations and backgrounds.”
The IRS, DOJ and now the ATF and DHS creating massive databases of YOUR personal information – YOUR friends and acquaintances, YOUR assets and YOUR businesses. Obviously this regime considers you to be a greater danger than Al Qaeda, since this regime also has made collecting such data on Islamic extremists verboten and has removed any reference of terrorism with Islam. Instead, YOU are considered to be the terrorist by the Obama regime (see again the April 2009 DHS terror assessment report).
What will Obama’s ATF do with such a “massive database” of your personal information? The same thing every despotic regime does with any information it can use or twist to justify making you bow to their tyrants – or justify eliminating you from existence.
Don’t laugh this warning off. History teaches us what Leftist egomaniacs and narcissists do to their own people once they achieve the level of power and control over their people that Obama has.

I believe, as our Founders did – this includes being aware of the designs and intents of evil men in power doing Satan’s bidding, and preparing oneself spiritually and physically for such devices being employed.
I often say that history is an excellent teacher, and the fruits of every single Socialist/Marxist/Communist leader and regime totally unhinged from scripture and the rule of law – results in such regimes engaging in the wholesale slaughter and genocide of their own people whom they consider to be enemies of their ideology of the supremacy of the state – the collective. They are anti-God, anti-Biblical and always redefine morality to fit their twisted utopian views, which they always sell to the gullible as ‘justice’.
History teaches that madmen that become part of genocidal regimes always reveal their intentions to do such slaughter in the years and decades before they achieve power. If Europe had read and understood Hitler’s Mein Kampf, the Holocaust may never have happened. But people often think that such assumptions of attributed evil are nonsense in the days before a holocaust is initiated. Such genocides always occur within the spectrum of misery, a collapsed economy, near-starvation and woe among their populations.
Often such misery is created by the very people who use it to transform a society into a despotic one. A desperate people will sell their birthrights for a bowl of soup. Handouts from the state and the promise of bread are powerful capitulators to tyrants. This is dangerous when such handouts are being promoted by people with plans to kill their opposition. The cabal whom groomed and anointed Obama to power have a history of encouraging mass killing. William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn were terrorists who were engaged in open warfare upon America. The professors at Columbia and Occidental where Obama said he attended college whom were part of Obama’s grooming actually planned to exterminate tens of millions of Americans as far back as the 1980s.
Then we have the state arming itself in the name of security while at the same time – working furiously to disarm the American people. Connecting-the-dots of where this all may lead does not take a college graduate, only someone who knows a little history and can discern the hints within the language of the ‘progressive’/MarxoFascist movement of the American Left.
Obama’s recent angered invectives and demagoguery of his political opponents over the budget ‘sequester’ that he, himself created – are fruits of a man and regime about to unleash hell upon the American people and their perceived enemies. Obama’s defacto Presidente Valerie Jarrett said the following:
“Hell to pay”. Perhaps in the form of hollow-point bullets being and armed drone strikes used against American citizens?
Sound preposterous? Not if one knows the history of the ideology that is the religion of the “Progressives” and their political messiah in Obama and his regime now in power.
There is a good blog assessment based on all the evidence, statements, speeches, papers and actions of the Obama regime and it’s cabal now in power, and we would do well to heed the admonition and warning. It restates the plain truth of what should become a mantra among those Americans who wish to remain free, and unmolested by the state.
Maybe it’s the drone white paper. Killing Americans willy-nilly because some “highly informed” political official deems them dangerous, or it’s too “burdensome” for government to get, you know, judicial or Congressional review…

A progressive will continue to use the same tactics throughout his life. What others want or prefer means nothing to him. He has decided what’s best for others and will move the world to make sure it is imposed upon them.
As his power increases, his tactics become more overt, aggressive and violent.
And of course, any threat to his power is a threat to the “good of the collective” and the Utopian dream. And it must be mercilessly snuffed out for the good of all.
In order to impose his will on everyone else, it is necessary to rule them all with a iron fist. And ultimately the only way to do that is to use extreme violence.
And there will always be some troublesome people who are just ruining it for everybody else. Who just won’t go along. Who are dissenters and disrupters. Enemies of the peace. Enemies of the people. Enemies of the collective and their dreams of Utopia.
And for the dream to survive and come to fruition, such people must be eliminated.
It’s the law of the nature of Progressives.
It’s evident in their ready impulse to silence voices that disagree with them. An example is their enthusiasm for a Talk-Radio “Fairness Doctrine”. The fact that there is one place in the culture that actually has the audacity to speak full-throated Conservatism/Libertarianism is utterly unacceptable to them.
That Academia, the entire Media, all of Entertainment, and the Music industry (with the exception of some country singers) are in lockstep with their Progressive propaganda is not good enough. No one must be allowed to dissent. There must be NO voices questioning their message. All other voices must be silenced. All enemies must be neutralized.
It’s evident in their PC charges of “racism” “homophobia”, designed for no other reason than to shut opposition down. To shut you up.
That’s all Political Correctness is: Progressives’ attempt to silence voices and ban ideas they don’t like and don’t want anybody to hear.
And those behaviors, friends, are the first steps of the eventual Stalinian mass-murderer.

The hoped-for intent was that both the Mexican government and the Alphabets in the Fed would reveal that gun shows and gun sales in the U.S. were putting guns in the hands of drug cartels that then were being used to kill U.S. law enforcement officers. Obama prepped this narrative of blaming America for the gun and drug violence in Mexico way back in April of 2009, a few short months after taking office. Obama wanted to create a demand for renewed gun bans on all semi-automatic weapons in the hands of Americans, and push for a treaty to be ratified in the Senate to track and curtail arms in the U.S. It was after this that Porkulus money was apportioned to the alphabets to conduct gunwalking operations to get guns into the hands of Mexican drug cartels. The promise of increased annual funding and power over average Americans was a drug they could not pass up.
Not until those same weapons handed to the Mexican cartels were used to murder border patrol officer Brian Terry, did the moral weight of what was being done cause some whistleblowers in the ATF to go to public and ask Congress for help.
Like the idiots they are, the GOP made a fatal blunder in thinking they could negotiate in good faith with Marxists hell-bent on turning the country upside down. Like morons with no clue of the nature of a wolf, they thought if they spoon fed the beast – the beast would cooperate in the name of justice. Eric Holder’s Justice Department that is. See, Grassley and his clueless cadre of Republicans on the Judiciary Committee actually believed that if they confirmed James Cole as Deputy Atty General, Eric Holder promised to stop the stonewall and provide the information they requested. Idiots, played for fools as they are finding out:
But Holder’s Department of Justice has stonewalled since Cole was approved in June, the senior senator from Iowa said.
“We’re getting inadequate answers,” he said. “The inadequacy of the answers is a violation of the agreement that we have with the attorney general that we will get all of our questions and sub-questions answered fully, based upon the deal that we made that I would let the nomination for the deputy attorney general move through the Senate.
“Until they did that, I wasn’t going to let it move and that leveraged them to make this agreement with us and they aren’t even following their own agreement with us.”
This is what happens when you negotiate in good faith with a wolf. It deceives you, then eats you.
Grassley better recognize this fact quick: the Obama regime WILL NOT provide anything that will be used against it. They will stonewall, obfuscate, destroy and delete anything that points to Obama and Holder being involved in this insidious plot. Minions will be forced to fall on their swords before any attempt at justice reaches the arms of those two. Bank on that.

Obama began this odyssey when he blamed America for all the gun violence in Mexico back before he was even sworn in, and publicly when he met with Mexican Presidente Calderone in 2009:
The “90% of US guns were used in Mexican crimes” was a proven bogus number Obama pulled out of thin air, one that this Operation Gunwalker sought to pad in favor of Obama’s insistence for the apparent purpose of shoving gun control measures down the throats of the American people. Obama and his regime probably figured that by showcasing cartel murders from U.S. guns used in Mexico and against border patrol agents, the American public would go along with new restrictions on firearms ownership inside the USA. They of course never being told that all those guns were sold by the ATF to drug cartels for the purpose of changing the political climate towards guns in this country.
‘For an additional amount for ‘State and Local Law Enforcement Assistance’, $40,000,000, for competitive grants to provide assistance and equipment to local law enforcement along the Southern border and in High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas to combat criminal narcotics activity stemming from the Southern border, of which $10,000,000 shall be transferred to ‘Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Salaries and Expenses’ for the ATF Project Gunrunner.’
Then Obama signed that into law – and the funds were used as appropriated – and guns flowed like water into the hands of the drug cartels in Mexico – all-the-while the ATF, FBI and other alphabets were ordered to let them go and pretend not to notice.
The motive, the conspiracy and the massive cover-up now ongoing, overshadows by exponential degrees, a little break-in that brought down the Richard Nixon Presidency.
Can we dare hope that a scandal even more insidious and treasonous would have similar consequences?
Using taxpayer money to buy and sell guns to arm Mexican Drug Cartels; using Solyndra as a money laundering operation with TARP funds; picking an ex-Google Exec from a town hall audience who pleads for his taxes to be raised – Obama thinks he can continue to fool us all with impunity.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool us a third time? Get re-elected? There are more tricks and scandalous treats from this regime on a daily basis than you find on Halloween at your average college frat house. Obama apparently thinks that continuous attempts to bamboozle, lie, obfuscate and otherwise whitewash his misdeeds in front of the American people, is a sign that he is a fit enough politician to be elected as emperor for life.
Either that, or Obama is beginning to crack up under the pressure of trying to keep the lid on the pressure cooker of scandal, lies and guffaws his regime has ignited to the boiling point. Such a case with a hubris narcissist running the country can be more than dangerous.
In a case of covering -up treason, the propaganda media and the Obama regime are not commenting about the facts in the Gunwalker scandal that funneled guns to Mexican drug lords for the purpose of getting them used on Americans so as to circumvent, infringe and perhaps abolish the Second Amendment. New evidence shows that the Obama regime used taxpayer funds to buy and sell weapons that were sent to Mexican drug cartels. As Fox reported:
Not only did U.S. officials approve, allow and assist in the sale of more than 2,000 guns to the Sinaloa cartel — the federal government used taxpayer money to buy semi-automatic weapons, sold them to criminals and then watched as the guns disappeared.
This disclosure, revealed in documents obtained by Fox News, could undermine the Department of Justice’s previous defense that Operation Fast and Furious was a “botched” operation where agents simply “lost track” of weapons as they were transferred from one illegal buyer to another.
…In June 2010, however, the ATF dramatically upped the ante, making the U.S. government the actual “seller” of guns.
Of course the fact that most Americans don’t know about, or don’t care that these weapons were then used to kill American cops and border agents like Brian Terry, is the one big kahuna Eric Holder’s INJustice Department is counting on for the regime to continue playing it’s plausible deniability game with no real fear of an accounting of what they tried to do.
Then there’s the question about what happened to all the billions of TARP II bailouts since we’re learning that part of it was ordered to be given to faux-front ‘green energy’ business Solyndra that simply laundered the money and resent it back into Democrat’s campaign war chests.
Why California Democrats would be creditor to a company that received more than a half-billion dollars in federal loans to build a solar-panel plant isn’t clear. Even party officials say they’re not sure.
Just two years ago, the company received federal loan guarantees of more than $500 million, money it burned through but hasn’t repaid. Because of a subsequent loan restructuring, taxpayers won’t be repaid before the private investors who poured $75 million into the company earlier this year as it tried to stay afloat.
Those of us paying attention and reading through all the Barbara Streisand understand that this was just a good old fashioned mob-ish Chicago-style money laundering operation. But of course for a huge chunk of Americans who get their news from a cable comedy network , would have no clue what is really going on. And Obama is counting on that level of woeful ignorance to keep him in the White House and out of prison for fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud.
And if you thought those feats of magic and obfuscation for money laundering and treason were impressive, then something as benign as staging a campaign question for consumption by the useless eaters who vote is almost amateur. But it does showcase the unwaning arrogance and incredible in-our-face manipulation Obama thinks he can get away with.
Right before NerObama let some truth slip from his lips about Jews being janitors, or that janitors should pay less taxes than Jews – or whatever slogans Obama learned from Reverend Jeremiah Wright from 20 years as a member, His Heinous supposedly picks a ‘random’ member of the audience to ask a question, and BEHOLD! Miracle of miracles! – Obama miraculously gets a “Please raise my taxes” multi-millionaire puppet, who adds himself as a theater prop to Obama’s ridiculous war on the “rich” since he began his outrageous Joint Session of Congressional Campaign Rally:
What are the odds that Obama can pick at ‘random’ from the crowd when supposedly ‘put on the spot’, a rich multi-millionaire former Google Exec who gave more than 230,000 in campaign contributions to the Democrats, to have him spew the current Obama campaign “Buffet Rule Mantra”?? Obama seems to have more ‘luck’ picking at ‘random’ those who lend their credence to Obama’s preaching than actors lined up on the altar at a Benny Hinn Crusade.
This would be almost funny if it was not so dangerous to our liberty and perhaps even our lives. A ruler who thinks he can get away with committing crimes, fraud, lies, treason and deliberately staged theater for public acceptance of his dictates, simply because he thinks we won’t notice or don’t care, is every measure of a tyrant.

The Audacity of Dopes: Dems Push Gun Control to Hide ‘Gunwalker’ Scandal

They think we’re stupid. They think the American people are not paying attention and will be easily fooled by the latest Marxist attempts to hide what they were actually doing.
Project Gunwalker and Operation Fast and Furious were programs that whistleblowers at the ATF revealed were done to get gun bans in the US. The ATF, FBI, DHS and the Obama regime implemented an operation to funnel and supply American guns that were obtained in ATF raids in the US, including 50 caliber heavy weapons – and get them into the hands of Mexican drug cartels. The regime and the Alphabets said it was to track the use of weapons in the ongoing drug and cartel bloodbath in Mexico so the mule routes of guns from the U.S. could be ‘stopped’.
“This war is being waged with guns purchased not here but in the United States . . . more than 90 percent of the guns recovered in Mexico come from the United States, many from gun shops that lay in our shared border, so we have responsibilities as well.” – Barrack Hussein Obama
That was intended to prep the public for an upcoming ban on guns in the U.S. that Obama planned to implement via Democrat Legislation and/or by Executive Order deeming it a national security issue. Obama and attorney General Eric Holder would make the claims that U.S. guns were being used in the drug war in Mexico, and that they were now being used on American law enforcement and therefore, such a ban on firearms in the U.S. was warranted.
In the Fall of 2009, the Obama Regime implemented Operation Fast and Furious, in which the ATF sold thousands of advanced weapons to Mexican drug cartels in order to track them once they were used in crimes. This policy perfectly dovetailed with Obama’s gun control arguments. First of all, by selling guns to the cartels that the ATF could definitely trace back to the US (because they were bought from the ATF), the percentage of guns used in Mexican crimes traceable to American guns would increase. ATF supervisors rejoiced at their success when they found that these guns were being used for violence in Mexico.
More insidiously – I contend that the Obama regime was hopeful such weapons would eventually be used on American law enforcement and American citizens as violence spread from the border into the U.S. U.S. Border agent Brian Terry was one such victim of this program. Such a use of weapons on Americans were calculated to change entrenched public opinion against any gun bans in this country, and the collateral damage from the use of the ATF’s provisioned weapons on Americans calculated to be an acceptable loss to further Obama’s demand to ban guns from the hands of American citizens.
So there’s the background – and the mainstream state-run propaganda Media worked hard to cover up and ignore this story. But eventually – the alternative media and talk radio gave this treason the light of truth – and the story gained traction. So now that this is become a full blown scandal in the minds of the American people, the sycophantic Socialist Democrats in Congress have decided to PUSH Obama’s long-promised gun control plan in a vain effort to obfuscate the treason this regime and the alphabet agencies involved in this scandal have done.
A handful of Democratic lawmakers in Congress and a fish cop held a press conference Friday to announce a new gun control proposal, the “Stop Gun Trafficking and Strengthen Law Enforcement Act.” The proposed law has no chance of passing, and seems orchestrated as a Democratic response meant to draw attention away from the still-developing “Gunwalker” scandal
…The exact same agencies that would be charged with enforcing the proposal are currently under investigation — and may eventually face felony charges — because they broke existing laws and participated in widespread gun trafficking. To borrow from a reader, the federal government is using federal agencies to break federal laws so that same federal government can impose more federal laws on the people that did not break the law.
It is Orwellian in its absurdity, and yet entirely real.
The audacity that Obama intends to push for a ban and restriction on guns in the U.S. and especially the border states, showcases that not only was all of this planned and calculated – but that the boy-king is not deterred by being caught in implementing treason, but will CONTINUE to go full-bore with imposing the very bans he intended back on April 16, 2009 when he told Mexicans in their own country that “more than 90 percent of the guns recovered in Mexico come from the United States, many from gun shops that lay in our shared border, so we have responsibilities as well.” NOTE what restrictions the Democrat and Obama “Stop Gun Trafficking” plan make plain – and you will begin to note that this Gunwalker scandal is not some “mistake’, “misstep”, “accident” or “failed policy”. This scandal was intentional for the purposes of infringing upon and trampling the Second Amendment Constitutional Rights of American citizens – and any deaths caused by the funneling of American guns by the ATF UPON Americans was a hoped-for event to give momentum for Obama’s planned ban on guns.
One has to wonder, based on the actions of this regime-attempted coup against Republican Democracy if getting gun bans was the only intent of this treason? Given the policy of this regime to mandate open borders to our South; lawsuits against Arizona’s immigration laws that the people overwhelmingly voted for; the abandoned border fence – could tens of thousands of weapons that the Obama regime put into the hands of Mexicans be calculated to eventually be used against Americans in a violent invasion? Thousands of weapons are now in the hands of those Obama and his regime could stoke into action against American citizens if needed. Los Zetas, Reconquinista, La Raza anyone???
