GOP Rubber Stamps Obama’s Dictatorship

The abrogation of the Constitution and the Dictatorship of the Obama Regime is being made possible by the Republican Party leadership.

In the face of what is become self-evident Uniparty rule in Washington D.C., I marvel at the multitudes who ignore what is going on and lying to themselves while demanding to be lied to, insisting in sometimes virulent outbursts that we can fix Obama’s dictatorship by simply electing more Republicans.

I laugh in their face.  So should we all.

The “solution” to a post-Constitutional Dictatorship is to “elect” more Republicans????

How stupid.  How moronic.  How utterly enslaved to a false belief system such people are.

The fruits of the last two months of GOP leadership is one of complete surrender to Obama; betrayal of the voters who sent them to Washington to STOP the burgeoning dictatorship; and the total violation of the oaths they all swore to uphold the Constitution .    Handing the GOP both the House and Senate in November proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that giving the GOP leadership, was an exercise in futility.  We might as well have just kept the Democrat Marxists in power.

I keep hearing radio pundits and talk blowhards insist that Conservatives must ‘take over the GOP from within’ – as if all the evidence of the Ruling Class Oligarchy’s open warfare policy and sabotaging of their Conservative base did not exist and we are still back in the 1980s where the voters actually has a voice and influence in their party’s actions.  The GOP Leadership has made it plain and crystal clear: THEY DO NOT WANT CONSERVATIVES OR CONSTITUTIONALISTS IN THE PARTY… they only want their votes, and they assume they have them because they think we have nowhere else to go.  So they love it when Conservatives deceive themselves into thinking they can reform the GOP from within by simply electing more Republicans.

Look, the Establishment has made it IMPOSSIBLE for Conservatives to take control of the party – not that it would make any difference to a lawless dictatorship in the White House.  Single Party rule now exists at the expense of liberty and the Constitution, to the applause of a party that was supposed to be the ‘opposition’ and check on lawlessness from the Executive branch, but prefers to be the vanguards of dictatorship so they can have a seat at the table of our national carcass being carved up and devoured by pure evil.  Still the ‘base’ of the GOP refuses to see, hear or understand what their party has done.

That John Boehner is working closely with Democrats to ensure his own power,  while the GOP Establishment’s American Action Network work with George Soro’s groups to attack and crush Tea Party Conservatives are facts that a vast majority of Republican sycophants refuse to hear or believe.

This is the truth of it – Obama would not be a dictator today, if he were not empowered to act as monarch by the GOP Republican Leadership who directly enable His Heinous to shred the Constitution with their blessing.

They have willfully and vehemently surrendered their Constitutional powers in an insane effort to make sure Obama is able to do his will without any obstruction.   Gone are their powers of the Purse; of the filibuster; of legislating; of oversight; of impeachment.  They have openly stated they will not obstruct this lawless dictator, nor with they permit anyone in their party to use the tools the Founders provided to check the Executive’s UnConstitutional power grabs.    The GOP leadership and their party have FUNDED every unConstitutional decree and illegal act this regime has instigated .

McConnell continues to insist they will continue to fund everything Obama wants rather than stand in opposition to dictatorial decree.

We no longer have representation in Washington D.C.

Yet for the mind-numbed GOP Loyalists who are infected with Battered Wife Syndrome, they make excuses for their adulterer husband and willfully give themselves over mind, body and soul to more abuse.

Washington will never allow itself to be fixed, and you cannot overcome a dictatorship and oligarchy via civil means, PERIOD.  A lawless government will never allow itself to be restrained by law.  They will become a law unto themselves, and indeed, they have already achieved that.

Republicans Should Dump The Elephant and Adopt A Rubber Stamp As Their Symbol

How do you think Republicans would have done in the 2014 elections if they had told the truth about what they intended to do when they took over the Senate? What if they had campaigned on working hand-in-hand with Obama to enact his illegal alien amnesty while supporting his budget priorities, confirming a new Attorney General who thinks everything Obama is doing is fine and promised they would do nothing while he illegally bans ammo, cripples the Internet, and lets the EPA run wild? Republicans are even gearing up to SAVE OBAMACARE if the Supreme Court guts the subsidies.

 Conservatives complain endlessly, with good reason, that Barack Obama is acting like a dictator. What’s left unsaid is that he’s only able to do it because Republicans in the House and Senate are standing by impotently and allowing him to do whatever he wants. Despite winning two huge victories in 2010 and 2014 by promising to fight against Obama, the GOP has shown nothing but rank cowardice in every confrontation with him. It’s hard to understand how men like John McCain, who showed such great courage in war, can be so cowardly when they’re asked to stand up for America against the Democrats. What kind of Republicans would rather fight their own supporters and constituents than stand up to Barack Obama?

In fact, we should consider ourselves lucky that Obama hasn’t gone even farther, because who’s going to stop him? The Republican Leadership in the House and Senate?

Barack Obama could declare that he is going to tear down the Lincoln Memorial to make room for a giant statue of himself and Republicans would end up funding it because they’re so petrified the media would blame them for the shutdown that would ensue if they didn’t go along to get along.

John Boehner, Kevin McCarthy, Steve Scalise, and Cathy McMorris Rodgers are our leaders in the House and Mitch McConnell, John Cornyn, John Thune and John Barrasso are our leaders in the Senate. These are the sort of people C.S. Lewis spoke of when he wrote, “We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honour and are shocked to find traitors in our midst.”

Conservatives all know that our leaders in Congress are yellow; they can’t talk, can’t strategize, can’t tell the truth or do anything else that most of us expect from men worthy to lead. However, the “traitors” part of that quote is apt as well because they just betrayed their constituents, conservatives, and the Republican Party to help Obama implement his illegal, unconstitutional amnesty.

Back in late 2014, conservatives were begging the GOP leadership to pass a short-term continuing resolution so that the GOP would have more leverage after we controlled the House and the Senate. They refused to do it, but conservative complaints about Obama’s amnesty were so loud that the GOP Leadership couldn’t immediately capitulate and were forced to do something. So, they declared that the DHS wouldn’t be funded unless Obama buckled on amnesty and they gave their solemn oaths that they’d fight tooth and nail once the GOP controlled the House and the Senate.

Then predictably, when Obama refused to give in, the GOP Leadership barely put up a fight before they caved in and gave him exactly what he wanted. Mitch McConnell worked with Harry Reid and John Boehner worked with Nancy Pelosi to fund millions of work permits and tax rebates for illegal aliens. They also effectively signed off on 5 million illegal aliens getting Social Security cards and drivers’ licenses that they could very possibly use to VOTE in our elections! The GOP Leadership called it illegal, they called it unconstitutional, they claimed to oppose it – yet they fought to fund it! If a judge in Texas hadn’t unexpectedly blocked DHS from carrying out the amnesty, something that could end at any time, Obama would be moving full speed ahead with the blessing of the Republican Leadership in Congress.

Don’t just take my word for it on how the GOP leadership sold you out; listen to Ted Cruz.

“Since December, the outcome has been baked in the cake. It was abundantly clear to anyone watching that leadership in both houses intended to capitulate on the fight against amnesty,” Cruz said, adding, “It was a strategy doomed to failure. It’s an old adage in Washington: Never take a hostage you’re not prepared to shoot.”

“There was no chance, zero, that Republicans were going to fail to fund the Department of Homeland Security because Republicans care deeply about homeland security,” Cruz continued.

“If we had been serious about this fight, and we should have been, the continuing resolution [under which DHS funding expired in February 2015] should have focused on the EPA, or the IRS or the Department of Labor,” Cruz said. “Now, those are departments which a majority would be prepared to allow funding to temporarily expire in order to use as leverage.”

Conservatives so opposed amnesty that the GOP leadership couldn’t pass it themselves; so this was their attempt to help Barack Obama implement it. It was a dishonorable, rank betrayal of conservatives. All members of the GOP leadership along with every Republican who voted for a clean DHS bill deserve to be publicly horsewhipped for what they did.

Sadly, we can’t get away with horsewhipping public officials any more, no matter how much they may deserve it, but we don’t have to vote for them. We don’t have to fund their campaigns. In fact, we can primary them, we can protest their donor meetings, boo them in public, leak information that hurts them to the press and undermine them at every opportunity. We can demand that our representatives vote against Boehner and McConnell if they want our support. We can do everything we can within the law to make life rough for them.

There are a lot of Republicans who will vote for anyone with an “R” beside his name, no matter what he does on the theory that he’s better than the Democrat. There is a lot of merit to that thinking and I have argued for it myself on many occasions, but we’ve gotten to the point where Republicans in D.C. are taking advantage of it to such a ridiculous degree that it should no longer apply.

They lie to us, they think we’re stupid, they trash groups who represent us, they hold us in complete contempt and then they mock us by saying, “Ha, where else are they going to go?” That’s bad enough, but we’re now getting to the point where it’s like we’re being asked to vote for Benedict Arnold on the theory that he’s better than voting for the British.

Difficult though it may be to hear, the God’s honest truth is that it’s not enough to get rid of Obama and replace him with a Republican. At a minimum, we need changes in the leadership of the Republican Party in the House and Senate to have any hope of making progress.

You think we’re going to repeal Obamacare with Boehner, McConnell and their cronies in charge? You think we’re going to crack down on illegal immigration and control our borders? You think this nation will be able to stave off bankruptcy with men in command who can’t lead, can’t talk and won’t fight anyone but conservatives?

I don’t.

I think Barack Obama is on track to fundamentally transform America, not because what he’s doing is right, popular, or successful, but because conservatives aren’t willing to DEMAND that their representatives in Congress stand up, speak out and stop him. The time for playing nice with the GOP’s incompetent, ineffective, disloyal leadership in Congress is at an end. The only way the country has a bright future is if the current Republican Party Leadership in Congress has no future in politics.

Food Stamp Shutdown Threat: Obama To Incite Riots & Chaos?

A letter is circulating from the USDA that directs state EBT/Food Stamp programs to suspend payment ‘until further notice’.

There is no such thing as coincidences when it comes to government tyranny.  Last weekend the EBT/SNAP foodstamp card program suddenly shut down and welfare cards were no longer working across 15 states.

People in Ohio, Michigan and 15 other states found themselves unable to use their food stamp debit-style cards on Saturday, after a routine test of backup systems by vendor Xerox Corp. resulted in a system failure.

Once it was learned that the “glitch” did not show account balances – and a local Walmart was honoring EBT purchases – the welfare mob descended on a Louisiana Walmart and emptied the shelves in under 2 hours.

The USDA and government insisted that the outage was NOT related to the government shutdown.

I don’t believe a word they say.  I would not doubt for a SECOND that the EBT outage was a ‘dry run’ for what Obama plans to do to next in the solidification of his dictatorship.   Especially given what is circulating as a possibility this morning, that EBT/SNAP/Welfare benefits are going to cease beginning in November.  Fox News obtained a copy of a USDA letter allegedly sent out to all states.

A PDF of an official USDA document of a government shutdown plan corroborates the effects on EBT/Food Stamps/WIC and other benefits should the “lapse in funding” continue.  Pay close attention to the following excerpted segments:

Specific program impacts of a lapse in funding are provided below. These impacts assume that the lapse is of short duration (i.e., less than one month). Should the funding lapse be longer, the FNCS contingency plan and these associated impacts will be re-visited and updated:
• The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) will continue operations and eligible households will still receive monthly benefits for October. The authority to make October benefit payments comes from the Recovery Act, through which Congress provided “such sums as are necessary” to finance the SNAP benefit provided for in the Recovery Act. In addition, about $2 billion in contingency funding will be available and could be used to support State Administrative activities essential to continue the program and issue and process benefits. These contingency funds were provided in the FY 2013 appropriation and do not expire until the end of FY 2014.
• USDA is working with WIC State agencies to use all available funding resources to provide benefits to participants. FNS will be allocating both contingency and carryover funds to State agencies for use in operating their FY 2014 WIC Program, in addition to other available funds. Should a lapse extend through late October, federal WIC funding may not be sufficient to cover benefits.
• The Child Nutrition (CN) Programs, including School Lunch, School Breakfast, Child and Adult Care Feeding, Summer Food Service and Special Milk will continue operations into October. Meal providers are paid on a reimbursement basis 30 days after the end of the service month. Limited carryover funding will be available during a lapse to support FY 2014 meal service. Once an appropriation is enacted, we expect additional resources will be available to reimburse October performance. In addition, most State agencies will continue to have fiscal year 2013 funds available for State Administrative Expenses (SAE). SAE funds are awarded to States for a two year grant period and they are permitted to carryover up to 20 percent of their allocation into the second year of the grant period.
• No additional federal funds would be available to support the Commodity Assistance Programs (CAP) including the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) administrative funding, and the WIC Farmers’ Markets Nutrition Program (FMNP). Similarly, no new funds will be available to support the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR). While there would be some inventory available for use in food packages, no carryover, contingency or other funds would be available to support continued operations.

There are also threats of Section 8 housing benefits, heating assistance programs and other welfare benefits being shut down in MA as well.

Utah families on food stamps could be cut off soon

States across the country are being told to stop the supplemental nutrition assistance program for the month of November, pending further notice.

That’s according to a letter from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Fox 13 obtained a copy from the Crossroads Urban Center in downtown Salt Lake City. Crossroads says if Utah families don’t get food stamps, they’ll turn to the local food pantries, which are already strapped due to the government shutdown. Homeless people Fox 13 talked to, some who use SNAP, say losing food stamps would mean going hungry.

I think Obama wants the following kinds of optics to be blamed on his opponents in Congress and those Americans who are wise to his ‘fundamental transformation’:

Considering that Obama has told the Federal government to make the shutdown “as painful as possible” – shutting down welfare/food stamps takes that policy and instantly creates misery for an army Obama would no doubt incite to riot and cause mayhem so to be used as a weapon for his demands and justification for dictatorial acts he is (I believe) about to commit.  My reasons for thinking this way are borne out of the following facts.

As the GOP has surrendered and is giving Obama nearly everything he wants – Obama is STILL rejecting their offers to reopen government and raise the debt ceiling until February.  Obama keeps talking and warning about ‘default’ in several speeches over the last few days.  In fact many Federal agencies are “warning” of no payments and massive pain if the country ‘defaults’.

This course of action Obama seems hell-bent on is a sure bet to force Congress to give him what he demands.  It’s what Marxists do when they seize power.  Just look at history!

But here’s a fact not being discussed or even mentioned: we cannot ‘default’ according to the Constitution and the Feds have enough income to service the debt.

We cannot default on debt payments unless they are so massive we cannot make payments- not because of the debt ceiling fight.  Obama wants the debt ceiling raised to pay for future projects or to fast-track a Cloward-Piven style collapse. He is not wanting the debt ceiling raised TO PAY FOR BILLS WE OWE NOW.  Social security checks will be issued until the year 2038, in which time it is estimated to run dry. Congress took surplus out of SS fund and put them in the General Fund but Obama will use the threat of no Social Security checks, no EBT/food stamp benefits and whatever other threat of pain he can muster to frighten the country into capitulating to his tyranny.

The Feds have enough tax income to service the debt UNLESS – Obama himself  orders all payments of everything to stop.  In doing so Obama may be attempting to make Congress irrelevant, and co-op the power of the purse for himself. That seems to match his M.O. to me.  This is a coup going on – an installation of a dictatorial Single Party tyranny.  Obama is on a destroy mission – he’s not interested in governing, he’s consumed with destroying anyone who opposes him, the hallmark of all despotic Leftists that have come on the world scene in modern history.

Will Obama Stop The Music This November?

…How would Obama …justify seizing emergency power? By cutting off all federal entitlement payments while claiming that he cannot continue them without a debt extension, secure in the knowledge that the mainstream media will continue to dutifully serve as his propaganda arm, blaming recalcitrant Republicans for all of the negative consequences.

While senior citizens on Social Security and other federal pension plan recipients may not immediately take to the streets, going on violent rampages of rioting, looting and burning, there is a segment of our population that will do exactly that: many of the 50 million Americans who today literally put the food on their tables by using an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card. While the states administer their individual EBT programs, most of the money comes from the federal government. The fact that thousands of Americans might be injured or killed during the nationwide riots that would follow the looting of supermarkets and delivery trucks will not be a moral impediment to the architects of Operation Fast and Furious…

…A lifelong Marxist revolutionary who has caused hundreds to be murdered in an attempt at political gain on gun control is not likely to blanch at the prospect of thousands dying in bloody food riots when the stakes are incalculably higher. If “the music stops” and our cities burn, Obama may grasp the opportunity to declare a state of emergency and seize dictatorial powers from the fire and ashes. Those who resist his rule by emergency decree will be declared to be “Tea Party terrorists” by Democrat leaders and their captive media, and we may finally see why the Department of Homeland Security has been purchasing those billions of hollow-point bullets, UAV drones, and armored vehicles.

If this is their calculation, it is a diabolical plan indeed. But a plan to ride a tiger is not the same as riding the tiger. Permanent rule by emergency decree may not be as simple to accomplish as would-be left-wing tyrants believe. Millions of Americans will not be fooled by the deliberately instigated torching of our cities and will not go quietly into the night of Marxist tyranny.

Mitch McConnell’s Incredible Lack of Leadership – Except When Making Deals To Besmirch Conservatives

Mitch McConnell cedes leadership to John McCain and Lindsey Graham while secretly working to give Obama his agenda.

There is no opposition leadership in the Republican party whatsoever.  Only scores of French-styled retreats and surrenders to the MarxoFascist Democrat agenda.  Nearly every Obama agenda item has ended up being agreed to and voted FOR by the GOP leadership from Amnesty to ObamaCare.   Then when real efforts to oppose Obama’s agenda are attempted, by  true and real Conservatives like Rand Paul and Ted Cruz, the Ruling Class GOP trashes them, vilifies them, marginalizes and demonizes them in concert with Obama and the Democrats.  Mitch McConnell works behind the scenes to sabotage their efforts of stopping the Obama agenda.  Such as the apparent effort of McConnell pressuring GOP senators to remove their names from a letter by Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) to Harry Reid demanding the Continuing Resolution to fund the government (again) must not include ObamaCare.

Just more reasons among many why Conservatives in Kentucky need to ditch Mitch, because to fight an enemy and lose is one thing.  But with Mitch McConnell – he lies to his home constituency that he’s a Conservative while playing footsie with the enemy and sabotaging efforts to stop the Obama Agenda.

McConnell Experiences Election Cycle Catharsis

This past year, we have witnessed the wholesale collapse of the Senate GOP Conference.  With the help of Senate Republicans, Democrats successfully passed the fiscal cliff tax hike/stimulus bill, amnesty, a massive farm bill, an internet sales tax, and most recently – the confirmation of an array of radical executive nominees.

Throughout this year, as John McCain and Lindsey Graham have divided the conference, everyone is asking the same question – where is Mitch?  Where is the party leader?  Despite voting against some of these items, he has never been seen coalescing a filibuster, and in some cases, has privately praised the other side.  The only major success occurred during the gun control debate when Ted Cruz and Rand Paul dragged McConnell into a filibuster that actually helped defeat the aggressive push against the Second Amendment.

But, alas, primary challenges tend to perform magic.  Mitch McConnell has already been modifying his voting behavior ever since the threat of the primary was first evident earlier this year.  Now that Matt Bevin is nipping at his heals, McConnell is suddenly concerned about conference cohesion heading into September’s budget battles.

As Politico noted on Sunday, Mitch McConnell is picking the spending levels of the 2011 Budget Control Act as his hill to die on; as the only issue through which he actually performs like the party leader and whips up support for the Republican position.  McConnell is asserting that he is committed to retaining the sequester cuts in the upcoming funding bill when the current budget CR expires at midnight September 30.

Let’s step back for a moment and explore the woeful misallocation of priorities with this budget strategy.  There are two points of contention with the upcoming CR.  One is whether we will block funding for Obamacare – the worst pending legislation on the books – before it takes root next year.  The other is over a few billion in random spending cuts.

As we’ve noted a number of times throughout the past few years of budget battles, McConnell’s 2011 debt ceiling deal was preposterous in that we granted Obama $2.4 trillion in new debt (to take him past election day) in exchange for non-transformational random cuts.  These cuts did not result in the closure of a single agency.  The military was the only major entity that was seriously affected the military.  Whether the EPA gets $7.5 billion in appropriations or $7.2 billion doesn’t really change its ability to destroy private sector jobs. Blocking Obamacare before it is implemented, on the other hand, is enormously consequential, and something we must pursue.

Hence, in classic Mitch magic, he is attempting to distract us with the shiny object of the sequester cuts that are already written into law.  Meanwhile, not only is he absent on the Obamacare fight, he is pressuring members to stay away from Mike Lee’s defund effort – to the extent that even the number two ranking Senate leader took his name off the letter.  And God forbid should he say anything about the GOP sell out to Chuck Schumer on amnesty, even as illegals continue to stream over the border.  With Mitch, it’s all about the least consequential way to feign conservative power to the folks back home.

Obama Decrees Congress And Their Aides Absolved From Pain of ObamaCare

Taxpayers will foot the bill for Congress members and their staff’s ObamaCare Premiums. 

Once again, Washington proves that it will absolve itself from all the rules, decrees and laws it imposes on us little people.  They mandate ‘ObamaCare for thee, but not for we’.  You see, the Congress Creatures complained that ObamaCare was going to be too costly for their 70 – 100k per year staffers and Federal Employees who were considering fleeing Washington with their Cadillac healthcare plans intact.  The very creatures who passed this heinous law on us, were complaining that it is too costly for THEM and their staffers and they were worried that many of them would leave Washington.

ObamaCare includes a provision, inserted by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), that requires members of Congress and their staffs to buy insurance through Obamacare, just like they require the rest of the American people they foisted this law upon.  As a result – Congress and their staffs were complaining that ObamaCare would be too costly for them to be a part of and they sought exemption from the law.

For months we’ve been hearing from both Republicans and Democrats in Washington, D.C. terrified that the implementation of Obamacare would decimate their staffs. Some senators and congressmen talked about a serious “brain drain” in Washington when their staff members leave. Congressman John Larson (D-Conn.), who voted for the health care law, said making the law apply to elected officials and their staffers was “simply not fair.”

The problem stems from the same issue other Americans have with the looming arrival of Obamacare: insurance premiums set to increase for just about everyone in the country. And people whose employers offer “Cadillac” coverage (like Congress and their staffers receive) will be hit harder.

Back in June, John Boehner and Harry Reid engaged in some kabuki theater – with Boehner pretending to want a full repeal of ObamaCare while secretly meeting with Harry Reid and Obama to find  a way to exempt themselves and Congress from the pain of ObamaCare.  Boehner has killed every effort made to DEFUND ObamaCare in the House, and is thwarting efforts by Rep. Mike Lee and Ted Cruz to make defunding ObamaCare part of the Continuing Budget Resolution of the debt ceiling in September.  Congress was crying aloud for Dear Leader to do something to spare them compliance with ObamaCare.  So Obama obliged them this week:

On Thursday, President Barack Obama met with congressional Democrats to discuss the problem, and reportedly told his team that he was “on it.” Friday morning brings many reports that a deal had been struck. Politico reported that the Office of Personnel Management intends to rule that the government may continue to contribute to the health care premiums of lawmakers and their staff.

The ruling means that despite an amendment that made all members of Congress and their staffs subject to the same law they are imposing on the rest of America, they won’t have to pay for it. Instead, taxpayers will be footing the bill.
