The deliberations of the Constitutional Convention of 1787 were held in strict secrecy. Consequently, anxious citizens gathered outside Independence Hall when the proceedings ended in order to learn what had been produced behind closed doors. The answer was provided immediately. A Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin, “Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?” With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded, “A republic, if you can keep it.”

Well, we lost the Republic.  It’s gone.   And this people lie to themselves and pretend that a Republic still governs us simply because they can cast a ballot, buy food with an EBT card and have funds available to purchase beer and porn.  They embrace nearly all vestiges of Socialism, Marxism and every other ill ISM that those bastard parents created and call it ‘fairness’ and ‘equality’.  We are governed by an elite cadre of Oligarchs that have taken over both major political parties and orchestrated a velvet coup that most Americans to this very moment, are clueless occurred.

We’re done.  The Grand Experiment was surrendered and squandered for the promise of free crap from the pockets of those we are jealous and envious of.

Government has become god.

WHY ITS OVER

I’ve written and said in several places and times that our Republic is dead.  This sounds pretty radical to people and I get looks of sad contempt and dismissal like old Christopher that opinionated jerk has gone too far, the poor dear.  Its the kind of response you give old people when they say something terribly unfashionable and out of date, a sort of kindly dismissal and mockery.

So I thought I’d make my case here and let people decide.

The quote at the top is what Benjamin Franklin gave when he was asked what the revolution and constitutional convention has given the people of America.  Franklin, like all of the founding fathers, knew that this experiment was fragile and prone to destruction.  They knew that without constant vigilance, virtue, and vitalization, the republic was doomed.

We’ve left all that behind.  When, exactly, is a matter of some debate, but for me the last desperate, slim glimmer of a hope was November 2012 when President Obama was reelected.  When doesn’t really matter so much as how and why.

A VIRTUOUS PEOPLE

Over and over, the founders warned future generations and their people that unless the nation clung to certain specific principles, it would lose liberty and everything they’d fought for.  Chief among these was virtue.

In short, a nation which is not guided by strong ethical principles based upon an objective, absolute standard, will be blown about like a rudderless, anchorless ship in a storm.  And a people who have no virtue will not consider the future or greater rewards and concepts, but only their immediate personal gain.

SHOW ME THE MONEY

Such a people will, as the founders warned, stop voting for what is right and good, but for what is handy and valuable to them personally and directly.  As Sir Alex Fraser Tytle noted:

A democracy… can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largess from the public treasury. From that time on the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the results that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.

To put it simply, people will start voting themselves goodies at the expense of liberty, the future, economics, and personal well being.  As soon as a republic crosses that line, it ends.  And we’ve crossed that line.

The problem too many people develop is a sort of blindness.  They know at some level it isn’t true, but begin to convince themselves that if only the right sort of people get into office, they can fix everything, or at least slow the disaster.  But the United States is a democratic republic, so that means we elect representatives by popular vote to govern in our place.

And in that kind of system, we get the people who reflect and represent the culture and people of the nation at large.  Once a nation loses its virtue and direction, it votes for people just like that.  We get venal, corrupt, selfish leaders without integrity, honor, or virtue because we have become a nation of people with these characteristics.  They represent us in more than simply policy decisions; they represent us as people as well.

VOTE FOR ME!

Even if, by some chance or act of God, some leader is elected who differs from this pattern, they are powerless and shunned.  The politician now who is constitutionally responsible, has integrity, honor, and seeks liberty and future benefit for the nation over immediate comfort and gain is the outcast who will not play by the rules.  They are the trouble maker, the rebel, the crazy guy who won’t shut up.

Imagine, if you will, some miraculous scenario where all three branches of government were somehow filled with your perfect ideal of a conservative servant of the people and the constitution.  That sounds wonderful, right?

Now imagine what happens once they are sworn into office.  That very second, the news media, popular culture, academia, and out-of-power Democrats begin to bombard every conceivable outlet from social media to film, TV, radio, newspaper, books, personal conversation, and more with the same message. Monsters.  Tyrants.  Horrific.  Racist.  Sexist. Homophobic.  Islamophobic.  Theocrats.  Extremist.  Draconian.  They hate the elderly, children, handicapped, transexuals, minorities, women, on and on.  They support rape.  They support slavery.  They’re trying to put you back in chains.  They burn crosses.  They’ll drag you in chains behind their pickup truck.

Every single policy position, every single vote, every single action would be met with carefully orchestrated, filmed, and broadcast rallies and protests.  The pre-printed signs would be handed out, the paper-machet giant heads would be constructed, the streets closed off so that the “people” hired by groups like International A.N.S.W.E.R. can “spontaneously” take to the streets.

Every news broadcast would be filled with sad little faces and woeful stories of how horrific this bill is that hasn’t even taken effect and how its causing their puppy to starve.  Every hit song would be about how horrible things are on the streets filled with starvation, misery, and death.  Simply returning to how things were ten years ago would be depicted as Jim Crow times ten, packed with uninsured people dying on the streets.

And the people of the United States, bombarded with this in overwhelming fashion, would vote these people out in the next possible election, replacing them with radicals who would not only reverse what the Conservative Majority did, but go even further in the name of social justice and righting past wrongs.  They’d use this chance and the momentum to go even further than ever before.

Who wins what office makes no difference.  Until the nation undergoes a tremendous shift at the basic, cultural level, elections will only pour more of the same on this country and every new election makes matters worse.  And that cultural shift takes time, not elections.

BUT THE COURTS!!

We’re at a point in this nation where the Supreme Court has been stuffed with a near-majority of members for whom the constitution is simply a set of words they can use to lever in anything the latest progressive positions hold.  When a court has even a few judges who are utterly disinterested in constitution, wisdom, reason, justice, or sanity, that court ceases to have any validity whatseover.  It has been corrupted to the point of being useless.

Arguments we have to get the right sort of politician in this position or that for The Judges ignores the utter destruction of the constitution and nation that has already been wrought by a supposed judicially sensible majority.  After the utter abortion that was the Kelo vs New London decision, the court followed up with several horrendously decided trash cases which demonstrated that they cannot be trusted with power no matter who they are or what they claim about law.

Will a supreme court justice picked by a corrupt, horrible hag like Hillary Clinton be much worse than even a lying bozo like Donald Trump?  Yes.  But the bad is not a question of ruining the nation, its a question of how fast and in what direction.  Its going that way anyway, its just a matter of how swiftly.

REMNANTS

Technically, the USA is still around, of course.  We have the framework, sagging and rotted as it is, of what the country means still in place.  There are the habits of a Republic still here.  Technically we still vote.  In name at least we have representatives in office.  All of it still looks more or less the same.  Its just been gutted, like the shell of an insect that has been burrowed out from within by parasites.

The only direction this nation goes from here on out is away from liberty, away from the founders, away from the great experiment, and toward inevitable failure and tyranny.  There’s only one vector, even if it staggers a bit once in a while.

LET IT BURN

There’s a phrase some use to describe this attitude: “let it burn.”  Some misunderstand this as a call to destroy the nation.  But its not.  Its a call to step back and give up the fight because its going down either way.  For years now I’ve been telling everyone to focus locally, on family, neighbors, local politics.  Your home, your area, your town.  Because the federal government is a write-off.  There is no fixing it through any elections.

That’s what Let It Burn means; not “revolution!!!” but rather “its already burning and the firefighters know it won’t be saved.”  Let it Burn recognizes that its already on fire.  We’re past the point of preventing it.  We cannot save this Republic, until we get past the hard times ahead and begin the slow, painful process of rebuilding.

I’m sorry.  I don’t like it either.  but that doesn’t make it any less true.  And recognizing this doesn’t make me a crazy old man.  Just a sad one.

Federal Government No Longer Has Any Legitimate Authority

Why do we continue to allow ourselves to be conquered by this evil?  When will Americans wake up and realize that the Federal Beast has no legitimate moral authority over us?  Rather all it has is guns they put to our heads while they practice lawlessness and flaunt their tyranny in our faces.

Like ObamaCare – everything in Washington is done in secret, behind closed doors, like the Old Soviet Union. The Ruling Class twists the arms of our supposed Representatives to vote for bills NONE OF THEM HAVE READ.  They sabotage anyone not in lockstep with their agenda of empowering the Beast, and select rulers from among themselves so as to silence the voice of this people.

No appropriate time is even given to read and study all these omnibus spending bills, regulatory bills and other such institutions of despotism being imposed on us.

The Latest Boehner middle finger to America: 2 year – 20 trillion dollar debt budget deal funds Obama’s entire agenda until after 2017

So Boehner hands Obama’s dictatorship another year after his term is supposedly up, funds everything Obama wants and eliminates the federal spending cap for the next 2 years, meaning Washington can spend whatever it wants on whatever it wants.

Ask yourself – if you are broke, can you call your credit card company and demand they raise your credit limit so you can spend tenfold more than your current overdue balance is ?  Can you tell your credit card company that you also will defer all payments for the next few years?  Then, after making these demands, you THREATEN them with non-payment if they do not do as you request?  You think you can get away with that?

The American Federal Government just did this.  And is getting away with it – to the absolute ruin of your children and grandchildren.  The entire Federal Government is CONSIGNING us and our progeny to unimaginable ruin, poverty and destruction.

Hillary Gets Absolved

A Congenital Liar that is responsible for killing Americans, enriching herself off the people, selling her office for donations while pursuing more power, are absolved from all their wrongdoing by grant from the Praetorian Pravda Media.  Joe Sixpack Businessman would rot in prison for even a minor infraction such as not backing up his e-mails much less setting up a secret server trading classified documents over the internet.  But Hillary is absolved.

Because in this new Despotism, some animals are more equal than others.

No Charges or Criminal Indictments For Corrupt IRS Head Lois Lerner thanks to self-investigation by Obama

Heads of agencies, using their office to attack, punish and eradicate political opposition after erasing the evidence of their treason against the American people, are exonerated and given cushy pensions we pay for.

Using the IRS to harass, punish and abolish Conservative and Christian groups is now an institution that is permissible under the Beast that rules us.

So exactly why do we Americans allow ourselves to be subjugated by this evil tyranny?  What more evidence do we need to understand that the entirety of the Federal Government is wholly illegitimate?  From the Executive Branch, to the Legislative and Judicial branches, they have all demonstrated that they will usurp, violate, abolish by decree – and ignore THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES when it suits them.  They act OUTSIDE the bounds of the Constitution.  They abolished the Separation of Powers.  They have created a defacto dictatorship under the rule of oligarchs.  They will not follow the Rule of Law, rather they decree that the rule of law is whatever they say it is.

Then they declare that you ‘voted’ for this.

As such – the entirety of the Federal Government of the United States has no legitimate, moral authority under Heaven.  Instead, it is become an institution of Satan – and wholly evil, despite supposed ‘citizens’ this people think they send to Mordor to represent them in matters of Justice.

All this Beast in Washington has, are guns that it will put to your head to force your compliance with their edicts and tyranny.

Or are you more willing to suffer, because this evil is sufferable, rather than abolish this form of tyranny to which you are accustomed?

More “It Just Doesn’t Matter”

Missing E-mails?  Crashed hard drives?  Thwarted investigation into tyrannical policies that hurt Americans? Corruption Gets a Pass? Criminals get released?  SOP in Obama’s Amerika.

This is what it is like living under a corrupt dictatorship.  The Party’s agents not bound by the same ‘laws’ that punish severely, we, the little people for similar criminality.

The entire United States Federal Government – all three branches – have delegitimized themselves as any kind of government that we should obey or comply with.  It is high-time to defy them.  Refuse to comply with them.  They have no authority that we, under Heaven are obligated to reverence when those in power demonstrate that they are corrupt, evil tyrants warring upon American Christians and Conservatives to force their silence and subjugation.   To quote franklin: “Disobedience to tyrants is obedience to God”.

But like all brutal tyrannies, the State (AKA: Mordor on the Potomac) will exempt itself from the very “laws” it will punish you for. And if you refuse to comply with the lawless edicts of the State – they will do everything, INCLUDING KILL YOU and your family – for refusing to abide by their rule.

You people gonna just walk yourselves to the gas chambers and ovens?  You gonna wait until they get us all moved into ghettos?

We are dealing with an evil Federal Beast here, that will impose it’s mark on us all.  it continues to prove that it is lawless and can do as it pleases without any consequences; punish anyone it unjustly targets with impunity; and destroy the people and institutions it intends to replace with their own slaves and fascists.

Justice Department: No criminal charges for Lerner, others in IRS scandal

“The Justice Department announced Friday afternoon that it will not bring criminal charges against Lois Lerner or any other IRS official involved in the targeting of Tea Party groups, in a decision Republicans ripped as a “free pass.” In a letter to leaders of the House Judiciary Committee, the department said the investigation into the controversy will be closed — and while they found “mismanagement, poor judgment and institutional inertia,” they found “no evidence that would support a criminal prosecution.” 

“What occurred is disquieting and may necessitate corrective action — but it does not warrant criminal prosecution,” Assistant Attorney General Peter J. Kadzik wrote. Republicans, who themselves have investigated the IRS scandal for years, fumed over Friday’s DOJ decision. Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., said the move marks a “low point of accountability” for the Obama administration.

“Giving Lois Lerner a free pass only reinforces the idea that government officials are above the law and that there is no consequence for wrongdoing,” Issa said in a statement.”

Exactly.  Obama has gotten away with violating the Constitution itself time and again.  To rule by his pen and phone; by decree.

We are being warred upon from within the highest seats of power in this country, and it is time to fight back.  We begin by IGNORING the Beast and it’s edicts, and we prepare for the inevitable consequences that Beast will unleash upon a people it no longer can control.

America, there’s one lesson you better learn DAMN quick from Lois Lerner’s free pass

….Barack Obama has made statements about “punishing your enemies” when speaking to Hispanics recently.

And just last week in the Democrat presidential debate, Hillary Clinton referred to Republicans as her enemy. So why should Lois Lerner be charged criminally? She was just doing exactly what the liberal progressive socialist left who OWNS the Democrat party embraces. Lerner was following the Saul Alinsky Rules for Radicals playbook to the “T” — by the way, Alinsky is a native Chicagoan just like Hillary Rodham and Barack Obama.

…Can you imagine even an smidgen of belief that a Republican presidential administration unleashed a government agency against the political opposition? And what Lerner and the IRA did has no comparison to anything in the Bush administration. As a matter of fact, how can it be that Al Sharpton has not been investigated and targeted by the IRS? Nah, that’s not how the game of liberal progressive hypocrisy is played. He gets to visit the White House almost 90 times. Can you imagine what would happen if it were, let’s say, ME, who owed the IRS millions of back taxes?

But it’s not just Lois Lerner who now sits back laughing her butt off with a six-figure, taxpayer- funded retirement. It is Eric Holder and the Operation Fast and Furious controversy that ended up having U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry lose his life. No justice there for Brian and his family, just move along, nothing to see here. It’s the Benghazi episode where Obama and Clinton lied to the American people after abandoning four Americans to die. We watched the shameful display of the Democrats focused on one thing: protect the Pant Suit Lady, our presidential nominee.

If there’s one lesson the American people had best learn very quickly, it’s that the liberal progressive left is fixated on power. They don’t care who is killed, targeted, or adversely affected by their agenda of “punishing your enemies.” We are indeed as — Obama referred to Libya — speed bumps, nothing more. And if we once again, foolishly cede power to them in Washington D.C. via the White House, this problem will only intensify.

Obama and the left are more concerned with destroying other Americans than they are the real enemy about whom they cannot even refer to as Islamic terrorists — yet they have no problem saying “right wing extremists.” So Lois Lerner did nothing wrong to the left in their minds. She was a loyal lieutenant carrying out her orders: target constitutional conservative grassroots Americans and mak them fear us. Intimidate them into shutting up and we’ll cover for you Comrade Lerner.

…So folks, the only way to win in a knife fight is to bring a tactical shotgun. So it is time to bring the pain against these progressive leftist socialists who are seeking to take away from us our unalienable rights endowed by the Creator, the blessings of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

I am all in, and message to the left, you try your IRS crap on me, my family, and anyone I love and hold dear, and you got a fight on your hands. And winning a congressional race does not determine my passion for my country…as Patrick Henry stated, “Give me liberty or give me death.”

Be advised and aware Mr. West – with the Federal Beast having purged the military of leaders that uphold their oath to the Constitution, stockpiled billions of hollow-point rounds and militarily armed every Federal Alphabet, including the Weather Service – you can bet that they intend on giving you death.  You and me, and all of us who oppose them.

Oligarchy In D.C. To Create Insidious New DHS Gov Agency: Countering Violent Extremism (CVE)

CVE will become the American Gestapo – a Federal agency that will target Christians, Conservatives,  and anti-Establishment/Big Government organizations and groups.  But not Muslims.

Remember the IRS targeting of Conservative groups that got no media attention?  Remember the 2009 DHS Terror Assessment that lists “Right wing” Christians, Conservatives, Vets and anti-establishment groups as Domestic Terrorists,but made no mention of Islam or Jihad?

Well, this is the IRS scandal on steroids and INSTITUTIONALIZED.   House Bill 2899 establishes a permanent agency under the umbrella of DHS, tasked with ‘countering violent extremism’.  What that really means is that this agency will be charged to go after, shut down and eliminate any and all opposition to the Oligarchy, the Imperial Executive and their PC agendas in Washington.  This all being done under the guise that they are countering ‘dangerous violent extremism’, except that they do not define what ‘dangerous violent extremism’ is outside of simply stating that that ‘violent extremism’ is ideologically motivated terrorist activities – leaving which ideologies that will be targeted ‘open to interpretation’ of what groups pose a threat to the nation.

All the evidence is hiding in plain sight about what is happening to us now and where this all goes.  I have said before, a genocide is being planned and the groundwork is being laid for it.  A despotic Ruling Class will NOT ALLOW any dissent or opposition to their wicked and insidious agenda.  From the funding of genocidal slaughter of infants in order to sell body parts for profit to to the forceful imposition of homosexuality upon the culture by unjust ‘law’.   BOTH political parties are partners in establishing this tyrannical dictatorship.

Dissent will not be allowed.  Critics and opponents will be silenced.

This CVE agency will be the apparatus and tool of despotism that will be used to do so.

We are become more like Nazi Germany every single day that passes, and we lie to ourselves that we are nothing like them.

What Congress is About to Pass Could Shut Down My Website

We’ve recently brought to your attention two instances of nebulous language: the comments of retired General Wesley Clark about putting extremists in internment camps, and the new order making parts of our immigration naturalization oath optional for certain “religious” groups.

Words have meaning, and when they’re not specific, they’re left to interpretation. The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) has demonstrated such by redefining the taxing authority of the Congress, as well as what a State means when it comes to the Affordable Care Act. And now we have yet another example of dangerously nebulous language emanating from Capitol Hill.

If you’ve not read House Bill 2899, you should. This legislation would authorize the creation of a new government agency in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) — as if we needed another. Incredibly enough, this new agency is being sponsored by the Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, Representative Mike McCaul (R-Tx). The agency is charged with Countering Violent Extremism (CVE). Here are the troubling excerpts from the text of the bill:

a) Establishment.—There is in the Department an Office for Countering Violent Extremism. The head of the Office shall be the Assistant Secretary for Countering Violent Extremism, who shall be appointed by the Secretary. The Secretary shall also appoint a career Deputy Assistant Secretary for Countering Violent Extremism. 

(b) Assignment Of Personnel.—The Secretary shall assign or hire, as appropriate, permanent staff to the Office for Countering Violent Extremism. In carrying out this subsection, the Secretary shall, to the maximum extent practicable, seek to assign to or hire for the Office an individual who has a demonstrated background in technical matters, on and offline media, or marketing. 

(d) Responsibilities.—The Assistant Secretary for Countering Violent Extremism shall be responsible for the following:

(1) Coordinating the Department’s efforts to counter violent extremism across all the components and offices of the Department that conduct strategic and supportive efforts to counter violent extremism. Such efforts shall include the following:

(A) Identifying risk factors that contribute to violent extremism in communities in the United States and potential remedies for Government and non-government institutions.

(B) Identifying populations targeted by violent extremist propaganda, messaging, or recruitment.

(C) Managing the outreach and engagement efforts of the Department directed toward communities at risk for radicalization and recruitment for violent extremist activities.

(D) Ensuring relevant information, research, and products inform efforts to counter violent extremism.

(E) Developing and maintaining a Department-wide strategy guiding policies and programs to counter violent extremism. Such strategy shall, at a minimum, address each of the following:

(i) The Department’s counter-messaging program pursuant to paragraph (2), including a plan to leverage new and existing Internet and other technologies and social media platforms to counter violent extremism, as well as the best practices and lessons learned of other Federal, State, local, tribal, territorial, and foreign partners engaged in similar counter-messaging efforts.

(ii) The Department’s countering violent extremism-related engagement efforts.

(iii) The use of cooperative agreements with State, local, tribal, territorial, and other Federal departments and agencies responsible for efforts relating to countering violent extremism.

(iv) Ensuring all activities related to countering violent extremism fully respect the privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties of all Americans.

(F) Identifying and recommending new research and analysis requirements in coordination with the Under Secretary for Science and Technology and the Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis and ensure the dissemination of information and methods for Federal, State, local, tribal, and territorial countering violent extremism practitioners, officials, law enforcement, and non-governmental partners to utilize such research and analysis.

(G) Assessing the methods used by violent extremists to disseminate propaganda and messaging to communities at risk for radicalization and recruitment.

(2) Establishing a counter-messaging program to craft strategic counter-messages to the propaganda and messaging referred to in subparagraph (G) of paragraph (1) which shall—

(A) explore ways to utilize relevant Internet and other technologies and social media platforms; and

(B) maximize other resources available to the Department.

(3) Serving as the primary representative of the Department in coordinating countering violent extremism efforts with other Federal departments and agencies and non-governmental organizations.

(4) Serving as the primary Department-level representative in coordinating with the Department of State on international countering violent extremism issues.

(5) In coordination with the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, providing guidance regarding the use of grants made to State, local, and tribal governments under sections 2003 and 2004 under the allowable uses guidelines related to countering violent extremism.

(g) Violent Extremism Defined.—In this section, the term ‘violent extremism’ means ideologically motivated terrorist activities.

Here’s what I take issue with in this legislation: what, exactly, is violent extremism? Who will determine what actually qualifies as violent extremism?

Let’s be very honest here, the liberal progressive left has been very adept at defining as extremists and extremism anyone or anything that doesn’t agree with them. I’ve been called an extremist. Members of the House of Representatives have been referred to as extremists. Constitutional conservatives have been referred to as extremists. Veterans returning from overseas contingency operations — that is how the left redefined combat — have been referred to as extremists by the Department of Homeland Security under Janet Napolitano. Funny, the Obama administration held a conference on Countering Violent Extremism and invited groups related to the Muslim Brotherhood and certain Islamic clerics — but no Christian pastors.

This is a dangerous bill, and the vague language here is almost Orwellian with what could be severe ramifications.

Now, let me share with you the inside-the-beltway procedural issue. This legislation is supposed to be brought to the House floor under what is called, suspension of the rules. That means it’ll be a basic coming back to town roll-call vote with two-thirds majority. Everyone who knows House procedures realizes that you bring up legislation under suspension procedure because you believe that way, it won’t have major opposition. There is little to no committee vote and deliberation, and certainly not much House floor deliberation and debate. So, all of a sudden, the American people will awaken to learn there’s a new agency in the DHS to “counter violent extremism” — which, as you can see, is defined by a single lackluster sentence.

Someone tell me, what is “ideologically motivated”? Could it be construed that conservatism is ideologically motivated? No, I am not a conspiracy theorist. But I find this rather interesting in that President Obama cannot bring himself to say Islamic terrorism, Islamic jihadism, Islamism, or Islamo-fascism. Paragraph (g) is truly left open to anyone’s interpretation. What about environmental terrorists? What about the Occupy Wall Street crew or anarchists?

Why is there even a necessity to create another government agency — don’t we have an FBI responsible for such activities? Perhaps this just exists to allow this administration to target any belief system not willing to cow to their “fundamental transformation” of America. So, could this website even be considered violent extremism?

The is the last week for the House to be in session before recess adjournment in August. My recommendation is that you contact the House Homeland Security Committee and the House GOP leadership and share your concerns about this legislation. My issue is that “violent extremism” is just too vague. Consider this: the actions of Nidal Hasan — as well as the beheading of a woman in Moore, Oklahoma — wouldn’t even fit into this categorization, since the administration declared it “workplace violence.” Matter of fact, the Obama administration is even struggling to condemn the Islamic terrorist attack in Chattanooga as “violent extremism” — certainly President Obama has not said so.

Ladies and Gents, U.S. House of Representatives Bill 2899 (HB 2899) should not see the light of day; it must be killed. We do not need another agency in the DHS. Moreover, we certainly don’t need to give the government carte blanche to declare “ideological” enemies in such a nebulous manner.

The Federal Government No Longer Has Any Legitimate Authority Over Us

Part 1: Federal Lawlessness Gives Rise To A Beast

Lawless. That is what the U.S. Government has officially become under the Obama regime.  That is not to say that there has not been lawlessness in government until Obama, there has been plenty.   The difference is that until 2009 – lawlessness and corruption was never institutionalized.   Today it is standard practice at all levels of the federal government, making it the status quo in the highest offices in the land.

This is the core of what Obama really intended with “Fundamental Transformation”

Under his direction and with the assistance of the Ruling Class of both parties, the Federal Government is now a law and power unto itself.  The Executive makes laws by decree and empowered unaccountable bureaucrats with law-making ability that according the Constitution is reserved for Congress alone.  Such bureaucrats and ‘czars’  now make policy designed to punish, rob and enslave peoples and their property to the whims and dictates of the state without public recourse.  Lawlessness that is ignored, excused and said to be ‘necessary’, given lawful legal status via ‘precedent’.

The Congress itself has surrendered almost all it’s power via the Ruling Class in both parties to the Executive Branch, refusing to hold Obama’s regime accountable for clear violations of the Constitution while granting the Executive authority ascribed for Congress alone.  From declaring and waging war to ceding it’s taxing and spending power to Obama – the Ruling Class in Congress have abdicated their Constitutional duty.  This has enabled a defacto dictatorship that most Americans pretend does not exist.

In Washington, the Constitution is almost wholly ignored, usurped and only referenced when it benefits the protection or imposition of government rule and jurisdiction.  Even then, government rule and jurisdiction is often inserted in places it has no lawful authority.  Such as the EPA declaring jurisdiction over all water – creeks and streams and even rainwater runoff on private property – in the United States. Such ‘laws’ are often drafted in secret and imposed upon us with little-to-no public input or passed into “law” without a single member of Congress reading the bill.

The 10th Amendment is wholly ignored while courts tell states they have no standing in Federal matters to enforce laws the Obama regime has made policy to ignore.  Precedent is now the mechanism upon which rulings are handed down, and policies enacted rather than examination of each through the prism of the Constitution.

This is a candid fact: law in America now is arbitrary, determined to be whatever those in power decree it to be while exempting themselves from those very same laws.

And don’t look to the courts for protection and sanction against a corrupt and totalitarian state – they are part and parcel of foisting it upon us all.

Consider, actual laws passed by the majority of the people in the States are being decreed null and void by an Activist Judiciary and Just-Us Department pushing various agendas from homosexuality, Racial minority preference policies to South American insurgent amnesty.  What the voters overwhelming pass via referendum and ballot is overturned and declared a ‘violation of the Constitution’ usually via pretzel twists of logic to justify.

Case-in-point; how many state laws, amendments and bans on homosexual marriage have the courts struck down like dominoes in recent months?  The will of the majority is totally ignored and decreed to be void, and those who refuse to comply are being warned they will be forced to accept and perform abomination as a matter of “law”.  Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg violated the Judicial code of conduct by warning the Circuit Court judiciary that it must rule in favor of Homosexual Marriages in several states it is being challenged or face having themselves being ruled against by SCOTUS.

There is a mountain of evidence in our faces that the current federal government is corrupt beyond measure and no longer bound by the rule of law in a civil society as established by our Founders.  Indeed it is a doctrine on the Left and often cited by the MarxoFascist politicians in power – that a document written by dead people should have no bearing on the living.  This is the actual intent they mean by the term ‘Living Constitution”.  It should be ignored, changed or abolished on whatever whim is decided by those in power when it is decreed to be a benefit to “the people” because government should not be “held hostage by a bunch of dead white racist slave-owners”.

And such is the blueprint for totalitarian tyranny and oppression.  The kind one finds in Socialist utopias like North Korea and Cuba,

Such is not a Republic.  Such is a vile meddlesome “progressive” tyranny of the likes not even the Founders suffered.

The fact is friend, we are a society no longer governed by moral law, but ruled by the tyranny of wicked, unprincipled men that mirrors the basest of society that affords them their seats of power for a promise and a bribe.

The reason for this is that a majority of the American people are no longer governed by God.   They pay Him lip service at best and perhaps warm a seat for an hour or two once-a-week, but no longer are living by and promoting His Moral Laws and Authority as Supreme.   Churches are shrinking and a growing majority of Americans now claim they are ‘spiritual’ rather than beholden to biblical foundations.   The zeitgeist promoted by the media and entertainment is that Government is now god; the arbiter of morality and fairness. In this devolution of society, the federal beast became self-aware of it’s need to dominate all life and behavior in the country and is acting on that inherent desire to rule.

Such a government is a blasphemy to a Biblically-adherent people, and it’s institutionalized corruption and promotion of wickedness renders it illegitimate.

There are many candid facts in recent news that make the illegitimacy of this government self-evident.  I’ll cite just two, but I am certain you would be able to find myriad such examples to illustrate the fact that the current federal government in Washington D.C. has no legitimate moral authority over a people it now rules rather than represents.

IRS Lawlessness

The greatest illustration of the fact the federal government is now lawless, can be seen by the IRS scandal whereby the Executive and his party used the agency to intimidate, harass and punish Americans who are considered to be political opponents of Obama and his party.

The most feared federal agency in the United States is the IRS, which has the power to seize everything you own and every thing your posterity will ever own, including rendering you to prison – where you are guilty until proving your innocence in tax court.  Most Americans comply with the IRS out of fear, not out of respect.  A real and present danger is that we are growing complacent by the precedent of the IRS being used as a political weapon at the same time it absolves itself from the same requirements mandated upon the citizenry.

In a Congressional investigation of the abuses at the IRS, the agency’s heads not only asserted that they are above the law, but insinuated that the law is not applicable to them.  When hard drives were demanded, they asserted the drives were ‘damaged’ and the e-mail evidence sought by Investigators, “lost”, negating to report the “loss” in violation of the Federal Records Act since that evidence was under subpoena.

If the NSA has copies of every email on this planet from the service vendors, from every citizen’s electronic communication, there is without a doubt copies of her emails on some server somewhere. But the entire regime from Obama to the InJustice Department is concealing, obstructing and conspiring.  That truth became evident in an admission from Obama’s Just-Us department itself: DOJ Admits Lois Lerner’s E-mails Exist – But Refuses To Retrieve or Release Them To Investigators.

Now there is a deliberate pattern of this excuse after the IRS now claims that it has lost MORE emails from FIVE other IRS agents involved in specific congressional probes into the agency’s targeting of conservative groups.  These include the IRS employees in Cincinnati who were initially blamed for the scandal, and their e-mails to Lois Lerner and other high-up officers in the IRS that were under subpoena have ‘gone missing’.

Every official testifying before Congress, including Koskinen has committed and is committing perjury on this.  He stated yesterday, that not only did the IRS lose subpoenaed files from Lois Lerner’s crashed computer hard drive, but the same fate befell her Blackberry which Koskinen stated was destroyed reiterating that there is no outside system to store agency emails. The IRS chief stated before the Investigative hearing;   “Hard drive crashes continue as we speak”.  Yet you try to use that same excuse for your tax return, and the full weight and might of punishment is brought to bear upon you.

As expected,  the Praetorian Media for Obama has refused to report the story – and the facts are lost in a cacophony of government delay and distraction tactics.  The DOJ investigation itself is corrupted while the IRS continues to be used as a weapon of intimidation by Obama and his party.

You would think that such a government agency would maintain it’s integrity to the law so as to affect voluntary compliance with the law.  We might say that if the IRS no longer follows the law and instead follows a policy to punish political enemies of Obama and the Democrats, why should you or I follow the law they are in charge of enforcing???

The answer to that is because ‘voluntary’ is no longer a consideration.  ‘FORCED COMPLIANCE’ is the intent and as such, laws are arbitrary and irrelevant in carrying out an agenda.

According to the IRS director himself, the IRS is no longer bound by the laws that bind you and I.   He stated before a Congressional hearing that “Wherever [they] can, we follow the law”  in reference to the fact it had violated the law and inferring the IRS can choose not to follow the law if it deems it imprudent.

The implication is that it is simply impossible for a federal agency to follow the law, yet the IRS is authorized to punish any citizen who violates tax law, knowingly or unknowingly.

Now perhaps you might begin to understand why a lawless regime and party put the IRS in charge of mandating compliance with ObamaCare.

This is just the IRS scandal.  What about federal agencies that are now tasked with implementing Obama’s ideological agenda rather than upholding the law?

EPA Abolishment of your rights.

The IRS is not the only Federal agency run by the Executive that has been used by Obama as a weapon.

EPA defies court order and destroys incriminating evidence that it interfered with the 2012 election.

Here’s another Federal agency, unaccountable to the American people, defying laws and being used as a weapon to harass and intimidate political opponents, chosen objects for policy implementation and a vehicle to strip away your right to property without compensation or recourse.

 EPA to take over all streams, creeks and water in the USA – stripping private property rights.

In a move lawmakers and farmers are calling “the biggest land grab in the history of the world,” the Environmental Protection Agency is requesting jurisdiction over all public and private streams in the United States that are “intermittent, seasonal and rain-dependent.”  Control all the water, you control all life.  That it seems is the agenda and the intent under the guise of ‘environmental justice’.

Your Constitutional Right to be secure in your property, or to be fairly compensated monetarily for it – no longer applies, because EPA policy trumps the Constitution.  I’m not even listing all the recent news about the EPA following Obama’s dictates to shut down electricity plants and coal mines with regulations and requirements so ridiculous that it is obvious to any honest observer that the intent is to destroy the people’s access to affordable electricity.  But a mechanism without public oversight or recourse to strip from you, your property and it’s use over ‘water rights’ is no different than if your property was just seized from you at gunpoint because the government decided the tax revenue of your property in the hands of developers is worth more money to them.  Oh wait, that’s a real deal too.

These are just two citations of two federal government entities that do not respect or follow the Supreme Law of the Land, and are being used to impose overt tyranny upon us.  I could write a blog that would encompass a volume of such instances – but these two illustrate with perfect clarity – that the federal government is completely and totally lawless, implementing tyranny disguised as law.  Imposing it in such a way as to be accepted without resistance by a people they seek to rule, and not represent.

Obama has said strategically: “The government is us”.  For all the claims of Obama being inept, this statement alone reveals the ingenious mindset of imposing a tyranny.

The insidious purpose of this statement is to equate liberty with government.  On one side of his face Obama says tyranny of government is impossible because the government “is us”.  Creating the illusion that your neighbors support what is being done to you and it is for your own good.    The statement is intended for all to accept the belief that the bigger and more intrusive the government (defined as ‘success’), the more liberty you will have.   Any failings or misery are because of the people who will not support the government’s rule and imposition of it’s will, not that government itself is ever to blame.    History teaches that despotic leaders use this technique to great effect; creating the illusion that all powerful government is freedom and that the majority WANTS the tyranny being imposed.  The acceptance of that mindset is how Beasts of oppression are able to operate without fear of those they intend to subjugate.

The technique is to get the people to believe is that what is being done by government is of the people and therefore everything they do, legitimate.

Even when the government trods upon the Laws of God, of nature and the Constitution.

Since the Federal Government has made it policy to trod upon those things, I declare they no longer have any legitimate moral authority over a people who are beholden to the Laws of God, of nature and the Constitution.

So what to do?  What is our recourse?  Do we submit and kneel to this?  Do we do as Europeans and accept tyranny and corruption as the ‘new normal’?  Do we throw up our hands and say “Oh well” consigning our posterity to a lifetime of misery?  Do we embrace it and hope to get a parcel of redistributed wealth, property and provision?  Do we revolt?  How do we revolt?  Do we just take to the streets and sow mayhem like we saw in Ferguson, MO??

No.  None of the above.

The amazing thing is that most Americans have become totally ignorant of their history and the answer to what we should do now is contained there.

Scripture tells us in Hosea 4:6 –

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being My priest. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.”

First we must understand out history and the mindset our Founders once had; a mindset they possessed because their main source of knowledge was the bible, followed by the understanding of history and human nature.

The first battle to be won in any war is of and for the mind.  We have to come to an understanding and consensus of agreement that leads directly into courses of action We The People are able and willing and justified to take if we want any hope of holding onto what is left of our liberty.

Obama’s Meaningless ISIL Speech: His Real Targets Are Not Islamic Terrorists

Obama’s speech about ISIS Jihadists last night was pathetic. Meanwhile the Government ratchets up a potential crackdown on Obama’s political opponents.

John hits another out of the park on analysis of Obama’s pathetic speech in light of what has been going on for the last few weeks in our government and has some words of warning to consider.

In a week that it was revealed that 5 other IRS agents under congressional subpoena regarding the IRS scandal ‘lost’ their e-mails and computer hard drives; on a day the IRS head Koskinen says to the investigative committee “we follow the law wherever we can” – and in the same timeframe we learn that yet another Conservative media outlet is under an open-ended IRS audit – we have more to fear from Obama and this federal government than we do from any terrorist organization anywhere on the planet.

 

Obama’s False Flag Speech Tonight

Tonight, on the eve of another anniversary for 9-11, the current President of the United States will be giving a speech about the threat of ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria or IS for short) where a new American strategy for dealing with this terrorist army will be outlined after he stated several days ago that he didn’t have one. Several months ago in fact, the President called ISIS the “JV team” in one of his numerous infamous quotes and since that time they have carved out what amounts to a small nation in Eastern Syria and Western Iraq.

The issue of ISIS however, is not the key point to the speech tonight. If ISIS were truly a serious threat to US interests, aka, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, then our “allies” in the region would request that the United States position more troops into Kuwait and Jordan to protect those kingdoms and  to cut off any advance towards the House of Saud.  Meanwhile, many questions about this speech and American policy towards ISIS will not be answered by this administration nor our “allies” in the region:

1. If the United States is aware that ISIS is now in possession of approximately 30 M1 Abrams tanks, why have we not destroyed them with an air strike by now? Theoretically one would hope that the U.S. would install a “kill switch” such as those used by American rental car companies just in case a vehicle is stolen, or at least some type of GPS tracking at a minimum once the weapons were left for the Iraqi military.

2. Why are Western governments in Europe and including the United States announcing any types of sanctions for those countries aiding and abetting the ISIS cause? There is ample evidence within the mainstream media that Qatar is acting as the finance and banking arm for the Islamic State yet not one word has been uttered about cutting off trade or even a small threat of sanctions from any nation except for Saudi Arabia (see: Saudi threatens to block Qatar’s land, sea borders from this posting about Saudi-Qatari relations: Is Saudi Arabia Preparing to Invade Qatar?).

3. There is demonstrable evidence that Turkey, a NATO member nation, has also been arming and training ISIS forces yet the silence from Brussels, London, and Washington has been deafening. Will President Obama announce an initiative to cut off the supply of arms and soldiers migrating from Turkish territory into Iraq and Syria tonight? I seriously doubt it.

Thus one has to wonder if the real purpose of President Obama’s speech tonight is to provide the usual distraction and scare tactics to spook the American people with another CIA trained terrorism force. The headline on the Drudge Report this afternoon provides a most interesting insight into DHS’s mindset before Obama speaks tonight:

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said his department will be issuing new guidance to retailers this week giving them pointers on how to spot potential terrorists among their customers by looking at what they’re buying.

While saying the government cannot prohibit sales of some everyday materials, Mr. Johnson said retailers should be trained to look for anyone who buys a lot from what he described as a “long list of materials that could be used as explosive precursors.”

He said it was an extension of the “If you see something, say something” campaign launched by his predecessor, former Secretary Janet Napolitano, which tries to enlist average Americans to be aware of their immediate environment.

“We can’t and we shouldn’t prohibit the sale of a pressure cooker. We can sensitize retail businesses to be on guard for suspicious behavior by those who buy this kind of stuff,” Mr. Johnson said during a question-and-answer session after a speech at the Council on Foreign Relations.

In other words, if one buys gunpowder for use in black powder hunting or reloading of ammunition, ammunition in quantity of any caliber, or household chemicals which some individuals buy in bulk to save money for their home and businesses (multi-location use), odds are one might just find themselves on any number of Obama’s DHS “watch lists” as a possible domestic terrorist threat.

The article above from the Times in fact supports a story published by the Washington Free Beaconon August 29, 2014 (see: FBI National Domestic Threat Assessment Omits Islamist Terrorism ) where the alarming revelation of the omission of Islamist terror appears to be more insidious when this portion of Bill Gertz’s story is taken into consideration with the excerpt published above:

Instead, the internal FBI intelligence report concluded in its 2013 assessment published this month that the threat to U.S. internal security from extremists is limited to attacks and activities by eight types of domestic extremist movements—none motivated by radical Islam.

They include anti-government militia groups and white supremacy extremists, along with “sovereign citizen” nationalists, and anarchists. Other domestic threat groups outlined by the FBI assessment include violent animal rights and environmentalist extremists, black separatists, anti- and pro-abortion activists, and Puerto Rican nationalists.

“Domestic extremist violence continues to be unpredictable and, at times, severe,” the report states.

This appears to validate that the government might indeed be secretly concerned about ISIS and Islamist terrorism but the temptation to secretly allow a terror attack to occur, committed by radical Muslim militants falsely tied to the Patriot Movement, Tea Party, or other pro-Constitutional groups is no longer the realm of conspiracy theorists or websites.

One must take into consideration the long standing hostility of this regime towards its own citizens and the potential that tonight’s speech has nothing to do with ISIS or their actions overseas; instead it would appear a scare tactic to justify a brutal crackdown on all Americans who do not share the views of the predominate political parties and their elites, all in the name of protecting the people.

Beware my friends, as we now live in one of the most dangerous periods of our history where liberty’s light can be extinguished by the fictional assignment of guilt and national hysteria, much like other dictatorships and oligarchs have used to crush their citizens throughout history.

BOMBSHELL: Uncovered Lois Lerner E-Mail Reveals Criminal Conspiracy

Darrell Issa tweets: Lois Lerner intentionally sought to hide IRS internal communications from Congress.

On Wednesday, former Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner’s attorney changed his tune on just how lost those two years’ worth of emails actually were. Lerner’s lawyer, William Taylor II, said that Lerner had printed out some emails in order to comply with records-keeping laws. He had previously said that Lerner did not print and file her email communications because she was unaware that she was required to do so.

One week before the April 15th tax deadline in 2013 Lois Lerner emailed one of her fellow cronies who was inquiring about the law requiring saving e-mail communications and Lerner warns them to be careful, “we need to be cautious about what we say in emails”, which DISCOUNTS the story that she was ignorant of the law.

What we have here is a CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY to hide the fact that Obama was using the IRS to attack, punish and harass political opponents to the Democrat MarxoFascist regime.

However, given the fact that most Republicans have no balls – I seriously DOUBT there is going to be any charges brought against her or the Regime.  Of course Eric Holder would be the one to have to bring those charges and well, HE IS PART OF THE CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY!

Just more evidence of the fact that this Federal Beast of the government, no longer has any legitimate authority over this Republic.

IRS Scandal Just Got More Insidious – DOJ Requested Confidential IRS records Of Conservative Groups From Lerner in 2010

Will Obama’s Praetorian Media bury the Smoking Gun that directly ties Obama’s DOJ to the IRS Scandal?

This is breaking tonight at the Conservative Treehouse.  Seems that the IRS scandal is growing legs that the Obama media is simply not able to cut off fast enough.

It seems Lois Lerner and Obama’s InJustice Department officials met in the fall of 2010 when Justice was looking into prosecuting Conservative 501(c)(4)s that they say may have been breaking rules by overly engaging in political activities — details Republican investigators found in emails handed over by the Justice Department.

We also learned that over a million documents sent from Lois Lerner at the IRS to Obama’s DOJ , according to the admission from the DOJ, “contained legally protected taxpayer information that should not have ever been sent to the Justice Department“ and in addendum to that, Lerner’s attorney let it slip that those records obtained illegally were REQUESTED by Obama’s Justice Department back in 2010 and not initiated by Lerner as the initial story was told.

I imagine the next sound we will hear will be crickets as the evidence of corrupt mob-style criminal acts that goes right to the White House itself.

In a recent Politico interview  (publish date 6/27/14) with the Lois Lerner’s attorney William Taylor III an interesting aspect is buried midway through page #2.

During part of the interview Politico author Rachel Bade inquires about the 1.1 million pages of documents Lerner sent to the Department of Justice that became an issue when discovered by the House Oversight Committee on June 9th 2014.   BACKSTORY HERE.

The documents were sent from IRS to DOJ on a series of 4 discs (CD ROMS) and, according to the admission from the DOJ, “contained legally protected taxpayer information that should not have ever been sent to the FBI“.

Why the DOJ waited to inform congress, and why they only did so after Daryl Issa found out about their existence, was a matter congressional consternation but no-one made a big deal about it.

Indeed all prior details and media reports of the interaction have been framed around the substance of legality, and illegality,  for the IRS to actually send the confidential taxpayer data.  This is indeed a concerning aspect – but we think we’ve uncovered something considerably more alarming about both the timing, and the substance.

Inside the Politico article is an explosively revealing defensively framed answer from attorney Taylor.   He is specifically and directly stating it was NOT Lerner who initiated the inquiry:

…” […]  Taylor said Lerner didn’t know [about the unlawful confidential aspect] and sent them because Justice requested the documents”…

.

 

Politico [Page 2] Taylor also responded to Oversight GOP reports that Lerner and Justice officials met in the fall of 2010 when Justice was considering the possibility of prosecuting 501(c)(4)s that may have been breaking rules by overly engaging in political activities — details Republicans found in emails handed over by the Justice Department.

Again, he said she was just doing her job.

“We should hope the two are talking to each other,” he said, because Justice and the IRS both bring tax charges and should be on the same page, he said.

Emails summarizing the meeting also show that Lerner apparently expressed skepticism that the (c)(4) issues were a criminal, rather than a civil, matter.

Oversight GOP has also hit Lerner for giving 1.1 million pages of tax return data about 501(c)(4) organizations to the FBI just before the 2010 midterms — 33 tax returns that included unlawfully disclosed private taxpayer information.

Taylor said Lerner didn’t know and sent them because Justice requested the documents: “She [understood] the donor information on Schedule B had been removed. In some cases, we later learned, it may not have been.”

The IRS has acknowledged that the 33 returns were not scrubbed of taxpayer information as required by law.  (cont.)

In all prior reporting -on the initial revelation of Lerner’s submission of the documents to the DOJ- the assumption included within the articles was that Lerner was the initiator of the inquiry.

Apparently she wasn’t.

This latest interview with her attorney would dispute that assumption, and indicate the DOJ was the group making the inquiry – not the IRS.   The IRS was responding to the request from the DOJ.

{Pause – Repeat}  The IRS (Lerner) was responding to the request for information from the DOJ !

Naturally this means there was a preceding email from DOJ to the IRS.

The IRS (Lerner) emails around this incident were found by the House Oversight Committee and are included in both this article , and the pdf below.

However, if what Lerner’s attorney is saying to Politico is truthful, there’s more.

Where is the originating email from the DOJ?   ….And more importantly WHO SENT IT AND WHY ?

FIRSTLY – This becomes quite possibly the smoking gun trail from DOJ (Eric Holder – underlings) to the White House.

SECONDLY – At the very least this makes the DOJ investigation into the IRS illegality fraught with conflict of interest.   A conflict because the “impetus” of the inquiry itself, from the DOJ to the IRS becomes the more unlawful part.

How can the DOJ conduct an investigation into unlawful aspects of the IRS targeting of specific 501(c)(4) groups, when the DOJ is the initiating body for the illegality they are seeking to investigate ?

What The Hell Are We Going To Do About It?

The U.S. Government is now a Beast, promoting evil, punishing the righteous it hates and declaring war on the people. Do we sit idle and allow ourselves to be subjugated?

The seething rage of Christian and liberty-minded Americans is now boiling.  The outrageous testimony of John Koskinen, director of the IRS last week sealed it for me.  He essentially declared that the laws they impose on the people, the government is exempt from following.  You have an admission that the government can punish those it chooses with impunity.  His testimony – ( and the entire IRS scandal) is as pure and raw a declaration of tyranny as any ever uttered by a public official upon those this regime has publicly declared are their enemies.

Consider that this regime is supporting the establishment a global Islamic Caliphate; they are funding the Jihadists slaughtering Christians in the third world; flooding the country with illegal aliens who they immediately give welfare and voting rights to; declaring and mandating homosexual rights; abolishing by fiat the First and Second Amendments; taking over healthcare;  declaring those who oppose the ideological agenda of Obama and his party to be ‘domestic terrorists’; ‘flat earthers’ ; and ‘a minority who tyrannizes the majority’ – THEN Ask yourself why this federal beast of a government under Obama has armed itself with billions of rounds of ammunition, drones, tanks, APCs, MRAPS and other tools of warfare they are now deploying all over the country?

The evidence of what is being prepared against us is overwhelming.  – What more proof do we need to understand that something MUST be done?

But what?

Do we submit and surrender to this despotism, or do we fight back?  And if we fight back HOW?

I contend based on history and human nature that you cannot stop tyranny and tyrants by civil means.  PERIOD.  The plea we can ‘just vote for more Republicans’ is as absurd and it is stupid.

The entire election process is as corrupted as the IRS and other agencies of the government.   The GOP is as complicit as the Democrat MarxoFascists for imposing and supporting this tyranny upon us and what is at work right now is the silencing and rendering into irrelevance, the voice of Conservative Americans.

Declarations Of War

Good morning, Gentle Reader. Have you been disturbed by the most recent news? Thinking that things really aren’t as bad as that, because they’re actually worse? Wondering if you’ll ever manage to unravel that knot in your stomach short of hauling stakes and “going Galt?”

If the above applies to you, turn off the television — those patent medicines won’t do a damn thing for you and you know it — and address this most important question with me:

 

What the hell are we going to do about it?

I’ve been perched at the edge of outrage for some time, but then, I’m a freedom weenie, and a hard-core one at that: the sort that believes passionately in individuals’ God-given rights to their lives, liberty, and honestly acquired property; that believes that the Constitution means exactly what it says, with neither “penumbras” nor “emanations” nor bits written in invisible ink; that believes that for a federal official to defy the Constitution is an act of treason punishable by death. Some of Liberty’s Torch’s devotees are similarly inclined, but not all. Why, my vast and frighteningly efficient intelligence apparatus tells me that there are even one or two liberals who read this rag…probably for the humor pieces, though they might disagree about which ones those are.

But left, right, or center, pacifically inclined or maximally belligerent, if you’ve been keeping up with the news anddon’t feel as if it’s time to lock and load, check your pulse: you may have died and not noticed.

War has been declared against us.

Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor changed a lot of thinking about modern warfare. One of the agreements implicit in the Westphalian system of nation-states was that wars would be conducted by sovereignties against other sovereignties, and with prior notice: open, formal declarations of war conveyed from one to the other through diplomatic channels. The unheralded attack on America’s naval base was shocking not merely for its devastation, but because every significant military conflict for more than two hundred years had been preceded by a prior declaration of war.

Contemporary thought on such matters downplays the formal declaration of war, by reason of the importance of the first strike in a time of intercontinental ballistic missiles equipped with nuclear warheads. The whole development is massively unfortunate, and not merely because weapons of mass destruction make it likely that a major war will rack up a Biblical body count. A formal declaration of war makes explicit who will be fighting with whom; therefore, any parties not named are omitted from the festivities, and — in theory at least — can sit back and pass the popcorn. In the absence of such a declaration, no one can relax; once the lead starts to fly, every nation on Earth, and all of Mankind, are potentially at risk.

The best we can do today, if we’d like some assurance that our carcasses won’t be among the ones dragged away by the bulldozers, is to assess the available data continuously, as carefully and critically as possible. So let’s have a look at some of the most recent developments in that light.

First up, we have the massive influx of young illegal aliens across our southern border:

In broad daylight, with no fear of being seen, a group of Honduran girls — some as young as 14 — cross illegally into the United States.”Because I want to see my parents in Austin,” one tells CNN.

Moments later, another group of Hondurans admits crossing the Rio Grande to get here, McAllen station, a border crossing into the United States. “Thank God nothing happened,” they say of the perilous journey.

This group quickly grows to 22. Most are children who traveled without any adults.

Unlike other stories of illegal immigration across a porous border, these immigrants aren’t sneaking in. They’re showing up and announcing themselves.

“We are seeing hundreds turning themselves in daily. And I mean hundreds at a time,” said Chris Cabrera, a leader of the local chapter of the National Border Patrol Council, a labor union representing U.S. Border Patrol agents.

Many of the immigrants use rafts to cross the Rio Grande, equipped with instructions to follow the river until reaching the Border Patrol site to surrender.

“They know that once they get to the station, we are going to give them paperwork and we are going to set them free into the United States,” Cabrera says.

U.S. law prohibits the Department of Homeland Security from immediately deporting the children if they are not from Canada or Mexico. Instead, the children are turned over to Department Health and Human Services supervision “within 72 hours of DHS taking them into custody,” an official said.

“Most of the time, they’re getting released to relatives in the U.S.,” Cabrera said. “There’s nowhere to put them, so they’re released on their own recognizance and have a pending court date. I’d say between 95 and 97% of adults or youths don’t show up for court.”

The numbers are staggering. He estimates that more than 60,000 unaccompanied juveniles will cross in 2014 and that the numbers will rise from there.

This is the direct, easily foreseen consequence of the Obama Administration’s non-enforcement of our border, coupled to its refusal to deport illegal aliens who are minors under our standards. But note that these children are predominantly not Mexican; they’re from Central American countries south of Mexico, and therefore crossed the entire length of that nation to reach the United States. How?

There is only one plausible answer: their travel here was facilitated by persons with the necessary means, confident that when they’d finally crossed into the U.S., they would be permitted to stay. More, it’s impossible that the Administration is unaware of this. Resourceless minors do not traverse a thousand miles of hostile territory on their own initiative, nor without experiencing tragedy.

Surely none of this is surprising to you. If there’s any surprise to be had from it, it’s that the popular reaction against it has been so muted. But the salient point is this: Given the Administration’s openness about the relevant policies, the consequences were easy to foresee. Therefore we must conclude that those consequences, and their devastating effects upon the border states where Obama is so unpopular, were what the Administration wanted.

I cannot remember an exchange between an appointed Cabinet official and an elected federal legislator that’s remotely comparable to these. Commissioner Koskinen’s arrogance and defiance are unprecedented. He appears unconcerned with what might follow his open refusal to cooperate with the investigation, the most important such since Teapot Dome. No appointee concerned with his tenure in his position would exhibit such an attitude except after having secured assurance of protection against any significant penalty. Such protection could only issue from higher up in the Administration: specifically, from the White House.

The politicization of the Internal Revenue Service, which has extraordinary powers over American citizens, is a far graver matter than corruption of specific individuals. It sets the most feared and fearsome agency of the federal government at war with the citizenry. Indeed, given its routine guilty-until-proven-innocent practices, under which it may seize a citizen’s assets on arbitrary charges, thus denying him the resources required to defend himself against them, even members of Congress must feel a tremor or two at the thought of openly going up against the IRS. That’s why the charge in the bill of particulars against Richard Nixon that data from the IRS was provided to the White House to be used against Nixon’s enemies was so serious.

Despite the implications for the further use of the IRS as a weapon against anyone it chooses to target, the Administration is just fine with it. They want us to know…and to fear.

Finally for this morning, consider the blatant use of “Operation Choke Point,” supposedly targeted at terrorism and money laundering, to shut down legal businesses, especially firearms-related businesses:

Gun retailers say the Obama administration is trying to put them out of business with regulations and investigations that bypass Congress and choke off their lines of credit, freeze their assets and prohibit online sales.Since 2011, regulators have increased scrutiny on banks’ customers. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in 2011 urged banks to better manage the risks of their merchant customers who employ payment processors, such as PayPal, for credit card transactions. The FDIC listed gun retailers as “high risk” along with porn stores and drug paraphernalia shops.

Meanwhile, the Justice Department has launched Operation Choke Point, a credit card fraud probe focusing on banks and payment processors. The threat of enforcement has prompted some banks to cut ties with online gun retailers, even if those companies have valid licenses and good credit histories.

“This administration has very clearly told the banking industry which customers they feel represent ‘reputational risk’ to do business with,” said Peter Weinstock, a lawyer at Hunton & Williams LLP. “So financial institutions are reacting to this extraordinary enforcement arsenal by being ultra-conservative in who they do business with: Any companies that engage in any margin of risk as defined by this administration are being dropped.”…

“We’re being threatened with a regulatory regime that attempts to foist on us the obligation to monitor all types of transactions,” Richard Riese, a senior vice president at the American Bankers Association, said in the April 28 issue of American Banker. “All of this is predicated on a notion that the banks are a choke point for all businesses.”

In an interview with The Times, Mr. Riese said the cost of doing business with gun retailers outweighs the benefits for some banks, given that regulators deem the industry as “risky,” state laws vary on the sale of guns and ammunition, and the Justice Department’s enforcement.

A regulatory process is being used, without statutory authority and outside all possibility of correction by judicial action, against institutions disfavored by the Obamunist regime. FDIC’s authority to audit and scrutinize financial institutions chartered under its auspices is largely noncontroversial. The desirability of the FDIC’s insurance provisions being as high as it is, few (if any) American banks exist outside that orbit. Thus, the weight of regulatory scrutiny can inhibit banks from making credit available to any business the regime wants to discourage: a perfect weapon to use against gun rights, which have been increasingly successful in the federal courts.

A military strategist will tell you: your first strike should always be aimed at the enemy’s weaponry. Once you have denied him the power to harm you, your plan of conquest can proceed in confidence.

Is there any other way to interpret the above strikes on the American firearms industry — at this time, one of the few unabashedly profitable and growing sectors of American enterprise?

War has been declared against us, the American people. The declarer is the federal government. Indeed, many state governments are its tacit allies. Several declarations are presented above; there are many more of subtler impact.

So whatcha gonna do about it, tough guy? Not one damned thing, that’s what. The entire rotten edifice of American government is rife with this sort of thing. Opportunities for amoral corruption is what government is; it’s what it does. Government is little more than a jobs program for incompetent, greedy bums who could never survive in a competitive, free-market environment…which is just one of many reasons to keep it small, under close supervision and tight restriction.What we have now is very nearly the precise opposite of what the Founders envisioned. This is but a small representation of that essential, inescapable truth.

The war has been declared. The battle lines are sharp and bright. No American can call himself a noncombatant; no American can be confident that he’s off the battlefield. And there’s absolutely nowhere to flee.

Will we surrender meekly, or will we stand and fight?

 

So what do we do?  March on Washington armed to show them we mean business?

STUPID.  Don’t even think about that.  It would be a slaughter and it would give the justification for what this regime already intends to do to us.  We do NOT give them the justification.

So do we just bend over and take it?  Throw up our arms and submit to The Beast?

Many will.

But for those of us who understand history, who have a faith in the scriptures and Jesus Christ – we already have an answer.

FIRST: THE LAW OF GOD IS SUPREME.  God Is Sovereign, above the laws of men – and His Commandments and Laws are our first loyalty as Believers.  Our Liberties come from this truth.  Our freedoms are rooted in the fact our government was established ONLY for the purpose of protecting our right to follow God as He leads us.

SECOND: Civil magistrates and government is only empowered to rule in the fear and admonition of the Lord.

THREE: Once civil government contravenes the Word of God, or becomes destructive to the civil society and laws laid down to UPHOLD liberty – then the government ceases to have any legitimacy.  Indeed our own Declaration of Independence makes this truth plain:

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security…

…A (government) whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

So what do we do?

The model that God blessed is already before us in our own history.

FIRST – we repent of our own sins, shortcoming and lukewarm attitude about our faith.  Keeping God in a box at church that we only open once a week is nothing less than a dereliction of your calling as a Christian.

SECOND – We recognize that this federal government no longer has any legitimate authority over us.  It is ILLEGITIMATE.  It has abandoned any pretense of justice and righteousness.  It is become nothing but a Beast who demands we put it’s ‘mark’ in our thoughts and actions.  It contravenes the laws of God and is rewriting morality to make God’s Laws an evil – while declaring abominations – good.

THIRD – We refuse, we defy and we RESIST complying with it. It has no authority over us.  All it has is the end of a gun to force us to submit.

For when a righteous people who have God as their Sovereign REFUSING to comply with a tyranny – the tyrant always yanks off the mask of it’s legitimacy and right to rule.  It will use terror and force in order to press compliance – and in doing so – reveals itself to be the evil and tyranny that a Christian people MAY NOT SUBMIT TO.  For in accords with our Founders – submitting to tyranny is BREAKING the First Commandment.  For a tyranny will not suffer any rival of allegiance and such tyrannies of men are deemed to be gods over men.

Do not take the mark of this beast.  Refuse.  Defy.  And when they come to force themselves upon you, to punish and destroy you – you will not have any doubts as to what you should do.

Overthrowing America: Obama’s MarxoFascist Junta

Obama targets opposition using the IRS.  A corrupt Judiciary declares who can be on a ballot. The Senate moves to Repeal the First Amendment under the guise of election ‘fairness’.

I have said this ad infinitum over the last 5 years: America has seen her last free and “honest” nationally-impacted election.  We went Soviet.  Cook County corruption went national, and this people have no clue whatsoever what has happened to it.

America was overthrown from within – by a Marxist/Fascist juggernaut and nothing is stopping it.  The Ruling Class Republicans are complicit in this coup because they want a piece of the new power paradigm that makes government god, creates a permanent underclass of dependent serfs, and a caste of Nobles whom the underclass must serve without question.  Because after all, in the minds of those who now rule us, we little people cannot be trusted with liberty because we do not know what is good for us.  Government will now decide our fates .  What we think will correspond to what we receive and are allowed to have in conjunction with whom we must vote for, income inequality notwithstanding.

The fact everyone conveniently ignores is that our voice no longer matters when it opposes what the Ruling Class Junta demands.  The rule of law no longer matters, it can be ignored or changed or done away with when it interferes with what the Ruling Class Junta wants.

To wit:

• The IRS will continue to target, intimidate and punish Conservative groups in order to silence them and render any political influence irrelevant.  The paper trail goes all the way to the White House – but the Praetorian MarxoFasicst media has declared via press releases from the DNC that the effort to get to the bottom of the scandal is a ‘racist’ ‘witch hunt’.

• Judge orders 25 term congressman John Conyers to be put onthe ballot after he failed to obtain enough signatures for the primary election.  So when the law is not met, the Ruling Class will simply decree what is legal and what is not by using ideological judges when it cannot decree them by Executive Order.  It will do as it pleases to further the political party and the ideology rather than uphold the law.  The Ruling Class is now selecting candidates the people have to ‘choose’ from, and doing so by judicial or executive order.  This is pure Sovietism.

• 41 Democrat Senators signed onto a bill to repeal the first Amendment:  Senate Joint Resolution 19 – “an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relating to contributions and expenditures intended to affect elections.  Under the guise of ‘fairness’ Harry Reid and the MarxoFascist Democrats and a few Republicans have decided that you will have no right to support or speak to those issues and candidates the Junta does not approve of.

Don’t look for any help from the Praetorian Media to report any of this.  As the head of CNN recently stated with intensity: “We will not be shamed into covering Benghazi”, nor indeed with it be shamed into covering ANYTHING detrimental to Obama and the MarxoFascist agenda.

The Emerging Junta

I will confess to a little despair over the relatively mild reception that has greeted the evidence, now conclusive and irrefutable, that the Internal Revenue Service, under the direction of senior leaders affiliated with the Democratic party, was used as a political weapon from at least 2010 through the 2012 election. It may be that the American public simply does not care about the issue; it is always difficult, if not impossible, to predict what issues will seize the electorate’s attention, or to understand why after the fact. It may be that the public does not understand the issue, in which case a brief explanation of the known facts may be of some use.

 

When law-enforcement agencies and federal regulators with extraordinary coercive powers are subordinated to political interests rather than their official obligations — to the Party rather than to the law — then the law itself becomes meaningless, and the delicate constitutional order we have enjoyed for more than two centuries is reduced to a brutal might-makes-right proposition.

 

Here is what happened. In the run-up to the 2012 election, senior IRS executives including Lois Lerner, then the head of the IRS branch that oversees the activities of tax-exempt nonprofit groups, began singling out conservative-leaning organizations for extra attention, invasive investigations, and legal harassment. The IRS did not target groups that they believed might be violating the rules governing tax-exempt organizations; rather, as e-mails from the agency document, the IRS targeted these conservative groups categorically, regardless of whether there was any evidence that they were not in compliance with the relevant regulations. Simply having the words “tea party,” “patriot,” or “9/12” (a reference to one of Glenn Beck’s many channels of activism) in the name was enough. Also targeted were groups dedicated to issues such as taxes, spending, debt, and, perhaps most worrisome, those that were simply “critical of the how the country is being run.” Organizations also were targeted based on the identity of their donors. Their applications were delayed, their managements harassed, and the IRS demanded that they answer wildly inappropriate questions, such as the content of their prayers. When an internal review threatened to expose the fact that, in the words of the IRS’s inspector general, the agency was “using inappropriate criteria to identify organizations applying for tax-exempt status,” Ms. Lerner staged an event at a tax-law conference at which she used a planted questioner to preemptively disclose the issue on her own terms, and the agency began claiming that the tea-party targeting, while regrettable, was the work of a few misguided agents at a satellite office in Cincinnati. In fact, the direction came from Washington and was, in the words of the agency’s own e-mails, “coordinated with” a senior manager there, Rob Choi, director of rulings and agreements. This began at the behest of Democratic officeholders, including Senator Carl Levin of Michigan, who requested that the IRS disclose to him information about tea-party groups that it would have been illegal for the IRS to disclose. It subsequently emerged that IRS officials had intentionally misled members of Congress and investigators about the matter.

During this period, IRS operatives were, according to the Office of Special Counsel, openly campaigning for the reelection of Barack Obama on IRS time using IRS resources. A few were later disciplined for their actions, but the extent of the political activity of IRS agents remains unknown.

The IRS is not just a revenue agency — it is a law-enforcement agency, a police agency with far greater powers of investigation and coercion that any normal police force. Its actions in this matter are not only inappropriate — they are illegal. Using government resources for political ends is a serious crime, as is conspiring to mislead investigators about those crimes. But so far, other than holding Lois Lerner in contempt for refusing to comply with the demands of congressional investigators, almost nothing has happened. The characteristic feature of a police state is that those who are entrusted with the power to enforce the law are not themselves bound by it.

Context is again here important. The IRS scandal is not a standalone issue but comes at a time when the Democratic party is seeking to radically expand the power of the federal government to regulate political speech; we can safely assume that the same people who were using the IRS’s political-speech regulations for political ends will have precisely the same motives and precisely the same opportunity to use other political-speech regulations for precisely the same political ends: to benefit their allies and persecute their enemies. So committed are the Democrats to keeping their critics under the thumb of federal police powers that they have introduced an amendment in the Senate that would effectively repeal the free-speech provisions of the First Amendment, those having proved inconvenient to Democrats in Supreme Court rulings such as McCutcheon andCitizens United, the latter case involving a federal attempt to make it a crime to show a film critical of a political figure under unapproved circumstances.

The most important question that must be answered in this matter does not involve the misbehavior of IRS officials and Democratic officeholders, though those are important. Nor is it the question of free speech, vital and fundamental as that is. The question here is nothing less than the legitimacy of the United States government. When law-enforcement agencies and federal regulators with extraordinary coercive powers are subordinated to political interests rather than their official obligations — to the Party rather than to the law — then the law itself becomes meaningless, and the delicate constitutional order we have enjoyed for more than two centuries is reduced to a brutal might-makes-right proposition. Elected officials and public servants of both parties take an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and to faithfully discharge the duties of their office. That oath is now being tested. The IRS investigation is no mere partisan scandal, but a moral challenge for the men and women who compose the government of this country. Whether they are sufficient to meet that challenge is far from obvious, but the evidence so far is not encouraging.
