The Two Faces Of Mahdi Barack Obama

When Christians in Iraq are slaughtered and purged in an Islamic genocide – Obama is silent.  When Yazidi Pagan fire worshippers are attacked by the same Islamists – Obama suddenly acts.

Christians called Mosul Home for two millennia – even under despot Saddaam Hussein – they were left largely unmolested.  Today – they are gone.  Exterminated.  Purged by the Islamic States (ISIS) that Obama had armed inside Syria from the US Consulate from Benghazi, Libya.

This is the Beast, of whom Barrack Obama has armed to enable their conquest of Syria and Iraq.

Obama sat silent for months as word of atrocities came as ISIS (now calling itself The Islamic State) conquered much of Northern Iraq, including the city of Mosul.

But suddenly, when word comes that some Yazidi pagan fire worshippers are under siege and starving while up hiding on a mountain, the Once-War-Opposing-Crusader Obama orders drone and air strikes on ISIS positions.  So Obama sits silent and complicit when the Christian religious minority is tortured and slaughtered and suddenly draws the line when a different non-Christian religious minority is suddenly besieged by Islamists who intend to exterminate them.   It’s all for political show for low information American imbeciles.  Pinpricks for political consumption because Obama himself has been arming and empowering the Jihadist IS in Syria and Iraq for years now, and most of your countrymen could care less.

All the blood we spilled in Iraq to free it from Sadaam and prevent an Islamist foothold from Iran was for nothing.  Al Qaeda’s children have taken it over and will do far worse than what we assumed Shia Jihadists would do.  That Christians have been exterminated and purged is a big-fat whoop-de-do for Democrats and Leftists in America.  This is because they hate Chrisians and Jews as much as the Islamists do, if not moreso – which is why they are defacto allies in working to bring America down and subjugate the West to third world status.

As happened 70 years ago – the word and pictures of systematic mass torture, rape and slaughter of an entire religious people are ignored and waved away. Mosul is now empty of the Christians who lived there for almost two millennia.

America closes it’s eyes once again to a Beast and what it does and and what it intends because like foolish imbeciles we think these things cannot happen here, so why should we care?

Look good at these pictures America.  This is akin to what our grandparents confronted with the Third Reich.  But unlike an opportunistic Hitler propelling himself to power, our so-called leaders enabled this to happen – and soon, as these same beasts promise to do the same here in the USA.  They already showed us that they are capable of slaughtering us by the thousands via a sieve on our borders and immigration system.

Go ahead laugh now.  But it is coming – and being prepared against you as I type this.  Something worse than 9-11.  With aid and assistance from Obama, his MarxoFascists and a complicit Congress and people who only see evil when it comes in the form of a Conservative biblically-based people and group.

Because while you sneer and shrug your shoulders at the genocide happening at the hands of a burgeoning Islamic Caliphate that seeks to put the world in chains, your own country has already put it’s own chains of tyrannical rule around your neck and most are willfully oblivious to the fact they are already slaves to something that is as evil, and will become as genocidal as what we see happening in Iraq at the hands of the other beast on the world.

Do not be deceived.  While Obama orders a pinprick airstrike via drones to din the growing choir of outrage over his silence of Islamic genocide of Christians, he continues to arm Jihadists, for he will – as he wrote- “side with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction”.

You Want Nazi’s??

There have been Christians in Mosul for just shy of two millennia, since the first century. There are none today.

The Yazidi are practitioners of Kurdistan’s oldest religion, fire-worshippers whose presence in the region predates Islam. They’re either being executed or starved to death on a mountain:

We are being slaughtered. Our entire religion is being wiped off the face of the earth.

ISIS are fast-track Nazis. No messing about with a few property restrictions and intermarriage laws as a little light warm-up: They’re only in the business of “final solutions”, and they start on Day One and don’t quit until the last Christian and Yazidi is dead or fled. As I’ve often remarked about today’s exhaustively cleansed Maghreb, Levant and Araby, Islam is king on a field of corpses. But pikers like the Muslim Brotherhood, the Baathists, the House of Saud take their time. ISIS are shooting for the Guinness Book of Records.

Fortunately, progressive opinion in the west hates Jews more than it loves Christians or Yazidi or Shia or Kurds, so ISIS can get on with killing everyone they want to kill. George Packer reports in The New Yorker:

Karim couldn’t help expressing bitterness about this. “I don’t see any attention from the rest of the world,” he said. “In one day, they killed more than two thousand Yazidi in Sinjar, and the whole world says, ‘Save Gaza, save Gaza.’ “

Indeed. But you have to pick your causes. To put pressure on Netanyahu, you fly in John Kerry to bore him to death. To put pressure on ISIS would require a commitment the west is not willing to make. So Christians will vanish from the region, and the Yazidi will vanish from the world.

As much as Americans might wish it were so, this is not just a story of one bunch of obscure foreigners sticking it to another bunch of obscure foreigners. It’s also a story of a dying superpower betraying its friends in retreat:

An engineer and a father of three young children, Karim spent years working for the U.S. Army in his area, then for an American medical charity. He watched the record of his experience during the period of the Americans in Iraq turn to ash, and felt nothing except the urge to get to safety.

Perhaps it’s just as well we’re so bad at “winning hearts and minds”. We won Karim’s heart and mind – and then ran over it in the stampede for the exits. A few weeks ago I quoted Prince Sirik Matak, the former Cambodian Prime Minister, shortly before his murder by the Khmer Rouge:

Mark it well that, if I shall die here on the spot and in my country that I love, it is too bad because we are all born and must die one day. I have only committed the mistake of believing in you, the Americans.

On the lam, trying to keep one step ahead of ISIS, Karim can be forgiven for coming to the same bleak conclusion. In that column, I also cited Bernard Lewis from a few years back and his prescient warning that America risked being seen as harmless as an enemy, treacherous as a friend.

The bad news is that harmlessness will attract more enemies. The good news is there will be fewer friends left to betray.

~I’m still hopping mad about the US Government’s bagpipe crackdown. The international piping scene is basically Scotland, Canada and the north-eastern US. On the Atlantic seaboard, it’s a cross-border community. Yet since the end of June the official position of the United States Government is that, if someone from northern New Hampshire competes in a bagpipe championship in Quebec, he cannot take his pipes through any US/Canadian land border crossing. So instead of a pleasant three-hour drive from Montreal back to New Hampshire, he has to fly from Montreal to Boston and then drive all the way back, more than doubling the time and vastly increasing the cost.

That’s an unacceptable burden to impose on a free people – and, if Americans were as free as all the songs and T-shirt slogans claim, it would not even be entertained.

As I said yesterday, under the insanity of America’s hyper-regulatory tyranny, you now have to register musical instruments with the US Department of Fish & Wildlife.

And, even if you do, you still can’t drive that instrument over a US/Canadian land border.

Aside from anything else, this will kill the annual Highland Games at Loon Mountain, New Hampshire. I’m already hearing that Scots and Canadians don’t want to take the risk of losing beloved family heirlooms to the gauleiters of Customs & Border Protection.

This is how liberty dies, with a thousand cuts, day after day after day. Bill Clinton famously said, “The age of Big Government is over”. And in a sense he’s right: This is an age of small, itsy-bitsy teeny-weeny government, in which nothing is too inconsequential and trivial not to command the attention of the federal enforcers – until, cumulatively, all the itsy-bitsy teeny-weeny government adds up to the biggest government ever seen.

Where is America’s so-called party of small government on this stuff? When are the Republican Party’s leaders going to pipe up?

Messiah Obama Hates America, and Europeans Are Noticing

While the sycophantic Propaganda Arm of messiah Obama swoons over his 100 days of nothing but expansion into Socialism, Europeans – who normally disdain America at most turns – are speaking up to the fact that the self-absorbed narcissist usurping the office of the President, has no clothes.

If al-Qaeda, the Taliban and the rest of the Looney Tunes brigade want to kick America to death, they had better move in quickly and grab a piece of the action before Barack Obama finishes the job himself. Never in the history of the United States has a president worked so actively against the interests of his own people – not even Jimmy Carter.

Obama’s problem is that he does not know who the enemy is. To him, the enemy does not squat in caves in Waziristan, clutching automatic weapons and reciting the more militant verses from the Koran: instead, it sits around at tea parties in Kentucky quoting from the US Constitution. Obama is not at war with terrorists, but with his Republican fellow citizens.

 

Considering the DHS report of Right Wing Extremism where Obama essentially declared half the voting public as “domestic terrorists”, it is stunning that Europe sees the fact that lines are being drawn by this regime, and the president is waging war on Americans who are not his devoted worshippers.  But worse yet, is the fact that outside of bowing to Saudi kings and going on a worldwide ‘America Sucks Tour’, Obama is actually engaged in tearing down the security of the country itself.

 

He cynically subordinated the national interest to his partisan desire to embarrass the Republicans. Then he had to rush to Langley, Virginia to try to reassure a demoralised CIA that had just discovered the President of the United States was an even more formidable foe than al-Qaeda.

“Don’t be discouraged by what’s happened the last few weeks,” he told intelligence officers. Is he kidding? Thanks to him, al-Qaeda knows the private interrogation techniques available to the US intelligence agencies and can train its operatives to withstand them – or would do so, if they had not already been outlawed.

So, next time a senior al-Qaeda hood is captured, all the CIA can do is ask him nicely if he would care to reveal when a major population centre is due to be hit by a terror spectacular, or which American city is about to be irradiated by a dirty bomb. Your view of this situation will be dictated by one simple criterion: whether or not you watched the people jumping from the twin towers.

Obama promised his CIA audience that nobody would be prosecuted for past actions. That has already been contradicted by leftist groups with a revanchist ambition to put Republicans, headed if possible by Condoleezza Rice, in the dock. Talk about playing party politics with national security. 

…President Pantywaist’s recent world tour, cosying up to all the bad guys, excited the ambitions of America’s enemies. Here, they realised, is a sucker they can really take to the cleaners. His only enemies are fellow Americans. Which prompts the question: why does President Pantywaist hate America so badly?

 

Almost as if in answer to the question, the UK London Times Online offers Obama wants to make America more like Europe

Barack Obama is unhappy with much that preceded his occupation of the White House, and not only his predecessor’s foreign policy, for which he is a serial apologiser. Pre-Obama domestic policy also displeases him: any prosperity the nation enjoyed, he says, was built on a foundation of sand.

…But the president has something more in mind and, with control of both houses of Congress, the power to change the way we live now… Top of the president’s change list is the way we consume energy. He believes our use of carbon-based fuels is causing the globe to heat up, with all the dire consequences conjured up by Al Gore as he sits in the library of his home, probably the largest single consumer of energy of any private residence in America. By one means or another, the president will make the use of oil, natural gas and especially coal so expensive that consumers will be forced to use less energy

…The president will also change the way Americans receive their healthcare…the president will raise taxes or force businesses to pay for insurance cover for all Americans. The result will be a system closer to that in Britain, with all its disadvantages – bureaucracy, rationing, waiting lists and a slower rate of innovation.

In the end, Americans will live in smaller houses, drive cars more like those to which Europeans are accustomed, and will rely on European-style healthcare. In short, we will be more like you, which is after all the social democratic model to which Obama wants to convert America.

While I can appreciate the analysis of the possibility Obama wants America to become more like Europe, I actually think Obama wants us to become more like Venezuela or Cuba – a true Marxist Revolutionary utopia – where the dictatorial power of a narcissist is demanded, and an entire people are enslaved to a hell on earth that their leaders call ‘heaven’.

At least that is what Hugo Chavez supposedly told Obama when he greeted him at the Summit of the America’s, wherein he declared, “those of us who want to build heaven here on earth, we will follow socialism.”

Obama of course, being the astute student of Saul Alinsky, is more at home with Marxist dictators like Chavez and Castro than with allies like the Queen of England or the Prime Minister of Israel.

It’s sad and frightening when you consider that Europe is noticing something terrifying about Obama, and yet like Europeans of the 1930s – Americans are blinded and oblivous, swooning and seig heiling the latest antics of the vaunted narcissist with a god complex.

Grasping At The Straws of Torture and Treason for Power

In the desperate efforts to relive the glory days of both the 1960’s Hippie/Anti-war movment and Watergate, House and Senate Democrats are going beserk trying to recreate the only victory they’ve had in their entire lives.

The CIA interrogation tapes of Al Qaeda operatives, that have been subsequently destroyed, is the latest hoped for “Gotcha!” of a party and Congress that has accomplished absolutely NOTHING since it won power in 2006 except attempt after attempt to destroy a president and his party by securing defeat in a war they authorized, and weaken America in the contest against our enemies.

Much media trumpeting of the destroyed CIA tapes of U.S. interrogation techniques of Al Qaeda prisoners has reached air-raid siren status among the Left. In predictable fashion, the Democrat Leadership feined outrage and made public spectacles falling all over themselves in talking-point heaven to compare the destroyed tapes to the “18 minute gap” in Nixon’s Watergate tapes and rushing to microphones to be the first to demand a Special Prosecutor investigate:

Democratic Senate leaders compared the CIA’s actions to the Watergate scandal.

Sen. Edward Kennedy, D-Mass., asked, “What would cause the CIA to take this action? The answer is obvious — coverup.” “What is at stake here goes to the heart of the rule of law and justice in America,” said Sen. Richard Durbin, D-Ill.

This afternoon, Durbin wrote Attorney General Michael Mukasey urging him to investigate a possible “obstruction of justice.”

But as we are discovering – this is simply another straw of desperation that is filled with deliberate hypocrisy and false outrage for political consumption by the Left. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Rep. Jane Harman (D-Calif.), Sens. Bob Graham (D-Fla.), John D. Rockefeller IV (D-W.Va.), as well as Rep. Porter J. Goss (R-Fla.) and Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kan) all witnessed the CIA waterboarding technique in September of 2002, as members of the House Intelligence Commitee and NONE of them objected to the procedure. In fact, they asked whether or not the technique was “strong enough” to break the will of captured Jihadists.

Today however, in another flamboyant act to stage political theater, two of these individuals; Rockerfeller and Harman were also aware that the interrogation tapes were scheduled for erasure. Rockerfeller admits finding out that the tapes were destroyed in Novermber 2006. OVER A YEAR AGO. Harman wrote a letter asking that the tapes NOT be destroyed, but learned that they already had been. We can only assume that the other leading members of this Oversight Committee were also aware of that at the time.

But now, all-of-a-sudden, a year later – it’s a “scandal” with Watergate possibilities???

As the new York Times duly notes:

“Jane Harman also knew of the intention to destroy the tapes, and she at least ‘urged’ the C.I.A. in writing not to do it.” But he notes, “But when she found out the C.I.A. had destroyed the tapes, where was Harman’s press conference? Where were the congressional hearings?”

Indeed, where WAS the press conference and calls for hearings a year ago?? Was it not important? Did it not rise to the level of Watergate status last year during the Election cycle?

Ah yes – there was this little thing called national security at one time in this country, and Intelligence Matters are restricted to high security clearance – of which the eight members of the Congressional Intelligence Committee possessed and were restricted in discussing. By law they are prohibited from acknowledging or discussing anything they learn on the Intelligence Committee until such information is declassified. To Democrats, “Classified” under a Republican Administration means “Coverup” and as such, “classififed” is just an obstacle to be overcome. Much like they treat the Constitution.

Consider all the “leaks” we’ve had about our ‘intelligence’ apparatus of late – does anyone even allow the possibility that some of these creeps on this committee are engaging in treason and breaking the law by discussing what they are not allowed to discuss?? How else does such national intelligence matters get disseminated to willing members of the media for publication?

The entire notion of waterboarding being declared as “torture’ by this same bunch is nauseating in the extreme, since they were not sure if the technique was severe enough to break reticent Al Qaeda terrorists back in 2002. Yes. Not only were these same Democrats feigning outrage over “torture”, they watched the procedure and asked if the technique was strong enough to break hardened terrorists!

I don’t know about you – but after seeing the videos of slow beheadings of Americans at the hands of Al Qaeda, and how bodies of Americans are drug through streets and hung up by wire on bridges, the idea of a pitcher of water poured on my blindfolded face to get information about terrorist operations is not quite in the same universe of comparison. America apparently does not have the guts or stomach to do what is necessary to stop what our enemies clearly are more than willing to do to us. We would rather think ourselves moral and noble by treating barbarians who are plotting to kill us, like we would like to be treated in similar circumstance. Such a misguided sense of morality is not noble or American, it’s stupid. We can think ourselves better and moral all the day long, treating captured Jihadists like guests at the Hilton, and it will not make one iota’s difference to Al Qaeda terrorists.

But let’s talk about the rule of law as it pertains to intelligence gathering. If no one from the Gang of Eight committee ‘leaked’ the practice the CIA was engaged in on Sheik Khalid Mohammed, the entire world would not now be aware of America’s intelligence methods. And yet we hear Kennedy and Durbin pontificate endlessly about the “rule of law” when I am of the opinion that their own Democrat leaders were engaged in breaking it themselves by leaking intelligence information for use as a political weapon.

The Democrats demand an accounting. They demand hearings. They demand upholding the rule of law and adherance to morality. We hear them demand all these things when they knew of them in 2002. They charge criminal coverup, while some of us are still waiting for someone in Congress to raise an eyebrow over Sandy Berger’s theft of National Security Documents he stuffed into his pants.

The truth is in this day and age of our political fall from Christian Republic to Caligulan Rome – the means justifies the desired end result: absolute power. There is nothing sacred in politics, except the politcal weapon of Political Correctness, and then, it is selectively applied. Sandy Berger gets a pass for what would be a felony, just as his boss William The Impeached got a free pass over lying under oath to a grand jury. Democrat Congressmen can have oodles of cold hard cash stuffed into their freezers and investigations are called “racist” and “partisan witchunts”. But when it comes to Republicans or national security, there is no reverence for the country, or our sovereignty, or our security. All is fair game to achieve a political win, regardless of the consequences. Regardless if it results in our defeat in the face of Jihadists, regardless if it ends up as a bright sunrise over an American city some dark night in the future.
