Obama Will Ignore Congress And The People – Impose Iran Deal Himself

After floating a trial balloon for a ‘Third term’ while in Africa – His Heinous’ henchmen tell Congress that if they do not approve the Iran treaty, Obama cannot be counted on to follow the law.

The hits are coming fast and furious now, daily even – as this news is like, so last week.  All by design of course in application of Saul Alinsky’s Rule No. 8.  You are so baffled by yesterday’s outrage that you miss the one or two the Obama regime dumped on America today.

In the avalanche of despotism and lawlessness, the Obama regime is not bothering to make pretenses anymore.  They are becoming proud of this Fascist Dictatorship it is establishing, with or without support from the Ruling Class Oligarchy, whom are just useful idiots for the moment: making a despotic coup legitimate.  This will become more clear in the days ahead as Obama furiously imposes his agenda to fundamentally transform the nation into smoldering ruin.

While the American people are all upset over the death of a lion in Africa thanks to the incessant Praetorian media’s attention to it, baby’s are harvested at taxpayer expense for their parts and tissue and the American people yawn at industrial extermination, while begin ruled by a dictatorial regime that demands obeisance to it’s ideology.  I’ve read and seen something similar happening to another enlightened and industrial nation about 70 years ago.  Still the people slumber.

Fascism is back in vogue, and an ignorant populace have no clue this is what now rules them.

Obama: If Congress Blocks My Iran Deal, I’ll Ignore The Law & Do It Anyway

How very fascist. So, Obama is saying that if Congress doesn’t play ball on approving the Iran deal, he might just go ahead and do it anyway. That violates the Constitution and the law. Technically he can’t do it – oh, but he will. Notice how Kerry sidestepped the issue? If Obama does this and isn’t made to answer for it or stopped, that’s the end of our Constitutional Republic and the actual beginning of a dictatorship. Even if a conservative is elected in 2016, by then $150 to 200 billion will have gone to Iran, effectively arming our enemies for our destruction. This president has gone rogue and we must reign him in – legally and physically if need be.

When you eliminate impeachment as a possibility and both sides of the political aisle are complicit in a Marxist agenda, you get this type of behavior. Obama is a narcissist with delusions of grandeur and a pen and a phone. Of course he won’t obey the law… he’ll flaunt it whenever he can get away with it. If leaders won’t go along with him, he’ll blackmail them or use leverage of some sort against them to get these so-called leaders to see things his way. This type of bowing before our enemies such as Iran, Russia and China will get millions of Americans killed. Obama knows and doesn’t care. This is treason you are watching unfold in the Oval Office.

Kerry Won’t Commit That They Will Follow The Law If Congress Rejects Iran Deal

A senior House Democrat at Tuesday’s Foreign Affairs Committee hearing on the Iran deal, asked Secretary of State John Kerry if the Obama regime would follow the law if the Senate rejects his Iran nuke deal. Kerry would not commit that the Obama administration would follow the law if Congress shoots down the deal by a veto-proof majority.

Rep. Brad Sherman (D-Calif.) asks John Kerry, “But let’s say Congress doesn’t take your advice and we override a veto and the law that is triggered then imposes certain sanctions. Will you follow the law even though you think it violates this agreement clearly, and even if you think it’s absolute terrible policy?” Sherman asked.

“I can’t begin to answer that at this point without consulting with the president and determining what the circumstances are,” Kerry replied.

“So you are not committed to following the law?” Sherman pressed.

“No, I said I am not going to deal with a hypothetical,” Kerry said. “That’s all.”

But if that doesn’t blow your mind, how about more insanity from Obama’s point man on handing the Iranian Mullah’s nukes and billions of dollars to make their pledge of ‘Death To America’ a reality?  He really, really said this when questioned about the rallies and chants led by Iran’s leaders:

At no time was he made aware of an Iranian plan to destroy America.

Secretary of State John Kerry is still seeking a nuanced explanation for Iran’s government saying, “Death to America”. He called the Iranian government’s cries of “Death to America” “not helpful” and suggested that the Supreme Leader might not really mean it.

And now Kerry would like to emphasize that aside from the “Death to America” chants and the nuclear bombs and constant threats of war, at no time was he made aware of an Iranian plan to destroy America.

Yesiree bob.  The Clown Jester heading the State Department really said all of this under testimony. This is why Obama and his Jihadist pals are laughing their asses off at us.  They believe we are stupid enough to believe what Kerry said, and that there is no danger to the world with a nuclear-armed Iran.

But it’s not just the Dimwitted John ‘D. Student’ Kerry that says “Do not believe your own eyes and ears”- Obama’s CHIEF at DHS insists the following:

Obama ‘Interested” To Raise Taxes By Decree – While Directing IRS To Pay Tax ‘Refunds’ To Illegals Who Never Filed

White House confirms that Obama is investigating using ‘Executive actions’ to raise hundreds of billions in new taxes, bypassing Congress.  At the same time the IRS defends Obama’s decree to give illegals immediate tax refunds when they file for a Social Security number.

Obama has asserted he is king, Arbiter of what is law and Maker of Law, by decree (Executive Actions/Memoranda).  We are being ruled by a Dictator intending to rule by decree and overthrow us from within. What more proof do we need of that fact?  Well, the White House just provided more yesterday.  His Heinous is investigating ways to raise taxes on his own authority without Congress as mandated by the Constitution.  At the same time The Won has ordered the IRS to hand out ‘tax refunds’ (up to $40,000 each) to every illegal that applies for a Social Security Number – even though not a single one of them has ever filed or paid taxes.

Are you getting the picture of what is being done to us yet?  The Constitution is now completely irrelevant.   Congress having already surrendered it’s power of the purse to Obama – has apparently also surrendered their sole power to tax to Dear Leader Obama as well.   The Constitution prescribes tax revenue bills must originate in the House of Representatives only.  That was dashed with the passage of ObamaCare in 2010.  Yesterday the White House confirms Obama is planning to raise taxes by decree and sadly – Congress will not impede or stop this dictator.   Instead they grant him every cover and excuse to continue his lawlessness.

If raising your taxes by decree was not a middle finger in your face, – how about the plan to hand those taxes over to “New Americans” to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars each?  “Refunds” you, the citizen are not entitled to but that the alien and stranger among us is said to be ‘entitled to’.  This is a velvet coup by a dictatorship that is implementing a planned genocide via indigenous economic replacement, it is what Obama meant when he said he was going to  ‘Fundamentally transform the United States of America”.

A phone conference with Obama’s Amnesty team revealed that the plan is to push American Citizens into the shadows and give benefits and preferences to over 15 million illegal third world squatters that the regime is calling ‘New Americans’.  They will be placed in ‘Receiving Communities’ for the purpose of creating a ‘country within a country’.  The plan is for those ‘communities’ to act as ‘seedlings’ that are intended to grow and overtake their surrounding areas.  They will be ‘fertilized’ with ‘tax refunds’ handed to them the moment they arrive, even though they will be instructed to ‘Navigate Not Assimilate’ into America.  It was even discussed that Obama will issue an Executive Order renaming Thanksgiving: ‘Celebrate Immigrants Day’.

Isn’t that special?  I can hear His Heinous’ Castro-like lecture in my head already as he will undoubtedly declare everyone in the country ‘Immigrants’.

The White House’s comments yesterday and the actions of his Alphabet agencies confirm that indeed, the pogram that Obama is implementing is to drive citizens into the shadows, and create a foreign army inside the country to overthrow us, all by decree.

We will have taxation by decree without representation and tax refunds used to fund our replacements with ‘New Americans’.

The entire leadership and government that now rules us has no legitimate authority under Heaven or the Constitution.

It is time we withdraw our consent to be ruled by such despots and refuse to pay for our own subjugation and replacement.

 

Obama “Very Interested” In Raising Taxes Through Executive Action

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest confirmed Monday that President Obama is “very interested” in the idea of raising taxes through unitlateral executive action.

“The president certainly has not indicated any reticence in using his executive authority to try and advance an agenda that benefits middle class Americans,” Earnest said in response to a question about Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) calling on Obama to raise more than $100 billion in taxes through IRS executive action.

“Now I don’t want to leave you with the impression that there is some imminent announcement, there is not, at least that I know of,” Earnest continued. “But the president has asked his team to examine the array of executive authorities that are available to him to try to make progress on his goals. So I am not in a position to talk in any detail at this point, but the president is very interested in this avenue generally,” Earnest finished.

Sanders sent a letter to Treasury Secretary Jack Lew Friday identifying a number of executive actions he believes the IRS could take, without any input from Congress, that would close loopholes currently used by corporations. In the past, IRS lawyers have been hesitant to use executive actions to raise significant amounts of revenue, but that same calculation has change in other federal agencies since Obama became president.

Obama’s preferred option would be for Congress to pass a corporate tax hike that would fund liberal infrastructure projects like mass transit. But if Congress fails to do as Obama wishes, just as Congress has failed to pass the immigration reforms that Obama prefers, Obama could take actions unilaterally instead. This past November, for example, Obama gave work permits, Social Security Numbers, and drivers licenses to approximately 4 million illegal immigrants.

 

 

IRS defends paying refunds to illegals who never filed taxes

The IRS is defending its decision to let illegal immigrants claim up to three years’ refunds on income even if they never paid income taxes, telling Congress in a new letter last week that agency lawyers have concluded getting a Social Security number triggers the ability to go back and ask for previous refunds.

President Obama’s new deportation amnesty could grant Social Security numbers to as many as 4 million illegal immigrants, making many of them eligible for tax refunds under the Earned Income Tax Credit even for years when they cheated on their taxes, by working off the books and not filing tax returns.

Obama Declares Himself King – Asserts He Is Above The Law And He Alone Determines The Law

Obama answers a question about his illegal actions by saying no one can stop what he does – he asserts he will simply veto whatever is attempted to restrain him and ignore any judge he disagrees with.

The mask Obama used to deceive and beguile the vast masses of emoting sheeple in America, is falling – and the true despotic nature of the America-hating Marxist-In-The-White-House is revealing itself.  Not that it matters now anyway, the mask is no longer necessary.

Obama’s true motives and intentions are self-evident and illustrated by his policies and actions.  His words and true demeanor are now catching up to the destructive intents he is waging upon the country – because he knows he can do so with impunity.  No one will stop him.  Anyone attempting to do so is being publicly assassinated with help from Obama’s Praetorian Media and punished in various manners by the Executive Branch.

Before day One of His Heinous’ reign in America – we warned you that the mindset he and his MarxoFascist stooges was one of dictatorship and totalitarianism.  That their intentions was to take power – and rule.

Obama has told us repeatedly that he will rule as he sees fit, and make decisions for all of us that he decides are ‘right’.  He has repeatedly ignored rulings from the Judiciary he does not like.  Even so far as to assert that Federal District Judge Andrew Hanen’s rock solid ruling against his Executive Amensty “Is just one judge” and that he – Barack Obama “..will use all the legal power vested in me in order to solve this problem”.  Nevermind that the judge ordered his decree illegal and that he was commanded to stop implementation.  Obama is ignoring his ruling, “confident’ he will find another judge to rule in his favor.  So he continues without any regard or any fear of reprisal for criminal violation of a federal order.

Obama enacts law by decree.  From creating a “Country within a country” of Middle Eastern Refugees and South American third world squatters he is flying and bussing into the country to be supported by the taxpayer; to bypassing Congress in total to enact treaties, nationalized takeovers of the Internet, student loans, healthcare, food, water and property – it does not matter if his actions violate the Constitution or the rule of law.  He has said and written that he has authority to ignore those laws he disagrees with, and impose laws  by himself via regulatory alphabets and other schemes.

On Thursday last week , Obama vocalized this assertion of kingship as the final arbiter of law when making it clear that no one can stop him or even declare what he does as illegal.

“If Mr. McConnell, the leader of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, want to have a vote on whether what I’m doing is legal or not, they can have that vote. I will veto that vote, because I’m absolutely confident that what we’re doing is the right thing to do,”

He is absolutely confident what he is doing is the right thing.  Yes.  All despotic and genocidal maniacs assert the same exact thing Obama just did.  Above the law and outside of any checks or balances.  Whether it is outlawing dissent, punishing opponents, or eradicating undesirables, all such Dictatorial Despots say what Obama just said; that they are doing what they say is right, and that they are confident of their decrees.

So Obama is king – by default, because no one would stop him when they had the power, the chance and the occasion to do so.  Instead – every check and balance was surrendered or usurped to Obama without any fight whatsoever. From the Press, the Congress and the Judiciary – all have bowed down to Obama and his agenda – which is their agenda and has been their agenda before he even got there.

The Republic is gone as is the Constitution.  They exist now in Name Only.  A false deference, to what we are supposed to be – for the purpose of fundamentally transforming the country under the noses of the very people this regime intends to enslave and destroy.

The king is above the law – for he IS the law!  Seig heil His Imperial Heinous Barrack Hussein Obama!  – Defy him and be vetoed and then suffer the consequences for insolence!

 

Obama Believes He Alone Is The Law In America

Rule Of Law: First, the president issues unlawful executive orders giving illegal immigrants amnesty. Then, he dares an equal branch of government to vote on his orders’ legality so he can veto it. Is he establishing a monarchy?

While speaking at a town hall meeting Wednesday night at Florida International University, President Obama clearly indicated that he believes he is the final authority on law in this country. He will not tolerate dissent.

“If Mr. McConnell, the leader of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, want to have a vote on whether what I’m doing is legal or not, they can have that vote. I will veto that vote, because I’m absolutely confident that what we’re doing is the right thing to do,” he told a group organized by Democratic Rep. Jose Diaz-Balart.

In November, Obama announced a set of unilateral actions to change the immigration system. Government agencies were ordered not to enforce the law against up to 5 million illegal immigrants in the country. He also declared that they would not be subject to deportation and were to be handed green cards.

There was no vote in Congress. No consultation with the House and Senate. No law cited that gave him the authority. Just his word.

A month ago, we wondered if Obama was “so hellbent on amnesty for illegals he’ll resort to nullifying and even breaking the law.” Today, we know that he is.

Not even a federal judge’s ruling has stopped him from making and unmaking law as he sees fit. On Feb. 16, Southern Texas District Judge Andrew Hanen issued a temporary injunction against the administration’s executive lawmaking. “No, Mr. President,” said the George W. Bush appointee, “you and your party’s long-term political agenda are not above the law.”

The administration wants Hanen’s order lifted, but one should assume that even if the courts don’t rule Obama’s way, the White House will eventually do as it wishes and challenge the courts to stop it, just as it has taunted Congress.

Several times during Obama’s six years in office he has insisted he’s not a king able to act alone. He said it right up until he began to overtly behave as one.

House Speaker John Boehner’s office counted 22 times that Obama said “he couldn’t ignore or create his own immigration law.”

Yet at a time of his choosing, the president decided he could indeed create his own immigration law, just as he made changes to the Affordable Care Act as if it were his own set of commandments handed down from on high.

Obama is the president who said all he needed was a pen and a phone, that he wasn’t going to wait around for Congress to act.

He’s the Oval Office occupant who, while visiting Monticello, Thomas Jefferson’s home in Charlottesville, Va., a year ago with French President Francois Hollande, declared that it’s a “good thing as a president, I can do whatever I want.”

We said then and still believe today that if he meant that quip to be a joke, “it’s a bad one, for it accurately describes the psyche of a president who governs by executive order and regulation.”

A little more than a year after Obama’s re-election, the Washington Times reported that “from immigration to the minimum wage, congressional Democrats and liberal activists … urged Mr. Obama to declare an end run around Capitol Hill, assert executive authority and make as much progress as he can on the expansive agenda he laid out for his second term.”

They knew with whom they were dealing.

Obama well represents the political left, which has no time or respect for constitutional limits, the rule of law or power shared among the three branches.

Today’s leftists, loosely defined as “progressives,” want raw political power to enact their agenda. And from Obama they’re getting it.

Diagnosis: America Has A Malignancy

All the evidence is conclusive, America has cancer.  The only question is whether or not this people will remain in denial, because the longer we wait to undergo treatment – the less chance we have of survival.

This is one of the best, concise “rants” I have read in a long time.  In a nutshell, Neal Boortz lays it all out for us – all the ugliness of the tumor found in the head of our nation, the defacto dictator that rules by “executive action”  while refusing to enforce laws he disagrees with (open border anyone?) – and punishing those peoples and industries he has targeted for destruction.

I like how Mr. Boortz paraphrases Churchill at the end of this blog rant – and it is true: if we will not fight when the cost will be minor, we may face the fact we will have to fight and perish with no chance of victory, or live as slaves.

THE UGLY TRUTH … A DIAGNOSIS.     

Sometimes reality slaps us in the face.  Reality arrives, stands before you, grabs you by the throat and shakes you around a bit ..and still you can’t believe it.  Can’t absorb it.  The reality is just so foreign to everything you’ve ever thought or believed all your life. When that moment comes denial will inevitably be your first response.  Anger soon follows … often directed at the person or persons who brought the dangerous, destructive reality to your attention.

Maybe an unexpected cancer diagnosis could illustrate this.  First .. Denial.  “No.  It just can’t be true.  Not for me.”  Then anger at the doctor who brought you the bad news. I know a doctor who had his nose broken by a patient to whom he broke the devastating news.

Now in a sense, whatever the tragedy or crisis, this denial may be helpful.  It might slow you down enough to fashion an appropriate first response based on good information rather than a panicked response that could possibly make the situation worse.  Sooner or later, though, you have to accept the reality that you have cancer; and sooner rather than later you must move denial and anger to determination … determination to do whatever you need to do; undergo whatever therapies and treatments you need to endure; in order to beat the disease.

OK.  Sit down.  I have a diagnosis for you.  This reality is going to be hard to accept.  You may have first heard this diagnosis a few years ago, and totally rejected it.  New tests – more modern tests — have been run.  Better research has been performed.  I’m sorry, but the diagnosis has been confirmed.  Many of you who are just now studying the issue are going to embrace the denial stage immediately.  If you read on, if you pay attention, if you have even a semblance of an open mind, you’re going to see that this diagnosis is pretty much accurate.

Diagnosis:  America is currently being ruled by a man who came to this country in 1979 determined to destroy America as we know it, and who is well on his way to realizing that goal.

There!  There’s the denial, right?  That Boortz guy is just a hater.  Barack Obama cares so much for people.  It’s those Republicans and their obstructionism that have made him look so bad. Go ahead … go with that response for a while, but I’m going to give you some facts to digest.  Call them dots.  Connect them yourself.  See where they lead you.

OBAMA HISTORY

I’ve blogged about Obama’s history – his upbringing – many times.  If you’re reading this you’ve probably read my previous thoughts on the subject. I do have a different and more concise way to express to you the reality of 0bama’s formative years.  Let’s try this:

With one exception, every single person involved in bringing Obama into this world, nurturing him, educating him and escorting him into adulthood literally despised America.  From the time he was born until the time he left home in Hawaii to attend Occidental College in California, every single person involved in raising Obama thought America was a blight on the world.

Now I did say that there was one exception.  That would be a man named Lolo Soetoro.  Soetoro was the second husband to Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham.  Soetoro was an Indonesian businessman, and when he started doing business with American businessmen he made the mistake of expressing positive thoughts about America in front of young Barack and his mother.  According to researchers this resulted in Obama being shipped out of the house to Hawaii to live with his maternal grandparents.

So there’s your first dot.  The people who taught Obama as a child and as a young adult harbored a deep dislike of The United States and they did what they could to make sure Obama grew up with the same attitude.

You only have to read Obama’s books to find the second dot.  When Obama arrived at Occidental he felt that he didn’t really belong.  It wasn’t until he found some Marxist student groups and professors, the people he admits to being drawn to, that he felt welcomed and accepted.  Another dot.

While at Occidental one of Obama’s friends was a student named John Drew.  At that time Drew was a Marxist.  That’s also the way he described Obama as a new student; a Marxist-Leninist.  That’s a polite way of saying “communist.”  Head to Google and enter “John Drew Occidental” and start reading.  You’ll learn that it was Drew, now a PhD political scientist, who convinced Obama that a violent communist revolution just wasn’t going to happen in the United States.  If Obama, as was his stated wish, wanted to bring America to Marxism it was going to have to be through political means, not violence.  Another dot.

Not much is known about Obama’s educational journey after he left Occidental for Columbia.  The records are pretty much sealed.  It is rather strange that not one person of note has surfaced who claims to have known and been close to Obama at Columbia.  Ditto for Harvard. We do know that Obama became the president of the Harvard Law Review without ever writing one single law review article.  That hasn’t happened before or since.  No … not exactly a dot.  A smudge perhaps, but not a dot.

But what about the people Obama associated with when he moved to Chicago after Harvard?  I told you above that virtually all of the people involved in raising Obama had a strong dislike – bordering on hatred – for America.  Then in college he gravitated toward Marxist students and professors .. more people you don’t exactly hear saying the Pledge of Allegiance every morning.  Well … once he arrived back in Chicago he was right back at it.  Obama decided that he was going to need a church to join .. part of his credentials as a Christian he felt were necessary for political advancement.  What church did he join?  Jeremiah Wright’s church of “God Damn America.”  Doesn’t that qualify for a dot?

And then there’s Obama’s friends Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn.  Terrorists.  Marxist terrorists.  These are people who planted bombs in government buildings as part of the Weather Underground movement.  And just how close a friend to Obama was Bill Ayers?  There’s some pretty convincing research, research that I accept, that it was Ayers who ghost-wrote Obama’s “Dreams from My Father.”

But to really define the closeness of the relationship between Obama and Ayers (a closeness Obama denies) you have to look at that moment when Obama decided it was time to announce his entry into politics.  Obama was going to run for the Illinois State Senate.  He wanted his announcement to be as meaningful as possible, and to do that he would have to carefully chose just where that announcement would be made?  His decision?  The living room of Bill Ayers.  Are you absorbing this?  Obama announces his entry into the world of politics – his journey that would lead to the White House – from the living room of a convicted Marxist domestic terrorist.  And you thought that Lewinsky and Clinton in that room off the Oval Office was bad!  Another dot.

CLOWARD-PIVEN

Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven.  Names you should know.  They were sociologists and political activists in the ‘60s.  They were professors at Columbia University … Obama’s alma mater.  Cloward and Piven set a goal, to end poverty. They developed a strategy to do just that, called the Cloward-Piven strategy, and outlined that strategy in a May 1966 article in the liberal magazine The Nation entitled “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty”.  Here – in their words – was the plan:

“The ultimate objective of this strategy—to wipe out poverty by establishing a guaranteed annual income—will be questioned by some. Because the ideal of individual social and economic mobility has deep roots, even activists seem reluctant to call for national programs to eliminate poverty by the outright redistribution of income.^”

Sound familiar?  A guaranteed annual income and income redistribution are liberal goals to this day, and Obama speaks of income redistribution often.  In a 2008 interview with Charlie Rose Obama was questioned on his plans to raise capital gains taxes.  Rose told Obama that when these taxes had been raised in the past it had only resulted in lowered tax revenues.  Obama’s response?  “I would look at raising capital gains taxes for the purpose of fairness.”

What?  You raise taxes NOT to get revenue for the operation of government, but because it’s just not fair that those people who invested and earned those capital gains have that money?  There’s your income redistribution for you.  Only in the case of capital gains taxes, it’s wealth redistribution, not income redistribution.

The Cloward-Piven strategy for achieving this goal was simple.  You overwhelm the federal government with entitlement payments; welfare payments, disability payments and other social entitlement benefits to the point that chaos erupts and the congress simply has to step in to stop the bleeding, and the only real way to do that would be through a massive wealth and income seizure and redistribution program known as a Guaranteed Annual Income.

OK .. there’s Cloward-Piven.  Once again, Google that phrase and do some reading.  You’re going to recognize what’s happening here today.

So, since he took office what has Obama been doing to implement the Cloward-Piven strategy?

• Through an Executive Order he removes the welfare work requirement.  This requirement was put into place during the Clinton presidency.  Clinton was forced into it by a GOP congress.  Immediately the welfare roles began to diminish and the income levels for those in the lowest income quintile began to climb.  As soon as Obama eliminated the work requirement the welfare rolls started to expand again .. as did the expense of the program.  Another dot.
• The rules on Social Security disability were softened.  Today the numbers of people claiming and receiving Social Security disability checks has exploded.  I recently read of one Democrat administrative judge who overturned virtually ALL decisions by Social Security hearing officers to deny disability benefits.  Yet another dot.
• Obamacare.  Perhaps you haven’t noticed, but Obamacare is a massive wealth seizure and redistribution plot.  Younger and healthier Americans are being forced to pay huge premiums for insurance policies with far more coverage than they need in order to subsidize the insurance policies for older and poorer Americans.  The cost of Obama will overwhelm the federal government and the cry for “single payer, i.e. socialized medicine, will eventually win the day.  Another dot.
• The Hispanic invasion.  Since pretty much day one Obama has steadfastly refused to secure our borders.  He has repeatedly made public utterances that have been interpreted by Central Americans as an open invitation to come to America, without permission, to sit and wait for the eventual amnesty.  Our social welfare systems in the border states are being overwhelmed by the costs of the hundreds of thousands of so-called “immigrants” swarming across the border.  Another dot.  By the way, don’t buy this Obama Bolshoi about how his administration has been deporting record numbers of illegals.  It’s nonsense.  It’s all in what you call a “deportation.”  Obama has ordered that when a Latino shows up at a border crossing without proper documentation, and is turned back, that should count as a deportation.  Uhhhhh ….. right.
• Unemployment insurance.  Under Obama we’ve seen endless expansions and extensions of unemployment insurance.  Unemployment insurance costs have gone up for employers and for the federal and state governments.  The cost is quickly becoming unsustainable.  Another dot.

Ignore the diagnosis if you will.  Denial is common.  Get angry if you will.  Call me a racist, a hater … anything you want.  It doesn’t change the diagnosis.

Whistle past the graveyard!  Maybe that will work.  Know, however, that governments are not forever.  Constitutional Republics like ours based on the rule of law and property rights generally destroy themselves after about 230 years.  Ignore that though.  Couldn’t happen here, right?

Before you go … something else.  America is the only nation in the world that has seen a decrease in economic freedom for seven years in a row.  Another dot?

Connect them, ignore them.  Sooner or later, though, you’re going to have to fight.  You’re going to have to undergo the therapies and treatments that will restore our body politic – our country – to health.  Are you going to do that now when victory is possible?  Or are you going to wait until the situation is so far along – the Cloward-Piven Strategy and Obama’s destructive plans – that victory is doubtful .. but you fight because your back is against the wall.

Dictator King Obama Warns Governors Not To Complain

Republican Governors ‘troubled’ by aggressive tone of Obama warning them not to complain about gutting the military.

The tyrannical and impudent man-child king Hussein Obama I, let his aggression be fully known towards the governors of these United States at their annual Association Meeting this past weekend.  His Heinous announced massive cuts in the National Guard and military that were confirmed by Obama’s pro-Islamic SecDef Chuck Hagel, in what amounts to a nearly complete hollowing out of America’s military to PRE-World War II levels.

While domestic spending continues to skyrocket into TRILLIONS for welfare, the healthcare debacle and other crony programs for Obama’s imposition of tyranny, the Trojan Horse of Obama’s regime strikes it’s fell swoop at the defensive jugular of the nation: it’s military.  Already plans to cut the pensions and benefits of veterans and active duty troops has been enacted, and now a massive draw-down of personnel and equipment is underway.

While advocating through intimidation that state governors adopt and push his Marxist social policies such as raising the minimum wage yet again at the Annual Governor’s Association Meeting, Obama took delight in lecturing the governors about his distrust of how they manage education, transportation, wages and climate in their states.

Then Obama’s tone took a dark and threatening manner when discussing his agenda to hollow-out the military, and not-too-subtly threatened the governors if they dared to complain about it.

Texas Governor Rick Perry said he was very troubled by Obama’s tone while addressing the National Governors Association:

I don’t mind telling you I was a bit troubled today by the tone of the president. …For the president of the United States to look Democrat and Republican governors in the eye and to say ‘I do not trust you to make decisions in your state about issues of education, about transportation infrastructure…’ – that is really troubling.

Perry went on to comment about the planned gutting of the National Guard and warned the state governors not to push back against it or they would hear from him:

I hope we’re not about to make a tragic mistake in this country by hollowing out our Guard in our states in some political statement of ‘you’re all going to feel the pain’. Because that’s certainly what I heard from the president of the United States today.

As a matter of fact he said in that meeting “if I hear any of you pushing back, making statements about Washington spends too much money, you’ll hear from me.”

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out why Obama plans to gut the U.S. military while at the same time militarizing the DHS and government agents – because he already told us what he intended to do back in 2008:

The MarxoFascist coup is now entering it’s Iron Fist phase of subjugating us.  His Heinous’ warning to governors was intended to instill fear upon any state daring to defy him.

And America still sleeps, willfully and deliberately ignoring the truth of what is right in front of us all.

Republican Governors Offended By Obama’s ‘Tone’ on National Guard Cuts

In his announcement on Monday, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said the Army National Guard, which currently numbers about 355,000 soldiers, would drop to 335,000 by 2017.

Hagel also wants to transfer the National Guard’s Apache attack helicopters to active-duty units, and move the Army’s Black Hawk helicopters to the National Guard. He said the Guard’s fleet of helicopters would decline by 8 percent.

South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley also mentioned the president’s “tone” in discussing the National Guard.

“You know, and I just want to say that it was — it always is a very respectful exchange, and we always agree that we can agree to disagree. The tone completely changed when we started talking about the National Guard. It automatically went into an aggressive nature by him, implying that many of you have asked for cuts. This is what you said you wanted. Don’t start coming in and now complaining that these cuts are affecting you because you said you wanted it, now you’re going to get it, you’re going to have to live with it, and if somebody questions it, I’m going to have something to say about it — completely different change in tone.

Obama Radio Address: He Will Act On His Own And Decree What Is Law

His Heinous King Hussein Obama I – once again declares war on the rule of law, and the Constitution – asserting he will act on his own.

This is happening so often, Americans are growing indifferent to it.  But a time is coming when everyone is going to say in shock – “how could he JUST DO THAT?”

The answer will be, because he told you beforehand he is king and will rule by his own word – and you weren’t listening or paying attention.  So when king Joffrey – er… Obama says a business must pay their employees what he demands, or lose his head – everyone watches afraid and mystified, but they do nothing while innocents end up punished at the hands of a madman under the color of ‘law’.

Do what the king decrees, or be punished by his myriad agents.

Constitution be damned.

Your rights be damned.

Your liberty be damned.

None of that matters, only the Agenda and it’s imposition upon us matters, because king Joffrey/Obama has decreed it so.

Why bother with a comment except to say that Obama is confirming what many of us were warning he would become way back in 2008; an Imperial Dictator.

Amerika’s first acting Dictator Barack Hussein NerObama layed out his intentions at last night’s State of the Union (Coup) speech. It went pretty much as I assumed it would.

Key points in his Castro-esque bloviation:

• Obama will act on his own to impose his agenda, with or without Congress.  “So wherever and whenever I can take steps without legislation to expand opportunity for more American families, that’s what I’m going to do”.  Do what he says or he will simply do it anyway.

• Income inequality; America is a bad nation with too many rich people who need to have their wealth redistributed

• Implementing Fascism; government ‘partnerships’ with business, industry, education and technology.

• More unemployment benefits to keep paying those folks who gave up trying to find a job over the last 5 years.

• Energy Transformation; no more coal, oil or gas.  Transition to natural gas, solar and wind power.  Ride a bicycle like they do in Communist China instead of driving a car.

• Reduce carbon ‘pollution’ with more urgency.  Climate Change is a fact, the debate is over because Obama said so.

• Immigration transformation.  Make all illegals citizens so they can vote for Democrats and remain welfare slaves.

• Mandatory Pre-school.  Kids must start government indoctrination by age 4.

• Affirmative Action for Women – imposing the failed Equal Rights Amendment because there’s a mythical war on women led by rich evil White men.

• Raise Minimum Wage: because hey – who cares if you pay $12 for a hamburger at McDonalds, the single mom there needs more bucks welfare doesn’t cover.

 • Create new federal Retirement program: MyRA.  Setting the stage for federal confiscation of all retirement funds, 401ks and IRAs with IOUs.  because Social Security is broke and the government cannot stand all that retirement money just sitting there without Obama and his hordes having their paws in it.

• Citizenship requires agreement with Obama policies.

• Gun Control – more bans, more regulations by Imperial Decree

• Changes to voting procedures and methods because Barack just don’t trust ‘We The People’ to vote fair or honest.

• Pulling out of Afghanistan in 2015 like we did in Iraq – and let Al Qaeda and the Taliban resurge.

• Diplomacy As Foreign Policy in the face of nuke threats from Iran and the world serve us best, because being a paper tiger is safer than confronting the world’s maniacal bullies with delusions of global conquest in their heads.

What amazes me is he brazenly stated 8 separate times he would simply ‘act’ without Congress to implement these agenda items.  “I will act on my own”;  “whenever I can take steps without legislation…that’s what I’m going to do”; I’ll cut red tape”; I’ll use my authority”; I’ll set new standards”; “I will issue executive orders”; “I will direct the Treasury”; “I intend to keep trying, with or without Congress”.

Then there’s the absolutely inept and powerless cowardice of members of Congress who stood and applauded a man who just told them he will now act as dictator.

The pitiful and ridiculous Republican Ruling Class response by Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers was a case-in-point of the spineless milquetoast buffoonery Boehner and McConnell’s party has become.  Did anyone else think she was auditioning for a “Mrs. Rodger’s Neighborhood” show?

We are witnessing the fundamental transformation of a Republic into a MarxoFascist third world hellhole and our so-called leadership is either castrated and cowed, or complicit and compliant.

In a word – this speech was nothing more than an in-our-face assertion of a dictatorship, and a redefinition of terms about what a ‘citizen’ means in Obama’s Amerika.

Obama’s State Of The Coup Speech

What is certain to be a Castro-esque bloviating Communist agitprop rant about ‘income inequality’ and justification to ignore Congress and the Constitution

Yes, the media is already licking their lips and drooling al over themselves already  to promote tonight’s aggressive MarxoFascist agenda Obama will outline in his State Of The Coup Speech (Kudos to Rush Limbaugh for coining the term).

Obama will avoid discussing his train wreck ObamaCare debacle, aside from declaring it a triumph, and focus on ramrodding the rest of his Marxist/Fascist agenda down our throats – by his own decree.  He will announce a ‘year of action’ – meaning he demands government ‘act’ on imposing his MarxoFascism, via regulating/confiscating retirement accounts; indoctrination for all pre-schoolers; ‘climate change’ and ‘energy transformation, or  he will do so by decree.

In a nod to Union Thugs, this morning Obama used yet another Executive Order to raise the minimum wage of federal contract workers to $10 an hour.  This is a gauntlet thrown at Congress to raise the Federal minimum wage across the country.  Should they fail to do so – Obama has issued this subtle threat he can and will do so on his own .  Congress will be made irrelevant in this speech which will be able to be summed up with: “Do as I command or I will do so without you”.  Essentially a dictatorship.

John Podesta confirmed the Dictatorship this morning, and suggested it will continue more boldly on several pet issues.

Podesta says Obama’s ‘Warmed Up’ to Executive Action; Will Use It for ‘Climate Change and Energy Transformation Agenda’

Obama will use executive authority, and when he believes “he has the authority” to “make progress” without action by Congress, he will do it, White House adviser John Podesta told NPR Tuesday morning.

So His Heinous decrees he will act as Dictator, and America sits on it’s hands, or applauds – as our Republic dies and liberty is transformed into tyranny – without a shot fired.  A velvet coup.

Tonight’s rant will be long winded, full of appeals to the Welfare Class, Blacks and low information hedonists with pointed threats at Obama’s opposition.  The State of the Coup – will be outlining it’s solidification and tightening it’s iron fist this year.  If you like your current electric, gas and energy bills, you will not be able to keep them.  They are going to necessarily skyrocket – and the liftoff will accelerate into the stratosphere beginning tonight. Obama will empower his alphabets to carry our his orders.  That is what ‘energy transformation’ will entail.  No more fuel for you – you will be limited to windmills and bicycles  – to save the planet of course.

The Quiet Coup: Obama Essentially Declares Himself Dictator

During a cabinet meeting Obama declares that he will not wait for Congress to make law, because he has a pen and a phone and he intends to decree laws by himself.

UPDATE: Obama tells Democrat Senators at White House he “will act without Congress” when it stands in his way.

Obama today declared for himself lawmaking powers not proscribed to him in the Constitution.  During the opening of a cabinet meeting today, Obama stated he will not wait for legislation, but will act on his own authority by decree of his pen and his voice to enact his agenda.    In the name of helping ‘the people’ – Obama utilizes language all dictators use to force their people into a tyrannical agenda.  If you ever had any doubt that Obama considers himself a king, monarch and authoritarian figure, his own words today should dispel any cognitive dissonance.  The Constitution does not matter or exist in the mind of this tyrant, he thinks he can do as he pleases.  And why not?  Congress and the courts have done nothing to stop his quiet coup, and in fact actually empowered it.

Obama’s own words:

“I’ve got a phone that allows me to convene Americans from every walk of life — non-profits, businesses, the private sector, universities — to try to bring more and more Americans together around what I think is a unifying theme: making sure that this is a country where if you work hard, you can make it. 

So one of the things that I’m going to be talking to my Cabinet about is how do we use all the tools available to us, not just legislation, in order to advance a mission that I think unifies all Americans — the belief that everybody has got to take responsibility, everybody has got to work hard, but if you do, that you can support a family and meet the kinds of obligations that you have to yourself and your family but also to your communities and to your nation.”

The “mission” he speaks of is ‘revolution’ – to use tools to advance his ‘mission’ of unifying all Americans under MarxoFascism – the belief that everybody must take responsibility to support the regime and their ideology.  Comrades, you have obligations to the state.

It would be wise to brush up on the history of what happens to any opposition to such Marxist/Fascist leaders with a god-complex once they have declared their intents to rule for the ‘good of the people’.  We’ve gone the way of Czechoslovakia in 1948, a bloodless Socialist coup right under our noses.

UPDATE:

On Wednesday Obama met with Senate Democrats at the White House and said he plans to use his executive authority to act in 2014 when Congress stands in his way.  Most chilling is the notation in the report that “the senators left the White House without speaking to reporters”.  How often does that happen with Democrats passing up a line of reporters without putting themselves in front of a camera?  Perhaps Obama told them he was now king and will rule with an iron fist and thus the silence?

That of course is the reality of what just happened.
