Breaking news. So according to Bergdahl’s fellow comrades, Bowe DEFECTED to the Taliban, converted to Islam and declared himself an Islamic warrior and proclaimed Jihad.
I think this sheds some light on Berdahl’s father quoting the Q’uran and blessing Allah at the White House during that press conference.
THIS CERTAINLY puts the insistent comments by Obama’s UN Ambassador Susan Rice on all the media networks over the weekend in perspective now doesn’t it?
U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl at one point during his captivity converted to Islam, fraternized openly with his captors and declared himself a “mujahid,” or warrior for Islam, according to secret documents prepared on the basis of a purported eyewitness account and obtained by Fox News.
The reports indicate that Bergdahl’s relations with his Haqqani captors morphed over time, from periods of hostility, where he was treated very much like a hostage, to periods where, as one source told Fox News, “he became much more of an accepted fellow” than is popularly understood. He even reportedly was allowed to carry a gun at times.
The documents show that Bergdahl at one point escaped his captors for five days and was kept, upon his re-capture, in a metal cage, like an animal. In addition, the reports detail discussions of prisoner swaps and other attempts at a negotiated resolution to the case that appear to have commenced as early as the fall of 2009.
The reports are rich in on-the-ground detail — including the names and locations of the Haqqani commanders who ran the 200-man rotation used to guard the Idaho native — and present the most detailed view yet of what Bergdahl’s life over the past five years has been like. These real-time dispatches were generated by the Eclipse Group, a shadowy private firm of former intelligence officers and operatives that has subcontracted with the Defense Department and prominent corporations to deliver granular intelligence on terrorist activities and other security-related topics, often from challenging environments in far-flung corners of the globe.
…..Clarridge further told Fox News that by the end of 2010, he had furnished at least 13 of these detailed SITREPs, or situation reports, that his network generated about Bergdahl to Brig. Gen. Robert P. Ashley Jr., who in April 2010 was named director of intelligence, at the J-2 level, at CENTCOM. Clarridge said Eclipse SITREP # 3023, dated Aug. 23, 2012 — in which a member of the Haqqani network, said to be close to Bergdahl’s captors, reported that the American prisoner had declared himself a “mujahid” — was among the reports provided to Ashley.
…The documents obtained by Fox News show that Eclipse developed and transmitted numerous status reports on the whereabouts of the errant American soldier, spanning a period from October 2009, roughly three months after Bergdahl reportedly walked off his base in Afghanistan and fell into custody of the Haqqani network, up through August 2012.
….At one point — in late June 2010, after Bergdahl succeeded in one of his escape attempts — the Haqqani commanders constructed a special metal cage for him, and confined him to it. At other points, however, Bergdahl was reported to be happily playing soccer with the Haqqani fighters, taking part in AK-47 target practice and being permitted to carry a firearm of his own, laughing frequently and proclaiming “Salaam,” the Arabic word for “peace.”
The DOJ, IRS and the FBI are not the only Federal agencies being used to spy on, attack, intimidate and destroy Obama’s opposition. The EPA, DHS and the ATF are on deck preparing to take tyranny to a higher level.
Benghazi, IRS, DOJ, AP, Fast & Furious, Fox, self-investigation, voter suppression, a dump truck full lies, obfuscation and treason from the Obama regime in just the last few weeks alone. However, don’t get your hopes up that any of the current known scandals are going to result in justice being done upon this regime. None of this matters. Obama’s Praetorian media will not permit him to be in any danger of real harm. I contend Obama could shoot a toddler in the head on live television and the Apologists for this regime would excuse him and no one in Congress, especially under Boehner would dare act against the “Historic first black man president”. He will be justified for whatever he does by his goose-stepping drones of Gibmedats.
Besides, some of these scandals were leaked by the Obama regime itself, a political ruse for political purposes. Some of these scandals were known by the media for over a year who sat on them so no harm would come to their messiah and their religion. Letting these scandals hit the public mindset now, takes the spotlight heat off the Benghazi treason and dereliction and it gets all this out in the open so it doesn’t have any effect on the 2014 elections where Obama “wins back” Congress for a single-party dictatorship under his rule.
The IRS targeting of Conservative, TEA Party and Christian groups is evidence of the fact Obama is waging war against his political enemies. His agents acting for the IRS even demanded to know the content of Christian prayers for groups and people they ended up harassing and intimidating into silence.

The direct attacks and intimidation of Obama’s political enemies is simply the method they are employing in this MarxoFascist coup of America. If you think these scandals are contained in themselves, you better think again. This evil regime and oligarchy in Washington D.C. has been working overtime the last four and a half years in collecting data and private information on ALL AMERICANS. Not Jihadists from the Middle East, but Middle Class Americans from right here at home. The reason? Well, the DHS says that the clear and present danger to the United States are domestic Right Wing Extremists, not Islamic Jihadists actually engaged in killing Americans.
Therefore this regime has been using federal agencies and Alphabets to obtain private information on nearly every American to be stored in massive databases, for unspecified ‘future use’. Think that sounds conspiratorial?Well, it has been admitted that Obama’s IN-Justice Department was engaged in confiscating private e-mails and phone numbers of AP reporters. I submit that AP is NOT the only journalist organization that has had private information confiscated. I’m pretty sure ANYONE, including bloggers and average folks from their homes who report on this regime, have had every shred of private information collected from them.
It’s what Marxist/Leftist regimes in the world always do to their citizens they see as a threat to their power. It’s a precursor to the elimination of political opponents. It enables them to “use” that information later as a pretext and justification for arresting, detaining, and silencing those ‘threats’. While much of Conservative America has been warning about all the tyranny their groups are enduring under Obama, His Heinous decided to fire a warning shot across the bow of the media – not to cross him or his agenda with any unkind words.
The DOJ having the authority to do warrantless wiretaps without presenting justification to a judge is alarming. The DOJ having the authority to do such wiretapping against reporters in the media, who provide the fourth estate to protect -and check- the balance of power, is well beyond alarming.
Again, this is what Marxist/Leftist regimes in the world always do to their citizens and institutions they see as a threat to their power. Obtaining all that data enables them to “use” that information later as justification for charging their political enemies with crimes, arresting and detaining them, and in so doing -silencing those ‘threats’. The Justice Department seized phone records and emails sent to a private account of Fox News’ chief Washington correspondent, James Rosen, in an investigation into a 2009 story about U.N. sanctions and North Korea’s nuclear program.
He rejects the government’s effort to “criminalize the pursuit of investigative journalism and falsely characterize a Fox News reporter to a Federal judge as a ‘co-conspirator’ in a crime.”
“The administration’s attempt to intimidate Fox News and its employees will not succeed and their excuses will stand neither the test of law, the test of decency, nor the test of time. We will not allow a climate of press intimidation, unseen since the McCarthy era, to frighten any of us away from the truth.”
This assault on the Press is nothing new for Obama. His regime has been engaged in attacking and charging those whom support Republicans and Conservatives with all sorts of crimes and offenses designed to PUNISH and DESTROY. Case-in-point is what Obama’s regime did to Gibson Guitar, while ignoring their competitors who were Democrat supporters. This is the same technique used by the IRS to intimidate and silence any activism for Republican candidates. It may explain why the GOP had 4 million votes less than in 2008. Note the extortion the Obama regime exacted out of Gibson Guitars in order for them to remain in business.

Since we have established as FACT in the above links that the Obama regime is engaged in obtaining and seizing personal information in order to intimidate, punish and destroy political enemies – a little-seen news story from over a month ago, should scare the living crap out of you. A recent solicitation from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) reveals that the agency is seeking a “massive” online database capable of pulling up individuals’ personal information, connections and associates.
On March 28, ATF posted the notice on FedBizOpps.gov, entitled “Investigative System.” The solicitation was updated on April 5 with a few minor changes.
The document says that the system will be utilized by staff “to provide rapid searches on various entities for example; names, telephone numbers, utility data and reverse phone look-ups, as a means to assist with investigations, and background research on people, assets and businesses.”
The system is described as a “massive online data repository system that contains a wide variety of data sources both historically and current that can be utilized in support of investigations and backgrounds.”
The IRS, DOJ and now the ATF and DHS creating massive databases of YOUR personal information – YOUR friends and acquaintances, YOUR assets and YOUR businesses. Obviously this regime considers you to be a greater danger than Al Qaeda, since this regime also has made collecting such data on Islamic extremists verboten and has removed any reference of terrorism with Islam. Instead, YOU are considered to be the terrorist by the Obama regime (see again the April 2009 DHS terror assessment report).
What will Obama’s ATF do with such a “massive database” of your personal information? The same thing every despotic regime does with any information it can use or twist to justify making you bow to their tyrants – or justify eliminating you from existence.
Don’t laugh this warning off. History teaches us what Leftist egomaniacs and narcissists do to their own people once they achieve the level of power and control over their people that Obama has.

In answering the charges made against the Obama Regime’s targeting and seizing of private phone records of AP reporters and employees, AND the criminal targeting and intimidation of Fox News reporter James Rosen by Obama’s INJustice Department, Little Dick Durbin defended Obama’s actions by in-essence stating the Constitution is out of date in regards to journalism. He suggested to Chris Wallace of Fox News’ that he believes certain people should not have First Amendment Rights, and then went on to say that the Constitution is out of date in 2013. He asks if the Constitution applies to Bloggers and Twitter Users; “Are these people journalists and entitled to constitutional protection? We need to ask 21st century questions about a provision that was written over 200 years ago.”
So in Durbin’s feeble MarxoFascist mindset, only Government-approved entities in the press should be allowed the freedom of press and speech.
On this weekend’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,” Illinois Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin said that it was too early to call for a special counsel to look into the Justice Department’s monitoring of journalists.
Instead, Durbin said he backed a “media shield law,” but was not sure if such a law would protect bloggers or “someone who is tweeting.”
Durbin asks “What is a journalist today in 2013? We know it’s someone that works for Fox or AP, but does it include a blogger? Does it include someone who is tweeting? Are these people journalists and entitled to constitutional protection? We need to ask 21st century questions about a provision that was written over 200 years ago.”
Thanks to the Obama administration’s attacks on the Associated Press and its representation in federal court that Fox News’ James Rosen is a spy for asking questions, one has to wonder whether the First Amendment applies to anyone in the Age of Hope and Change. Fox News host Chris Wallace asked Senator Dick Durbin whether Barack Obama’s promise to have Eric Holder look into cases of abuse that he personally approved represents a conflict of interest, but Durbin dodges that question and talks instead about the shield law proposed repeatedly over the last few years as the appropriate Congressional response to the scandal. However, Durbin asks what exactly “freedom of the press” means in 2013, and wonders aloud whether it would include bloggers, Twitter users, and the rest of the Internet media
Here’s what the First Amendment actually says: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” Press at the time would certainly have meant newspapers, which were the high-tech information revolution of the day. It would also have included pamphleteers, perhaps even more than newspapers, as pamphleteers helped drive revolutionary sentiment. Their modern-day analogs would arguable be bloggers and Twitter users, those who reported news and proclaimed opinions outside of the establishment press.
However, Durbin’s asking the wrong question. The question isn’t who gets protected, but what. Journalism is not an identity or a guild, but an action and a process — and anyone engaged in that activity must be treated equally before the law. A shield law based on membership via employment in privileged workplaces or certified by guilds doesn’t protect journalism, it becomes rent-seeking behavior that ensures that only the large players get protected, as I wrote ten days ago.
Durbin’s question isn’t even the biggest non-sequitur in this argument. The biggest non-sequitur is the shield law itself, which wouldn’t have even addressed the Rosen or AP situation. And considering that the Obama administration ignored existing statutes in both cases, why should we believe they would obey a shield law when it got in their way?
What we have here, is a MarxoFascist regime and it’s sycophants like Durbin, TRAITORS ALL – attacking the First Amendment directly. They have attacked Christians in their right of Free Exercise, they have attacked TEA Party groups, Conservative groups, anti-Abortion groups by using the IRS to attack them. They are waging war to abolish the Second Amendment, they already ignore the Fourth and Tenth Amendments, and now finally they think they are powerful enough to attack the Press and decide whom can and whom cannot ask questions of this regime, or whom is allowed freedom to speak.
What’s the purpose of intent behind Durbin’s public comment? REGULATING the First Amendment. Demanding government decide who is and who is NOT a journalist. Perhaps some kind of licensing scheme – and in the process (and argument that you cannot yell “fire!” in a crowded theater) they will say, speech and the press are weapons that must be regulated to demand “responsible” speech and press. After all, this same bunch is currently arguing that Americans support giving up their Second Amendment Rights for “common sense” gun control. Soon I imagine they will be saying that we must give up our first Amendment rights for ‘common sense’ press regulations.
We’re now in a full blown tyranny that if left intact, will not be satisfied by stripping us of what remains of our birthrights. They will never be satisfied. History shows that these same people, with this same ideology, do not rest until they exterminate their opposition in legally-sanctioned genocide.
