Now We Know The Reason The GOP Establishment Is “Warming Up” To Trump

Trump says he will work with Leftist Democrats, will make ‘great deals’ with them.

One of the reasons why outsiders have been polling well in this cycle is because the electorate is pissed-off and sick and tired of the GOP Party Establishment making ‘deals’ with Obama and the Democrats and handing them their entire agenda to send the country off-the-cliff into Marxist Socialism with wide-open borders to the third world.

Along comes Trump – who talked the talk of someone who would fight back and do the very things our so-called representatives have refused to do: STOP and undo the Leftist/Marxist/Islamist Agenda that Obama and the Democrats have imposed on the country.

Then the Ruling Class and their apparatchiks in the Establishment Media went on a massive blitzkrieg to destroy Trump, doing everything from suggesting he was a criminal to a wannabe Hitler.  It is why it was baffling that these same Establishment types have suddenly done an about-face and publicly said in the last week they can ‘work with Trump’.

Now we know why.

For those of us scratching our heads as to how and why the GOP Party Establishment would suddenly do an about-face and embrace Trump, The Donald goes ahead and lets us all know the actual reason why:

 

There you have it.  He will work with the Democrats, just like McConnell, McCain, Graham, Boehner, Ryan and the rest of the Establishment have said they would do, and did.

In fact Trump said yesterday that the GOP Establishment “Likes me more than nasty guy Ted Cruz”.  How and why is that suddenly a PLUS for a guy who originally fashioned himself as an opponent of the GOP Establishment and won the YUUUGE following he has garnered??

Making America great again?  No.  Trump will do no such thing if the ‘art of the deal’ is what he thinks the Presidency is all about.  Making deals to ‘get along’ is what got us into this mess in the first place Mr. Trump.

‘Working with’ the very people and party that have destroyed the country is exactly what the GOP Establishment has already done.  Why make deals with Leftists and the very inside cabal that his mobs of followers think he is going to defy?  What sense does that make?  Does Trump not understand the fact that the Left NEVER compromises their Agenda, NEVER surrenders any ground and ALWAYS requires our sides’ capitulation for any ‘deal’ to be struck??

Will Trump ‘make deals’ and work with with ISIS, Al Qaeda and Iran for the sake of ‘getting along’?  His recent spate of comments in the last few days is not comforting and raises MAJOR red flags. Apparently, getting a deal and getting along is more important than standing on fundamental principles according to The Donald.

Must be more of those ‘New York Values” he fancies.  You know, the kind that made avowed Communist Bill DeBlasio the Mayor of New York.

I don’t think the desperate mobs of people supporting Trump are listening to what he is actually saying beyond entertainment sloganeering.  Trump said on 60 Minutes, he was going to replace ObamaCare with UNIVERSAL – SINGLE PAYER health care.

Donald Trump said that “Obamacare is a disaster” and that he plans to repeal it and replace it with a government-funded universal healthcare plan.

Government-funded ‘universal healthcare’??????????????

Forget the ‘bone’ he threw about ‘private plans’ and ‘negotiating with different companies’ because a government-funded single payer healthcare system cannot, and will not permit a free-market system competing with the government and the cronies who are going to be making bank in such a system.

No WONDER the Establishment Ruling Class is suddenly embracing Trump!  That proposal is the very Soviet system that ObamaCare was designed to usher-in after it destroyed the health insurance industry.  Trump is simply going to hand Obama, Pelosi and Schumer the gift that the Fabian Socialists have intended to do for 100 years, that even Obama himself couldn’t do right away.

Trump will ‘make a deal’ and hand them what they have wanted as their brass ring in a single swoop.

And not a wrinkle of concern from his supporter base.

Of course Trump knows the mob he leads, and he, himself said – he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and not lose a single supporter. Joke or not, there is truth to that statement.

But what if Trump shoots the very reason why he garnered so much support in the first place?  It remains to be seen whether his supporters are just a seig-heiling mob that want him as a political messiah, or whether or not they actually give a crap about the issues Trump says he was going to “fix”.

Alarmingly, there is a pattern to Trumps statements that should garner concern.  Trump keeps talking about making deals as President, as if the Executive branch exists for the sole purpose of making deals instead of executing the Laws of the Land and upholding the Constitution, which is NOT NEGOTIABLE.  Trump may very well think the Constitution negotiable if getting a ‘deal’ ‘trumps’ standing on the very foundational principles that made America what it once was.

The Donald cannot make America ‘great again’ with a mindset like that.  For a President we need a faithful Administrator not a Monty Hall gameshow host.

 

Trump: I’ll Work With Democrats

Tuesday, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said if he were president, he would work with  Democrats including House Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY).

…“Well, I think that I’m going to be able to get along with Pelosi. I think I’m going to be able to — I’ve always had a great relationship with Nancy Pelosi, I’ve never had a problem.” Trump said.

…Hey, look, I think I’d be able to get along well with Schumer, Chuck Schumer. I was always very good with Schumer. I was close to Schumer in many ways. And it’s important to get along. It’s wonderful to say you’re a maverick and you’re going to stand up and close up the country, and all other things, but you have to get somebody to go along with you.

Obama’s Illegal Gun Ban: DO NOT COMPLY – REFUSE. RESIST.

Obama’s InJustice Department warns gun owners: “We will be looking for those individuals who seek to avoid registering (their guns)”.

Obama thinks he’s clever.  He’s not.  He’s a totalitarian maniac establishing a Soviet-style police state.   His DECREE from HIS PEN to “close” the phantom “gunshot loophole” today, was defacto gun registration and firearms ban and sets the establishment of the same kind of climate of fear crap that Josef Stalin, Mao, Mussolini, Pol Pot and the other assorted genocidal maniacs established upon their citizens.

His ‘Executive Actions’ (aka: Imperial Decrees) sound mild on the surface – but are a defacto federal gun registration program.  In the details of 10 Executive Actions contains a mandate that YOUR DOCTOR report patients they think are “mentally unstable” to the NICS background check system.  Again, while that might ‘sound’ reasonable on the surface – what defines ‘mentally unstable’ is wide open to whatever interpretation the government may desire.  If you’re a returning veteran, a Climate Change disbeliever, or a Republican – you may find yourself unable to purchase, possess or own a firearm under the decree just announced by His Heinous.

Not much different than how the Feds can arbitrarily put you on a No-Fly list that you cannot rectify or appeal.  A list made in secret by a bureaucracy that is unaccountable to anyone but the President.

Like Mussolini, Obama’s dictatorial arrogance was on full Squadrisi-styled display. “We also can’t wait,” Obama ranted. “Until we have the Congress that’s in line with the majority of Americans, there are actions within my legal authority that we can take to help reduce gun violence and save more lives.”

Oh really?  I guess the landslide election of Republicans is not in line with a majority of Americans according to His Heinous.  And until they do his bidding, he will act – unilaterally.  As he sees fit.

His feigned alligator tears at the mention of the Sandy Hook shooting was a feeble mask for the heated rage and hate simmering beneath the surface for an America and Americans he wants destroyed, and a Constitution he loathes as simply “written on paper”.

 

His Royal Heinous Obama casually spoke in grand untruths in this moment during his Pravda Press announcement of his decrees – when recounting that he taught Constitutional law – at the University of Chicago.   It should frighten everyone that Obama can boldface lie so casually that he “believes in the Second Amendment” when his actions and past statements prove otherwise.

Obama certainly DOES NOT believe in the Second Amendment as noted by Professor John Lott Jr. who met with and talked with Obama at the University of Chicago in 1996 and discussed this very subject. Lott said emphatically again on Tuesday afternoon’s Mark Levin Show that Obama stated bluntly that he “does not believe citizens should be able to access or be allowed to own guns”.

This would be because Obama is an acolyte of Chairman Mao’s “Prairie Fire” policy regarding efforts to impose a Communist Revolution of whom Obama mentor and self-proclaimed Communist and terrorist William Ayers urged via the violence of Che Guevara.  Obama today even cited Mao’s Communist China as an example of the kind of total gun control he truly seeks:

Obama is establishing 4,000 new laws and ‘policies’ by decree effective January 1, 2016, bypassing Congress and the States, as dictator to make ‘law’.  As with ObamaCare – none of us know all the details that are in any of these ‘Executive Actions’, despite the fact Obama says ‘If you like your guns, you can keep your guns”.  10 Actions were announced just today by Imperial decree, the details of which are as yet unknown.

This is all imposing an Intimidation factor.  Liability punishments for non-compliance that will scare citizens who might sell one gun to a family member or a friend into complying with tyranny because the costs to fight this in court will be abhorrently costly.  So guns, ammo and ability to purchase them ‘legally’ will become harder.

In addition, the gooste-stepping Stormtroopers of the Regime are also stepping up their rhetoric against those of us who oppose their tyranny, and are pre-emtively warning that they intend to intimidate and make examples of those they can, thus creating the Soviet/Nazi-style climate of fear that subjugates a population to accept tyranny.

LORETTA LYNCH WARNS GUN OWNERS: WE’RE WATCHING YOU

‘Looking for those individuals who seek to avoid registering’

U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch issued what Second Amendment supporters likely see as a dark warning about the White House’s looming executive order on guns, telling a group of reporters the federal government would be actively searching out those firearms’ owners who want to sidestep registration.

In her words, as reported by Breitbart: “We will be looking for those individuals who seek to avoid registering,” she said, after a meeting with President Obama about his upcoming executive orders on gun control.

Her statement was in reference to the widely reported portion of Obama’s executive order that’s supposed to expand the definition of “gun dealer” to include even those who make private, one-on-one transactions. Specifically, his order would then require anyone who’s “engaged in the business of dealing in firearms” to register as a dealer, and thus become subject to the background checks’ process, as Breitbart reported.

The order doesn’t make any exceptions based on the numbers of gun sales, and as Fox News legal analyst Andrew Napolitano pointed, that means even an individual selling one firearm to another individual would have to abide the mandate.

As such, Lynch vowed the feds, through her Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, would be on the watch for violators.

Let me just step in here a second to state a fact that many Americans willfully ignore: OBAMA’S EXECUTIVE ACTION DECREES HAVE NO POWER OR FORCE OF LAW UPON THIS PEOPLE, unless they surrender and submit to this dictatorship.  He, his entire regime and the whole entire Federal Beast is Lawless, and has no legitimate moral or legal authority over a free people.

All they have is the guns they are going to put to your heads and those of your children for refusing to comply with this tyrannical dictatorship.

Any American who refuses to comply with this decree are in NO VIOLATION of real law, they are simply in violation of a dictatorship’s decrees.

To be plain, Obama and Loretta Lynch themselves are in violation of the Supreme Law of the United States and in violation of our inalienable God-given Rights.  They are traitors and have committed HIGH TREASON.  This decree simply solidifies the fact that this government is wholly tyrannical and illegitimate.

Obama’s Gun-Control Order Is Dictatorial

First, by edict Obama may try to use the “no-fly” list as a way to prevent some Americans from purchasing firearms. Second, Obama may try to stretch the definition of a firearms dealer beyond the existing statutory law, and require federal background checks prior to a purchase.

Both are arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The right to bear arms, as the Supreme Court has made clear, is an individual right that aligns with the moral imperative of self-defense. The evil attacks in Paris and San Bernardino have illustrated for a new generation of Americans the moral imperative of self-defense through firearms ownership.

So expect Obama to do what he does best — ignore the law and impose a federal edict over an area where the federal government has no statutory power. Expect Obama to require federal background checks on firearms purchases currently exempted by federal law from requiring background checks.

It works like this. Under the current law, if I wanted to sell you one of my firearms, you would give me cash, and I’d give you a gun. I do not need a federal firearms license to sell you my gun because it is my private property and I am not a gun dealer. In fact, Congress specifically exempted me from federal oversight when it defined a federal firearms dealer in 18 U.S.C. §921 (a)(11).

The law very clearly says that you are not a firearms dealer if you make “occasional sales, exchanges, or purchases of firearms for the enhancement of a personal collection or for a hobby, or who sells all or part of his personal collection of firearms.” The law does not limit the size of a personal collection. For years, foes of the Constitution have sought to change this law. Both Republican- and Democrat-controlled Congresses have failed to amend this safe harbor because the majority of Americans believe in the Second Amendment.

…Obama has grown very comfortable attacking Constitutional rights by edict and executive action. He is a president at odds with a long bipartisan tradition of respect for Constitutional values.  Presidents up to this point have mostly respected core constitutional liberties, but this president is a menace to the Constitution.

Obama and this regime and every single politician and government official and Alphabet agent supporting this treason are infringing on an inalienable right.

Senate Passes Budget Deal At 3 AM – Sends To Obama

In the new standard of late-night bill-passing sessions, the Senate gave final approval to a ridiculous behemoth budget that funds Obama’s entire agenda with limitless spending early Friday, sending it to President Barack Obama to sign and fund the rest of his fundamental transformation of America into a Soviet-style hellhole.

The final vote on passage was 64-35, as Mitch McConnell’s Republican oligarchs joined forces with Democrat Marxist Fascists over the objections of GOP presidential candidates Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, and Marco Rubio, all of whom voted against the deal. The bill is marketed by the Praetorian Pravda media as averting a debt default, avoiding a partial government shutdown and setting unlimited spending priorities to the tune of over two TRILLION dollars for the next two years.  The deal handcuffs a new congress and a new president and forces them to continue funding Obama’s entire agenda – even after he supposedly leaves office.

Earlier in Friday’s session, the Senate voted 63-35 to end debate on the measure. The vote to approve the bill was taken just after 3 a.m. EDT.

Republican leadership on orders from the Ruling Class under Boehner made secret deals with Obama because they were intent on steering Congress away from their duty to use the power of the purse to restrain a lawless executive branch. Former Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, felt a particular urgency days before leaving Congress, to screw the American taxpayer and subject our children and grandchildren to a bleak future, while lawmakers look ahead to presidential and congressional shell-game elections next year.

President Barack Obama is a serial-liar of the first order. That is not partisanship talking, that is history and science. And when Obama says, as he did Tuesday in Chicago, I’m not going to “take everyone’s guns away,” that means he’s coming for them.

I’m Not Gunna Force People To Buy Health Insurance

Obama’s “not gunna” lies started during the 2008 presidential campaign when he said he was “not gunna” force people to buy health insurance. Here’s video of a 2008 debatebetween Obama and Hillary Clinton where he criticizes, not just the mandate in her health care plan that forces people to purchase health insurance, but the fact that they are fined and therefore “worse off” if they don’t purchase insurance.

We don’t want to put on adults a situation where we are mandating them to purchase insurance and if the subsidies are inadequate the burden is on them and they will be penalized, and this is exactly what Senator Clinton’s plan does  … If healthcare is affordable you don’t need a mandate.

Except, from the mandate to the penalty, this is exactly what ObamaCare does.

I’m Not Gunna Take Away Your Health Insurance or Your Doctor

While he was trying to shove ObamaCare into law in 2009 and win re-election in 2012, dozens of times Obama said, I’m “not gunna” take away your health insurance and I’m “not gunna” take away your doctor.

Obama was lying.

Obama knew he was lying.

The DC Media knew he was lying.

And those of us who called out his lie were accused of racism by Obama and the DC Media.

By the time the fallout hit, millions and millions of people lost their insurance, and with it, their doctors.

More than 20 times President Obama reassured Americans he would not override Congress as a means to change or ignore immigration laws. Again and again, Obama told us he would not and could not unilaterally ignore or rewrite these laws.

In 2008, Obama also voted in favor of an amendment that would prohibit the confiscation of guns, even during a national emergency.

Twice this year, although the DC Media ignores this in order to protect him, Obama has said that he backs Australia’s gun laws, the spine of which is outright confiscation. Democrats and the DC Media always lie about Australia’s government-mandated confiscation by couching it as a buyback program — which it most certainly was not. Sure, the Australian government paid people for their guns but they were forced to turn them in. A buyback program is voluntary.

Ted Cruz Proves Despicable Mitch McConnell Is Another Harry Reid Liar

Cruz exposes comments on the Senate floor that McConnell made to Republican senators in a private lunch, showing that McConnell lied to his entire conference.

SENATE FLOOR: TED CRUZ EXPLODES ON MITCH MCCONNELL, SAYS HE LIED TO ENTIRE REPUBLICAN CONFERENCE

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) a 2016 GOP presidential candidate, delivered a brutal speech bashing his own party’s leadership’s failures on the Senate floor on Friday morning after Majority Leader

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) moved forward with a plot to reauthorize the Export Import Bank.

In the speech, Cruz says—calling him out personally—McConnell lied to the entire Republican conference. Cruz’s speech stemmed from how McConnell—despite telling the entire GOP conference there was no such secret deal with the Democrats during the Obamatrade process to later bring up Ex-Im reauthorization—actually did cut a deal with Democrats, specifically

“Today is a sad day for this institution,” Cruz said on the floor.

The Senate operates based on trust. Whether we are Democrats or Republicans, these 100 Senators have to be able to trust that when a Senator sys something, he or she will do it. Even if we disagree on substance, that we don’t lie to each other. What we just witnessed this morning is profoundly disappointing.

Cruz then proceeded to expose comments McConnell made to Republican senators in a private lunch, showing that McConnell lied to his entire conference. The comments Cruz talks about were around the time of the first Obamatrade votes in the Senate, when McConnell told Republicans—something that has since been proven to be untrue—that there was no deal with Democrats to vote on Ex-Im later in exchange for the necessary votes to pass Obamatrade.

Cruz voted for Obamatrade’s Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) the first go-around in the Senate based on McConnell’s word—and he famously turned against the fast-track trade authority later.

“I want to describe the context of two preceding discussions. A number of weeks ago when this Senate was considering Trade Promotion Authority, a group of Senators gathered on this floor and blocked TPA for many minutes because they were pressing for the Export-Import Bank,” Cruz said.

They huddled on this floor and negotiated a deal in front of C-SPAN, in front of the world. Then when they had their deal, TPA had the votes to pass. Shortly thereafter, we had a Senate Republican lunch where I stood up and I asked the Majority Leader very directly what was the deal that was just on TPA and was there a deal for the Export-Import Bank. It was a direct question. I asked the Majority Leader in front of all the Republican senators. The Majority Leader was visibly angry with me that I would ask such a question, and the Majority Leader looked at me and said there is no deal.

Cruz noted that McConnell made the promise that “there is no deal” three times in public and then again in a private discussion with him and  Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT)

 “There is no deal. Like St. Peter, he repeated it three times,” Cruz said.

He said the only thing I told the proponents of the Export-Import Bank is like any other Senator in this body, they could offer any amendment they liked on any amendable vehicle, but I gave them nothing. There is no deal. He was emphatic. And he was repeated. Following that Republican discussion, Sen. Mike Lee and I approached the Majority Leader afterwards in which he emphasized again there is no deal, I will do nothing, I oppose the Export-Import Bank. All I said is they can offer an amendment like any Senator can to any bill. Madam President, I went back to my office and I sat and had a long discussion with my staff.

In those discussions, Cruz said his staff told him that McConnell was lying to him. But he couldn’t believe right off the bat that the Senate GOP majority leader would lie like that to his face or to the faces of all other GOP senators.

“My staff told that afternoon he’s lying to you,” Cruz said.

That’s what my staff said. We have been around the Senate a long time. He is not telling you the truth. And what I told my staff that afternoon, I said well, I don’t know if that’s the case or not, but I don’t see how when the Majority Leader looks me in the eyes and makes an explicit promise — and by the way, looks in the eyes of every other Republican Senator and says that to every other Republican Senator, I don’t see how I cannot take him at his word when he makes an explicit promise. As a result, I cast my vote in May in support of TPA because I support free trade and I felt I had no choice but to assume that when the Majority Leader spoke to 54 Republican Senators and made an explicit promise that he wasn’t lying to us. Well, as TPA moved on, as it went to the House, it became abundantly clear, there was a deal. There was a deal in the House for the Export-Import Bank. And so the second time TPA came up, I voted ‘no’ because of that corrupt deal.

From there, Cruz proceeded to further berate McConnell on more than just the Ex-Im Bank secret deal.

“Let me tell you a second element of the background context,” Cruz said.

A number of weeks ago when we were debating the Corker-Cardin bill, the Iran Review Act, there were a number of amendments that senators had filed. I filed an amendment that will actually put teeth in the Iran Review Act by requiring affirmative congressional approval before sanctions on Iran could be lifted. Other senators filed very good amendments. 

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) filed an amendment calling for Iran to recognize Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish State before sanctions could be lifted. Our friends on the Democratic side of the aisle did not want to vote on that amendment. And, in response, the Majority Leader cut off all amendments. Madam President, I sat in the Majority Leader’s office, and I urged the Majority Leader invoke cloture on Sen. Rubio’s amendment calling on Iran to recognize Israel’s right to exist and setting that as a precondition of any lifting of sanctions. I argued vociferously with the Majority Leader that if the Democrats were so opposed to voting on that amendment, that was all the more reason because it was important substantively, and the Majority Leader said no, he would not do so, that invoking cloture on an amendment was an extraordinary step, and he wouldn’t do so. So he cut off off every amendment. He filled the tree and terrace.

Cruz then noted the hypocrisy where now Senate Minority Leader

Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) called out McConnell for engaging in the same tactic he engaged so many times to close down Senate debate.

“It was striking a minute ago seeing the Democratic Leader Harry Reid calling out the Majority Leader for filling the tree, for engaging in the same procedural abuse that railroaded—that Harry Reid did over and over and over again in this body,” Cruz said.

Now the Republican Leader is behaving like the senior senator from Nevada. What we just saw was not, Madam President, what the Majority Leader told you and me and every other Republican senator. What we just saw was not that the proponents of the Ex-Im Bank, like anyone else, could stand up and offer any amendment they’d like on any issue. What the Majority Leader just did is, number one, he called up that amendment. He called it up himself. Why does that matter? Because as Majority Leader he has priority of recognition. When he calls up an amendment, no one can stop him. He didn’t just call it up. He filled the tree, just like Harry Reid, he filled the tree, blocking everyone else’s amendments. By the way, I agree with Senator Reid when he said the Obamacare amendment is a cynical amendment. Of course it is. It is empty showmanship.

Cruz then hammered GOP leadership for putting forward nothing more than a show vote—a meaningless vote—on repealing Obamacare.

“We’ll have a vote on repealing Obamacare,” Cruz said.

The Republicans will all vote “Yes.” The Democrats will all vote “no.” It will be at a 60-vote threshold. It will fail. It will be an exercise in meaningless political theater. Mind you when we actually had a fight to stop Obamacare and defund it, the Majority Leader was opposed. But an empty showboat, that is a good way to distract from what’s going on. There is a profound disappointment among the American people because we keep winning elections and then we keep getting leaders who don’t do anything they promised. The American people were told if only we have a Republican Majority, things will be different. Well, in 2010, the American people showed up in enormous numbers and we got a Republican majority in the House. And very little changed. Then the American people were told, you know, the problem is the Senate. If only we get a Republican majority in the Senate and retire Harry Reid as Majority Leader, then things will be different. Well, in 2014, the American people rose up in enormous numbers, voted to do exactly that. We’ve had a Republican majority in both Houses of Congress now for about six months. What was that majority done?

Cruz then proceeded to detail how the 2010 and 2014 elections handing the GOP majorities in the House then Senate didn’t matter one bit at all.

“First thing we did, in December, is we came back and passed a $1 trillion Cromnibus plan filled with pork and corporate welfare,” Cruz said.

That was the very first thing we did. Then this Republican majority voted to fund Obamacare, voted to fund President Obama’s unconstitutional executive amnesty. And then leadership rammed through the confirmation of Loretta Lynch as Attorney General. Madam President, which of those decisions would be one iota different if Harry Reid were still Majority Leader? Not a one. Not a one. This Senate operates exactly the same. The same priorities. And let me tell you why. It’s not that this majority doesn’t get things done. It does get things done. But it listens to one and only one voice. That is the voice of the Washington cartel, of the lobbyists on K Street, of the big money and big corporations. You know, if you go to the American people and ask is reauthorizing the Ex-Im Bank a priority for you, the standard response for most of them would be ‘the what?’ They don’t even know what this is. Let me tell you what this is. It is an egregious example of corporate welfare. It is the American taxpayers being on the dime for hundreds of billions of dollars in loan guarantees given out to a handful of giant corporations. It is a classic example of cronyism and corporate welfare. And by the way, among others you know one person who had the clarity of thought on that?

Cruz then noted how when Obama was in the Senate, he was opposed to the Ex-Im Bank—and then proceeded to further detail how the Ex-Im Bank is crony capitalism—before he turned his fire on McConnell again.

“Madam President, it saddens me to say this,” Cruz said.

I sat in my office, I told my staff the Majority Leader looked me in the eye and looked 54 Republicans in the eye. I cannot believe he would tell a flat-out lie, and I voted based on those assurances that he made to each and every one of us. What we just saw today was an absolute demonstration that not only what he told every Republican Senator, but what he told the press over and over and over again was a simple lie. This institution should not operate at the beck and call of lobbyists in Washington. This institution, the Majority and Minority Leader arm in arm again, should not team up against the American taxpayers. It’s why our children are going bankrupt. Now we’re facing an enormous threat with this Iran deal, a nuclear Iran poses the greatest national security threat tot his country.”

Cruz laid out next how McConnell wouldn’t take the steps he took to force the crony capitalist Ex-Im Bank through the Senate to protect the nation of Israel from President Obama’s deal with Iran.

And yet the Majority Leader refused to do what he just did for the Export Import Bank on Iran, refused to invoke cloture,” Cruz said. “That was an extraordinary step. Madam President, if he was telling us the truth when he said there was no deal, why would he do what he just did? Well, we now know that when the Majority Leader looks us in the eyes and makes an explicit commitment that he is willing to say things that he knows are false. That has consequences for how this body operates. If you or I cannot trust what the Majority Leader tells us, that will have consequences on other legislation as well on how this institution operates.

Cruz said the U.S. Senate, in addition to actually stopping the Iran deal, should be focused on matters like defunding Planned Parenthood.

“There are a host of amendments that the American people are focused on, things like defunding Planned Parenthood after the gruesome video,” Cruz said.

The Majority Leader doesn’t want to vote on that. That’s actually something the American people are focused on. He brought up his Obamacare amendment as a smokescreen because it’s intended to fail. But you know what he didn’t bring up is my amendment to end the congressional exemption from Obamacare, the corrupt deal that Harry Reid made with Obama. We’ve got to live under the same rules as everybody else. The Majority Leader doesn’t want to vote on that because he doesn’t want to end the cronyism for members of Congress any more than end the cronyism for giant corporations who enrich themselves at the expense of the American people. There are a host of priorities that the voters who elected you and me. Madam President, I would ask you to think about when you were running for the Senate not too long ago. Do you recall any of your constituents ever saying we want the Export-Import bank? No. They want other things. They have other priorities, but those are not the priorities of Republican leadership. Sadly today we have government of the lobbyists, by the lobbyists, and for the lobbyists. That is not how the United States Senate is supposed to operate. A far more important amendment than bringing back this corporate welfare and cronyism is my amendment that provides that sanctions on Iran cannot be lifted unless and until Iran does two things. Number one, it recognizes Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state. And number two, it releases the four American hostages languishing in Iranian prisons. That is a far more important issue than enriching some more lobbyists on K Street and getting a few more campaign contributions. That’s what we should be voting on.

McConnell’s office did not respond to a request for comment in response to Cruz’s speech.

SCOTUS CONFIRMS: Constitution Is Irrelevant. Rule Of Law Is Dead. Ruling Class Oligarchy Is The Power.

In the wake of the Rulings upholding ObamaCare, Housing and instituting Homosexual Marriage as a right- the last vestige of Constitutional limits on government have been officially swept away.

We have no Constitution. We have no rule of law.

We only have a Dictatorship – supported by an Oligarchy of Ruling Class nobles who see us as rabble needing to be subjugated and/or exterminated.

As the Dissent points out: “Words no longer have meaning”- and if words have no meaning in the law, then LAW itself has no meaning outside of whatever the Dictator-In-Chief and his Ruling Class says it means.  

As Chief Justice Roberts wrote in the majority opinion: “Congress passed the Affordable Care Act to improve health insurance markets, not to destroy them,” – Roberts said the wording of ObamaCare was ambiguous but decided the intent of Congress was clear and therefore he rewrote the law because,”[Congress] always had the intention of subsidies being provided nationwide”.

So we now have incontrovertible proof that the Supreme Court has made itself the final arbiter of what decrees and “laws” are ‘law’ and have inserted themselves into being the Confirmers of what politics are “Lawful” and what politics and ideologies are ‘UnConstitutional” meaning – unlawful.

So we have a dictatorship that confirms The Fuhrer’s and the Politburo’s political agendas.

Justice Antonin Scalia made evident what these rulings actually mean in his scathing dissent:

1. “Words no longer have meaning if an Exchange that is not established by a State is ‘established by the State.’” 

2. “Under all the usual rules of interpretation, in short, the Government should lose this case. But normal rules of interpretation seem always to yield to the overriding principle of the present Court: The Affordable Care Act must be saved.” 

3. “And the cases will publish forever the discouraging truth that the Supreme Court of the United States favors some laws over others, and is prepared to do whatever it takes to uphold and assist its favorites.”

So, if you are honest and brave enough to accept the truth: have a Dictatorship – run by a Marxist and Socialist Oligarchy in all 3 branches – who have ceded power to a destructive America-hating madman in the Executive who is stoking a race war while ‘fundamentally transforming the nation into a Communist hell-hole.

Since todays ‘laws’ are written in massive thousand page behemoths and passed in secret with no one in the American public knowing what the Oligarchy is crafting, it is self-evident that the Constitution no longer exists in practicality beyond lip service.

When challenged on the Constitutional merits, we now see that diktat from the Oligarchy will now be upheld over the rule of law.  Today it’s government-run healthcare. By Monday, it will be Homosexuality rammed down all our throats with no difference between civil unions and traditional marriage while sacred institutions who refuse to marry same sex couples will be charged with crimes.

Every institution that was American and cultural is being dismantled, banned, shunned and destroyed before our eyes.

During Mao Zedong’s Cultural Revolution, the Chinese were encouraged to destroy the “Four Olds”—old customs, old habits, old culture, and old thinking.  Given the Ruling Class insane push to remove all symbols of the Confederacy and Southern Culture from the country in the last week – the fact is what we see playing out before is the removal of our foundations and heritage so that removing the Constitution is accepted and applauded by the masses.

So what do we do now?

Here is the solution – which our Forebears implemented when they too found themselves under tyrannical dictatorship:

REFUSE.

RESIST.

Yes, this will make you a target.

Yes, you will be punished.

Yes, they will make an example out of you.

Yes, they will impoverish you, seize you, imprison you and even KILL YOU.

So the question you have to ask yourself is this:  Do you love liberty enough to risk your lives, your fortunes and your sacred honor?  Or will going along to keep ourselves fed and sheltered and provided for by a Beast be more important to us?

Obama’s Petulant Hissy Fit Portends Dangerous Wrath For Those Who Dare Defy Him

Obama has fundamentally transformed America into a Marxist/Fascist police state, acting as a dictator to impose his will by decree while using federal alphabets to harass, intimidate and silence those his regime targets.  Obama employs bullying tactics, subterfuge and outright treason to impose punishments for the smallest slight to his gargantuan narcissism.

Obama has done this to American citizens with impunity.  Now, because the Israeli people have scorned His Heinous by rejecting Obama’s attempt to overthrow Benjamin Netanyahu, the petulant man-child turns to do the same to the tiny nation of Israel.  Obama drops the mask he wore to beguile the vast majority of Americans, and the true Islamist anti-semite that he and his regime are – is revealed.

Obama’s Chief of Staff at a J Street conference today referenced the State of Israel as “An occupation that has lasted almost 50 years must end.”

Must end?  The state of Israel exists because it defended itself against two massive Arab wars launched against it and the territory it gained is a bulwark to secure the tiny state from future attack.  But Obama has already made his intentions known long ago, at best – he will demand Israel surrender all the land it ‘occupies’ – back to the original borders it had in 1948.  At worst – he will join ISIS and Iran and silently support the annihilation of the State altogether.

So the Obama regime’s position is exactly the same as that of Iran, Hamas and Hezbollah – Jihad groups that have had incredible influence in the Obama government.  It is no wonder Obama has decided to wage his own personal jihad against Israel.

Obama To Cut Direct Ties With Netanyahu

Obama’s jihad on the Jews just became official policy.

President Obama is considering cutting all ties with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel’s YNet News reported on Friday. According to a source cited by the paper, the White House “is contemplating lowering its ties with Israel and putting Kerry as the sole liaison between the two states, as opposed to the open line Netanyahu once had with Obama.”

Not to diminish the impact of that expected snark from His Heinous – Michael Goodwin lets loose a litany of what we are enduring under this despot and what it portends now for Israel.   I just love the first four paragraphs of this Op-Ed.  Goodwin nails what the treasonous bastard has done to us right under our noses.  Let it sink in.

Beware Of Obama

First he comes for the banks and health care, uses the IRS to go after critics, politicizes the Justice Department, spies on journalists, tries to curb religious freedom, slashes the military, throws open the borders, doubles the debt and nationalizes the Internet.

He lies to the public, ignores the Constitution, inflames race relations and urges Latinos to punish Republican “enemies.” He abandons our ­allies, appeases tyrants, coddles ­adversaries and uses the Crusades as an excuse for inaction as Islamist terrorists slaughter their way across the Mideast.

Now he’s coming for Israel.

Barack Obama’s promise to transform America was too modest. He is transforming the whole world before our eyes. Do you see it yet?

Against the backdrop of the tsunami of trouble he has unleashed, Obama’s pledge to “reassess” America’s relationship with Israel cannot be taken lightly. Already paving the way for an Iranian nuke, he is hinting he’ll also let the other anti-Semites at Turtle Bay have their way. That could mean American support for punitive Security Council resolutions or for Palestinian statehood initiatives. It could mean both, or something worse.

Whatever form the punishment takes, it will aim to teach Bibi Netanyahu never again to upstage him. And to teach Israeli voters never again to elect somebody Obama doesn’t like.

Apologists and wishful thinkers, including some Jews, insist Obama real­izes that the special relationship between Israel and the United States must prevail and that allowing too much daylight between friends will encourage enemies.

Those people are slow learners, or, more dangerously, deny-ists.

If Obama’s six years in office teach us anything, it is that he is impervious to appeals to good sense. Quite the contrary. Even respectful suggestions from supporters that he behave in the traditions of American presidents fill him with angry determination to do it his way.

For Israel, the consequences will be intended. Those who make excuses for Obama’s policy failures — naive, bad advice, bad luck — have not come to grips with his dark impulses and deep-seated rage.

His visceral dislike for Netanyahu is genuine, but also serves as a convenient fig leaf for his visceral dislike of Israel. The fact that it’s personal with Netanyahu doesn’t explain six years of trying to bully Israelis into signing a suicide pact with Muslims bent on destroying them. Netanyahu’s only sin is that he puts his nation’s security first and refuses to knuckle ­under to Obama’s endless demands for unilateral concessions.

That refusal is now the excuse to act against Israel. Consider that, for all the upheaval around the world, the president rarely has a cross word for, let alone an open dispute with, any other foreign leader. He calls Great Britain’s David Cameron “bro” and praised Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood president, Mohammed Morsi, who had called Zionists “the descendants of apes and pigs.”

Obama asked Vladimir Putin for patience, promising “more flexibility” after the 2012 election, a genuflection that earned him Russian aggression. His Asian pivot was a head fake, and China is exploiting the vacuum. None of those leaders has gotten the Netanyahu treatment, which included his being forced to use the White House back door on one trip, and the cold shoulder on another.

It is a clear and glaring double standard.

Most troubling is Obama’s bended-knee deference to Iran’s Supreme Leader, which has been repaid with “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” demonstrations in Tehran and expanded Iranian military action in other countries.

The courtship reached the height of absurdity last week, when Obama wished Iranians a happy Persian new year by equating Republican critics of his nuclear deal with the resistance of theocratic hard-liners, saying both “oppose a diplomatic solution.” That is a damnable slur given that a top American military official estimates that Iranian weapons, proxies and trainers killed 1,500 US soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Who in their right mind would trust such an evil regime with a nuke?

Yet Netanyahu, the leader of our only reliable ally in the region, is ­repeatedly singled out for abuse. He alone is the target of an orchestrated attempt to defeat him at the polls, with Obama political operatives, funded in part by American taxpayers, working to elect his opponent.

They failed and Netanyahu prevailed because Israelis see him as their best bet to protect them. Their choice was wise, but they’d better buckle up because it’s Israel’s turn to face the wrath of Obama.

GOP Rubber Stamps Obama’s Dictatorship

The abrogation of the Constitution and the Dictatorship of the Obama Regime is being made possible by the Republican Party leadership.

In the face of what is become self-evident Uniparty rule in Washington D.C., I marvel at the multitudes who ignore what is going on and lying to themselves while demanding to be lied to, insisting in sometimes virulent outbursts that we can fix Obama’s dictatorship by simply electing more Republicans.

I laugh in their face.  So should we all.

The “solution” to a post-Constitutional Dictatorship is to “elect” more Republicans????

How stupid.  How moronic.  How utterly enslaved to a false belief system such people are.

The fruits of the last two months of GOP leadership is one of complete surrender to Obama; betrayal of the voters who sent them to Washington to STOP the burgeoning dictatorship; and the total violation of the oaths they all swore to uphold the Constitution .    Handing the GOP both the House and Senate in November proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that giving the GOP leadership, was an exercise in futility.  We might as well have just kept the Democrat Marxists in power.

I keep hearing radio pundits and talk blowhards insist that Conservatives must ‘take over the GOP from within’ – as if all the evidence of the Ruling Class Oligarchy’s open warfare policy and sabotaging of their Conservative base did not exist and we are still back in the 1980s where the voters actually has a voice and influence in their party’s actions.  The GOP Leadership has made it plain and crystal clear: THEY DO NOT WANT CONSERVATIVES OR CONSTITUTIONALISTS IN THE PARTY… they only want their votes, and they assume they have them because they think we have nowhere else to go.  So they love it when Conservatives deceive themselves into thinking they can reform the GOP from within by simply electing more Republicans.

Look, the Establishment has made it IMPOSSIBLE for Conservatives to take control of the party – not that it would make any difference to a lawless dictatorship in the White House.  Single Party rule now exists at the expense of liberty and the Constitution, to the applause of a party that was supposed to be the ‘opposition’ and check on lawlessness from the Executive branch, but prefers to be the vanguards of dictatorship so they can have a seat at the table of our national carcass being carved up and devoured by pure evil.  Still the ‘base’ of the GOP refuses to see, hear or understand what their party has done.

That John Boehner is working closely with Democrats to ensure his own power,  while the GOP Establishment’s American Action Network work with George Soro’s groups to attack and crush Tea Party Conservatives are facts that a vast majority of Republican sycophants refuse to hear or believe.

This is the truth of it – Obama would not be a dictator today, if he were not empowered to act as monarch by the GOP Republican Leadership who directly enable His Heinous to shred the Constitution with their blessing.

They have willfully and vehemently surrendered their Constitutional powers in an insane effort to make sure Obama is able to do his will without any obstruction.   Gone are their powers of the Purse; of the filibuster; of legislating; of oversight; of impeachment.  They have openly stated they will not obstruct this lawless dictator, nor with they permit anyone in their party to use the tools the Founders provided to check the Executive’s UnConstitutional power grabs.    The GOP leadership and their party have FUNDED every unConstitutional decree and illegal act this regime has instigated .

McConnell continues to insist they will continue to fund everything Obama wants rather than stand in opposition to dictatorial decree.

We no longer have representation in Washington D.C.

Yet for the mind-numbed GOP Loyalists who are infected with Battered Wife Syndrome, they make excuses for their adulterer husband and willfully give themselves over mind, body and soul to more abuse.

Washington will never allow itself to be fixed, and you cannot overcome a dictatorship and oligarchy via civil means, PERIOD.  A lawless government will never allow itself to be restrained by law.  They will become a law unto themselves, and indeed, they have already achieved that.

Republicans Should Dump The Elephant and Adopt A Rubber Stamp As Their Symbol

How do you think Republicans would have done in the 2014 elections if they had told the truth about what they intended to do when they took over the Senate? What if they had campaigned on working hand-in-hand with Obama to enact his illegal alien amnesty while supporting his budget priorities, confirming a new Attorney General who thinks everything Obama is doing is fine and promised they would do nothing while he illegally bans ammo, cripples the Internet, and lets the EPA run wild? Republicans are even gearing up to SAVE OBAMACARE if the Supreme Court guts the subsidies.

 Conservatives complain endlessly, with good reason, that Barack Obama is acting like a dictator. What’s left unsaid is that he’s only able to do it because Republicans in the House and Senate are standing by impotently and allowing him to do whatever he wants. Despite winning two huge victories in 2010 and 2014 by promising to fight against Obama, the GOP has shown nothing but rank cowardice in every confrontation with him. It’s hard to understand how men like John McCain, who showed such great courage in war, can be so cowardly when they’re asked to stand up for America against the Democrats. What kind of Republicans would rather fight their own supporters and constituents than stand up to Barack Obama?

In fact, we should consider ourselves lucky that Obama hasn’t gone even farther, because who’s going to stop him? The Republican Leadership in the House and Senate?

Barack Obama could declare that he is going to tear down the Lincoln Memorial to make room for a giant statue of himself and Republicans would end up funding it because they’re so petrified the media would blame them for the shutdown that would ensue if they didn’t go along to get along.

John Boehner, Kevin McCarthy, Steve Scalise, and Cathy McMorris Rodgers are our leaders in the House and Mitch McConnell, John Cornyn, John Thune and John Barrasso are our leaders in the Senate. These are the sort of people C.S. Lewis spoke of when he wrote, “We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honour and are shocked to find traitors in our midst.”

Conservatives all know that our leaders in Congress are yellow; they can’t talk, can’t strategize, can’t tell the truth or do anything else that most of us expect from men worthy to lead. However, the “traitors” part of that quote is apt as well because they just betrayed their constituents, conservatives, and the Republican Party to help Obama implement his illegal, unconstitutional amnesty.

Back in late 2014, conservatives were begging the GOP leadership to pass a short-term continuing resolution so that the GOP would have more leverage after we controlled the House and the Senate. They refused to do it, but conservative complaints about Obama’s amnesty were so loud that the GOP Leadership couldn’t immediately capitulate and were forced to do something. So, they declared that the DHS wouldn’t be funded unless Obama buckled on amnesty and they gave their solemn oaths that they’d fight tooth and nail once the GOP controlled the House and the Senate.

Then predictably, when Obama refused to give in, the GOP Leadership barely put up a fight before they caved in and gave him exactly what he wanted. Mitch McConnell worked with Harry Reid and John Boehner worked with Nancy Pelosi to fund millions of work permits and tax rebates for illegal aliens. They also effectively signed off on 5 million illegal aliens getting Social Security cards and drivers’ licenses that they could very possibly use to VOTE in our elections! The GOP Leadership called it illegal, they called it unconstitutional, they claimed to oppose it – yet they fought to fund it! If a judge in Texas hadn’t unexpectedly blocked DHS from carrying out the amnesty, something that could end at any time, Obama would be moving full speed ahead with the blessing of the Republican Leadership in Congress.

Don’t just take my word for it on how the GOP leadership sold you out; listen to Ted Cruz.

“Since December, the outcome has been baked in the cake. It was abundantly clear to anyone watching that leadership in both houses intended to capitulate on the fight against amnesty,” Cruz said, adding, “It was a strategy doomed to failure. It’s an old adage in Washington: Never take a hostage you’re not prepared to shoot.”

“There was no chance, zero, that Republicans were going to fail to fund the Department of Homeland Security because Republicans care deeply about homeland security,” Cruz continued.

“If we had been serious about this fight, and we should have been, the continuing resolution [under which DHS funding expired in February 2015] should have focused on the EPA, or the IRS or the Department of Labor,” Cruz said. “Now, those are departments which a majority would be prepared to allow funding to temporarily expire in order to use as leverage.”

Conservatives so opposed amnesty that the GOP leadership couldn’t pass it themselves; so this was their attempt to help Barack Obama implement it. It was a dishonorable, rank betrayal of conservatives. All members of the GOP leadership along with every Republican who voted for a clean DHS bill deserve to be publicly horsewhipped for what they did.

Sadly, we can’t get away with horsewhipping public officials any more, no matter how much they may deserve it, but we don’t have to vote for them. We don’t have to fund their campaigns. In fact, we can primary them, we can protest their donor meetings, boo them in public, leak information that hurts them to the press and undermine them at every opportunity. We can demand that our representatives vote against Boehner and McConnell if they want our support. We can do everything we can within the law to make life rough for them.

There are a lot of Republicans who will vote for anyone with an “R” beside his name, no matter what he does on the theory that he’s better than the Democrat. There is a lot of merit to that thinking and I have argued for it myself on many occasions, but we’ve gotten to the point where Republicans in D.C. are taking advantage of it to such a ridiculous degree that it should no longer apply.

They lie to us, they think we’re stupid, they trash groups who represent us, they hold us in complete contempt and then they mock us by saying, “Ha, where else are they going to go?” That’s bad enough, but we’re now getting to the point where it’s like we’re being asked to vote for Benedict Arnold on the theory that he’s better than voting for the British.

Difficult though it may be to hear, the God’s honest truth is that it’s not enough to get rid of Obama and replace him with a Republican. At a minimum, we need changes in the leadership of the Republican Party in the House and Senate to have any hope of making progress.

You think we’re going to repeal Obamacare with Boehner, McConnell and their cronies in charge? You think we’re going to crack down on illegal immigration and control our borders? You think this nation will be able to stave off bankruptcy with men in command who can’t lead, can’t talk and won’t fight anyone but conservatives?

I don’t.

I think Barack Obama is on track to fundamentally transform America, not because what he’s doing is right, popular, or successful, but because conservatives aren’t willing to DEMAND that their representatives in Congress stand up, speak out and stop him. The time for playing nice with the GOP’s incompetent, ineffective, disloyal leadership in Congress is at an end. The only way the country has a bright future is if the current Republican Party Leadership in Congress has no future in politics.

The Ignorant Seig-Heil Obama’s Directive To Take Over The Internet

Obama’s Dictatorial command for the FCC and FEC to take over and control the internet via SECRET RULES is applauded by those that bought the same lies about how ObamaCare would lower healthcare costs.

Envy, anger and entitlement mindset.  These are the mechanisms that the tyrant uses to sweeten the imposition of chains on a population they intend to punish and subjugate.  Appealing to ‘fairness’ and ‘revenge’ upon the targets a tyrant wants punished and controlled, there is little done to oppose pogroms and “laws” that subjugate every liberty the tyrant seeks to eradicate and place in it’s control.   Always sold as a ‘benefit’ to the people, the terror and appetite of government power is always preferred over private and individual power which a pliable people devoid of foundational principles are shaped to loathe and hate.

Once the government takes over the internet tomorrow – there is no stopping or reversing these ‘secret rules’ the alphabets will impose on the last bastion of open communication and information.  Not by the courts, not by Congress, not by you or me. It is already a fait accompli we are told.  A done deal.  A cake already baked.

When FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler was asked to make the 360 pages of secret rules and regulations public, he refused.  The top secret final draft FCC order was only delivered to the four other FCC commissioners three weeks ago. When Wheeler handed them the rules, he issued a “gag order” to prevent its release before the FCC vote tomorrow, assumably under Obama’s orders.  So they are going to “MAKE LAW” by imposing rules NO ONE BUT GOVERNMENT OLIGARCHS HAVE READ.  In the United States of America –  the government now write laws and passes them in secret.  Not even the Colonists under King George suffered such atrocities.

Welcome to the dictatorship.

In short – say goodbye to the internet as you knew it.  Yet an ignorant populace that loves Netflix and Hulu and wants everything for free, applaud and seig-heil the false notion that the Obama regime will make the internet ‘fair’ and ‘cheaper for the little people under the grip of media giants of Comcast and AT&T.  They buy the lie that government regulation is better than corporate service packages.  They bought the big lie that ‘Net Neutrality’ will keep the internet ‘free and open’ and ‘fair’.  They love and see Obama as their messiah, their savior, their balancer of scales.  The rest hate the companies that they get their internet from and think Obama’s secret regulations and imposition of his definition of ‘net neutrality’ will make the internet more affordable, fair and faster for the little people.

 

None of those things will happen.  The exact opposite will occur.  The history of government regulating business is a lesson in ruination, incompetence and cost.  Monopoly and corporate Fascism will be established at Comcast, AT&T, Mediacom and Verizon for political gain and protection.  The big corps will pay their ‘protection money’ and use government to destroy their competition while government regulates the free-flow of information to suit it’s own insatiable appetite for unopposed power.  It’s a marriage nightmares are made of for the idiots who buy into surrendering liberty for license in the name of fairness.

Central government ruins whatever it touches.  It is king Midas in reverse.  Bureaucracies inevitably become impersonal and unfeeling roadblocks and walls without common sense and often without knowledge of what and whom they are empowered to regulate and control.  For the internet as you knew it – TWO bungling and politicaly-motivated imbecilic alphabet agencies will have their paws in every facet of the internet.  Think of them as the agencies that will establish death panels for web sites, forums and ISP providers who will limit what you currently do today or abolish it altogether.  And we have no recourse to stop it.

The cost to get online is going to skyrocket, service will get worse, content will be restricted and regulated, licenses will be required to run a website, political blogs will be declared ‘campaign contributions’ and subject to fees and content control and choices to select an ISP will be limited.  The entire original purpose of ‘Net Neutrality’ was to restrict political content and make sure content control is regulated by the Government.  MAKE NO MISTAKE.  That is what this is actually all about: the government taking over the internet in order to regulate content and limit the public’s ability to access and report information outside of whatever government tells them via their own Praetorian media operatives.

This takeover of the internet by the Obama regime is no different than what they did with imposing ObamaCare.  Remember that ObamaCare was drafted in secret and kept from the public until it was ‘passed’ into “law”.  Nancy Pelosi famously said “We have to pass it so you can find out what is in it”.  Likewise Obama’s ‘Net Neutrality’ takeover plan has 360 pages of regulations and rules that are being KEPT SECRET, until they are passed ‘into law’.

In true government-fashion, whatever these schemes are titled – be assured that the EXACT OPPOSITE will happen. The Affordable Care Act made healthcare UNAFFORDABLE for most of us who once had affordable plans.  “Net Neutrality” is the same.  It will NOT make the internet ‘neutral’. It will NOT make the internet faster for everyone.  It will in fact – as with all government meddling -make it worse.  Everyone will have their speeds ‘throttled down’ to the lowest common denominator so everyone is ‘fair’ and no one gets more than anyone else – even if they can pay for it.  That is what government does.  MARK MY WORDS.  All the empty promises made to make healthcare better by imposing ObamaCare on the populace were lies told to sell acceptance.  “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor” was a lie from the beginning.  The same is true of the reasons the Obama regime make to justify the federal takeover of the Internet.  “If you like your internet you can keep your ISP and your internet”.  It’s all lies.

But that does not matter to the emoting classes of envy-prone Millennials, the SOUND of government IMPOSING fairness and taking away what a private company can do in terms of serving their customers is more important to them.  They would rather government tell a private company what they must provide and sell a product and service for than let the free market set the standard.  Government is their god.  the ultimate arbiter of ‘fairness’ and ‘justice’.  In such a society – liberty is doomed, because facts and history of government failure and tyranny do not matter.

Two Republican chairmen on the FCC have WARNED that this “secret” plan will impose federal government taxation on ISPs which will then get passed on to consumers.  Included in the warning was the plan for federal taxation on all internet purchases, plans to tax your ISP service itself and the amount of data you stream.   Broadband speed will be mandated to be the same for everyone – and therefore it will have to be reduced to accommodate everyone.

The much ballyhooed complaints of ISP companies going to a ‘tiered service plan’ is a plan the Federal Government is going to adopt and mandate itself.  Where once you could go to a competitor to get online, now the service will be the same no matter where you go – and the tiered plan of where you are allowed to go on the internet will be mandated by government instead of a private company.  Feeling all warm and fuzzy about that yet?  Americans however trust government with such things over private business and individual responsibility and free markets because they have bought the Marxist lie that we cannot be trusted with liberty and that hating wealth is a moral imperative.  Profit is evil.

And so – in that environment a takeover of the last bastion of open communication and information is about to end as it finds itself in the grip of a federal beast.

Don’t look to the feckless Republican Party leadership to do anything concrete to stop this either.  They like what this plan will do to get their own critics on the Right silenced.

The FEC already announced intents to regulate political content on the internet with applause from Ruling Class Democrats and Republicans who HATE criticism that the once-open internet afforded everyman.  Everything on the internet will be regulated via taxation, and make no mistake that the actual target is content and regulating free political speech and access to information.  Blogs like this one will suddenly find itself declared to be part of a ‘political campaign’, and what is opined here stated to be advantageous to a political group, party or candidate and therefore must comport with FEC campaign guidelines that govern political campaigns.  A panel of bureaucrats will decide the monetary value of what I write as a ‘campaign donation’ and therefore limit what I am able to say on my own blog.

FEC Commissioner Ann Ravel wants bloggers and YouTubers that are talking about politics and all things related to comply with onerous regulations and disclosure requirements. She wants individuals and organizations that post things even remotely political online to register with her federal agency, disclose their funding sources, and stamp disclaimers on all of their content.*

This is how you kill free political speech on the internet.  This is how you kill dissent , by creating the appearance of a velvet glove – all in the name of ‘fairness’.

So enjoy the internet as you knew it today.  Tomorrow, it goes bye-bye, even though you will not notice it at first.  In a year……

This is how the Obama tyranny has progressed, the imposition of these ‘plans’ will start slowly – almost unnoticed by everyman as it is ‘phased in’ over a period of months.  In a year – everyman will notice the pain of increased costs, restrictions on content, licensing to operate websites and blogs that are targeted for shut down.  Yet, a bulk of the population who see government as their savior and sugar-daddy are seig-heiling a dictatorial madman who has sold them on the politics of self gratification, revenge and punishment.

A man who can convince a population to hate the very businesses that gave them technology they use everyday and benefit from, to convince them to surrender it to his control,  is a man who can convince a nation to surrender everything it holds dear and hate those whom he directs them to hate.

Genocides happen under these kinds of rulers. All to the applause of the people they have convinced that such targets are worthy of punishment and eradication.
