Interpretation Of Constitution Will ‘Have to Change’ After Boston Bombing

Bloomberg prods the media to stoke a meme that in the wake of the Boston Jihad attack, Our Rights must be surrendered for greater security.

The question is, will America simply let them take away our God-given Rights, protected and enshrined in the Constitution – which LIMITS Government – and in the Name of Security and Public Safety – surrender those rights and accept whatever change these MarxoFascist Rulers decide must be made to the once Supreme-Law of the land?

That question will need to be answered… and soon.

Or you can be assured that they WILL CHANGE the Constitution to suit their desire for total government tyranny over what limits the Constitution has placed upon them.

How many Reichstag fires will it take before the American people let them have their way and ‘fundamentally transform’ our Constitution and decide what rights you are allowed to have?

Bloomberg Says Interpretation of Constitution Will ‘Have to Change’ After Boston Bombing

In the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings, Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Monday the country’s interpretation of the Constitution will “have to change” to allow for greater security to stave off future attacks.

“The people who are worried about privacy have a legitimate worry,” Mr. Bloomberg said during a press conference in Midtown. “But we live in a complex word where you’re going to have to have a level of security greater than you did back in the olden days, if you will. And our laws and our interpretation of the Constitution, I think, have to change.”

Mr. Bloomberg, who has come under fire for the N.Y.P.D.’s monitoring of Muslim communities and other aggressive tactics, said the rest of the country needs to learn from the attacks.

“Look, we live in a very dangerous world. We know there are people who want to take away our freedoms. New Yorkers probably know that as much if not more than anybody else after the terrible tragedy of 9/11,” he said.

“We have to understand that in the world going forward, we’re going to have more cameras and that kind of stuff. That’s good in some sense, but it’s different from what we are used to,” he said.

The mayor pointed to the gun debate and noted the courts have allowed for increasingly stringent regulations in response to ever-more powerful weapons.

“Clearly the  Supreme Court has recognized that you have to have different interpretations of the Second Amendment and what it applies to and reasonable gun laws … Here we’re going to to have to live with reasonable levels of security,” he said, pointing to the use of magnetometers to catch weapons in city schools.

“It really says something bad about us that we have to do it. But our obligation first and foremost is to keep our kids safe in the schools; first and foremost, to keep you safe if you go to a sporting event; first and foremost is to keep you safe if you walk down the streets or go into our parks,” he said. “We cannot let the terrorists put us in a situation where we can’t do those things. And the ways to do that is to provide what we think is an appropriate level of protection.”

Still, Mr. Bloomberg argued the attacks shouldn’t be used as an excuse to persecute certain religions or groups.

“What we cant do is let the protection get in the way of us enjoying our freedoms,” he said.  “You still want to let people practice their religion, no matter what that religion is. And I think one of the great dangers here is going and categorizing anybody from one religion as a terrorist. That’s not true … That would let the terrorists win. That’s what they want us to do.”

Gun Control & Registration Proposals To Go To Obama on Tuesday

VP Biden reportedly states on radio “If you don’t register your guns, the government will confiscate them”.

While Obama’s Marxist media hacks scoff, laugh and ridicule the concern of Americans who worry about the Obama regime abolishing the 2nd Amendment and confiscating guns, statements by politicians and regime officials are indicating that our worst fears may soon become realized.  The Obama regime plans on disarming the American people despite the ridicule by Obama’s storm trooping stooges in the media.

Suddenly, after a few weeks of carefully tossed chum into the volatile seas of gun control by the Obama regime and it’s media – Biden announces that his Task Force will report their recommendations to Obama on Tuesday January 15th.  No doubt His heinous will act on these ‘recommendations’ in short order – if not by Executive Order.

“After consulting with a series of stakeholders (read MarxoFascists) in the ongoing debate over gun control, Vice President Joe Biden will present his recommendations for reducing gun-related violence in America to President Obama on Tuesday,” cbs.comreports. “The vice president, speaking to reporters before [emphasis added] a meeting on gun violence with sportsmen and women (the NRA), outlined a series of the recommendations he said are emerging in the course of his conversations with various stakeholders in the conversation — among which include universal background checks, restrictions on high-capacity magazines, and federal abilities to effectively research gun violence.” It gets worse. Far worse. From the horse’s mouth . . .

“If you look at every one of the tragic events that have attracted so much attention, it’s hard to be able to pinpoint what you would have done to assure it wouldn’t have happened. But there’s also things we know, we know, that there’s certain actions we take that have diminished the extent of the gun violence that otherwise would be occurring in the United States. There’s an emerging set of recommendations, not coming from me, but coming from the groups we’ve met with, and I’m gonna focus on the ones that relate primarily to gun ownership, what types of weapons can be owned”.

Note what Biden actually says; their ‘recommendations’ will focus on GUN OWNERSHIP, and what type of guns are allowed to be possessed by the American people.  So he admits here that they are going after the right of the people to keep and bear arms, and restrict what kind of weapons they are allowed to own.  If so – gun registration would become a necessity in order to enforce such an edict, and the alleged comment from Obama on a radio station that a refusal to register your guns will result in confiscation – seems legitimate.

Biden already stated that they would outlaw “unregulated private gun sales” – meaning gun shows and buying your neighbors gun for sale would be illegal.

It is clear from the reports themselves that Obama and Biden had no intention of considering what the NRA or gun advocacy groups had to say considering what Biden has just said regarding going after gun ownership. Either those groups were summoned to the White House to be intimidated, or served as window dressing to create the illusion of ‘hearing all sides’.

This is what the NRA just said about the ‘intimidation session’ with Biden:

“We were disappointed with how little this meeting had to do with keeping our children safe and how much it had to do with an agenda to attack the Second Amendment….  This Task Force spent most of its time on proposed restrictions on lawful firearms owners – honest, taxpaying, hardworking Americans.”

Biden reiterated earlier revelations that Obama will use Executive Orders to enact gun registration and controls to a group of ‘faith-based leaders” summoned to the White House that were asked to assist the Obama regime in preaching against gun ownership:

“He was asking the faith community to use the power of our moral voices and persuasion” to help find common sense solutions,” said Rev. Michael McBride, the head of PICO National Network’s Lifelines to Healing Campaign

During the event, Biden reportedly echoed what he told reporters earlier in the day — that the Obama administration will be taking two tracks to curb gun violence and, coincidentally, ownership. In addition to working with Congress and relying upon a legislative track, the vice-president, again, said that Obama will use unilateral control through executive action. This latter avenue will be taken more quickly, as the president has the ability to more swiftly enact regulations.

Already leaked to the media and being reported by Obama’s media is the Task Force’s ‘recommendation’ about how guns are registered, sold, and taxed in the wake of the Newton, Connecticut school shooting.

Under the potential proposals which have yet to be officially announced, all firearms would be required to be registered in a national database that would keep track of all guns and who owns them.  The database would include all new guns but also would include all guns that have been sold in the past, as there would be no “grandfather” clause in the new proposals.

The proposals could basically treat all firearms as “class three” weapons (ala machine guns). This would mean that they would be tracked in a national database, that there would be a substantial tax on the guns, and that they could not be passed from generation to generation as they would be destroyed upon the death of the registered owner.  In addition, it would be a federal crime to transfer the guns or even to own them without having them registered, even if they were legally obtained.

This so-called ‘task force’ is obviously just widow dressing for laws, acts and orders that have already been written well in advance by the MarxoFascists, who are using the Sandy Hook school massacre as the springboard to enact their wet-dream of abolishing gun ownership in America.  Don’t laugh, because this exact precedent was set with the ObamaCare bill, written well in advance by unknowns.  Nearly every provision in the ObamaCare Act that was warned about via leaks, proved to be accurate and even worse than first reported.  Ultimately, the Act was forced down the throats of the American people by a cowed Congress who did not even read the bill itself until they passed it.

That precedent will be followed, and Congress and the courts will uphold it – just as they did ObamaCare.

Notice how silent the GOP Judenrat is in the face of blatant efforts to abolish the Constitution and protected gun rights.

What worries me is that it may no longer matter what Congress or the Courts do – because this regime is hoping against hope that gun owners RESIST or that after being pushed into a corner, that they strike back and hand Obama the justification for the bloodbath that I am certain this regime wants and needs in order to implement the next phase of our destruction to bear.

This regime in power wants a war on Americans that do not bow to Obama or the Government.  That may be what the billions of rounds of hollow point ammunition requisitioned for DHS and the domestic enforcement Alphabets along with sweeping new use of armed drones in the skies over America will be used for.

It is close to the time one will need to look to their own defense and that of their families soon.  Of this I have no doubt.  We will die either free men and women, or die as slaves.  That choice is soon before us.

Biden: Obama May Use Executive Order To ‘Deal With Guns’.

Obama flexes his dictatorial muscles as the Vice President reveals plans to use Executive Orders to ban guns and gut the 2nd Amendment.

“The President is going to act” says Vice Dictator Joe “Bite-Me” Biden in regards to impending infringement on Americans’ God-ordained Right to arms.  Calling the movement to ban, abolish and even confiscate firearms from American citizens a “moral issue” in the wake of the Sandy Hook school massacre, Biden heads an Obama-appointed ‘task force’ that will recommend sweeping gun control measures on all Americans.  He met with ‘victim groups’ and outlined Obama’s plans to act on his own should Congress fail to do as Obama demands in regards to his effort to establish a federal gun grab.

“There are executives orders, there’s executive action that can be taken. We haven’t decided what that is yet. But we’re compiling it all with the help of the attorney general and the rest of the cabinet members as well as legislative action that we believe is required.  It’s critically important that we act.

“As the president said, if you’re actions result in only saving one life, they’re worth taking. But I’m convinced we can affect the well-being of millions of Americans and take thousands of people out of harm’s way if we act responsibly.”

And ‘acting responsibly’ means  banning, restricting and even confiscating guns from the American people.  Obviously Executive Orders trumps the Constitution as Obama’s State media and Ruling Class oligarchs continue to establish the narrative and fuel the zeitgeist for Americans to surrender their arms to the Obama regime; either willingly – or via intimidation such as publishing the names of all gun owners.

Notable in attendance at the meeting is Eric Holder, the man behind Operation Fast & Furious – Obama’s first failed attempt to initiate public support for sweeping gun control. He’s the guy who 17 years ago stated that the government should ‘shame’gunowners and ‘brainwash’ Americans into rethinking their stance on gun ownership – the same way they ‘changed’ national views on smoking.

So it’s no secret what the MarxoFascist tyranny now ruling us seeks to accomplish.  All tyrannies with revolution, change and genocide on their minds, always disarm their people before subjugating and exterminating them.

The fuse may be about to be lit on an almost certain conflagration of resistance when they make this last mistake.  A mistake that this author believes is intentional, given the historical need of Marxist despots to initiate a bloodbath in order to exterminate political opposition and establish iron -fisted tyranny that the people will demand and beg for, in order to ‘return to normal’.

Curioser and Curioser: Sandy Hook Massacre Is The Impetus For Disarmament

Conflicting accounts, contradictory statements, bizarre timelines and the mad rush to disarm the American people raise eyebrows and alarm.

I’m not a conspiracy consumer by nature – but Occam’s razor does figure predominantly in the end-justifies-the-means morality of the MarxoFascists who are now working furiously to disarm the American people.  The incredibly rushed and government-led push to sweeping gun control and disarmament is reaching critical mass as Obama seeks to keep the issue hot while stoking his regime and Congress to act fast.

Keeping true to his bullying tactics that are a hallmark of Marxist despots in time past, Obama has summoned the NRA to the White House to answer to Uncle Joe Biden’s blue ribbon panel on gun control.  One can assume they will be threatened to abandon their charter and/or go along with and support Obama’s disarmament plans.

Furious efforts in several states to ban guns, magazines and issue new restrictions on possession and ownership are reaching frenzied levels.  The Mayor of Newark NJ is offering cash to anyone who turns in neighbors who own guns to the government:

The Governor of New York is ready to announce sweeping new gun restrictions and bans.

On top of continuously conflicting accounts and reports of the weapon actually used in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, the silence surrounding the alleged perpetrator and his family, comes more grist for the tinfoil mill.  Several accounts of condolences, anti-gun awareness and fund raisers for Sandy Hook victims were set-up in the days BEFORE the massacre, adding fuel to the conspiracy conflagration.

The Daily Caller is reporting that The United Way of Western Conneticut denies the efforts to raise money from the tragedy 3 days in advance of the shooting is anything but a Google *glitch*.

“It’s preposterous,” executive vice president Isabel Almeida told The Daily Caller Tuesday, dismissing what she called a “flawed” Google search result that suggests her organization issued a statement of condolence — and launched a support fund for the victims’ families — on Dec. 11

….Meanwhile, another Google search result is adding fuel to the fire. It shows a San Jose, Calif. woman’s private effort to raise money for the Newtown victims’ families. Google’s search result shows that Desaree Juarez’s fundraising page was created Dec. 13, one day before the shooting.

What is true and accurate no longer matters in this country today, because the MarxoFascists have made setting the narrative and justifying their ends with tyrannical means, the ONLY thing that matters.  So trusting anyone in authority in this regime and all those who enable and support it’s efforts to abolish our rights and liberties, is not an option for anyone wishing to retain their rights.  There is no way to know the truth in the midst of such a treasonous and criminal cabal in power in this nation.

Given that Operation Fast & Furious was a covert effort by Obama and Eric Holder to whip up anti-gun hysteria in America – it is not out of the realm of possibility that the Sandy Hook massacre is nothing more than a means to the end, the impetus of disarming the American people.  How it happened, who really did it and with what no longer matters.  What matters to this regime in power and those who seek to rule, rob and subjugate us – is to abolish our God-ordained rights and say things like “No American NEEDS an ‘assault rifle with more than a 10 round clip”.

With the avalanche of such statements and efforts to strip us of our right to keep and bear arms – the conflicting accounts, and weird timestamps for victim fund-raisers days before the massacre make everything curiouser and curiouser.  Because this regime and the Leftists supporting it, have no record of integrity or honesty – nefarious conspiracies of a false-flag Reichstag fire massacre, is not easily dismissed out-of-hand in our current state of things in this post-Constitutional nation.
