In the new standard of late-night bill-passing sessions, the Senate gave final approval to a ridiculous behemoth budget that funds Obama’s entire agenda with limitless spending early Friday, sending it to President Barack Obama to sign and fund the rest of his fundamental transformation of America into a Soviet-style hellhole.
The final vote on passage was 64-35, as Mitch McConnell’s Republican oligarchs joined forces with Democrat Marxist Fascists over the objections of GOP presidential candidates Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, and Marco Rubio, all of whom voted against the deal. The bill is marketed by the Praetorian Pravda media as averting a debt default, avoiding a partial government shutdown and setting unlimited spending priorities to the tune of over two TRILLION dollars for the next two years. The deal handcuffs a new congress and a new president and forces them to continue funding Obama’s entire agenda – even after he supposedly leaves office.
Earlier in Friday’s session, the Senate voted 63-35 to end debate on the measure. The vote to approve the bill was taken just after 3 a.m. EDT.
Republican leadership on orders from the Ruling Class under Boehner made secret deals with Obama because they were intent on steering Congress away from their duty to use the power of the purse to restrain a lawless executive branch. Former Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, felt a particular urgency days before leaving Congress, to screw the American taxpayer and subject our children and grandchildren to a bleak future, while lawmakers look ahead to presidential and congressional shell-game elections next year.

Obama’s EPA says they will continue to enforce a new ‘Clean Water’ rule, despite a federal court ruling against it.
The pattern of Despotism and tyranny by the Obama regime continues to be displayed with greater and greater hubris.
The pattern is that when the courts makes unConstitutional rules drafted in secret and passed without any representative being permitted to read them, or when creating rights for deviant behavior out of thin air – we plebes are told by Obama’s Fundamental Transformation Revolutionary Council, that those rulings are the equivalent of Holy Writ – immovable and eternal. ‘Here to stay’ and permanent without any possible recourse to repeal, overturn or do away with.
However, when any court rules against the implementation of an agenda item he champions, Obama chooses to ignore the ruling and proceed with his diktat anyway, declaring such rulings to be void and of no effect. Only his pen and his phone matter, and have power in this age of the Fascist dictatorship blatantly being thrown in our faces each day.
Case-in-point Today is Obama’s decision to implement the nationalization of all water in the CONUS under the guise of ‘Clean Water’.

But the Obama administration says it will largely enforce the regulation as planned, arguing that the Thursday decision only applies to the 13 states that requested the injunction.
“Once the rule takes effect, the states will lose their sovereignty over intrastate waters that will then be subject to the scope of the Clean Water Act,” Erickson wrote in his order.
“While the exact amount of land that would be subject to the increase is hotly disputed, the agencies admit to an increase in control over those traditional state-regulated waters of between 2.84 to 4.65 percent. Immediately upon the rule taking effect, the rule will irreparably diminish the states’ power over their waters,” he continued, calling the Obama administration’s interpretation of its jurisdiction “exceptionally expansive.”
In a statement shortly after the ruling, the EPA was defiant and said that the injunction only applies in the 13 states that filed a lawsuit. “In all other respects, the rule is effective on August 28,” EPA Press Secretary Melissa Harrison said in the statement. “The agencies are evaluating these orders and considering next steps in the litigation.”

WASHINGTON – The Environmental Protection Agency says it is going forward with a new federal rule to protect small streams, tributaries and wetlands, despite a court ruling that blocked the measure in 13 central and Western states.
The EPA says the rule, which took effect Friday in more than three dozen states, will safeguard drinking water for millions of Americans.
…The new rule would force a permitting process only if a business or landowner took steps that would pollute or destroy the affected waters — those with a “direct and significant” connection to larger bodies of water downstream that are already protected. That could include tributaries that show evidence of flowing water, for example.
In practice, the rule means that developers can no longer pave over wetlands and oil companies can no longer dump pollution into streams unhindered, restoring Clean Water Act protections to more than half the nation’s streams, supporters say.
But opponents call the rule an example of federal overreach and fear a steady uptick in federal regulation of nearly every stream and ditch on rural lands.
Thursday’s ruling by U.S. District Judge Ralph Erickson in Fargo, N.D., is “a significant and rightful win for states’ rights,” said Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Chaffetz called the EPA rule “arbitrary and subjective’ and said it “should never see the light of day.”
There comes a time in the course of human events that it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands that have connected them with another. America is fast hurtling toward that time.
The United States was founded on the republican principles of federalism (states’ rights) and representative government. Today’s government is “constitutional” in name only.
The undocumented usurper currently despoiling the peoples’ house has for six years shown utter disdain for the founding document. In a town hall meeting on Wednesday last, Barack Obama bragged that he has expanded his authorities “under executive action and prosecutorial discretion.”
But Article II of the Constitution lays out the chief executive’s authorities quite explicitly. There is no room for “expanding” them within the scope of the Constitution. The President is neither tasked with nor authorized to write law or change it. That falls solely under the scope of Congress, as outlined in Article I, Section 1. The executive’s role under Article III, Section 4 is to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.”
But Congress has ceded its authority as the lawmaking body to the imperial president and the myriad alphabet soup agencies of government. Now we have the IRS, the FCC, the EPA, HHS, the Department of Energy, the Department of Homeland Security, the FDA, the USDA, etc., writing and enforcing laws under the guise of “regulatory authority.” The result is a contemptible abuse of the people by agents of the federal government, rising taxes and fees, closed businesses, stifled innovation, and depressed economic growth.
When some in Congress do take the tepid step of attempting to regain some of its authority, the bureaucrats show their disdain and contempt of that “august body” by refusing to testify when called on or by refusing to provide requested documents outlining their regulatory agenda or demonstrating the depths of their criminality (see Tom Wheeler, Lois Lerner, Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton, etc.).
An activist judiciary is likewise writing law, overturning the will of the people as demonstrated by their votes on state issues and granting by fiat special rights and privileges to one group at the expense of the rights of the others. This is another place where Congress has ceded its authority.
Should it choose to, Congress has the power under Article III, Section 2 to regulate the federal judiciary, including the Supreme Court. In other words, Congress can pass a law prohibiting the federal courts from ruling on such issues as state-passed referenda on gay marriage, abortion, legalization of pot or anything it chooses.
Of course, few in Congress when considering doing a thing stop to consider whether they are authorized to do it. Fewer still in government consider the Constitution at all. That’s because politics and government attract psychopaths, liars and thieves. It attracts people who are parasitic in nature, greedy and without conscience. In short, these are people who have the born mentality to live off of other people.
They are selfish and attracted to money and power. Therefore, they are easily swayed and even bought by the corporatists and banksters; and their every act is to increase their and their agency’s power and sphere of influence.
The masses of people have been propagandized by the state-controlled media and the public (non)education system into believing that government is designed and tasked with looking out for the best interests of the people. But nothing could be further from the truth. They have little knowledge of the Constitution and little concept of limited government, and they believe government can and should be all things to all people… particularly if a check to them from the federal Treasury is involved.
The so-called regulatory agencies of government are typically staffed at the top by crony capitalists and lobbyists for the industries they supposedly regulate. As such, they write rules and regulations that benefit preferred large multinational corporations and government at the expense of the people. I have documented this so many times here that it is now self-evident to all but the most sycophantic worshipers of government. However, given its relevance considering the passage last Thursday of misnamed “net neutrality” regulations by the FCC, I give you for evidence the agency’s chairman, Tom Wheeler, former president of the National Cable and Telecommunications Association and CEO of the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association, which are lobbying organizations for the cable and telecommunications industries. He was also an executive for a venture capital firm that invested in technology firms.
As Benito Mussolini stated, “Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power” and “The definition of fascism is the marriage of corporation and state.” That exactly explains what our former constitutional republic has become. It is benevolent totalitarianism, tyranny under the guise of democracy. But the truth is democracy = socialism = fascism = communism. They are one in the same.
Mussolini also said of his fascism, “We have buried the putrid corpse of liberty,” and that is likewise the goal of the American fascist politician and federal bureaucrat. Liberty necessarily perishes under collectivism, egalitarianism and government altruism.
Now we have in America laws that allow for the indefinite imprisonment without trial of those the state deems “terrorists,” without that term being defined. We have an American president who has assumed the authority to kill Americans with drones without due process. We have federal authorities and state and local police abusing citizens with impunity, shooting unarmed and complying citizens down like rabid dogs. And we even have evidence of local police using CIA- or Gestapo-like “black sites” to hold and interrogate Americans without charges or due process.
America is a prison nation, with more citizens incarcerated than the most vile and oppressive government you might care to name.
It bears little resemblance to the free and prosperous nation envisioned as the 18th century turned into the 19th, or even as the 19thturned into the 20th.
In his book, “The Political Crisis of the 1850s,” Michael Holt describes how Americans, particularly Southern Americans, had lost all confidence in the current political system because the existing parties did not represent the people but instead represented the agricultural aristocracy and big business and the banksters. There was also an influx of aliens (mostly Irish Catholics and Germans) who Americans believed did not understand or appreciate America’s “values.” The political parties agitated the people over these immigrants, creating a constant state of strife in addition to the already existing acrimony over the slavery issue, the addition of states to the union and tariffs.
America’s current political system is very similar. Regardless of which “party” holds power, government grows more oppressive and steals more wealth from its people. It creates one crisis after the other, keeping the people agitated against each other so they cannot focus on the real culprit behind their lost liberties: fascist government.
Elite politicians and most white progressives hold most Americans in great disdain. To them, conservatives are racist hicks and trailer trash clinging to their guns and religion — backward and ignorant and “anti” progressive. Or, in their minds, regressive. To the elite politicians and most white progressives, blacks are incapable of providing for themselves or are simply another minority group ripe for continued exploitation. It is slavery under another name.
Elite politicians and most white progressives would like nothing more than to see those in “flyover country” left to their own devices. Yet talk of separation is deemed seditious, unpatriotic or unAmerican; and those who mention secession are considered more dangerous than ISIS, or IS or ISIL by the current regime. Just belonging to a group discussing secession now gets you raided by the FBI and fingerprinted and your personal communication devices confiscated.
This is freedom in America.
The Constitution was ratified to create a government “in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.” Can anyone honestly say American government does these things today?

As it wanes, the Obama administration grows bold, and even reckless, on matters that send a thrill up the leg of its most leftward supporters. Its new attack on so-called armor-piercing ammunition — which is, in reality, a very broad attack on ammunition across the board — is a dangerous and destructive example of the administration’s late-days slide into rule-by-decree.
…In 1986, Congress revised the Gun Control Act, inserting prohibitions against the manufacture and import of “armor-piercing ammunition.” Armor-piercing ammunition does not mean ammunition designed to defeat body armor — that would be too simple. It means, most broadly, ammunition that could defeat the soft body armor of the sort that was cutting edge in the 1980s. But banning all such ammunition as “armor-piercing” would have meant a ban on practically all hunting rifles…
…So, “armor-piercing” came to mean ammunition made of certain materials (tungsten alloys, steel, etc.) that could defeat certain kinds of body armor and that could be fired from a handgun. …It’s almost as though the agency is reasoning toward some specific, predetermined goal, isn’t it?
…The upshot of all this maneuvering is that the ATF intends to revoke the sporting exemption for certain popular kinds of .223 ammunition, allowing it to be reclassified as armor-piercing and therefore banned, even though it is not designed as armor-piecing ammunition and has no special armor-piercing characteristics. …But the fact that there is a multi-shot handgun commercially available for those non-lead .223 rounds means that such ammunition can be banned as armor-piercing, even though it is not armor-piercing ammunition, by use or by design.
So, everybody goes back to lead, right?
Wrong. Environmental groups have been pressuring the EPA to begin regulating — or to ban outright — lead ammunition under the Toxic Substances Control Act. They lost their most recent round when the D.C. Court of Appeals ruled that the EPA lacks statutory authority to regulate lead ammunition, but when has statutory authority stopped the Obama administration? The FCC has no statutory authority to enact net-neutrality rules — that’s why it has reached back to a 1930s, New Deal–era law for justification. You can be sure that the campaign to use the EPA or other federal agencies to ban lead ammunition is far from over. The U.S. Humane Society already is petitioning the Interior Department to ban lead ammunition on public lands.
What gun-rights advocates fear — not without reason — is that this is the beginning of a pincer movement, with the ATF banning non-lead ammunition as a threat to armor-wearing police officers and the EPA banning lead ammunition as a toxin.
…In a sense, the gun-grabbers were telling the truth when they said that they had no designs on our sporting rifles. But the ammunition for those rifles is another story.

The Muslim Brotherhood called for “a long, uncompromising jihad” in Egypt just days after a delegation of the Islamist group’s key leaders and allies met with the State Department, according to an official statement released this week.
Just days after a delegation that included two top Brotherhood leaders was hosted at the State Department, the organization released an official statement calling on its supporters to “prepare” for jihad, according to an independent translation of the statement first posted on Tuesday.
The State Department meeting was attended by a deputy assistant secretary for democracy, human rights, and labor and other State Department officials.
The Muslim Brotherhood statement also was issued just two days before a major terror attack Thursday in Egypt’s lawless Sinai region that killed at least 25.
“It is incumbent upon everyone to be aware that we are in the process of a new phase, where we summon what is latent in our strength, where we recall the meanings of jihad and prepare ourselves, our wives, our sons, our daughters, and whoever marched on our path to a long, uncompromising jihad, and during this stage we ask for martyrdom,” it states.
Preparation for jihad is a key theme of the Brotherhood’s latest call for jihad.
It couldn’t be more obvious to me that Obama and his Administration are in bed with the Muslim Brotherhood. This past week, they held a confab at the State Department concerning their ongoing efforts to oppose the current government of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi of Egypt, who rose to power following the overthrow of Mohamed Morsi, an ally of the Brotherhood, in 2013. And that just pissed Obama off to no end. Not hard to tell where his allegiances lie and they certainly aren’t with Israel.
Waleed Sharaby, who is a secretary-general of the Egyptian Revolutionary Council and a spokesman for Judges for Egypt, a group reported to have close ties to the Brotherhood, posed for a selfie in front of the State Department emblem while showcasing the Muslim Brotherhood Rabia four-finger sign. The caption under the pic says, “Now in the U.S. State Department. Your steadfastness impresses everyone.”
From aiding and comforting the Muslim Brotherhood, let’s look at the fruits of Obama’s swapping high-ranking Taliban generals for Army Deserter Bowe Bergdahl:

A spokesman for the Taliban claimed responsibility for a shooting at a military airport in Kabul on Thursday which left three American contractors dead.
The attack comes as the White House is refusing to call the Taliban a terrorist organization, opting instead for the softer label of “armed insurgency.”
Then there’s the vicious promise of punishment for daring to defy The Won and meet with Congress to discuss Iran’s nuke program:
Obama says he will not meet Netanyahu “Because protocol is that we do not want to interfere with Israeli elections” (all the while Obama has a campaign team IN Israel working to defeat Netanyahu). This is the arrogance of evil, and the fear that Netanyahu might actually foil their plans to get Iran that nuclear arsenal if [Bibi] screws up their “deal” by convincing Congress to pass more sanctions. Make no mistake: Obama’s Iran deal is designed to do nothing but guarantee that Iran gets a nuclear arsenal.
Of course the chutzpah of this regime is beyond the pale, because as Obama cites ‘protocol’ for anger over Netanyahu meeting with Congress as “interfering with Israeli elections”, Obama sent a team of his operatives to DEFEAT the Israeli Prime minister:

Then there’s Obama’s and Valerie Jarrett’s open empowering of Iran and it’s nuclear weapons program, which if you look at this from a biblical prophecy point-of-view, Obama is constructing the End-Time Beast along with the King of the North and the King of the South – for an eventual conflict which will result in the King of the North conquering much of the Middle East.
..[F]rom ongoing nuclear diplomacy with Iran to Benjamin Netanyahu’s efforts to ensure his relationship with Obama will be seen as the most toxic in the history of Israel and the United States — suggest this administration’s foreign-policy legacy may ultimately center on a different “strategic rebalancing.” This one will benefit, however, in ways once unimaginable in U.S. foreign-policy circles, the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy met with Vatican officials that helped draft Pope Francis’ climate-related encyclical on Friday, The Associated Press reports.
…Both the White House and Vatican City believe that the climate is changing, that humans are the cause and that we must act now.

In a visit to the Vatican, Gina McCarthy, the head of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), conveyed a message to the pope that Obama shared his view that fighting climate change was a moral obligation.
“I want him to know that the president is aligned with him on these issues and that we are taking action in the United States,” McCarthy told the National Catholic Reporter ahead of the meeting.
She went so far as to suggest that Obama was “working with the pope” when it came to climate change.
Connect the dots of just this week’s news folks – and the picture of what the end-game picture Obama and his regime is looking to shape should frighten you out of your socks. But the nation snoozes on, only interested in deflated football scandals – not that their leader is sowing their eventual punishment and destruction by aiding, comforting and abetting our enemies while foisting an agenda upon the world via treason to the very nation he is supposed to uphold.

Part 1: Federal Lawlessness Gives Rise To A Beast
Lawless. That is what the U.S. Government has officially become under the Obama regime. That is not to say that there has not been lawlessness in government until Obama, there has been plenty. The difference is that until 2009 – lawlessness and corruption was never institutionalized. Today it is standard practice at all levels of the federal government, making it the status quo in the highest offices in the land.
This is the core of what Obama really intended with “Fundamental Transformation”
Under his direction and with the assistance of the Ruling Class of both parties, the Federal Government is now a law and power unto itself. The Executive makes laws by decree and empowered unaccountable bureaucrats with law-making ability that according the Constitution is reserved for Congress alone. Such bureaucrats and ‘czars’ now make policy designed to punish, rob and enslave peoples and their property to the whims and dictates of the state without public recourse. Lawlessness that is ignored, excused and said to be ‘necessary’, given lawful legal status via ‘precedent’.
The Congress itself has surrendered almost all it’s power via the Ruling Class in both parties to the Executive Branch, refusing to hold Obama’s regime accountable for clear violations of the Constitution while granting the Executive authority ascribed for Congress alone. From declaring and waging war to ceding it’s taxing and spending power to Obama – the Ruling Class in Congress have abdicated their Constitutional duty. This has enabled a defacto dictatorship that most Americans pretend does not exist.
In Washington, the Constitution is almost wholly ignored, usurped and only referenced when it benefits the protection or imposition of government rule and jurisdiction. Even then, government rule and jurisdiction is often inserted in places it has no lawful authority. Such as the EPA declaring jurisdiction over all water – creeks and streams and even rainwater runoff on private property – in the United States. Such ‘laws’ are often drafted in secret and imposed upon us with little-to-no public input or passed into “law” without a single member of Congress reading the bill.
The 10th Amendment is wholly ignored while courts tell states they have no standing in Federal matters to enforce laws the Obama regime has made policy to ignore. Precedent is now the mechanism upon which rulings are handed down, and policies enacted rather than examination of each through the prism of the Constitution.
This is a candid fact: law in America now is arbitrary, determined to be whatever those in power decree it to be while exempting themselves from those very same laws.
And don’t look to the courts for protection and sanction against a corrupt and totalitarian state – they are part and parcel of foisting it upon us all.
Consider, actual laws passed by the majority of the people in the States are being decreed null and void by an Activist Judiciary and Just-Us Department pushing various agendas from homosexuality, Racial minority preference policies to South American insurgent amnesty. What the voters overwhelming pass via referendum and ballot is overturned and declared a ‘violation of the Constitution’ usually via pretzel twists of logic to justify.
There is a mountain of evidence in our faces that the current federal government is corrupt beyond measure and no longer bound by the rule of law in a civil society as established by our Founders. Indeed it is a doctrine on the Left and often cited by the MarxoFascist politicians in power – that a document written by dead people should have no bearing on the living. This is the actual intent they mean by the term ‘Living Constitution”. It should be ignored, changed or abolished on whatever whim is decided by those in power when it is decreed to be a benefit to “the people” because government should not be “held hostage by a bunch of dead white racist slave-owners”.
And such is the blueprint for totalitarian tyranny and oppression. The kind one finds in Socialist utopias like North Korea and Cuba,
Such is not a Republic. Such is a vile meddlesome “progressive” tyranny of the likes not even the Founders suffered.
The fact is friend, we are a society no longer governed by moral law, but ruled by the tyranny of wicked, unprincipled men that mirrors the basest of society that affords them their seats of power for a promise and a bribe.
The reason for this is that a majority of the American people are no longer governed by God. They pay Him lip service at best and perhaps warm a seat for an hour or two once-a-week, but no longer are living by and promoting His Moral Laws and Authority as Supreme. Churches are shrinking and a growing majority of Americans now claim they are ‘spiritual’ rather than beholden to biblical foundations. The zeitgeist promoted by the media and entertainment is that Government is now god; the arbiter of morality and fairness. In this devolution of society, the federal beast became self-aware of it’s need to dominate all life and behavior in the country and is acting on that inherent desire to rule.
Such a government is a blasphemy to a Biblically-adherent people, and it’s institutionalized corruption and promotion of wickedness renders it illegitimate.
There are many candid facts in recent news that make the illegitimacy of this government self-evident. I’ll cite just two, but I am certain you would be able to find myriad such examples to illustrate the fact that the current federal government in Washington D.C. has no legitimate moral authority over a people it now rules rather than represents.
The greatest illustration of the fact the federal government is now lawless, can be seen by the IRS scandal whereby the Executive and his party used the agency to intimidate, harass and punish Americans who are considered to be political opponents of Obama and his party.
The most feared federal agency in the United States is the IRS, which has the power to seize everything you own and every thing your posterity will ever own, including rendering you to prison – where you are guilty until proving your innocence in tax court. Most Americans comply with the IRS out of fear, not out of respect. A real and present danger is that we are growing complacent by the precedent of the IRS being used as a political weapon at the same time it absolves itself from the same requirements mandated upon the citizenry.
In a Congressional investigation of the abuses at the IRS, the agency’s heads not only asserted that they are above the law, but insinuated that the law is not applicable to them. When hard drives were demanded, they asserted the drives were ‘damaged’ and the e-mail evidence sought by Investigators, “lost”, negating to report the “loss” in violation of the Federal Records Act since that evidence was under subpoena.
If the NSA has copies of every email on this planet from the service vendors, from every citizen’s electronic communication, there is without a doubt copies of her emails on some server somewhere. But the entire regime from Obama to the InJustice Department is concealing, obstructing and conspiring. That truth became evident in an admission from Obama’s Just-Us department itself: DOJ Admits Lois Lerner’s E-mails Exist – But Refuses To Retrieve or Release Them To Investigators.
You would think that such a government agency would maintain it’s integrity to the law so as to affect voluntary compliance with the law. We might say that if the IRS no longer follows the law and instead follows a policy to punish political enemies of Obama and the Democrats, why should you or I follow the law they are in charge of enforcing???
The answer to that is because ‘voluntary’ is no longer a consideration. ‘FORCED COMPLIANCE’ is the intent and as such, laws are arbitrary and irrelevant in carrying out an agenda.
According to the IRS director himself, the IRS is no longer bound by the laws that bind you and I. He stated before a Congressional hearing that “Wherever [they] can, we follow the law” in reference to the fact it had violated the law and inferring the IRS can choose not to follow the law if it deems it imprudent.
The implication is that it is simply impossible for a federal agency to follow the law, yet the IRS is authorized to punish any citizen who violates tax law, knowingly or unknowingly.
Now perhaps you might begin to understand why a lawless regime and party put the IRS in charge of mandating compliance with ObamaCare.
This is just the IRS scandal. What about federal agencies that are now tasked with implementing Obama’s ideological agenda rather than upholding the law?
EPA Abolishment of your rights.
The IRS is not the only Federal agency run by the Executive that has been used by Obama as a weapon.
Here’s another Federal agency, unaccountable to the American people, defying laws and being used as a weapon to harass and intimidate political opponents, chosen objects for policy implementation and a vehicle to strip away your right to property without compensation or recourse.
In a move lawmakers and farmers are calling “the biggest land grab in the history of the world,” the Environmental Protection Agency is requesting jurisdiction over all public and private streams in the United States that are “intermittent, seasonal and rain-dependent.” Control all the water, you control all life. That it seems is the agenda and the intent under the guise of ‘environmental justice’.
Your Constitutional Right to be secure in your property, or to be fairly compensated monetarily for it – no longer applies, because EPA policy trumps the Constitution. I’m not even listing all the recent news about the EPA following Obama’s dictates to shut down electricity plants and coal mines with regulations and requirements so ridiculous that it is obvious to any honest observer that the intent is to destroy the people’s access to affordable electricity. But a mechanism without public oversight or recourse to strip from you, your property and it’s use over ‘water rights’ is no different than if your property was just seized from you at gunpoint because the government decided the tax revenue of your property in the hands of developers is worth more money to them. Oh wait, that’s a real deal too.

These are just two citations of two federal government entities that do not respect or follow the Supreme Law of the Land, and are being used to impose overt tyranny upon us. I could write a blog that would encompass a volume of such instances – but these two illustrate with perfect clarity – that the federal government is completely and totally lawless, implementing tyranny disguised as law. Imposing it in such a way as to be accepted without resistance by a people they seek to rule, and not represent.
Obama has said strategically: “The government is us”. For all the claims of Obama being inept, this statement alone reveals the ingenious mindset of imposing a tyranny.
The insidious purpose of this statement is to equate liberty with government. On one side of his face Obama says tyranny of government is impossible because the government “is us”. Creating the illusion that your neighbors support what is being done to you and it is for your own good. The statement is intended for all to accept the belief that the bigger and more intrusive the government (defined as ‘success’), the more liberty you will have. Any failings or misery are because of the people who will not support the government’s rule and imposition of it’s will, not that government itself is ever to blame. History teaches that despotic leaders use this technique to great effect; creating the illusion that all powerful government is freedom and that the majority WANTS the tyranny being imposed. The acceptance of that mindset is how Beasts of oppression are able to operate without fear of those they intend to subjugate.
The technique is to get the people to believe is that what is being done by government is of the people and therefore everything they do, legitimate.
Even when the government trods upon the Laws of God, of nature and the Constitution.
Since the Federal Government has made it policy to trod upon those things, I declare they no longer have any legitimate moral authority over a people who are beholden to the Laws of God, of nature and the Constitution.
So what to do? What is our recourse? Do we submit and kneel to this? Do we do as Europeans and accept tyranny and corruption as the ‘new normal’? Do we throw up our hands and say “Oh well” consigning our posterity to a lifetime of misery? Do we embrace it and hope to get a parcel of redistributed wealth, property and provision? Do we revolt? How do we revolt? Do we just take to the streets and sow mayhem like we saw in Ferguson, MO??
No. None of the above.
The amazing thing is that most Americans have become totally ignorant of their history and the answer to what we should do now is contained there.
Scripture tells us in Hosea 4:6 –
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being My priest. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.”
First we must understand out history and the mindset our Founders once had; a mindset they possessed because their main source of knowledge was the bible, followed by the understanding of history and human nature.
The first battle to be won in any war is of and for the mind. We have to come to an understanding and consensus of agreement that leads directly into courses of action We The People are able and willing and justified to take if we want any hope of holding onto what is left of our liberty.
When a government no longer follows the rule of law, imposing instead it’s own law by decree – history teaches that a society becomes ruled by the gun.
Legitimate government bound by the rule of law has the moral authority to uphold the law and impose justice. A government the discards the rule of law, for it’s own rules and laws, no longer has any moral authority. As such, the rule of law is always replaced by the rule of the gun – either to force compliance with a government’s dictates and whims, or in resistance to the government’s dictates and whims. Regardless which is employed (usually both) – rivers of blood follow as history teaches that civil wars and conflicts are usually the most brutal.
Obama and his party (and to a minor degree the GOP leadership oligarchy) – are setting the stage for that exact consequence to be visited upon what used to be the home of the free.
In the larger sense, the Ruling Class pass laws upon the people that they absolve and exempt themselves, at the same time they use a corrupted judiciary to strike down the will of the people to impose the will of the Leftist State. This includes the domino fall of nearly every state’s Constitutional ban on Homosexual marriage or those laws limiting marriage to the biblical and natural law.
A despotic Executive who when not playing golf, decides what laws he will ignore and no longer enforce, while decreeing policy as law that contravenes existing law. This was once understood to be the definition of a dictatorship, but today the people are ignorant of facts, history and current events for the latest cultural fad via social networking. For a people fast asleep to what is happening to them, the awakening to the cage they are shackled to will be violent, as history teaches.
Arbitrary laws mean there is no longer any common respect for the law – by either the government, or those it demands to rule. Law is then determined by the end of a gun. By those seeking to impose compliance or by those resisting it. The cost of which is beyond the comprehension of most when one considers not just the violence – but the privation, starvation and brutality that lies in the wake of civil war.
But America is being shoved headfirst off the cliff by the man who holds the White House and those in government.
What is the alternative to the rule of law? We may be on the verge of re-learning that ancient lesson the hard way. Of course, those of us who is served in places where there was no law, where leftists and other aspiring totalitarians ignored the rules and norms of civil society, already know.
The alternative to the rule of law is the rule of power. And the rule of power is always the rule of men with guns.
The disgraceful indictment of Rick Perry in Texas is just the latest example of this trend, albeit one that carries the seeds of hope. The judicial lynching under way in Ferguson offers less reason for optimism – our disgrace of an Attorney General and that clown masquerading as Missouri’s governor are practically salivating at the idea of sacrificing the police officer on the altar of indignation, facts and law be damned.
Liberals are committed to destroying the rule of law because law, by treating all equally and recognizing their inalienable rights, frustrates their fascist impulses. This isn’t just another annoying manifestation of the left’s utter failure as functioning ideology. It’s a trend that should terrify everyone concerned with the state of our union.
History shows us where this leads. We now have a President, an alleged constitutional law professor, who believes that if the people’s elected representatives in Congress refuse to bend to his will he can just do what he likes anyway. At least when Caesar finally destroyed the Republic, ancient Rome ended up with a dictator who knew how to win wars.

We have government agencies like the IRS and EPA simply ignoring laws, like the ones that that require them to maintain records so they can be held accountable to the people they purport to serve. Where are the consequences for their conscious failure to do so? The problem is that those sworn to uphold the law are the very ones undermining it. Can’t Eric Holder take a break from telegraphing to his progressive pals that his lackeys won’t be deterred from crucifying the Ferguson officer by obstacles like facts, evidence and law, and do his job?
He never will. Today, there are no consequences for those whose law-breaking aids the establishment.
And when not actively ignoring the law, the liberal establishment seeks to change the foundations of our law to strip the civil rights from those who oppose it. It is mind-boggling: We now have one of our two major political parties that, as a key policy position, believes that the First Amendment allows too much freedom of speech. The Democrats literally wish to amend the Constitution to restrict our right of free expression.
Yeah, that’s America’s problem – too much free speech by people critical of the government. That and gender specific bathrooms. And global warming, which science teaches comes from unicorn flatulence.
This isn’t a surprise. In the name of “campaign finance reform” – that is, the protection of largely Democrat incumbents – the Obama Administration actually sent an attorney representing the United States of America into the Supreme Court to argue that the government has the right to ban a book critical of a politician.
The clowns are to your right to read and think what you wish as John Lithgow was to dancing in Footloose. Which makes conservatives Kevin Bacon.
So what happens when the government is not restrained by law? What happens first is that the government does what it wants, as it wants, without accountability. That provides those left unprotected by the law two ugly choices. On one hand, they can submit, and allow themselves to be oppressed, existing at the pleasure, and subject to the whims, of their masters.
The alternative is to fight. Look at the Declaration of Independence. It’s largely a chronicle of English lawlessness, though the members of this administration no doubt consider that document unworthy of study because the Founding Fathers were cisgender, phallocentric racists or something.
Chairman Mao, who is a big favorite of the half-wits in the White House, said it best: “Power comes from the barrel of a gun.” If there is no law, there is no moral reason not to pick up a rifle and take what you want. The moral imperative of the law is that you will obey and respect it even if you disagree with it because it was justly imposed and will be fairly enforced. But if the law is neither justly imposed nor fairly enforced, that moral obligation disappears.
I walked through the burnt-out villages of Kosovo after the moral imperative of the law there had disappeared. The baffling concept that half of America will simply shrug their shoulders and submit to the dictatorship of the other half is as dangerous as it is misguided and foolish. When you toss out the law, bad things happen. This is a major theme of my new book, Conservative Insurgency, a speculative future history of the struggle to restore our country, and the consequences of short-sighted attacks on the rule of law for short-term political gain are not pleasant.
But there is hope. When that drunken Democrat convict of a district attorney indicted Rick Perry for doing his job – and that is exactly what she indicted him for – even some liberals swallowed hard and shook their heads. Perhaps this was the bridge too far that finally made a few liberals re-think their comrades’ chosen path downward into chaos.
The reaction of a few liberals to this charade is a sign of hope, but sadly many other leftists are clapping their soft, pudgy hands like trained seals, eagerly welcoming this latest step towards their liberal fascist Utopia. Somehow they got the impression that the American people will accept whatever they do, whatever injustice they impose, whatever whims they choose to enforce. That is an unbelievably dangerous notion. The sooner we stomp it out and return to the rule of law, the better.
Environmental and Climate Change groups declare global warming cannot be stopped until Capitalism is abolished. Draw up ‘Margarita Declaration’.
Pretty sure that margaritas must have played a major contributing factor in the insipid and idiotic imbecility of the world’s Communists and Marxists demanding an end to Capitalism. Hiding within the Environmental movement, today’s Greens are just Reds masquerading as ‘Sky-Is-Falling’ global warming evangelists to deceive America into surrendering to Communism as a measure of faith to the planet. So in a conference of Global Warming addicts and propagandists sponsored by the UN, they yanked off the green masks they were wearing and openly declared what the Environmental movement is really all about: demanding the end of Capitalism and installing a global Marxist/Communist system “For the good of the children…. err – planet”.
Enshrined in a document of raw absurdity called the “Margarita Declaration”, 130 UN environmental groups meeting in a Socialist utopia of Venezuela, declare Capitalism to blame for global warming and demand the end of Capitalism. “To combat climate change it is necessary to change the system,” the declaration states.
So as many Conservatives have been warning – the Climate Change Environmental movement is nothing but a front to impose Communism and Marxism. Perhaps maybe now some might wake up to the reasons WHY Obama has been implementing his “Climate Change” policies via diktat and decree.

Environmentalists have declared that global warming can’t be stopped without ending the “hegemonic capitalist system,” saying that cap-and-trade systems and conservation efforts are “false solutions.”
“The structural causes of climate change are linked to the current capitalist hegemonic system,” reads the final draft of the Margarita Declaration, presented at a conference including about 130 environmental groups.
“To combat climate change it is necessary to change the system,” the declaration adds.
Environmental activists met in the oil producing, socialist country of Venezuela as part of a United Nations-backed event to increase civil engagement in the lead up to a major climate conference.
But environmentalists surprised U.N. officials by offering up a declaration that not only seeks to end capitalism, but one that also opposes U.N.-backed efforts to fight global warming — namely, cap-and-trade and forest conservation programs.
Climate-change news analysis site RTCC reports that it’s unclear which groups signed onto the declaration, adding that it runs in the face of the “green economy” solutions to global warming backed by rich nations.
But many poor countries, like Venezuela, do not support a “green economy” solution to global warming, instead, arguing that rich countries should give poor nations cash payments and technology transfers.
Rejection of cap-and-trade and forest conservation programs also fly in the face of U.S. and European environmental groups, which back programs to limit and price carbon dioxide emissions.
In the U.S., environmentalists rallied behind the Environmental Protection Agency proposals to cut carbon dioxide emissions from new and existing power plants — a plan that would force the shutdown of coal-fired power plants.
“Climate disruption is the greatest challenge facing our generation,” Michael Brune, the director of the Sierra Club, said in a statement in June. “Until now, power plants have been allowed to dump unlimited amounts of carbon pollution into our air, driving dangerous climate disruption, and fueling severe drought, wildfires, heat waves and superstorms.”
“EPA is setting up our states to fail – our local economies to fail – to deliver on the president’s promise that electricity prices will skyrocket – all for immeasurable so-called climate benefits,” Louisiana Republican Sen. David Vitter said in a Thursday hearing on the EPA’s new rule. ”This rule is all pain and no gain.”
Then take what His Heinous, Barack Obama had to say to the graduating cadets at West Point this week. He did not discuss the strength of America and it’s military to keep the peace or outline a strategy to deter Red China, Putin’s Russia or Iran from expansionism and terror. Instead he discussed how our might should be used to combat ‘Climate Change”, not our enemies. Chillingly Obama noted to the cadets that Climate Change is “a creeping national security crisis that will help shape your time in uniform, as we’re called on to respond to refugee flows, natural disasters, and conflicts over water and food,”.
Refugee flows and conflicts over water and food? Sounds like he is expecting this ‘national security crisis’ to create war zone conditions.

Consider Directive No. 3025.18 – the “Defense Support of Civil Authorities,” which was issued Dec. 29, 2010 and is suddenly now making waves in the Conservative media. One of the statements it directs is that “federal military commanders have the authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the president is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances”.
Perhaps refugee flows and conflicts over water and food? Those kinds of ‘unexpected civilian disturbances’?
Obviously Obama is priming his future military officers from West Point to accept combating Climate Change as a reason to wage war on the American people.
Now what could possibly cause an ‘unexpected civilian disturbance that Obama considers to be a national security threat?
These are the kinds of things that will incite and cause ‘unexpected civil disturbances’. And so we can rest easy knowing that Obama has already put in place, Directives to empower the military to crack down on a destitute and miserable people that this regime has created.
Obama just needs the excuse and he will use the ‘legal authority’ he created with his pen, to commit legal warfare upon the people.

And Obama has outlined for the future officers graduating West Point exactly what he has already prepared to use them for, under the guise of combating ‘Climate Change’ because Obama asserts there is going to be ‘refugee flows’ and ‘conflicts over water and food’. I suppose killing the economy and making energy unaffordable for middle class Americans while making alternatives ‘illegal’ will cause exactly what he says he will call men in uniform to ‘quell’.

A 2010 Pentagon directive on military support to civilian authorities details what critics say is a troubling policy that envisions the Obama administration’s potential use of military force against Americans.
…The troubling aspect of the directive outlines presidential authority for the use of military arms and forces, including unarmed drones, in operations against domestic unrest.
“This appears to be the latest step in the administration’s decision to use force within the United States against its citizens,” said a defense official opposed to the directive.
Directive No. 3025.18, “Defense Support of Civil Authorities,” was issued Dec. 29, 2010, and states that U.S. commanders “are provided emergency authority under this directive.”
…“Federal action, including the use of federal military forces, is authorized when necessary to protect the federal property or functions,” the directive states.
Military assistance can include loans of arms, ammunition, vessels and aircraft. The directive states clearly that it is for engaging civilians during times of unrest.
A U.S. official said the Obama administration considered but rejected deploying military force under the directive during the recent standoff with Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and his armed supporters.
Mr. Bundy is engaged in a legal battle with the federal Bureau of Land Management over unpaid grazing fees. Along with a group of protesters, Mr. Bundy in April confronted federal and local authorities in a standoff that ended when the authorities backed down. More at link
Obama’s EPA demands oil refiners use an additive that does not even exist, and then fines them for not complying.

Then they came for electricity, but no one spoke out against the absurdity of Obama making electric bills skyrocket by bankrupting power plants. Then they came for the coal industry, but no one spoke out because coal is ‘dirty’ according to Obama and solar power is the choice the government wants used.
Then they came for the gasoline in my car by bankrupting oil refiners with demands to use an additive that does not even exist.
But when gas reaches over $10 a gallon, no one will be left to speak out against Obama using the EPA to destroy the energy industry in America.

After Obama’s bold statements and actions to bankrupt the power industry using the EPA – His Heinous now turns to gas refiners themselves , in his ongoing war against America’s energy industries.
The latest news is that the EPA is penalizing refineries for not adding cellulosic ethanol, a substance that does not even exist. But that does not matter when the goal is to bankrupt and destroy America’s energy industry and replace it with a failed ‘green’ energy industry that Obama and his cronies own and run with taxpayer money to the tune of BILLIONS (anyone recall Solyndra?).
Federal regulations can be maddening, but none more so than a current one that demands oil refiners use millions of gallons of a substance, cellulosic ethanol, that does not exist.
“As ludicrous as that sounds, it’s fact,” says Charles Drevna, who represents refiners. “If it weren’t so frustrating and infuriating, it would be comical.”
And Tom Pyle of the Institute of Energy Research says, “the cellulosic biofuel program is the embodiment of government gone wild.”
Refiners are at their wit’s end because the government set out requirements to blend cellulosic ethanol back in 2005, assuming that someone would make it. Seven years later, no one has.
“None, not one drop of cellulosic ethanol has been produced commercially. It’s a phantom fuel,” says Pyle. “It doesn’t exist in the market place.”
And Charles Drevna adds, “forcing us to use a product that doesn’t exist, they might as well tell us to use unicorns.”
And yet, they still have to pay what amounts to fines:
“Why would they ask them to blend any at all if it doesn’t exist?” Pyle said. “Because they know that they can squeeze some extra dollars out of them.”
