There is no Paul Revere right now, yet daily we can see the encroachment of the kings’s men upon what remains of those who stand up for liberty.

I find it very telling, that the Federal Beast who rounded up and arrested more patriots yesterday says that those they sent SWAT teams to arrest:

“…recruited, organized, and led hundreds of other followers in using armed force against law enforcement officers in order to thwart the seizure and removal of Cliven Bundy’s cattle from federal public lands…These indictments and subsequent arrests send an irrefutable message to the American people that our determination remains steadfast to protect them and pursue individuals who participate in violent acts of this nature“

Oh yeah?  ‘pursue individuals who participate in violent acts of this nature’????? What about these thugs who actually engaged in REAL violence?

What about those who looted and burned down Ferguson Missouri?  Shot cops in Baltimore?  Advocated the killings of all law enforcement agents?  No, the key words there are ‘of this nature’ that means any defiance of federal agents imposing tyranny are those they will pursue. Marxist Blackshirts burning down towns and hunting cops in the name of ‘racial justice’ does not rise to that criteria apparently.

These are the very same government tyrants that have looked the other way while the leaders and antagonists of the Black Lives Matter mob that instigated those acts have been invited to the White House and obtained celebrity status.  How many rioters in those mobs doing real violence and damage have been rounded up like the patriots who were actually protesting real government tyranny?  Answer: NONE.

The message from the Feds is clear: Defy us or dare to stand up against what we are doing, and you will be arrested and/or killed. 

How long before bloggers like me and all those who speak out against real lawless tyranny being perpetrated by the rulers that have usurped the Constitutional limits on government, are rounded up or killed by agents of the state?  Given the history of other republics that have fallen into imperial tyrannies led by an oligarchy, my guess is not long.

It is important for all of you to know and understand this lesson from history: you CANNOT stop tyranny via civil means.  No laws, rules or new guards to safeguard our liberties will be regarded by the kind of tyrants and their agencies that now rule us.  The only legitimate authority the government now has, are the guns that their agents WILL put to your head to force compliance.

And for most, as history teaches – they will ignore tyranny and try to keep a low profile so as to avoid the possibility of ending up a hunted undesirable dissident.  And that is how despotism becomes permanent and ends up a genocide against all those that the regime determines are enemies of the state.

I do not know how long Youtube will allow this to remain up before the Feds tell them to take it down, but I urge you to listen to what this patriot says and urges.  His words are truth, and the fact the government has declared what he says to be an act of insurrection ought to tell you that the America you once knew, has fallen.  Tyranny is here.

No Such Thing As Islamic Terrorists. Terror Threat Is From ‘Right Wing’ American ‘Extremists’: DHS Report

Obama wraps up his ‘violent extremism’ summit refusing to acknowledge Islamic Terrorism as his DHS issues a new report that lists Conservative ‘right wing’ American citizens as a terror threat.

Obama emphatically says that we cannot lump Muslims and terrorist into the same sentence, because doing so gives ‘violent extremists legitimacy’.  However, Obama’s DHS has no problem lumping American Conservatives who oppose government tyranny in with separatists and warn that they pose a greater threat as domestic terrorists.

At the occasion of Obama’s ‘Combating violent extremism’ circus – his DHS agency, no doubt under the advisement of the Southern Poverty Law Center, have AGAIN ignored Islamic terrorism and warns instead that “Right Wing” Conservatives as ‘sovereign citizens’ pose a greater domestic terror threat in an official government report issued to law enforcement.

The report identifies  ‘right wing terrorists’ as Americans who ‘reject government authority’.

It is amazing that this government consistently and willfully IGNORES Islamic terrorism, but is so very quick to actually PREDICT that ‘Right Wing” Americans are GOING to engage in terrorism.  In the report, CNN notes that DHS says ‘violence during 2015 will occur most frequently during routine law enforcement encounters at a suspect’s home, during enforcement stops and at government offices.” That begs the questions, how do they know that and exactly what is a “routine law enforcement encounter” that takes place at a suspect’s home?  Are federal gestapo/SS raids being planned?  Is the Obama regime planning on making SWAT raids on American citizens a routine occurrence that they predict will be met with resistance??  That would be the assumption reading these warnings.

Of the THOUSANDS of Islamic terror attacks that have killed innocents worldwide, of the myriad attacks inside the USA by Islamic Jihadists that killed American citizens – there is no mention by the Obama regime or this Alphabet agency that sees American citizens as a threat while giving cover to Islamic Jihadists.

Of the myriad attacks on police officers in the aftermath of the Ferguson, MO protests and promises by protest leaders to target law enforcement – DHS makes absolutely no mention, but instead they warn that law enforcement will be a primary target of ‘Right Wing Extremists’ in 2015.

DHS ignores wholesale the exponential increase in black on white assaults or the thousands who are rampaging malls across the country – but is precise to cite an alleged number of 24 ‘right wing extremist attacks’ since 2010.   Therefore DHS asserts that because there were 24 instances of these ‘extremist attacks’ since 2010 –  that more ‘attacks’ by ‘Right Wing terrorists’  will occur in 2015 and they pose a greater threat than any black protest mob or blood-thirsty Islamic Jihadist groups to law enforcement.

I will state again, an historical FACT – whenever a ruling class or government classify a group of people as a threat to the state – WITHOUT EXCEPTION IN ALL HISTORY –  that government and ruling class will attempt to eradicate those same people they classify as a domestic threat to the state from existence.

Get that through your head.

First comes the propaganda to condition the masses to accept the belief that their political targets are a danger and threat to the state.  Then the state moves to criminalize those same groups of people and quickly moves on to the eradication phase.  Satan sticks to what works and there is nothing new under the sun.

To this author’s discernment, this regime has already saturated the public with step 1, and is ready to go with implementing step 2 at any moment of it’s choosing.

Ponder the fact that this government has stockpiled BILLIONS of rounds of hollow-point ammunition while distributing armored APCs and MRAPs throughout the country.  Then note that the ATF will later this month ban non-lead ammunition while at the same time the EPA is being petitioned to ban all lead ammunition; couple those moves with the FCC and the FEC plans to take over the internet with secret plans (all of this to happen by the end of next month BTW) – can we not see the handwriting on the wall?

The Obama regime is planning to instill an iron-fisted tyranny and go to war on American citizens that they have already and consistently declared a ‘terror threat’ because they oppose this regime’s ideology and it’s attempts to ‘fundamentally transform’ the nation.

 

DHS intelligence report warns of domestic right-wing terror threat

Washington (CNN)They’re carrying out sporadic terror attacks on police, have threatened attacks on government buildings and reject government authority.

A new intelligence assessment, circulated by the Department of Homeland Security earlier this month and reviewed by CNN, focuses on the domestic terror threat from right-wing sovereign citizen extremists, and comes as the Obama administration holds a White House conference to focus efforts to fight violent extremism.

Some federal and local law enforcement groups view the domestic terror threat from sovereign citizen groups as equal to — and in some cases greater than — the threat from foreign Islamic terror groups, such as ISIS, that garner more public attention.​

The DHS report, produced in coordination with the FBI, counts 24 violent sovereign citizen-related attacks around the U.S. since 2010.

The government says these are extremists who believe they can ignore laws and that their individual rights are under attack in routine daily instances such as a traffic stop or being required to obey a court order.

They’ve lashed out against authority in incidents such as one in 2012, in which a father and son allegedly engaged in a shootout with police in Louisiana, in a confrontation that began with an officer pulling them over for a traffic violation. Two officers were killed and several others wounded in the confrontation. The men were sovereign citizen extremists who claimed police had no authority over them.

Among the findings from the DHS intelligence assessment: “[Sovereign citizen] violence during 2015 will occur most frequently during routine law enforcement encounters at a suspect’s home, during enforcement stops and at government offices.”

The report adds that “law enforcement officers will remain the primary target of [sovereign citizen]” violence over the next year due to their role in physically enforcing laws and regulations.”

The White House has fended off criticism in recent days for its reluctance to say the words “Islamist extremism,” even as the conference this week almost entirely focused on helping Imams and community groups to counteract the lure of groups like ISIS.

Absent from the White House conference is any focus on the domestic terror threat posed by sovereign citizen, militias and other anti-government terrorists that have successfully carried multiple attacks in recent years.

An administration official says the White House is focused on the threat from all terrorists, including from sovereign citizen and other domestic groups.

“I don’t think it’s fair to say the [White House] conference didn’t address this at all,” the official said, adding that President Barack Obama addressed the need to combat “violent ideologies” of all types.

An official at the Justice Department, which is leading the administration’s counter-radicalization effort, says many of the tactics aimed at thwarting radical Islamic recruitment of young people can also be used to fight against anti-government extremist groups.

While groups like ISIS and al Qaeda garner the most attention, for many local cops, the danger is closer to home.

A survey last year of state and local law enforcement officers listed sovereign citizen terrorists, ahead of foreign Islamists, and domestic militia groups as the top domestic terror threat.

The survey was part of a study produced by the University of Maryland’s National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism.

In 2013 a man who held anti-government views carried out a shooting attack on three Transportation Security Administration employees at the Los Angeles Airport, killing one TSA officer. Last year a couple killed two police officers and a bystander at a Las Vegas Walmart store.

Mark Potok, senior fellow at the Southern Poverty Law Center, said by some estimates there are as many as 300,000 people involved in some way with sovereign citizen extremism. Perhaps 100,000 people form a core of the movement, he said.

The federal government’s focus on the domestic groups waxes and wanes, Potok said, in part because the threat from foreign groups like al Qaeda and its affiliates.

Potok says sovereign citizen groups have attracted support because of poor economic conditions. Some groups travel the country pitching their ideology as a way to help homeowners escape foreclosure or get out of debt, by simply ignoring the courts and bankruptcy law.

The DHS report’s focus on right-wing terrorists is a subject that garnered political controversy for the Obama administration in the past. In 2009, a DHS report on possible recruitment of military veterans by right-wing militia groups prompted an outcry from veterans groups.

The report was produced by staff during the Bush administration, but wasn’t published until then Homeland Security Janet Napolitano had taken office. Napolitano criticized her own agency for the report.

 

Supreme Court Justice Stevens: “Change 2nd Amendment – Only Military Should Have Right To Arms”.

Former Supreme Court Justice advocates changing Six Amendments in the Bill of Rights – including the Second Amendment in new book.

As with all MarxoFascists (i.e.: liberals, progressives, Democrats et al.) there is consensus among their arguments that the Constitution is flawed because it restricts government’s power over the people and the states, and focuses too much on individual rather than ‘collective’ rights.  In other words, it’s not Communist enough for them.

While we would normally laugh off the insanity coming from screwball MarxoFascists like you would find on MSNBC – the reality is that such ideologues hold the highest positions of power in our nation.  As such – the advancement of their total transformation agenda of a Republic into a Communist State is the only focus and goal.

One such ideologue is former so-called Republican and Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, who revealed his platform to commit treason in a new ‘manifesto’ he is hawking “Six Amendments: How and Why We Should Change the Constitution“.

One such Amendment he advocates changing is the Second Amendment.  His proposed treason is to change the text of the Second Amendment so that it reads: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms when serving in the militia shall not be infringed.”

Essentially what Stevens is advocating is that ONLY those serving in the military should have a right to arms.  Notwithstanding the history of every single genocidal regime ever come to power in mankind’s history, limits weapons to be in the hands of the military, loyal to it’s leader.  That is a history Stevens and his MarxoFascist traitors never seem to note.

The Constitution explicitly states “the right of the people”, to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.  It says NOTHING about WHEN they are ‘allowed’ to keep and bear arms as Stevens’ proposal demands.

But even in regards to the MarxoFascist argument that only the militia should have arms, let us look at who the Founding Fathers considered the militia.  George Mason, called the ‘Father’ of the Constitution, wrote this:

“I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except
for a few public officials.” — George Mason, in Debates in Virginia

But in the world of the MarxoFascists and the tyrants they seek to empower – ‘the militia’ is the National Guard or the military – under the direct authority of the President to command.

A people stripped of arms are much easier to subjugate and eradicate by a tyrannical regime such as the one in power right now.  Our arms are the only thing that is preventing what is going on in Venezuela fro happening here.

FORMER JUSTICE STEVENS: CHANGE 2ND AMENDMENT TO IMPROVE CONSTITUTION

Former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens has released a new book focused, in part, on “improving” the Constitution through amending the Second Amendment–by making the rights protected therein applicable only to a militia instead of the citizenry at large.

Stevens’ book is titled Six Amendments: How and Why We Should Change the Constitution.

As written, the text of the Second Amendment is: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.”

According to Bloomberg Businessweek, Stevens believes recent court decisions–notablyDistrict of Columbia v Heller (2008) and McDonald v Chicago (2010)–placed too much emphasis on individual rights, rather than on what he believes was the Founding Fathers’ primary goal: namely, to answer “the threat that a national standing army posed to the sovereignty of the states.”

His solution is to amend the text of the Second Amendment so that it reads: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms when serving in the militia shall not be infringed.”

In other words, the protection of the right becomes collective and is only protected for those serving in the militia.

Among the many problems with Stevens’ idea is the often overlooked fact that the Second Amendment did not create a right when it was ratified in 1791. Rather, the Founding Fathers created the Second Amendment to protect a portion of the “certain unalienable Rights” with which man was “endowed by [his] Creator.”

The rights protected by the Second Amendment are individual rights, as are the rights that are protected, but not created, by the First, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments, among others.
