SURRENDER!

SurrenderMonkeyBoehner

Boehner Caves, surrenders to Dictator Obama with Mitch McConnell’s Senate paving the way to capitulation.

All the evidence you need to read that proves that we have no recourse via civil means to stop this tyranny.

“We were never going to win in Congress.”

That is the epitaph spoken by Speaker Boehner ally Representative Tom Cole on the collapse of House Leadership’s resolve to legislatively fight Executive Amnesty.

It may also be the final nail in the coffin for the notion of co-equal branches of government, as President Obama has already announced that he is considering using unilateral executive actions to ban ammunition and raise corporate taxes, on top of his massive Internet regulation announced last week.

GOP leadership planned to cave on Obama’s illegal amnesty all along

Ted Cruz says the Republican leadership in both the House and Senate had planned all along on losing this illegal immigration fight to Obama and the Democrats, suggesting this ‘fight’ was nothing more than kabuki theater and that Republicans were never serious about it

Senator Dick Durbin Says First Amendment Is “Out Of Date”

DurbinCommunist

Thinks Bloggers and Twitter Users do not have First Amendment Rights. Suggests Government has the right to silence those who are ‘not approved’ journalists.

In answering the charges made against the Obama Regime’s targeting and seizing of private phone records of AP reporters and employees, AND the criminal targeting and intimidation of Fox News reporter James Rosen by Obama’s INJustice Department, Little Dick Durbin defended Obama’s actions by in-essence stating the Constitution is out of date in regards to journalism.  He suggested to Chris Wallace of Fox News’ that he believes certain people should not have First Amendment Rights, and then went on to say that the Constitution is out of date in 2013.  He asks if the Constitution applies to Bloggers and Twitter Users;  “Are these people journalists and entitled to constitutional protection? We need to ask 21st century questions about a provision that was written over 200 years ago.”

So in Durbin’s feeble MarxoFascist mindset, only Government-approved entities in the press should be allowed the freedom of press and speech.

Here’s more vía the Daily Caller:

On this weekend’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,” Illinois Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin said that it was too early to call for a special counsel to look into the Justice Department’s monitoring of journalists.

Instead, Durbin said he backed a “media shield law,” but was not sure if such a law would protect bloggers or “someone who is tweeting.”

Durbin asks “What is a journalist today in 2013? We know it’s someone that works for Fox or AP, but does it include a blogger? Does it include someone who is tweeting? Are these people journalists and entitled to constitutional protection? We need to ask 21st century questions about a provision that was written over 200 years ago.”

Ed Morrissey of Malkin’s Hot Air adds some more thoughts:

Does First Amendment apply to bloggers, Twitter?

Thanks to the Obama administration’s attacks on the Associated Press and its representation in federal court that Fox News’ James Rosen is a spy for asking questions, one has to wonder whether the First Amendment applies to anyone in the Age of Hope and Change.  Fox News host Chris Wallace asked Senator Dick Durbin whether Barack Obama’s promise to have Eric Holder look into cases of abuse that he personally approved represents a conflict of interest, but Durbin dodges that question and talks instead about the shield law proposed repeatedly over the last few years as the appropriate Congressional response to the scandal.  However, Durbin asks what exactly “freedom of the press” means in 2013, and wonders aloud whether it would include bloggers, Twitter users, and the rest of the Internet media

Here’s what the First Amendment actually says: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”  Press at the time would certainly have meant newspapers, which were the high-tech information revolution of the day. It would also have included pamphleteers, perhaps even more than newspapers, as pamphleteers helped drive revolutionary sentiment.  Their modern-day analogs would arguable be bloggers and Twitter users, those who reported news and proclaimed opinions outside of the establishment press.

However, Durbin’s asking the wrong question.  The question isn’t who gets protected, but what.  Journalism is not an identity or a guild, but an action and a process — and anyone engaged in that activity must be treated equally before the law.  A shield law based on membership via employment in privileged workplaces or certified by guilds doesn’t protect journalism, it becomes rent-seeking behavior that ensures that only the large players get protected, as I wrote ten days ago.

Durbin’s question isn’t even the biggest non-sequitur in this argument.  The biggest non-sequitur is the shield law itself, which wouldn’t have even addressed the Rosen or AP situation.  And considering that the Obama administration ignored existing statutes in both cases, why should we believe they would obey a shield law when it got in their way?

What we have here, is a MarxoFascist regime and it’s sycophants like Durbin, TRAITORS ALL – attacking the First Amendment directly.  They have attacked Christians in their right of Free Exercise, they have attacked TEA Party groups, Conservative groups, anti-Abortion groups by using the IRS to attack them.  They are waging war to abolish the Second Amendment, they already ignore the Fourth and Tenth Amendments, and now finally they think they are powerful enough to attack the Press and decide whom can and whom cannot ask questions of this regime, or whom is allowed freedom to speak.

What’s the purpose of intent behind Durbin’s public comment?  REGULATING the First Amendment.  Demanding government decide who is and who is NOT a journalist.  Perhaps some kind of licensing scheme – and in the process (and argument that you cannot yell “fire!” in a crowded theater) they will say, speech and the press are weapons that must be regulated to demand “responsible” speech and press.  After all, this same bunch is currently arguing that Americans support giving up their Second Amendment Rights for “common sense” gun control.  Soon I imagine they will be saying that we must give up our first Amendment rights for ‘common sense’ press regulations.

This is not just about politics either.  It covers regulating speech about Islam.  Obama just last week warned Burma against persecuting Muslims – yet in his term of office, NOT A WORD about Islam persecuting Christians, the slaughter of Christians in Egypt or Sudan.  Who arrested a man for posting a Youtube video making fun of Islam.  Who told the world  that “The future must not belong to those who slander the Prophet Mohammed”.

ObamaCommunist

We’re now in a full blown tyranny that if left intact, will not be satisfied by stripping us of what remains of our birthrights.  They will never be satisfied.  History shows that these same people, with this same ideology, do not rest until they exterminate their opposition in legally-sanctioned genocide.

Because that is where all of this goes folks.

Amerika Doesn’t Give A Damn About Benghazi

BenghaziBloodonHands

Obama’s Praetorian Media:  Silence on Benghazi Cover-up as the MarxoFascist Democrats attack and discredit the ‘Whistleblowers’

As I feared, after watching the Benghazi testimony from Issa’s committee hearings on the slaughter of Americans on 9-11-2012 and the cover-up by the Obama regime – not only is nothing going to come as a result of these hearings, the media is ensuring that Obama’s Amerika doesn’t give a damn about what happened there.  They are either totally silent and ignoring the testimony altogether, or slandering the entire investigation as a ‘GOP’ attack on Obama.

Along with Hillary Clinton’s “What difference does it make?!” answer to why did they leave 4 Americans to die and blame the Jihad attack on a youtube video:

…the Marxofascists are now adding insult to injury asserting to those testifying that “Death is a part of life” IOW – this is NO BIG DEAL, SHUT UP and move on:

Elijah Cummings (Marx-MD), ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, tells Benghazi witnesses that “death is a part of life.”

I would bet that this talking point the MarxoFascist Democrats are rallying around does not apply to events like Sandy Hook, Aurora Colorado, Boston Marathon bombing, etc.  Imagine if some Conservative said “What difference does it make what kind of gun was used, death is a part of life!”  Not so with the Obama Leftists.  Their treason and dereliction of duty is met with ridicule and lecture while they absolve themselves.

Then of course, the Propaganda media/Obama’s Praetorian are doing all they can to marginalize, slander and then ignore any damaging testimony that makes Obama or his regime look bad or incompetent.

Media Calls Benghazi Testimony as nothing but political “GOP Hearings”

Fox News is the ONLY news outlet actually covering the hearings aside from the internet and C-Span.  The entirety of the rest of Obama’s Media either totally ignores the testimony, or simply follows the talking points to declare the hearings a ‘political witch hunt against Obama’ (because he’s black).

Benghazi Hearings Nothing But A Political Witch Hunt

There are some who upon looking at the preliminary testimony assert that the damning evidence and testimony is enough to topple the Obama regime.

John Bolton: Benghazi could bring down Obama administration

Sorry Mr. Bolton, only in a nation where the Rule of Law is cherished and a people are not consumed with self  gratification at another’s expense would JUSTICE come to those who were derelict, complicit and engaged in treason and cover-up.  In Obama’s Amerika – 90% of the people it will be said – do not give a damn about Benghazi.  They demand gun control, Amnesty for Illegals, Homosexual Marriage and can care less about anything else.  We will be told that the Amerikan people see the investigation into Benghazi as nothing but a GOP/Conservative political attack on the nation’s first black president – and therefore another illustration of racism, intolerance, obstruction to change and bitter clinging.

But for those of us who are Americans – and want to know the truth of the blood-soaked hands of Obama’s regime:

What we learned today about the Benghazi attacks

If anyone suggests that nothing new was said in today’s Benghazi hearing — it’s just not true. It doesn’t take a smoking gun to solve a murder case, and the absence of a smoking gun here doesn’t take away from the fact that huge doubt was cast both on the Obama administration’s diligence with respect to its mission in Libya and its sincerity in explaining what had happened after the fact.

There were several important revelations in today’s testimony. They come from sources that are not mere partisan hacks, but civil servants who experienced the Benghazi attacks up close and have since, in some cases, suffered retaliation from the Obama administration for daring to step forward.

Here are a few of the lessons from today, just the quick and dirty version:

(1) As the consulate in Benghazi was swarmed by at least five dozen armed men and later shelled with precisely aimed mortars, Diplomats on the ground knew right away that they were under attack by terrorists, and even by which ones — they were al Qaeda linked. Ambassador Chris Stevens, in his phone conversation with U.S. diplomats in Tripoli, did not suggest at any point that there was a demonstration going on outside the facility there.

(2) They knew the anti-Islamic YouTube video, made a Copt and later blamed by U.S. politicians, was a “non-event” that had not entered the public consciousness in Libya.

(3) Gregory Hicks, the Libya Deputy Mission Chief, believes that the falsehoods told by administration officials about said video (including Obama himself, Secretary Clinton, Susan Rice and others) harmed relations with Libyan leaders (the Libyan president stated early on that it was a terrorist attack) and contributed to the three-week delay in getting the FBI into the crime scene.

(4) Hicks received orders from on high not to speak with visiting members of Congress without an administration-appointed chaperone/babysitter present at all times.

(5) When he did so anyway (his appointed babysitter lacked the security clearance to be present in the conversation he had), Hillary’s Chief of Staff and Clinton era counsel Cheryl Mills personally called to chew him out afterward.

(6) Hicks — who had previously been praised for his work — was suddenly criticized, blamed and demoted after he came forward and questioned these falsehoods about the YouTube video.

(7) The security situation in both Benghazi and Tripoli evinced negligence by the State Department. Neither facility met the State Department’s own security standards, despite known security risks in Libya, and this situation was only allowed to exist with permission of the Secretary of State herself.

As to the question of whether substantial military help could have been ordered and arrived in a timely fashion, I don’t believe the testimony tells us much. We at least know for sure that no effort was made — not even a request to use the airspace. That doesn’t mean the decision not to send help was not justified by the circumstances.

Ron Paul Demonstrates He’s The Ringmaster in a Crazy Circus of Delusion.

paulperot.jpg

History repeats itself.

I recall a presidential election some years back, where a populist-speaking Texan had bewitched the people with clever quips and a strong grassroots following built on the problems of fixing a runaway government with Quixotic notions. The people and the pundits were sure he was a shoe-in for president given the choice at the time, but he suddenly imploded in a paranoid ball of delusion and whacked-out rhetoric that showcased to the country that he was not quite ready for anything but a straight jacket.

However, the damage was already done.

Running as a third party candidate, he split the GOP vote and handed the 1992 election to an Arkansas Adulterer with less than 50% of the returns and transformed the White House into a Red Light Disctrict for Interns and Communist Chinese campaign contributions.

Now, nearly 2008 – we again have another populist-speaking Texan, bewitching the disaffected masses of both parties. But this time, the populist is beguiling the folks with an anti-war/Blame-America-First and pull-out-the-troops-worldwide/keep-to-ourselves message. That message has galvanized a grassroots circus of Bong-toking Libertarians, MoveOn.org Clintonistas, Far Out Mao Leftists, Angry Anarchists, Code Pinkos, Stormfront Neo-Nazis and a few Conservatives that are convinced Ron Paul is bigger than Jesus and the only hope to save Mankind from the evil neocons that came from outer space…or Israel. PT Barnum would blush with such a display of characters, but Ron Paul understands how to sucker the disgusted and disappointed, and accepts them all as family for liberty. Like any Ringmaster that knows the value of exploiting a bearded lady for cash donations or ticket sales, he is comfortable bunking tigers, pythons and elephants together for the Big Top.

In the center ring, Ron Paul pretends he doesn’t know anything about the neo-Nazi trapeze artists somersaulting cash to his campaign, or the efforts of the unisex unicycle surrender monkeys at moveOn.org infiltrating his meet-up groups and rallies. Ringmaster Ron insists his mob zombie throngs are devoted to his ideals of returning the country to a 17th century Constitutional ideal, when it is clear to any outside observer that it is his anti-war organ grinder that calls the mobs like a Pied Piper with music that resonates like an out-of-tune accordian with the circus faithful he has drawn to his parade.

Being surrounded by Libertarian clowns, Marxist beasts and assorted political freaks among the average voters mesmerized by the spectacle Ron Paul makes of himself, it is I suppose, no surprise that delusional paranoia sets in and is shared by his mob. They are ready to torch a network to the ground if they perceive their messiah is being short-changed in a debate or spoken against in a blog or op-ed column, and this past weekend was a great example of how whacked-out and delusional this circus actually is.

Late last week, the net lit up in a fury of rage and fireworks that would just about blind the onlooker, over the supposed exclusion of Ron Paul from a Fox News Debate scheduled for January 6th before the New Hampshire Primary. As is usual for the Mob Zombies, the signal went forth from someone at command, and like locusts they decended in wrath of God rage upon Fox News and various forums and blogs to browbeat political enemies with stilts and batons and balloons declaring “sacriledge!” along with epithets against Fox News unfit for reprint except on Adult Pay sites.

Joining the chants of death and dismemberment for daring to keep their messiah from saving the country, the Ringmaster himself had harsh words for Fox News when he exclaimed “They are scared of me and don’t want my message to get out, but it will. They are propagandists for this war and I challenge them on the notion that they are conservative.”

But what appeared to be righteous rage was in reality, a carnival barker and his delusional monkeys that went beserk because they forgot the Ringmaster put the banannas in his pockets. The display of lunacy and out of control instant rhetoric was clown troupe comedy reminiscant of the 1992 paranoid breakdown of Ross Perot as it was learned today that the debate Ron Paul never confirmed he would attend, was cancelled in total three weeks ago. (UPDATE: WND Source has since updated it’s story and now says there WILL BE a Fox News Debate in NH, and that Ron Paul has not yet been invited, though the NH GOP is negotiating with the network)

And not because Fox New is afraid of Ron Paul, contrary to the bold claims the Big Top ringmaster proclaims.

I find it instructive that the first words out of Paul’s mouth is again an instant diatribe mantra shared by the MoveOn.org Left that instantly castigates anyone not letting them have their way as a war mongering neocon. Fox News is apparently propagandists for this war and not Conservatives because they did not invite the messiah candidate and forgot to remind him he never RSVP’d.

Makes about as much sense as a mini-car filled with clowns demanding to run America’s foreign policy.

I recall seeing this circus show once before, where a populist-speaking Texan had bewitched the people with clever quips and a strong grassroots following built on the problems of fixing a runaway government with Quixotic notions. The people and the pundits are sure Ron Paul is a shoe-in for president, but methinks the sudden implosion in a paranoid fit of delusion and whacked-out rhetoric, just showcases to the country that Ron Paul not quite ready for anything but a straight jacket, or a top hat and whip.

Ron Paul excluded from debate? Not exactly
Candidate claims Fox is afraid of him, but forum canceled

WASHINGTON – Ron Paul is steamed about being excluded from a New Hampshire debate scheduled to be televised by Fox News.

“They are scared of me and don’t want my message to get out, but it will,” Paul said of Fox News Network. “They are propagandists for this war and I challenge them on the notion that they are conservative.”

The challenge got some attention on a slow Internet news day yesterday, with many websites still carrying the story. However, not all is what it appears.

There is no debate.

No one is invited.

It was canceled.

Somehow, Ron Paul missed the memo.

There is no New Hampshire GOP presidential debate scheduled for Jan. 6. The event was officially canceled three weeks ago. Ron Paul was, indeed, invited, but never committed to attending before the event was canceled because of the close proximity with the ABC event.

UPDATE STORY 1-1-08

This is apparently still in-flux and being negotiated. Fox News has no advertisement or mention of this debate on it’s web page which is curious. Regardless of whatever is actually going on with this event, it is still interesting to me that the first words out of Paul’s mouth last week was that Fox News is nothing but war propagandists and not Conservatives. I guess that’s the new Knee Jerk comeback for every single time there is an assumption he is being slighted.

Right behind the Stormfront mantras of shouting “Neocons!”.

Ron Paul
Contrary to earlier reports, the Fox News Channel is hosting a Republican presidential candidate forum in New Hampshire, and, so far, Rep. Ron Paul has not been invited.

WND previously reported the event was canceled three weeks ago, but New Hampshire Republican Party Chairman Fergus Cullen confirmed today the forum is scheduled for Jan. 6.

The New Hampshire GOP is co-sponsoring the event, to be held at St. Anselm College in Goffstown, N.H., just two days before the crucial primary.

Candidates who have received invitations are former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, Arizona Sen. John McCain, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and former Tennessee Sen. Fred Thompson.

Cullen said the New Hampshire Republican Party is negotiating with Fox News to have as many candidates as possible participate in the event.

“Limiting the number of candidates who are invited to participate in debates is not consistent with the tradition of the first in the nation primary,” Cullen said in a statement today. “The level playing field requires that all candidates be given an equal opportunity to participate – not just a select few determined by the media prior to any votes being cast.”

Cullen said the New Hampshire Republican Party is calling “upon all media organizations planning pre-primary debates or forums for both parties to include all recognized major candidates in their events.”

Paul said Saturday that Fox News is “scared of me.”

They “don’t want my message to get out, but it will,” he told the Boston Globe’s Primary Source blog. “They are propagandists for this war, and I challenge them on the notion that they are conservative.”

Last night, Paul spokesman Jesse Benton told the Chicago Tribune’s Jason George the campaign remains angry and in the dark.

“We have not heard anything else today,” he said. “[Fox] continues to ignore our calls.”
