Obama Regime Asserts It Is Above The Law

John Kerry ignores Subpoena while White House and State Department say they will not cooperate with Select Benghazi Commission Investigation.

The Rule of Law is DEAD in America, at least as it is supposed to be applied to those who rule over us in the Federal Government.  There is no accountability whatsoever, and when Congress actually follows it’s duty to investigate high crimes and misdemeanors – the Obama regime and it’s MarxoFascist sycophants assert that they do not have to comply with the investigation or answer any questions from ‘partisan’ Republicans.

The Ruling Class Oligarchy in the White House regime has suggested and then stated that it WILL NOT cooperate with the investigation into the Jihadist attacks on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya and the subsequent cover-up and false narrative pushed by the Obama White House.  The attacks killed 4 Americans including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens after they were abandoned by this White House to die at the hands of terrorists.  Some speculation based on facts that have been ignored, is that Obama left Stevens to die because Stevens was involved in funneling heavy weapons such as MANPADs to Syrian Jihadists in Obama’s desire for Al Qaeda to overthrow secular dictator Basher Assad, same as Jihadists overthrew secular dictators Moammar Ghadaffi and Egypt’s Hosni Mubarak to install an Islamic regime.

It was revealed from White House memos that Obama and his regime KNEW the attacks were an al Al Qaeda assault from the moment the attacks began, but insisted that no aid to rescue the Americans be rendered and special forces were told to ‘stand down’.    Obama then instructed Susan Rice and Hillary Clinton PUSH a lie upon the American people that the attacks were in response to an insipid and silly Youtube video critical of Islam.

Yesterday White House spokesman Jay Carney suggested it may not cooperate with a ‘partisan investigation’ when asked if Obama would cooperate with the Benghazi commission:

White House press secretary Jay Carney indicated the administration may not cooperate with the new House select committee investigating the unanswered questions surrounding the terrorist attack in Benghazi, even refusing to answer a direct question about it.

This is nothing new in terms of the Obama regime being held to any account.  Recall Hillary Clinton’s infamous shrill rant during her questioning in front of a Congressional panel:

Secretary of State John Kerryhas been subpoenaed to testify on Benghazi on May 21st. However, in the daily State Department press briefing on Monday, deputy spokesperson Marie Harf said that Kerry will be out of the country on that day and won’t comply with the subpoena to testify on that particular date.

The spokesidiot actually had the gall to suggest that Darrell Issa should have ‘asked nicely for us to answer questions and not issued a subpoena’ (as if they would have answered any question when they have ignored it since 9-11-12) – and then stated that a sitting Secretary of State should ‘not be subpoenaed’ blaming Bush for that false precedent that they say they are going to adhere to.  Screw the Rule of Law yet again.

Obama and his regime and his MarxoFascist Democrats should not be questioned, they assert they are above the law and how dare anyone question their good intentions, even after Americans and an Ambassador were slaughtered and they peddled a bogus lie as to the reason for the attack on Obama’s orders.

Obama and his MarxoFascists think and act above the law, and if they get away with it – liberty is truly dead in America and we have an official tyranny ruling the people.

Obama’s Communist Healthcare Administration Tells Congress To Shove Their Subpoenas

HHS tells Darrell Issa’s Congressional Committee in a letter that it will not comply with investigative subpoenas because “we don’t trust you with information”.

This is now become full blown, in-our-face tyranny.  Notwithstanding the ghoulish Sebelius’ arrogance and condescension towards anyone asking questions when trying to get to the bottom of the fraud and billions of dollars in waste thrown at a purposefully defective website put together by one of Michelle Obama’s Canadian college pals.

Now it goes into overdrive when Obama’s regime simply decides that it will no longer comply with the Congressional investigation into it’s fraud, deceit and deliberate collapse and takeover of America’s healthcare industry.  The reason given is beyond ridiculous, especially after it was learned that absolutely NO SECURITY was built into the ObamaCare website, putting personal information of anyone who signed up at terrible risk.  Now HHS says they will not comply with subpoenas because they do not trust Congress to keep data ‘secret’.  No, that’s not ‘Onion’ satire that is the real excuse given to ignore the subpoena and refuse to comply with investigators.

The Health and Human Services Department told House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa that it won’t turn over documents related to the security of the Healthcare.gov website because it can’t trust him to keep secret information that could give hackers a roadmap to wreak havoc on the system. Issa has issued a subpoena to MITRE, a government contractor, to turn over unredacted copies of security-testing documents by noon Friday. At issue are website development plans MITRE drafted for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which is under HHS. Already, Issa has been given access to the documents he seeks “in camera” — meaning committee staff were able to review them in a room but not keep them — but he is seeking physical copies…Administration officials worry that Issa intends to put them in the public domain, which Esquea argues could compromise the security of the site

…“It’s an unacceptable violation of law and a dangerous precedent for any Administration to tell a private company not to respond to a lawful subpoena,” Issa spokesman Frederick Hill said in an email.

Issa shot back with a harsh bark by accusing the HHS of criminal obstruction of the probe into the failed ObamaCare website.

The Health and Human Services Department has told contractors working on the problem-plagued ObamaCare website not to release documents to congressional investigators, a mandate slammed as “criminal obstruction” by House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa.

…“The federal obstruction laws reflect the fact that Congress’ right of access to information is constitutionally based and critical to the integrity and effectiveness of our oversight and investigative activities,” Issa said. “For that reason, it is widely understood that private citizens and companies cannot contract away their duty to comply with a congressional request for documents. “

The HHS did not respond to an email request for comment.

The problem is not the ruse of security in ObamaCare, the real problem is that the system of checks and balances has been abolished by Obama and a complicit Congress and media.   Nothing is going to be done about these lawless breaches of law by Obama’s regime.  Nothing.  Issa’s committee is already proven to be all bark and no bite; nothing but window dressing to silence the Conservatives who are calling for the Rule of Law to be upheld. Congress under John Boehner and Mitch McConnell have willingly ceded their power and authority over to Obama’s complete and total control.  When Obama waves his hand to change the healthcare law’s mandates whenever he sees fit – and Congress does nothing to stop such lawlessness, then Congress has willingly empowered a dictator who now rules us under a fraudulent color of ‘law’.
