Thanks to the traitors in the Obama Regime, the Democrat Party and the GOP Leadership under Mitch McConnell – on the eve of the 9-11 Anniversary, America surrenders to Islamists and secures Nukes for Iran

Need I say more?  McConnell orchestrated an Obama/Jihadist victory in what he SHOULD HAVE DEEMED A TREATY – but REFUSED to do so and fast-tracked Obama’s dictatorial “Executive agreement” a WEEK AHEAD OF SCHEDULE to ensure the Harry-Reid promised filibuster would kill any vote to ‘disapprove’ of Obama’s treason to the Iranian Ayatollah.

As usual, McConnell played wheeler-dealer and refused to abide by his oath to the Constitution and went right along with the usurpation of the Treaty Claus that will enact Obama’s plan to fund and green-light a path for Iran’s nuclear program that their leaders have said WILL BE USED against “The Great and Little Satan” (America and Israel).

McConnell and the Senate HAD NO AUTHORITY to surrender the Treaty Clause of the Constitution and rewrite the rules to allow what took place today – the very eve of the anniversary of 9-11.  He played to Obama’s wishes like a good little puppet.

Ted Cruz Proves Despicable Mitch McConnell Is Another Harry Reid Liar

Cruz exposes comments on the Senate floor that McConnell made to Republican senators in a private lunch, showing that McConnell lied to his entire conference.

That McConnell lies is not news.  He is the LEADER of the Ruling Class Establishment GOP; the arch LIAR of the betray the Constitution party by surrendering their power to Obama.  McConnell has lied to Americans while passing bills drafted in secret and shutting down any possible opposition to their treason.

SENATE FLOOR: TED CRUZ EXPLODES ON MITCH MCCONNELL, SAYS HE LIED TO ENTIRE REPUBLICAN CONFERENCE

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) a 2016 GOP presidential candidate, delivered a brutal speech bashing his own party’s leadership’s failures on the Senate floor on Friday morning after Majority Leader

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) moved forward with a plot to reauthorize the Export Import Bank.

In the speech, Cruz says—calling him out personally—McConnell lied to the entire Republican conference. Cruz’s speech stemmed from how McConnell—despite telling the entire GOP conference there was no such secret deal with the Democrats during the Obamatrade process to later bring up Ex-Im reauthorization—actually did cut a deal with Democrats, specifically

“Today is a sad day for this institution,” Cruz said on the floor.

The Senate operates based on trust. Whether we are Democrats or Republicans, these 100 Senators have to be able to trust that when a Senator sys something, he or she will do it. Even if we disagree on substance, that we don’t lie to each other. What we just witnessed this morning is profoundly disappointing.

Cruz then proceeded to expose comments McConnell made to Republican senators in a private lunch, showing that McConnell lied to his entire conference. The comments Cruz talks about were around the time of the first Obamatrade votes in the Senate, when McConnell told Republicans—something that has since been proven to be untrue—that there was no deal with Democrats to vote on Ex-Im later in exchange for the necessary votes to pass Obamatrade.

Cruz voted for Obamatrade’s Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) the first go-around in the Senate based on McConnell’s word—and he famously turned against the fast-track trade authority later.

“I want to describe the context of two preceding discussions. A number of weeks ago when this Senate was considering Trade Promotion Authority, a group of Senators gathered on this floor and blocked TPA for many minutes because they were pressing for the Export-Import Bank,” Cruz said.

They huddled on this floor and negotiated a deal in front of C-SPAN, in front of the world. Then when they had their deal, TPA had the votes to pass. Shortly thereafter, we had a Senate Republican lunch where I stood up and I asked the Majority Leader very directly what was the deal that was just on TPA and was there a deal for the Export-Import Bank. It was a direct question. I asked the Majority Leader in front of all the Republican senators. The Majority Leader was visibly angry with me that I would ask such a question, and the Majority Leader looked at me and said there is no deal.

Cruz noted that McConnell made the promise that “there is no deal” three times in public and then again in a private discussion with him and  Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT)

 “There is no deal. Like St. Peter, he repeated it three times,” Cruz said.

He said the only thing I told the proponents of the Export-Import Bank is like any other Senator in this body, they could offer any amendment they liked on any amendable vehicle, but I gave them nothing. There is no deal. He was emphatic. And he was repeated. Following that Republican discussion, Sen. Mike Lee and I approached the Majority Leader afterwards in which he emphasized again there is no deal, I will do nothing, I oppose the Export-Import Bank. All I said is they can offer an amendment like any Senator can to any bill. Madam President, I went back to my office and I sat and had a long discussion with my staff.

In those discussions, Cruz said his staff told him that McConnell was lying to him. But he couldn’t believe right off the bat that the Senate GOP majority leader would lie like that to his face or to the faces of all other GOP senators.

“My staff told that afternoon he’s lying to you,” Cruz said.

That’s what my staff said. We have been around the Senate a long time. He is not telling you the truth. And what I told my staff that afternoon, I said well, I don’t know if that’s the case or not, but I don’t see how when the Majority Leader looks me in the eyes and makes an explicit promise — and by the way, looks in the eyes of every other Republican Senator and says that to every other Republican Senator, I don’t see how I cannot take him at his word when he makes an explicit promise. As a result, I cast my vote in May in support of TPA because I support free trade and I felt I had no choice but to assume that when the Majority Leader spoke to 54 Republican Senators and made an explicit promise that he wasn’t lying to us. Well, as TPA moved on, as it went to the House, it became abundantly clear, there was a deal. There was a deal in the House for the Export-Import Bank. And so the second time TPA came up, I voted ‘no’ because of that corrupt deal.

From there, Cruz proceeded to further berate McConnell on more than just the Ex-Im Bank secret deal.

“Let me tell you a second element of the background context,” Cruz said.

A number of weeks ago when we were debating the Corker-Cardin bill, the Iran Review Act, there were a number of amendments that senators had filed. I filed an amendment that will actually put teeth in the Iran Review Act by requiring affirmative congressional approval before sanctions on Iran could be lifted. Other senators filed very good amendments. 

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) filed an amendment calling for Iran to recognize Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish State before sanctions could be lifted. Our friends on the Democratic side of the aisle did not want to vote on that amendment. And, in response, the Majority Leader cut off all amendments. Madam President, I sat in the Majority Leader’s office, and I urged the Majority Leader invoke cloture on Sen. Rubio’s amendment calling on Iran to recognize Israel’s right to exist and setting that as a precondition of any lifting of sanctions. I argued vociferously with the Majority Leader that if the Democrats were so opposed to voting on that amendment, that was all the more reason because it was important substantively, and the Majority Leader said no, he would not do so, that invoking cloture on an amendment was an extraordinary step, and he wouldn’t do so. So he cut off off every amendment. He filled the tree and terrace.

Cruz then noted the hypocrisy where now Senate Minority Leader

Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) called out McConnell for engaging in the same tactic he engaged so many times to close down Senate debate.

“It was striking a minute ago seeing the Democratic Leader Harry Reid calling out the Majority Leader for filling the tree, for engaging in the same procedural abuse that railroaded—that Harry Reid did over and over and over again in this body,” Cruz said.

Now the Republican Leader is behaving like the senior senator from Nevada. What we just saw was not, Madam President, what the Majority Leader told you and me and every other Republican senator. What we just saw was not that the proponents of the Ex-Im Bank, like anyone else, could stand up and offer any amendment they’d like on any issue. What the Majority Leader just did is, number one, he called up that amendment. He called it up himself. Why does that matter? Because as Majority Leader he has priority of recognition. When he calls up an amendment, no one can stop him. He didn’t just call it up. He filled the tree, just like Harry Reid, he filled the tree, blocking everyone else’s amendments. By the way, I agree with Senator Reid when he said the Obamacare amendment is a cynical amendment. Of course it is. It is empty showmanship.

Cruz then hammered GOP leadership for putting forward nothing more than a show vote—a meaningless vote—on repealing Obamacare.

“We’ll have a vote on repealing Obamacare,” Cruz said.

The Republicans will all vote “Yes.” The Democrats will all vote “no.” It will be at a 60-vote threshold. It will fail. It will be an exercise in meaningless political theater. Mind you when we actually had a fight to stop Obamacare and defund it, the Majority Leader was opposed. But an empty showboat, that is a good way to distract from what’s going on. There is a profound disappointment among the American people because we keep winning elections and then we keep getting leaders who don’t do anything they promised. The American people were told if only we have a Republican Majority, things will be different. Well, in 2010, the American people showed up in enormous numbers and we got a Republican majority in the House. And very little changed. Then the American people were told, you know, the problem is the Senate. If only we get a Republican majority in the Senate and retire Harry Reid as Majority Leader, then things will be different. Well, in 2014, the American people rose up in enormous numbers, voted to do exactly that. We’ve had a Republican majority in both Houses of Congress now for about six months. What was that majority done?

Cruz then proceeded to detail how the 2010 and 2014 elections handing the GOP majorities in the House then Senate didn’t matter one bit at all.

“First thing we did, in December, is we came back and passed a $1 trillion Cromnibus plan filled with pork and corporate welfare,” Cruz said.

That was the very first thing we did. Then this Republican majority voted to fund Obamacare, voted to fund President Obama’s unconstitutional executive amnesty. And then leadership rammed through the confirmation of Loretta Lynch as Attorney General. Madam President, which of those decisions would be one iota different if Harry Reid were still Majority Leader? Not a one. Not a one. This Senate operates exactly the same. The same priorities. And let me tell you why. It’s not that this majority doesn’t get things done. It does get things done. But it listens to one and only one voice. That is the voice of the Washington cartel, of the lobbyists on K Street, of the big money and big corporations. You know, if you go to the American people and ask is reauthorizing the Ex-Im Bank a priority for you, the standard response for most of them would be ‘the what?’ They don’t even know what this is. Let me tell you what this is. It is an egregious example of corporate welfare. It is the American taxpayers being on the dime for hundreds of billions of dollars in loan guarantees given out to a handful of giant corporations. It is a classic example of cronyism and corporate welfare. And by the way, among others you know one person who had the clarity of thought on that?

Cruz then noted how when Obama was in the Senate, he was opposed to the Ex-Im Bank—and then proceeded to further detail how the Ex-Im Bank is crony capitalism—before he turned his fire on McConnell again.

“Madam President, it saddens me to say this,” Cruz said.

I sat in my office, I told my staff the Majority Leader looked me in the eye and looked 54 Republicans in the eye. I cannot believe he would tell a flat-out lie, and I voted based on those assurances that he made to each and every one of us. What we just saw today was an absolute demonstration that not only what he told every Republican Senator, but what he told the press over and over and over again was a simple lie. This institution should not operate at the beck and call of lobbyists in Washington. This institution, the Majority and Minority Leader arm in arm again, should not team up against the American taxpayers. It’s why our children are going bankrupt. Now we’re facing an enormous threat with this Iran deal, a nuclear Iran poses the greatest national security threat tot his country.”

Cruz laid out next how McConnell wouldn’t take the steps he took to force the crony capitalist Ex-Im Bank through the Senate to protect the nation of Israel from President Obama’s deal with Iran.

And yet the Majority Leader refused to do what he just did for the Export Import Bank on Iran, refused to invoke cloture,” Cruz said. “That was an extraordinary step. Madam President, if he was telling us the truth when he said there was no deal, why would he do what he just did? Well, we now know that when the Majority Leader looks us in the eyes and makes an explicit commitment that he is willing to say things that he knows are false. That has consequences for how this body operates. If you or I cannot trust what the Majority Leader tells us, that will have consequences on other legislation as well on how this institution operates.

Cruz said the U.S. Senate, in addition to actually stopping the Iran deal, should be focused on matters like defunding Planned Parenthood.

“There are a host of amendments that the American people are focused on, things like defunding Planned Parenthood after the gruesome video,” Cruz said.

The Majority Leader doesn’t want to vote on that. That’s actually something the American people are focused on. He brought up his Obamacare amendment as a smokescreen because it’s intended to fail. But you know what he didn’t bring up is my amendment to end the congressional exemption from Obamacare, the corrupt deal that Harry Reid made with Obama. We’ve got to live under the same rules as everybody else. The Majority Leader doesn’t want to vote on that because he doesn’t want to end the cronyism for members of Congress any more than end the cronyism for giant corporations who enrich themselves at the expense of the American people. There are a host of priorities that the voters who elected you and me. Madam President, I would ask you to think about when you were running for the Senate not too long ago. Do you recall any of your constituents ever saying we want the Export-Import bank? No. They want other things. They have other priorities, but those are not the priorities of Republican leadership. Sadly today we have government of the lobbyists, by the lobbyists, and for the lobbyists. That is not how the United States Senate is supposed to operate. A far more important amendment than bringing back this corporate welfare and cronyism is my amendment that provides that sanctions on Iran cannot be lifted unless and until Iran does two things. Number one, it recognizes Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state. And number two, it releases the four American hostages languishing in Iranian prisons. That is a far more important issue than enriching some more lobbyists on K Street and getting a few more campaign contributions. That’s what we should be voting on.

McConnell’s office did not respond to a request for comment in response to Cruz’s speech.

Overthrowing America: Obama’s MarxoFascist Junta

Obama targets opposition using the IRS.  A corrupt Judiciary declares who can be on a ballot. The Senate moves to Repeal the First Amendment under the guise of election ‘fairness’.

I have said this ad infinitum over the last 5 years: America has seen her last free and “honest” nationally-impacted election.  We went Soviet.  Cook County corruption went national, and this people have no clue whatsoever what has happened to it.

America was overthrown from within – by a Marxist/Fascist juggernaut and nothing is stopping it.  The Ruling Class Republicans are complicit in this coup because they want a piece of the new power paradigm that makes government god, creates a permanent underclass of dependent serfs, and a caste of Nobles whom the underclass must serve without question.  Because after all, in the minds of those who now rule us, we little people cannot be trusted with liberty because we do not know what is good for us.  Government will now decide our fates .  What we think will correspond to what we receive and are allowed to have in conjunction with whom we must vote for, income inequality notwithstanding.

The fact everyone conveniently ignores is that our voice no longer matters when it opposes what the Ruling Class Junta demands.  The rule of law no longer matters, it can be ignored or changed or done away with when it interferes with what the Ruling Class Junta wants.

To wit:

• The IRS will continue to target, intimidate and punish Conservative groups in order to silence them and render any political influence irrelevant.  The paper trail goes all the way to the White House – but the Praetorian MarxoFasicst media has declared via press releases from the DNC that the effort to get to the bottom of the scandal is a ‘racist’ ‘witch hunt’.

• Judge orders 25 term congressman John Conyers to be put onthe ballot after he failed to obtain enough signatures for the primary election.  So when the law is not met, the Ruling Class will simply decree what is legal and what is not by using ideological judges when it cannot decree them by Executive Order.  It will do as it pleases to further the political party and the ideology rather than uphold the law.  The Ruling Class is now selecting candidates the people have to ‘choose’ from, and doing so by judicial or executive order.  This is pure Sovietism.

• 41 Democrat Senators signed onto a bill to repeal the first Amendment:  Senate Joint Resolution 19 – “an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relating to contributions and expenditures intended to affect elections.  Under the guise of ‘fairness’ Harry Reid and the MarxoFascist Democrats and a few Republicans have decided that you will have no right to support or speak to those issues and candidates the Junta does not approve of.

Don’t look for any help from the Praetorian Media to report any of this.  As the head of CNN recently stated with intensity: “We will not be shamed into covering Benghazi”, nor indeed with it be shamed into covering ANYTHING detrimental to Obama and the MarxoFascist agenda.

I will confess to a little despair over the relatively mild reception that has greeted the evidence, now conclusive and irrefutable, that the Internal Revenue Service, under the direction of senior leaders affiliated with the Democratic party, was used as a political weapon from at least 2010 through the 2012 election. It may be that the American public simply does not care about the issue; it is always difficult, if not impossible, to predict what issues will seize the electorate’s attention, or to understand why after the fact. It may be that the public does not understand the issue, in which case a brief explanation of the known facts may be of some use.

 

When law-enforcement agencies and federal regulators with extraordinary coercive powers are subordinated to political interests rather than their official obligations — to the Party rather than to the law — then the law itself becomes meaningless, and the delicate constitutional order we have enjoyed for more than two centuries is reduced to a brutal might-makes-right proposition.

 

Here is what happened. In the run-up to the 2012 election, senior IRS executives including Lois Lerner, then the head of the IRS branch that oversees the activities of tax-exempt nonprofit groups, began singling out conservative-leaning organizations for extra attention, invasive investigations, and legal harassment. The IRS did not target groups that they believed might be violating the rules governing tax-exempt organizations; rather, as e-mails from the agency document, the IRS targeted these conservative groups categorically, regardless of whether there was any evidence that they were not in compliance with the relevant regulations. Simply having the words “tea party,” “patriot,” or “9/12” (a reference to one of Glenn Beck’s many channels of activism) in the name was enough. Also targeted were groups dedicated to issues such as taxes, spending, debt, and, perhaps most worrisome, those that were simply “critical of the how the country is being run.” Organizations also were targeted based on the identity of their donors. Their applications were delayed, their managements harassed, and the IRS demanded that they answer wildly inappropriate questions, such as the content of their prayers. When an internal review threatened to expose the fact that, in the words of the IRS’s inspector general, the agency was “using inappropriate criteria to identify organizations applying for tax-exempt status,” Ms. Lerner staged an event at a tax-law conference at which she used a planted questioner to preemptively disclose the issue on her own terms, and the agency began claiming that the tea-party targeting, while regrettable, was the work of a few misguided agents at a satellite office in Cincinnati. In fact, the direction came from Washington and was, in the words of the agency’s own e-mails, “coordinated with” a senior manager there, Rob Choi, director of rulings and agreements. This began at the behest of Democratic officeholders, including Senator Carl Levin of Michigan, who requested that the IRS disclose to him information about tea-party groups that it would have been illegal for the IRS to disclose. It subsequently emerged that IRS officials had intentionally misled members of Congress and investigators about the matter.

During this period, IRS operatives were, according to the Office of Special Counsel, openly campaigning for the reelection of Barack Obama on IRS time using IRS resources. A few were later disciplined for their actions, but the extent of the political activity of IRS agents remains unknown.

The IRS is not just a revenue agency — it is a law-enforcement agency, a police agency with far greater powers of investigation and coercion that any normal police force. Its actions in this matter are not only inappropriate — they are illegal. Using government resources for political ends is a serious crime, as is conspiring to mislead investigators about those crimes. But so far, other than holding Lois Lerner in contempt for refusing to comply with the demands of congressional investigators, almost nothing has happened. The characteristic feature of a police state is that those who are entrusted with the power to enforce the law are not themselves bound by it.

Context is again here important. The IRS scandal is not a standalone issue but comes at a time when the Democratic party is seeking to radically expand the power of the federal government to regulate political speech; we can safely assume that the same people who were using the IRS’s political-speech regulations for political ends will have precisely the same motives and precisely the same opportunity to use other political-speech regulations for precisely the same political ends: to benefit their allies and persecute their enemies. So committed are the Democrats to keeping their critics under the thumb of federal police powers that they have introduced an amendment in the Senate that would effectively repeal the free-speech provisions of the First Amendment, those having proved inconvenient to Democrats in Supreme Court rulings such as McCutcheon andCitizens United, the latter case involving a federal attempt to make it a crime to show a film critical of a political figure under unapproved circumstances.

The most important question that must be answered in this matter does not involve the misbehavior of IRS officials and Democratic officeholders, though those are important. Nor is it the question of free speech, vital and fundamental as that is. The question here is nothing less than the legitimacy of the United States government. When law-enforcement agencies and federal regulators with extraordinary coercive powers are subordinated to political interests rather than their official obligations — to the Party rather than to the law — then the law itself becomes meaningless, and the delicate constitutional order we have enjoyed for more than two centuries is reduced to a brutal might-makes-right proposition. Elected officials and public servants of both parties take an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and to faithfully discharge the duties of their office. That oath is now being tested. The IRS investigation is no mere partisan scandal, but a moral challenge for the men and women who compose the government of this country. Whether they are sufficient to meet that challenge is far from obvious, but the evidence so far is not encouraging.

 

We Tried To Warn You: ObamaCare Is A Trojan Horse To Implementing Universal Government-Run & Rationed Healthcare.

Confirmation that the mainstream Obama Media knew all along that ObamaCare was designed to collapse the existing health system, so a total government-run system can be imposed.

The thing about the MarxoFascist allies of Obama is that they are dropping the masks and pretenses to hide their real agenda, and coming right out and stating that ObamaCare is simply the first step towards total government-run and mandated healthcare imposed on every American except the Ruling Class.

But this is not news to anyone that was paying attention.  Obama and his lackeys boldly told their followers years ago that ObamaCare was only first step towards “single payer” (total governemnt-run and administered) healthcare.  Obama himself stated emphatically in 2003 that he was a “proponent of single payer universal healthcare” to Union thugs whom he was pandering for his future run to the White House.

Since then, MarxoFascist leaders like Reid and Pelosi have stated that ObamaCare was just a step to Single Payer, because they assert that Single Payer should have been done to begin with:

The fact of the matter is that ObamaCare was DESIGNED to fail.  It was simply a mechanism to destroy the entire private health insurance market, give government power and control where it had no control – and set the conditions for the public to accept the imposition of Soviet-style healthcare for everyone except the Ruling Classes.

Why, yes, ObamaCare is a trojan horse for single-payer

…it’s a strange defense of ObamaCare to say that it’s just “threadbare” and crappy enough to build a consensus for throwing the whole thing out, but it’s perfectly in keeping with the trojan-horse approach. They want the law to fail — not so suddenly and horribly that the industry melts down and frightens the public away from ambitious new federal “fixes” but slowly and incrementally so that people don’t lose all faith in federal management of this sector. I’m old enough to remember when it was a sign of utmost wingnuttery to suggest that ObamaCare was but phase one in a government takeover of health care, but three years later, now that the law’s momentarily out of political danger, we’ve got HHS ordering insurance companies every other week to change their business practices willy nilly and lefty pundits babbling excitedly about how this is all really just a stepping stone to bigger and better statist interventions. (Some liberals will object that the wingnuttery lies in believing that liberals designed the law to fail. Fair enough — although Scheiber’s own language is revealing, describing O-Care at one point as “a deceptively sneaky way” to get single-payer and saying of GOP efforts to play up the law’s problems that “Republicans are in some sense playing into the trap Obamacare laid for them.”) This, not “if you like your plan,” is the real Big Lie of O-Care. This is where we’re at we’re six days into full implementation.

Republicans Rendered Irrelevant In Senate – But Mitch McConnell Says Tea Party Are The Bullies

McConnell: Tea Party is ‘nothing but a bunch of bullies’  and stated: “you know how you deal with schoolyard bullies? You punch them in the nose and that’s what we’re going to do.”

As the MarxoFascists do Obama’s bidding and essentially strip the Republicans of any relevance in the Senate with a despicable rules change that will rubber stamp Obama’s Leftist nominees to the judicial bench, the minority leader in the senate trains his guns on Conservatives once again and suggests violence be done against them.

Who needs enemies with traitorous leaders such as this?  The GOP leadership and Mitch McConnell in particular – epitomize the knife in the back of the Republic.

I call them Judenrats.

The Judenrats were Jews and ethnic people in occupied territories during  World War II, who helped the Nazis round up their own people for camps and extermination.  Todays GOP leadership are operating as Judenrats doing the same exact thing for the MarxoFascists.  They are doing the work of targeting and punishing the enemies of the Obama regime.

Mitch McConnell says nothing of substance about the hijacking of the U.S. Senate to be a rubber stamp for Obama’s agenda – and simply says that if Republicans get elected to take over the Senate in 2014, they will revert the rules BACK – so as to continue to grant the MarxoFascists the ability to wage war on what is left of America.

MCCONNELL: TEA PARTY ‘BULLIES’ WHO NEED PUNCH IN NOSE

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said on a conference call organized by Karl Rove’s Crossroads organization for large donors and their advisers on Oct. 30 that the Tea Party movement, in his view, is a “nothing but a bunch of bullies” that he plans to “punch … in the nose.”

On the call, according to a donor who was on it, McConnell personally named Sens. Mike Lee (R-UT) and Ted Cruz (R-TX) as Tea Party conservatives he views as problematic for him. “The bulk of it was an attack on the Tea Party in general, Cruz in particular,” the source, a prominent donor, said in a phone interview with Breitbart News.

But the most memorable line came at the end of the call.

“McConnell said the Tea Party was ‘nothing but a bunch of bullies,’” the source said. “And he said ‘you know how you deal with schoolyard bullies? You punch them in the nose and that’s what we’re going to do.’”

Rove, as well as American Crossroads President and CEO Steven J. Law who also serves as the president of sister group Crossroads GPS, were also on the call. Rove “talked in a slightly gentler way, or let’s say, a more diplomatic way,” the source said. “But the message was pretty well the same: That if we’re going to save this thing, we have to back real Republicans.”

Pointing to how Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid just invoked the “nuclear option,” breaking 225-year old Senate rules to slip through President Obama’s liberal nominees, an aide to a Tea Party lawmaker said that McConnell’s focus on trying to go after the Tea Party has jeopardized Senate Republicans’ chances at actually beating Democrats. “Under Sen. McConnell’s watch, Republicans today just got rolled over by Democrats who pushed the button on the nuclear option, destroying years of well-established Senate order,” the aide said in an email to Breitbart News. “Perhaps if he focused less on destroying the Tea Party and more on defeating Democrats, he’d have more to show for his leadership.”

Rove spokesman Jonathan Collegio denies that anything was said about Cruz, Lee, or the Tea Party in general but admits the call did take place and that “some discussion” about the government shutdown and the Senate Conservatives Fund took place.

“Your source is ascribing things to the call that simply were never said,” Collegio said in an email. “There was no ‘anti-tea party donor call.’ There was a call, and there was some discussion about the government shutdown and the Senate Conservatives Fund (note this was one day after SCF launched a dishonest ad about McConnell), but nothing about the Tea Party or Sens. Cruz or Lee.”

Collegio declined to provide a transcript or recording of the call to Breitbart News. McConnell’s office has not commented on the matter.

Government Shut Down Blame Game

A last ditch effort by the GOP to keep government running but suspending ObamaCare subsidies for Congress and their staff is rejected by the Democrat MarxoFascists, prompting the Federal shut down.  

There is this truth: the cabal running Washington D.C. will rather delight in everything burning down than to surrender their taxpayer-funded perks.  For them, some animals are more equal than others.

The GOP leadership’s late offer to the Senate and Obama was a bill that funds the government through Dec. 15, but included a measure to delay the health care law’s individual mandate while getting rid of federal subsidies for the health insurance of members of Congress and their staff — an idea pushed by Louisiana Sen. David Vitter.  But Harry Reid and the Ruling Class in the Senate rejected the offer, preferring the political football they think will be easily played over the heads of their low-information welfare voting constituency.

…In the final hours before the midnight deadline, the House ended with a simple proposal. It would agree to fund the government, if the Senate agreed to scrap the special subsidies lawmakers and staff receive to purchase health insurance. The final House proposal only effected people on Capitol Hill. Harry Reid said, effectively, we’ll shut down the government to keep our subsidies.

 The Senate, however, rejected both provisions. Had it opted to eliminate its own special subsidies, the government would be open today. Preserving its own platinum health insurance coverage drove the Senate to close the government. But the Praetorian Media will never report this truth.  Instead they will parrot Obama’s blame game on ‘extremist Republicans’ ‘holding the country hostage’.

Every Senate Democrat Voted In Favor Of Exempting Themselves From ObamaCare

One of the most profoundly unfair provisions of Obamacare is that members of Congress and their staffers were unilaterally and illegally granted a special exemption from the law they themselves passed. Unlike many Americans, many of whom have been forcibly kicked off their current health care plans, the governing class and their staffers as of now will keep their insurance providers and receive an enormous taxpayer subsidy (depending on which plan they choose) to off-set rising health care costs. Sound fair? I didn’t think so. As it happened, many congressional staffers threatened to resign if they were forced to enroll in the Obamacare exchanges and comply with the mandate — even though many of them helped draft (and ultimately pass) the legislation.

….Democrats voted in lock-step with their party to buck the House of Representative’s duly passed spending bill on several occasions. Not only did they reject a continuing resolution that would end this unjust and unfair Obamacare waiver — a de facto endorsement of special privileges and protections for members of Congress — they voted against the provision to delay the law’s controversial mandate requirement to purchase health insurance.

That said, what is happening IS NOT a government shut down.  It is a political ploy to add maximum pain upon the American people and inflict misery and punishment for the purpose of attempting to turn popular opinion against Conservatives.   Obama’s existing scheme of Sequester and this shut down is just another tool in the hand of the MarxoFascists to hurt the American people.

If we are going to have a REAL government shut-down – then We The People should send Congress, the Courts and Obama HOME WITHOUT PAY – WITHOUT PERKS – WITHOUT PENSION.  Let THEM apply for unemployment like the little people they inflict their misery upon.  While we are at it, kill the Alphabets – shut down the IRS, the NSA, DHS and the EPA.  Worthless money-sucking agents of tyranny that need to be abolished anyway.

Mitch McConnell’s Incredible Lack of Leadership – Except When Making Deals To Besmirch Conservatives

Mitch McConnell cedes leadership to John McCain and Lindsey Graham while secretly working to give Obama his agenda.

There is no opposition leadership in the Republican party whatsoever.  Only scores of French-styled retreats and surrenders to the MarxoFascist Democrat agenda.  Nearly every Obama agenda item has ended up being agreed to and voted FOR by the GOP leadership from Amnesty to ObamaCare.   Then when real efforts to oppose Obama’s agenda are attempted, by  true and real Conservatives like Rand Paul and Ted Cruz, the Ruling Class GOP trashes them, vilifies them, marginalizes and demonizes them in concert with Obama and the Democrats.  Mitch McConnell works behind the scenes to sabotage their efforts of stopping the Obama agenda.  Such as the apparent effort of McConnell pressuring GOP senators to remove their names from a letter by Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) to Harry Reid demanding the Continuing Resolution to fund the government (again) must not include ObamaCare.

Just more reasons among many why Conservatives in Kentucky need to ditch Mitch, because to fight an enemy and lose is one thing.  But with Mitch McConnell – he lies to his home constituency that he’s a Conservative while playing footsie with the enemy and sabotaging efforts to stop the Obama Agenda.

McConnell Experiences Election Cycle Catharsis

This past year, we have witnessed the wholesale collapse of the Senate GOP Conference.  With the help of Senate Republicans, Democrats successfully passed the fiscal cliff tax hike/stimulus bill, amnesty, a massive farm bill, an internet sales tax, and most recently – the confirmation of an array of radical executive nominees.

Throughout this year, as John McCain and Lindsey Graham have divided the conference, everyone is asking the same question – where is Mitch?  Where is the party leader?  Despite voting against some of these items, he has never been seen coalescing a filibuster, and in some cases, has privately praised the other side.  The only major success occurred during the gun control debate when Ted Cruz and Rand Paul dragged McConnell into a filibuster that actually helped defeat the aggressive push against the Second Amendment.

But, alas, primary challenges tend to perform magic.  Mitch McConnell has already been modifying his voting behavior ever since the threat of the primary was first evident earlier this year.  Now that Matt Bevin is nipping at his heals, McConnell is suddenly concerned about conference cohesion heading into September’s budget battles.

As Politico noted on Sunday, Mitch McConnell is picking the spending levels of the 2011 Budget Control Act as his hill to die on; as the only issue through which he actually performs like the party leader and whips up support for the Republican position.  McConnell is asserting that he is committed to retaining the sequester cuts in the upcoming funding bill when the current budget CR expires at midnight September 30.

Let’s step back for a moment and explore the woeful misallocation of priorities with this budget strategy.  There are two points of contention with the upcoming CR.  One is whether we will block funding for Obamacare – the worst pending legislation on the books – before it takes root next year.  The other is over a few billion in random spending cuts.

As we’ve noted a number of times throughout the past few years of budget battles, McConnell’s 2011 debt ceiling deal was preposterous in that we granted Obama $2.4 trillion in new debt (to take him past election day) in exchange for non-transformational random cuts.  These cuts did not result in the closure of a single agency.  The military was the only major entity that was seriously affected the military.  Whether the EPA gets $7.5 billion in appropriations or $7.2 billion doesn’t really change its ability to destroy private sector jobs. Blocking Obamacare before it is implemented, on the other hand, is enormously consequential, and something we must pursue.

Hence, in classic Mitch magic, he is attempting to distract us with the shiny object of the sequester cuts that are already written into law.  Meanwhile, not only is he absent on the Obamacare fight, he is pressuring members to stay away from Mike Lee’s defund effort – to the extent that even the number two ranking Senate leader took his name off the letter.  And God forbid should he say anything about the GOP sell out to Chuck Schumer on amnesty, even as illegals continue to stream over the border.  With Mitch, it’s all about the least consequential way to feign conservative power to the folks back home.

Race War Commeth!

The mob wants justice they say.  Nevermind the facts presented at trial – the outcome was not what the Obama regime or the Democrat MarxoFascists, or the black race and poverty pimps wanted.  They wanted a conviction.  They wanted a death sentence.

They did not get what they wanted, so they will use the Obama government to get what they want, or hand down their own brand of ‘social justice’ themselves.

The George Zimmerman “murder” trial of black teenage gangsta wannabe Trayvon Martin was an absolute ridiculous kangaroo show trial of the worse sort.  It is a miracle that the jury was not swept up in the emoting politics and stuck with the evidence and the letter of the law, and I give them credit for doing the right thing, regardless of the political pressures being brought to bear.

But this case was a win-win for the ‘revolution’ of Obama’s fundamental Transformation of the country regardless of what the outcome was.  Marxists require continuous conflict and the threat of or actual mayhem and bloodshed for their ‘transformations’ of society to succeed.  A race and class war ensures the goals of Obama’s transformation will be met and completed.

First, the Obama regime lit the fuse by getting involved directly in the Zimmerman case to begin with. “If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon” was the most blatant pick-my -side effort of railroading I have ever seen come from any leader in my lifetime excepting the famous despots of the last century.  Second we learned Obama’s InJustice Department under Eric Holder, SENT money and  personnel down to Florida to stir up unrest and demand that the locals and the state charge Zimmerman with murder.

A division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) was deployed to Sanford, Florida in 2012 to provide assistance for anti-George Zimmerman protests, including a rally headlined by activist Al Sharpton, according to newly released documents.

The Community Relations Service (CRS), a unit of DOJ, reported expenses related to its deployment in Sanford to help manage protests between March and April 2012, according to documents obtained by the watchdog group Judicial Watch.

Then Obama’s goons pressured the Sanford Florida city council to fire their police chief for refusing to arrest Zimmerman for murder due to a lack of evidence in the case warranting such a charge.

You don’t do that.”

But now that the circus show trial is over, and the jury found Zimmerman NOT GUILTY – there will be hell and blood to pay for not doing what the Obama regime and their mob of black racists and Marxists demand.  The push is now on to find Zimmerman guilty of something, or stoke the mob into a bloodthirsty frenzy – all in the name of ‘justice’.

Hitler’s Brownshirts, Mussolini’s Squadrisi and Stalin’s NKVD have NOTHING over what the Obama cabal and their sycophantic mobs are going to unleash.  All in the name of ‘justice’.

But that is what Fascist dictators and their seig-heiling masses have always done historically.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Justice Department said Sunday it is looking into the shooting death of Trayvon Martin to determine whether federal prosecutors will file criminal civil rights charges now that George Zimmerman has been acquitted in the state case.

The George Zimmerman verdict is a declaration of war that only the devil can applaud, according to the Twitter feed for the New Black Panther Party.

The Twitter account, managed by the group’s national chairman, Malik Zulu Shabazz, further urged followers to “take to the streets [and] stay there.”

“Were at war,” Shabbazz Tweeted. “Its (sic) silly and immoral to call for peace when war has been declared.”

Like all ghetto thugs, such scum are only brave if they attack in packs, or think they have the government war machine behind them.  In which case – we learn that the Black Panthers have Obama and his InJustice department in their back pockets.

ZIMMERMAN CHARGES, DOJ ACTION SPARKED BY NEW BLACK PANTHERS PRESSURE

Like the racially-charged sham prosecution of the Duke lacrosse team, the racially charged prosecution of George Zimmerman was partly triggered by the threats of Malik Zulu Shabazz, the head of the racist and anti-Semitic New Black Panther Party.

The New Black Panther Party was among the first groups to agitate for Zimmerman to be prosecuted, starting with a rally outside the Sanford, Florida police headquarters on March 11, 2012–just three days after the Associated Press had errantly referred to Zimmerman as “white.” Al Sharpton, widely credited with fanning the flames, arrived the next day.

As Andrew Breitbart reported in 2011, the New Black Panthers’ Shabazz also marched with candidate Obama and shared a podium with him in Selma, Alabama in 2007.

Shabazz is also the same defendant that Attorney General Eric Holder and his Justice Department cut loose from the voter intimidation case of United States v. New Black Panther Party, a case I prosecuted. Shabazz was dismissed after we obtained a default against Shabazz for failing to respond to our lawsuit.

That’s justice, Eric Holder-style.

After Trayvon Martin was killed, Shabazz took his act on the road to Sanford, Florida.

There, Shabazz used threats of mob violence, as he did in Durham, North Carolina, to cause Sanford law enforcement to tremble and to act. At those rallies, the New Black Panthers announced a bounty on George Zimmerman. One Panther poster said “dead or alive.” Recently, another of Shabazz’s henchmen stated he hoped Zimmerman would be killed in prison.

Most importantly, at these Sanford rallies, Shabazz demanded action–both from Holder and in the form of criminal charges against Zimmerman. He would get exactly what he demanded.

Criminal charges followed his threats, even after the police found no probable cause.

Eric Holder also acquiesced to Shabazz, sending the Justice Department Community Relations Service (CRS) to Sanford.

In the past, including when I served at Justice, the CRS prided itself on impartiality–in both perception and fact. But not anymore.

Holder’s CRS didn’t travel to Sanford to restrain the mob. They went to Florida to help it.

Remember when Justice was blind?  When facts and evidence are weighed in the balances to determine adjudication and application of the law??  Not so with the Obama regime and the Chief Law Enforcement officer in the country Eric Holder.

A speech at Delta Sigma Theta sorority convention this afternoon, the AG made the following comments about the Zimmerman case:

“The Justice Department shares your concern – I share your concern – and, as we first acknowledged last spring, we have opened an investigation into the matter.

Independent of the legal determination that will be made, I believe that this tragedy provides yet another opportunity for our nation to speak honestly about the complicated and emotionally-charged issues that this case has raised. We must not – as we have too often in the past – let this opportunity pass.”

This is coming from the Demagogue who said “America is full of cowards” over race matters and evidenced the refusal of giving into the demands of the Black Community.  Note that he employes the Axelrodian “Let no crisis go to waste” meme of the Obama regime with his remark that “We must not – as we have too often in the past – let this opportunity pass”.

“Opportunity” for WHAT??  Opportunity to riot?  Opportunity to have a lynch mob get the punishment they demand upon Zimmerman?  Justice is not blind with this Obama regime.  “Justice” is whatever they say it means, regardless of the law, regardless of the evidence.

Also notice his use of “Independent of the legal determination that will be made”.  What that means is that he and Obama are going to act as they see fit REGARDLESS of what a court or jury have to say on the matter.

That’s blatant in-your-face tyranny folks.  Obama and Holder might as well tell the jury to go back and deliberate until they come back with a guilty on all counts verdict.  That’s what this is.  The government declaring a man guilty – despite evidence to the contrary for the sake of furthering a political end.  Same as this despotic bunch declaring Edward Snowden guilty of treason.

I cannot help but lament the loss of real justice in America.

Justice now means whatever the mob and the Ruling Class who stokes the mob demands.  Even if the mob is a minority in society that leeches off the productive people and wages crime and warfare upon them in the name of ‘social justice’.

Now Holder and Obama are subtly stoking the fires of rage and keeping the issue of Zimmerman’s acquittal alive for political purposes.

Then Obama has the audacity to lie bold faced through his spokesidiot Jay Carney and say

“President Barack Obama won’t intervene in the Justice Department’s determination of whether to file civil rights charges against George Zimmerman”, White House press secretary Jay Carney said Monday.

The president “has no position to express” on how the department chooses to move forward in its response to the killing of Trayvon Martin, and the decision will be made by career prosecutors and not by the White House, Carney said. “The process will be handled in the way it should be at the Department of Justice and certainly not here.”

They really do think we’re stupid, and they are playing to the abject ignorance of most people about how the government is set up.  The Department of Justice IS A WHITE HOUSE CABINET POSITION.  The DOJ is PART OF THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH.  Holder IS Obama’s man on instituting his politics in adjudicating the law as Obama sees fit.  Anyone remember Obama telling Holder NOT to enforce DOMA before SCOTUS decided to abolish the law?  How about NOT enforcing border security?

Holder will act in accord to what Obama wants done, all-the-while denying they have anything to do with it.

Obama and America’s Marxist Politburo, Burying What Remains of The Republic

From Healthcare, to Cap and Trade, Obama and the Marxists in the Politburo have circumvented the Constitution and Congressional rules negating over two centuries of law and procedure.

While the American people were busy shopping for Christmas; catching the latest tabloid sexual tryst involving Tiger Woods’ pursuit of a harem; or standing in line at the unemployment office praying for yet another extension of benefits, the Politburo in Washington has buried the remaining vestiges of the Constitutional republic they swore an oath to defend and uphold.

Every day – another outrage, another lie, another trouncing of liberty takes place by this evil Marxist regime in power.  A few weeks ago – Obama did a pre-emptive end-run around the Constitutional requirement of Senate ratification of whatever Climate Change treaty Obama signs in Copenhagen by empowering the EPA to regulate the air we exhale, essentially implementing the punative accords the Global Warming Socialists want put upon America.

Pretending they were still beholden to the rule of law and our founding documents, the Marxist Democrats – doing the express will of Dear Leader Obama, have joined The One in throwing dirt into the hole in which Obama has flung what remained of a Constitutional Republic.  We learned this week that while the Senate was supposedly debating in public what was ostensibly the “healthcare bill” – Democrats were behind closed doors in secret, crafting “another” healthcare bill that they sought to slip in past everyone’s notice.

On Tuesday, American Socialist Party member Bernie Sanders introduced a 767 page Communist single-payer “amendment” (has there EVER been an “amendment” to a bill that large before?) on the Senate floor.  No one had seen or heard of this “amendment” until Sanders submitted it because it was drafted by key Democrats in secret behind closed doors. Stunned by this move after Republicans were shut out of the entire process, Sen. Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) requested that any health care amendment considered by the Senate be offered at least 72 hours in advance of debate and with a full cost report.  He was rebuffed by Sen. Max Baucus (D-MT) for making the request and was denied.  Coburn then invoked the parliamentary right to require that Sanders’ entire Amendment be read aloud. 

This sent the Marxists into shrill orbit, who essentially demanded that they be allowed to shove their amendments drafted in secret to the floor without either the Senators or the Americans people the ability to know what the Amendments contain before the Senate votes on them.

Of course the GOP strategy was to slow down the Marxist juggernaut of a health care bill after bribes, graft, extortion and direct threats were made to Democrats who were wavering on their support of Obama’s final nail in the coffin of liberty.  Using parlimentary rules that were established back in 1789 that affords Senators the right to ask that bills be read unless a unanimous consent vote to suspend is given, Little Mussolini Harry Reid decided to haul the Parliamentary Officer back into his chambers to make him an ‘offer he could not refuse’.  Three hours after the reading of Sanders’ single-payer amendment began, Harry Reid threw out over two centuries of rules and traditions – to allow the Socialist Sanders to withdraw his Amendment.  This was a gross violation of not only procedure, but American tradition of law and precedent.

The Republic was swept into the grave – and now the Marxists are planning to throw dirt upon a gasping system that our Founders established once Obama gets his legislative ability to empower the government to decide all matters of everyone’s life…… and death.

As Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-K) said in a statement late Thursday: “Here’s the most outrageous part: at the end of this rush, they want us to vote on a bill that no one outside the Majority Leader’s conference room has even seen.  That’s right. The final bill we’ll vote on isn’t even the one we’ve had on the floor. It’s the deal Democrat leaders have been trying to work out in private”.  

What McConnell finally woke up to was the fact that the Democrats were orchestrating a bait and switch by Obama, Reid and Pelosi right under his nose.  The Sanders Amendment created a single-payer health care program by expanding Medicare to the point it would essentially take over as the instrument of administering Universal Government-run Fascist Health Care.

This is nothing new – in fact, it is exactly what Obama himself has stated was the process by which he envisioned implementing single-payer Socialized Health Care.  Sanders’ Amendment was simply the Obama-drafted switch to the ruse and bait Harry Reid was feeding the Senate for the last few weeks.

“This entire process…is essentially a charade,” McConnell said.

Obama’s Communists Now Ruling the USA: Republic is Formally Dead

The bribes issued by Sen. Harry Reid and the threats issued by the Marxist usurper and dictator-in-Chief in order to garner votes for the ObamaCare Death Plan have now reached almost legendary proportions. In order to end cloture, Reid actually had $300 Millions for Louisiana written into the Senate’s ObamaCare Death Plan version to buy Senator Mary Landrieu’s (D-LA) vote.

It worked. Landrieu even bragged about it. Now, the would-be Chicago-style godfather Obama has threatened the hold-out Nebraska Democrat Senator Ben Nelson with closure of Nebraska’s Offutt Air Force base (which employs over 10,000 people and is the headquarters for the US Strategic Command) if he doesn’t play ball with him, the USA’s head mobster, and vote for the bill that will begin the ultimate slavery of the American people.

Note: Obama is so bent upon getting his way and destroying the USA that he is now openly—and in full view of all—threatening to place the country in even more jeopardy. The Communist Obama Government now has a stranglehold on the United States of America, its legislators and its people and he will NOT willingly let go. In fact, as his smile beams even more broadly he is squeezing ever tighter to end our lives and the life of our country.

In order to bring former Democrat and now Independent Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-CT) into line, Obama ordered his minions to go on a search-and-destroy mission against Lieberman’s wife Hadassah. After his Tuesday press conference, it appears that Sen. Lieberman may have folded like the proverbial cheap suit.

Here are only a few of the facts:

1. The ObamaCare Death Plan will gut Medicare by at least $500 Billions—in order to rid Obama & Co of Senior citizens. Seniors were forced into Medicare years ago and now they’re being told it’s time for them to die
2. The pro-abortion language, if removed for the vote, will be added back in when the Senate and House cone together to “blend” the bills
3. The government-run portion of the bill, which was ostensibly removed, will be added back in when the Senate and House cone together to “blend” the bills. Even if it isn’t now done now, the framework for all of the additional Obama-run new government agencies (over 140 of them) will remain in the Obama Death Plan
4. The Marriage Penalty remains in the Obama Death Plan. You didn’t seriously believe this was about health care—did you?
5. The Death Plan includes provisions for the Obama-run government to enter private homes in order to observe how parents are raising their children and to “counsel” said parents

There is so much wrong with this plan and the House plan—think total slavery—that it cannot be fixed. So, they will pass it anyway with a “damn the people” and “damn the Republic” attitude. When this horror passes, folks, it will mark the formal end of our Republic. We will then officially enter the beginnings of the Bondage Phase of our existence. Our rulers in Washington D.C. stopped listening to us some time back. They pay no attention to us when we march and/or question them at Town Hall meetings. Instead, Obama has found a way to ensure that he and his like-minded cohorts are never again voted out of office. The Obama has announced his plan to also shove Amnesty for Illegals and Democrat votes down our throats. Obama & Co pass one set of laws for what used to be We-the-People and another set for themselves—the ruling elite.
