So, ‘Democracy is a cult’ according to Bergdahl insinuating Sharia Law is preferable to ‘secular man-centric’ laws.

But His Heinous, the Imperial President Obama celebrated Bergdahl while his Regime works the news media to insist that Bergdahl “served with honor and distinction”.

That is about as believable as the Youtube video was responsible for the Benghazi attack that this same imbecile insisted upon:

Obama Regime Asserts It Is Above The Law

John Kerry ignores Subpoena while White House and State Department say they will not cooperate with Select Benghazi Commission Investigation.

The Rule of Law is DEAD in America, at least as it is supposed to be applied to those who rule over us in the Federal Government.  There is no accountability whatsoever, and when Congress actually follows it’s duty to investigate high crimes and misdemeanors – the Obama regime and it’s MarxoFascist sycophants assert that they do not have to comply with the investigation or answer any questions from ‘partisan’ Republicans.

The Ruling Class Oligarchy in the White House regime has suggested and then stated that it WILL NOT cooperate with the investigation into the Jihadist attacks on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya and the subsequent cover-up and false narrative pushed by the Obama White House.  The attacks killed 4 Americans including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens after they were abandoned by this White House to die at the hands of terrorists.  Some speculation based on facts that have been ignored, is that Obama left Stevens to die because Stevens was involved in funneling heavy weapons such as MANPADs to Syrian Jihadists in Obama’s desire for Al Qaeda to overthrow secular dictator Basher Assad, same as Jihadists overthrew secular dictators Moammar Ghadaffi and Egypt’s Hosni Mubarak to install an Islamic regime.

It was revealed from White House memos that Obama and his regime KNEW the attacks were an al Al Qaeda assault from the moment the attacks began, but insisted that no aid to rescue the Americans be rendered and special forces were told to ‘stand down’.    Obama then instructed Susan Rice and Hillary Clinton PUSH a lie upon the American people that the attacks were in response to an insipid and silly Youtube video critical of Islam.

Yesterday White House spokesman Jay Carney suggested it may not cooperate with a ‘partisan investigation’ when asked if Obama would cooperate with the Benghazi commission:

White House press secretary Jay Carney indicated the administration may not cooperate with the new House select committee investigating the unanswered questions surrounding the terrorist attack in Benghazi, even refusing to answer a direct question about it.

State Dept.: Kerry Will Not Comply with Benghazi Subpoena

Secretary of State John Kerryhas been subpoenaed to testify on Benghazi on May 21st. However, in the daily State Department press briefing on Monday, deputy spokesperson Marie Harf said that Kerry will be out of the country on that day and won’t comply with the subpoena to testify on that particular date.

The spokesidiot actually had the gall to suggest that Darrell Issa should have ‘asked nicely for us to answer questions and not issued a subpoena’ (as if they would have answered any question when they have ignored it since 9-11-12) – and then stated that a sitting Secretary of State should ‘not be subpoenaed’ blaming Bush for that false precedent that they say they are going to adhere to.  Screw the Rule of Law yet again.

Obama and his regime and his MarxoFascist Democrats should not be questioned, they assert they are above the law and how dare anyone question their good intentions, even after Americans and an Ambassador were slaughtered and they peddled a bogus lie as to the reason for the attack on Obama’s orders.

Obama and his MarxoFascists think and act above the law, and if they get away with it – liberty is truly dead in America and we have an official tyranny ruling the people.

Big Surprise – NOT! Obama IRS Refuses To Hand Over Targeting Documents To Investigators

Obama’s IRS gives the finger to the Senate Finance Committee Investigation looking into IRS attacks on Conservative groups.

There’s a lot of middle fingers Obama and his MarxoFascists are giving Americans.

Just today Obama appoints disgraced liar and Benghazi Cover-up Girl Susan Rice to be his National Security Advisor, a major promotion for her shameful bullcrap and covering for Obama’s role in the massacre at Benghazi.  Her performance in front of Darrell Issa’s House Investigation should have warranted a prison sentence for her treason and lawlessness.  Instead Obama promotes her.

But that’s not all, Obama’s IRS – empowered by this president and other MarxoFascist Democrats to attack Conservative and Christian groups, have refused to meet a reasonable deadline to turn over documents related to the investigation.  Obama’s IRS was given until last Friday to comply with the order by the Senate Finance Committee looking into the assault on Conservatives by the most ruthless agency in the Federal government.  Like their leader, the IRS gave the Senate Investigators the finger.

My guess is that Congress will do exactly what it has done in every other Obama affront and crime that has taken place since he was originally crowned our first defacto dictator in 2009: absolutely NOTHING.  They will make a few disparaging comments to the press to get it on record that they oppose what Obama’s IRS has done to attack the average American person who does not support this regime, but when push comes to shove – such as Senator  Ted Cruz’ legitimate demand that the IRS be abolished, Congress will do nothing but laugh at and attack Cruz and those calling for the abolition of an agency now used as a political H-bomb for Obama against his enemies.

IRS refuses to turn over documents on targeting to Senate 

The Internal Revenue Service has failed to turn over documents requested by the powerful Senate tax-writing panel, which is investigating the tax agency’s practice of targeting conservative organizations.

Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont., and Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah, the panel’s top Republican, gave the IRS a May 31 deadline to answer dozens of questions related to the special scrutiny the agency was giving to right-leaning groups seeking tax-exempt status.

But the troubled IRS let the deadline go by.

“We want a response,” Sen. Ben Cardin of Maryland, a top Democrat on the panel told The Washington Examiner. “I thought the request was a reasonable request.”

The agency has been under intense congressional scrutiny because of its targeting of conservatives, but its troubles continue to grow.

An audit released Tuesday found the IRS spent $49 million on employee conferences between 2010 and 2012. One conference alone in Anaheim, Calif., in 2010 cost more than $4 million, including $17,000 paid to an artist who painted portraits of Michael Jordan and others as he shared “how seemingly random combinations of ideas can drive radical innovations” at the IRS.

Baucus, whom an aide described as “significantly disappointed” about the missed deadline, has little sympathy for the IRS.

“It’s disgraceful, frankly,” Baucus told The Examiner. “It’s not a good way to boost the American confidence in the government, that’s for sure.”

While the IRS was being skewered in the Senate for excessive conference spending, a House committee was hearing Tuesday from some of the conservative groups whose applications for tax exemption were held up by the IRS just before the 2012 presidential election in which the groups intended to participate. Scathing testimony from the groups included a page-by-page recitation of the onerous and invasive questions that the IRS demanded from Tea Party groups and others.

Another hearing slated for Thursday will examine the damning report on conference spending, which included $32,000 the IRS paid so 24 of its employees could make “planning trips” to the conference site ahead of the convention.

The conference featured 15 speakers at a cost of $135,350, including one man hired to paint the portraits of Jordan, Bono and Albert Einstein as IRS employees looked on. An additional $50,000 was spent to produce videos, including one in which IRS agents were instructed how to line dance and a training video that replicated the set of “Star Trek.”

The IRS did not keep adequate records or receipts for the conferences, and nearly $200,000 in spending is unaccounted for. Conference spending at the IRS was cut by 80 percent since 2010, the Treasury Department said. A total of $11 million was spent on IRS conferences in 2011 and 2012.

The embattled agency, meanwhile, is “paralyzed” by the recent gutting of its leadership, including the forced resignation of its acting director and the suspension of the head of the department that was targeting the groups, according to one IRS expert.

“No question that it has been damaged,” Cardin said.

Daniel Werfel, the new acting commissioner appointed by President Obama, pledged to root out the wasteful spending and end the targeting of conservative groups. He also promised the Senate committee that he would produce the documents it seeks, a committee aide said.

Can We Awaken From This MarxoFascist Totalitarian Nightmare?

A prophetic but chilling warning about how America is repeating the history of past Republics by accepting and preferring  a totalitarian form of government.

“…Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and … accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. ” The Declaration of Independence.

Many Americans are awakening to a reality that the country they once knew is gone, replaced by a “Progressive” Marxist/Socialist Oligarchy.  The past week reveal that the Obama regime has used the government’s agencies to wage war on Americans, silence Christians and Conservative groups, spy on the media and private citizens, harass citizens who attempt to involve themselves in politics, and punish political opposition to the ‘fundamental transformation’ Obama is imposing on the country.

Ambassador Alan Keyes asks a question this author has been asking since 2008 – can this country awaken itself from it’s stupor?  Can this nightmare of a totalitarian Marxist state be stopped? Or are we too late and comfortable with it already??

Methinks it’s the latter.  A majority clearly prefer tyranny to liberty, and yet they will call it freedom.

Totalitarian Subversion- Can we Awaken from the Nightmare?

Whatever Obama, Hilary Clinton, Susan Rice and other Obama faction officials were seeking to achieve with their lies about the terrorist murders of U.S. officials in Benghazi; whatever the full extent of the ideologically motivated political abuses at the IRS, one thing is clear. Except for mindless apparatchiks, thoughtlessly loyal to the Obama cult, (like Chris Matthews and Al Sharpton, for example) no sane person can now consider it crazy or irrational to distrust the words and actions of those presently controlling the U.S. government. These scandals show the self-serving ‘chutzpah’ of Obama’s snide dismissal of people who “warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that’s at the root of all our problems….They’ll warn that tyranny [is] always lurking just around the corner. You should reject these voices.”

In one respect, Obama’s words ring true. Tyranny isn’t just around the corner. It is already upon us. Its forces are not yet confident enough to employ the ‘Gestapo’ tactics routinely associated with socialist dictatorship. But they have obviously been using their control of the Federal bureaucracy to repress and intimidate individuals and grassroots organizations, preoccupying their time and depleting their resources. Should we be encouraged by the fact that these abuses are now being openly discussed and decried? Only if the stir actually leads to actions that effectively curtail them, while establishing am oversight mechanism that assures continually formal and public scrutiny, to make sure that they cannot be repeated without an immediate outcry.

But what if no such action is taken? Inaction is likely, given the collaborative mindset of the GOP leaders in the U.S. House, and the Obama faction’s solid majority in the U.S. Senate. If it happens these abuses will recur in a more virulent form. And they will spread, like an infection treated with an inadequate course of antibiotics. People will realize that the abuses are still in train, and that their elected officials have done nothing to reduce each individual’s vulnerability. Increasingly tinged with fear, the angry public reaction against the abuses will wane. Spreading from one individual to another, as episodes of abuse proliferate, this individual fear will gradually intensify until it dominates the public mind. This is the way tyranny subverts peace of mind.

Is this part of the reason the Obama faction volunteered these revelations? Is it part of the reason elements of the elitist faction are so willing to air this dirty laundry? If no effective controls are put in place, the result could generate a corrosive atmosphere of fearful expectation, that predisposes people to forestall abuse by submitting to those responsible for it. Was it from wise precaution against this corrosion of the spirit of liberty that, unlike Barack Obama, America’s founders saw it as ”…proper to take alarm at the first experiment on our liberties”; and went on to praise the “free men of America” who “did not wait till usurped power had strengthened itself by exercise…They saw all the consequences in the principle, and they avoided the consequences by denying the principle.” (James Madison, Memorial and Remonstrance Against Religious Assessments)

Barack Obama is a man whose ruthless ideological consistency leads him to disdain the natural rightness of human life, in its most affecting and helpless form. For example, his advocacy of unconstrained access to abortion is so extreme that he countenanced infanticide in order to assure it. He understood and frankly accepted that this ruthless position was a necessary consequence of the logic that justifies so-called “abortion rights”. The heartily soul destroying effect of his logical extremism was recently revealed at trial, in the jocular morbidity of Kermit Gosnell, who now stands convicted of such murders.

Given his calculated fanaticism, Obama is just the type to deploy the heartless bureaucratic, police and military forces of government against citizens whose only crime is to exercise the rights that are their birthright, under God and the Constitution. Today public attention focuses on the IRS, abused to attack the resources and curtail the political activity of those who oppose the design for despotism. Soon and very soon it will be the IRS and the police, abused to attack free speech and the free exercise of religion. Then it will be Homeland security and local police forces, under the guise of anti-terrorist martial law, abused to arrest and detain evangelical Christians, Catholics, homeschoolers, and those who exercise their 2^nd Amendment rights. Then it will be OBama’s fondly imagined domestic army, as large and well-funded as the military, moving against States whose officials who refuse to acquiesce in the unconstitutional abridgment of the residual sovereign rights guaranteed to the States, respectively, and to the people, by the U.S. Constitution’s 10^th Amendment.

Please don’t make the mistake of believing that this design for despotism is exclusively the sinister ambition of Democrats like Obama. For years I tried to warn people in the GOP about Obama’s commitment to totalitarian communist approaches to politics and economics. For years I tried to help them recognize his rejection of the principles whereby the requirements of God-endowed right limit the just powers of government. For years I inveighed against his pro-abortion extremism; his disdain for the God-endowed rights of the natural family; his hostility to America’s international and national security requirements.

I gradually came to realize that the leadership of the Republican Party is incapable of responding effectively to Obama’s treacherous betrayal of constitutional self-government, or even admitting it. Why? Because that leadership is itself in the grip of forces that differ from Obama only in the more openly self-serving style of their betrayal. They purport to represent and speak for the large plurality of Americans loyal to the Constitution. They pretend to respect the ideas of God-endowed unalienable rights and limited government from which the Constitution derives. But they have in fact abandoned every goal of political life except the successful pursuit of governmental power, and the self-aggrandizing abuses it makes possible.

In the WND article published on Friday I argued that, because the IRS “overturns the priority of natural right over humanly instituted authority”, it is a design woven into the fabric of tyranny. In similar fashion, because it has substituted power for justice as the end of civil society, the elitist faction’s sham two-party system is also a design woven into the fabric of tyranny. When America’s founders framed our form of government, they did so with justice in view (see Federalist #51). Institutions like the IRS and the elitist faction’s sham two-party system are like viruses. Though written in the language the founders used, they have been introduced into the program of American government in order to rewrite its code for a different purpose. They exist, as it were, to reweave the whole cloth of American life. They are part of a phalanx of similarly viral mechanisms, including now the public schools, and much of the news and entertainment media, that have been transformed from factors of liberty into engines of elitist totalitarian indoctrination and control.

This is, in the tactical sense, the realization of the Antonio Gramsci’s comprehensive vision of totalitarian, socialist, political subversion. We can awaken from it, as from a stifling nightmare, but only if we are willing to exert our minds to see all its fabrications for what they are. Only then will we cease to be manipulated and subdued by the delusory hopes and fears they represent.
