Fundamentally Transformed Into An Imperial Fascist Oligarchy: What Do We Do Now?

The Federal Behemoth in Washington no longer has any legitimate authority over a free people.  So what now?  Our own history provides the answer.

Part 2: What Do We Do Now?

In Part 1 of this essay, I laid out the evidence that the federal government is being run by an ideological oligarchy that has corrupted the entire institution of national government and grown into a tyranny.  I specifically cited two examples of federal agencies that are completely lawless and being used as weapons against the American people to abolish Constitutional rights.  That was last quarter of last year.

Today the examples are tenfold what they were when I originally wrote the essay.  The Executive power issues decrees, not even Executive Orders anymore – just “memoranda” that is then carried out as if it was ratified by every person in the legislature.  The Congress passes omnibus spending resolutions without a single member reading the thousands of pages of moneys robbed and spent from We The People into unpayable mountains of debt in the tens of trillions; when the people overwhelmingly vote representatives into office to STOP this descent into tyranny – they are immediately corrupted and threatened with punishment if they do not obey the will of the Ruling Class leadership and fall into line like seig-heiling zombies.

The plain truth is this, whether you will admit it openly or not: the federal government can no longer be trusted to safeguard our rights, our liberties or the rule of law to effect our happiness OR our security (open borders with Executive Amnesty decreed anyone?).  It has abused and usurped power from the people to implement a design to reduce us all under absolute Despotism.  It has made itself above the Law, outside the Law and a law unto itself.  In short, it is no different than if the Mafia had taken over the nation.

So what can we do? The Declaration of Independence states that we have a duty to fulfill in the case of tyranny.  The argument being waged among those of us who recognize where we have arrived, is what form of ‘throwing off such government’ entails in this ‘enlightened age?  Some point to elections and civility within the existing system as our path to throwing off a tyrannical yoke.  Let’s take a look at those arguments.

Some say write and call your federal Representatives.  I cannot think of anything that resembles passing wind better than this suggestion.  I offer that this is as ineffectual as sending another Olive Branch Petition to the Throne of King George.  The results will be the same; repeated injury en masse.  For petitioning our rulers for a redress of grievances is now being met with the same contempt and charge of sedition as it was when George III did it.  Or to use the same phrase as the Declaration: repeated injury.

Some say protest.  Another wasted effort.  The amount of disdain and contempt by the Ruling Class for liberty-minded Americans and Conservative Christians is off the scale.  When hundreds of thousands took the steps of the Capitol to protest ObamaCare and flooded town hall meetings, the Ruling Class ignored and demonized them declaring them to be ‘terrorists’ .  When citizens called their representatives to complain,  phones are left unanswered or off the hook and e-mailboxes are left full without reply.  If an answer is received, often it is a useless form letter or repeated injury.

Some say elect more Republicans.  Well, we have over 20 years of results by a people who have been doing so, and I say that is a proven exercise in practicing insanity.  The GOP and the nation continue to pick up speed Leftward, until today we are fundamentally transformed into a Marxist/Fascist oligarchy.

The last election more than showcased the fact that the Will of The People will be ignored, undermined and thwarted each time the Oligarchy decides it will not allow itself to be restrained by The People.

So what shall we do?   Is it time to grab your gun, pitchforks and torches and head to the village green to face the Redcoats?  That history is certainly growing in consideration among many.

Some will argue and rightfully so, that such an acton would give the Fascist juggernaut now ruling us the justification to do what they have already prepared to do to put down their political enemies and create the climate of fear that is next on the schedule to be implemented in the nation to criminalize the very spirit that birthed the nation.

So then what now?  Do we do nothing?  Do we just keep voting in this shell game of a corrupted system and blindly hope that someday, someone will do something that is not an attack on liberty?

What can we do in the face of our nation being fundamentally transformed into an Imperial Marxist/Fascist Oligarchy with a Roman-esue Senate doing the bidding of a Caesar with Praetorians in the media and every federal agency ready to pounce on whomever is targeted on command?

Our own history provides the answer to what God Himself honored in granting a determined bunch of farmers willing to sacrifice everything, a victory over the greatest military might on earth at the time.

The answer is this: We refuse to comply with edicts from the Federal Beast.  We ignore unjust “laws” and “requirements” that contravene the Laws of God, the Constitution and your natural rights as established by God. We no longer consent to be governed by such a tyrannical cabal and as such, we from this point forward, refuse to comply with it.  We must remind ourselves that ‘It is better to obey God than men’ (Acts 5:29) as scripture says.  He is Our Sovereign, not the regime and it’s proponents now attempting to rule us.

That is what we must do.

And make no mistake, you will be called an insurrectionist, a rebel, a domestic terrorist for daring to defy the bullies in D.C., to which I offer this wisdom from Benjamin Franklin “Disobedience to tyrants is obedience to God”.  I state again, the entire Federal Governmental Beast is become tyrannical.

From a purely secular standpoint – since all the branches of the Federal Government can ignore the Supreme Law of the Land; refuse to comply with it’s limitations;  decide not to enforce ‘laws’ they do not agree with; and issue decrees of new laws that contravene the existing Constitution; deem treaties signed by the Executive without Congressional ratification ‘law’ – why then are the people obligated to follow what the Rulers on High demand?  Can we not also ignore their “laws”; refuse to comply with their edicts; decide not to obey “laws” we do not agree with and deem ‘memoranda’ issued by executive decree unlawful and of no effect? Or have we truly arrived at the time where law only applies to the “little people”; we serfs ruled on high by a Ruling Caste? Are some animals more equal than others in this fundamentally transformed nation?

The answer is obviously ‘yes’ to the latter judging facts and events currently ongoing.

Yet let this truth ring in your ears: a gun to our proverbial heads is the only power a tyranny such as the current Federal Government has over us.

Read that again and let it sink in: the only power the current Federal Government has over us, is a gun to our head with the threat to pull the trigger and put us down.  All they have is the threat to strip you of your wealth, property and life at the end of the guns that serve the state and the Caesar.  That is the only power they now have.

It no longer has any legitimate authority under Heaven, or the Constitution they have usurped and ignored, therefore We are no longer obligated under Heaven to abide such a tyranny.

From a biblical standpoint the question becomes; are we obligated to subject ourselves to governing authorities that are tyrannical and contravene the Laws of God and our rights?

I know I know, Pastors are busy preaching Romans 13 from the pulpits on orders from the government and some have been ordered to turn over their sermons to government officials.  Still many more are enslaved to the understanding that to defy any government authority is rebelling against God.

However, I hold that the Romans 13 argument in the context of obeying THIS CURRENT federal beast, is bogus.  Romans 13 specifically tells us that Authorities under God exist to punish evil.  What happens when a government authority becomes perverted and celebrates evil and exists to punish the God-fearing?  Are we still supposed to submit to that?  Are edicts and “laws” passed by such an entity biblically required of Christ followers to obey?

In the understanding of what our Founders wrote on the subject, any order or “law” that contravenes God’s Holy Laws and statutes and principles is not a “law” at all, it is forced sin by government upon those they demand follow it.  To them, Galatians 5:1 ended the Quaker argument for obedience to tyranny.  For they saw physical tyranny as no different than spiritual sin.    Most of them understood a physical tyranny such as they were suffering was the direct result of the sin of the whole people, and the 1760’s were filled with the call from pulpits to get the Colonies to repent and become the instruments against sin and tyranny they felt they needed to be.  That became the First Great Awakening.

Yet Pastors today preach that we must submit to such tyranny and limit our duty to praying for Obama and Congress?  I believe those that erroneously follow this bogus argument end up making the government their god, thus breaking the First Commandment.  Submitting to tyranny is not of God, but of Satan. For tyranny sins against Nature’s God and violates the natural Rights endowed upon His People.  As Christians, we have a duty to DEFY and DISOBEY such tyranny, and we have historical precedent for such duties to be blessed by God.

Jonathan Mayhew, one of the first pastors in America to fire the first spiritual volley against the tyranny of the Crown in 1750, spoke at the Old West Church in Boston to lay out the biblical case for disobeying a tyrant and arguing against the Quaker insistence that Romans 13 be followed to the utter end.

As soon as the prince sets himself up above law, he loses the king in the tyrant. He does, to all intents and purposes, unking himself by acting out of and beyond that sphere which the constitution allows him to move in; and in such cases he has no more right to be obeyed than any inferior officer who acts beyond his commission. – Jonathan Mayhew, 1750, ” Discourse Concerning Unlimited Submission“

Americans have to come to understand and believe this same thing, before anything else can be done about what we currently are begin ruled by.  Let this sink in a moment and let me paraphrase Mayhew’s admonition in modern American English;  Americans have to come to understand that Obama and the Oligarchy in Congress have set themselves up above the Law, and because they have done this, they have lost the authority in their tyranny.  They have, to all intents and purposes, delegitimized themselves by acting out of and beyond the sphere which the Constitution has allowed them to move in; and in this case they have no more right to be obeyed than any officer who acts beyond their commission.

Understand this; when the government no longer has any legitimate authority over you, all it has in its disposal is brutal force waged at the end of a gun to force it’s will upon you.  At one time we used to recognize that as abject tyranny.  But no wonder, our people no longer recognize sin as biblically defined, and instead have called evil good, and good, evil.  It therefore follows that a majority of our people also do not recognize we are being ruled by a tyranny.  Since Satan is a tyrant and his devices are the instruments of subjugation and slavery – is it no coincidence so many Americans are ignorant of similar devices and instruments being used by government to enslave them?

For those of us NOT ignorant of these devices and what now has established itself over us, how do we respond to a tyranny that they think is ‘elected’ to do as it pleases to us?  A government that states it has lawful  ‘precedent’ to tyrannize us because it is what “the people” want.

Obama said strategically: “The government is us” for the insidious purpose of asserting that the everyone supports government and therefore everything government does, whether tyrannical or not, is legitimate.

Getting a mob on the side of tyranny is a fundamental function of a despotic Oligarchy. To create the illusion that anyone standing up for what is right, is the problem.  A problem that the people will applaud the tyranny to ‘take care of’.  An approval of a final solution to what the power of the state deems a threat to themselves.

Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Pol Pot, Castro and the host of the last few generations of despotic Socialist dictators have all used this same tactic to great effect.

So ask yourself, do we submit to the threat of impoverishment, destitution, bodily harm and death in the vain hope of remaining unscathed?  Have we become ignorant of what ‘We pledge our lives, fortunes and sacred honor’ meant?    Have we gone so far as to accept that this government is there for our good?   If we do, we break the First Commandment by allowing government to become our god, no different than if Shaadrack, Meschak and Abednego had complied with Nebuchadnezzar and bowed to the image of gold.  Submitting to tyranny therefore is breaking the first Commandment.  This was the staunch belief of those who fought the lawful, legal authority of the Crown of England over the Colonies.

My countrymen, we are dealing with a Beast.  One that not only contravenes it’s established authority within the bounds of the Constitution, but the Federal Beast defies The Most High’s Authority with the agenda it has foisted upon the nation.

When King George III and his Parliament issued the Stamp Act, the Tea Act, and the Intolerable Acts – the Colonists openly defied and refused to comply with those decrees.  Instructively, upon the establishment of the Tea Act, the Sons of Liberty famously chucked all the tea from the East India Tea Company that the Crown was forcing on the Colonists, into Boston Harbor in 1773 – rather than pay the tax.  This resulted in the blockade of Boston and an ensuing siege intended to starve Massachusetts into submission.

Notice the order of events in this history: the tyranny of the governing authority issues decrees that trod upon the inalienable rights of the people.  The People eventually refuse to comply with those decrees and openly defy them. The Authority then invokes punitive and punishing measures against those that dare defy them.  They attempt impoverishment,  Siege and privation.  Then, if the subjects still refuse to submit and bow down, force of arms is deployed to put down their ‘rebellion’ – with the intent to kill and imprison any who dare challenge the authority.

It is at that stage, and at that point that the God-ordained inviolate Right of self defense is authorized, and indeed was used against the governing authorities.  To be blunt – when the tyrants sent armed shock troops to seize their weapons and force them to comply at gunpoint and occupation – the Colonists resisted the authority of the crown with lethal means.

Which by the way, is the ENTIRE reason and purpose of the Second Amendment, and trust me when I say that the Regime in power will eliminate that Right as soon as they are able to do so because they KNOW what the intent of that Amendment is, which is why every single despotic regime that comes into power ALWAYS disarms the very people they intend to destroy.

So again, what do we do now?

We do as our forbears. We should first repent of our individual sins, work towards national repentance – and refuse to comply with the wickedness and tyranny being foisted on us by Imperial decree. As history teaches, a tyranny will never abide or allow a people who refuse to comply with it’s edicts and demands.  They will crush such people and/or force them to comply by imposing every form of despotism, punishment and threat it has at it’s disposal.

Nothing new under the sun.  Our Founders understood that completely.

When the Signers of the Declaration declared their vote for Independence and put their names to the parchment, it was not lost on a single one of them the gravity of what they had just done.  They understood that in all practicality, they just signed their own death warrants.  A long silence settled on the Continental Congress as everyone silently contemplated what their action would result in.  The quiet was broken by Samuel Adams who defined what it was that they had really just accomplished by voting to rebel and defy the King and Parliament.  He said:

“We have this day restored the Sovereign to Whom all men ought to be obedient. He reigns in heaven and from the rising to the setting of the sun, let His kingdom come.” – Samuel Adams July 4th, 1776

The revolution against the lawful authority of a government that became a tyranny was a direct affirmation that the King and parliament had usurped God’s Sovereignty over His People.  Refusing to comply, and then resisting the force being sent to subjugate them – was a solemn duty for the Christian, and it was that understanding and determination that led to the willing sacrifices to establish liberty on this land.

Sadly, human nature has not changed in 238 years, and neither has man’s desire to rule over others.  America was an anomaly in all written human history, yet today we willingly have surrendered ourselves to the very system that has enslaved people since The Garden, submitting to a government that makes itself absolute ruler.  A free people should only ever remain beholden to the Supreme Governor of the Universe, not submitting itself to a tyranny that stands for overt sin, wickedness, corruption and greed.

Know this truth – a people who will not be governed by God, will be ruled by the tyranny of men. 

If we would be free indeed, then submitting to God first is our duty – and then to stand against any encroachment made against it by every and all means.

Our history gives us the clear blueprint of what we can and should do from this point forward, in resisting tyranny.    The tyranny we suffer today may actually be insidiously worse than what the Colonists endured, because so many refuse to see it as a tyranny.

C.S. Lewis adroitly notes the kind of ‘soft tyranny’ that Alexis DeToqueville warned about:

“Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience. They may be more likely to go to Heaven yet at the same time likelier to make a Hell of earth. This very kindness stings with intolerable insult. To be “cured” against one’s will and cured of states which we may not regard as disease is to be put on a level of those who have not yet reached the age of reason or those who never will; to be classed with infants, imbeciles, and domestic animals.”

The soft tyranny that we have allowed ourselves to live under is now morphing into a police state that has iron fists staged all over the nation.  We either refuse to comply and be ready to suffer the inevitable efforts of punishment by the illegitimate authority in the righteous cause of Restoring The Sovereign in our lives.  Or we surrender to the tyranny of men and the god they have erected to subjugate us.

Refuse. Defy.  Then, when the tyrants send agents of the state to force it’s will, Resist.

Will we cry “Give us Liberty or give us Death!” or will we cry “Give us the promise of bread so we can live!”??

It is up to us now to decide how we will respond to tyranny, for assuredly those in power have already decided how they intend to deal with you.

Obama’s Meaningless ISIL Speech: His Real Targets Are Not Islamic Terrorists

Obama’s speech about ISIS Jihadists last night was pathetic. Meanwhile the Government ratchets up a potential crackdown on Obama’s political opponents.

John hits another out of the park on analysis of Obama’s pathetic speech in light of what has been going on for the last few weeks in our government and has some words of warning to consider.

In a week that it was revealed that 5 other IRS agents under congressional subpoena regarding the IRS scandal ‘lost’ their e-mails and computer hard drives; on a day the IRS head Koskinen says to the investigative committee “we follow the law wherever we can” – and in the same timeframe we learn that yet another Conservative media outlet is under an open-ended IRS audit – we have more to fear from Obama and this federal government than we do from any terrorist organization anywhere on the planet.

 

Obama’s False Flag Speech Tonight

Tonight, on the eve of another anniversary for 9-11, the current President of the United States will be giving a speech about the threat of ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria or IS for short) where a new American strategy for dealing with this terrorist army will be outlined after he stated several days ago that he didn’t have one. Several months ago in fact, the President called ISIS the “JV team” in one of his numerous infamous quotes and since that time they have carved out what amounts to a small nation in Eastern Syria and Western Iraq.

The issue of ISIS however, is not the key point to the speech tonight. If ISIS were truly a serious threat to US interests, aka, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, then our “allies” in the region would request that the United States position more troops into Kuwait and Jordan to protect those kingdoms and  to cut off any advance towards the House of Saud.  Meanwhile, many questions about this speech and American policy towards ISIS will not be answered by this administration nor our “allies” in the region:

1. If the United States is aware that ISIS is now in possession of approximately 30 M1 Abrams tanks, why have we not destroyed them with an air strike by now? Theoretically one would hope that the U.S. would install a “kill switch” such as those used by American rental car companies just in case a vehicle is stolen, or at least some type of GPS tracking at a minimum once the weapons were left for the Iraqi military.

2. Why are Western governments in Europe and including the United States announcing any types of sanctions for those countries aiding and abetting the ISIS cause? There is ample evidence within the mainstream media that Qatar is acting as the finance and banking arm for the Islamic State yet not one word has been uttered about cutting off trade or even a small threat of sanctions from any nation except for Saudi Arabia (see: Saudi threatens to block Qatar’s land, sea borders from this posting about Saudi-Qatari relations: Is Saudi Arabia Preparing to Invade Qatar?).

3. There is demonstrable evidence that Turkey, a NATO member nation, has also been arming and training ISIS forces yet the silence from Brussels, London, and Washington has been deafening. Will President Obama announce an initiative to cut off the supply of arms and soldiers migrating from Turkish territory into Iraq and Syria tonight? I seriously doubt it.

Thus one has to wonder if the real purpose of President Obama’s speech tonight is to provide the usual distraction and scare tactics to spook the American people with another CIA trained terrorism force. The headline on the Drudge Report this afternoon provides a most interesting insight into DHS’s mindset before Obama speaks tonight:

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said his department will be issuing new guidance to retailers this week giving them pointers on how to spot potential terrorists among their customers by looking at what they’re buying.

While saying the government cannot prohibit sales of some everyday materials, Mr. Johnson said retailers should be trained to look for anyone who buys a lot from what he described as a “long list of materials that could be used as explosive precursors.”

He said it was an extension of the “If you see something, say something” campaign launched by his predecessor, former Secretary Janet Napolitano, which tries to enlist average Americans to be aware of their immediate environment.

“We can’t and we shouldn’t prohibit the sale of a pressure cooker. We can sensitize retail businesses to be on guard for suspicious behavior by those who buy this kind of stuff,” Mr. Johnson said during a question-and-answer session after a speech at the Council on Foreign Relations.

In other words, if one buys gunpowder for use in black powder hunting or reloading of ammunition, ammunition in quantity of any caliber, or household chemicals which some individuals buy in bulk to save money for their home and businesses (multi-location use), odds are one might just find themselves on any number of Obama’s DHS “watch lists” as a possible domestic terrorist threat.

The article above from the Times in fact supports a story published by the Washington Free Beaconon August 29, 2014 (see: FBI National Domestic Threat Assessment Omits Islamist Terrorism ) where the alarming revelation of the omission of Islamist terror appears to be more insidious when this portion of Bill Gertz’s story is taken into consideration with the excerpt published above:

Instead, the internal FBI intelligence report concluded in its 2013 assessment published this month that the threat to U.S. internal security from extremists is limited to attacks and activities by eight types of domestic extremist movements—none motivated by radical Islam.

They include anti-government militia groups and white supremacy extremists, along with “sovereign citizen” nationalists, and anarchists. Other domestic threat groups outlined by the FBI assessment include violent animal rights and environmentalist extremists, black separatists, anti- and pro-abortion activists, and Puerto Rican nationalists.

“Domestic extremist violence continues to be unpredictable and, at times, severe,” the report states.

This appears to validate that the government might indeed be secretly concerned about ISIS and Islamist terrorism but the temptation to secretly allow a terror attack to occur, committed by radical Muslim militants falsely tied to the Patriot Movement, Tea Party, or other pro-Constitutional groups is no longer the realm of conspiracy theorists or websites.

One must take into consideration the long standing hostility of this regime towards its own citizens and the potential that tonight’s speech has nothing to do with ISIS or their actions overseas; instead it would appear a scare tactic to justify a brutal crackdown on all Americans who do not share the views of the predominate political parties and their elites, all in the name of protecting the people.

Beware my friends, as we now live in one of the most dangerous periods of our history where liberty’s light can be extinguished by the fictional assignment of guilt and national hysteria, much like other dictatorships and oligarchs have used to crush their citizens throughout history.

Overthrowing America: Obama’s MarxoFascist Junta

Obama targets opposition using the IRS.  A corrupt Judiciary declares who can be on a ballot. The Senate moves to Repeal the First Amendment under the guise of election ‘fairness’.

I have said this ad infinitum over the last 5 years: America has seen her last free and “honest” nationally-impacted election.  We went Soviet.  Cook County corruption went national, and this people have no clue whatsoever what has happened to it.

America was overthrown from within – by a Marxist/Fascist juggernaut and nothing is stopping it.  The Ruling Class Republicans are complicit in this coup because they want a piece of the new power paradigm that makes government god, creates a permanent underclass of dependent serfs, and a caste of Nobles whom the underclass must serve without question.  Because after all, in the minds of those who now rule us, we little people cannot be trusted with liberty because we do not know what is good for us.  Government will now decide our fates .  What we think will correspond to what we receive and are allowed to have in conjunction with whom we must vote for, income inequality notwithstanding.

The fact everyone conveniently ignores is that our voice no longer matters when it opposes what the Ruling Class Junta demands.  The rule of law no longer matters, it can be ignored or changed or done away with when it interferes with what the Ruling Class Junta wants.

To wit:

• The IRS will continue to target, intimidate and punish Conservative groups in order to silence them and render any political influence irrelevant.  The paper trail goes all the way to the White House – but the Praetorian MarxoFasicst media has declared via press releases from the DNC that the effort to get to the bottom of the scandal is a ‘racist’ ‘witch hunt’.

• Judge orders 25 term congressman John Conyers to be put onthe ballot after he failed to obtain enough signatures for the primary election.  So when the law is not met, the Ruling Class will simply decree what is legal and what is not by using ideological judges when it cannot decree them by Executive Order.  It will do as it pleases to further the political party and the ideology rather than uphold the law.  The Ruling Class is now selecting candidates the people have to ‘choose’ from, and doing so by judicial or executive order.  This is pure Sovietism.

• 41 Democrat Senators signed onto a bill to repeal the first Amendment:  Senate Joint Resolution 19 – “an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relating to contributions and expenditures intended to affect elections.  Under the guise of ‘fairness’ Harry Reid and the MarxoFascist Democrats and a few Republicans have decided that you will have no right to support or speak to those issues and candidates the Junta does not approve of.

Don’t look for any help from the Praetorian Media to report any of this.  As the head of CNN recently stated with intensity: “We will not be shamed into covering Benghazi”, nor indeed with it be shamed into covering ANYTHING detrimental to Obama and the MarxoFascist agenda.

I will confess to a little despair over the relatively mild reception that has greeted the evidence, now conclusive and irrefutable, that the Internal Revenue Service, under the direction of senior leaders affiliated with the Democratic party, was used as a political weapon from at least 2010 through the 2012 election. It may be that the American public simply does not care about the issue; it is always difficult, if not impossible, to predict what issues will seize the electorate’s attention, or to understand why after the fact. It may be that the public does not understand the issue, in which case a brief explanation of the known facts may be of some use.

 

When law-enforcement agencies and federal regulators with extraordinary coercive powers are subordinated to political interests rather than their official obligations — to the Party rather than to the law — then the law itself becomes meaningless, and the delicate constitutional order we have enjoyed for more than two centuries is reduced to a brutal might-makes-right proposition.

 

Here is what happened. In the run-up to the 2012 election, senior IRS executives including Lois Lerner, then the head of the IRS branch that oversees the activities of tax-exempt nonprofit groups, began singling out conservative-leaning organizations for extra attention, invasive investigations, and legal harassment. The IRS did not target groups that they believed might be violating the rules governing tax-exempt organizations; rather, as e-mails from the agency document, the IRS targeted these conservative groups categorically, regardless of whether there was any evidence that they were not in compliance with the relevant regulations. Simply having the words “tea party,” “patriot,” or “9/12” (a reference to one of Glenn Beck’s many channels of activism) in the name was enough. Also targeted were groups dedicated to issues such as taxes, spending, debt, and, perhaps most worrisome, those that were simply “critical of the how the country is being run.” Organizations also were targeted based on the identity of their donors. Their applications were delayed, their managements harassed, and the IRS demanded that they answer wildly inappropriate questions, such as the content of their prayers. When an internal review threatened to expose the fact that, in the words of the IRS’s inspector general, the agency was “using inappropriate criteria to identify organizations applying for tax-exempt status,” Ms. Lerner staged an event at a tax-law conference at which she used a planted questioner to preemptively disclose the issue on her own terms, and the agency began claiming that the tea-party targeting, while regrettable, was the work of a few misguided agents at a satellite office in Cincinnati. In fact, the direction came from Washington and was, in the words of the agency’s own e-mails, “coordinated with” a senior manager there, Rob Choi, director of rulings and agreements. This began at the behest of Democratic officeholders, including Senator Carl Levin of Michigan, who requested that the IRS disclose to him information about tea-party groups that it would have been illegal for the IRS to disclose. It subsequently emerged that IRS officials had intentionally misled members of Congress and investigators about the matter.

During this period, IRS operatives were, according to the Office of Special Counsel, openly campaigning for the reelection of Barack Obama on IRS time using IRS resources. A few were later disciplined for their actions, but the extent of the political activity of IRS agents remains unknown.

The IRS is not just a revenue agency — it is a law-enforcement agency, a police agency with far greater powers of investigation and coercion that any normal police force. Its actions in this matter are not only inappropriate — they are illegal. Using government resources for political ends is a serious crime, as is conspiring to mislead investigators about those crimes. But so far, other than holding Lois Lerner in contempt for refusing to comply with the demands of congressional investigators, almost nothing has happened. The characteristic feature of a police state is that those who are entrusted with the power to enforce the law are not themselves bound by it.

Context is again here important. The IRS scandal is not a standalone issue but comes at a time when the Democratic party is seeking to radically expand the power of the federal government to regulate political speech; we can safely assume that the same people who were using the IRS’s political-speech regulations for political ends will have precisely the same motives and precisely the same opportunity to use other political-speech regulations for precisely the same political ends: to benefit their allies and persecute their enemies. So committed are the Democrats to keeping their critics under the thumb of federal police powers that they have introduced an amendment in the Senate that would effectively repeal the free-speech provisions of the First Amendment, those having proved inconvenient to Democrats in Supreme Court rulings such as McCutcheon andCitizens United, the latter case involving a federal attempt to make it a crime to show a film critical of a political figure under unapproved circumstances.

The most important question that must be answered in this matter does not involve the misbehavior of IRS officials and Democratic officeholders, though those are important. Nor is it the question of free speech, vital and fundamental as that is. The question here is nothing less than the legitimacy of the United States government. When law-enforcement agencies and federal regulators with extraordinary coercive powers are subordinated to political interests rather than their official obligations — to the Party rather than to the law — then the law itself becomes meaningless, and the delicate constitutional order we have enjoyed for more than two centuries is reduced to a brutal might-makes-right proposition. Elected officials and public servants of both parties take an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and to faithfully discharge the duties of their office. That oath is now being tested. The IRS investigation is no mere partisan scandal, but a moral challenge for the men and women who compose the government of this country. Whether they are sufficient to meet that challenge is far from obvious, but the evidence so far is not encouraging.

 

Mitch McConnell Says They Are Going To “Crush” Conservatives “Everywhere”

While running ads claiming that he is the ONLY ‘real KY Conservative’, Mitch McConnell wages war against Conservatives and vows to “crush them everywhere”.

The GOP Ruling Class is willing to help annihilate it’s base, because the Ruling Class leadership hates Conservatism, despite paying lip service to it.  It supports the MarxoFascist attempts to make government all-powerful.  It was instrumental in helping to keep ObamaCare funded.  It is instrumental in helping Obama achieve his goals of ‘fundamental transformation’.    Some GOP Judenrats are hoping for a seat at the table of the Utopian New World Order that Obama and his MarxoFascists are attempting to create by destroying the America we once knew and loved.

Mitch McConnell, the Post Turtle of Republican leadership in the Senate – is running attack ads against his primary Opponent Matt Bevin at nearly every commercial break on radio, Cable and a slew of internet banner ads.   The ads are personal, petty and outrightly ridiculous, while at the same time attacking other Conservative groups by name such as FreedomWorks and the Senate Conservatives Fund and exclaiming that bringing up McConnell’s actual voting record is ‘ridiculous’.

Of note is the fact that McConnell NEVER talks about Obama or the Democrats using the same derision and vitriol as he does against Conservatives.

McConnell, Boehner and the host of the establishment GOP Oligarchy are doing the dirty work to eradicate Conservatism into irrelevance, and they publicly state that is their intention.

Just One Week In The Unimaginable Destruction By Obama

The overthrow of American society by the lawless Obama regime is accelerating – and there appears none who can stop it.

The federal courts are busy overturning the will of the people and forcing the homosexual agenda on states.  There’s Obama’s FCC about to “police” newsrooms across the country.  There’s Obama’s EPA shutting down electricity plants and and turning off the water in drought-ridden California to save a fish.  There’s the use of the IRS punish Conservative groups and prohibit them from being involved in politics.   There’s the push to give amnesty to illegal Mexican insurgents and then immediately grant them citizenship and voting rights.  The list grows, daily, hourly and it seems will accelerate.

Even the Republican party ADMITS Obama is violating the Constitution – and they say there’s nothing that can be done to stop it.

Washington Republicans on Sunday restated their argument that President Obama has violated the Constitution by using executive orders to alter the Affordable Care Act, but acknowledged they likely have no recourse or ability to stop another incident.

There is no civil recourse left us.  For when taking these violations to court, the judiciary asserts that neither The People or Congress “have standing” to challenge Obama’s deliberate violation of law and the Constitution.

Impeachment is an impossibility, so get it out of your mind.  There are myriad egregious violations and crimes that Obama can be impeached and removed from office for if we had representatives with a shred of honor to their oaths.  But alas we have but a few, who are routinely demonized and attacked by their own leadership.   There is no willpower by the Republicans in the House to hold Obama accountable for his violations of office, neither will John Boehner allow such proceedings to take place.   Forget the notion of a conviction in the senate.   The iron fist the Harry Reid would never allow proceedings to make it to his floor.  A snowball stands a better chance surviving on the surface of the sun than an impeachment of Obama.

Meanwhile Americas total collapse and subjugation by MarxoFascists who have perpetrated a coup right under our noses is accelerating.

When tyrants become aware that there is nothing to stop them and their plans can come out of disguise, subjugation becomes an inevitability – history teaches what you are living right now.

One Week Of Unimaginable Destruction By Obama

Have you paid attention to the Obama news of the past week? It’s amazing. It’s mind-boggling. It was a week of unimaginable destruction.

Most people are so busy trying to survive the failing Obama economy, that they have no time to pay attention to the news. That is exactly the plan. Obama and his socialist cabal want you overwhelmed, mentally exhausted and distracted from the truth.

Well if you see it all put down in writing, in one place, it’s frightening and shocking. It’s also clear as day that the cloak is off. Obama is no longer hiding his plans to destroy America. For anyone who isn’t blind, deaf or very dumb, it’s now all out in the open.

The news of this past week proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Obama is accelerating the destruction of America.

Let’s look at the facts:

This week the non-partisan CBO finally reported the truth – Obamacare is the perfect job-killing machine. Millions have already been downsized from full-time to part-time work and now we know from the CBO that an additional 2.3 million jobs will be eliminated. As I predicted from day one, this is exactly what Obamacare was intended to do- destroy the middle class and make us all dependent on government checks to survive.

Obama’s Kool-Aid drinking supporters are so far in the tank that when the CBO courageously pointed out that Obamacare makes it less likely millions of Americans will want to work, they called it “choice.” Obama’s propagandists painted it a wonderful development. But letting middle class wage earners and small businesses pay for all those who want to be freed from the need to work, so they can enjoy their free time and pursue their hobbies isn’t “choice.” It’s theft.

Folks, it is time to stop treading lightly and being politically correct. Let’s call it what it is. This is communism, pure and simple. Anyone who thinks “the American Dream” is to choose to stay home, not work, and collect a government check is reading directly from Karl Marx. Anyone who thinks some people (who vote 100% Democrat) should have a “choice” not to work, by stealing the money of others, is reading directly from “the Communist Manifesto.”

Personally, I think “choice” is great. You can choose to not work anytime you want. But if you need to steal my money to do it, that’s called theft, not choice. Middle class wage earners are being ripped off to pay for free-loaders. That means middle class people are having their “choices” taken away from them. I guess in Obama’s playbook one man’s choice is another man’s slavery.

But, that was only the start of the week. Next Obama illegally re-wrote his own Obamacare law- again.

Mimicking the traits of communist dictators and tin pot tyrants, Obama obviously believes he can change any law he wants, at any given hour, of any given day. One of the main chapters of my book was titled: “America the Banana Republic.” Just this week Charles Krauthammer said what’s happening under Obama “is the stuff you do in a banana republic.” Welcome to the club Charles. It’s nice to see D.C. establishment Republicans are finally seeing the light.

In America it’s a violation of the Constitution for the President to wake up on the wrong side of the bed and decide to make, arbitrarily change, or break laws. This is the behavior of Fidel Castro, or the late tyrant Hugo Chavez.

But wait, it gets far worse. As part of the new illegal Obamacare directive to postpone the law for businesses with 50 to 99 employees, Obama put the IRS in direct control of critical U.S. business decisions. He demanded that businesses must “justify” hiring and firing decisions to the IRS to qualify for the exemption.

Plain and simple, putting government in charge of the decisions of a private business is the very foundation of communism. It is how communist economies like North Korea, Cuba, the old Soviet Union, and East Germany have always been run.

Still, Obama wasn’t done. To show his total disdain for Congress and the American people he unilaterally loosened the rules for citizenship to allow foreigners with only a “minor” connection to terrorism to become citizens. Dennis Miller once said on Monday Night Football, “there is no such thing as a minor groin injury.” Well there is no such thing as a “minor” terrorist either.

Why is our President desperate to open the borders and let in “minor” terrorists? It’s not like we have a surplus of jobs. What is the pressing need in a country with 92 million unemployed working-age Americans? Has corporate America put out an emergency request for “minor” terrorist employees? Or is this how Obama creates instant Democratic voters?

Much along the same lines, Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder announced this week how “unjust” it is to not allow felons to vote.

No Mr. Attorney General, the only thing “unjust” was the crimes these felons committed. What’s the emergency here? Is there a shortage of Democratic voters? Obama’s game plan is clearly to combine felons with radical Muslim terrorists in order to guarantee Democrat dominance for years to come.

This was just one week in Obama’s America. The evil and terrible news is coming in waves. And it’s all coming from one man. A man no longer hiding the fact that he is a tyrant, dictator, radical Marxist, and hater of America, capitalism and Judeo Christian values.

Why the sudden rush? My educated guess is Obama and his Marxist cabal see the writing on the wall. The disastrous effects of Obamacare are hitting home. Obama can spew all the fancy talk and propaganda he wants, but this time the people are experiencing the devastating effects of Obama’s policies- health insurance policy cancellations, huge price increases, trusted doctors no longer in the network, prescriptions no longer covered, deductibles raised by thousands, and jobs being killed by the millions.

Obama faces a middle class revolt. A GOP landslide like 2010. His internal polls show a disaster headed his way. Knowing Democrats can no longer get elected, or re-elected, Obama has decided to go it alone. Without regard for the law, the Constitution, or the American people, he has obviously decided to do the most damage possible to America during his final three years. He’s finally taken off the mask and shown himself to be the true communist tyrant he is.

Obama no longer cares to hide his radical Marxist ideology. It’s now clear it’s “pedal to the metal” towards the destruction of America.

But folks, this was only one week of damage. We have 3 more years to go. If someone doesn’t stand up to Obama, we aren’t going to make it.

And that is exactly what Obama is betting.

Government Is No Longer To Be Trusted

When institutions and government are no longer trusted, a failed society will always turn to a tyrant who will promise to cut through all the red tape and govern with a pen, a phone and brute force.

We are witnessing the death throes of a once great and moral nation.  Obama and his MarxoFascist hordes are fundamentally transforming the country into an authoritarian state via the collapse and misery they are orchestrating.  As the pain of skyrocketing energy prices, food and health care reach critical mass along with a debt and currency crisis that promise to collapse the entire structure of America – upheaval is a certainty.

The Nero-esque contempt and snide deflections of reality by the regime in power is beyond comprehension.  When the pain of the people over loss of jobs and working hours due to the ever-changing ObamaCare mandates, the regime claims that such people have been ‘liberated’ from ‘job lock’ and free to write poetry and pursue the things they cannot do when having to work a job to obtain healthcare benefits.

While the propagandists for Obamas regime and the ruling class lecture that welfare is job growth, freedom is slavery and Capitalism is income inequality – a day is soon coming when civility will end and the pain and misery will garner a violent reaction in protest.

Without question, the Obama regime is already prepared to guide the populace to hate the chosen culprits of blame.  They are finalizing plans to criminalize normal business practices, and accelerate dictatorial despotism with the promise of easing the very misery they caused via draconian acts that will end this great experiment in liberty forever.

Elections are moot.  We have reached the point of no-return.

Got Christ?  That is the ONLY assurance we can count on as we slide into an abyss that is going to stun the world.

When Nobody Trusts The Government

The usual formulation that you will see masticated these days by the flimsy jaws of men and women who have broken free of the editorial column to become freelance ponderers and thinkers is that the Republicans are the neo-confederate secessionists who distrust the government while the liberals, and their captive class of government employees, union members and official minority groups trust in it.

That formulation, like so much else in the spilled ink of the dying newspaper, is wrong.

Both sides distrust the government. They just react to that distrust differently. The right reacts to that distrust by trying to limit or pull down the government. The left reacts to it by trying to take it over.

The contradiction comes out most strongly among liberalism’s minority base. For example, blacks are more likely to trust the Federal government than whites but less likely to trust local government. This doesn’t reflect trust in government so much as it reflects a perception of which level of government is less trustworthy. From a minority perspective, national representation is safer than local governance.

Distrusting the neutrality of government and attempting to hijack it for corrupt sectarian and tribal interests reveals just as much distrust of the government and secessionist impulses as anything on the right.

Large numbers of Asian and Latino immigrants poll in favor of big government despite coming from countries whose governments are brutal and oppressive. But it’s often the people who come from tyrannies who are also most likely to support them.

The neutral spaces of the Bill of Rights are not real ideas to them the way that they are to many Americans. The idea that government can simply be forced out of a space without that space being filled with either a more repressive government or gangs collecting protection money is often not a part of their experience and so not a realistic calculation for them.

Government to them is a power struggle. It’s not a question of how powerful government should be, they assume that it’s always powerful, but who steers the beast. And so they vote Democrat, because the Dems promise to steer it to their advantage.

It’s a mistake to try and break down minority alliances with government to specific issues such as immigration or health care. Issues are only the subset of a larger cultural arrangement based on a distrust of government. In a worldview in which government is always abusive and corrupt, the only question is who gets it worst and who benefits from that corruption.

That kind of trust in government isn’t trust, it’s a calculated amoral strategy based on mistrust, like a shoplifter who steals because all of society is based on theft. Small government is a traditionalist strategy based on a historical memory, part real part not, of a system where more freedom and wealth were available by minimizing government power.

The other side rejects that historical memory as naive and irrelevant in favor of grappling for power now.

It’s not just an issue with minorities. The Tea Party runs into that same issue when polls show that the commitment of Americans to small government stops when it’s to their disadvantage. That is the gap that the left knows about and exploits in its traditional style of creating a patchwork system of fines, taxes and subsidies that create massive inequalities but force everyone to cling to their privileges.

Once you accept that government isn’t going to be reformed, then clinging to whatever advantages it gives you becomes a plausible survival strategy until the whole thing collapses under its own weight or the weight of public outrage. The Soviet Union outlived Russian Communism until enough people inside and outside the government decided that they could live better if they gave Marx and Lenin the boot. But if there hadn’t been Western counter-examples that became increasingly hard to shut out, it might have taken much longer to fall because there would have been no visible alternative.

The right in the United States has its alternatives to the current setup and the left has its usual totalitarian fantasies, but the clients of the left don’t see an alternative. They are too insecure and unwilling to gamble with their lifelines to failing setups such as generous social welfare or municipal unions to gamble with an open system. And those in the private sector are equally unwilling to support any destabilizing change that doesn’t come with pre-approved promises of benefits.

Conservatives dream of defaulting to society, but for many of the clients of the left there is no larger society. They place no trust in a larger society that is bound by few formal laws because it appears to them to operate by a kinship that places them outside it. They understand how government works for all its abuses, but they are far less trusting of a society that they are not truly part of.

And it may be wishful thinking to assume that the society still even exists. Libertarian deregulation alone would not default to a working society. No more than the absence of law does in Mexico or Somalia. It’s not some arcane crowdsourced magic, some wisdom of the mob that makes a society work, but the values of civilization. The United States isn’t Somalia or Mexico, yet, but its social breakdown can be seen in the broken families and gangs. And there are few opposing factors.

The militarization of the police has come hand in hand with the collapse of values and mores. Take enough broken families, pile what’s left over into gangs and the drug trade and before long you need a lot more police to deal with everything from domestic violence complaints to everyday rapes and murders to the bigger stuff that moves up the organized crime ladder all the way to gang warfare.

In a broken society, there are a limited range of options between the fascist government and the feudal cartel, between the gangs and the cops with their repurposed military gear, between the state and a state of lawlessness. And it’s the immigrants from failed states who are the eagerest to embrace government as a hedge against the night. It doesn’t mean that they trust it. It means that they distrust everything and everyone else.

While the left is obsessed with pushing society until it breaks and can be put back together their way, their clients have mostly accepted that society is broken, that families don’t stay together, that men and women can’t count on each other, neighbors can’t be trusted and that freedom leads to anarchy.

It’s not just that they need to be convinced to trust us, they also have to be convinced to trust themselves. It’s easier to trust the government because it is an abstract, a set of ideas and symbols lacking in human frailties. The collective always seems stronger than the individual, even if isn’t. An older breed of American distrusted the group, but elections are increasingly being won by cities and their satellite suburbs where people have despaired of the individual and believe in authority.

People only believe in governments when they lose faith in themselves and their society. The great work of the counterculture was destroying the faith of Americans in their own society, trampling their beliefs through the mud in a dozen different ways, demoralizing them, tearing down their culture and making a self-reliant individualism as difficult to sustain and as socially unacceptable as possible.

When the counterculture couldn’t attack directly through regulation, it attacked indirectly by wrecking the family. When it couldn’t get the numbers it needed quickly enough, it turned to immigration from failed states. That is the end result before us now.

An authoritarian state is a failed state. It represents a failure deeper than that of mere government, but of society. Before a state fails, its society fails. A culture can survive a failed state, but a failed culture cannot help produce anything except a failed state.

America is drifting into totalitarianism because of the left’s exploitation of social failures. The critical mass of social breakdowns, from gang violence to terrorism to poverty, justify the nanny state, the police state and all the other totalitarian states of authority. When there is nothing and no one else to trust, a failed society turns to a tyrant who can cut through all the red tape and govern with pen and phone.

Enabling Obama’s Dictatorship

Congress will no longer fulfill it’s Constitutional role. Democrat committees will WRITE Executive Orders for Obama to sign without debate or hearings and Cabinet Secretaries and Agencies will impose new ‘laws’ without any Congressional oversight.

The silence of the Republican Ruling Class leadership is deafening.  The IRS has directives to punish Conservatives, Congress does nothing.  When questioned by a talk show host, Obama says there is ‘not a smidgeon of corruption’ and the ‘loyal opposition’ sits in mute silence when it has evidence to the contrary.  Conservative groups are detailing threats, intimidations and targeting by both the IRS and MarxoFascist Democrats – and the Republican leadership is deliberately mute and silent.

The IRS is imposing ‘new rules’ that will make the TEA Party irrelevant, and effectively illegal.  It will impose this ‘law’ without any input or oversight from Congress.

IRS Reg-134417-13 ruling proposes to forbid non-profits to hold voter registration drives, advertise, promote, and engage in activities regarding any political incumbent or candidate. It forbids fundraisers for political incumbents and candidates, prohibits any kind of political activity including rallies, political mailings, teas, Meet and Greets, forums and gatherings of any kind that deal with political issues. It forbids a non-profit to support or oppose, discuss, or question those seeking political office. It forbids the gathering of signatures on petitions with political content of any kind, including nominating petitions and the advice, suggestion or request that the electorate support or oppose House and Senate bills.

As we have already evidenced, such ‘laws’ are arbitrary and target only those opposed to Obama and the Ruling Class in Washington.  Republicans and Congress say nothing and permits such lawlessness to be accepted as  legitimate.

But it is much worse than simple dereliction of duty and oath going on here.  It’s wholesale complicity with enabling a president and his acolytes to become dictator and usurp and overthrow the Constitutional Republic.

Obama states repeatedly he will act as dictator – bypassing the Congress at every turn, making Congress irrelevant and rendering the system of checks and balances void.  Not only is Congress silent, but it is actively assisting in this treason to transform us from a Representative Republic, to a Marxist Dictatorial Tyranny with the appearance of Democracy to placate their masses.

Yet Congress does nothing.  Well, actually the Democrats applaud Obama’s announcements of dictatorship and severing the Separation of Powers. The Republican leadership stays silent and accommodating.

Congress, especially the leadership – is aiding and abetting the overthrow of the Republic and the Constitution, rendering itself irrelevant and actually participating in imposing a dictatorship over our heads.

In fact, the “progressive”/Marxist/Communists in Congress announce their agenda to empower a dictatorship, declaring it “a dream” and will work to enable Obama to act as dictator.  How fitting that they are wearing Soviet Red outfits in this announcement.

Writing executive orders for Obama to sign ‘our number one agenda’

Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee said that the new Congressional Full Employment Caucus will “give President Obama a number of executive orders that he can sign.”

Jackson Lee added that writing up executive orders “should be our number one agenda.”

“We will be answering the call of all of America because people need work and we’re not doing right by them by creating work,” the Texas congresswoman said. “I believe this caucus will put us on the right path and we’ll give President Obama a number of executive orders that he can sign with pride and strength,” Jackson said Jan. 29 at a press conference where she and fellow Democrats launched the Full Employment Caucus.

“In fact, I think that should be our number one agenda. Let’s write up these executive orders — draft them, of course — and ask the president to stand with us on full employment,” Jackson Lee added.

Since these new executive orders will be ‘written’ by a ‘caucus’ in Congress, the illusion of ‘legislation’ will be created and Obama will cite that Congress ‘wrote the law’.  This is a Soviet bastardization of how the Constitution requires legislation be enacted and passed.  But when a majority of American are totally ignorant of how our system is supposed to work, Obama can play on the ignorance and the Praetorian Obama Media will dutifully teach the masses that because a Marxist ‘caucus’ in Congress wrote the orders, that the Constitution is still being followed.  That’s what is going on here.

The illusion is complete: an Obama-drone “Caucus” in the House writes Executive Orders, Obama signs them into “law”. Obama will say Congress wrote the law as the Constitution required and he simply signed it.  All legitimate, and plain view of a people who are being destroyed for lack of wisdom and knowledge.

So Congress is Enabling a dictator to overthrow the Constitutional Republic while claiming they are acting within the Constitution.

Additionally, the bureaucracy is no longer required to report to Congress for any oversight. Obama’s alphabets, ‘czars’ and secretaries will now act on his orders autonomously – without any oversight or influence from our so-called congressional representatives.

Obama Orders Secretaries To Act As Mini-Dictators ‘Expects His Cabinet to Be Forceful and to Act’ on Climate Change Without Congress

Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack announced Wednesday the establishment of “climate change hubs” in seven states – and three sub-hubs – that will assess and come up with a plan to help rural America deal with climate risks – all without congressional approval.

“The president’s been quite insistent in cabinet meetings and in private meetings that he expects his cabinet to be forceful and to act. We can’t wait for congressional action.

See? They will not ‘wait’ for the legitimate legislation process to enact Obama’s agenda – so they will act to impose it on their own, extra-Constitutionally – either by decree, or by caucuses and agencies making law that Obama will sign or agree to that are outside of and above any oversight by We the People.

They are enabling a dictatorship.

Government and the Ruling Class have begun advocating the purging of Conservatives and those who disagree with Marxist, Fascist policies from society.

The purge is here.  New York’s Governor Andrew Cuomo and Mayor DeBlasio have openly declared that “Conservatives have no place” in their society.  Likewise the MarxoFascists in the Federal Beast are trumpeting similar tunes of punishing and eliminating their political opposition whom they declare are ‘extremists’.

Such purges begin with first demonizing their political enemies, followed by enacting criminalization against them, arresting high profile persons to create a climate of fear before mass pograms of elimination begin.

Chuck Schumer ranted against Conservatives Thursday and proposed using the Internal Revenue Service to eliminate Tea Party funding during a speech on how to punish the Conservative movement.
Schumer said the Obama administration should bypass Congress and institute new campaign finance rules through the IRS by presidential decree.

At the same time the advent of political persecution graduates to that next level with the  arrests of former Virginia governor Robert F. McDonnell and conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza are part of an accelerating purge being led by the Obama regime.  The Obama Justice Department is openly launching a night of the long knives-style purge of their political enemies that should frighten anyone who understands history.

McDonnell was charged last week with illegally accepting gifts, donations and luxury holidays from businessman Jonnie R. Williams Sr totaling $165,000 dollars in return for lending, “the prestige of the governor’s office to Williams’s struggling company, Star Scientific.”  McDonnell was seen as a genuine contender for the 2016 Republican nomination and a potential foe of Hillary Clinton.

This was followed on Friday with the news that Dinesh D’Souza, director of the hit 2012 documentary 2016: Obama’s America, had been arrested in New York for allegedly violating campaign finance laws.  D’Souza’s donations to a Republican conteder totaled just $20,000, and was in the middle of producing another anti-Obama documentary entitled America, which is set to be released July 4th right before the Mid-term elections.

Matt Drudge responded to D’Souza’s arrest by tweeting that Attorney General Eric Holder was “unleashing the dogs” on Obama’s most prominent critics.

“In light of the recent events and the way the IRS has been used to stifle dissent, this arrest should send shivers down the spines of all freedom-loving Americans,” said Gerald Molen, D’Souza’s co-producer.

Radio host Laura Ingraham warned that the administration was, “criminalizing political dissent in the United States of America. Welcome to the Brave New World of retribution justice.” Rush Limbaugh also responded by warning that the Obama White House is “trying to criminalize as many Republicans and conservatives as they can.”

The political purge continued last week when conservative activist group Project Veritas announced that it was being targeted by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who recently asserted that conservatives “have no place in the state of New York”.

“We got a subpoena over the last week from the Board of Labor and they’re asking for every single financial transaction over the last three years,” O’Keefe told the Steve Malzberg Show.

“I’ll be happy to cooperate but there’s some funny business going on, especially when there’s so much corruption in the state of New York and they’re going after my organization and compelling me to give them every transaction,” added O’Keefe, lamenting that he would have to follow Sean Hannity’s in leaving New York altogether.

All three instances of conservatives being targeted in just the last week alone arrive after last year’s scandal wherein the IRS targeted conservative and Tea Party groups by scrutinizing their political themes. The IRS was also more recently accused of targeting Hollywood conservatives by demanding to know all the names of members of the Friends of Abe organization.

These are not coincidences. This is a planned and prosecuted purge which always occurs during a Communist/Marxist coup. When a society is ordered to be fundamentally transformed into a statist utopia envisioned by genocidal madmen and power-hungry stooges, political purges always transcend into genocidal purges of segments of the populace that the new order deems ‘inferior’ or an ‘enemy of the state’.

Kristallnacht, literally, “Night of Crystal,” is often referred to as the “Night of Broken Glass.” The name refers to the wave of violent anti-Jewish pogroms which took place on November 9 and 10, 1938, throughout Germany, annexed Austria, and in areas of the Sudetenland in Czechoslovakia recently occupied by German troops.

Instigated primarily by Nazi Party officials and members of the SA (Sturmabteilungen: literally Assault Detachments, but commonly known as Storm Troopers) and Hitler Youth, Kristallnacht owes its name to the shards of shattered glass that lined German streets in the wake of the pogrom—broken glass from the windows of synagogues, homes, and Jewish-owned businesses plundered and destroyed during the violence.

First they came for Romney donors.

Then they came for the Tea Party.

Then they came for Obama critics.

Then they came for those critical of Obamacare.

Then they came for the Friends of Abe.

Then they came for the big names in Conservatives.

In 2009 Barack Obama “joked” about auditing his enemies.

Barack Obama owes his presidency in no small part to the power of rhetoric. It’s too bad he doesn’t appreciate the damage that loose talk can do to America’s tax system, even as exploding federal deficits make revenues more important than ever.

At his Arizona State University commencement speech last Wednesday, Mr. Obama noted that ASU had refused to grant him an honorary degree, citing his lack of experience, and the controversy this had caused. He then demonstrated ASU’s point by remarking, “I really thought this was much ado about nothing, but I do think we all learned an important lesson. I learned never again to pick another team over the Sun Devils in my NCAA brackets. . . . President [Michael] Crowe and the Board of Regents will soon learn all about being audited by the IRS.”

It wasn’t funny.

Just a joke about the power of the presidency. Made by Jay Leno it might have been funny. But as told by Mr. Obama, the actual president of the United States, it’s hard to see the humor. Surely he’s aware that other presidents, most notably Richard Nixon, have abused the power of the Internal Revenue Service to harass their political opponents. But that abuse generated a powerful backlash and with good reason. Should the IRS come to be seen as just a bunch of enforcers for whoever is in political power, the result would be an enormous loss of legitimacy for the tax system.

It was a red flag. It was a warning. It was a harbinger. He told us he was going to do it. And now it’s here.

Ostensibly no longer a candidate for office, Obama has unleashed full fury of the IRS onto conservatives. It is now a tool of Organizing for Obama America and DNC. No one is safe. And now it’s in the open and out of control and they’re not even disguising it any longer.

Obama brought the power of the IRS to bear in the 2012 campaign:

Try this thought experiment: You decide to donate money to Mitt Romney. You want change in the Oval Office, so you engage in your democratic right to send a check.

Several days later, President Barack Obama, the most powerful man on the planet, singles you out by name. His campaign brands you a Romney donor, shames you for “betting against America,” and accuses you of having a “less-than-reputable” record. The message from the man who controls the Justice Department (which can indict you), the SEC (which can fine you), and the IRS (which can audit you), is clear: You made a mistake donating that money.

Are you worried?

Obama singled them out by name and slandered them with innuendo:

Save Mr. Obama, who acknowledges no rules. This past week, one of his campaign websites posted an item entitled “Behind the curtain: A brief history of Romney’s donors.” In the post, the Obama campaign named and shamed eight private citizens who had donated to his opponent. Describing the givers as all having “less-than-reputable records,” the post went on to make the extraordinary accusations that “quite a few” have also been “on the wrong side of the law” and profiting at “the expense of so many Americans.”

These are people like Paul Schorr and Sam and Jeffrey Fox, investors who the site outed for the crime of having “outsourced” jobs. T. Martin Fiorentino is scored for his work for a firm that forecloses on homes. Louis Bacon (a hedge-fund manager), Kent Burton (a “lobbyist”) and Thomas O’Malley (an energy CEO) stand accused of profiting from oil. Frank VanderSloot, the CEO of a home-products firm, is slimed as a “bitter foe of the gay rights movement.”

These are wealthy individuals, to be sure, but private citizens nonetheless. Not one holds elected office. Not one is a criminal. Not one has the barest fraction of the position or the power of the U.S. leader who is publicly assaulting them.

Then rapacious assault began:

Two months later, the IRS informed VanderSloot he and his wife were going to be audited, Strassel reported. Two weeks after that, VanderSloot was notified by the Labor Department that it was going to “audit workers he employs on his Idaho-based cattle ranch under the federal visa program for temporary agriculture workers,” reported Strassel.

“The H-2A program allows tens of thousands of temporary workers in the U.S.; Mr. VanderSloot employs precisely three,” Strassel wrote. “All are from Mexico and have worked on the VanderSloot ranch—which employs about 20 people—for five years. Two are brothers. Mr. VanderSloot has never been audited for this, though two years ago his workers’ ranch homes were inspected. (The ranch was fined $8,400, mainly for too many ‘flies’ and for ‘grease build-up’ on the stove. God forbid a cattle ranch home has flies.)”

“This letter requests an array of documents to ascertain whether Mr. VanderSloot’s ‘foreign workers are provided the full scope of protections’ under the visa program: information on the hours they’ve worked each day and their rate of pay, an explanation of their deductions, copies of contracts,” she continued.

The IRS leaked the donor list for the National Organization for Marriage to the Obama campaign which then excoriated Romney:

Solmonese, then still the HRC’s president, said in the release he felt Romney’s “funding of a hate-filled campaign designed to drive a wedge between Americans is beyond despicable.”

“Not only has Romney signed NOM’s radical marriage pledge, now we know he’s one of the donors that NOM has been so desperate to keep secret all these years,” Solmonese added.

A Romney donor even found an Obama operative digging into his divorce records. Such skullduggery is a common practice for Obama.

An Obama capo apparently accessed the tax records of the Koch brothers who were then slandered:

A administration official, speaking on the condition of anonymity in the background briefing, pointed to Koch Industries as an example of “multibillion-dollar businesses that are structured as partnerships in ways that allow them to avoid paying sizable corporate taxes.”

The Tea Party was targeted repeatedly by Obama’s IRSS:

Lois G. Lerner, the woman at the center of the Internal Revenue Service scandal over special scrutiny of conservative groups, specifically targeted tea party applications and directed that they be held up in 2011 in order to come up with an agency policy, according to several of Ms. Lerner’s emails released by a House committee Thursday.

In one 2011 email, Ms. Lerner specifically calls the tea party applications for tax-exempt status problematic, which seems to counter Democrats’ arguments that tea party groups weren’t targeted.

To make certain nothing would come of it Obama appointed one of his donors to investigate.

Dr. Ben Carson was critical of Obama in a prayer breakfast. BANG, audit.

The latest revelation came Thursday from Dr. Carson, the renowned neurosurgeon who told The Washington Times that he was targeted for an audit just months after he gave a speech in front of President Obama that challenged America’s leadership. The agency requested to review his real estate holdings and then conducted a full audit.

In the end, the IRS found no wrongdoing, Dr. Carson said, but it raised his suspicions about being singled out for his speech.

“I guess it could be a coincidence, but I never had been audited before and never really had any encounters with the IRS,” Dr. Carson said in an interview. “But it certainly would make one suspicious because we know now the IRS has been used for political purposes and therefore actions like this come under suspicion.”

A Stage 4 cancer patient was publically critical of Obamacare found himself the subject of an IRS audit– and so was the insurance broker who aided Elliott:

Now suddenly Bill Elliot is being audited for 2009 with an interview only scheduled in April 2014. Assuming he lives that long. That might be a coincidence, but Tucker is being audited back to 2003.

That’s a rather strange coincidence.

Now the IRS is targeting conservatives in Hollywood:

LOS ANGELES — In a famously left-leaning Hollywood, where Democratic fund-raisers fill the social calendar, Friends of Abe stands out as a conservative group that bucks the prevailing political winds.

A collection of perhaps 1,500 right-leaning players in the entertainment industry, Friends of Abe keeps a low profile and fiercely protects its membership list, to avoid what it presumes would result in a sort of 21st-century blacklist, albeit on the other side of the partisan spectrum.

Now the Internal Revenue Service is reviewing the group’s activities in connection with its application for tax-exempt status. Last week, federal tax authorities presented the group with a 10-point request for detailed information about its meetings with politicians like Paul D. Ryan, Thaddeus McCotter and Herman Cain, among other matters, according to people briefed on the inquiry.

The people spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the organization’s confidentiality strictures, and to avoid complicating discussions with the I.R.S.

Their crime? Being conservative:

Friends of Abe — the name refers to Abraham Lincoln — has strongly discouraged the naming of its members. That policy even prohibits the use of cameras at group events, to avoid the unwilling identification of all but a few associates — the actors Gary Sinise, Jon Voight and Kelsey Grammer, or the writer-producer Lionel Chetwynd, for instance — who have spoken openly about their conservative political views.

Obama is now hunting the big game- Dinesh D’Souza. His crime? Making 2016– a movie about Obama.

Dinesh D’Souza, director of the 2012 documentary “2016: Obama’s America,” was arrested and indicted for campaign finance fraud on Thursday, Reuters reports.

The conservative filmmaker and best-selling author allegedly contributed $20,000 in 2012 in the name of others to Republican Wendy Long’s U.S. Senate campaign. Long ran for Hillary Clinton’s vacated Senate seat, but lost to Kirsten Gillibrand.

Federal law in 2012 limited election campaign contributions to $5,000 per person per candidate. Breaking this law is punishable to two years in prison.

“As we have long said, this Office and the FBI take a zero tolerance approach to corruption of the electoral process,” Preet Bharara, the U.S. Attorney for Manhattan, said in a statement.

Attorney Benjamin Brafman told The Hollywood Reporter that his client “did not act with any corrupt or criminal intent whatsoever … at worst this was an act of misguided friendship by D’Souza.”

Follow this case intently- when a democrat does this it’s a misdemeanor.

The Kristallnacht pogrom is in full frenzy. Barack Obama has ordered the IRS to write new rules specifically designed to muzzle the Tea Party while exempting unions and the OFA.

And an IRS rule that purports to—as Mr. Werfel explained—”improve our work in the tax-exempt area” completely ignores the biggest of political players in the tax-exempt area: unions. The guidance is directed only at 501(c)(4) social-welfare groups—the tax category that has of late been flooded by conservative groups. Mr. Obama’s union foot soldiers—which file under 501(c)(5)—can continue playing in politics.

Treasury is also going to great lengths to keep secret the process behind its rule. Cleta Mitchell, an attorney who represents targeted tea party groups, in early December filed a Freedom of Information Act request with Treasury and the IRS, demanding documents or correspondence with the White House or outside groups in the formulation of this rule. By law, the government has 30 days to respond. Treasury sent a letter to Ms. Mitchell this week saying it wouldn’t have her documents until April—after the rule’s comment period closes. It added that if she didn’t like it, she can “file suit.” The IRS has yet to respond.

Mr. Camp has now authored stand-alone legislation to rein in the IRS, though the chance of Majority Leader Harry Reid (D., Nev.) allowing a Senate vote is approximately equal to that of the press corps paying attention to this IRS rule.

So that puts a spotlight on newly sworn-in IRS Commissioner John Koskinen, who vowed during his confirmation hearing to restore public trust in the agency, and now must decide whether to aid in a new and blatantly political abuse of IRS powers. The White House is using the agency to win an election this fall. They gave the proof this week.

Sen. Schmuck Schumer (D-NY) has called for persecution of a segment of the population because they are guilty of a crime- the crime of dissent.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) proposed using the Internal Revenue Service to curtail Tea Party group funding during a speech on how to “exploit” and “weaken” the movement at the Center for American Progress on Thursday.

Arguing that Tea Party groups have a financial advantage after the Supreme Court’s 2010 Citizens United decision, Schumer said the Obama administration should bypass Congress and institute new campaign finance rules through the IRS.

“It is clear that we will not pass anything legislatively as long as the House of Representatives is in Republican control, but there are many things that can be done administratively by the IRS and other government agencies—we must redouble those efforts immediately,” Schumer said.

“One of the great advantages the Tea Party has is the huge holes in our campaign finance laws created [by] the ill advised decision [Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission],” Schumer said. “Obviously the Tea Party elites gained extraordinary influence by being able to funnel millions of dollars into campaigns with ads that distort the truth and attack government.”

You’d think a Jew would know better than to incite government action against a portion of its citizens, wouldn’t you?

NY Times Executive Editor Jill Abramson has called the Obama regime “The most secretive in history.”

Well, I would slightly like to interpret the question as “How secretive is this White House?” which I think is the most important question. I would say it is the most secretive White House that I have ever been involved in covering, and that includes — I spent 22 years of my career in Washington and covered presidents from President Reagan on up through now, and I was Washington bureau chief of the Times during George W. Bush’s first term.

Leaks that were a great thing when Romney donor info was leaked but not when information is leaked about this dictatorship:

I dealt directly with the Bush White House when they had concerns that stories we were about to run put the national security under threat. But, you know, they were not pursuing criminal leak investigations. The Obama administration has had seven criminal leak investigations. That is more than twice the number of any previous administration in our history. It’s on a scale never seen before. This is the most secretive White House that, at least as a journalist, I have ever dealt with.

The Obama regime even spies on selected reporters.

Pair all of this this with the fact that no one in the Obama regime has been held accountable for anything- not indicted, not fired, nothing. Not for Benghazi, not for Fast and Furious, not for the IRS abuse (despite the IRS chief counsel suffering amnesia 80 times), not for the NSA scandal- nothing.

Obama called for this pogrom- it is undeniable. He published an IRS hit list. This is the guy who took hundreds of millions in untraceable dollars in both 2008 and 2012.

Dissent is not patriotic any more. It’s a crime against the state. The stench of Nazi Germany is detectable on the breath of Barack Obama and Schumer every time they speak.

Boehner Blasts Conservatives Over His Budget ‘Deal’ Capitulation

Doing what he would never do to Obama or Democrats, Boehner once again blasts Conservatives for pointing out the bovine excrement in his budget surrender with Obama.

FACTS in the ‘budget deal’ now being peddled and promoted by  the GOP Ruling Class:

• Federal Spending INCREASES IMMEDIATELY to $1.012 TRILLION PER YEAR.

• Fully funds the train-wreck known as ObamaCare for 2 years (which means it will never be repealed because as Reagan noted, a government entitlement “is the nearest thing to eternal life we will ever see on this earth”)

• The so-called ‘cuts’ to discretionary spending of $85 billion happen OVER ten years – or – just a trickle of reduction in the deficit, if it happens at all (the 2011 budget ‘deal’ proves this tactic to be deceptive at best).

• The most America would ‘save’ in this deal is $23 Billion over TEN YEARS – provided there is no new spending increases, which you know Washington cannot live without.

McConnell silent – probably so he can vote against it and claim he is a Conservative for the primary while trashing Conservatives from behind.

So once again, we have an immediate increase in spending to the tune of trillions for the phantom promise that the federal beast will cut spending in ten years, or over ten years – or not at all if a future Congress decides to ignore or raise federal spending yet further.  More spending now, for a promise the federal government will reduce spending later.

This is like an Alcoholic promising that after their next drinking binge, they ‘promise’ to slow their drinking and drunkeness over the next ten years to less than 10% of what their alcohol intake currently is.

But the GOP Ruling Class is showing teeth at Conservative groups who are wise to the gimmicks and bovine excrement being foisted upon the people.

House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) snapped at conservative groups that have come out in opposition to the budget deal reached Wednesday between Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.).

In a rant he would never utter about Democrats or Obama, the weeping wimp of a House Speaker snarled at Conservatives: “They’re using the American people for their own purposes. This is ridiculous,”  When asked about the conservative groups opposing the deal, he cut off the reporter asking the question and retorted; “You mean the groups that came out opposed to it before they ever saw it?” he said. “… If you’re for more deficit reduction, you’re for this agreement.”

Conservative Scholar, Educator and part time Radio Host Mark Levin – was generous enough to provide Paul Ryan some time to try and sell the surrender on his show yesterday – which Levin properly nailed as a Mickey Mouse deal that only tinkers with the edges of the behemoth while discarding the Sequester Cuts – something Obama has been demanding.

Ryan used the well worn tactic of ‘flooding the zone’. Spewing dozens and dozens of small fine points and details in machine gun rapidity so as to overwhelm the interviewer who has no time to fact check the blizzard of minute details.  It`s a cheap trick, but Levin blew through the Barbara Streisand to focus on the fact that this ‘deal’s really a surrender with massive spending increases now called ‘fees’ with a so-called promise of cuts in 2023 which we know will never happen.  Levin properly noted to his next guest that this deal is more proof that fixing our Republic is not going to come from Washington as they are totally incapable of reforming themselves.  The GOP Ruling class talking point is that ‘elections have consequences’ and the solution is to ‘vote for more RINOs’, which Levin pointed out to Ryan that the government grew under the Bush GOP to it’s greatest levels before Obama surpassed them.

The GOP is irrelevant, they are nothing more than Judenrats to entrap Conservatives and get them onto the Obama boxcars, hoping that by doing so – they can retain their seat at the table after the MarxoFascist coup has reached it’s zenith.  Washington is broken – it cannot be reformed by any institutional means, because they have corrupted it all.  It is an historical fact – that a lawless regime will not follow the laws or the will of the people, leaving them no civil recourse to redress grievances.

That we are Taxed Enough Already is irrelevant to the political class in Washington.  They will tax us more and call it a spending cut and then attack anyone who disagrees with their robbing our wallets and purses.

Republicans Rendered Irrelevant In Senate – But Mitch McConnell Says Tea Party Are The Bullies

McConnell: Tea Party is ‘nothing but a bunch of bullies’  and stated: “you know how you deal with schoolyard bullies? You punch them in the nose and that’s what we’re going to do.”

As the MarxoFascists do Obama’s bidding and essentially strip the Republicans of any relevance in the Senate with a despicable rules change that will rubber stamp Obama’s Leftist nominees to the judicial bench, the minority leader in the senate trains his guns on Conservatives once again and suggests violence be done against them.

Who needs enemies with traitorous leaders such as this?  The GOP leadership and Mitch McConnell in particular – epitomize the knife in the back of the Republic.

I call them Judenrats.

The Judenrats were Jews and ethnic people in occupied territories during  World War II, who helped the Nazis round up their own people for camps and extermination.  Todays GOP leadership are operating as Judenrats doing the same exact thing for the MarxoFascists.  They are doing the work of targeting and punishing the enemies of the Obama regime.

Mitch McConnell says nothing of substance about the hijacking of the U.S. Senate to be a rubber stamp for Obama’s agenda – and simply says that if Republicans get elected to take over the Senate in 2014, they will revert the rules BACK – so as to continue to grant the MarxoFascists the ability to wage war on what is left of America.

Mitch McConnell is Barack Hussein Obama’s bitch.  He is the attack dog for the regime that Conservatives wrongly assume is a loyal dog to the cause of liberty and Conservatism.

MCCONNELL: TEA PARTY ‘BULLIES’ WHO NEED PUNCH IN NOSE

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said on a conference call organized by Karl Rove’s Crossroads organization for large donors and their advisers on Oct. 30 that the Tea Party movement, in his view, is a “nothing but a bunch of bullies” that he plans to “punch … in the nose.”

On the call, according to a donor who was on it, McConnell personally named Sens. Mike Lee (R-UT) and Ted Cruz (R-TX) as Tea Party conservatives he views as problematic for him. “The bulk of it was an attack on the Tea Party in general, Cruz in particular,” the source, a prominent donor, said in a phone interview with Breitbart News.

But the most memorable line came at the end of the call.

“McConnell said the Tea Party was ‘nothing but a bunch of bullies,’” the source said. “And he said ‘you know how you deal with schoolyard bullies? You punch them in the nose and that’s what we’re going to do.’”

Rove, as well as American Crossroads President and CEO Steven J. Law who also serves as the president of sister group Crossroads GPS, were also on the call. Rove “talked in a slightly gentler way, or let’s say, a more diplomatic way,” the source said. “But the message was pretty well the same: That if we’re going to save this thing, we have to back real Republicans.”

Pointing to how Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid just invoked the “nuclear option,” breaking 225-year old Senate rules to slip through President Obama’s liberal nominees, an aide to a Tea Party lawmaker said that McConnell’s focus on trying to go after the Tea Party has jeopardized Senate Republicans’ chances at actually beating Democrats. “Under Sen. McConnell’s watch, Republicans today just got rolled over by Democrats who pushed the button on the nuclear option, destroying years of well-established Senate order,” the aide said in an email to Breitbart News. “Perhaps if he focused less on destroying the Tea Party and more on defeating Democrats, he’d have more to show for his leadership.”

Rove spokesman Jonathan Collegio denies that anything was said about Cruz, Lee, or the Tea Party in general but admits the call did take place and that “some discussion” about the government shutdown and the Senate Conservatives Fund took place.

“Your source is ascribing things to the call that simply were never said,” Collegio said in an email. “There was no ‘anti-tea party donor call.’ There was a call, and there was some discussion about the government shutdown and the Senate Conservatives Fund (note this was one day after SCF launched a dishonest ad about McConnell), but nothing about the Tea Party or Sens. Cruz or Lee.”

Collegio declined to provide a transcript or recording of the call to Breitbart News. McConnell’s office has not commented on the matter.
