The Rule of Law Is Dead In America

Obama’s latest bypassing of Congress to implement a Climate Change Treaty by decree illustrates there is now only Rulers and the Ruled

I have been working for the last few weeks on an essay series related to what a moral and religious remnant must understand in the light of current events and politics under the Obama regime.

The affronts to what is left of our Constitutional Republic are happening now daily – almost to the point we cannot keep up with them.  We reel from yesterday’s affronts while new ones break today.  Americans are growing weary of outrage – as the tripwires to prevent despotic tyranny via the checks and balances instituted in our government system are compromised, ignored or overthrown altogether.   Most of the Federal Representatives in Congress have decided to go along with this velvet coup, because they know where the power is going to lie and they want a seat at the table so they can pass their hat and have our money thrown in it.

This is all by design – a technique of attrition to trod any resistance into surrender and capitulation.

What it lays before us in raw form, is the undeniable fact that the rule of law in America is dead.  There is now only law made or agreed to by the rulers to be imposed on those of us they rule.

The Impending Catastrophe

It’s not difficult to see this coming, if you bother to look.

There is no rule of law any more if you’re a government employee — or one of those protected by same.

Let’s put together just a partial list:

• Health care.  Monopoly and/or cartel behavior of any sort is supposed to be illegal under 15 USC (Sherman and Clayton Acts) if market power exists.  When you’re flat on your ass with a heart attack in process there is no market; ergo, it exists.  Ditto when you were just stung by a scorpion, or when the so-called “treating facility” refuses to present you with a price before they have you on the operating table — and they told you that the operation was immediately necessary to save your health and/or life.  That’s essentially all procedures except for elective, cosmetic ones — where there is actual competition and prices have fallen over time.  All of this behavior, from charging $60,000 for two $100 vials of scorpion antivenom, charging someone $9,000 to bandage a finger or billing a routine $10-30 test at $10,000 is part and parcel of this, and in any unprotected line of business everyone involved would do 10 years of prison time and be fined $1 million each.
• Government agencies, such as the IRS and NSA.  The number of times that have been documented in which perjury has been committed, a crime, (cough-Clapper-cough!) is too long to list.  We now find out that in the IRS targeting investigation not only is there a backup of Lerner’s computer (as I originally asserted there had to be) but IRS lawyers admitted to the intentional destruction of the data on her BlackBerry after the investigation began.  For you or I that would immediately result in an obstruction of justice felony charge leveled against everyone involved – including Lerner herself.  Well, where is it?
• Education.  Cartel behavior at its finest.  You can find virtually any sort of knowledge and lectures on any topic you wish online nowdays.  Yet without obtaining them at a price infinitely higher than those freely available, the exact same material I might add and often delivered by the exact same professors, your knowledge is deemed immaterial and worthless.  This occurs due to cartel behavior between universities and businesses — again, something that should bring immediate prosecution under 15 USC.  Well, where is it?
• Education again.  Not content to try to force you to pay them something they also conspire to force you to pay more.  Once you’re a captive sucker you get hammered on all sides; you are first told to file a FASFA in which your parents must disclose their assets and income, never mind that you’re an adult.  Then, if you’re not poor, despite this being sold to you as being a means of obtaining “aid”, you are offered only loans, which are not aid at all.  This particular cartel behaviorincludes the government as they will attempt to force you to file one even to claim things they say are earned, such as “Bright Futures” scholarships!  Once you get to class it’s even worse; your son or daughter who paid the full price (and had to borrow the money and thus pay interest too!) is sitting next to a kid who paid little or nothing.  How?  Your son or daughter was effectively forced to buy his tuition!  Communism at its finest, all at gunpoint.
• So-called “law enforcement.”  Point a gun at another person when you are not legally permitted to shoot (e.g. to stop a forcible felony in process) and you are arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon (or aggravated assault in some jurisdictions.)  The identical behavior was documented on video and still camera images all over Ferguson by the police; where are the indictments?
• Banks.  Swindle someone out of $10,000 and it’s grand theft, extortion, fraud or any one of a dozen other crimes, all serious felonies.  Hell, all you have to do is a pass a bad check in many jurisdictions to wind up on the wrong end of a felony indictment!  It has been proved that myriad large banks sold securities to customers representing them as “good investments” when in fact their own internal emails document that their staff called them “vomit” (and other similar names) — that is, they knew they were worthless.  Where are the indictments?
• The Federal Reserve.  The Federal Reserve Act specifically charges the FOMC with regulating both money and credit so as to maintain stable prices, moderate long term interest rates and maximum employment.  Maximum employment may be a loosely-defined goal as may “moderate” long-term interest rates but stable is not a fuzzy word.  The Federal Reserve has willfully and intentionally violated this mandate serially since its inception.  You have about 3-4% of your earnings powerstolen every single year as a consequence.  Where are the indictments?
• Ben Bernanke has admitted that (in his view) virtually all systemically important financial firms were on the edge of collapse in 2008.  This, he cites, is justification for his extraordinary policy moves.  There’s a problem — his mandate is to regulate said money and credit systems all the time, not just in a crisis.  That filing is an admission that both he and the NY Fed failed to do so; that is, they failed to perform their statutory duty.  Why aren’t both he and Tim Geithner in prison, seeing as he made this admission before a court in a sworn filing?

Here’s the problem with this sort of behavior and the protection of same: Civility in general only exists because you, I, and most of the rest of society willingly conform our behavior to the law.  

There are not enough cops, no matter what sort of badge and uniform they wear, to enforce the law otherwise.  If any material percentage of the population decides to behave as these people in their protected circumstances have and do the entirety of law and order collapses instantly.

Well, why is it that you permit the above to occur?  Why did you allow it to develop?  Why do you still allow it?

And how long will it before all of this theft and fraud renders you unable to keep your head above water?

Let me explain that for you: For most people you’re already unable.

Look at the stock market, as one example.  There is more margin debt outstanding than cash in accounts as of today, and in fact this margin is worse than ever before in history (yes, even worse than in 2007.)  In other words, but for the claimed paper value of said certificates the market is factually bankrupt right now on a gross, “every man” basis!

Almost 20% of the gross domestic product of this nation (that is, everything produced) is siphoned off by the health care “system” with its grift, extortion and abuse.  That’s nearly one dollar in five!  A look at other developed, first-world nations (e.g. Japan) discloses that we should be able to buy our health care for somewhere between 1/10th and 1/5th of what we pay today.  Were that to be the case there would be no need for Medicare, Medicaid or health insurance — Obamacare or otherwise! Medicare is a great example; you’re responsible for 20% of the cost, by default, and you must pay a premium to the government.  But if your care was anywhere from 1/5th to 1/10th of today’s price you would actually pay less than the co-pay and deductible you pay today and you wouldn’t pay any premium at all!  In other words, even for the old guy or gal that currently is “on the dole” and allegedly “getting something” you’d be better off financially without Medicare were all of these acts to be prosecuted instead of protected!  Whether you’re rich, poor, young or retired, this scam steals from you each and every day without delivering any more value than it would without the theft.

Take the scam out of education and the cost collapses.  Now you could flip pizzas to pay for college as you could in the 1970s and early 80s before those schemes were instituted.  Prosecute The Federal Reserve Board and Banks and the price of assets, including houses would collapse — probably by 75% or more.  Not only does this mean you could buy a house for far less but for those who choose not to or who can’t rents would come down by 3/4 as well!

Why do you need Section 8 and other similar programs when your cost of housing is cut to a tiny fraction of what it is today?

You don’t!

If you believe that the cost of food hasn’t skyrocketed in the last five years you’re not paying attention.  It has.  Ditto for energy.  Oh yes, those are “excluded” from “inflation” numbers, but you have to buy them anyway.

So what happens when you can’t make the income balance against the outflow?  You borrow money in some form or fashion.

Yet that simply puts you further in the hole.

And that’s what’s been going since roughly 1980:

Of course borrowing against nothing, that is, creating credit with nothing behind it, looks good initially because it makes it appear you can keep buying things.  Unfortunately that credit comes with both a requirement to repay it and interest; the latter is a huge problem because over time it compounds just as do earnings.

The usual chestnut is that borrowing stimulates production and is of net benefit.  But the facts are that when borrowing accumulates faster than output that assertion is proved false; what is really going on is that people are borrowing to either consume or speculate.  The former permanently destroys value and the latter leaves you exposed to instant insolvency since the alleged “price” of what you speculate on has been disconnected from its value and is now largely (or even entirely!) predicated only on what someone else will pay.

The majority opinion appears to be that as long as you can get your little piece of the grift, whether it be Medicare, Food Stamps, Section 8 or a rising stock market it’s all ok.  Ask yourself — is that actually true or are you deluding yourself?  Are you falling behind despite getting your little piece of the grift or are you getting ahead?  What about your children?  Are they able to get ahead?  Is the same sort of investment you made 20 or 30 years ago credible as a means for them to obtain results similar or superior to what you obtained, or are they staring down a black hole of indebtedness while pulling coffees at Starbucks?  How about that “new car”; nearly $40,000 today as a “median” price and loan terms extending toward eight years — when just a little while ago the normal term was four.  How’s the job market in your area?  More importantly than the number of jobs — how’s the pay and how does that compare against the increase in health care, food, fuel and insurance expenses you must pay every day just to remain solvent?

Think about it for a while.

Then once again contemplate this: For how long as you going to allow all of the above to continue?  Will you allow it to continue right up until civility is lost entirely or will you demand that it stop and that those committing these acts face the same charges and penalties that you or I would for the same offenses?

U.S. Mission Logo Reveals An Ominous Spectre

Like everything in Obama’s regime – the tentacles of government reach everywhere, and now they’re proud to advertise that fact.

Everything we do is monitored, recorded and collected by Obama’s NSA.  Anything you do digitally or online is monitored as well as anything you say or text on a phone.  But such power is still not enough to sate the appetite to know everything about everyone, everywhere.

As Communist Maxine Waters (D-CA) let slip some time ago: ““The President has put in place an organization with the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life”

It is fitting then that The Office of National Intelligence is sporting a logo it created for a mission to launch a rocket carrying classified monitoring payload featuring an octopus wrapping its tentacles across the globe with the slogan, “Nothing is beyond our reach.”

 

Clearly the Regime would like to instill the fear in all people that nothing is beyond their reach, indeed the MarxoFascists have their tentacles in everything from your healthcare to the food on your plate.  However, I think this logo fits in perfectly with other totalitarian propaganda in the past – and reveals a little more behind the curtain of what the Obama regime is all about.

Empire Strikes Back: Night Of Long Knives Is Nigh

The Ruling Class in Washington declare war on the Conservative/Tea party/Patriot movement and a Stalinist move to eradicate it has only just begun.

The Ruling Class in Washington, especially the MarxoFascist Democrats under Obama – HATE Conservative America.  The success of Tea Party Conservatives in the GOP like Senator Ted Cruz and Mike Lee in forcing the effort to defund Obamacare have earned the hatred and contempt of the Establishment Statists in both parties. The virulent hatred seems more pronounced from supposed GOP leaders like Mitch McConnell who considers Tea Party Conservatives “Traitors”, and Obama Democrats disguised as Republicans like John McCain – who blame Conservatives for the government shutdown while Obama himself refuses to negotiate.

Meanwhile Obama’s Brownshirts in the media and blogosphere are growing more shrill and threatening, advising and laying out subtle and not-so-subtle plans that Obama and the government simply declare Martial Law, arrest and even kill Conservatives and patriots.

New Republic suggests Obama use military against Tea Party

The liberal New Republic published an article that was a not-so-subtle suggestion that Barack Obama use military force against the Tea Party in the same manner Boris Yeltsin used it against hardliners in his government nearly 20 years ago.

“What is a president in a presidential constitutional republic to do when faced with an intransigent, bull-headed faction among his people’s representatives?” Julia Ioffe wrote.

She then gave a brief synopsis of the events that took place, saying Yeltsin faced a situation similar to what Obama now faces.

“Almost exactly 20 years ago, he dissolved parliament. The vice president and the speaker of the parliament dissolved Yeltsin’s presidency, and holed up with their supporters in the parliament’s headquarters, now known as ‘the White House,'” she said.

“Then Yeltsin did this to it,” she added immediately above a picture of a Russian armored vehicle in front of a flaming government building.

Although Ioffe didn’t explicitly say Obama should order the military to fire on members of the Tea Party, the implication was quite clear, and didn’t go unnoticed by readers of the New Republic.

America’s Night of the Long Knives May Hit the Tea Party/Patriot Movement Any Day Now!

In Nazi Germany during the time period between June 30, 1934 to July 2, 1934 a politically driven mass murder was initiated by Adolph Hitler to eradicate the Sturmabteilung (SA), also known as the paramilitary “brown shirts.” While many viewed the bloodshed as a necessary step for the ascension of Hitler to supreme control of the nation by eradicating an unstable ally and all other political enemies including the Communists and Social Democrats, the reality is that this was the most blatant exhibition of the path that Germany was traveling right up until the start of World War II five years later.

Fast forward to this evening on the Glenn Beck Television Show via TheBlaze TV network. He opened the story with more details on the attempted coup at FreedomWorks which occurred shortly before the Presidential Election of 2012 on the day after Labor Day. The Washington Post andMother Jones magazine both covered the story in great detail after the attempted overthrow of Matt Kibbe but Mr. Beck was sworn to silence by the group until tonight when he broke his version of the story without naming the guilty party who was actually an old guard Republican insider apparently working undercover to usurp and destroy the group’s efforts to elect more of the typical Republican politicians who are representative of the “uniparty” as I call the combined Progressive movement illustrated by the alleged two party system.

The article from theWashington Post is more than happy to illustrate how a wealthy benefactor Richard J. Stephenson bought off former Republican Majority Leader Dick Armey to keep him away from the group for a healthy sum of money:

The coup lasted all of six days. By Sept. 10, Armey was gone — with a promise of $8 million — and the five ousted employees were back. The force behind their return was Richard J. Stephenson, a reclusive Illinois millionaire who has exerted increasing control over one of Washington’s most influential conservative grass-roots organizations.

Stephenson, the founder of the for-profit Cancer Treatment Centers of America and a director on the FreedomWorks board, agreed to commit $400,000 per year over 20 years in exchange for Armey’s agreement to leave the group.

I guess even mercenaries have a price to quit a war while they are unscathed and ahead.

Fast forward to the dangerous political games underway in Washington, D.C. this past two months where any political opposition to the Republican establishment, Democratic Party leadership, and of course President Barrack Obama. The Republicans have gone out of their way to attack, belittle, and block any political action to stop Obamacare and other aspects of the Progressive political agenda that both “parties” desire to put into the force of law. Attacks by Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Representative Peter King have said some particularly nasty things in private and in public to attack the likes of Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT). Joined in these attacks is the power of not just the liberal extremist propaganda media, but now the allegedly conservative Fox News/Newscorp group of companies who have allowed the Karl Rove progressive movement to dictate and direct much of the political slant and reporting against any member of the Tea Party at their convenience.

Why the intense hatred for the Tea Party/Patriot movement which favor a return to Constitutional based rule within the framework as designed by the Founding Fathers? That is simple; it interferes with the ability to increase profit and power by removing control of the economy and political freedoms from the average citizen and into the vacuum known as the District of Columbia.

Sadly, it would appear that the intensely divisive disagreement over the budget, debt limit, and most importantly Obamacare is a trap not set by the Tea Party movement and its leaders but by the Democrat and Republican leadership to eradicate the call for freedom once and for all. The methodology for causing a political crisis so severe that action is taken against the Constitution minded politicians and groups is not important and will be discussed in an another article; this is more about the warning of what could happen and the results.

For anyone to think that a politician can not be framed is a naive thought process obtained from years of American innocence and belief in honor among the thieves of D.C. As the shutdown drags on, powers are in motion behind the scenes to usurp the likes of Cruz and Lee and if possible remove them from office on trumped up charges or by dishonoring them to force a resignation or worse if the powers that be had their preference. Imagine the power of the NSA, CIA, and IRS all combined to find and or create cause to entrap radio talk show hosts, bloggers, politicians, and 501c3′s which act as the face of the Tea Party and Patriot movements. Think about the consequences if after some sort of omnibus bill which covers all of the Progressive desires passes the House and Senate and signed into law by the President followed up with retaliation for daring to fight for the rights of the people they represent.

I fear that in the weeks ahead actions which will occur across the nation will drive many underground and imprison many others into the first true anti-American political detainees for the so-called “good of the people.” The charges, if any are disclosed, will be designed to humiliate all opposition and in some cases impart the guilt of being like the “nutcases in Waco” so as to show the population that their benefits, their free meal ticket was delayed and reduced as a result of a greedy few.  With the court system so heavily stacked against the Constitution at every level right up to the Supreme Court and a surveillance police state itching to unleash their power on the masses for their own good, I must warn all of my readers to be vigilant as the crisis drags onward and the real economic pain begins.

America’s night of the long knives may not involve the level of bloodshed that Nazi Germany’s did in the past, but the end result will be frighteningly the same minus the concentration camps and ovens; of course as others begin to resist further, construction of said camps and ovens is a step I would not put past the current leadership of both parties, especially as their personal fortunes are impacted by this growing Constitutional crisis and revenge becomes their goal instead of governance.

Obama Government Lists 72 Types of Americans It Considers “Extremists / Potential Terrorists”

Official U.S. Government documents list Conservative, Christian and Patriotic Americans as a danger to the state.

In addendum to my entry from yesterday, is this concise listing of whom the U.S. Government now considers to be an extremist, terrorist and threat to the nation.

Completely absent from these documents, is ANY mention of Islam or Jihadists.  Instead, the Obama regime considers anyone opposed to abortion, Communism, illegal Mexicans, or served in the military, or read alternative news sites  – as potential domestic terrorists, along with 67 other types of Americans.

I again warn – history teaches that without exception – once a government lists demonize certain groups of their people as a threat to their state, the state ALWAYS ends up criminalizing and then EXTERMINATING those groups and people they put on such lists.  Without exception.

Let that sink in.  Those are Satan’s fingerprints, he sticks to what works.  Genocidal madmen and Leftist Utopianists ALWAYS make lists and warn the populace of the threat of targeted citizens, before rounding them up for prisons, camps and extermination.  Or they do as Stalin did, and simply starve entire populations to death.  Because the state has been demonizing their targets, and blaming them for the misery being wrought upon the rest of the nation – once the round-ups begin, the populace applauds the state’s actions under the promise of restoration to normalcy.

Are you a conservative, a libertarian, a Christian or a gun owner?  Are you opposed to abortion, globalism, Communism, illegal immigration, the United Nations or the New World Order?  Do you believe in conspiracy theories, do you believe that we are living in the “end times” or do you ever visit alternative news websites (such as this one)?  If you answered yes to any of those questions, you are a “potential terrorist” according to official U.S. government documents.  At one time, the term “terrorist” was used very narrowly.  The government applied that label to people like Osama bin Laden and other Islamic jihadists.  But now the Obama administration is removing all references to Islam from terror training materials, and instead the term “terrorist” is being applied to large groups of American citizens.  And if you are a “terrorist”, that means that you have no rights and the government can treat you just like it treats the terrorists that are being held at Guantanamo Bay.  So if you belong to a group of people that is now being referred to as “potential terrorists”, please don’t take it as a joke.  The first step to persecuting any group of people is to demonize them.  And right now large groups of peaceful, law-abiding citizens are being ruthlessly demonized.

The groups of people in the list above are considered “problems” that need to be dealt with.  In some of the documents referenced above, members of the military are specifically warned not to have anything to do with such groups.

We are moving into a very dangerous time in American history.  You can now be considered a “potential terrorist” just because of your religious or political beliefs.  Free speech is becoming a thing of the past, and we are rapidly becoming an Orwellian society that is the exact opposite of what our founding fathers intended.

Please pray for the United States of America.  We definitely need it.

From Community Agitator To Dictator – Connecting The Dots Of Obama’s Rise To Imperial Leader

If we are known by the company we keep – Obama should be known as a harbinger of evil that hates everything America ever stood for.

Obama just happened to know 60s far-left radical revolutionary William Ayers, whose father just happened to be Thomas Ayers, who just happened to be a close friend of Obama’s communist mentor Frank Marshall Davis, who just happened to work at the communist-sympathizing Chicago Defender with Vernon Jarrett, who just happened to later become the father-in-law of Iranian-born leftist Valerie Jarrett, who Obama just happened to choose as his closest White House advisor, and who just happened to have been CEO of Habitat Company, which just happened to manage public housing in Chicago, which just happened to get millions of dollars from the Illinois state legislature, and which just happened not to properly maintain the housing—which eventually just happened to require demolition.

Valerie Jarrett also just happened to work for the city of Chicago, and just happened to hire Michelle LaVaughan Robinson (later Mrs.Obama), who just happened to have worked at the Sidley Austin law firm, where former fugitive from the FBI Bernardine Dohrn also just happened to work, and where Barack Obama just happened to get a summer job.

Bernardine Dohrn just happened to be married to William Ayers, with whom she just happened to have hidden from the FBI at a San Francisco marina, along with Donald Warden, who just happened to change his name to Khalid al-Mansour, and Warden/al-Mansour just happened to be a mentor of Black Panther Party founders Huey Newton and Bobby Seale and a close associate of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, and al-Mansour just happened to be financial adviser to a Saudi Prince, who just happened to donate cash to Harvard, for which Obama just happened to get a critical letter of recommendation from Percy Sutton, who just happened to have been the attorney for Malcolm X, who just happened to know Kenyan politician Tom Mboya, who just happened to be a close friend of Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., who just happened to meet Malcolm X when he traveled to Kenya.

Obama, Sr. just happened to have his education at the University of Hawaii paid for by the Laubach Literacy Institute, which just happened to have been supported byElizabeth Mooney Kirk, who just happened to be a friend of Malcolm X, who just happenedto have been associated with the Nation of Islam, which was later headed by Louis Farrakhan, who just happens to live very close to Obama’s Chicago mansion, which also just happens to be located very close to the residence of William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, who just happen to have been occasional baby-sitters for Malia and Natasha Obama, whose parents just happened to have no concern exposing their daughters to bomb-making communists.

After attending Occidental College and Columbia University, where he just happened to have foreign Muslim roommates, Obama moved to Chicago to work for the Industrial Areas Foundation, an organization that just happened to have been founded by Marxist and radical agitator Saul “the Red” Alinsky, author of Rules for Radicals, who just happened to be the topic of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s thesis at Wellesley College, and Obama’s $25,000 salary at IAF just happened to be funded by a grant from the Woods Fund, which was founded by the Woods family, whose Sahara Coal company just happened to provide coal to Commonwealth Edison, whose CEO just happened to be Thomas Ayers, whose son William Ayers just happened to serve on the board of the Woods Fund, along with Obama.

Obama also worked on voter registration drives in Chicago in the 1980s and just happened to work with leftist political groups like the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and Socialist International (SI), through which Obama met Carl Davidson, who just happened to travel to Cuba during the Vietnam War to sabotage the U.S. war effort, and who just happened to be a former member of the SDS and a member of the Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism, which just happened to sponsor a 2002 anti-war rally at which Obama spoke, and which just happened to have been organized by Marilyn Katz, a former SDS activist and later public relations consultant who just happened to be a long-time friend of Obama’s political hatchet man, David Axelrod.

Obama joined Trinity United Church of Christ (TUCC), whose pastor was Reverend Jeremiah Wright, a fiery orator who just happened to preach Marxism and Black Liberation Theology and who delivered anti-white, anti-Jew, and anti-American sermons, which Obama just happened never to hear because he just happened to miss church only on the days when Wright was at his “most enthusiastic,” and Obama just happened never to notice that Oprah Winfrey left the church because it was too radical, and just happened never to notice that the church gave the vile anti-Semitic Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan a lifetime achievement award.

Although no one had ever heard of him at the time, Obama just happened to receive an impossible-to-believe $125,000 advance to write a book about race relations, which he just happened to fail to write while using the cash to vacation in Bali with his wife Michelle, and despite his record of non-writing he just happened to receive a second advance, for $40,000, from another publisher, and he eventually completed a manuscript called Dreams From My Father, which just happened to strongly reflect the writing style of William Ayers, who just happened to trample on an American flag for the cover photograph of the popular Chicago magazine, which Obama just happened never to see even though it appeared on newsstands throughout the city.

Obama was hired by the law firm Miner, Banhill and Galland, which just happened to specialize in negotiating state government contracts to develop low-income housing, and which just happened to deal with now-imprisoned Tony Rezko and his firm Rezar, and with slumlord Valerie Jarrett, and the law firm’s Judson Miner just happened to have been a classmate of Bernardine Dohrn, wife of William Ayers. In 1994 Obama represented ACORN and another plaintiff in a lawsuit against Citibank for denying mortgages to blacks(Buycks-Roberson v. Citibank Federal Savings Bank), and the lawsuit just happened to result in banks being blackmailed into approving subprime loans for poor credit risks, a trend which just happened to spread nationwide, and which just happened to lead to the collapse of the housing bubble, which just happened to help Obama defeat John McCain in the 2008 presidential election.

In 1996 Obama ran for the Illinois State Senate and joined the “New Party,” which just happened to promote Marxism, and Obama was supported by Dr. Quentin Yong, a socialist who just happened to support a government takeover of the health care system.

In late 1999 Obama purportedly engaged in homosexual activities and cocaine-snorting in the back of a limousine with a man named Larry Sinclair, who claims he was contacted in late 2007 by Donald Young, who just happened to be the gay choir director of Obama’s Chicago church and who shared information with Sinclair about Obama, and Young just happened to be murdered on December 23, 2007, just weeks after Larry Bland, another gay member of the church, just happened to be murdered, and both murders just happened to have never been solved. In 2008 Sinclair held a press conference to discuss his claims, and just happened to be arrested immediately after the event, based on a warrant issued by Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, who just happens to be the son of Joe Biden.

In 2003 Obama and his wife attended a dinner in honor of Rashid Khalidi, who just happened to be a former PLO operative, harsh critic of Israel, and advocate of Palestinian rights, and who Obama claims he does not know, even though the Obamas just happened to have dined more than once at the home of Khalidi and his wife, Mona, and just happened to have used them as occasional baby-sitters. Obama reportedly praised Khalidi at the decidedly anti-Semitic event, which William Ayers just happened to also attend, and the event Obama pretends he never attended was sponsored by the Arab American Action Network, to which Obama just happened to have funneled cash while serving on the board of the Woods Fund with William Ayers, and one speaker at the dinner remarked that if Palestinians cannot secure a return of their land, Israel “will never see a day of peace,” and entertainment at the dinner included a Muslim children’s dance whose performances just happened to include simulated beheadings with fake swords, and stomping on American, Israeli, and British flags, and Obama allegedly told the audience that “Israel has no God-given right to occupy Palestine” and there has been “genocide against the Palestinian people by (the) Israelis,” and the Los Angeles Times has a videotape of the event but just happens to refuse to make it public.

In the 2004 Illinois Democrat primary race for the U.S. Senate, front-runner Blair Hull just happened to be forced out of the race after David Axelrod just happened to manage to get Hull’s sealed divorce records unsealed, which just happened to enable Obama to win the primary, so he could face popular Republican Jack Ryan, whose sealed child custody records from his divorce just happened to become unsealed, forcing Ryan to withdraw from the race, which just happened to enable the unqualified Obama to waltz into the U.S. Senate, where, after a mere 143 days of work, he just happened to decide he was qualified to run for President of the United States.

A former Soviet warns us that we have been transformed into what she escaped from and notes the similarities of Obama’s regime and that of her former Soviet Overlords.

I love to hear the stories and warnings from those that have lived through hell on earth and warn us about making the same mistakes.  A relative of mine through marriage lived through Hitler’s rise to power in Germany, and gave us all stern warnings and lectures the last few Thankgivings about the similarities of what he saw take shape in his youth and what America is being transformed into by Barrack Hussein Obama II.

There are warnings from those who escaped Castro’s Cuba who cannot help but notice the similarities in rhetoric, program and application of Communism with Obama and his MarxoFascists in power.  In the last few weeks we have learned just how Soviet we have become under Obama.  Our phones are tapped, our e-mails collected and stored, everything we do digitally is collated, stored and known to the government.  While Obama pardons illegals and Jihad terrorists like the Taliban, his giant machine has targeted Conservative America for scrutiny and harm.  Just as so many Communist and Socialist regimes have done to their own people time and again.

But we continue to assume (wrongly) that we are free and not like those genocidal dictatorships.  We have simply grown accustomed to our own chains and implementation of Socialism at the hand of the Oligarchy in Washington D.C.

Those that have lived through similar hell know what they see happening in America today via Obama and the Democrats, for they have seen it all before, and sometimes barely survived it.

Svetlana Kunin at Investors.com is yet another of those voices warning us of what Obama has turned our nation into, for he matches the style and rhetoric of the old Soviet Party thugs who terrorized the Russian people for over 70 years.  She would know.  She escaped it during the height of the Cold War.

President Obama insists his policies are driven by a “common sense” approach. He also speaks in terms of “we the people” and “the government is us.”

Such declarations are reminiscent of old Soviet posters displayed for all to see: “ALL POWER BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE” and “PEOPLE AND COMMUNIST PARTY ARE ONE.”

But the real power in the USSR was in the hands of Communist Party leaders. They, in the name of the people, defined foes of centralized government as “enemies of the people.”

Similarly, Obama’s Department of Homeland Security has defined right-wing extremists as “those that are mainly anti-government, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority.”

His National Security Agency has specified that in addition to gun owners and veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, right-wing extremists also “may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.”

Soviet bureaucrats were justified in harassing and persecuting “enemies of the people.” IRS bureaucrats, empowered by NSA definitions, feel free to harass and intimidate people and groups who question administration policies.

Tea Party groups that want the government to follow the American founding documents are right-wing extremists, and pro-Israel Jewish groups need extra scrutiny by the IRS as potential terrorists.

To watch citizens in every corner of life, the Soviets relied on embedded snoops who reported on conversations and moods of co-workers and friends. The Soviets would envy the tools available to the Obama administration to spy on American citizens today.

Soviet leaders freely sacrificed citizens to reinforce their agenda, cover up incompetence and retain power. They loved to use teachable moments to demonstrate what happens to citizens who do not follow government directives.

Information accumulated on citizens was handily available and used by all forms of state media to publicly denounce, humiliate and punish non-conformists.

In the name of security, the NSA needs to use all tools available to catch terrorists. Therefore, the NSA is justified in accessing personal data of American citizens, and the Justice Department under Attorney Gen. Eric Holder spies on journalists’ emails and phone conversations.

In the Obama administration’s war on non-conformist media, Holder was preparing a show-trial when DOJ spied on Fox News correspondent James Rosen and his parents.

Few noticed the fate of the American Internet prodigy Aaron Swartz, who committed suicide in January at age of 26. In an online “manifesto” in 2008 Swartz wrote: “Information is power. But like all power, there are those who want to keep it for themselves.”

Obama’s Justice Department filed multiple charges against Swartz for advocating free virtual public access to information on the Internet. He faced $1 million in fines plus 35 years in prison. Was Justice also preparing a show-trial against Swartz?

Soviet Communists professed “FREEDOM AND EQUALITY FOR ALL HUMANITY.” President Obama talks about fairness, equality and social justice.

Like Communist Party leaders in Moscow, government leaders and their acolytes in Washington lead lavish lifestyles. Soviet citizens faced constant shortages of basic necessities. Here, food stamp enrollment is up 70%.

With the implementation of ObamaCare, life in America will have even more in common with that in Soviet Russia. As members of the government had in the USSR, members of Congress will have dedicated, taxpayer-paid clinics with upscale technology and care. The rest of us will have to rely on less-expensive, low-quality medical services.

But while President Obama’s use of rhetoric, social policies and intimidation has a lot in common with Soviet Communists, his administration doesn’t rationalize all means of production. “If you talk to us, it turns out we’re pretty common-sense folks,” Obama said at a fund-raiser this month. “We don’t want to tax all businesses out of business.”

In fact, he needs rich patrons such as Warren Buffett, Bill Gates and Google’s Eric Schmidt. Crony capitalism as practiced by his administration has more in common with “the merger of corporate and government power” that was Benito Mussolini’s approach in Italy.

Americans as a result don’t need to worry about toilet paper shortages as experienced in the former Soviet Union and in communist Venezuela today. We’ll have our toilet paper, just not our liberty and freedom.

Postal Service photographs every piece of mail it processes

According to FBI Agent James Spiropoulos, investigators accessed a Postal Service computer system that “incorporates a Mail Isolation Control and Tracking (MICT) programwhich photographs and captures an image of every mail piece that is processed.” Agents were able to obtain front and back images of about 20 mail pieces that had been processed “immediately before the mail piece addressed to Mayor Bloomberg.”

Obama’s Regime Collecting Not Just Phone Records, But Internet Browsing History And Credit Card Purchases Too

A vast overwhelming network of domestic spying by the Obama Regime collects data on everything you do or say in life.

Drones deployed that can see and listen to you from 17,000 feet up.  An NSA database of your phone records, financial transactions, web browsing history.  An IRS used to punish Obama’s opponents, sporting a massive database of your financial records, and will by next year, have a database of all your medical records.

Why just now, Breitbart is reporting that the NSA is targeting your credit card use.

The WSJ is reporting that in addition to monitoring cell phone records, emails and web activity, the National Security Agency is monitoring credit card transactions. “NSA has established similar relationships with credit-card companies, three former officials said.”

While for many the news this week of government spying on Americans is shocking – those of us who know what Obama and his MarxoFascists are and what they are doing – knew months ago that some kind of massive nefarious spy program was going on under Obama.

Or as we saw with the IRS Scandal, PUNISH you.

That means you.  That means me.  Waters and her Politburo Comrades in D.C. have known full well about this domestic spy apparatus.  In fact GOP Judenrat’s Lindsey Graham and John McCain support the NSA and Obama’s domestic data trove.  Perhaps this is why John Boehner and Mitch McConnell act as silent co-conspirators in this MarxoFascist Coup?   They remain silent while Obama and his cronies are perpetrating  one violation of the Constitution and our rights after another with little to no outrage or condemnation.

Meanwhile the state grows ever bigger, more menacing, more entrenched and more determined to make everyone in America a criminal it can act against as it sees need.

This is how it was in the Soviet Union for the average Russian.  They were automatically guilty of something, and all the info the Soviet State had on the individual could be used as evidence in a case to make that person ‘go away’.

On December 16, 2005, The New York Times ran a front-page story revealing that the Bush administration, since shortly after 9/11, had been allowing the National Security Agency (NSA) to wiretap — without seeking a court warrant — phone calls involving U.S. residents, provided that in each case: (a) at least one party to the call was situated overseas, and (b) the American was a known contact of a terrorist organization.

So these creeps who stood and decried that action, threatening impeachment, are today telling us to “calm down” over revelations Obama is spying on everything we do, because this is not new.  Well that is a lie – IT IS NEW, because what Obama has done is to direct the NSA to WIRETAP ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS.  And not just phone calls, but everything we do online, everything we purchase and anything we write or donate to.

And the Ruling Class Statists who hated Bush because he was not a MarxoFascist – are today applauding and defending what Obama has done.

NSA Monitoring Includes Three Major Phone Companies, as Well as Online Activity

The National Security Agency’s monitoring of Americans includes customer records from the three major phone networks as well as emails and Web searches, and the agency also has cataloged credit-card transactions, said people familiar with the agency’s activities.

The disclosure this week of an order by a secret U.S. court for Verizon Communications Inc.’s phone records set off the latest public discussion of the program. But people familiar with the NSA’s operations said the initiative also encompasses phone-call data from AT&T Inc. and Sprint Nextel Corp., records from Internet-service providers and purchase information from credit-card providers.

…Meanwhile, the Obama administration acknowledged Thursday a secret NSA program dubbed Prism, which a senior administration official said targets only foreigners and was authorized under U.S. surveillance law. The Washington Post and the Guardian reported earlier Thursday the existence of the previously undisclosed program, which was described as providing the NSA and FBI direct access to server systems operated by tech companies that includeGoogle Inc.,  Apple Inc., Facebook Inc., Yahoo Inc., Microsoft Corp. and Skype. The newspapers, citing what they said was an internal NSA document, said the agencies received the contents of emails, file transfers and live chats of the companies’ customers as part of their surveillance activities of foreigners whose activity online is routed through the U.S. The companies mentioned denied knowledge or participation in the program.

…NSA also obtains access to data from Internet service providers on Internet use such as data about email or website visits, several former officials said. NSA has established similar relationships with credit-card companies, three former officials said.

It couldn’t be determined if any of the Internet or credit-card arrangements are ongoing, as are the phone company efforts, or one-shot collection efforts. The credit-card firms, phone companies and NSA declined to comment for this article.

Your Phone Records Are Not The Only Things Obama’s Regime Is Collecting From You

A Secret Federal Government Program called PRISM taps into U.S. Internet companies, extracting audio, video, photographs, e-mails, documents and connection logs that enable analysts to track a person’s movements and contacts over time.

Welcome to Obama’s Soviet Amerika Comrades, where just yesterday it was revealed that the Obama regime has been collecting data on ALL cell phone customers of Verizon by a SECRET COURT ORDER.

Tonight we learn that there’s ANOTHER SECRET FEDERAL PROGRAM called PRISM, which logs directly into the 9 major internet service provider servers, and collects every shred of data from your e-mails, to your pictures, to the videos and websites you visit – in order to track a person and create a profile of you for the government.

If you wondered WHY the major internet companies have been petitioned to the White House over the years, it is because they have been “asked” to cooperate with the Government so that their customers can have their information collected.  We used to call that spying.  It is formally known as FASCISM; when a private company is run by or controlled via regulation by the government to act as one of it’s agents.

Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Facebook, PalTalk, AOL, Skype, YouTube, Apple and other internet service providers including Cloud sharing services are part of the government’s efforts to collect every shred of information they can glean from you.  From your politics to your likes and dislikes, to your movements.  These private companies are actually defacto agents for the Obama State.

Which is why I refer to Obama and the Democrats and the GOP Leadership as MarxoFascists – because that is what they are.  Fascists who love the ideals of Marx and all-powerful government running every aspect of your life.  Obtaining every shred of information about your life.

Not the Soviets, not the East Germans not Mao’s Chinese had such a widespread spy network being used against it’s own citizens as we are learning of Obama’s vast secret spy and intimidation programs.

And please, before you try to rationalize this additional government snooping program as necessary for security – do recall that it was just last month that Jihadists bombed the Boston Marathon and had law enforcement and government running around like Keystone cops trying to find and apprehend them.  None of this massive data collected prevented that from happening, and I daresay – that is not the intent behind the collection of every shred of evidence about you.  It’s not about keeping Americans safe from Jihadists.  It’s about keeping Obama and his MarxoFascists safe from you.

Obama did exactly what he said he was going to do – fundamentally transform this country.  And in five years, he has transformed America into a Police State gulag ready to go to war on the citizens he despises.

When does any of this become treason in the minds of those we elected to be our servants?  Just today Obama opened up unlimited U.S. airspace to Saudi Arabia, meaning they can FLY PLANES to any airport in the USA without any restrictions whatsoever.  I guess 19 hijackers, a majority of whom were from Saudi Arabia who flew planes into our buildings on 9-11, is something Obama figures Americans have forgotten.  Now we simply have to ask how long it will be before a Saudi Airliner is fitted with a nuke from say – Pakistan, Iran or North Korea for detonation over a major American city??

Meanwhile, the MarxoFascists and their stooges are lecturing us that we should be GLAD that the federal Government is spying on us, collecting vast sums of data on us.  From our finances, to our e-mails to our interests on the web to our medical records, of which will be all handled for enforcement by the IRS, that wonderful weapon used to target Obama’s political enemies.

I truly cannot keep up with how much and how fast our former Republic has fallen into tyranny.  Before we realize it – death panels are going to become camps.

Documents: U.S. intelligence mining data from nine U.S. Internet companies in broad secret program

The National Security Agency and the FBI are tapping directly into the central servers of nine leading U.S. Internet companies, extracting audio, video, photographs, e-mails, documents and connection logs that enable analysts to track a person’s movements and contacts over time.

The highly classified program, code-named PRISM, has not been disclosed publicly before.

Funny thing is, I recall how BESERK the anti-war Leftists went when it was learned that President Bush was wiretapping foreign phone calls from Jihadist nations INTO the USA.  Today – DEAD SILENCE.

Given what this regime was just found doing to AP, this looks to be more of the same gulag-like police-state data collections that many of us are warning you all is taking place.  Eric Holder’s Department of Justice cast a wide net in his search of AP phone logs, as evidenced in his agency naming journalist James Rosen a co-conspirator in an espionage charge in order to obtain all his phone records, but  now we learn that this practice of going after private phone records is not just limited to high-profile critics of the Obama regime, but everyday average Joe and Jill’s as the NSA is targeting millions of Americans for daily data collection.

The purpose?  Well, it creates an atmosphere of fear of saying anything against Obama and this regime or it’s agenda.  It catalogs whom you associate with, and provides the regime with anything and everything you say and associate with for potential charges in the near future.

Think that far-fetched?  You might want to consider what U.S. attorney Bill Killian at Obama’s DOJ just said yesterday.  He stated that saying anything negative about Islam violates the Civil Rights laws of Muslims and they WILL start prosecuting for that violation: “Could an Internet posting or letter in the mail or a phone call or a personal confrontation (against Islam) constitute a violation of those statutes?” he asked, citing 18 US Code 241 and 18 US Code 245. “Yes, it could.”

“In its latest effort to protect followers of Islam in the U.S., the Obama Justice Department warns against using social media to spread information considered inflammatory against Muslims, threatening that it could constitute a violation of civil rights,”

Understand now why potentially, Obama is collecting all our phone records?

This is how the Soviet Union’s tyranny worked – EVERYONE was automatically considered  a criminal by the state, and anything you ever said, did or thought that could be used as a pretext for your arrest was what the Soviet did.  We should not marvel at this.  It’s what every single despotic Left regime does to their own people when it puts down the iron fist of tyranny.

JUST IN: NSA Collecting Phone Records of Millions of Americans Daily

Well here’s another scandal ready for the Obama administration. It was revealed today that the National Security Agency is currently collecting the telephone records of millions of US customers of Verizon. This top secret order was issued in April.

The order, a copy of which has been obtained by the Guardian, requires Verizon on an “ongoing, daily basis” to give the NSA information on all telephone calls in its systems, both within the US and between the US and other countries.

The document shows for the first time that under the Obama administration the communication records of millions of US citizens are being collected indiscriminately and in bulk – regardless of whether they are suspected of any wrongdoing.

The secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (Fisa) granted the order to the FBI on April 25, giving the government unlimited authority to obtain the data for a specified three-month period ending on July 19.

Under the terms of the blanket order, the numbers of both parties on a call are handed over, as is location data, call duration, unique identifiers, and the time and duration of all calls. The contents of the conversation itself are not covered.

Here is just another example of the government overreaching into the lives of millions of Americans without our permission. The Guardian reports:

The unlimited nature of the records being handed over to the NSA is extremely unusual. Fisa court orders typically direct the production of records pertaining to a specific named target who is suspected of being an agent of a terrorist group or foreign state, or a finite set of individually named targets.

The Guardian approached the National Security Agency, the White House and the Department of Justice for comment in advance of publication on Wednesday. All declined. The agencies were also offered the opportunity to raise specific security concerns regarding the publication of the court order.

The court order expressly bars Verizon from disclosing to the public either the existence of the FBI’s request for its customers’ records, or the court order itself.

Talk about a breach of privacy! Are you kidding me?! This administration has gone beyond any standards set by other administrations with this new unlimited order. What is it that the administration feels they need these documents for?

A type of data collection similar to this was started after 9/11/01, but was not nearly as widespread or as far reaching as this new order given in April. It seems from this order, the administration is trying to look at Americans’ communication habits and who we are talking to.

This is a whole new low for the Obama administration. Now we are seeing government reaching into our phone records? No longer is it just the media and Fox News reporters, but now every American can be watched by the NSA. Will this finally be what puts Liberals over the edge? They were against it when Bush did a much smaller version. Now we can see how far the hypocrisy goes. Will Jay Carney be able to comment on this? How will the Obama administration defend themselves now?
