The military is “upside-down” for recommending that Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl be given no jail time for voluntarily leaving his unit and being taken by the Taliban, a move that got several troops killed and led to the freedom of five hard core Taliban figures in exchange for Bergdahl.
…“My only conclusion is these prosecutors are under some serious pressure through the chain of command,” he said. “I suspect the chain of command is under some pressure from the administration. I don’t know that for a fact, but what else can you conclude? These are military prosecutors. They know the seriousness of these charges.”

First Class Charles Martland out of the Army for an incident in 2011, where he slugged a police chief for raping a child repeatedly,” Boykin said. “We’re going to put him out of the Army, but here we’ve got a guy that cavorted with the enemy, that deserted in wartime and we’re going to let him walk.”

After which Lubitz, for reasons unknown and perhaps unknowable, deliberately steered the jet into a harrowing 8 minute plunge ending in an explosive 434 mph impact with a rocky mountainside. 150 men, women and children met an immediate, unthinkably violent death.
Lubitz, in his single-minded madness, couldn’t be stopped because anyone who could change the jet’s disastrous course was locked out.
It’s hard to imagine the growing feelings of fear and helplessness that the passengers felt as the unforgiving landscape rushed up to meet them. Hard – but not impossible.
Because America is in trouble. We feel the descent in the pits of our stomachs. We hear the shake and rattle of structures stressed beyond their limits. We don’t know where we’re going anymore, but do know it isn’t good. And above all, we feel helpless because Barack Obama has locked us out.
He locked the American people out of his decision to seize the national healthcare system. Locked us out when we wanted to know why the IRS was attacking conservatives. He locked us out of having a say in his decision to tear up our immigration laws, and to give over a trillion dollars in benefits to those who broke those laws.
Obama locked out those who advised against premature troop withdrawals. Locked out the intelligence agencies who issued warnings about the growing threat of ISIS. He locked out anyone who could have interfered with his release of five Taliban terror chiefs in return for one U.S. military deserter.
Was Andreas Lubitz depressed, insane, or abysmally evil when he decided to lock that cockpit door and listen to no voices other than those in his head? Did he somehow believe himself to be doing the right thing?
The voice recordings from the doomed aircraft reveal that as the jet began its rapid descent, the passengers were quiet. There was probably some nervous laughter, confusion, a bit of comforting chatter with seatmates, followed by a brief period in which anxiety had not yet metastasized into terror.
It was only near the end of the 8 minute plunge that everyone finally understood what was really happening. Only near the end when they began to scream.

The Muslim Brotherhood called for “a long, uncompromising jihad” in Egypt just days after a delegation of the Islamist group’s key leaders and allies met with the State Department, according to an official statement released this week.
Just days after a delegation that included two top Brotherhood leaders was hosted at the State Department, the organization released an official statement calling on its supporters to “prepare” for jihad, according to an independent translation of the statement first posted on Tuesday.
The State Department meeting was attended by a deputy assistant secretary for democracy, human rights, and labor and other State Department officials.
The Muslim Brotherhood statement also was issued just two days before a major terror attack Thursday in Egypt’s lawless Sinai region that killed at least 25.
“It is incumbent upon everyone to be aware that we are in the process of a new phase, where we summon what is latent in our strength, where we recall the meanings of jihad and prepare ourselves, our wives, our sons, our daughters, and whoever marched on our path to a long, uncompromising jihad, and during this stage we ask for martyrdom,” it states.
Preparation for jihad is a key theme of the Brotherhood’s latest call for jihad.
It couldn’t be more obvious to me that Obama and his Administration are in bed with the Muslim Brotherhood. This past week, they held a confab at the State Department concerning their ongoing efforts to oppose the current government of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi of Egypt, who rose to power following the overthrow of Mohamed Morsi, an ally of the Brotherhood, in 2013. From aiding and comforting the Muslim Brotherhood, let’s look at the fruits of Obama’s swapping high-ranking Taliban generals for Army Deserter Bowe Bergdahl:

Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy met with Vatican officials that helped draft Pope Francis’ climate-related encyclical on Friday, The Associated Press reports.

America’s top environmental official has assured the Vatican that the pope and Barack Obama are singing from the same hymnal when it comes to fighting climate change.
In a visit to the Vatican, Gina McCarthy, the head of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), conveyed a message to the pope that Obama shared his view that fighting climate change was a moral obligation.

General Eric Holder announced the creation of a task force within the Justice Department to combat an “escalating danger” from “homegrown” terrorists within the United States.
This is almost laughable considering that Obama himself just declared open season on Americans to every terrorist network in the world given his actions with trading Bergdahl for Jihad generals.

But all the political warfare is not limited to Obama and his media. Harry Reid on the Senate Floor demanded critics shut up, declaring that they are “playing politics with Bergdahl release”.
But then today Reid channel’s Hillary “Benghazi” Clinton and angrily declares “What difference does it make?” when asked about Bergdhal’s desertion.

Once again Obama has chosen to ignore a law he does not like in order to create his own law. The law he ignored makes it a felony crime to give any money, materiel or personnel to terrorist organizations. Obama just provided the Taliban with 5 high-ranking Command personnel we had detained. Obama has no legal power to do this, but asserts his CINC status gives him such authority, which is a crock. By violating the DAA he committed high treason in doing so, making up a cockamamie story almost as believable as an anti-Islamic YouTube video inciting the 2012 Egyptian riots by claiming that Bergdahl’s health was in serious condition.

The White House admitted that they were aware of the fact there was a law that required them to notify Congress – but that was so 2013 ago. Times have changed. In addition, The Taliban are no longer a terror group according to Obama, which he says would EXEMPT this action he took. “He is at best a deserter, and at worst a traitor,” Korder said of Bergdahl.
…For more than 200 years, the United States has had a policy of not trading prisoners for American hostages. That policy has been shredded and international travel to even cities like London, Paris, and Amsterdam will now pose an exceptional danger for Americans.
And as Americans, we must all ask: at what price was Sgt. Bergdahl’s freedom purchased?
According to reports, Sgt. Bergdahl was under the influence when he walked off his base in Paktika Province, Afghanistan and into the arms of the Haqqani terrorism network.
It is important to note that the Haqqanis are not the same thing as the Afghan Taliban. The two are different groups. They each have their own distinct and separate leadership council, or “Shura” that they report to. The Haqqanis are heavily tied to both Al Qaeda (providing them safe passage and support) and the Pakistani Inter-Services Intelligence agency, also known as the ISI. The Haqqanis are a heavily criminal enterprise sowing and feeding off of the chaos in the Afghanistan/Pakistan region. Envision Al Qaeda crossed with the Sopranos and you begin to get the picture of what these thugs are like…
And Obama traded FIVE Jihad terrorists in our custody for ONE Deserter who caused the death of 14 Americans who were sent looking for him or suffered from Taliban attacks with insufficient resources that were redirected to hunt for the AWOL Bergdahl.

The deal to release Bergdahl in exchange for five senior Taliban members even though the Army and Bergdahl’s former colleagues have stated the fact that Bergdahl was a deserter, is irrelevant according to Obama.
Obama said the question isn’t relevant: “Regardless of the circumstances, we still get an American soldier back if he’s held in captivity,” Obama said. “Period. Full stop.”
REGARDLESS of the circumstances???? For all we know Bergdahl defected to the Taliban and was HELPING them kill Americans!
THIS IS INSANE! Where was the King’s concern the night of Benghazi when four Americans were slaughtered, INCLUDING the American Ambassador???? ? All of a sudden he’s concerned about a single deserter?

So, we captured a Hebollah terrorist in Iraq guilty of masterminding and taking part in the attack, capture and then murder of five American soldiers in Iraq. Now that Obama is pulling completely out of Iraq and leaving that nation which we won in so hard fought a manner, defeating Saddam Husseins armies and tens of thousand of Al Qaeda and other terrorists in the process, these prisoners were to be taken with us for trial and housed in Gitmo in the process. But not Daqduq. He will be released. That’s right, a murderer of US soldiers will be released! Obama reveals himself to be amazingingly brazen in his sympathies for the enemy.
Then, after defeating the Taliban and freeing Afghanistan in order to make sure that the government that housed the Al Quida operatives who master-minded and carried out the 911 attack was powerless to do so again, Obama is now willing to negotiate normalization of relationships with them. At the end of World War II would we have negotiated normalization of relations with the Nazis? With the Imperial Japanese? The answer is a resounding, NO! We destroyed them abjectly and made sure their ilk and politics would never rise again and forever be a hiss and a by-word in human history.
Anyone now doubt as to WHY Biden declared that the Taliban was “not an Enemy” of the United States?
Some may say that times have changed, that we live in a more “diverse” world today. But the principles do not change. You cannot countenance, coddle, or appease abject evil and totalitariansim. All of history shows this to be a monumental mistake. You must face them head-on and defeat them utterly, and then ensure that their aspirations, parties, organizations, and desires are so resoundingly annihilated that no one would ever consider taking that path again. And that is is exactly what we should do with the totlaitarian, racist, tyranical and abject evil Taliban and any other fundamental Islamic, Jihadist government or organization that is so disposed. Their intent is to kill or subjugate us all…and they are as committed to those goals as were the Nazis and the Imperial Japanese.
But that is not Obama’s intention, it never was. In his own “autobiography” Dreams From My Father – Obama wrote: “I will stand with them (Muslims) should the political winds shift in an ugly direction”.
And Obama has been true to his written word. Not only fundamentally transforming the United States of America, but standing with Jihadist Islam, and even empowering them to achieve their desire of a global Caliphate to subjugate America:

In 2009 the people of Iran rose and first demonstrated by the tens and hundreds of thousands against the Mullah rulers there in the “Islamic Republic,” and then fought them as the Iranian Revolutionary Guard began to attack and kill them. The Obama administration did not lift a finger to help those true “freedom fighters.” In not doing so, but then in supporting the likes of the Muslim Bortherhood, Obama has shown where his sympathies lie…and those sympathies, in the opinion of this individual, are a result of his early upbringing in that very environment (which the complicit Main Stream Media has failed to do it journalistic duty regarding, before the election or since).
The result is the establishment of fundamental islamic nations in the Mid-East, surrounding Israel and our few remaining friends there…the beginnings of what some migh call an Islamic Caliphate:
Add to all of this his monumnetal destruction of the free market and the US economy at home, the Obama administration is in the process of shredding all credability and strength of the US at home and abroad. He promised “fundamental change.” Well folks, this is it.
While the Christian-hating Left steps up their demonization and attacks on Christians, they support an Islamic theocracy in America.

It’s not so much that this is surprising coming from a Godless Leftist who gets tingles and a hard on for Barrack Obama every time he speaks, but the amount of Christian-hating spew coming out of the State Run media and Obama stormtroopers across the media landscape is becoming truly alarming. We’ve seen this before in history, and those who remember history, knows where such demonization leads.
Of course anyone who knows their Bible should remember Jesus’ own Words that Christians would be hated and persecuted, even to death in this world. Something sadly many American Christians have overlooked in our peace and prosperity. This is noted especially in Matthew 24 and John 15 & 16 – when Jesus explained that at the End of the Age – Christians would be driven from their places of worship and killed while the killers would think they do God service by doing so (John 16:2).
That certainly describes Jihadist Islam and their Leftist/Marxist allies here in this country to me.
This hypocrisy by the Marxist/Anti-Christian Left in this nation is quite remarkable when you consider the organizations that rush to run roughshod over Christianity – but then remain silent or actively support Islamic Fundamentalism establishing a religious theocracy here in America.
Truly the imbeciles on the Left are clueless of this man-eating crocodile they have allied themselves with for their own power’s sake. Eventually this man-eater will turn on the very ones who are busy feeding it Christians and American liberty.
For now however, it’s the shared hatred of liberty as carried by Christians and Jews that allies Islamics and Leftists together as they work to enslave the nation to tyranny.
Eventually there will be a battle over whose tyranny is dominant – but for some of us who have been watching, Obama may encompass a new kind of tyranny; that of Islamic Marxism, a blend of liberal Islam with the religion of Marx to create a new type of Fascist politics. The Left, champions of strict separation of church and state, have come out in support of an American theocracy. How can this be? Could this possibly be the same political machine that ritualistically goes from town to town scanning courthouses for explicit references to God, or even worse, the Ten Commandments? Or the establishment telling little Susie she cannot pray at school? Or the organization forbidding the reading of scripture, even on a purely non-sectarian, academic basis? Surely we can’t be talking about the same ideologues.

President Obama publicly advocates the Islamic practice of covering women to alleviate lust, without so much as a whimper from those staunch defenders of women’s rights in the Democratically-controlled Congress.
Mosques are an increasingly common feature of the American landscape. These havens of peace, or should I say recruitment centers, have contributed to some pretty striking changes in American cities. Somehow, wherever large Muslim minorities reside, mosques obtain the right to play the extremely militant Call to Prayer over loudspeakers for all the non-Muslims to hear, usually five times a day. President Obama remembers the call to prayer fondly. And what is the call to prayer? The text reads:

Ah, what memories. This militant prose is blasted in cities all over the United States, most notably in Dearborn, Mich. And yet church bells are outlawed in many cities, citing offensive noise and sound pollution.
Inexplicably, many on the Left don’t appreciate the irony of aiding the ascendance of a religion so at odds with many of the Left’s most cherished “rights.” The perceptive among them might have noticed, for instance, that Islamic law mandates the brutal slaughter of outed homosexuals, usually by way of stoning or, in rare cases, pushing a large brick wall onto the transgressor. Execution for homosexuality is the law of the land in Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Afghanistan. If homosexuals decide to be “out-and-proud” in the suburbs of Europe, they’ll receive a swift beating from gangs of Moroccan “youths.” But in America, Christians are arrested for praying silently at a gay rally.
The Left rewards the perpetrators of honor killings, a Muslim sacrament that calls for the purification of fellow family members through murder, sometimes for evils like talking on cell phones or socializing with westerners. Such barbaric practice is no better illustrated than in the example of Heshu Yones, a native Londoner. Heshu fell in love with a Lebanese Christian boy and they planned to elope. When Heshu’s father caught wind of this, he stabbed her eleven times, and then slit her throat.[1]
In one recent case, leftist litigants nearly succeeded in sending poor Rifqa Bary back to her sanguine parents where she would surely have met her death.
The Left will fight for the Muslim right to slaughter relatives, but peaceful abortion protesters are jailed without even the slightest pretense to upholding the First Amendment.
The sheer brutality of Islamic law is evident to any with common sense. But even though it is inconsistent with American principles of individuality and freedom, many leftists in the U.S. publicly argue for the adoption of the Islamic law called Sharia. Amputation for theft certainly would certainly solve many problems in America’s crime-ridden streets. The Chief Justice of London’s Sharia Court agrees:
The Left’s dichotomy extends to public schools as well. The state-funded University of Michigan has begun constructing footbath stations for Muslims. Where Muslims are concerned, no one seems deterred by landmark Supreme Court cases like Everson v. Board of Education orEngel v. Vitale. The “high and impregnable” wall between church and state has just plunged foot deep into the water. But what would be the response if Christians built baptismals at UC Berkley?
The Bible is banned by Idaho for use in public school classrooms, but the same authority permits“a passionate defense of Islam by a Muslim faithful.”
And now with the latest call for a probe into the radical terror-funding Council for American Islamic Relations (CAIR), Democrats again have a chance to show their patriotism by condemning Islamic supremacists. CAIR leaders have lobbied for a global caliphate and the complete overthrow of the American government. CAIR’s Chairman Omar M. Ahmad has evensaid, “Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Koran…should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on earth.” The appropriate response to such sentiments is simple: NO. Instead, Democrats have resorted to tiresome clichés about ethnic enmity and intolerance. When given the choice between America and an Islamic theocracy, Democrats appear to desire the latter.
The Left is not the decrier of theocracy and the champion of strict separation of church and state that it claims to be. Democrats seem perfectly willing to accede to an Islamic brand of theocracy if it strengthens the Left’s hold on America. Alarmingly, the Democrats also seem to think they can keep Islamic extremism under their control, using only so much of it as is necessary to further their own agenda. This naiveté portends disastrous consequences for freedom in America. We must act now before the religion that gave us the 9/11 hijackers makes the Whitehouse Muslim. Or has it already?
