There are times when I wonder what I would do if I was freed from the normal constraints that bind all of us, such as morality, conscience, and laws. Would I do as I pleased and seek only my gratification, not caring if my actions hurt others in the process? I would hope not, but the truth remains that all of us have constraint put upon us by society, either through religion or laws. Hmmm…perhaps I spoke too soon. There are some that seem to enjoy not having any shackles put upon them by society, such as President Obama. It must be very gratifying to ignore the rule of law and just decide what to do based upon your latest whim. Don’t care for enforcing a particular law one day? Then decide not to do it! Change your mind a week later? Then it’s full throttle for making sure that law is obeyed by the masses. The imperial arrogance of Obama seems to know no bounds.

We have ample evidence of his “I’m above the law” mentality that he carries with him. Our latest example deals yet again with ObamaCare, that bloated train wreck designed to destroy private insurance and private medical decisions in lieu of big government blessings. Once again Obama has decided to push back the employer mandate another year, which just happens to be past the upcoming midterm elections in late 2014. I won’t bother going into the details, but thresholds have been changed yet again, and employers will have to adjust to them. Nothing like having to jump hurdles when the course is constantly being changed, but then again Obama doesn’t worry about that. Only peasants have to worry about obeying the law. Elites like him and other cronies can flout the law all they wish with little to no consequences. Their legally-binding oaths to protect and honor the US Constitution are worth as much as my belly-button lint.

What I find even more enlightening is the comment that he made while touring Monticello with French President Francois Hollande. He quipped, “That’s the good thing as a president, I can do whatever I want.” While his defenders will say that he made that quip in jest, I think it shows his true mindset that he can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants. He told Congress at the State of the Union speech just that. He would use the pen and create legislation if they didn’t do what he wanted them to do. You really can’t get more imperial than that. Obama was elected president, not emperor, but it seems he thinks otherwise.

The fact is that Obama is doing what he wants because nobody is trying to stop him. Congress refuses to act against his illegal activities. The Supreme Court refuses to act against him. Obama has the full weight of the executive branch and his personal goon, Eric Holder, to do his dirty work. The mainstream media is actually cheering him on in his lawlessness. Charles Krauthammer said it best when he described Obama’s latest ObamaCare action “the stuff that you do in a banana republic.”

Liberty is a risk.  Our Founders risked it all for us, and by God’s Grace – we were blessed to enjoy the consequences of the risk they took with their lives.

I continue to be amazed at how many people in this culture, and most especially those on the “right”, seem to have completely and totally psychologically surrendered to the government. These are the phrases I keep hearing:

“The government makes us pay for abortions. We can’t be held responsible for something we are forced to do.”
“I can’t imagine what life will be like if they make us accept Sharia law.”
“ObamaCare is going to force me out of business.”
“I live in Chicago. They won’t let us have guns here.”
“If I want to keep my job, I have to go along with the diversity training crap.”
“I have to keep paying taxes. It’s all tied directly into my bank account. I have no choice.”

I think that people in this culture actually ENJOY being whipped by the government, because it allows them to delude themselves into believing that they bear no responsibility for anything beyond not burning the toast and making certain that the TiVo is set to record the big game. Given this truly effeminate and childish psychological orientation, it is little wonder that the following sentence – seven little words – strikes fear in the hearts of men and causes them to lash out in hatred and eventually violence:

The government can’t make you do anything.

Oh, the implications. The horrific, horrific implications. Actually, it’s even worse than that. NO ONE can make you do anything. Your employer can’t make you do anything. You can either attend the pro-homosexual, pro-musloid diversity seminar or QUIT YOUR JOB. Your wife can’t make you do anything. Your children can’t make you do anything. You could abandon them tomorrow if you so chose, which is exactly what 90+ percent of black men in the inner-cities have freely chosen to do.

And finally, the ultimate terror. While God COULD force you to do something, because He loves you, He will never, ever force you to do ANYTHING.

As much as you don’t want to believe it, as much as you want to fight it, deny it, and reject it, the inescapable truth of the matter is that you, along with every other human being, are a FREE, SOVEREIGN INDIVIDUAL.

Do I have to pay taxes? Of course not. What are the alternatives? Government confiscation of my assets would be the first alternative. Well, this would simply put me in solidarity with the MF Global customers who have also had their assets confiscated. So be it. The next step would be imprisonment. Fine. So be it. I acknowledge in truth that this is, in fact, the alternative. I do not lie to myself and tell myself that there is NO alternative. You people out there keep saying to yourself that there is NO CHOICE between the government and God because having your assets confiscated or going to prison is “impossible”, and therefore no choice exists. This is a lie. There IS a choice, and we are all being called to make that choice, here, now, in this moment.

Some people have said, “I have children. What do you expect me to do?” Well, I suppose I expect you to do exactly what Thomas Jefferson did. Jefferson wrote and signed the Declaration of Independence in 1776 when he was 33 years old. Writing and signing the Declaration made Jefferson, along with all of the signers, traitors and seditionists against King George III and the British Empire. This was a capital offense and pushed Jefferson and the rest of the Founding Fathers into the corner of either winning independence or dying at the end of a rope as a war trophy. At the time, his daughter Patsy was three years old. Not only did Jefferson sign the Declaration, he threw himself into the Revolutionary War and became Governor of Virginia. And while all of this was going on, Jefferson had five more children. Jane was born in 1774. A son was born and died within hours in 1777. Mary was born in 1778. Lucy was born in 1780 and died soon thereafter. Lucy Elizabeth was born in 1782. Jefferson’s home, Monticello, was a target of the British, and was in fact captured in 1781 by Cornwallis. Jefferson and his family managed to escape with only minutes to spare after being warned by a young Virginia militiaman. The British then destroyed everything except the main house. All of the crops, livestock and outbuildings were burned or seized.

Questions? The decadent freedom that you enjoy and are getting ready to piss away was largely made possible by a young man who was already financially established and the father of young children, pushing it all in and putting an enormous target on his own back. Heaven forbid that we should LEARN ANYTHING from history or FOLLOW THE EXAMPLE of those that came before us.

Jefferson, and the rest of the Founders, knew that they had a choice laid out before them. They could either revolt against tyranny or surrender to it. We are facing exactly the same choice right now, except that the tyranny that we are now facing is far, far worse than anything Jefferson and the Founders were facing. King George never tried to tax the Colonists on their mere existence, as ObamaCare does. King George never tried to force the Colonists to embrace and celebrate sexual perversion. King George never tried to force the Colonists to pay for and even participate in abortion. King George never attempted to import and establish the satanic scourge of islam in the Colonies.

We are so far past and beyond the “long train of abuses and usurpations” that the Colonists and Founders experienced and which necessitated the Revolutionary War that they aren’t even visible in the rear-view mirror. I dare say that being a Colonist in 1775 did not, by definition, break eight of the Ten Commandments or put a person is a probable state of mortal sin.

And so back to the core premise: the government can’t make you do anything. There is always an alternative, and at a certain point, the alternative of non-compliance is not only available, it is REQUIRED. Read the Declaration:

“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

It is our right and our DUTY to throw off this government. It is not legitimate and does not possess the consent of the governed, and thus has NO AUTHORITY. This is not to say that this government does not have power – yes it still does have power, but it has NO AUTHORITY. At this point, the only way it can continue to operate is by means of violent coercion, namely property confiscation, imprisonment and execution. This is YOUR country: thieving, murdering criminals running utterly amok, holding their power only through violent coercion and the threat of violent coercion. And it could all be brought to a screeching halt tomorrow if We The People would just turn that intellectual corner and realize that the unjust laws of an illegitimate government need not and should not be followed. They have no power over us. We have power over them, because they derive their JUST powers from the consent of the governed. Withdraw the consent, and the power is gone. Anything remaining is therefore, by definition, UNJUST, and thus must be“abolished” and “thrown off”, to use Jefferson’s words.

Of course you can own and carry a gun. You have the God-given right to your life, and the right to protect yourself, your family and your property. No one can ever, ever take that right away from you except YOU. The state can pass as many laws as it wants banning gun ownership and bearing, but every single one of those laws is illegitimate, and thus should not be followed.

How can the government force you to accept Sharia law, or any evil satanic system? Only YOU decide what you do or do not accept. Obama could write an Executive Order tomorrow declaring that the musloid screech to prayer be blasted from loudspeakers in every city and town five times per day, and the only true use or value that Executive Order would have is as toilet paper. Obama can’t make you accept Sharia law any more than he can make you fly like Superman.

ObamaCare can only force you out of business if you COMPLY with it. The government can only force you into mortal sin if you COMPLY and CONSENT. Obama can mandate that we all buy health insurance, and that all insurance policies cover abortion and contraception. And we can all laugh in his face. His fat wife can further mandate that we all eat celery sticks and tofu on Mondays and Thursdays, and we can likewise laugh in her painted-up-thicker-than-a-tranny face. These people have no power over us. They are slack-jawed, carney-trash gutter filth, and nothing more. Any power they have over us is power that we must specifically consent to give to them. I withdraw my consent. You got a problem with that, Barry? Molon labe.

Finally, back to the theological aspect of all of this, because that’s how I roll up in here. Look at a Crucifix. What you are seeing in a Crucifix is the stark horror of your own freedom and personal sovereignty. You are free to choose, as is every single being made in the image of God. We are so free that God consents to allowing us to choose to torture and kill Him. Oh, yes, we always, always have a choice. And now, because we have allowed it, the choice now stands as this: Either choose to spare yourself the wrath of an evil, illegitimate government or choose to scourge and crucify Christ. Pick up the flagellum and lean into Him. Skin Him. Make Him bleed and shake in pain. Then pick up that hammer and those nails and drive them in. Feel the bones in His feet and ankles crunch as you pound that nail in. And as you’re doing this, look Him in the eye with a big sh**-eating grin on your face. Tell Him how you have no choice, because it’s either this, or you might lose your job, or your 4000 square foot house. And that’s not even a contest, right? I mean, who WOULDN’T torture and kill their best friend, brother, father, spouse, creator and savior in order to stay in the good graces of the IRS and keep a job or a pension income?

The choice is yours. It always has been and always will be. This life will only last for a few more decades at most. What comes after that is eternal. Choose wisely.

Of course Jefferson answered Ann’s rhetorical questions in the Declaration itself:

All experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

If our current situation is any indicator,  Americans have become accustomed to tyranny.

A Declaration of Independence from The Socialists in the Federal Government

-A Declaration of the Free People of America –

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that ALL men are created equal. Not that some men are more equal than others because of their skin color or minority status.
That they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Not healthcare, living wages and “social justice”

That to secure these rights of life, liberty and happiness, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it. And we charge this government and those now in power as being destructive to our lives, our liberty and our happiness. In the course our Founders declared, we have such right to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as our Founding Fathers laid them down to effect in the best perfection achievable by man – our Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind is more disposed to suffer tyranny, while tyranny is sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they have become enslaved. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Such has been the patient sufferance of Conservative Americans; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter and abolish the federal Systems of Socialism in Government.

The history of this present Administration, Congress and the Judiciary and to extents, the previous twelve Administrations, Congresses and Courts, is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States and the people in them. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world:

They have violated our Constitutionally-protected rights of free exercise of religion and worship by abolishing Christian exercise and presence in public via courts pushing a secular religion.

They have violated our Constitutionally-protected right of speech by passing laws that criminalize belief and opinion; by laws written to impact and restrict citizen support in elective campaigns of representatives; by requiring licenses, fees, tickets and other assorted sundry demands to peaceably assemble; by demonizing citizens petitioning for a redress of grievances and shutting constituents from meetings to discuss pending legislation by stacking the halls with bussed-in supporters; by creating a climate of hatred, fear and loathing for those opposed to this government’s actions.

They seek to violate our Constitutionally-protected right of press and political speech by use of clever locality, diversity and content applications designed to restrict opinions and punish mass communication providers that do not comply with government-mandated rules designed to suppress dissent.

They have violated our Constitutionally-protected right to bear arms in outright infringement and by nefarious tax schemes intended to bar the right of the citizen to arms and possessions of arms to carry on his person or own in his own home.

They have bankrupted the entire nation in unfathomable and unrecoverable debt in behemoth government social programs robbing the treasury of the People by welfare ponzi schemes that have created mass entitlements designed to keep the people dependent on government assistance.

They have bankrupted the social security and medical aid programs that take by fiat, a portion of every income to support continued abuse and misappropriations by government bureaucrats.

They have bankrupted private industry by mandating regulations designed for cronyism and dependence of constituents to politicians for reelection.

They pass into law, thousands of pages of legislation, written by unknown persons and lobbyists without reading the bills or knowing what they contain.

They pass into law by inserting hidden ‘riders’ and ‘pork’, programs, taxes, regulations and tyranny into bills having nothing to do with the purpose of the proposed legislation.

They hamstring industry vital to national infrastructure by myriad regulations beholden to environmentalists that lobby Congress with money and advisement that ensure our national dependence on foreign energy supplies.

They have robbed wholesale the taxpaying public by nationalizing the private business and industry of mortgage banking and auto manufacturers, misappropriating billions of funds to bail out unspecified recipients and impoverishing the people and future generations of Americans in the process.

They are in the process of unconstitutionally mandating all citizens purchase government health insurance or face penalty.

They have designed bureaucratic panels to rule on matters of life and death in health care that they devise to take over.

They pass laws on the citizenry that they exempt themselves from.

They have continually violated the law of the land and diminished the rights of American citizens by allowing foreign illegal immigrants entry and rein into the country without
consequence at the expense of the citizenry for the purpose of expanding a political party with dependents.

They have provided aid and comfort to an Islamic enemy at war with the people of the nation, and afforded non-citizen enemy combatants with rights that are the sole province of American citizens.

The Courts have routinely legislated from the bench without any authority in cases brought before them.

The Courts have stated their decisions to rule according to foreign laws, personal life experiences and biases and not by the rule of the Constitution of the United States.

The Courts have overturned the express will of the people who have petitioned and passed legislation to alleviate their burdens by personal political biases that are ruled unconstitutional based on wrongful precedents.

The Executive has unlawfully nationalized private business with taxpayer money, without our consent.

The Executive has engaged in treason by denouncing his country and his countrymen on foreign soil.

The Executive has pursued a goal of redistributing wealth and private property by demonizing private citizens and enacting policies designed to in his words “return the nation’s wealth to their rightful owners”.

The Executive is engaged in creating a standing civilian political army answerable only to him, that is “just as strong, just as large and just as well funded as the military”.

The Executive is engaged in a preemptive and constant program of demagoguery and derision of political opponents to the point of using federal agencies to declare opponents “domestic terrorists” and to turn the citizenry against specific individuals and professions in order to enact takeovers of those properties.

The Executive has established a government snitch program by requiring citizens report opponents of the President’s policies to a White House website that collected the information of ‘protestors’ for further use in violation of the Constitution and law.

The Executive has unlawfully and unconstitutionally breached the Separation of Powers and duties specifically assigned to Congress by running the 2010 Census out of the Oval Office with a host of invasive questions for the purpose of redistricting the nation to ensure permanent political office for their party.

The Executive has engaged in routine deception of his policies, plans and statements, even concealing his eligibility for the High Office that he holds by refusing to reveal and release information that would qualify his tenure.

The Executive has erected a multitude of New Czars, unaccountable, unreviewable and untenable to oversight or the recall of the people who will make law and policy outside of legislation to send swarms of Officers to harass our people, eat out of their substance and impoversh classes of Americans.

The Executive has combined with others to subject us to an ideology and jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts without Legislation.

For protecting Jihad terrorists and Black Panther poll intimidators, by immunity from investigation or punishment for any lawbreaking which they should commit on the citizens of these States:

For penalizing our industries in deference to third world nations: For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent: For depriving us of our liberties:

For abolishing the Free Market System, establishing therein a Marxist government, and enlarging its power so as to render it at once as an absolute oligarchy of power in this country.

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the foundation and principles of the nation:

He has declared us “an unjust nation” and is waging War against us. He has plundered our wealth, ravaged our liberty, impoverished our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time recruiting large armies of political Mercenaries to complete the works of redistribution, enslavement, death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Oppression and Enslavement paralleled in brutal Marxist regimes, and totally unworthy to hold the office of a civilized nation.

He has encouraged our fellow Citizens taken captive by decades of indoctrination, to bear false witness and eventually Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our nation, merciless Socialism and despotism whose history is one of destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.
A government, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define tyranny, is unfit to govern of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our government-supporting brethren. We have warned them of attempts by their government to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us all. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our liberty and the facts in our Constitution here. We have appealed to our commonality of citizenry and love of liberty to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably enslave us all.

They too seem deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the free individuals and Conservative people of the united States of America, in General Agreement, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of God Almighty and our fellow citizens, solemnly publish and declare, That we sovereign citizens of America are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent from the authoritarian arm of the federal government, that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the federal government, and that all political connection between them and the federal government in Washington D.C., is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent Sovereign Citizens, have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things that our Founder’s intended within the boundaries of the Constitution of the United States of America which was our bulwark against an oppressive and intrusive government.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

An Open, First and Final Letter to Mr. Rush Limbaugh

Dear Mr. Limbaugh,

As one of the few remaining powerful voices in America, the time for you to speak is now. You have a choice to make, much more important than the upcoming election and the hypocritical rhetoric espoused by the two parties currently mismanaging our nation. In the next forty-eight hours our nation makes a choice between socialism in the darkest of forms under an autocratic regime masked by a Franco-Soviet style cloak of democracy or a return to the hearty, tough, freedom loving America we all know and love.

The members of the United States Senate have elected to choose the route of bribery and subterfuge to achieve a coup that empire nor enemy could never achieve on our soil or against our nation. The remaining legislative body has some honorable men within the realm, but they too are eager to bring home booty under the incorrect assumption that selling our nation out for trinkets in their districts will silence the outrage. They are wrong.

On this date, you have a choice, and it is a tough one. You are the last person who can influence this debate with any voice or force loud enough to impact the people who will decide our future.

Your choice is to become Ellsworth Monkton Toohey and hide behind Dominique’s skirts or be the man that you say you are, the namesake of Atlas Shrugged, John Galt.

I chose that moniker only because the representation that a group of individuals made this nation great, built this nation, drove it from the East to the West to create greatness while spreading freedom and enabling the individual to take nothing and build great empires be they railroads or wireless, gold or grains, creativity or innovation. Now that opportunity shall be reduced if not completely destroyed with the betrayal of the party you have supported and the members who proclaim that the individual, the little man, has no clue as to what is best for their future.

It is not their choice to decide how and when I succeed or fail.

Or that i need a parental state of supervision to run my affairs.

Or that I need a supervisor in every aspect of my personal economy.

Your voice can quite possibly prevent October 3rd from becoming a day of infamy and change it into a day of celebration. There is no Constitutional mandate that says Americans, be they individuals or corporations, can not fail. There was no fear of the darkness when World War I or World War II stared; we were scared but we overcame the hardships and the victory we achieved was overwhelming. Unfortunately the mistakes of 1913 have not been erased and as the “progressive” movement has moved forward our nation built its entire economic theoretical base on the writings of a socialist, John Maynard Keynes.

This mistake can be undone, but not without a period of pain and retrenchment by the American people. It must be explained that true, honest and real free market capitalism rewards excellence and creativity while punishing malfeasance and misdeeds. Socialism and statism only demands “sacrifice for the state” in the name of equalizing pain for all while maintaining the facade of freedom while promoting the Fatherland and “fairness” instead of the individual.

The explanations we have seen to justify the vote for this heinous act are laughable. There is no such thing as “a little bit pregnant” or having a “little Marxism” when discussing such matters. Unfortunately, these pawns of foolishness who proclaim to represent our interests are for sale to the same creators of this Keynesian web of deceit that could easily destroy our nation.

It is up to you to take drastic action if you dare.

You claim the mantle as the professor of Conservatism and a stalwart for American idealism. If so, please explain how buying real estate or bonds for an office building in Hanoi, Vietnam from a foreign based bank will expand this ideal? Or better yet, please explain the expansion of autocracy which flies in the face of the dreams and ideals of William F. Buckley, your late friend and colleague of whom I have deep respect.

If you are who you say you are, join me.

Go on strike.

Do not quit working, not yet at least. You will be forced off the air in the next twenty-four months regardless of what the outcome of this election brings forth. Take a moment, some time, a deep breath and threaten to take the action that any sane freedom loving soul who could take with the forcefulness that only you can. Submit your resignation from our system. Advise the Congress that if this legislation passes, you will sell all of your stock and bond holdings. You will remove all but the bare minimum of your financial resources from our banking system and purchase nothing but Swiss Government short term bonds, where your money will be safe from the new socialist banking regime. Tell your “friends” inside the industries who shall benefit from this new neo-socialist Keynesian nightmare wearing the Democratic and Republican Party tags that your money shall not be abused and used to build their statist empire.

Tell the world that you want no part of the new exploitation state.
