Obama & Hillary Clinton’s recent references to Australian-style gun confiscation reveals the next step in the fundamental transformation of America into a totalitarian state.
I blogged on this last week, and the rumbling meme from Mordor On The Potomac and their Orc-media acolytes that continues ought to make us aware and mindful that the attempt to ban, register and then confiscate our arms is indeed a policy that is now being fast-tracked through the media.
That Obama denies he is going to confiscate and Hillary laughs as the concerns, nails the truth that is indeed exactly what they are in the process of doing.
A main propaganda arm of the White House and the Democrat Marxists reveals this plan and laments the existence of the Second Amendment and acknowledge the cost of confiscation:

Perhaps, in a perfect world, the United States would never have had the Second Amendment.
While it is argued that the media is just engaging in wishful-thinking, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke tells us that this plan for gun confiscation IS POLICY and it is being advocated and war-gamed throughout law enforcement groups by the efforts of Obama’s White House.
I was extremely disappointed when I heard that my fellow law enforcement executive colleagues had gotten into bed with Obama and his gun confiscation mission. That’s really what it’s about. It’s not about reducing violence, it’s not about reducing mass murder or suicides. The real intent of Obama and these gun groups is gun confiscation and they know they are going to have to do it step by step. They’re not going to be able to go after that today, as there would be fierce blowback. So they are doing it in stealth ways and this IACP meeting is one of those ways.
The Daily Beast theoretically agreed that “confiscation on a massive scale” may be “the only way to solve American gun violence,” but they pointed out that it was not realistic and suggested Hillary risks causing irreparable divisions by talking about confiscation then mocking gun owners as conspiracy theorists waiting for “black helicopters” to come take their guns away.
Obama said in Chicago Tuesday “I’m not going to “take everyone’s guns away”, which given his history – means he is about to employ policies to do just that.
History lesson of statements His Heinous Obama has made and what transpired shortly after he made those statements:
“I’m not gonna force you to buy health insurance”.
He did.
“I’m not gonna penalize you for not buying health insurance”.
He did.
“I’m not gonna take away your health insurance”.
He did.
“I’m not gonna take away your doctor”.
He did.
“I’m not gonna unilaterally rewrite immigration law”.
He did.
“I’m not gonna unilaterally ignore immigration law”.
He did.
And this past Tuesday he says “I’m not gonna take away our guns”.
You better believe he will. And soon.
He always makes these statements, right before he employs a policy or action to do exactly aha the says he is not.
President Barack Obama is a serial-liar of the first order. That is not partisanship talking, that is history and science. And when Obama says, as he did Tuesday in Chicago, I’m not going to “take everyone’s guns away,” that means he’s coming for them.
Did I mention Barack Obama is a liar? Not only is Obama a liar, this “not gunna-gunna” ploy is a tactic the President has effectively used many times before. It’s a two-pronged assault that requires the cooperation of his DC Media allies.
By lying and saying he’s “not gunna,” Obama lulls his opponents into a false sense of security.

I’m Not Gunna Force People To Buy Health Insurance
Obama’s “not gunna” lies started during the 2008 presidential campaign when he said he was “not gunna” force people to buy health insurance. Here’s video of a 2008 debatebetween Obama and Hillary Clinton where he criticizes, not just the mandate in her health care plan that forces people to purchase health insurance, but the fact that they are fined and therefore “worse off” if they don’t purchase insurance.
We don’t want to put on adults a situation where we are mandating them to purchase insurance and if the subsidies are inadequate the burden is on them and they will be penalized, and this is exactly what Senator Clinton’s plan does … If healthcare is affordable you don’t need a mandate.
Except, from the mandate to the penalty, this is exactly what ObamaCare does.
I’m Not Gunna Take Away Your Health Insurance or Your Doctor
While he was trying to shove ObamaCare into law in 2009 and win re-election in 2012, dozens of times Obama said, I’m “not gunna” take away your health insurance and I’m “not gunna” take away your doctor.
Obama was lying.
Obama knew he was lying.
The DC Media knew he was lying.
And those of us who called out his lie were accused of racism by Obama and the DC Media.
By the time the fallout hit, millions and millions of people lost their insurance, and with it, their doctors.

More than 20 times President Obama reassured Americans he would not override Congress as a means to change or ignore immigration laws. Again and again, Obama told us he would not and could not unilaterally ignore or rewrite these laws.

While running for president, Obama was desperate to wrist-flick away the gun issue knowing it could hurt him in the general election.
In 2008, Obama also voted in favor of an amendment that would prohibit the confiscation of guns, even during a national emergency.
This was all a lie.
Twice this year, although the DC Media ignores this in order to protect him, Obama has said that he backs Australia’s gun laws, the spine of which is outright confiscation. Democrats and the DC Media always lie about Australia’s government-mandated confiscation by couching it as a buyback program — which it most certainly was not. Sure, the Australian government paid people for their guns but they were forced to turn them in. A buyback program is voluntary.
The DOJ, IRS and the FBI are not the only Federal agencies being used to spy on, attack, intimidate and destroy Obama’s opposition. The EPA, DHS and the ATF are on deck preparing to take tyranny to a higher level.
Benghazi, IRS, DOJ, AP, Fast & Furious, Fox, self-investigation, voter suppression, a dump truck full lies, obfuscation and treason from the Obama regime in just the last few weeks alone. However, don’t get your hopes up that any of the current known scandals are going to result in justice being done upon this regime. None of this matters. Obama’s Praetorian media will not permit him to be in any danger of real harm. I contend Obama could shoot a toddler in the head on live television and the Apologists for this regime would excuse him and no one in Congress, especially under Boehner would dare act against the “Historic first black man president”. He will be justified for whatever he does by his goose-stepping drones of Gibmedats.
Besides, some of these scandals were leaked by the Obama regime itself, a political ruse for political purposes. Some of these scandals were known by the media for over a year who sat on them so no harm would come to their messiah and their religion. Letting these scandals hit the public mindset now, takes the spotlight heat off the Benghazi treason and dereliction and it gets all this out in the open so it doesn’t have any effect on the 2014 elections where Obama “wins back” Congress for a single-party dictatorship under his rule.
The IRS targeting of Conservative, TEA Party and Christian groups is evidence of the fact Obama is waging war against his political enemies. His agents acting for the IRS even demanded to know the content of Christian prayers for groups and people they ended up harassing and intimidating into silence.

I submit that AP is NOT the only journalist organization that has had private information confiscated. I’m pretty sure ANYONE, including bloggers and average folks from their homes who report on this regime, have had every shred of private information collected from them.
It’s what Marxist/Leftist regimes in the world always do to their citizens they see as a threat to their power. It’s a precursor to the elimination of political opponents. It enables them to “use” that information later as a pretext and justification for arresting, detaining, and silencing those ‘threats’. While much of Conservative America has been warning about all the tyranny their groups are enduring under Obama, His Heinous decided to fire a warning shot across the bow of the media – not to cross him or his agenda with any unkind words.
The DOJ having the authority to do warrantless wiretaps without presenting justification to a judge is alarming. The DOJ having the authority to do such wiretapping against reporters in the media, who provide the fourth estate to protect -and check- the balance of power, is well beyond alarming.
Again, this is what Marxist/Leftist regimes in the world always do to their citizens and institutions they see as a threat to their power. Obtaining all that data enables them to “use” that information later as justification for charging their political enemies with crimes, arresting and detaining them, and in so doing -silencing those ‘threats’. The Justice Department seized phone records and emails sent to a private account of Fox News’ chief Washington correspondent, James Rosen, in an investigation into a 2009 story about U.N. sanctions and North Korea’s nuclear program.
He rejects the government’s effort to “criminalize the pursuit of investigative journalism and falsely characterize a Fox News reporter to a Federal judge as a ‘co-conspirator’ in a crime.”
“The administration’s attempt to intimidate Fox News and its employees will not succeed and their excuses will stand neither the test of law, the test of decency, nor the test of time. We will not allow a climate of press intimidation, unseen since the McCarthy era, to frighten any of us away from the truth.”
This assault on the Press is nothing new for Obama. His regime has been engaged in attacking and charging those whom support Republicans and Conservatives with all sorts of crimes and offenses designed to PUNISH and DESTROY. Case-in-point is what Obama’s regime did to Gibson Guitar, while ignoring their competitors who were Democrat supporters. This is the same technique used by the IRS to intimidate and silence any activism for Republican candidates. It may explain why the GOP had 4 million votes less than in 2008. Note the extortion the Obama regime exacted out of Gibson Guitars in order for them to remain in business.

If Obama’s regime is using the Department of Justice and every Federal alphabet agency to collect data on Americans in order to criminalize and silence them, what do you think is going to happen to gun owners with this regime’s “massive database” of personal info on all Americans?
A recent solicitation from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) reveals that the agency is seeking a “massive” online database capable of pulling up individuals’ personal information, connections and associates.
On March 28, ATF posted the notice on FedBizOpps.gov, entitled “Investigative System.” The solicitation was updated on April 5 with a few minor changes.
The document says that the system will be utilized by staff “to provide rapid searches on various entities for example; names, telephone numbers, utility data and reverse phone look-ups, as a means to assist with investigations, and background research on people, assets and businesses.”
The system is described as a “massive online data repository system that contains a wide variety of data sources both historically and current that can be utilized in support of investigations and backgrounds.”
The IRS, DOJ and now the ATF and DHS creating massive databases of YOUR personal information – YOUR friends and acquaintances, YOUR assets and YOUR businesses. Obviously this regime considers you to be a greater danger than Al Qaeda, since this regime also has made collecting such data on Islamic extremists verboten and has removed any reference of terrorism with Islam. Instead, YOU are considered to be the terrorist by the Obama regime (see again the April 2009 DHS terror assessment report).
What will Obama’s ATF do with such a “massive database” of your personal information? The same thing every despotic regime does with any information it can use or twist to justify making you bow to their tyrants – or justify eliminating you from existence.
Don’t laugh this warning off. History teaches us what Leftist egomaniacs and narcissists do to their own people once they achieve the level of power and control over their people that Obama has.

DHS Website contains ‘training video’ for deputized agencies. Appears to be ‘conditioning’ for upcoming gun confiscation/demonization of white gun owners.
Very disturbing video straight from DHS website – they use it to help train all of the deputized agencies during a crisis, even hospital administrators, media faces, everything and everyone that would be involved in such an event.
The date of the video is unknown, but the video description links to the DHS website featuring documents that were uploaded in 2009 and 2012.
The DHS has long been suspected of gearing up to fight Americans. The agency has released documents describing conservatives, libertarians, people who distrust the federal government, people who oppose illegal immigration, who oppose the Federal Reserve and who support gun rights, among other things, as potential terrorists and “domestic extremists.”
The agency has further stoked fears by purchasing nearly 2 billion rounds of mostly hollow point ammunition, 7,000 fully automatic assault rifles, nearly 3,000 mine-resistant MRAP vehicles and$2 million worth of paper targets depicting Americans, including women and children.
Last month, Arkansas State Fusion Center Director Richard Davis admitted that the DHS spies on “anti-government” Americans.
Today Breitbart reports that the GAO (Governemnt Accounting Office) is investigating the reasons WHY the DHS has ordered more hollow-point ammunition than our military, holding more than 260 million rounds in stock for roughly 70,000 government agents authorized to use such arms:
Republican Rep. Jason Chaffetz, who chairs one of the House oversight subcommittees, held a hearing to find out why the Department of Homeland Security has been ordering so much ammunition.
“It is entirely … inexplicable why the Department of Homeland Security needs so much ammunition,” Chaffetz said at the hearing.
He revealed that the department currently has more than 260 million rounds in stock.
He said the department bought more than 103 million rounds in 2012 and used 116 million that same year — among roughly 70,000 agents.
Comparing that with the small-arms purchases procured by the U.S. Army, he said the DHS is churning through between 1,300 and 1,600 rounds per officer, while the U.S. Army goes through roughly 350 rounds per soldier… He noted that is “roughly 1,000 rounds more per person.”
The congressional investigative agency is jumping into the fray just as legislation was introduced in both the Senate and the House to restrict the purchase of ammo by some government agencies (except the Department of Defense). The AMMO Act, introduced Friday, would prevent agencies from buying more ammunition if “stockpiles” are greater than what they were in previous administrations.

Combat Vet arrested in rural Texas and gun illegally confiscated in another random example of the Amerikan police state.
The America of Mayberry and Andy Taylor is apparently dead and buried. Todays society has more in common with East Germany or the Soviet Union in terms of where oppression is going.
If you dare to take a hike with your son, even it’s a rural backwater of some kind – you better be helpless and disarmed if there be any law enforcement nearby. For you will be stopped, questioned who, what, why,where, and when of yourself – and if you dare assert your rights – well, bad things will happen to you and you can kiss your guns goodbye. Just as it did Army Master Sergeant. C. J. Grisham recently experienced himself.
“We’re exempt from the law” is not a phrase you want to hear from law enforcement in a constitutional republic as they manhandle you to the ground because they simply deem you a threat. Nor do you want to hear a supposed police officer tell you that the law ‘doesn’t apply in this day and age as they handcuff you and assert that having a weapon is an automatic illegality unless otherwise ‘demonstrated’ suggesting that anyone owning a gun makes you dangerous. And of course, when asked what laws you are being arrested for breaking – the police will not answer you and simply make one up when they process you.
It’s a sad day when an American hero, a combat vet states what is now the obvious truth: “If you comply, you’re giving up your rights; if you don’t, you’ll be punished.”
I just got off the phone with Army Master Sergeant. C. J. Grisham, a serving American soldier and veteran of the the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, who recently was illegally disarmed by the Temple Police Department while out for a walk with his son.
“We live out in the country in Texas, near Temple,” he told me. “My son and I were on a ten-mile hike so that he could earn his hiking merit badge – it’s the last badge he needs to become an Eagle Scout.” But half way into the hike, Grisham said, “a police officer pulled up.” Initially, he was “cordial” and he “asked what we were doing.” Grisham told him. “Then he looked at my rifle. I carry a rifle any time I walk around because there are feral hogs and cougars and things like that.”
From here, things took a turn for the worse.
“‘Where you going with that rifle?’ he asked me. I said, ‘does it matter? Am I breaking any laws?’” Then, he says, the officer “grabbed the rifle without telling me – but it was attached to me. My immediate reaction as a combat veteran was to grab it back and then take a step back. I asked him what he was doing. So he pulled his gun on me. Then I thought about my son, so I put my hands off my gun and he told me to move over to the car. Luckily my son had the video camera to document the hike for his merit badge. I told him to turn it on.”
The video of the incident is below. I’d recommend you watch the whole thing. Note the officers’ ignorance of the rules they are there to uphold, the suggestion that the law doesn’t apply in this “day and age,” and the persistent claim that American citzens are presumed to have their weapons illegally unless otherwise demonstrated. Note the officer’s claim that merely owning a gun makes someone dangerous. Note the conflation of a soldier in a war zone with a citizen in rural Texas. Note the presistent refusal to explain what law Grisham has broken.
Particularly chilling is the officer’s telling Grisham that a police officer is “allowed to” carry a weapon, but that Grisham is not — despite Grisham’s having a permit. “We’re exempt from the law” is not a phrase you want to hear from law enforcement in a constitutional republic.
In an interview today, I asked Grisham why he thought the officer behaved in this way. “I don’t know,” he said “It’s not the law. You can’t go around taking guns without probable cause or a reasonable suspicion that someone is about to commit a crime. A lot of what the officers said is illegal, against Texas law, against national precedent, against Supreme Court decisions. I was legally exercising a right, especially in Texas where we have a right to carry weapons openly, and I have a concealed-carry permit. I wasn’t looking to make an issue out of it. I go up to Austin for Second Amendment rallies with my AR [rifle] all the time. But here in the country? Ultimately, it happened because I stood up to a police officer. I support the police. I’m on the public safety committee. But I also know that when I’m stopped by a police officer, I don’t have to say anything unless I’m accused of committing a crime. I’m not being a prick. I don’t think it was the gun initially, I think it was that my reaction hurt his ego.”
I suggest that this creates a Catch-22: If you comply, you’re giving up your rights; if you don’t, you’ll be punished. He agrees.
I ask what ”rudely displaying a firearm” means. ”There’s no such wording,” Grisham tells me. “I couldn’t find the word ‘rude’ in the penal code at all. You can openly carry a rifle as long as it’s not threatening. If it’s slung across your shoulder, it’s not threatening. When you point a gun at somebody then you’re breaking the law. But just walking around with a gun strapped in front of you is not threatening in any manner.”
What happens next? “I still don’t have my guns back and they took my concealed-carry license. I’m not accused of a gun crime, so there’s no reason for them to have my guns right now and the problem is that, what’s happened in the past with other soldiers is that the prosecutors will try and get the soldiers to agree to the police dropping the charges if they confiscate the gun — to have the charges dropped at the expense of their gun. This is a workaround loophole for gun confiscation.”
Does this happen to soldiers a lot? I ask. ”Yes, this has happened several times in this area. To Staff Sergeant Nate Samson, for example. He had to fight these guys for ten months. The charges were dropped, but he has no justice. He doesn’t have a lot of money to fight them. I have a pretrial hearing on May 29. The police are dragging their feet, not releasing the video. They’re waiting as long as they can — playing hard to get. . . . The reason I’m aggressive on this is that, in the military, if this happens, they initiate a flag that halts your career. You can’t take leave, you can’t be promoted, can’t receive awards or decorations. I am supposed to move to new base in July. I can’t do that. I’ve been on active duty for 18 and a half years and it’s got my career on a hold.”
I ask about his son. “I’ve tried to tell my son that this isn’t normal; that police officers don’t walk around doing this. He’s developed an unrealistic fear of police officers. We were bowling yesterday and he freaked out when a police officer walked in. He’s traumatized by the incident — seeing a gun pulled on his dad. I’m proud of him for his reaction. He’s doing well . . . we sit down and talk to our kids about the Constitution and guns and safety. My son can use every single weapon I have in the house from the AK-47 to .38 special.”
Is it particularly bad at the moment? ”I think so, yes. All the attention that the media and the politicians are giving to ‘assault weapons’ — I insist that none of my guns are ‘assault’ anything – is causing people to call and complain about seeing one. And instead of saying, ‘hey there’s nothing to be afraid of,’ they go out and hassle legal gun owners. Law enforcement have a duty to recognize that if someone is lawfully carrying a weapon then you should leave them alone. Who cares what somebody complains about?”
Police arrest a homeschooling mother, charged with ‘terroristic threats’ and confiscate her firearms after she quoted the Constitution at a tax-protest in NJ.
It’s easy to achieve gun confiscation in Obama’s Amerika. Don’t believe me? Just ask Eileen Hart. Daughter of survivors of Hitler’s Holocaust is experiencing a foretaste of oppression and tyranny in a land we all assumed was the home of the free.
Hart, her husband and 7 year-old daughter were protesting a mandatory tax reassessment of her home at the Gloucester Community Center in New Jersey, where she was arrested and told to turn over her guns after she says she was reading the Constitution and peacefully protesting what she said was an arbitrary and unfair increase of her tax burden.
On the accusation of Appraisal Systems, Inc. representative Andrew Colavecchio, authorities arrived to arrest Hart at her home. The Police Complaint states Hart began screaming publicly that she would return with a gun, but there is no other witness corroboration of that claim. Hart says Colavecchio became outraged when Hart referred to him as a “pencil pusher” as she was removed from the public forum after she began reading the Constitution’s protections against what she claims was infringement on her private property rights. She states he followed her into the parking lot in a rage and took down her license plate and exclaimed “Let’s see if you can pay your taxes now!”. She arrived home to find a phalanx of police surrounding her house and she was taken into custody on Colaveccio’s accusation that she said she was returning to the forum “with a gun”, an accusation she vehemently denies. She says she was handcuffed to a chair and charged with ‘terroristic threatening’. The police then demanded she surrender her firearms, even though they had no warrant to seize anything.
“If quoting the Constitution makes me a terrorist, we are in Hitler’s America,” Hart is reported to have said.
The Blaze recounts the details and Hart’s assertion that she was falsely accused and arrested for merely standing up for her Constitutional Rights.
How the regime creates a climate of fear as they selectively target Americans for raids that strip them of their arms and possessions.
There was a time long ago in America when citizens were to be automatically presumed innocent until PROVEN guilty in a court of law.
That no longer exists in the United States of Obama’s Amerika. Any defense lawyer who has a shred of honesty will tell you, the moment an arrest or raid is conducted, those arrested for any reason automatically confers guilt in the eyes of law enforcement and the general public. Practical reality is that one must prove their innocence in the courts of law and media generated narratives that generate public opinion where odds are horrifically stacked against the individual charged.
Armed SWAT raids by DHS the ATF and other government alphabets create a climate of fear and nearly automatically render those raided with contempt from their neighbors who – without even knowing who, what or why – assume that the person/family that was raided, are guilty of some heinous crime and deserve what happened to them. Trust me when I tell you that all the entities of power in this nation understand this fact, and they will use it to their advantage in establishing Obama’s MarxoFascist tyranny.
While it was disconcerting to witness an entire state’s law enforcement panic and open fire on innocent citizens in the desperate search for Chris Dorner, it is the law-abiding citizen that are easy and frequent targets of political examples to be made.
Given what I have read of the Obama regime arming up the federal behemoth and agencies like the Weather Service getting hollow-point ammunition for unspecified reasons – and the fact that implementing much of Obama’s agenda has enforcement mechanism in the DHS, ATF, FBI & IRS – I discern that FFL gun dealers and Amish milk farmers will not be the only people to be targeted in such raids in the near future.
Many people pooh-pooh the worry over orders to confiscate guns or impose federal mandates to the non-compliant. As history teaches – it does not require raids and inspections of every home and citizen in the nation to achieve the desired subjugation of a people to oppressive rulers. It requires only a few high-profile examples that the regime and it’s agents mean business, and that you and your family can be detained, stripped, pillaged, terrorized and even killed without so much as a hesitation – to get the rest of society to comply and even help aid the regime in power to achieve it’s ends. Fear of what the government can do to you is a powerful motivating agent. It is why most of us file our taxes before the midnight deadline April 15th. It is why most will eventually comply with any gun restrictions and confiscation orders that the rulership is busy introducing in various state legislatures.
I want us to know and understand how such raids are conducted and what happens to you once the government targets you for whatever reason. You most likely will have no idea exactly why it is you are stopped and have guns placed at your head and those of your family while your home and property is ransacked and items confiscated. Then you discover you have no real recourse and your property now belongs to the government unless you have thousands upon thousands of dollars to attempt a futile legal case to regain all that you have lost. Your reputation forever marred and unrecoverable.
Welcome to tyranny. This is what it looks like from a first-person perspective.
While I do not know the merits of this individual case – I will take the word of a citizen over the word over anyone in government or law enforcement given the rotten fruits of lies, distortions, cover ups and wrongful deaths that they continue to rack up in this society and absolve themselves from. This person is lucky he did not have a dog, as they most likely would have killed it on the spot.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recently raided one of our readers: a kitchen table FFL dealer who does everything—everything—by the book. He has, however, consistently criticized the ATF for its unconstitutional regulations and long history of extra-legal activities. This is his story.

First of all, forget about them coming to the door. They’ll intercept you on your way home from the Doctor’s office (for example), then one vehicle will come up behind you and two will block your way in front and turn on the flashing lights. They then jump out with ‘real’ assault rifles, point them at you and order your hands up, and exit the vehicle. You, being a law abiding citizen, comply. At gunpoint, they order you to assume the position against your car, handcuffs you and frisk you, and you’re directed to get into the back seat. Then the lead agent gets into the driver seat and drives your car to your driveway. You sit there with cuffed hands behind you – bleeding.
As multiple vehicles close off the street and announce over a loudspeaker for all your neighbors to remain indoors (and are prohibited from leaving), the lead agent calls your house and directs your wife to come out of the house – and sit in the front seat. She does. Then the Homeland Security Special Tactical Unit, and the county sheriff Swat Team arrive, and drive two armored cars over the curb onto the lawn, as the “Jack Booted Thugs” with machine guns, helmets, boots, camo, etc. enter and search your house.
You see a Homeland Security Helocopter circling overhead. You are asked if you have any explosives (well, several cans of black powder….) and are there any booby traps in the house. They offer to let you read the search warrant, but your hands are cuffed behind your back. The agent in your car reads it very quickly.
After the Jack Booted Thugs are through, teams arrive to search and ransack the house. After about an hour, you are released and NO CHARGES are filed. You are required to stay beyond the perimeter as they set up tables in your yard and begin to paw through and process your worldly possessions.
You finally realize that they’re going to keep an eye on you, but you go to a neighbor to make phone calls – and find a good lawyer, who arrives on site, but is kept out by the agents. The agents search one of your cars and release it to you. Hours later, knowing there is nothing you can do on site, you leave and arrange a motel for the night.
Later, about 9PM (12 hours later), you phone your house and an agent answers, then advises you they’re about to leave. You drive to your house to see four Feds in your front yard, ready to leave. They tell you they don’t know where the house key is (which you gave them), nor where your cat is. They hand you a copy of the search warrant, but fail to provide a copy of the inventory (which they give you two days later).
You examine your house. Your computers are gone along with every extra & old hard drive, all data cds, floppies, thumb drives, compact flash drives, and other SD drives for your camera. But most shocking, is that your entire gun collection, which you spent a lifetime building, is gone.
Antique guns, airguns, non-guns. Virtually everything. One antique shotgun lies broken on the floor. Papers are strewn everywhere. Once they looked at it, and didn’t want it, they just tossed it aside. Piles of paper. The house is trashed – every room. Your clothing has been ransacked. Your wife’s clothing and underwear. You don’t even know what is missing. You look around, feel sick, lock up the house and go to the motel.
You return the next day to try to start to get things back in order, but realize it will take weeks.
Later, you find out that the affidavit which justified the search warrant is sealed – and you can’t even find out why they searched and seized. A few days later, the sworn affidavit is unsealed, and you find out that the agent lied repeatedly, told half-truths, speculated about possible violations, and related his ‘suspicions’ with no basis in fact – and that the search warrant is nothing more than a gigantic fishing expedition to see what they could find . . .
A Justice Department memo illustrates the fact this regime plans to implement national gun registration, followed by mandatory confiscation of firearms.
They just keep pushing and poking with their stick – hoping Americans will finally bite back and give them a justification to put all those billions of rounds of ammunition and drones to use against a people this regime wants to eliminate. A white paper prepared by NIJ deputy directory Greg Ridgeway is titled “Summary of Select Firearm Violence Prevention Strategies” and essentially states that any assault weapons ban ‘unlikely to have an impact on gun violence’ UNLESS the federal ban is coupled with a “gun buyback and no exemptions then it could be effective.” What that means in plain English and not ObamaSpeak – is that gun owners will be REQUIRED to turn in their guns where they will get money, probably a paltry sum – and therefore this will NOT be called ‘confiscation’ even though ‘selling your gun to the government’ will be MANDATORY. NO EXEMPTIONS.
Nearly all gun control legislation now pending is calling for bans on magazines that hold more than 10 rounds and a ‘registry’ that coincides with a new “background check” where gun information will be kept in a federal database where it’s use is not being specified. It appears this ‘white paper’ by the Department that handled Fast & Furious arming of Mexican drug cartels, is having it’s recommendations added to nearly all the legislation being introduced out there.
The NRA was given this paper in the lead-up to Obama’s gun control agenda. They outline what this means for gun owners in this ad:
If there is one thing to know from history it is this: gun registration – no matter what “common sense” legislation the MarxoFascists try to call it – gun registration always leads to confiscation (regardless if they call it a buyback program) – which always leads to extermination (which the MarxoFascists will call ‘putting down the domestic terrorists’).
Do not believe anything the Obama regime tells you about their agenda on gun control. Remember this is the regime that promised us that with ObamaCare you would get to keep your current insurance plan and keep your doctor and save tons of money, and we are finding out what overt lies those were. Obama’s efforts are specifically designed to set the stage for total forced disarmament in our very near future.
As history teaches, every population that was disarmed was shortly exterminated thereafter.
And I discern that this is what this regime intends of it’s political enemies based on the statements and writings of those whom put Obama into power:
VP Biden reportedly states on radio “If you don’t register your guns, the government will confiscate them”.
While Obama’s Marxist media hacks scoff, laugh and ridicule the concern of Americans who worry about the Obama regime abolishing the 2nd Amendment and confiscating guns, statements by politicians and regime officials are indicating that our worst fears may soon become realized. The Obama regime plans on disarming the American people despite the ridicule by Obama’s storm trooping stooges in the media.
Suddenly, after a few weeks of carefully tossed chum into the volatile seas of gun control by the Obama regime and it’s media – Biden announces that his Task Force will report their recommendations to Obama on Tuesday January 15th. No doubt His heinous will act on these ‘recommendations’ in short order – if not by Executive Order.
“After consulting with a series of stakeholders (read MarxoFascists) in the ongoing debate over gun control, Vice President Joe Biden will present his recommendations for reducing gun-related violence in America to President Obama on Tuesday,” cbs.comreports. “The vice president, speaking to reporters before [emphasis added] a meeting on gun violence with sportsmen and women (the NRA), outlined a series of the recommendations he said are emerging in the course of his conversations with various stakeholders in the conversation — among which include universal background checks, restrictions on high-capacity magazines, and federal abilities to effectively research gun violence.” It gets worse. Far worse. From the horse’s mouth . . .
“If you look at every one of the tragic events that have attracted so much attention, it’s hard to be able to pinpoint what you would have done to assure it wouldn’t have happened. But there’s also things we know, we know, that there’s certain actions we take that have diminished the extent of the gun violence that otherwise would be occurring in the United States. There’s an emerging set of recommendations, not coming from me, but coming from the groups we’ve met with, andI’m gonna focus on the ones that relate primarily to gun ownership, what types of weapons can be owned”.
Note what Biden actually says; their ‘recommendations’ will focus on GUN OWNERSHIP, and what type of guns are allowed to be possessed by the American people. So he admits here that they are going after the right of the people to keep and bear arms, and restrict what kind of weapons they are allowed to own. If so – gun registration would become a necessity in order to enforce such an edict, and the alleged comment from Obama on a radio station that a refusal to register your guns will result in confiscation – seems legitimate.
Biden already stated that they would outlaw “unregulated private gun sales” – meaning gun shows and buying your neighbors gun for sale would be illegal.
It is clear from the reports themselves that Obama and Biden had no intention of considering what the NRA or gun advocacy groups had to say considering what Biden has just said regarding going after gun ownership. Either those groups were summoned to the White House to be intimidated, or served as window dressing to create the illusion of ‘hearing all sides’.
“We were disappointed with how little this meeting had to do with keeping our children safe and how much it had to do with an agenda to attack the Second Amendment…. This Task Force spent most of its time on proposed restrictions on lawful firearms owners – honest, taxpaying, hardworking Americans.”
Biden reiterated earlier revelations that Obama will use Executive Orders to enact gun registration and controlsto a group of ‘faith-based leaders” summoned to the White House that were asked to assist the Obama regime in preaching against gun ownership:
“He was asking the faith community to use the power of our moral voices and persuasion” to help find common sense solutions,” said Rev. Michael McBride, the head of PICO National Network’s Lifelines to Healing Campaign
During the event, Biden reportedly echoed what he told reporters earlier in the day — that the Obama administration will be taking two tracks to curb gun violence and, coincidentally, ownership. In addition to working with Congress and relying upon a legislative track, the vice-president, again, said that Obama will use unilateral control through executive action. This latter avenue will be taken more quickly, as the president has the ability to more swiftly enact regulations.
Already leaked to the media and being reported by Obama’s media is the Task Force’s ‘recommendation’ about how guns are registered, sold, and taxed in the wake of the Newton, Connecticut school shooting.
Under the potential proposals which have yet to be officially announced, all firearms would be required to be registered in a national database that would keep track of all guns and who owns them. The database would include all new guns but also would include all guns that have been sold in the past, as there would be no “grandfather” clause in the new proposals.
The proposals could basically treat all firearms as “class three” weapons (ala machine guns). This would mean that they would be tracked in a national database, that there would be a substantial tax on the guns, and that they could not be passed from generation to generation as they would be destroyed upon the death of the registered owner. In addition, it would be a federal crime to transfer the guns or even to own them without having them registered, even if they were legally obtained.
This so-called ‘task force’ is obviously just widow dressing for laws, acts and orders that have already been written well in advance by the MarxoFascists, who are using the Sandy Hook school massacre as the springboard to enact their wet-dream of abolishing gun ownership in America. Don’t laugh, because this exact precedent was set with the ObamaCare bill, written well in advance by unknowns. Nearly every provision in the ObamaCare Act that was warned about via leaks, proved to be accurate and even worse than first reported. Ultimately, the Act was forced down the throats of the American people by a cowed Congress who did not even read the bill itself until they passed it.
That precedent will be followed, and Congress and the courts will uphold it – just as they did ObamaCare.
Notice how silent the GOP Judenrat is in the face of blatant efforts to abolish the Constitution and protected gun rights.
What worries me is that it may no longer matter what Congress or the Courts do – because this regime is hoping against hope that gun owners RESIST or that after being pushed into a corner, that they strike back and hand Obama the justification for the bloodbath that I am certain this regime wants and needs in order to implement the next phase of our destruction to bear.
This regime in power wants a war on Americans that do not bow to Obama or the Government. That may be what the billions of rounds of hollow point ammunition requisitioned for DHS and the domestic enforcement Alphabets along with sweeping new use of armed drones in the skies over America will be used for.
It is close to the time one will need to look to their own defense and that of their families soon. Of this I have no doubt. We will die either free men and women, or die as slaves. That choice is soon before us.
