Congress Made Irrelevant: UN To Implement US Foreign Policy

Within moments after signing the Iran Nuke Deal, Obama’s regime rushed to the UN to have the “agreement” voted on and approved, nullifying any rejection of the deal by Congress. The UN votes Monday Morning.

I’m not going to spend the time pointing out how horrifyingly insane, dangerous, outrageous and ridiculous Obama’s gift of nukes to Iran’s Mullahs is – you can read that info all over the net.

I want to focus on the fact that Obama has just circumvented the US Congress in totality, and will make US foreign policy a purview of the UN.  Obama has now set as a precedent –  the bypassing of Congress altogether in matters of foreign and domestic policy.

We had warned that the Senate and The House had surrendered their Constitutional authority to Obama in the TPA by near unanimous vote back in May – and the fruits of this appeasement of the first US Dictator will bear bitter fruit.  The bitterness of which will be the deaths of tens or hundreds of millions in the near future.  As Mark Levin noted – Obama has planted the seeds of World War III – and this Congress and this current GOP leadership will bear the responsibility of the blood of all those dead on their hands and heads.  I make the statement that the entire GOP Republican leadership and all but one man in the Senate are GUILTY of treason and the suicide they have sentenced this nation to in their appeasement and surrender of their Authority to Obama.

Now they are completely powerless, impotent and totally irrelevant in being the check on tyranny that the Founders of this nation intended.

This appeasement in the TPA enables His Heinous to go ahead and bypass Congress when it comes to any foreign policy decisions and removes them completely from the hands of Americans and places them square in the hands of the UN.

The ink from Kerry’s pen was not even dry before agents for His Heinous rushed to the UN to ask for a vote on the agreement even though the TPA ‘supposedly’ provides a 60-day review of ‘agreements’ and ‘treaties’ Obama makes on his lonesome.  His Heinous already stated he will veto any attempts to reject the deal, and the Bob Corker amendment to the TPA makes it IMPOSSIBLE for Congress to override Obama’s veto.

But just-in-case enough of the details of this horrifying aid and comfort to Tehran sway Congress to actually override Obama’s promised veto – Obama took the deal to the UN in order for them to cement it into place.

The regime has essentially stated that this action at the UN is a form of ‘insurance’ to secure the deal from any rejection.  Obama has already said that Congressional rejection of this deal is “effectively vetoing the judgement of 99% of the international community,” laying the insurance policy down like a gauntlet of intimidation.  As if a consensus of global morons seig-heiling madmen at a global Nuremberg-esque rally with Tehran makes a moral difference whether or not we should oppose the seeds of our own annihilation.

The gargantuan fool Senator Bob (Jar-Jar Binks) Corker (R- TN) – even admits that there is nothing that Congress can do to stop this pathway for Iranian nuclear weapons, no wonders there since he was the marionette imbecile that actually handed Obama his dictatorship.   It’s interesting how fools are so easily beguiled into handing genocidal despots their dictatorships.

The genesis for the deaths of millions or billions of people has been planted and sown by Obama who was given aid and comfort to do this via the Republicans in Congress.   Let us never forget who bears the responsibility and blame for the treason that has been committed here.  Obama was not able to become a defacto dictator on his own.

UN Security Council to Vote Monday Morning on Iran Deal

The U.N. Security Council scheduled a vote for first thing Monday morning on a resolution endorsing the Iran nuclear deal.

The resolution was circulated to council members Wednesday by the United States. Members were also briefed by both Iran and the other countries that negotiated the landmark agreement to curb Iran’s nuclear program.

With all five veto-wielding permanent members of the Security Council involved in the marathon Iran negotiations, the resolution’s adoption Monday was almost certain.

The resolution implements an intricate deal that places restrictions on Iran’s nuclear program while allowing relief from sanctions that the country’s leaders say have hurt its economy.

Monday’s vote came despite calls from some U.S. lawmakers to delay Security Council approval until Congress reviews the deal.

The chairman of the Senate’s foreign relations committee, Bob Corker, on Thursday wrote a letter to President Barack Obama saying, “We urge you to postpone the vote at the United Nationsuntil after Congress considers this agreement.”

But the chief U.S. negotiator in the Iran talks, Wendy Sherman, rejected that idea Thursday.

She told reporters: “It would have been a little difficult when all of the (countries negotiating with Iran) wanted to go to the United Nations to get an endorsement of this, since it is a product of the United Nations process, for us to say, ‘Well, excuse me, the world, you should wait for the United States Congress.'”

Sherman said the council resolution allows the “time and space” for a congressional review before the measure actually takes effect.

Executive Amnesty : Citizens To Be Pushed ‘Into The Shadows’ While Obama’s “New Americans” Enjoy The Sunlight

I had blogged on this information last week right after it broke on the Mark Levin Show – and additional corroborating evidence has followed that need attention, so instead of updating the original entry – I’m creating this one with links to the original.

In a nutshell, Obama has sown the ‘seedlings’ of our own invasion, overthrow and subjugation by both the Islamic Jihadists and third world South American Socialists whom he caters and supports.  He intends to make them “New Americans”.  In these conference calls discussing the actual ‘plans’ of Obama’s Amnesty decree implementation, it was stated that these “New Americans” would not assimilate into the American culture – but instead they would “Navigate not assimilate”, and create “a country within a country” to be given immediate Social Security benefits, money, housing, medical care, education and IMMEDIATE CITIZENSHIP so they can “vote”.   All of that stated to be ‘benefits’ that these Task Force Commissars and White House Spokesmen said these ‘New Americans’ ” are entitled to”.

Where the hell is the GOP on these insidious plans?

Well, the Ruling Class GOP Leadership has been lecturing us for months that they support flooding the country with ‘immigrants’ and to provide illegal insurgents a ‘pathway to citizenship’.  Jeb Bush lectured that open borders is “love” and that the millions upon millions of welfare-seeking South American poor are “better people” than the American people.  So DO NOT expect the GOP or the Ruling Class Rethuglicans to lift a pinky finger to actually stop what Obama is doing.  We may get sound bites, but absolutely NOTHING of substance will be done, because the GOP leadership and their funding donors from the Chamber of Crony Fascism wants this Amnesty as badly as Obama does.  They are completely on-board with Obama’s actions and efforts to facilitate an invasion of third world squatters and Middle Eastern “Refugees” whom have no intention to become Americans while the government hands them YOUR money, YOUR jobs, YOUR rights and benefits, so they can subjugate and overthrow us on our own dime.

You will go into the shadows.  You will be forced to comply with edicts and decrees and laws.  They, will be exempt.  They will be lifted up, provided for at your expense – in order to relegate you and your children to second class, low caste and disapproved status.  They will be the head, YOU will be the tail – exactly as God warned a nation of His people what would happen to them if they ever forsook Him.

And this nation has, forsaken God, and replaced Him with Self and government.

I will note this observation, Obama has employed a similar tactic that Adolf Hitler himself used back in the 1920’s and 30’s.  Everything they intended to do in order to fundamentally transform their societies and rid their own country of ‘undesirables’ while lofting up their preferred ‘peoples’, was hidden in plain sight and stated in subtle and clever language long before the actual machinations of policy and subjugation were placed into effect.  They did not keep their intentions secret.  Hitler told the world what he intended to do.  He wrote about it.  He spoke about it.  The world simply was not listening and did not take him seriously.

Neither does this country take what Obama wrote and said he would do – seriously.

 

WH Plans to Develop a “Country Within a Country” of 15 Million “New Americans”

Citizens Will Be Cast Into The Shadows

The White House has plans to legalize 13 to 15 million illegal immigrants who will then establish a “country within a country.”

The following Mark Levin interview with Susan Payne is shocking but it also puts all the pieces into place.

Unbeknownst to the Obama officials, Ms. Payne was invited to listen in on conference calls at an immigration rally. Cecilia Munoz, director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, and 16 members of the White House cabinet were on the first call. White House officials were on all three calls.  What Ms. Payne learned needs to be immediately shared with Congress and the public.

It should be noted that Ted Hayes, founder of America’s Black Shield, also listened in on these calls.

The “Task Force of New Americans” and the “Receiving Communities” are part of a plan by the Obama administration to develop a “country within a country” which will eventually form a new, and instantly fundamentally transformed United States.

The conference calls and meetings surrounding the task force made it clear Barack Obama is planning to legalize and protect 13 to 15 million illegal immigrants who will then be moved onto citizenship.

When these “new Americans” come out of the shadows, the communities in which they’ve been placed will be designated as “receiving communities.”

The “new Americans” are considered “seedlings” by the White House and the “receiving communities” are the “fertile ground” to nurture them, according to comments made during the meetings.

Citizens will then be pushed into the shadows as the “New Americans” come out of the shadows.

One member of the task force said they will be forming a “country within a country”.

At the meetings, it was said that “immigrants need to be aware of benefits they are entitled to”.

The participants in the meeting also discussed the fact that these immigrants would not be interested in assimilating. They would “navigate not assimilate”.

Obama’s plan is to treat the “new Americans” as refugees as soon as amnesty is pushed through.

Refugees are given an allowance, housing, food, medical care, education, and an immediate pathway to citizenship.

The meeting participants also discussed the need to convince state and local officials to give no interest loans to the “refugees.” This way we can fund our own destruction.

All this information was available in November, only the goals were not so clearly stated.

It’s not just those who receive amnesty, it’s all the immigrants he is transporting from the Middle East, Africa, Haiti and so on.

He has tied the hands of Border Patrol and ICE. He has opened our borders and refuses to vet those who get through.

President Obama often rules by memos and he did so in the case of the task force and receiving communities. On November 21, 2014, he issued the Presidential Memorandum — Creating Welcoming Communities and Fully Integrating Immigrants and Refugees for the purpose of creating welcoming communities and fully integrating immigrants and refugees.

It was established at the same time as his task force and its entire purpose was to provide entitlements for “new Americans.”

We mustn’t forget that the Obama administration hand selected neighborhoods that would take illegal immigrants, most noticeably this past summer when he flew them all over the country and wouldn’t tell anyone where they were. They were not only children, there were many more adults.

Cecilia Munoz, who was in on the conference call, is tied to LaRaza and it is LaRaza and other radical open borders groups who are behind forcing illegal immigrants onto neighborhoods and then treating them like a protected class.

A HUD rule passed in July 2013 was reversed by a U.S. District Court but it does look like the plan to develop “receiving communities.”

Judge Richard Leon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia reversed it because he objected to the department overstepping its powers to legislate and deliver outcomes never intended by Congress.

Reversed or not, it shows where the administration is going.

The rule by Obama’s Housing and Urban Development (HUD) would allow the government to infringe on the rights of one group to benefit another group in a “protected class”.

HUD “published the regulation pursuant to the Fair Housing Act that defines discrimination as actions or policies that while neutral and nondiscriminatory in their intent have a disparate impact, shown through statistics, on a group of persons defined in terms of race (and other protected groups)”, according to the Weekly Standard.

The rule would give the government the power to redistribute illegal immigrants, drug addicts, criminals, everyone who fits into a “protected class” according to the government’s definition throughout every neighborhood in the country and do it according to racial quotas.

The rule ties government zoning rules to HUD grants and it opens communities up to lawsuits if they refuse their quota.

It transforms neutral policies and actions into racism.

The federal government – HUD – would influence zoning laws by providing set standards, guidelines, and goals to “measure” and “assess” how well a community is meeting its Fair Housing obligations. It works in conjunction with Obama’s neighborhood mapping and his ultimate goal of redistributing all the resources in every neighborhood in the United States.

The Supreme Court will weigh in on this issue soon. Whether the Fair Housing Act supports disparate impact claims is currently pending on writ of certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court in Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs v. The Inclusive Communities Project, Inc., Case No. 13-1371.

It won’t matter, Obama is forcing illegal immigrants on neighborhoods throughout the country with or without this rule.

Barack Obama and his administration appear to be social engineering us into a new America.

Despotism In America – Foretold With Chilling Accuracy

America’s fate is sealed if the warnings of history and human nature tell us anything about where we have arrived as a nation and a people.

History repeats itself because people forget the lessons of history.   200 years ago, historian Alexis DeToqueville wrote an exhaustive examination of the American experiment in a 2-volume book entitled “Democracy In America“.

DeToqueville was curious how liberty and freedom were protected and enshrined in the aftermath of the War of Independence in the American Republic, but failed miserably in his native France to tyranny and terror shortly after our own Constitution was written.  How could Democracy work in one case, but fail and fall into terror and dictatorship in another?

His work is a seminal masterpiece that nails the reasons for success in the American Republic, and also nails the reasons for much of mankind’s history with despotic governments and tyranny.  While lauding the genius of America’s founding system, there are several parts of “Democracy In America” that read like prophetic warnings – and indeed they are.  The history of man is replete with examples of what always occurs to a self-governing people once they stray from their founding principles.  What DeToqueville notes that most in today’s America do not allow themselves to consider, is how fragile our liberty and Republic were.

For all our technology and advances in knowledge, America has lost it’s wisdom once held in high esteem and valued in our society.  We have ignored the warnings of scripture and our Founders themselves.  We have devolved into a post-modern, post-Constitutional mobocracy led by an oligarchy.  Something DeToqueville warned about with chilling accuracy when one considers where we now are with what he wrote.

Thanks to Mark Levin on his radio program last night for reminding those of us who have read this work, just how prophetic and prescient it is.  DeToqueville warns in Volume II Chapter VI about the kind of despotism a nation like America had to fear, and Mark read this part of the chapter on air.  He followed with a question every American now should ask himself: is this where we have arrived?  Is Despotism now our fate?

Read this part of the chapter yourself and ask yourself that same question.

Chapter VI: What Sort of Despotism Democratic Nations Have to Fear 

Page 770-772

I seek to trace the novel features under which despotism may appear in the world. The first thing that strikes the observation is an innumerable multitude of men all equal and alike, incessantly endeavoring to procure the petty and paltry pleasures with which they glut their lives. Each of them, living apart, is as a stranger to the fate of all the rest – his children and his private friends constitute to him the whole of mankind; as for the rest of his fellow-citizens, he is close to them, but he sees them not – he touches them, but he feels them not; he exists but in himself and for himself alone; and if his kindred still remain to him, he may be said at any rate to have lost his country. Above this race of men stands an immense and tutelary power, which takes upon itself alone to secure their gratifications, and to watch over their fate. That power is absolute, minute, regular, provident, and mild.

This reads like a history of the last 20 to 40 years in America.  How detached from We The People are those politicians in Washington?  How above us do the Obama’s live on our tax dollars, eating Waygu beef and enjoying multiple million-dollar vacations while lecturing us to eat vegetables and sacrifice for the ‘greater good’?  Is the government not now become the arbiter of granting multitudes of ‘civil rights’ to satisfy every desire and demand both benign and obscene?  He goes on to describe how a people would succumb and surrender to such a meddlesome tyranny:

It would be like the authority of a parent, if, like that authority, its object was to prepare men for manhood; but it seeks on the contrary to keep them in perpetual childhood: it is well content that the people should rejoice, provided they think of nothing but rejoicing. For their happiness such a government willingly labors, but it chooses to be the sole agent and the only arbiter of that happiness: it provides for their security, foresees and supplies their necessities, facilitates their pleasures, manages their principal concerns, directs their industry, regulates the descent of property, and subdivides their inheritances – what remains, but to spare them all the care of thinking and all the trouble of living?

Thus it every day renders the exercise of the free agency of man less useful and less frequent; it circumscribes the will within a narrower range, and gradually robs a man of all the uses of himself. The principle of equality has prepared men for these things: it has predisposed men to endure them, and oftentimes to look on them as benefits.

What is the main push and point from the MarxoFascist Left in America?

Equality.  Making everyone equal except themselves.  Forcing all into the lowest common denominator by force of law and regulation.  ObamaCare is one of the greatest mechanisms for tyranny in our time – yet this people not only are surrendering to it and enduring it, but are accepting the political lecturing that such tyranny is a ‘benefit’.

After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp, and fashioned them at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided: men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting: such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to be nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd.

Is this not what we in America have become?  A flock of timid and industrious animals that are herded by the government because it is seen as a god and shepherd?  The government then limiting and punishing individuals and enterprises to the point we all feel like we are in chains?

Then DeToqueville lays out what almost seems like a blueprint that America followed to get us to this point of our devolution into a subservience to despotism and slavery to the state.

I have always thought that servitude of the regular, quiet, and gentle kind which I have just described, might be combined more easily than is commonly believed with some of the outward forms of freedom; and that it might even establish itself under the wing of the sovereignty of the people. Our contemporaries are constantly excited by two conflicting passions; they want to be led, and they wish to remain free: as they cannot destroy either one or the other of these contrary propensities, they strive to satisfy them both at once. They devise a sole, tutelary, and all-powerful form of government, but elected by the people. They combine the principle of centralization and that of popular sovereignty; this gives them a respite; they console themselves for being in tutelage by the reflection that they have chosen their own guardians. Every man allows himself to be put in leading- strings, because he sees that it is not a person or a class of persons, but the people at large that holds the end of his chain. By this system the people shake off their state of dependence just long enough to select their master, and then relapse into it again. A great many persons at the present day are quite contented with this sort of compromise between administrative despotism and the sovereignty of the people; and they think they have done enough for the protection of individual freedom when they have surrendered it to the power of the nation at large.

And that my countrymen, could be engraved on the epitaph of our nation as the reason we succumbed.

Supreme Court To Decide In Next Ruling If America Is A Republic Or A Dictatorship

It will go-down as ‘the Day We Officially Lost the Country’ to an Imperial President if SCOTUS allows dubious Obama recess appointments

In the early 1930’s, a crumbling republic suffered a series of incremental “legal” actions that doomed it to collapse and dissolution.  A lawless minority party had it’s actions legalized and legitimized by the institutions the should have prevented the installation of a dictator.  But in 1933 Paul Von Bismark, under pressure from business in collusion with Nazi politicians succumbed to the demand that he appoint Hitler as legitimate leader of a government “independent from parliamentary parties“, which could turn into a movement that would “enrapture millions of people”.  In short, a lawless madman was made a dictator by “legal means”.

Yesterday in 2014, the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments regarding the constitutionality of Obama’s recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board.  A lawless imperial president has declared that he has the power to decide times and seasons in the order he proclaims them, in this case; when the Senate is out of session.  That may sound like a benign case of pettiness and of little importance – but it will in actuality be the most important case it decides since it made the pretzel logic ruling that ObamaCare was legal.  This decision will have even greater national impact than the debacle of 2010.  This decision will decide whether or not there is a Constitutional Separation of powers, or whether Obama can act as dictator – legally.  As in 1933, arguments are being made that Obama must ‘act independent’ of the political squabbles that he asserts cripple government from doing it’s business.

Justice Antonin Scalia ripped Obama‘s use of recess appointments to staff government agencies when the Senate is unofficially on recess. During oral arguments, Scalia shot back at an argument by U.S. Solicitor General Donald Verrilli that the Constitution’s recess appointments clause is ambiguous enough to validate Obama’s temporary appointments.

“It’s been assumed to be ambiguous by self-interested presidents,” Scalia said, to “oohs” and laughs in the court room.

As Mark Levin noted in his show, the stakes for this case are no less than whether or not America is still a Republic, or whether SCOTUS will confirm his actions as a dictator are legal.  According to Levin, “even if we win this case, we will simply be going back to the way things were in 2009” – whereby decades of judicial activism had shoved the nation to the Left.  The stopgap in this case is reigning in a true imperial president and re-asserting that the Constitution still matters.  The life of the Republic is on the line on this one.  Depending on what is announced in June will determine if America is still a Republic or if we are now under a dictatorial oligarchy.

Remember what history teaches; genocidal and oppressive tyranny is always declared to be ‘legal’.

This Might Go-Down as ‘the Day We Lost the Country’ if SCOTUS Allows Dubious Obama Recess Appointments

Well, today’s the day we have to worry if the wobbly US Supreme Court will uphold what should seem obviously sensible rulings from three lower courts: that the Obama Administration had no business whatsoever claiming short-term congressional breaks to be ‘in recess’ and then exploiting them to ram-through constitutionally questionable ‘recess appointments’.

When questioned, the Obama WH’s only response has been ‘sue me’, which soon became a reality. Since then, a U.S. appeals court in DC -and two others- said that indeed President Obama had violated the Constitution when he used the recess-appointment power to fill seats on the National Labor Relations Board two years ago, back in January 2012.

The Senate was not meeting then, but it was holding brief “pro-forma sessions”- these sessions are specifically intended to prevent such recess appointments. Alas, the Obama administration claimed that the Senate is ‘generally not available’ to conduct business during such sessions, and went ahead and did as they pleased anyway, appointing three positions at the NLRB while making a complete end-run around Congress.

The case has now worked it’s way up to the SCOTUS, but nothing is an obvious slam-dunk in the bizarre Obama era. Sadly, the last time we expected the highest-court-in-the-land to save us from this lawless regime, constitutionalists were left scratching our heads while Justice Roberts moved Heaven and Earth to basically re-write both Obamacare and the Commerce Clause… all to stick us with the clearly unconstitutional ACA individual mandate.

Everybody can see that Obama was not acting in good faith nor the spirit of the law, except libs and MSM hacks in bed with them. But ‘everybody’ could see the government has no business forcing citizens to buy a good or service, either… yet here we are, with Obamacare being slowly implemented, relentlessly.

A lot rides on this ruling today- call it an indicator of whether Barack Obama isever going to be called-upon to obey the laws of this country… or not. What’s to stop this power-drunk, one man wrecking ball when the SCOTUS won’t defend the Constitution? As a lame-duck, he surely won’t care what you think -if he ever did- after this November’s elections, and once Obama’s been told he doesn’t have to follow any rules, either- then it’s time to really be scared.

What’s John Roberts going to do when Dear Leader finally succeeds in crashing the dollar, puts DHS troops in the streets, and cancels the 2016 elections? Same thing the MSM would do… nothing. Let’s just hope for the best today-some think the White House is unlikely to win this case, and it’s long past time somebody told Barack Obama ‘NO!’, isn’t it, Justice Roberts? On top of that,you owe us one…

Boehner Blasts Conservatives Over His Budget ‘Deal’ Capitulation

Doing what he would never do to Obama or Democrats, Boehner once again blasts Conservatives for pointing out the bovine excrement in his budget surrender with Obama.

FACTS in the ‘budget deal’ now being peddled and promoted by  the GOP Ruling Class:

• Federal Spending INCREASES IMMEDIATELY to $1.012 TRILLION PER YEAR.

• Fully funds the train-wreck known as ObamaCare for 2 years (which means it will never be repealed because as Reagan noted, a government entitlement “is the nearest thing to eternal life we will ever see on this earth”)

• The so-called ‘cuts’ to discretionary spending of $85 billion happen OVER ten years – or – just a trickle of reduction in the deficit, if it happens at all (the 2011 budget ‘deal’ proves this tactic to be deceptive at best).

• The most America would ‘save’ in this deal is $23 Billion over TEN YEARS – provided there is no new spending increases, which you know Washington cannot live without.

McConnell silent – probably so he can vote against it and claim he is a Conservative for the primary while trashing Conservatives from behind.

So once again, we have an immediate increase in spending to the tune of trillions for the phantom promise that the federal beast will cut spending in ten years, or over ten years – or not at all if a future Congress decides to ignore or raise federal spending yet further.  More spending now, for a promise the federal government will reduce spending later.

This is like an Alcoholic promising that after their next drinking binge, they ‘promise’ to slow their drinking and drunkeness over the next ten years to less than 10% of what their alcohol intake currently is.

But the GOP Ruling Class is showing teeth at Conservative groups who are wise to the gimmicks and bovine excrement being foisted upon the people.

House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) snapped at conservative groups that have come out in opposition to the budget deal reached Wednesday between Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.).

In a rant he would never utter about Democrats or Obama, the weeping wimp of a House Speaker snarled at Conservatives: “They’re using the American people for their own purposes. This is ridiculous,”  When asked about the conservative groups opposing the deal, he cut off the reporter asking the question and retorted; “You mean the groups that came out opposed to it before they ever saw it?” he said. “… If you’re for more deficit reduction, you’re for this agreement.”

Conservative Scholar, Educator and part time Radio Host Mark Levin – was generous enough to provide Paul Ryan some time to try and sell the surrender on his show yesterday – which Levin properly nailed as a Mickey Mouse deal that only tinkers with the edges of the behemoth while discarding the Sequester Cuts – something Obama has been demanding.

Ryan used the well worn tactic of ‘flooding the zone’. Spewing dozens and dozens of small fine points and details in machine gun rapidity so as to overwhelm the interviewer who has no time to fact check the blizzard of minute details.  It`s a cheap trick, but Levin blew through the Barbara Streisand to focus on the fact that this ‘deal’s really a surrender with massive spending increases now called ‘fees’ with a so-called promise of cuts in 2023 which we know will never happen.  Levin properly noted to his next guest that this deal is more proof that fixing our Republic is not going to come from Washington as they are totally incapable of reforming themselves.  The GOP Ruling class talking point is that ‘elections have consequences’ and the solution is to ‘vote for more RINOs’, which Levin pointed out to Ryan that the government grew under the Bush GOP to it’s greatest levels before Obama surpassed them.

The GOP is irrelevant, they are nothing more than Judenrats to entrap Conservatives and get them onto the Obama boxcars, hoping that by doing so – they can retain their seat at the table after the MarxoFascist coup has reached it’s zenith.  Washington is broken – it cannot be reformed by any institutional means, because they have corrupted it all.  It is an historical fact – that a lawless regime will not follow the laws or the will of the people, leaving them no civil recourse to redress grievances.

That we are Taxed Enough Already is irrelevant to the political class in Washington.  They will tax us more and call it a spending cut and then attack anyone who disagrees with their robbing our wallets and purses.

Obama’s FCC To “Police” News & Talk Radio

The FCC to “Interrogate” radio, TV and web site owners, editors and reporters to regulate political speech the regime does not like in new probe.

We knew Conservative Talk Radio’s days were numbered because they are one of the very FEW media sources that expose Obama’s MARXIST/STALINIST/FASCIST agenda for what it is.

Clearly Obama has declared war on Conservative Americans  From what appeared to be harassment from the IRS targeting Conservative groups is now revealed to be an all out assault on those Americans whom disagree with the Obama agenda.  Just yesterday it was reported that media and executives from Insurance companies were warned to ‘be quiet’ about their complaints about ObamaCare.

The government has already passed bills deciding whom they would consider to be a ‘legitimate’ reporter – noting that bloggers do not have 1st Amendment protections of free speech according to their interpretation of ‘statutes’.

Now a Federal probe will start the process to purge news that the Ruling Class in government does not like.

We knew this was coming, they have been telling us all along.  Most were simply not listening, or like smokers of 20 years ago – thought the idea of free speech and press being regulated by the government, an absurdity.

Well, now it’s here and being implemented.

FCC to police news media, question reporters in wide-ranging content survey

The Federal Communications Commission is planning a broad probe of political speech across media platforms, an unprecedented move that raises serious First Amendment concerns.

The FCC’s proposed “Multi-Market Study of Critical Information Needs,” which is set to begin a field test in a single market with an eye toward a comprehensive study in 2014, would collect a remarkably wide range of information on demographics, point of view, news topic selection, management style and other factors in news organizations both in and out of the FCC’s traditional purview.

The airwaves regulator would also subject news producers in all media to invasive questioning about their work and content.

A methodology [pdf] worked up by Silver Spring, Maryland-based Social Solutions International (SSI) says that in addition to its general evaluation of news content, the survey will include a “qualitative component” featuring interrogations of news organization owners, management and employees.

Among the questions federal contractors will be asking of private media companies:

For media owners:

“What is the news philosophy of the station?”

For editors, producers and managers:

“Do you have any reporters or editors assigned to topic ‘beats’? If so how many and what are the beats?”

“Who decides which stories are covered?”

…“In this study, the FCC will delve into the editorial discretion of newspapers, web sites and radio and TV stations,”

…The FCC will also be probing media such as internet sites and newspapers, over which it has no oversight. The FCC’s justification is that it has a mandate to ensure overall news environments are adequate for consumers who are at risk of being exposed to too few points of view – a questionable proposition in 2013.

To a large degree, the Commission claims to be trying to solve a problem …about excessive “concentration” of media ownership, a concern reflected in SSI’s occult vocabulary of “underserved populations,” “diverse neighborhoods/communities” and “media ecologies.”

What that last paragraph means is an “excessive concentration of ‘White/Conservatives’ having a voice in society.  So the Obama FCC is going to go after them, the same way his IRS went after White Conservative groups.

…[The]FCC said it was necessary to “ensure that the critical informational needs of Americans are being met and … advance the goal of diversity, including the promotion of greater women and minority participation in media.”

The Commission has not so far addressed the potential chilling effect of a government interrogation of news producers, nor the potential for abuse of the survey and the information it gathers.

In the last paragraph of a press release on an unrelated topic, the FCC announced last week that it had completed the comment period for the CIN survey and would begin field testing it in one market.

The FCC did not respond to requests for comment.

Contacted in person at an event Tuesday, FCC Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel referred The Daily Caller to a legal advisor to “figure out what the questions are,” without listening to any of the questions. The legal advisor referred The Daily Caller’s questions to another FCC official who did not respond.

The venture capital firm of Tom Wheeler, President Obama’s pick for FCC chairman, referred The Daily Caller to the White House’s press office, which did not respond to requests for comment.

Wheeler’s was unanimously confirmed by the Senate late Tuesday. Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz had placed a hold on Wheeler’s nomination over concerns that FCC might impose requirements of the failed DISCLOSE Act, an attempt to legislate around the Supreme Court’s Citizen’s United decision. Cruz announced Tuesday evening that he had withdrawn the hold after a meeting at which Wheeler assured him imposing such regulations was “not a priority.”

Wheeler’s view on the CIN survey is not known. Several Commission watchers told The Daily Caller the FCC is waiting for a new chairman to begin work on the 2014 quadrennial review and the CIN survey.

The Liberty Amendments – Restoring The American Republic

A bold and probably last-ditch effort to preserve what is left of our Rights and restore the Republic

Note up front; this blog makes no money from any of the orgs and other sites listed in the Blogroll and in the right column.  No essay I write or news item I comment makes any monetary profit.  They are simply an extension of the groups and people in whom represent my own personal views, and I am one who likes to share the commonality of purpose these groups and authors have to share.  This entry falls into that category: I’m sharing what I believe is a commonality of purpose that we desperately need right now.

I am an admirer of Mark Levin, the Talk Radio firebrand that served in Ronald Reagan’s Justice Department.  He has a vast wealth of experience as a litigator and student of our Constitution and our Foundational history.  But most of all, he is a warrior who understands that the time for soft talk and half-measures is over, and calls things what they are without apology.  As someone who identifies with that character trait; often despised by those who do not like my tone  – (albeit I’m probably more ‘extreme’ than Mr. Levin), I believe it is well-past the time to call the evil, the idiocy and the subterfuge of Washington D.C. for what it is.

Many of us feel completely helpless in the face of what I call a MarxoFascist tyranny under the Obama regime and the Ruling Class GOP Oligarchs (Mr. Levin calls them Statists), and as divided as Conservatives seem to be over so many issues, it is disconcerting it seems we can do nothing short of a bloodbath to stem the tide of tyranny coming from the Federal Government.

So Mr. Levin lays out a plan of action in his new book “The Liberty Amendments – Restoring the American Republic” .  It is the first REAL plan that would appear to have any viability in this age of deceit and despair.

Mr. Levin details a provision the Founding Fathers actually left for We The People in the Constitution to deal with the kind of tyranny from government we are suffering.  Utilizing a specific provision in the Second Provision of Article V of the Constitution of the United States, Mr. Levin boldly lays out a course of action that can halt and stem the tide of tyranny this Republic is withering from, making the case for the kind of true liberty that the Founders intended for us – not the free-for-all anarchy that exists as ‘freedom’ today.

While none of us have been able to read the details of these Amendments that Mark Levin suggests can end the Ruling Class stranglehold on power, it is thusfar the ONLY potentially viable course and cause out there right now.    The GOP are worse than eunuchs.  The daily evidence shows that the Leadership of the Republican Party are in reality, nothing more than Political Judenrats for the MarxoFascists by assisting their purge of Conservatives from political relevance.  Any talk of putting Obama or tyranny in-check by Republicans is just empty rhetoric to keep a dissolving base in tow.

But let me stress the word CAUSE.

Our Founders  were united in a single cause on a common foundation.  Sadly – we no longer have that foundation today – and I’m speaking of the Foundation John Adams himself referred in terms of the only foundation that our Constitution was able to govern.  The Liberty Amendments may be a cause in which to rally and focus – and I suggest to those of faith – that the Liberty Amendments Mr. Levin proposes MUST – I repeat MUST be framed and discussed within the moral bulwark of biblical religion and faith, otherwise Mr. Levin’s suggested Amendments will fare no better than the first Ten, and possibly never see fulfillment.  Liberty and the Gospel go hand-in-hand.  We must be a moral people in whom God is the Sovereign, from whom our rights are derived, for only then is our cause justified.

My chief concern is knowing the enemy.  When one understands history, when one is honest with facts, such a prospect is not going to materialize without sacrifice.   The fact is that the MarxoFascist/Statist/Ruling Class regime in power,  ruling us like subjects – is NEVER going to allow an effort to depose them of their power, succeed.  They are going to fight it by every and all means possible.  They will instigate a bloodbath if needs be, and they will be willing to render the entire nation to ashes rather than lose their grip on power.  Such is the nature of the kind of people now in power in Washington.  Unmoored from religion and biblical morality.  Unmoored from scripture.  Unmoored from the civil society.  Such men in power are nothing but Beasts, and that nature will be revealed in-full when their feasting on our wealth, liberty and lifeblood is threatened.

The bible tells us that in such endeavors, we need to count the cost.  This is one issue that Mark Levin may not have addressed yet, except in perhaps glancing terms.

These Amendments may be our salvation from tyranny if we return to God as a whole people and providence blesses their application.  At bare minimum, they are a gift – a gift of having a COMMON CAUSE to rally behind.  To give what may become a long, arduous, and even excruciating struggle – a reason to continue to fight.

Because up until now – Conservatives are divided.  Americans can barely even agree on what the definition of what liberty itself is.  Is it a right to do what one pleases in his own eyes?  Or was it’s purpose to serve something higher than self? To enshrine a civil society whereby providence could lead each person to the calling and purpose they may choose to follow?  History is full of regimes and governments of men that interfere and even arbitrate what can be followed and worshipped, most often making the State the object of worship itself.

Jefferson said, our Liberties are a gift from God – and too many have already had that conviction removed from their minds.   If we believe they are a gift from heaven, will we not fight for that gift?  Or will we surrender them to convenience and the temporary promise from tyrants and appeasers that they will spare us evil?

I imagine Mr. Levin would  be as John Adams was during the First Continental Congress – and no Dickenson is going to dissuade Mr Levin’s efforts, for this is truly the last stop before powder and artillery become the surest and most effective conciliatory measures we can adopt against tyranny.

Unlike the modern Statist, who defies, ignores, or rewrites the Constitution for the purpose of evasion, I propose that we, the people, take a closer look at the Constitution for our preservation. The Constitution itself provides the means for restoring self- government and averting societal catastrophe (or, in the case of societal collapse, resurrecting the civil society) in Article V.

Before anyone gets into a panic and tizzy over the thought of a Con-con, what Mr. Levin looks to propose is LIMITED to the specifics the Framers intended and it cannot become the free-for-all nightmare many envision a Constitutional Convention would become in this day and age.  Provided we are able to educate and steer the public to understanding.  It is without question, a cause and blueprint for a very long and hard war that WE MUST FIGHT.

I hold no allusions about what the Marxofascists and their allied Judenrats in the GOP/Ruling Class and government will attempt to do to thwart and otherwise demean and diminish this effort.  In fact, The Obama regime and those in Federal power have already prepared for what they call “the counter revolution” to their glorious ‘people’s revolution’ (Hope & Change).  The evidence exists that this government is prepared for war on it’s own citizens.  In fact it is manifest if anyone is honest with the facts.  What are 1.6 BILLION rounds of hollow-point ammunition, APCs, tanks for DHS for???  Certainly not Islamic Jihadists.  The April 2009 DHS Terror Assessment does not list Muslims or Jihadists – but rather Conservatives, Christians and patriots as the true and real threat to the country.

Should this effort of the Liberty Amendments gain in popularity and effect, those in power will make the cost for anyone attempting to implement these provisions – more than most right now are probably willing to bear.

Ultimately, given history – what they are going to cost each and every one of us who still cherishes liberty, is the cost of our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

Crony Capitalism? No Rush, Let’s Call It What It Really Is

Conservative Talk Radio hosts are willfully missing the truth of what America is being transformed into.

Perhaps they do not want to sound like a ‘conspiracy freak’.  Perhaps they do not want to sound alarming or cross an invisible line they know the Left will go berserk over.  But for some reason, the voices of Conservatism are using a term to describe the corruption and perversion of business and corporations by the Obama regime that gives the radical Left in this country – more ammunition to pummel their ideological hatred of our former core mechanism of wealth creation.

The term they keep using is ‘Crony Capitalism’.  That’s a term I’m formally taking issue with, because what is occurring is something far more sinister than just a simple case of political graft and corruption.

I am fond of hearing the Conservative radio hosts espouse the fact that ‘words mean things’.  Good.  Because yes, they do.  Losing our language is one of many reasons this post-Constitutional Republic is foundering.  Our society led by the Obama media machine refuses to call sin what it is,  refuses to call Jihadists what they are – but incessantly call what we used to consider to be good, evil, and celebrates evil as good.  Something the Bible says woe to those that do (Isaiah 5:20).

Plain words and their meaning are something the Left in this country have bastardized to their advantage by controlling the language and crafting the narrative to fit their agenda. They twist words to pervert their meaning and then use them as a bludgeon on their opposition.  At the same time, the Conservative Movement, being attacked by not only the Left, but the Ruling Class of their own party – are growing timid in calling things what they are, as if walking on eggshells is going to win over anyone to our ideological side.

The Left employs a rule weapon of their own design that says that the moment someone invokes Hitler or Nazism to make a comparison – they automatically lose the argument.  Well – I never agreed to any such rule in the first place – and we’re at war with the Left as far as I’m concerned – so to hell with their rules. I never granted them such authority as to dictate how an argument must be made.   I prefer to call things what they are.  However, I think many are cowed by these types of ‘rules’ the Left sets up and they sometimes do not call things what they are to avoid an insult or a label.  Others may refuse to make such comparisons because doing so they estimate is somehow an affront to history and trivializes the horrors suffered.  I say nonsense.  Such comparisons should serve as a warning of history repeating itself because we forget history.

Why am I taking issue with Conservatives using the term ‘Crony Capitalism’ to describe what the Obama regime and the Ruling Class are doing?  Because that term is not what is actually taking place.

Leftists are succeeding in convincing America that the entire concept of Capitalism is evil, flawed and wrong. They will point to pundits like Limbaugh and Levin who use the term ‘Crony Capitalism’ as some kind of ‘proof’ that Capitalism is not only evil evidenced by the term itself, but wholly corruptible and therefore must be discarded.  While certainly cronyism is at play and has been an issue in politics in America for as long as anyone can remember (Cook County, IL anyone?) – Obama and his Democrats have taken it to a level far above and beyond cronyism and graft.

Rush made a comment on his radio program on Wednesday that triggered this essay.  As he was describing what is being institutionalized across our nation at the local, state and federal level, I recognized it as something other than what he did.

Now, folks, I don’t want to be misunderstood.  I’m a capitalist.  Don’t get me wrong.  But look at all the bailouts that have taken place.  Part of capitalism is when something fails, it fails.  When an investment doesn’t work, it doesn’t work.  You can’t bail out everybody.  And once you start picking people you’re bailing out, then you’ve got crony capitalism, and that ain’t good.  And what we have now, you have these various bailouts, you have government funding, chosen industries which can’t make it on their own and often can’t even make it with government help. All the Solyndras, for example, and right now the electric cars. I don’t mean to harp on them, but you take your pick.  Industries that can’t make it and therefore shouldn’t, the market will always tell you the truth about things.  Industries that shouldn’t make it then get propped up.  That is not capitalism, and it’s artificial.  It isn’t real.

Winners and losers are being picked by the government and you no longer have capitalism and you longer have free markets.  And now there are corporate entities who care about immigration for one reason only:  cheap labor.  What happens in the country, couldn’t care less.  They’re citizens of the world.  They’re gonna have customers wherever.  So they’re not ideologically sympathetic any longer.  So, folks, we have to admit here that despite all the talk about the middle class and class warfare, big government, crony capitalism, crony socialism, seems to be the objective of both parties now.

What Rush describes here is something far more sinister and oppressive than the term ‘crony capitalism’ conveys.  What Rush described is not crony capitalism.

It’s fascism.  A Mussolini-styled form of Fascism.

And that IS the objective of both political parties and any business or corporation that stands to make a profit by getting in bed with government.

Fascism in it’s purest sense is Socialism with a Capitalist facade, continuing the illusion that wealth and property are still sovereign in the hands of the individual, while the state regulates and directs it.

Sheldon Richman at the Library of Economics and Liberty defines it this way:

Where socialism sought totalitarian control of a society’s economic processes through direct state operation of the means of production, fascism sought that control indirectly, through domination of nominally private owners. Where socialism nationalized property explicitly, fascism did so implicitly, by requiring owners to use their property in the “national interest”—that is, as the autocratic authority conceived it. (Nevertheless, a few industries were operated by the state.) Where socialism abolished all market relations outright, fascism left the appearance of market relations while planning all economic activities. Where socialism abolished money and prices, fascism controlled the monetary system and set all prices and wages politically. In doing all this, fascism denatured the marketplace. Entrepreneurship was abolished. State ministries, rather than consumers, determined what was produced and under what conditions.

Is that not exactly what Rush described on his radio program excerpt above?  Compare the institutionalization of what we see happening by the Ruling Class and business under Obama and what Sheldon defines here as Fascism (my proofs in parenthesis):

Under fascism, the state, through official cartels (IRS, EPA, DHS, OSHA, USDA, et al.), controlled all aspects of manufacturing, commerce, finance, and agriculture. Planning boards set product lines, production levels, prices, wages, working conditions, and the size of firms (are you paying attention?  ObamaCare anyone?). Licensing was ubiquitous; no economic activity could be undertaken without government permission. Levels of consumption were dictated by the state, and “excess” incomes had to be surrendered as taxes or “loans” (Tax the rich, ban large sodas, eat more arugula, etc.)

Any of this sound familiar?  It should. It’s the transformational process we are currently witnessing taking shape by the hand of Obama and his ‘cartels’ in all the Alphabet agencies of government.  What Sheldon defines of Fascism is already being implemented in full by Obama.  And the Drones and the Welfare Class are cheering for it.  But there’s more in Sheldon’s definition of Fascism, and this is essentially what Rush himself was describing:

Fascism embodied corporatism, in which political representation was based on trade and industry rather than on geography. In this, fascism revealed its roots in syndicalism, a form of socialism originating on the left. The government cartelized firms of the same industry, with representatives of labor and management serving on myriad local, regional, and national boards—subject always to the final authority of the dictator’s economic plan. Corporatism was intended to avert unsettling divisions within the nation, such as lockouts and union strikes. The price of such forced “harmony” was the loss of the ability to bargain and move about freely.

Corporatism, cartelizing firms,  government boards, always subject to the final authority of a dictator’s economic plan.  This is what is being done under Obama – a true Imperial Presidency burgeoning on a defacto dictatorship.

Benito Mussolini established Fascism as Italy’s economic model.  As a Marxist, he modified the aspects of full government control by using Class warfare and declaring individuals who resist the ‘collective’ as being ‘selfish’.

“The citizen in the Fascist State is no longer a selfish individual who has the anti-social right of rebelling against any law of the Collectivity. The Fascist State with its corporative conception puts men and their possibilities into productive work and interprets for them the duties they have to fulfill”. – Benito Mussolini, Biography (p. 280)

The overall theme of Obama’s economics and the Democrat party itself is embodied in what Mussolini himself wrote.   The Left in this country declares those who do not embrace them and their policies as ‘anti-social’ (racists, bigots, homophobes etc.). Anyone recall Obama lecturing us about “collective salvation”?

“The citizen in the Fascist State is no longer a selfish individual who has the anti-social right of rebelling against any law of the Collectivity”.

This is what Obama is actually talking about folks; Fascism.  It’s what ‘collective salvation’ means.  He’s transforming America into a Fascist state right before our eyes.

Using the term ‘Crony Capitalism’ diminishes what is actually taking shape.

So let’s call them what they are – and what they are institutionalizing what it is.

If we want to be original – since much of what the Obama regime and the Democrat party is doing is a hybrid of Marxism, Socialism and Fascism – I choose to refer to Obama and the Ruling Class in this country as MARXOFASCISTS.

McConnell: DISCLOSE ACT Will Silence Criticism of Obama By Intimidation

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

While the nation is still reeling from the outrage over the ObamaCare ruling and Obama’s Policy Directive abolishing the 1996 Welfare Reform Act, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) on Friday raised the alarm bells on another bill that will be voted on in the Senate on Monday.

The DISCLOSE ACT (Democracy Is Strengthened by Casting Light On Spending in Elections Act), Or The Mob Intimidation Act as Mark Levin called it, is scheduled for a vote in the Senate on Monday.  is not about disclosing – it’s about intimidation.  DISCLOSE ( another ridiculous misnomer by the Democrats) is an attempt to require ALL 501-C4s and 3’s to disclose political causes and contributions made.  Under the prism of ‘transparency’ in campaigns, the Act according to McConnell is not at all what is being painted by the Democrats.

Mr. McConnell stated on Mark Levin’s radio program on Friday evening that the bill is a “direct threat to the First Amendment” and will require disclosure of all 501-C4s for this Administration in order to intimidate those pesos and corporations that disagree with the Obama regime by using the IRS and the FCC.

McConnell said that Democrats and bill Sponsor Chuck Schumer (D-NY)  “Jury rigged this bill to exempt all unions from any of requirement imposed on non-unions”, one of the major political arms of Obama and the Democrats.  He went on to state that this bill not at all “serious” about transparency, rather it is a cynical attempt to silence any bad-mouthing of Obama or the Democrats.  McConnell did not mince words by stating that the bill is “designed to quiet the voices of Conservatives who complain about Obama….using this bill as an enemies’ list”.  McConnell suggested that persons and groups who are critical of this Administration face intimidation by the FCC or the IRS for blogging or supporting groups upon this bill’s passage.

Schumer is a sponsor of DISCLOSE, and admitted is a ‘deterrent effect’ to quiet the voices or scare away those who oppose Obama and his policies.  The Senate Minority Leader was more pointed by claiming that the bill is designed to ” Shut up their critics and intimidate people” while at the same time creating a massive ‘power grab’ of American’s free speech rights.

The NRA is also pushing hard to help defeat this.

McConnell closed by stating that “This Administration is a real threat to America as we have known it”.

US News & World Report also weighs in and also classifies this Act as a mechanism to intimidate any supporters for Romney:

On Monday the U.S. Senate is going to again take up the DISCLOSE Act, an effort the Democrats and their allies want to pass in order to be able to intimidate donors to the GOP, to Romney, and to conservative causes.

….It’s not the new system they don’t like—even while they attack it. It’s that without knowing the identity of the donors who are giving the money to the GOP, they can’t send their mobs arising out of the “Occupy” movement and like-minded groups to the homes of donors in an effort to intimidate them into closing their checkbooks. Last week, for example, hoards of protesters descended on a neighborhood in New York to picket the home of a couple holding a Romney fundraiser, including a plane towing an obnoxious banner overhead.

Other donors to Romney have been singled out by name by the Obama campaign, triggering boycotts of the companies with whom they are affiliated. No such actions have been taken, on the other hand, against individuals or events organized to raise funds for pro-Obama groups. The hypocrisy of the left on these issues should be apparent to anyone who cares to look. They don’t want an even playing field. They don’t want fairness. They want to force, through new law or through intimidation, the GOP’s money out of the political process so they can do all the spending they want, unmatched by anyone who disagrees.

Remember how Sarah Palin was crucified by the Media and the Marxist Left for saying that ObamaCare contained Death Panels?

Remember how she was poo-poohed and her statements called “ridiculous”??

Turns out that our national nightmare is just beginning and Sarah Palin was absolutely correct to call Obama’s HHS as containing ‘death panels’.

I’d like to jar your memory and ask you to recall when Obama replied to a question about his healthcare plan that “You are better off not having the surgery, but taking the pain pill”

Turns out – this is INDEED the plan of Obama’s new HHS.

On Mark Levin’s radio program this evening, a Neuro Surgeon who Levin’s show had vetted, confirmed to the host that during a conference in Washington D.C., that officials at HHS said patients will now be referred to as “units”, and that surgeons must have approval from political health boards appointed by HHS (without any medical credentials) to decide whether or not a “unit” meets criteria to allow a life-saving surgery and instead INSIST on “comfort care” (to death) as opposed to aggressive life-saving treatment.  Mark had said they will post the audio of the phone call of this Neuro Surgeon on his web site at this link.

Starting in 2014, HHS will mandate End of Life Counseling, and focus on physicians providing “Comfort-Care” to “units” – meaning to give those needing medical treatment a pain pill,  instead of potentially life-saving care.  Obama is again consistent that what he writes and says he is going to do – while the media provides a smokescreen and redefinition of absolute tyranny transformed into an angel of light.

So instead of gas chambers being used to eliminate ‘unwanteds’ from society – the same kind of politically-appointed ‘death panels’ will simply order life-saving care be withheld from “units” who they deem are not worthy to receive care.

Obama will make us all just ‘take a pain pill’, like a morphine drip to wheel us all quietly to the graves they have dug for all of us, and liberty.
