The deliberations of the Constitutional Convention of 1787 were held in strict secrecy. Consequently, anxious citizens gathered outside Independence Hall when the proceedings ended in order to learn what had been produced behind closed doors. The answer was provided immediately. A Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin, “Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?” With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded, “A republic, if you can keep it.”

Well, we lost the Republic.  It’s gone.   And this people lie to themselves and pretend that a Republic still governs us simply because they can cast a ballot, buy food with an EBT card and have funds available to purchase beer and porn.  They embrace nearly all vestiges of Socialism, Marxism and every other ill ISM that those bastard parents created and call it ‘fairness’ and ‘equality’.  We are governed by an elite cadre of Oligarchs that have taken over both major political parties and orchestrated a velvet coup that most Americans to this very moment, are clueless occurred.

We’re done.  The Grand Experiment was surrendered and squandered for the promise of free crap from the pockets of those we are jealous and envious of.

Government has become god.

And this people, slaves.

WHY ITS OVER

I’ve written and said in several places and times that our Republic is dead.  This sounds pretty radical to people and I get looks of sad contempt and dismissal like old Christopher that opinionated jerk has gone too far, the poor dear.  Its the kind of response you give old people when they say something terribly unfashionable and out of date, a sort of kindly dismissal and mockery.

So I thought I’d make my case here and let people decide.

The quote at the top is what Benjamin Franklin gave when he was asked what the revolution and constitutional convention has given the people of America.  Franklin, like all of the founding fathers, knew that this experiment was fragile and prone to destruction.  They knew that without constant vigilance, virtue, and vitalization, the republic was doomed.

We’ve left all that behind.  When, exactly, is a matter of some debate, but for me the last desperate, slim glimmer of a hope was November 2012 when President Obama was reelected.  When doesn’t really matter so much as how and why.

A VIRTUOUS PEOPLE

Over and over, the founders warned future generations and their people that unless the nation clung to certain specific principles, it would lose liberty and everything they’d fought for.  Chief among these was virtue.

“We have no government armed in power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Our Constitution was made only for a religious and moral people. It is wholly inadequate for the government of any other.” -John Adams

In short, a nation which is not guided by strong ethical principles based upon an objective, absolute standard, will be blown about like a rudderless, anchorless ship in a storm.  And a people who have no virtue will not consider the future or greater rewards and concepts, but only their immediate personal gain.

SHOW ME THE MONEY

Such a people will, as the founders warned, stop voting for what is right and good, but for what is handy and valuable to them personally and directly.  As Sir Alex Fraser Tytle noted:

A democracy… can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largess from the public treasury. From that time on the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the results that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.

To put it simply, people will start voting themselves goodies at the expense of liberty, the future, economics, and personal well being.  As soon as a republic crosses that line, it ends.  And we’ve crossed that line.

The problem too many people develop is a sort of blindness.  They know at some level it isn’t true, but begin to convince themselves that if only the right sort of people get into office, they can fix everything, or at least slow the disaster.  But the United States is a democratic republic, so that means we elect representatives by popular vote to govern in our place.

And in that kind of system, we get the people who reflect and represent the culture and people of the nation at large.  Once a nation loses its virtue and direction, it votes for people just like that.  We get venal, corrupt, selfish leaders without integrity, honor, or virtue because we have become a nation of people with these characteristics.  They represent us in more than simply policy decisions; they represent us as people as well.

VOTE FOR ME!

Even if, by some chance or act of God, some leader is elected who differs from this pattern, they are powerless and shunned.  The politician now who is constitutionally responsible, has integrity, honor, and seeks liberty and future benefit for the nation over immediate comfort and gain is the outcast who will not play by the rules.  They are the trouble maker, the rebel, the crazy guy who won’t shut up.

Imagine, if you will, some miraculous scenario where all three branches of government were somehow filled with your perfect ideal of a conservative servant of the people and the constitution.  That sounds wonderful, right?

Now imagine what happens once they are sworn into office.  That very second, the news media, popular culture, academia, and out-of-power Democrats begin to bombard every conceivable outlet from social media to film, TV, radio, newspaper, books, personal conversation, and more with the same message. Monsters.  Tyrants.  Horrific.  Racist.  Sexist. Homophobic.  Islamophobic.  Theocrats.  Extremist.  Draconian.  They hate the elderly, children, handicapped, transexuals, minorities, women, on and on.  They support rape.  They support slavery.  They’re trying to put you back in chains.  They burn crosses.  They’ll drag you in chains behind their pickup truck.

Every single policy position, every single vote, every single action would be met with carefully orchestrated, filmed, and broadcast rallies and protests.  The pre-printed signs would be handed out, the paper-machet giant heads would be constructed, the streets closed off so that the “people” hired by groups like International A.N.S.W.E.R. can “spontaneously” take to the streets.

Every news broadcast would be filled with sad little faces and woeful stories of how horrific this bill is that hasn’t even taken effect and how its causing their puppy to starve.  Every hit song would be about how horrible things are on the streets filled with starvation, misery, and death.  Simply returning to how things were ten years ago would be depicted as Jim Crow times ten, packed with uninsured people dying on the streets.

And the people of the United States, bombarded with this in overwhelming fashion, would vote these people out in the next possible election, replacing them with radicals who would not only reverse what the Conservative Majority did, but go even further in the name of social justice and righting past wrongs.  They’d use this chance and the momentum to go even further than ever before.

Who wins what office makes no difference.  Until the nation undergoes a tremendous shift at the basic, cultural level, elections will only pour more of the same on this country and every new election makes matters worse.  And that cultural shift takes time, not elections.

BUT THE COURTS!!

We’re at a point in this nation where the Supreme Court has been stuffed with a near-majority of members for whom the constitution is simply a set of words they can use to lever in anything the latest progressive positions hold.  When a court has even a few judges who are utterly disinterested in constitution, wisdom, reason, justice, or sanity, that court ceases to have any validity whatseover.  It has been corrupted to the point of being useless.

Arguments we have to get the right sort of politician in this position or that for The Judges ignores the utter destruction of the constitution and nation that has already been wrought by a supposed judicially sensible majority.  After the utter abortion that was the Kelo vs New London decision, the court followed up with several horrendously decided trash cases which demonstrated that they cannot be trusted with power no matter who they are or what they claim about law.

Will a supreme court justice picked by a corrupt, horrible hag like Hillary Clinton be much worse than even a lying bozo like Donald Trump?  Yes.  But the bad is not a question of ruining the nation, its a question of how fast and in what direction.  Its going that way anyway, its just a matter of how swiftly.

REMNANTS

Technically, the USA is still around, of course.  We have the framework, sagging and rotted as it is, of what the country means still in place.  There are the habits of a Republic still here.  Technically we still vote.  In name at least we have representatives in office.  All of it still looks more or less the same.  Its just been gutted, like the shell of an insect that has been burrowed out from within by parasites.

The only direction this nation goes from here on out is away from liberty, away from the founders, away from the great experiment, and toward inevitable failure and tyranny.  There’s only one vector, even if it staggers a bit once in a while.

LET IT BURN

There’s a phrase some use to describe this attitude: “let it burn.”  Some misunderstand this as a call to destroy the nation.  But its not.  Its a call to step back and give up the fight because its going down either way.  For years now I’ve been telling everyone to focus locally, on family, neighbors, local politics.  Your home, your area, your town.  Because the federal government is a write-off.  There is no fixing it through any elections.

That’s what Let It Burn means; not “revolution!!!” but rather “its already burning and the firefighters know it won’t be saved.”  Let it Burn recognizes that its already on fire.  We’re past the point of preventing it.  We cannot save this Republic, until we get past the hard times ahead and begin the slow, painful process of rebuilding.

I’m sorry.  I don’t like it either.  but that doesn’t make it any less true.  And recognizing this doesn’t make me a crazy old man.  Just a sad one.

Obama SCOTUS Appointment Will Neuter Gun Rights

This truth is not lost on anyone noting Obama’s radical record and the efforts his regime have made in the last 7 years restricting and harming inalienable rights.

The reason there is such fear among so many Americans over the sudden death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, is the very real threat that we now face under the color of law upon what remains of our liberties.

Gun Rights Would Not Survive an Obama-appointment to the Supreme Court

By now, you have no doubt heard that Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia passed away on Saturday.

His pro-gun leadership on the Court will be sorely missed.

But we are now in the fight for our lives, as President Obama will try to nominate a replacement to change the balance of the Court.

When ABC’s George Stephanopoulos quizzed Texas Sen. Ted Cruz over Scalia’s replacement, the Senator suggested that our Second Amendment rights are “hanging in the balance.”

Cruz is right.

No one should fail to understand what is at stake in Barack Obama’s scramble to appoint the “swing vote” on the Supreme Court.

If Obama appoints a replacement for Justice Antonin Scalia, the reconstituted court will declare the Second Amendment dead.

Period.

Those of us who are constitutionalists know that Obama and the Court can’t really obliterate the 2nd Amendment.  The Constitution trumps any unlawful action to the contrary.

But a change in the Court — with the anti-gun decisions that follow — will give the “green light” for all kinds of gun registration and gun bans, resulting in a chilling effect on the exercise of our gun rights.

Heller, the 5-4 decision which recognized the Second Amendment as an individual right, will be reversed.

McDonald, the 5-4 decision which recognized that the Second Amendment applies to the states, will be reversed.

Even sooner, the court will recognize Obama’s illegal efforts to grant amnesty to 5+ million anti-gun voters.

And the consequence will be that the entire U.S. government will soon be the same gun-hating “utopia” which California’s government became as a result of a 1986 amnesty bill.

The Leftist media has already begun their White House-coordinated campaign to bludgeon Senate Republicans into approving Obama’s efforts to pack the Supreme Court with a “jurist” who will repeal the Second Amendment — and achieve Obama’s life-long dream.

But all of their arguments are, transparently, lies and false propaganda.

FIRST: Everyone knows that the Obama appointment would result in the reversal of Heller — and the effective repeal of the Second Amendment — at least, as recognized by a corrupt court system.

SECOND: Obama’s ultimate nominee will lie.

He or she will say that they have no opinion on the Second Amendment.  And they will talk about legal doctrines like stare decisis — which supposedly gives a presumption to retaining “settled law.”

Justice Sonia Sotomayor also swore, under oath, that she had no preconceived opinions on the Second Amendment.  But as soon as she got her lifetime appointment, she couldn’t move fast enough to call for the Second Amendment’s repeal.

If there is one thing we have learned from Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and the gaggle of Obama lower court appointees, it is this:  They will say whatever needs to be said to get on the Court, but they will run fast and hard to the Far Left once they are confirmed.

THIRD:  There is no constitutional principle which requires the Senate to approve a lawless nominee.

Besides, Obama has had no problem using the Constitution and the laws as toilet paper.

So he is the last one to lecture others on their “constitutional obligations” — particularly when the goal is to confirm lawless jurists who would rubber-stamp Obama’s unconstitutional and lawless actions…

I would note that is EXACTLY the reason Obama appointed Elena Kagan to SCOTUS – to ensure ObamaCare was protected and for the express and sole purpose of imposing Obama’s agenda while on the High Court.

That Obama will appoint another Communist/Maoist/Socialist to the Bench is as certain as the sun coming up tomorrow.  When the Senate gives into Obama as they have on every occasion, they will rule that your right to self defense and arms is a government privilege that can be restricted, banned, regulated and abolished.  Mark my words.

You simply need to remember that your rights are inalienable.  They come from God and His Court.  No matter what the court rules, no matter what this tyrannical government dictates or what legislation is passed in the middle of the night – it is your duty to ignore whatever tyrannical impositions they dictate under the color of “law”.

 

Screw America – Liberty Is Officially Dead In This Country

For the first time in our entire history, a Christian is jailed for exercising her faith and refusing to obey a lawless Supreme Court decision that had no power to create law or rights out of thin air.

Look at that picture again.  That is the future for biblical Christians in America – prison…. or worse.  All to the cheers of a hedonistic mob that worships the State and holds whatever an Activist Supreme Court says as Holy Writ, rather than abide what the Living God of scripture says.

The First Amendment is officially abolished… for biblical Christians – by default with this act of tyranny.  Yesterday it was bakeries and photographers who refused to comply with the homosexual agenda.  Today it is elected officials. Tomorrow – it will be you.  Already there are calls to ban devout Christians from running for or holding public office.

How long before there are calls to put Christians in camps or make them wear yellow crosses on their lapels?

Don’t roll your eyes.  History teaches this is exactly where all of this goes.

See, it is not enough that accommodations are made for her faith – as Genesis 19 clearly illustrates, you MUST approve, condone and even PARTICIPATE in wickedness that an evil mob and society says you must take part in.

District Court Judge David Bunning says Kim Davis will remain in jail “Until she complies” with the order and the “law” of approving homosexual marriage by affixing her name to marriage licenses.

After U.S. marshals took Davis into custody, she is expected to remain in jail until she agrees to comply with Bunning’s order, whom ordered her six deputy clerks to stand before him and state whether or not they would comply with his order to issue marriage licenses, at the risk of facing their own contempt penalties.

These creatures in government – who advocate defying laws when it does not suit their agendas and ignore those laws they disagree with – now demand compliance with their agenda.

So what we had here was a modern-day Nebuchadnezzar moment, an Activist Supreme Court has erected a giant golden statue in the image of homosexual marriage – and has decreed that everyone must bow down and give obeisance to it.  Kim Davis has refused to bow to the godless image of abomination.  She was brought before the Court of men, and threatened.  In essence she has said that God is strong enough to save her out of the fiery trial, but that EVEN IF HE DOESN’T – she STILL  WILL NOT BOW DOWN to their “law”.

So into prison she was cast, and will remain there it is said, until she complies.

America has become an evil and wicked nation.  It murdered an entire generation of Americans in the womb as a fundamental ‘right’, to the tune of over 55 MILLION infants.  It sells their body parts for millions of dollars in an industry that would make the Nazis blush.  It is forcing all to accept homosexual abomination under penalty of law while declaring it good, right and holy.

This country deserves EVERY horrifying thing that is about to happen to it, and I for one will not lift a finger or offer a single prayer to defend it. It deserves the Judgment that is coming and we will all suffer for it.

So be it.

The Willful Ignorance Of Fascist Tyranny: Germany 1937- America 2015

America has been fundamentally transformed into a burgeoning Nazi Germany and We The People deny that we are on the same path simply because targeted groups are not being loaded onto boxcars for death panels.

Whenever there is a comparison of current events to Nazi Germany and it’s atrocities, Americans tend to roll their eyes up into their skulls in an automatic reflex of disdain and dismissal.  “It’s absurd” is the declaration. Comparing the Land of the Free with a genocidal Fascist regime under the dictatorship of a madman who thought he was god by whom made an entire industry of exterminating undesirables?

Perish the thought!

This would be due to the absolute historical ignorance of a majority of Americans who do not recognize Mussolini-styled Fascism parading as the federal government and corporatism today.  Neither do Americans consider the industrial extermination of 55 million infants in the womb (an entire generation of Americans) as being on par with gas chambers that nearly eradicated the existing Jewish population of Europe.   A fair charge, I mean after all – not even the Nazis were selling harvested organs and tissue of their dead victims to the highest bidder – but if they were, Hitler would no doubt have had the Volksgerichtshof issue a restraining order to silence anyone attempting to expose their nefarious deeds, threaten anyone daring to report the news and employ Schutzhaft for the good of the Homelannnn…. – er….. I mean, the Fatherland.

1937 Germany vs. 2015 America: Camps? What Camps?

The common refrain for non-Jewish citizens in Germany in the late 1930’s when seriously queried about the concentration camps was either to reply that they were from criminals and malcontents or to simply reply:

Camps? What Camps?

This is the exact same attitude by the majority of the American people today on a wide number of subjects relating to life and freedom within the borders of this former Constitutional Republic.

For example, most Americans have no clue what an “administrative search” is and if it violates their 4th Amendment rights to protection from unreasonable search and seizure. As a refresher, here is the direct phrasing from the 4th Amendment for those that are a bit rusty:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Pretty cut and dry, correct? How many of you, including yours truly, have surrendered this right in the past five or ten years?

Anyone who has flown on a United States domestic or international flight, so quit denying that you have not surrendered this Constitutional right. In fact in the case of Corbett v. U.S., U.S. Supreme Court, No. 11-1413, which was denied a hearing by the U.S. Supreme Court, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals stated the following in its decision:

As other circuits have held, and as the Supreme Court has strongly suggested, screening passengers at an airport is an “administrative search” because the primary goal is not to determine whether any passenger has committed a crime but rather to protect the public from a terrorist attack…..An administrative search does not require individualized suspicion. …Instead, whether an administrative search is “unreasonable” within the condemnation of the Fourth Amendment “is determined by assessing, on the one hand, the degree to which it intrudes upon an individual’s privacy and, on the other, the degree to which it is needed for the promotion of legitimate governmental interests.” United States v. Knights, 534 U.S. 112, 118-19 (2001)….

That balance clearly favors the Government here. The need to search airline passengers “to ensure public safety can be particularly acute”…and, crucially, an AIT scanner, unlike a magnetometer, is capable of detecting, and therefore of deterring, attempts to carry aboard airplanes explosives in liquid or powder form. On the other side of the balance, we must acknowledge the steps the TSA has already taken to protect passenger privacy, in particular distorting the image created using AIT and deleting it as soon as the passenger has been cleared. More telling, any passenger may opt-out of AIT screening in favor of a pat down, which allows him to decide which of the two options for detecting a concealed, nonmetallic weapon or explosive is least invasive.

But don’t worry boys and girls because there are not any camps?

Of course the Republicans and Democrats who receive tens of thousands of dollars in donations could not care about the Bill of Rights or CAPITALISM as all of my readers learned about at a young age and found it to be a suitable economic instrument for future success. Why do I bring this subject up in the context of this article? During the 1930’s, the Nazi Party of Germany had a nasty habit of supplanting its labor force by “recruiting” prison labor to keep the cost of manufacturing low; especially for dangerous industries like coal mining, ammunition production, and of course, chemical factories.

Fast forward to modern day Communist China and one realizes that the program they engage in by using slave labor to produce the plastic widgets and the ironic “Christmas” goodies Americans love to decorate with and the program the Nazi Party of Germany used to maintain low cost labor within its manufacturing facilities using political malcontents is in full force within the confines of our largest trading partner.

But is it isolated to just Communist China?

No.

In 1984 the Corrections Corporation of America (CXW) revolutionized the way prisons in the United States operate. The company took over a prison facility in Hamilton County, Tennessee — the first time a private operator was contracted to run a jail. More prison companies were created and contracts continued to flow — between 1990 and 2010 the number of privately operated prisons in the U.S. increased 1600%. The increase in privately operated prisons has outpaced both the growth of public prison facilities and even the U.S. population.

Just a fact to prepare my readers for what else was in the article:

Private prisons bring in about $3 billion in revenue annually, and over half of that comes from holding facilities for undocumented immigrants. Private operations run between 50% to 55% of immigrant detainment facilities. The immigration bill battling its way through Washington right now might also mean good things for private prisons. Some estimate that the crackdown on undocumented immigrants will lead to 14,000 more inmates annually with 80% of that business going to private prisons.

The prison industry has also made money by contracting prison labor to private companies. The companies that have benefited from this cheap labor include Starbucks (SBUX), Boeing (BA), Victoria’s Secret, McDonalds (MCD) and even the U.S. military. Prison laborers cost between 93 cents and $4 a day and don’t need to collect benefits, thus making them cheap employees.

Federal Prison Industries, a company that contracts out prison labor, made over $900 million in revenue last year. FPI has prisoners working in apparel, clean energy, printing, document conversion and call centers. While FPI claims that prisoners are gaining real-world skills and learning trades, some argue otherwise.

“This is a threat to not just established industries; it’s a threat to emerging industries,” says Representative Bill Huizenga (R-Mich).

The typical, average, reality television American would simply reply to these facts, “great, I get my Starbucks Triple Venti Mocha Latte dirt cheap in a prison manufactured plastic mug” or something stupid like that. But what they fail to realize is that it could happen to them, a false incarceration on trumped up charges or worse, to their children as demonstrated in Pennsylvania in 2009 (From theNY Times):

At worst, Hillary Transue thought she might get a stern lecture when she appeared before a judge for building a spoof MySpace page mocking the assistant principal at her high school in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. She was a stellar student who had never been in trouble, and the page stated clearly at the bottom that it was just a joke.

Instead, the judge sentenced her to three months at a juvenile detention center on a charge of harassment.

She was handcuffed and taken away as her stunned parents stood by.

Prison for profit is one thing. But how long until individuals start losing their rights to vote and own firearms due to trumped of charges based on political commentary on web pages begins? Too late my friends, it already has. If the Federal Government determines that it is in the long term need of our nation to detain individuals of questionable political belief to ensure a ready made supply of cheap labor, then those individuals will continue to be arrested and convicted. This dangerous trend will accelerate as America’s largest corporations look for low cost labor alternatives to the minimum wage circus being imposed by unions and Marxist organizations around the country. Don’t worry though, these camps do not affect tonight’s reality television or sports broadcasting lineup.

We are now no different from Nazi Germany that we defeated in combat except that we deny that we are on the same path and have not begun to openly round up Jews or other minorities due to their religious beliefs; however devout Christians and Jews should start to get nervous.

SCOTUS CONFIRMS: Constitution Is Irrelevant. Rule Of Law Is Dead. Ruling Class Oligarchy Is The Power.

In the wake of the Rulings upholding ObamaCare, Housing and instituting Homosexual Marriage as a right- the last vestige of Constitutional limits on government have been officially swept away.

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. – John 3:19

We have no Constitution. We have no rule of law.

We only have a Dictatorship – supported by an Oligarchy of Ruling Class nobles who see us as rabble needing to be subjugated and/or exterminated.

As the Dissent points out: “Words no longer have meaning”- and if words have no meaning in the law, then LAW itself has no meaning outside of whatever the Dictator-In-Chief and his Ruling Class says it means.  

As Chief Justice Roberts wrote in the majority opinion: “Congress passed the Affordable Care Act to improve health insurance markets, not to destroy them,” – Roberts said the wording of ObamaCare was ambiguous but decided the intent of Congress was clear and therefore he rewrote the law because,”[Congress] always had the intention of subsidies being provided nationwide”.

So we now have incontrovertible proof that the Supreme Court has made itself the final arbiter of what decrees and “laws” are ‘law’ and have inserted themselves into being the Confirmers of what politics are “Lawful” and what politics and ideologies are ‘UnConstitutional” meaning – unlawful.

So we have a dictatorship that confirms The Fuhrer’s and the Politburo’s political agendas.

Justice Antonin Scalia made evident what these rulings actually mean in his scathing dissent:

1. “Words no longer have meaning if an Exchange that is not established by a State is ‘established by the State.’” 

2. “Under all the usual rules of interpretation, in short, the Government should lose this case. But normal rules of interpretation seem always to yield to the overriding principle of the present Court: The Affordable Care Act must be saved.” 

3. “And the cases will publish forever the discouraging truth that the Supreme Court of the United States favors some laws over others, and is prepared to do whatever it takes to uphold and assist its favorites.”

So, if you are honest and brave enough to accept the truth: have a Dictatorship – run by a Marxist and Socialist Oligarchy in all 3 branches – who have ceded power to a destructive America-hating madman in the Executive who is stoking a race war while ‘fundamentally transforming the nation into a Communist hell-hole.

Since todays ‘laws’ are written in massive thousand page behemoths and passed in secret with no one in the American public knowing what the Oligarchy is crafting, it is self-evident that the Constitution no longer exists in practicality beyond lip service.

When challenged on the Constitutional merits, we now see that diktat from the Oligarchy will now be upheld over the rule of law.  Today it’s government-run healthcare. By Monday, it will be Homosexuality rammed down all our throats with no difference between civil unions and traditional marriage while sacred institutions who refuse to marry same sex couples will be charged with crimes.

Every institution that was American and cultural is being dismantled, banned, shunned and destroyed before our eyes.

During Mao Zedong’s Cultural Revolution, the Chinese were encouraged to destroy the “Four Olds”—old customs, old habits, old culture, and old thinking.  Given the Ruling Class insane push to remove all symbols of the Confederacy and Southern Culture from the country in the last week – the fact is what we see playing out before is the removal of our foundations and heritage so that removing the Constitution is accepted and applauded by the masses.

So what do we do now?

Here is the solution – which our Forebears implemented when they too found themselves under tyrannical dictatorship:

REFUSE.

RESIST.

Yes, this will make you a target.

Yes, you will be punished.

Yes, they will make an example out of you.

Yes, they will impoverish you, seize you, imprison you and even KILL YOU.

So the question you have to ask yourself is this:  Do you love liberty enough to risk your lives, your fortunes and your sacred honor?  Or will going along to keep ourselves fed and sheltered and provided for by a Beast be more important to us?

The seig-heiling of government power and the rewriting of our history by Leftists in media and education, from Obama on down – is accelerating to obscene levels of the ridiculous and false.  Just as we saw with Brian Williams, the media no longer reports news – it lies to further the Leftist Narrative and the MarxoFascist Agenda.

In this case of Godless media propaganda, CNN anchor Chris Cuomo attempted to shame Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore in a heated argument over the imposition of homosexual marriage upon the states and the people of this country.  When Judge Moore stated that our Rights come from God – Cuomo went ballistic and insisted that our “collective rights” come from men and government, NOT God.

The fact of the matter is that if Rights are granted by men or government, Rights can be easily rescinded by men and their governments at any time of their choosing – and if that be the case – then they are not rights at all – merely ‘privileges’, granted by government.  I have heard Leftists often state and opine that ‘rights’ they disagree with should be recategorized as ‘privileges’ – especially speech and religion, while at the same time they insist homosexual sex and marriage is an inalienable right they are born with and must be upheld and agreed to by all.

What you see taking place here with this whole homosexual marriage agenda is Genesis 19 come alive right in your face.  It will never stop, they will never be satisfied – not until they have their way and until your beliefs match theirs or is exterminated.

Liberty and a republic cannot exist within a society that thinks Rights come from men and government.  Because the moment enough people actually believe their inalienable rights come from men and government, a tyranny of men will ALWAYS make legal, the justification to eliminate such ‘rights’ it finds an obstacle to complete and total power and control.

CNN Anchor: ‘Our Rights Do Not Come From God’

During a heated discussion over gay marriage, CNN morning Anchor Chris Cuomo opined that the unalienable rights endowed to all Americans do not come from God.

Cuomo was debating Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore on the constitutionality of same-sex marriage. Near the end of the back-and-forth and after Moore argued that rights cannot be handed down by men, Cuomo blurted out:

“Our rights do not come from God, your honor, and you know that. They come from man… That’s your faith, that’s my faith, but that’s not our country. Our laws come from collective agreement and compromise.”

Maybe Mr. Cuomo flunked elementary civics. The opening sentence of the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence clearly affirms:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…”

It may be more convenient to Cuomo’s political philosophy that a select few are empowered to grant rights to the masses, but it certainly is not part of this country’s foundation.

What’s worse is Cuomo is advocating “collective” rights. He speaks as if every American right can simply be overturned at a whim simply because “times change.” “Sure, freedom of speech was great in 1789, but we’ve evolved beyond that as a collective society.” This is a very dangerous slope on which to tread.

Solidification of the Obama Dictatorship—US Government Overthrown while Police State Explodes

Never in the history of the USA has it been in so much trouble as it finds itself today. There is neither point nor gain in attempting to soft-soap anyone about this. Its demise now seems imminent, as no one is doing anything to stop the now-proven-to-be criminal and would-be POTUS illegally occupying what was once—but is no more—our White House. The end of America as the world’s “shining city on a hill” is in its final stage of demolition. No one cares to stop its murder. So, the United States of America will die.

The Obama syndicate, in partnership with the N.W.O., is working hard to keep us on edge—every hour of every day—so that we will be distracted and not see the desolation he is creating in front of us. US Constitution Officially Overthrown by Obama, the US Congress and SCOTUS

Last week, Congress met behind closed doors—as it always does now when going against we-the-people—to beg Dictator-in-Chief Obama to fund them (with subsidies paid for by US taxpayer money) and their staffs for the ObamaCare horror they passed and forced upon the rest of us; an ever-shrinking American population.

Ever-shrinking as Obama is illegally and unilaterally changing this “law” to meet the desires of his political buddies, donors and supplicants in general. Eventually, there will only be a few of us left who will have the unmanageable burden of paying for everyone else. With this action, Congress unequivocally recognized Obama as Dictator of the USA. How? Please allow me to explain. The Executive Branch has no authority—whatsoever—to make laws of any kind. That is Congress’ sole authority. (Note: SCOTUS CJ John Roberts had no authority to change [rewrite] ObamaCare’s provision of fees to taxes when he decided he would rule it constitutional…which it is not…he also unilaterally and illegally rendered the US Constitution null and void). Congress has now illegally ceded a huge portion of its power to make law to Dictator Obama. That makes his dictator title official.

The US government is now—and has been since the Obama Syndicate took over the country—totally and completely lawless. In actual fact, the sitting “US government” has rendered itself null and void due to its illegal and criminal actions. Thus, it and its members have no more legal authority—whatsoever—to govern over anyone or anything in this country. Via their actions, all three branches of the US government have—effectively—overthrown the government “of the people, by the people and for the people” and committed the highest treason possible. In other words, there is no more operating and legal US government with any moral, ethical or legal authority in place.

1. On 3 August, 2013, in California the California Highway Patrol and Caltrans were used to illegally intimidate and forcibly shut down a peaceful free speech protest against Dictator Obama’s policies for illegal immigration and amnesty
2. The TSA has been expanded and has, apparently, now been given full (SWAT) police powers by the Obama syndicate to patrol any event or area Obama chooses…for whatever reason the dictator chooses. On 5 August 2013, the New York Times’ Ron Nixon wrote: “Transportation Security Administration’s Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response squads — VIPR teams for short — assigned to perform random security sweeps to prevent terrorist attacks at transportation hubs across the United States.” The TSA has formally been added to the Obama Gestapo
3. DHS has removed US Constitutional protections for US Citizens with its new “Constitution Free Zones”
4. NSA covers up another illegal program against US citizens. On 5 August 2013 Reuters’ John Shiffman writes: “I have never heard of anything like this at all,” said Nancy Gertner, a Harvard Law School professor who served as a federal judge from 1994 to 2011. Gertner and other legal experts said the programme sounds more troubling than recent disclosures that the National Security Agency has been collecting domestic phone records. The NSA effort is geared toward stopping terrorists; the DEA programme targets common criminals, primarily drug dealers.

   “It is one thing to create special rules for national security,” Gertner said. “Ordinary crime is entirely different. It sounds like they are phonying up investigations.”

5. On 14 August 2013, it was announced that ObamaCare will allow “forced home inspections” (aka ObamaGov home invasions) for virtually any reason including, but not limited to, tobacco usage, Families where mom is not yet 21, Families where children have low student achievement, developmental delays or disabilities and Families with individuals who are serving or formerly served in the armed forces, including such families that have members of the armed forces who have had multiple deployments outside the United States. This activity was also employed in Nazi Germany, in order for the Fuehrer to rid himself of his opposition and “undesirables”

Please look at the above dates. All of these actions by the dictator and his minions have been within the last two weeks! There awe so many it’s becoming staggering. But, that’s the plan. And, as still no one is stopping the now fully-rogue US Government, Obama’s plan is working VERY well. We need a counter plan.

Supreme Court Establishes Opponents of Homosexual Marriage As ‘Enemies Of The Human Race”.

Scalia Dissent: “ It is one thing for a society to elect change; it is another for a court of law to impose change by adjudging those who oppose it hostes humani generis, ‘enemies of the human race’.

So what happened at the Supreme Court today, is effectively the Justices NATIONALIZED homosexual marriage, and laid the groundwork to criminalize anyone who opposes it.

The seed of Christian persecution and criminalization of bible-believers by the State of Obama’s Amerika has now germinated with the SCOTUS ruling against the defense of Marriage Act as being unConstitutional.

The reasons of the prevailing argument winning the case for homosexuals is that anyone holding to beliefs that marriage is ordained of God to be reserved between a man and a woman, is somehow harmful to those who demand sexual perversion be legalized and forced into acceptance by all.

Couched in the clever language of the majority opinion, Justice Antonin Scalia states exactly what those who ruled against God and the American people mean with this ruling.

In a ripping dissent, Scalia says that Justice Anthony Kennedy and his colleagues in the majority have resorted to calling opponents of gay marriage “enemies of the human race.”

But to defend traditional marriage is not to condemn, demean, or humiliate those who would prefer other arrangements, any more than to defend the Constitution of the United States is to con- demn, demean, or humiliate other constitutions. To hurl such accusations so casually demeans this institution. In the majority’s judgment, any resistance to its holding is beyond the pale of reasoned disagreement. To question its high-handed invalidation of a presumptively valid statute is to act (the majority is sure) with the purpose to “dis- parage,” “injure,” “degrade,” “demean,” and “humiliate” our fellow human beings, our fellow citizens, who are homo- sexual. All that, simply for supporting an Act that did no more than codify an aspect of marriage that had been unquestioned in our society for most of its existence— indeed, had been unquestioned in virtually all societies for virtually all of human history. It is one thing for a society to elect change; it is another for a court of law to impose change by adjudging those who oppose it hostes humani generis, enemies of the human race.

Scalia says that the court’s holding – while limited to the Defense of Marriage Act – is a sure sign that the majority is willing to declare gay marriage a constitutional right.

It takes real cheek for today’s majority to assure us, as it is going out the door, that a constitutional requirement to give formal recognition to same-sex marriage is not at issue here—when what has preceded that assurance is a lecture on how superior the majority’s moral judgment in favor of same-sex marriage is to the Congress’s hateful moral judgment against it. I promise you this: The only thing that will “confine” the Court’s holding is its sense of what it can get away with.

And, he says, the holding will short circuit the debate over gay marriage that should have been carried out in the states.

In the majority’s telling, this story is black-and-white: Hate your neighbor or come along with us. The truth is more complicated. It is hard to admit that one’s political opponents are not monsters, especially in a struggle like this one, and the challenge in the end proves more than today’s Court can handle. Too bad. A reminder that disagreement over something so fundamental as marriage can still be politically legitimate would have been a fit task for what in earlier times was called the judicial temperament. We might have covered ourselves with honor today, by promising all sides of this debate that it was theirs to settle and that we would respect their resolution. We might have let the People decide.

But that the majority will not do. Some will rejoice in today’s decision, and some will despair at it; that is the nature of a controversy that matters so much to so many. But the Court has cheated both sides, robbing the winners of an honest victory, and the losers of the peace that comes from a fair defeat. We owed both of them better. I dissent.

Make no mistake, this will become one tool used to silence, shame, criminalize and persecute Christian and biblical beliefs in America.  In fact, that is now already begun.  I’ve witnessed what institutionalized persecution looks like in the third world.  I recognize that is now being implemented here.

Remember the story of Sodom and Gommorah in the bible (Genesis 19:4-10).  The men of the city came to Lot’s house and DEMANDED he hand out to them the two angels that had come so that they could gang rape them.  Nothing would satisfy their lust and demand, and they became violent to force themselves upon Lot and his house to comply with their wickedness.

That nature of wickedness has not changed, and like the men of Sodom, the homosexuals are not going to rest in demanding we submit to their ways and/or be forced to accept it.  Instead of a mob action at your door, they are a mob using government to criminalize your faith and have you declared and enemy of the state, an enemy of humanity if you dare refuse to submit.
