It’s PAST TIME To Refresh The Tree Of Liberty

America has already been transformed into a Leftist Caliphate allied with Communists and Islamists. There is no recourse left for a moral and religious people if they want to avoid what is coming upon them and their children.

You read that correctly.  I said LEFTIST CALIPHATE.

Because what you have coming from the minority in power in the USA today is a mandated political religious system that is being imposed in every avenue of life, by coercion, force and threat.  Nothing is off-limits to it’s imposition.  They seek to impose it in every thing, even Christmas dinner.

It’s the Leftist/Socialist version of Sharia Law.  I will define exactly what I mean by that in a future blog post.  But make no mistake – we have a new political religion that is being injected into everything and demanded to be followed and preached to those the Left declare in their own way to be ‘heathen’.

With the Budget surrender of 2015 by the GOP, The Federal Beast at Mordor on the Potomac (Washington D.C.) has proven yet again that it is completely lawless and therefore has no legitimate authority whatsoever.  All they have is armed alphabet agents to force their will upon us by the end of a gun.  That does not make them legitimate.  It simply makes them tyrants.

When you have high-level government officials declaring American citizens who QUESTION Global Warming as ‘Enemies of the State” and then stating that they look forward to having the government SEIZE their assets, is an object lesson in overt despotism and tyranny on a scale beyond what the Colonists faced.

Jeff Goodell asked Secretary of State John Kerry whether Charles and David Koch, two libertarian political activists, should be considered — his remarkable words — “an enemy of the state.” He posed the same question about Exxon, and John Kerry, who could have been president of these United States, said that he looked forward to the seizure of Exxon’s assets for the crime of “proselytizing” impermissibly about the question of global warming.

As such, Americans should no longer consent to be ‘governed’ by such a lawless evil behemoth of a beast that trods upon liberty, the rule of law, our happiness, our posterity and life itself. We are dealing with a demonic Beast in Washington DC, a FALSE CHRIST, AN ANTICHRIST in the institutions the Left have corrupted for themselves.

Congress, the Courts and the Executive branch have overthrown the Constitution by fiat and established themselves as absolute rulers over us with clever legalese and imposing “Laws” made in secret with unelected or accountable lobbyists without a single member of the legislature reading what they contain before voting them into “law”.

Democrats have actually VOTED to REPEAL THE FIRST AMENDMENT in order to ensure their seats of power are never challenged.  They support the criminalization of Americans who do not follow the State-mandated political religion as heretics

Shoved into the Budget surrender of last week is the CISA bill that was overwhelmingly opposed in Congress.  Think Patriot Act on Steroids that TARGET American Citizens and their data, while leaving potential Jihadists untouched.

Last week, Congress passed CISA by hiding it in the middle of a sure-to-pass spending bill, and Obama signed it into law … even though the Department of Homeland Security had previously said that the bill will HURT national security and destroy privacy (numerous experts agreed).

We and our posterity have been bankrupted, rendered irrelevant and are being ‘replaced’ as a citizenry by hostile third world invaders that our rulers are transporting into the country on our dime at the behest of those in power for cronyism’s sake and/or for our destruction.

I have written in the past about the formula to deal with this Tyranny that we are watching be erected in front of our faces.

The truth is that it is now too late to restore the Republic.  It has been dissolved in all practicality and replaced with pure Fascism approved by a Leftist oligarchy that continues to empower a dictatorship.  But as long as most Americans have their EBT cards and get get their beer, pizza, cable and porn given to them by a government who robs their neighbors at IRS gunpoint in order for them to get a subsidy, they can care less what form of existence the people in this country are subjected to.

There are no opposition parties in the federal beast of government.  There is only THE PARTY of the Ruling Class, that hands Obama – our first dictator by default, EVERYTHING he demands.  When they traded Boehner for Ryan, we see that it makes no difference who heads the Republican Party leadership.  The race to tyranny just gets faster and made ‘legitimate’ and the Beast in D.C. gets larger and more insidious.

I submit it is PAST TIME to ‘refresh the Tree of Liberty’ because what we are faced with now is the necessity that will soon come, of resisting our eradication and replacement by a Leftist Caliphate that rules us from Washington.

Soon, to resist this beast by force will become absolutely necessary simply to survive what they intend to do to you.  Look to history. Genocide of their own people whom a ruling class hates are a hallmark of all Socialist/Leftist ‘revolutions’ that have arrived where we are now.

Your children’s future has already been impoverished by this government.   A child in America born today is saddled with a five hundred thousand dollar debt they will have to pay.  The entire nation has been bankrupted.  Still now, they intend to fleece what wealth exists from us little people and run into ruin what remains. There is open talk of seizure of property and assets by the government for simply disagreeing with what the Leftist Caliphate demands the worship of.   The so-called “opposition party” keeps kicking the can of financial reckoning down the road while handing a dictator everything he wants in the name of ‘being responsible’ and ‘getting things done for the American people’.

This federal government of the former Republic known as the United States of America has rendered itself illegitimate, corrupt, tyrannical and wholly evil.

The tree of liberty has been choked to death by the weeds of Marxist Socialism, Islamism, Fascism, corruption, ignorance and indifference.  Weeding is necessary before we even begin to water the tree with it’s natural manure.

Because assuredly, the Orcs at Mordor on the Potomac are uprooting and tearing down the tree of liberty to be thrown into the furnaces of despotism.

 

Is it Time to ‘Refresh the Tree of Liberty?’

Thomas Jefferson was aware that “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”

Now, by doling out what little is left of America’s wealth to foreign interlopers, those that fit into the tyrant category are shaking the tree of liberty with a decision that includes crediting back payments for time worked illegally in the U.S.

In other words, as part of Obama’s ‘fundamental transformation,’ America has transitioned from a nation who once threatened to fine employers for hiring illegals into a nation crediting illegals with back Social Security payments for work done illegally.

And if rewarding illegals isn’t outrageous enough, with the help of a Congress complicit in furthering the abuse of power, via a $1.1 trillion omnibus budget deal the president plans to further frustrate the efforts of blue-collar Americans desperate to find a job by awarding work visas to 3 million illegal employees.

Of late, these sorts of outrages are not the exception, but the rule. The travesty is that, while silently capitulating to unspeakable indignation, those who nurture the tree of liberty are being made to feel somehow obliged to assume a subservient position to those who either don’t belong in this country, or who are heading here to inflict harm.

In hopes of directing the masses, Barack Obama subjects our nation to a litany of course-corrective sermons, where he who knows nothing about “American values” lectures endlessly about “American values.” Clearly, this ongoing effort is not to cultivate freedom, but rather to deconstruct the American view of the world in hopes of helping the stubborn to see America ‘not as it is, but as Obama and his ilk believe it should be.’

Take for instance the manipulative effort of those who demand restraint by citing the need to protect the lives of civilians in bombing raids targeted to exterminate ISIS. Has anyone thought to ask the #ShoutYourAbortion/baby-organ-market crowd how having empathy for the offspring of our enemy, many of whom will grow up to be deadly killers, equates to endorsing the unfettered slaughter of 4,000 American babies a day?

Meanwhile, as we await a terse retort from the proponents of tyranny about how fetuses aren’t human beings, the “do not,” “cannot,” and “not allowed to” list grows longer, not to mention the weight of oppression becoming heavier.

Moreover, if the current state of affairs is evaluated logically, the effort currently underway has to be to create a nation of people who dutifully accept unacceptable things like hordes of illegal felons wandering America’s streets and a Syrian-refugee crisis that threatens to negatively impact all our lives.

What other explanation could there be for citizens to stand by and watch five terrorists exchanged for one military deserter, or for Americans to stomach our children being exposed and infected with deadly Third World diseases? Why else would sane people yield to living side by side with nomadic nemeses who, when not collecting Social Security checks, spend time in the garage building pipe bombs?

Whatever the reason, there’s no denying that liberty’s tree is tilting toward docile capitulation to the overbearing imposition of a community organizer who has methodically reorganized America into a community of demoralized bondservants.

With that in mind, maybe it’s time for the electorate to be reminded that a budget has just been passed that metes out social justice in the form of funding for baby chop-shops, shores up ObamaCare, validates climate change chicanery, and places the wants and needs of illegal immigrants above the challenges facing stressed-out Americans.

Not only that, but those we’ve entrusted with safeguarding this nation think so little of the citizenry that they’ve also sanctioned spending $1.6 billion to resettle ISIS-infiltrated refugees in our neighborhoods, which might mean that Americans could be facing a form of tyranny far worse than the Islamic state.

But despite all that, the powers of persuasion have still been able to do things like convince many that, although a Pakistani jihadist who murdered 14 innocent Americans was improperly screened, the federal system is well-prepared to weed out refugees with falsified passports.

Therefore, what needs to take place in America requires more than acknowledging Congress’s betrayal of the public trust or speaking out against the president’s calculated effort to curtail our First and Second Amendment rights.

This isn’t about recognizing the absurdity of being asked to believe that our mortal enemies will become our friends if we treat them as if we’re walking on shards of glass. Nor is it a matter of rejecting Obama’s appeal to embrace the falsehoods that independence requires servitude, weakness is synonymous with peace, lies are factual, and that tolerating a government-arranged mass looting is how generosity is expressed.

Instead, it’s about the American people finally wresting from the clutches of oppression that which was purchased for us with the blood of patriots who recognized tyranny and then refreshed the tree of liberty accordingly.

Obama Threatens To Have Iranian Rockets Falling On Israel If They Don’t Back Nuke Deal…

Just like a mob boss, His Heinous – Emperor Barack threatens that Iran will bomb Israel and have a nuke in 6 months if we do not back his ‘arrangement’ with Iran.

Obama demonizes Conservatives and Congress, saying Republicans who oppose him are just like the Iranian Jihadists chanting ‘Death to America!’.

“Just because Iranian hardliners chant ‘death to America’ does not mean that that’s what all Iranians believe,” Obama said to applause during his speech at American University.

“In fact, it’s those hardliners who are most comfortable with the status quo. It’s those hardliners chanting ‘death to America’ who have been most opposed to the deal. They are making a common cause with the Republican caucus,” Obama said.

I do not expect the no-balls Republican party leadership to get upset or anything at being called by their president as being worse than Jihadists chanting for the death of America, because the GOP leadership does whatever Obama wants and share the same hatred and contempt for Conservative Americans that Obama does.

But that said – let me go on record to state that this comment of Obama’s today deserves the following statement of fact:

Outrageous Treasonous LIES OF A Pathological LIAR!!!

First of all, the ‘hardliners’ chanting ‘Death to America’ are THE VERY SAME HARDLINERS OBAMA MADE THIS ‘ARRANGEMENT’ WITH!  Supreme Leader Khameni is the very guy leading these chants, and he is the guy whom Kerry made this ‘arrangement’.

In a Casto-esque rant to sell his ‘deal’, His Heinous, Obama I – painted all opponents of his Iran ‘Arrangement’ from the Prime Minister of Israel to Conservatives in Congress,  as warmongers, preferring war to peace.  Obama insisted his ‘deal’ is the only way to peace and the only way to “guarantee Iran never gets a nuclear weapon.  He then went on to say that if this ‘Arrangement is blocked, Iran could have a nuke in 6 months!

Obama: “Without this deal, the scenarios that critics warn about happening in 15 years could happen six months from now!  By killing this deal, Congress would not merely pave Iran’s pathway to a bomb, it would accelerate it!”

So, he says right here Iran will have a nuke in 6 months without approval of his ‘arrangement’,  but with his ‘Arrangement’ – Iran will not have a nuke for 15 years or ‘never’??????  Do any of you actually buy this lunacy?  How many idiots in America do?

Scripture in Proverbs 1:32 correctly tells us that the complacency of fools will destroy us, and indeed it seems those seeds of our destruction have been sown by the fools who made this false messiah Obama their prince.

His Heinous was not finished however.   Creating straw men Obama answers the critics of his aid and comfort to the leading state sponsor of Jihadist terrorism.  He responded to the charge that lifting the sanctions will funnel billions of fresh cash into Iran’s Islamist hands who will use it to supply explosives and IEDs that are used to kill American troops and foment terrorism throughout the Middle East.  Obama replied that Iran ‘always found a way to fund those efforts’, so in his estimation it makes no difference that we hand them BILLIONS more dollars to fund those efforts freely.

But Obama’s hubris doesn’t end with these outrageous statements.  He went on to rant:

Obama: “Unfortunately, we’re living through a time in American politics where every foreign policy decision is viewed through a partisan prism, evaluated by headline-grabbing sound bites.  And so, before the ink was even dry on this deal before Congress even read it — a majority of Republicans declared their virulent opposition”.

THIS^^^  from a despot who rammed a health care bill that nobody was allowed to see until it was passed down our throats?  This from a tyrant who gave us a Transpacific Trade Deal that nobody in Congress was allowed to see before they voted on it, unless they went to a secret room in the basement of the Capitol? Remember YOUR REPRESENTATIVES were not allowed to take any notes out of the room, they were not allowed to talk about it, write about it or mention it.  They were required to vote on it BEFORE READING IT.      It’s become SOP now for Congress to vote on Obama-pushed bills without anyone even reading them, and suddenly this wannabe monarch is tossing a toddler-tantrum that Congress opposes this arrangement without reading it?

The fact is, even if Congress wanted to read this Iran ‘deal’ – they can’t.  A huge chunk of it is to be kept SECRET.

The demagoguery this Traitor in The White House is engaged in, is beyond comprehension. Obama is single-handedly arming a regime that sees it’s prophetic role in world history is to destroy Israel and kill the ‘Great Satan’ United States!

Obama decrees that his ‘deal’, this ‘Arrangement’ – MUST PASS – or else he says “the alternative is war”.  How does he know this?  Did Khameni tell Obama’s negotiator John Kerry (who was in Vietnam) that unless we handed them billions of dollars and a pathway to nuclear weapons that they would initiate war?  I mean, aside from chanting ‘Death to America’ every Friday – Iran has been practicing sinking US aircraft carriers.

Really? The alternative to handing Iran BILLIONS of dollars and a path to nuclear weaponry is immediate war?? Did they threaten this?  If so – WHY DO THE DEAL?

I believe that if Iran nuked NYC, or threatened to – Obama would surrender the entire country to Iran and tell us that such a surrender is absolutely necessary because the alternative is worse.

The facts are that Obama treats every enemy of the United States with grace and benevolence – and works to punish and destroy every ally or citizen who dares to oppose him.  He talks about Americans with a disdain and contempt he does not treat our avowed and mortal enemies with.  Obama makes it all about him, and threatens everyone with grand visions of catastrophe if his plans, programs and agenda is not adopted and accepted.

We’ve seen this kind of nihilism in a wannabe utopianist madman before ladies and gents – and it was not more than 70 years ago that the world experienced the horrors of what comes when appeasing such a person and regime.

This is WORSE than Neville Chamberlain’s “Peace in our time”.  This is an Imperial Nero, justifying IN ADVANCE – the mechanism that will be used to burn the country to ashes, while he demonizes as threats, those he intends to feed to the lions to great applause of the mobs who adore him as a god.

In a bid to convince the US Jewish community to support the deal, Obama and Vice President Joe Biden hosted 20 Jewish leaders from across the political and religious spectrum at the White House’s Cabinet Room, hours after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu urged members of the Jewish Federations of North America in a video address to fight the deal.

Speaking to the Israel Diplomatic Correspondents Association after the meeting with the president, Rosenbaum said that Obama had meticulously tried to debunk the arguments against the Iran deal, while acknowledging that the agreement was “by no means perfect.”

Obama Will Ignore Congress And The People – Impose Iran Deal Himself

After floating a trial balloon for a ‘Third term’ while in Africa – His Heinous’ henchmen tell Congress that if they do not approve the Iran treaty, Obama cannot be counted on to follow the law.

The hits are coming fast and furious now, daily even – as this news is like, so last week.  All by design of course in application of Saul Alinsky’s Rule No. 8.  You are so baffled by yesterday’s outrage that you miss the one or two the Obama regime dumped on America today.

While the American people are all upset over the death of a lion in Africa thanks to the incessant Praetorian media’s attention to it, baby’s are harvested at taxpayer expense for their parts and tissue and the American people yawn at industrial extermination, while begin ruled by a dictatorial regime that demands obeisance to it’s ideology.  I’ve read and seen something similar happening to another enlightened and industrial nation about 70 years ago.  Still the people slumber.

Obama: If Congress Blocks My Iran Deal, I’ll Ignore The Law & Do It Anyway

How very fascist. So, Obama is saying that if Congress doesn’t play ball on approving the Iran deal, he might just go ahead and do it anyway. That violates the Constitution and the law. Technically he can’t do it – oh, but he will. Notice how Kerry sidestepped the issue? If Obama does this and isn’t made to answer for it or stopped, that’s the end of our Constitutional Republic and the actual beginning of a dictatorship. Even if a conservative is elected in 2016, by then $150 to 200 billion will have gone to Iran, effectively arming our enemies for our destruction. This president has gone rogue and we must reign him in – legally and physically if need be.

When you eliminate impeachment as a possibility and both sides of the political aisle are complicit in a Marxist agenda, you get this type of behavior. Obama is a narcissist with delusions of grandeur and a pen and a phone. Of course he won’t obey the law… he’ll flaunt it whenever he can get away with it. If leaders won’t go along with him, he’ll blackmail them or use leverage of some sort against them to get these so-called leaders to see things his way. This type of bowing before our enemies such as Iran, Russia and China will get millions of Americans killed. Obama knows and doesn’t care. This is treason you are watching unfold in the Oval Office.

Kerry Won’t Commit That They Will Follow The Law If Congress Rejects Iran Deal

A senior House Democrat at Tuesday’s Foreign Affairs Committee hearing on the Iran deal, asked Secretary of State John Kerry if the Obama regime would follow the law if the Senate rejects his Iran nuke deal. Kerry would not commit that the Obama administration would follow the law if Congress shoots down the deal by a veto-proof majority.

Rep. Brad Sherman (D-Calif.) asks John Kerry, “But let’s say Congress doesn’t take your advice and we override a veto and the law that is triggered then imposes certain sanctions. Will you follow the law even though you think it violates this agreement clearly, and even if you think it’s absolute terrible policy?” Sherman asked.

“I can’t begin to answer that at this point without consulting with the president and determining what the circumstances are,” Kerry replied.

“So you are not committed to following the law?” Sherman pressed.

“No, I said I am not going to deal with a hypothetical,” Kerry said. “That’s all.”

But if that doesn’t blow your mind, how about more insanity from Obama’s point man on handing the Iranian Mullah’s nukes and billions of dollars to make their pledge of ‘Death To America’ a reality?  He really, really said this when questioned about the rallies and chants led by Iran’s leaders:

At no time was he made aware of an Iranian plan to destroy America.

Secretary of State John Kerry is still seeking a nuanced explanation for Iran’s government saying, “Death to America”. He called the Iranian government’s cries of “Death to America” “not helpful” and suggested that the Supreme Leader might not really mean it.

And now Kerry would like to emphasize that aside from the “Death to America” chants and the nuclear bombs and constant threats of war, at no time was he made aware of an Iranian plan to destroy America.

Yesiree bob.  The Clown Jester heading the State Department really said all of this under testimony. This is why Obama and his Jihadist pals are laughing their asses off at us.  They believe we are stupid enough to believe what Kerry said, and that there is no danger to the world with a nuclear-armed Iran.

But it’s not just the Dimwitted John ‘D. Student’ Kerry that says “Do not believe your own eyes and ears”- Obama’s CHIEF at DHS insists the following:

Locked Out Of The Control Deck: A Deliberate Disaster

America’s plunge into disaster is another deliberate act being committed by a madman who has locked sane people out of the cockpit.

The following is just a perfect illustration of what is actually happening to the United States of America.

A man with intents to plow the country into the dirt is at the helm, and the vast majority has no idea.

But as the ground rushes up at the country, most look out the window and think someone is going to save us from the impending impact we are being steered into with deliberation.

Crash Position

The pilot was locked out of the cockpit. 

That phrase finally revealed the full horror of the crash of Germanwings flight 9525. Co-pilot Andreas Lubitz waited for the pilot to leave the cockpit, then locked the door to prevent his re-entry. After which Lubitz, for reasons unknown and perhaps unknowable, deliberately steered the jet into a harrowing 8 minute plunge ending in an explosive 434 mph impact with a rocky mountainside. 150 men, women and children met an immediate, unthinkably violent death.

Lubitz, in his single-minded madness, couldn’t be stopped because anyone who could change the jet’s disastrous course was locked out. 

It’s hard to imagine the growing feelings of fear and helplessness that the passengers felt as the unforgiving landscape rushed up to meet them. Hard – but not impossible.

Because America is in trouble. We feel the descent in the pits of our stomachs. We hear the shake and rattle of structures stressed beyond their limits. We don’t know where we’re going anymore, but do know it isn’t good. And above all, we feel helpless because Barack Obama has locked us out.

He locked the American people out of his decision to seize the national healthcare system. Locked us out when we wanted to know why the IRS was attacking conservatives. He locked us out of having a say in his decision to tear up our immigration laws, and to give over a trillion dollars in benefits to those who broke those laws.

Obama locked out those who advised against premature troop withdrawals. Locked out the intelligence agencies who issued warnings about the growing threat of ISIS.  He locked out anyone who could have interfered with his release of five Taliban terror chiefs in return for one U.S. military deserter.

And of course, Barack Obama has now locked out Congress, the American people, and our allies as he strikes a secret deal with Iran to determine the timeline (not prevention) of their acquisition of nuclear weapons.

Was Andreas Lubitz depressed, insane, or abysmally evil when he decided to lock that cockpit door and listen to no voices other than those in his head? Did he somehow believe himself to be doing the right thing?

The voice recordings from the doomed aircraft reveal that as the jet began its rapid descent, the passengers were quiet. There was probably some nervous laughter, confusion, a bit of comforting chatter with seatmates, followed by a brief period in which anxiety had not yet metastasized into terror.

It was only near the end of the 8 minute plunge that everyone finally understood what was really happening. Only near the end when they began to scream.

Like those passengers, a growing number of Americans feel a helpless dread as they come  to the inescapable conclusion that our nation’s decline is an act of choice rather than of chance.The choice of one man who is in full control of our 8 year plunge.

A man who has locked everyone out.

GOP Outrage Over Obama’s Iran Nuke Deal? It’s All Kabuki Theater

Obama to use UN to impose Nuke Deal.   Senate was told about John Kerry’s approval of Obama’s plans to circumvent Congress on Iranian nukes at his Confirmation hearings back in 2013.  They rubber-stamped Kerry’s nomination anyway.

For all the public outrage over His Heinous Barack Obama’s Dictatorial end-run around Congress and ignoring the Constitutional requirement for treaties to be ratified in the Senate, the truth is that the very same people now speaking out against Obama’s unilateral nuke deal agreement with Tehran – VOTED TO CONFIRM the very man who told them he approved of Obama using that tactic back in 2013.

It’s not like the Senate and the GOP did not know that Obama was planning to negotiate a deal with Iran without them. They knew!   John Effing Kerry TOLD them during his confirmation hearing in 2013 that HE SUPPORTED OBAMA ENACTING SUCH A DEAL BY HIMSELF and using methods outside of the ‘ideological restraint’ of Congress!!!!  Here’s excerpts from the transcript of his confirmation hearing:

SENATOR JAMES RISCH (R-ID)

There are a lot of us that are becoming increasingly concerned about all this talk regarding executive agreements as opposed to treaties that are negotiated by the executive branch as contemplated by the Founding Fathers and ratified, if appropriate, by this committee and eventually by the full Senate. Can you give us your view on matters regarding executive agreements? How do you feel about that and the bypassing of the committee?

SEN. KERRY: Well, it would depend — I would say to you, Senator, that it would depend on what the subject matter is and what the sort of scope is and whether or not it falls under a traditional treaty purview or it falls under executive agreement purview.

I can’t — I don’t want to be commenting in some prophylactic way one side or the other without the specific situation in front of me. But I’m confident the president is committed to upholding the Constitution. He’s — I don’t think he’s — you know, and I think — and I’ll say this to all of you.

There’s no better way to guarantee that whatever concerns you have about the president’s desire to move on an executive agreement would be greatly, you know, nullified or mollified if we could find a way to cooperate on a treaty or on the broader issues that face the nation. But you know, I think — I think there’s a lot of frustration out there that some of the automatic ideological restraint here that prevents the majority from being able to express their voice has restrained people and pushed people in a way where they’ve got to consider some other ways of getting things done.

SEN. RISCH: Well, and that’s exactly what concerns us, Senator Kerry, is the fact that it’s OK to do this through the regular order if it gets done, but if it’s not going to get done, then it’s — the ends justify the means; it’s OK to end-run around the Constitution.

So even when Kerry confirmed to these Senators that he was going to support an end-run around the Constitution in regards to Obama enacting treaties outside of Congress – these same Senators voted to confirm him as Secretary of State ANYWAY.

It’s all kabuki theater.

They say they oppose ObamaCare – the GOP FUNDS IT.  They say they oppose Obama’s Executive Amnesty and automatic citizenship for illegals – THE GOP FULLY FUNDS IT.  They say they oppose Obama’s usurpation of power and using the ATF, the FCC, FEC and other alphabets to impose “Law” by decree – they not only FULLY FUND IT – they refuse to use the tools the Constitution provides them to defund and oppose what Obama is implementing.

Kabuki.

These same GOP leaders will no doubt feign outrage over upcoming dictatorial decrees and usurpations by Obama and his Executive branch – yet they will no doubt confirm radical Loretta Lynch to replace Eric Holder at the Justice Department, even after she told them she approves of Obama making law outside the Constitution and handing rights to illegal aliens in preference over American citizens.

The Constitution is irrelevant to this regime now, and the GOP refuses to uphold it – or their oaths to support and defend it.

Obama will cut out Congress and take his Iran ‘deal’ to give the Mullah’s nukes to the UN Security Council, and this letter will be about the only effort they employ to assuage an outraged and bewildered American people.

 

Senate Was Warned About Obama’s End Run on Iran

Congress is struggling to thwart President Obama’s attempt to strike a nuclear deal with Iran on his own, in violation of the Constitution. Lawmakers are taking unprecedented measures — the invitation to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Corker-Menendez bill and even a letter to Tehran to stop it. None of this would be necessary if the U.S. Senate had done its job instead of rubber-stamping John Kerry’s nomination as secretary of state.

In January 2013, Kerry plainly warned Senate Foreign Relations Committee members — the same people now leading the charge against the Iran deal — that he intended to support Obama’s end run around the Constitution because “they’ve got to consider some other ways of getting things done.” Sens. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., Robert Menendez, D-N.J., and John McCain, R-Ariz., all heard Kerry’s statement first-hand, ignored it and voted for him, offering effusive praise for their former Senate buddy. Now they are getting what they should have seen coming.

Too bad the U.S. Senate abdicated its responsibility. It has final say on presidential appointments, but our senators would rather go along and get along than make sure nominees will follow the Constitution.

Have the senators learned their lesson? This month, the U.S. Senate is expected to vote on the nomination of Loretta Lynch as the next attorney general — the nation’s top law enforcement official. During a Judiciary Committee hearing in January, Lynch indicated she thought Obama’s executive actions to rewrite immigration laws were “reasonable.” Texas Sen. Ted Cruz calls her views “disqualifying” and says the Senate has a choice: defend the rule of law or “confirm an attorney general who has candidly admitted she will impose no limits on the president whatsoever.” Ensuring that top government officials are committed to the U.S. Constitution, it’s a no-brainer.

That’s what Sen. Jim Risch, R-Idaho, tried to do at Kerry’s confirmation hearing. The U.S. Constitution requires that treaties be ratified by a two-thirds vote of the Senate, something Obama foresees he cannot get. Obama calls the possible deal with Iran an “agreement.” Presidents have always made “agreements” without Senate approval, but none of the importance and duration of the Iran deal. “To allege that this doesn’t have all of the marks of a treaty is an insult to everybody’s intelligence,” says McCain now. But at the hearing, McCain was mum about the point.

Only Risch pressed Kerry, insisting that calling it an agreement, not a treaty, amounted to an “end run around the Constitution” that reflected a dangerous “ends justify the means” mentality. With masterful obfuscation, Kerry said maybe things could get done in “the regular order” — meaning constitutionally — but he wouldn’t guarantee it. “It would depend.”

Fast-forward to February 24, 2015, when Kerry returned to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee for a budget hearing. When Menendez and Corker pressed him for information about the Iran negotiations, he stonewalled. “I’m not going to go into the details of where we are and what we’re doing.”

Worse, Kerry said there should be no “formal approval process” by Congress. “This is the president’s prerogative.” Kerry threw the senators a few crumbs, conceding that though the president can suspend sanctions against Iran, permanently removing them would require a vote in Congress.

A vote, but not the two-thirds majority of the Senate that the Constitution requires for treaty approval. That is why the Senate’s effort at curbing the president — the Corker-Menendez bill — is a shameful retreat. The bill says Obama must submit a final Iran arms deal to Congress within 60 days for hearings and a vote, and bars the president from suspending sanctions against Iran in the meantime. This puts the burden on Congress to cobble together a veto-proof majority, instead of the president having to win over two-thirds of senators. That’s not what the founders intended.

The Senate failed to do its job during Kerry’s confirmation hearings, and now the nation faces the prospect of a nuclear-armed Iran. Senators treat these hearings as media opportunities and quibble about getting their 10 minutes on camera instead of asking tough questions. In fact, they request that answers be kept short so as not to infringe on their own time. It’s hardly the deliberative body the framers envisioned to provide “advice and consent” on critical issues.

Would the White House really try to get around the Constitution?

bizarre as it may seem — is that the administration would go to the United Nations Security Council to pass the Iran agreement and thereby boost its status as enforceable international law.

…the State Department refused to rule out the end run around the Senate and the Constitution. (“State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki said on Tuesday: ‘I’m just not going to get ahead of how this would be implemented at this point in time.’”)

There are multiple, serious problems with such an approach. For one thing, Secretary of State John Kerry confirmed in testimony to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that it was a non-binding deal that the next president could demolish with “a stroke of the pen.” Was he misleading the Senate, or is he willing to rule out the end run around the Senate?

Second, the entire legal theory is dubious at best. To believe it could work is to assert the president can unilaterally supersede the dictates of the Constitution.

Decline And Fall: Twilight In America

The historical similarities of Rome’s Decline and Fall with current America are astounding.  You are witness to a collapse of an entire society into ruin.

Those who forget history are doomed to repeat it.

So we are repeating the fall of Rome, Greece, Pre-Revolutionary France while giving rise to Mussolini’s Italy, Stalin’s Soviet and Hitler’s Reich, all rolled together into one massive beast.

The following essay by Dr. Clyde Wilson who notes the historical parallels we are living at an exponential level, is truly sobering given the implications.

I am very far from original in noticing similarities in the histories of Rome and America—republics that became empires.  The decline and fall of the former has often been thought to foretell the fate of the latter.  A Frenchman some years ago wrote a fairly convincing book called The Coming Caesars.  Such analogies are interesting and suggestive but should not be put forward too dogmatically.  History does repeat itself because human nature remains the same and because civilized people build institutions that then perpetuate themselves for their own sake rather than for the purpose for which they were established.  Power-seeking, luxury, debauchery, irresponsibility, and sloth are ever present and are held in check only for brief and extraordinary periods by Christianity or patriotism.  Still, the recurrences of past patterns are never exactly the same.  The more intimately one knows a past time, the more cautious one becomes in sweeping generalizations.  All large events, like the fall of Rome or the American war of 1861-65, have multiple “causes”—some deep, and some circumstantial.  Indeed, sweeping generalizations about history by people who don’t know what they are talking about are a major blight on American discourse.

The decline and fall of Rome has been blamed on enervating luxury, moral debauchery, imperial overreach, dilution of the founding stock, multiculturalism, bad economic policy, replacement of citizen soldiers by foreign mercenaries, lead poisoning, and, if you believe Gibbon, Christianity.  Such weaknesses left the empire prey to our “barbaric” ancestors.  Dr. Thomas Fleming is my infallible authority on all things classical, and I defer to and welcome his correction.  But as I read it, one of the observable phenomena in the decline of Rome is that republican institutions were maintained in name when they had been entirely transformed in substance.  The senate continued long after it had lost all power.  It no longer represented the interests of a real society but, like the American Congress today, was an appendage of the emperor.  The fiction was maintained that the emperor was only the first among equals.  And yet, like the American president, he was ranked by many among the gods.

Doesn’t that describe the state that the American government has reached today?  The U.S. Constitution continues to receive lip service, when it has all but ceased to exist.  The Framers and ratifiers of the Constitution would not recognize today’s federal government as having any relation to the instrument they created.  All three branches of the federal government have committed violations of fundamental law that are as bad as Julius Caesar’s crossing of the Rubicon.  Obama and his predecessor have ruled essentially as elected emperors who may do anything without any effective opposition.  The Congress has become a rubber stamp of the executive, and the Supreme Court the maker of far-reaching laws.

All that remains is for the emperor to rule for life.  Third World dictators do so, and the widespread adulation of Obama definitely has aspects of Third World leader-worship.  Why can’t Obama be elected again and again?  All it would take is for the Supreme Court to suspend or overrule the constitutional amendment limiting presidents to two terms.  Such a ruling would be no more extreme in reasoning and usurpation than many rulings already made and enforced.  A large majority of Congress would fall down and worship rather than put up an opposition that might make them unpopular or threaten their power and perks.

America today bears many of the characteristics that have been checked off as causes of the decline and fall of Rome.  Bread and circuses (multiple forms of welfare, television, sports), imperial overreach, replacement of the founding population with foreigners, concentration of wealth into fewer and fewer hands.  Surely, one of the observable clues to Roman decline was the proletarianization of the population.  Indeed, the term prole originates with Rome as a description of the propertyless.  The sturdy yeoman class—attached to land and hearth, household gods, and republican virtue—departed or disappeared into the impoverished, multicultural, and dependent urban mob or imperial wars.  At the same time the wealthy and well placed became ever more wealthy and more lacking in civic character.  You can certainly see here analog to present American reality.  The proletarianization of the upper-middle, middle, and working classes is the most important major trend of our time.  For the first time in American history the promise of the “land of opportunity” has become a bad joke.

One thing about this has puzzled and troubled me.  How could the traditionally wealthy and powerful ruling class of Rome so readily exploit and discard the general mass of their fellow citizens, not in the least regretting their disappearance or understanding the social costs?  Wouldn’t the wealthy and powerful naturally have some fellow feeling, some allegiance to their countrymen of the middle classes with whom they long shared a civic, religious, and military tradition?

I was, as usual, too idealistic and too attached to a dead tradition of a responsible Southern aristocracy of Washington, Jefferson, and Lee.  Observing America today has cured me of such foolishness.  I understand how it happened because I see it happening now.  Our wealthy and powerful class is no less ruthless, selfish, and shortsighted than the Roman.  Wealth is becoming more and more concentrated into fewer hands, and the wealthy are becoming ever less responsible and patriotic and attached to their fellow citizens.  This is decline and fall without a doubt, and nobody even notices or gives a damn.

Please take note, Mr. Lincoln.  Government of the people, by the people, and for the people is indeed perishing from the earth.

BOMBSHELL: Uncovered Lois Lerner E-Mail Reveals Criminal Conspiracy

Darrell Issa tweets: Lois Lerner intentionally sought to hide IRS internal communications from Congress.

On Wednesday, former Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner’s attorney changed his tune on just how lost those two years’ worth of emails actually were. Lerner’s lawyer, William Taylor II, said that Lerner had printed out some emails in order to comply with records-keeping laws. He had previously said that Lerner did not print and file her email communications because she was unaware that she was required to do so.

One week before the April 15th tax deadline in 2013 Lois Lerner emailed one of her fellow cronies who was inquiring about the law requiring saving e-mail communications and Lerner warns them to be careful, “we need to be cautious about what we say in emails”, which DISCOUNTS the story that she was ignorant of the law.

What we have here is a CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY to hide the fact that Obama was using the IRS to attack, punish and harass political opponents to the Democrat MarxoFascist regime.

However, given the fact that most Republicans have no balls – I seriously DOUBT there is going to be any charges brought against her or the Regime.  Of course Eric Holder would be the one to have to bring those charges and well, HE IS PART OF THE CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY!

Just more evidence of the fact that this Federal Beast of the government, no longer has any legitimate authority over this Republic.

Obama’s Communist Healthcare Administration Tells Congress To Shove Their Subpoenas

HHS tells Darrell Issa’s Congressional Committee in a letter that it will not comply with investigative subpoenas because “we don’t trust you with information”.

This is now become full blown, in-our-face tyranny.  Notwithstanding the ghoulish Sebelius’ arrogance and condescension towards anyone asking questions when trying to get to the bottom of the fraud and billions of dollars in waste thrown at a purposefully defective website put together by one of Michelle Obama’s Canadian college pals.

Now it goes into overdrive when Obama’s regime simply decides that it will no longer comply with the Congressional investigation into it’s fraud, deceit and deliberate collapse and takeover of America’s healthcare industry.  The reason given is beyond ridiculous, especially after it was learned that absolutely NO SECURITY was built into the ObamaCare website, putting personal information of anyone who signed up at terrible risk.  Now HHS says they will not comply with subpoenas because they do not trust Congress to keep data ‘secret’.  No, that’s not ‘Onion’ satire that is the real excuse given to ignore the subpoena and refuse to comply with investigators.

The Health and Human Services Department told House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa that it won’t turn over documents related to the security of the Healthcare.gov website because it can’t trust him to keep secret information that could give hackers a roadmap to wreak havoc on the system. Issa has issued a subpoena to MITRE, a government contractor, to turn over unredacted copies of security-testing documents by noon Friday. At issue are website development plans MITRE drafted for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which is under HHS. Already, Issa has been given access to the documents he seeks “in camera” — meaning committee staff were able to review them in a room but not keep them — but he is seeking physical copies…Administration officials worry that Issa intends to put them in the public domain, which Esquea argues could compromise the security of the site

…“It’s an unacceptable violation of law and a dangerous precedent for any Administration to tell a private company not to respond to a lawful subpoena,” Issa spokesman Frederick Hill said in an email.

Issa shot back with a harsh bark by accusing the HHS of criminal obstruction of the probe into the failed ObamaCare website.

The Health and Human Services Department has told contractors working on the problem-plagued ObamaCare website not to release documents to congressional investigators, a mandate slammed as “criminal obstruction” by House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa.

…“The federal obstruction laws reflect the fact that Congress’ right of access to information is constitutionally based and critical to the integrity and effectiveness of our oversight and investigative activities,” Issa said. “For that reason, it is widely understood that private citizens and companies cannot contract away their duty to comply with a congressional request for documents. “

The HHS did not respond to an email request for comment.

The problem is not the ruse of security in ObamaCare, the real problem is that the system of checks and balances has been abolished by Obama and a complicit Congress and media.   Nothing is going to be done about these lawless breaches of law by Obama’s regime.  Nothing.  Issa’s committee is already proven to be all bark and no bite; nothing but window dressing to silence the Conservatives who are calling for the Rule of Law to be upheld. Congress under John Boehner and Mitch McConnell have willingly ceded their power and authority over to Obama’s complete and total control.  When Obama waves his hand to change the healthcare law’s mandates whenever he sees fit – and Congress does nothing to stop such lawlessness, then Congress has willingly empowered a dictator who now rules us under a fraudulent color of ‘law’.

Obama The Dictator – “My Military”

Obama has repeatedly said he will act without Congress.  Today he said U.S. Armed forces were “My military”.  America  no longer has a President, America is ruled by a Dictator.

Why pretend what the reality is, is not reality?  Obama is a dictator, in our faces and those of the world.

Obama said he would do it; to Act without Congress if they did not do as he demands, even if the Constitution prohibits him from doing so.  Obama’s unilateral actions against the Second Amendment by decree, to his unilateral actions of running guns into Mexican drug cartels, arming Al Qaeda rebels in Benghazi, attacking Libya and now setting bomb sights on Syria – Obama rules like the dictator he emphatically denied he was some months ago.

I recall how berserk the MarxoFascists and Lefties all went over Bush going to war in Afghanistan and then Iraq.  What is interesting is that BOTH TIMES, in 2001 and again in 2003 – W. Bush went to Congress and got a Congressional authorization for the use of force, which they funded.  Before the Iraq war, Bush sent Colin Powell to play footsie with the UN for almost a full year over Sadaam Hussein’s violations of the 1991 Cease Fire.

Today, after 2011’s strike in Libya to oust Libyan dictator Moammar Ghadaffi, to his impending attack in Syria, Obama has not even given Congress a phone call, despite his lie that he has “consulted Congress”.  No, he hasn’t.  His regime has been repeating the mantra that Obama will act unilaterally if he has to.

Same as he said he will on banning guns.

Interesting that our first Dictator-In-Chief just today stated in front of the cameras the truth that most Americans are going to pretend didn’t happen; Obama said the military was “My military”.

Only Dictators and kings make such claims, and Obama today – has.

In addition, while all of us were distracted with war talk on Syria, Obama has issued Executive Orders and policy directives from Climate Change, State voting rights to GRANTING AMNESTY  TO ILLEGALS without congress.

Obama Grants Amnesty to Illegal Immigrants Without Congress

Congress hasn’t passed immigration legislation, but that hasn’t stopped President Obama from issuing directives that grant amnesty to illegal immigrants.

Last week, the Obama Administration issued the latest in a line of policy directives granting amnesty by default. This latest directive instructs Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials not to enforce immigration laws in cases where an illegal alien is the primary provider for any minor child—regardless of the child’s immigration status—or the parent or guardian of a child who is a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.

Meanwhile, Boehner and McConnell and the Ruling Class Republicans in Congress are silent and/or supportive of this dictatorial monarchy that acts every day outside of it’s Constitutional bounds.

The fact is America, we have a dictator or self-imposed king now ruling the country.  He and his Marxofascist Religionists, will decide which laws to enforce and obey, and which laws to ignore and void.  The horde, goose-stepping to the drums Obama pounds for them or totally clueless – all wrapped up in the Michael Douglas-Catherine Zeta-Jones’ split.

How long America will you endure such a thing?

Or like the Ruling Class Republicans, have you surrendered already to what the media has insisted is inevitable?

History teaches that such a people so accommodating of tyrants, end up in mass graves by the very leaders they capitulated to.

Obama Media: It’s Time To Abolish The “Evil” Constitution

While still drumming up a zeitgeist against guns and the 2nd Amendment, Obama’s media says it is time to abandon and abolish the Constitution because it is old, archaic and ‘downright evil’.

The masks and pretenses are off.  So too I assume will be the gloves in the not too distant future.  The MarxoFascists/Progressives in the Regime and it’s media are now bold suggesting treason as a matter of intellectual superiority.  The NY Times published an Op-ed 3 weeks ago – being repeated on CBS this weekend – that the Constitution has outlived it’s usefulness and should be abandoned and/or abolished altogether.  As the gun control debate rages, look for this meme to be repeated more often by Obama’s stooges in the media to counter the advocates and “cultists’ who champion the 2nd Amendment.

Constitutional law professor at Georgetown Michael Seidman, who teaches our kids about the Constitution – blames all the woes of our failed government and regime on the Constitution itself.  He calls our Foundational law ‘archaic, idiosyncratic and downright evil’.  He suggests ‘disobedience’ to the Constitution, meaning Obama and the Left should simply ignore it and only give it a passing acknowledgment when it comes to free speech, and only do so out of respect – not obligation.

Seidman seeds the meme that Obama himself has subtly suggested over the years; that the Constitution induces bondage and has made us slaves.  Indeed Obama himself stated that the Constitution “Is a charter of NEGATIVE liberties”, lamenting the provisions that restrict government’s power and suggested that it should be rewritten so it can tell government what to do on behalf of the people.

To me, this published advocation of treason reveals the actual intent at work by Obama and the MarxoFascists.

Now we know why and how it is, that this regime in power via fraud ignores the Constitution so willingly – and works tirelessly to infringe and abolish those parts of the law they disagree and hate.  This same media now calls anyone advocating gun rights as a ‘2nd Amendment Cultist’ – and that same disdain for the rest of the Constitution is now in our faces and was just sworn in to high office.

Let’s Give Up on the Constitution

CBS actually gives this treason advocate a platform in which to spew this suggestion, as the meme and forced zeitgeist of propagandists for the MarxoFascists now openly sow the seeds for the push to disregard and abolish the Constitution and MSNBC has followed.

For those who do not wish to poison their ears listening to this treason – here’s just a snippet of what this ‘professor’ is teaching our kids at Georgetown:

I’ve got a simple idea: Let’s give up on the Constitution. I know, it sounds radical, but it’s really not. Constitutional disobedience is as American as apple pie. For example, most of our greatest Presidents — Jefferson, Lincoln, Wilson, and both Roosevelts — had doubts about the Constitution, and many of them disobeyed it when it got in their way.

To be clear, I don’t think we should give up on everything in the Constitution. The Constitution has many important and inspiring provisions, but we should obey these because they are important and inspiring, not because a bunch of people who are now long-dead favored them two centuries ago. Unfortunately, the Constitution also contains some provisions that are not so inspiring. For example, one allows a presidential candidate who is rejected by a majority of the American people to assume office. Suppose that Barack Obama really wasn’t a natural-born citizen. So what? Constitutional obedience has a pernicious impact on our political culture. Take the recent debate about gun control. None of my friends can believe it, but I happen to be skeptical of most forms of gun control. I understand, though, that’s not everyone’s view, and I’m eager to talk with people who disagree.

But what happens when the issue gets Constitutional-ized? Then we turn the question over to lawyers, and lawyers do with it what lawyers do. So instead of talking about whether gun control makes sense in our country, we talk about what people thought of it two centuries ago. Worse yet, talking about gun control in terms of constitutional obligation needlessly raises the temperature of political discussion. Instead of a question on policy, about which reasonable people can disagree, it becomes a test of one’s commitment to our foundational document and, so, to America itself.

This is our country. We live in it, and we have a right to the kind of country we want. We would not allow the French or the United Nations to rule us, and neither should we allow people who died over two centuries ago and knew nothing of our country as it exists today. If we are to take back our own country, we have to start making decisions for ourselves, and stop deferring to an ancient and outdated document.
