Obama Commits High Treason

His Heinous Secretly Releases 5 Jihad Commanders to the Taliban in exchange for a Deserter who went AWOL.

Then we find out that this AWOL deserter is to be PROMOTED to Staff Sergeant.

The list of high crimes and misdemeanors agains this Imperial Dictator now ruling us continues to mount.

In this particular case Obama committed Statutory Violation of the Defense Authorization Act by providing felony materiel support to terrorism by returning 5 Command Personnel to the Taliban.  There is no exemption for the CINC for that provision of Federal law but Obama asserts he has the authority to do so at his own discretion.

Once again Obama has chosen to ignore a law he does not like in order to create his own law.  The law he ignored makes it a felony crime to give any money, materiel or personnel to terrorist organizations.  Obama just provided the Taliban with 5 high-ranking Command personnel we had detained.  Obama has no legal power to do this, but asserts his CINC status gives him such authority, which is a crock.  By violating the DAA he committed high treason in doing so, making up a cockamamie story almost as believable as an anti-Islamic YouTube video inciting the 2012 Egyptian riots by claiming that Bergdahl’s health was in serious condition.

Of course the evidence that Obama knew he was going to commit treason is the fact he did not notify Congress of this decision to act, even though HE SAID LAST YEAR he would not make any deals with the Taliban to swap terrorists for Bergdahl until he notified Congress:

Carney said. “As we have long said, however, we would not make any decisions about transfer of any detainees without consulting with Congress and without doing so in accordance with U.S. law.”

The White House admitted that they were aware of the fact there was a law that required them to notify Congress – but that was so 2013 ago.  Times have changed.  Obama is now dictator and is able to pick and choose what laws he will uphold and follow.  In addition,  The Taliban are no longer a terror group according to Obama, which he says would EXEMPT this action he took.  So now they are called ‘enemy combatants’ – as if we were fighting a nation-state instead of terrorists.  This gives the ‘legal cover’ for Obama to supposedly act as he did.

So he returns 5 Jihadist COMMANDERS to an ‘enemy’ who IS STILL CARRYING OUT OFFENSIVE OPERATIONS Against Americans FOR ONE AWOL soldier.  That is BEYOND a dereliction of duty, that is outright aid, comfort and personnel provision to an enemy during a time of war.  But NONE dare call it TREASON.

But to add insult to injury after throwing salt in our wounds,  a SENIOR Defense official confirmed tonight that the AWOL soldier is going to be PROMOTED to STAFF SERGEANT!  This AFTER  the U.S. concluded in 2010 that Bergdahl walked away.

On whose orders is an AWOL Deserter who was hapless enough to be ‘captured’, who cost the life of 14 Americans who went looking for him GET PROMOTED???

Still America slumbers as this Trojan Horse continues to dismantle us from the highest office in the land.

Anyone recall that Obama wrote in his version of Mein Kampf that “he would stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift into an ugly direction?”

But Congress under the leadership of Boehner and McConnell pop out minor snippets to the media of their concern but in truth will DO NOTHING but be complicit in this treason.

It is important to note that the Haqqanis are not the same thing as the Afghan Taliban.  The two are different groups.  They each have their own distinct and separate leadership council, or “Shura” that they report to.  The Haqqanis are heavily tied to both Al Qaeda (providing them safe passage and support) and the Pakistani Inter-Services Intelligence agency, also known as the ISI.  The Haqqanis are a heavily criminal enterprise sowing and feeding off of the chaos in the Afghanistan/Pakistan region.  Envision Al Qaeda crossed with the Sopranos and you begin to get the picture of what these thugs are like…

And Obama traded FIVE Jihad terrorists in our custody for ONE Deserter who caused the death of 14 Americans who were sent looking for him or suffered from Taliban attacks with insufficient resources that were redirected to hunt for the AWOL Bergdahl.

 UPDATE: Obama defends his unilateral and illegal action.  Says “Absolutely a risk in freeing the Taliban inmates” but defends the surrender.

The deal to release Bergdahl in exchange for five senior Taliban members even though the Army and Bergdahl’s former colleagues have stated the fact that Bergdahl was a deserter, is irrelevant according to Obama.

Obama said the question isn’t relevant: “Regardless of the circumstances, we still get an American soldier back if he’s held in captivity,” Obama said. “Period. Full stop.”

REGARDLESS of the circumstances????  For all we know Bergdahl defected to the Taliban and was HELPING them kill Americans!

THIS IS INSANE!  Where was the King’s concern the night of Benghazi when four Americans were slaughtered, INCLUDING the American Ambassador???? ? All of a sudden he’s concerned about a single deserter?

This was TREASON, plain and simple.  But since His Heinous has declared himself defacto dictator, I guess only his word matters anymore.

 

 

Obama Regime Asserts It Is Above The Law

John Kerry ignores Subpoena while White House and State Department say they will not cooperate with Select Benghazi Commission Investigation.

The Rule of Law is DEAD in America, at least as it is supposed to be applied to those who rule over us in the Federal Government.  There is no accountability whatsoever, and when Congress actually follows it’s duty to investigate high crimes and misdemeanors – the Obama regime and it’s MarxoFascist sycophants assert that they do not have to comply with the investigation or answer any questions from ‘partisan’ Republicans.

The Ruling Class Oligarchy in the White House regime has suggested and then stated that it WILL NOT cooperate with the investigation into the Jihadist attacks on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya and the subsequent cover-up and false narrative pushed by the Obama White House.  The attacks killed 4 Americans including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens after they were abandoned by this White House to die at the hands of terrorists.  Some speculation based on facts that have been ignored, is that Obama left Stevens to die because Stevens was involved in funneling heavy weapons such as MANPADs to Syrian Jihadists in Obama’s desire for Al Qaeda to overthrow secular dictator Basher Assad, same as Jihadists overthrew secular dictators Moammar Ghadaffi and Egypt’s Hosni Mubarak to install an Islamic regime.

It was revealed from White House memos that Obama and his regime KNEW the attacks were an al Al Qaeda assault from the moment the attacks began, but insisted that no aid to rescue the Americans be rendered and special forces were told to ‘stand down’.    Obama then instructed Susan Rice and Hillary Clinton PUSH a lie upon the American people that the attacks were in response to an insipid and silly Youtube video critical of Islam.

Yesterday White House spokesman Jay Carney suggested it may not cooperate with a ‘partisan investigation’ when asked if Obama would cooperate with the Benghazi commission:

White House press secretary Jay Carney indicated the administration may not cooperate with the new House select committee investigating the unanswered questions surrounding the terrorist attack in Benghazi, even refusing to answer a direct question about it.

Secretary of State John Kerryhas been subpoenaed to testify on Benghazi on May 21st. However, in the daily State Department press briefing on Monday, deputy spokesperson Marie Harf said that Kerry will be out of the country on that day and won’t comply with the subpoena to testify on that particular date.

The spokesidiot actually had the gall to suggest that Darrell Issa should have ‘asked nicely for us to answer questions and not issued a subpoena’ (as if they would have answered any question when they have ignored it since 9-11-12) – and then stated that a sitting Secretary of State should ‘not be subpoenaed’ blaming Bush for that false precedent that they say they are going to adhere to.  Screw the Rule of Law yet again.

Obama and his regime and his MarxoFascist Democrats should not be questioned, they assert they are above the law and how dare anyone question their good intentions, even after Americans and an Ambassador were slaughtered and they peddled a bogus lie as to the reason for the attack on Obama’s orders.

Obama and his MarxoFascists think and act above the law, and if they get away with it – liberty is truly dead in America and we have an official tyranny ruling the people.

Obama On His Own Stated Syrian ‘Red Line’ : “The World Drew That, Not Me”

Obama blames the world for his self-designated Syrian ‘red line’.  Claims he is not responsible for drawing the line, but says we must go to war.   Will use U.S. military to hand Syria to Al Qaeda on a silver platter.

It’s amazing, Obama is never responsible for ANYTHING he says or does if it is seen as a negative.  Nothing.  Not the miserable economy, not the pain of ObamaCare, not the use of the IRS to attack and intimidate Conservative groups, not domestic spying on American citizens, not his support for Egyptian Islamists – not a thing it seems is this MarxoFascist responsible for.

Maybe because Obama thinks he was on the golf course and not responsible for the day-to-day things that go on.

I submit it’s because he is counting on enough of the American people to be stupid, uninformed and/or goose-stepping to his every wish.

He is the messiah for the Left, and as such, because he’s black – the media and his sycophants will insist he is without sin, or fallibility.

Even when video evidence is there to prove what Obama says, he will deny it – and blame someone else.

Even if it means blaming the rest of the world.

Lies, Lie Lie – Obama Regime Insists Attacks on Embassies Result of Video

Precedent now set for Feds to criminalize any public expression deemed hostile to Islam as a national security threat.

‘This is not a case of protests directed at the United States writ large or at U.S. policy, this is in response to a video that is offensive to Muslims….a film that we have judged to be be reprehensible and disgusting.’ – White House Spokesman Jay Carney 9-14-12

The morning press briefing by the White House doubled down on the shared narrative it has with Al Qaeda and the Islamists in Egypt and Libya – that the coordinated attacks and assassination of U.S. Ambassador Stevens was the result of an offensive video on YouTube that had been posted since July, and not the result of the 11th Anniversary of 9-11.

The idea that such a skilled multi-pronged heavy-weapon attack on the U.S. Embassies in Egypt and Libya was a spontaneous reaction to a questionable video is laughable.  Myriad sources reveal that the attacks were planned long in advance to commemorate the 9-11 Anniversary. CNN noted it first, followed by a detailed report by CBS.  Libyan officials themselves confirm that the attacks were planned in advance.  U.S. Congressman Mike Rogers (R) MI stated that the attacks were pre-planned and coordinated, not the spontaneous result of a mob upset over a video.  Reports exist that Al Qaeda coordinated the attacks and that it’s leader, Ayman Al Zawahiri ordered the death of the U.S. Ambassador.

The precision of the attacks, the assault teams that knew where the safe house was where Christopher Stevens was taken – are not the actions of a spontaneous enraged mob.  That was clearly cover for the planned act of war by Al Qaeda working in concert with the Muslim Brotherhood that now runs Egypt and Libya.  The Brotherhood that Obama put into power.

The video is clearly a ruse, and potentially a hoax issue to cover for the narrative that both Jiahdists AND the White House want the world to accept: insulting Islam is what caused the violence and such insults must be stopped.

 

For Americans, how the Obama regime is handling this crisis, is akin to having Al Qaeda storm the White House and raising the black flag of Islam over America.

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff already called to “ask” U.S. Pastor Terry Jones to disavow the film.  The regime also told YouTube to remove the video from it’s site.    Yesterday, the federal government outed and named the supposed maker of the video deemed responsible for the uprising in the Middle East while Obama’s Justice Department is beginning a criminal investigation of this film.

Not letting any crisis go to waste in imposing tyranny on Americans, Obama’s regime has gone into overtime to work on what Rep. Michelle Bachman (R)MN said was the Obama government ‘Enforcing Islamic Speech Codes‘on Americans.  She cited efforts Obama has undertaken at the behest of Islamic leaders to ‘purge’ any negative references to Islam from all government policies and documents.

“Last October, many prominent Islamic organizations wrote a letter to the White House,” Bachmann said, “where they urged our White House to do a complete purge from any federal training materials from references to the ideology of Islam to ensure that all trainers in our U.S. military, our FBI and other U.S. security agencies be retrained so they would be brainwashed in political correctness toward Islam. That’s enforced Islamic speech codes here in the United States. And all done with the help of our president and secretary of state.”

What is evident, is that the Obama regime is using the same narrative that the Islamists are using and mobilizing the federal government of the United States to demonize and criminalize anything that is offensive to Muslims from public expression.  A defacto imposition of Sharia Law by no less than the White House.

It’s just incredible.  As far back as this blog’s inception, warnings about the arrogant condescension of His Heinous, Barrack Hussein Obama doesn’t assuage the incredulity that his regime generates.  It’s truly surprising.

What is stunning, is not the hubris itself that was expected from this President, but the acceptance of it by large majority of Americans whom historically, have rejected such blatant arrogance from it’s civil servants.

It’s amazing to watch and hear the blatant and in-your-face efforts this regime is ramping up, taunting and almost daring someone to defy him.  There’s not even a semblance of courtesy or gentlemanly statesmanship from this regime.  The monarchy of Lois the XVI’s cannot compare to the extravagance and disdain this Administration showcases.

Because the collapsing economy and the need to create jobs are so important to The One, he decided that he would wait until AFTER his ninth vacation and 68th round of golf since he was crowned in 2009 to give what the media will most likely dub ‘his most important speech as President’ to outline his own “jobs” plan.  We assume His Heinous will entreat the country with yet another demand for a trillion-dollar “stimulus” designed to grow the government behemoth even larger and bankrupt the nation further into eternal debt.

But given that we know Obama is a broken teleprompter of useless campaign tripe and class warfare, what was startling about Obama’s call for a joint session of Congress to deliver another lecture in Socialism, is the day and time he demanded it.

You see Wednesday September 7th at 8 PM Eastern, is the Republican Debate from the Reagan Library.  A date that was planned and set since May 3, 2011 at 4:59 PM.

But the audacity of Obama knows no bounds, and in typical Chicago Political Thug fashion – he decides to try and nullify the Republican event altogether by holding the networks captive to cover a joint session of Congress for the purpose of providing a platform for another Obama teleprompter speech.  And speaking of joint sessions of Congress, those are given historically for special occasions like the State of the Union or urgent situations such as declarations of war or consultation for use of force authorizations.  To use such occasions to attempt to ramrod yet another big government political agenda down the nation’s throats is again, the audacity that characterizes the Obama regime.

Where the arrogant condescension and disdain are self-evident, is in the remarks by Obama’s Propagandist in Chief: Jay Carney.

First he lies and says that the scheduling of the request at the same time and date as the GOP Debate is ‘coincidence’.  Obama sent the request for the joint session on Wednesday, the Debate has been set since last May.  Does Carney really think the American people are stupid enough to assume that the Obama regime did not know when the Republican debate was going to occur?

But I’m more interested in the choice of words and tone this guy used.

“It is one debate of many [that will air] on one channel of many… [and] there are many other factors here” to consider when scheduling a major address from the president….Carney gave NBC his permission to reschedule the Republican debate so it doesn’t conflict with the president’s speech, saying “if the network so chose and the candidates so chose” to reschedule, “that would be completely fine with us.”

How mighty white and benevolent of him to grant ‘permission’ for a news network to reschedule an event they had set since May to accommodate an egomaniacal narcissist who can’t get enough of his face on TV to lecture the American people and make demands!

But miracles do sometimes happen, and the Speaker replied to the request from the White House with these words:

“Sept. 8th would be better “so we can ensure there will be no parliamentary or logistical impediments that might detract from your remarks.”

What will be interesting is the fallout from John Boehner suddenly growing a set and telling the TOTUS that he gives him permission to reschedule his ‘joint session’ campaign speech for the following night.  Look for the term ‘obstructionists’ to be screamed from the pulpits of punditdom and Jay Carney’s office over this slight against the Anointed One.  Yet as Boehner points out in his letter, a Resolution is required to be passed by both Houses before an agreement can be made to receive the President – and Harry Reid himself said that they will not be in session until 6:30 PM on the 7th and no time for voting for that resolution.

Still, expect this regime and the media mouthpieces of the MSM to try and capitalize on the Constitutional ignorance of their audience and constituencies.

But I’d bet dollars of debt that even Obama’s constituencies are going to be watching the NFL as opposed to TOTUS on the evening of the 8th.

UPDATE: media reporting the White House will ‘accept’ Boehner’s change of date advice.

Oh goodie, look for The One and the State-Foisted Media to use this ‘acceptance’ as a pointer to insist that Obama can “compromise” with the GOP and therefore, because His Heinous has bent the knee and relented on the date he demands an audience with a joint session of Congress – everyone should “compromise” and agree with his “jobs plan”.

The more hope and change, the more things stay the same with this regime, and worse for the rest of the nation.
